[00:00:04]  So, last week, investigative reporter friend of ours, Cheryl Atkinson, revealed that journalists are now openly applauding calls for them to stop Donald Trump from winning the presidency.
[00:00:13]  Now, she said in an interview that she attended a journalism awards dinner in D.C., where one former bureau chief encouraged journalists to stop Trump from getting elected.
[00:00:23]  Quote, one of them encouraged the others quite publicly to step up and do something because he said the outcome of this election was so important.
[00:00:30]  He was talking about journalists stepping outside of their role to make sure Donald Trump does not get elected.
[00:00:36]  And by the way, with that crowd, he got applause for that line.
[00:00:38]  Now, this may explain why confidence in the media is now at an all-time low.
[00:00:43]  One poll now showing as few as 6% of Americans trust what reporters report.
