We are in Philly today.
Yeah, home of the broad street bullies, the Philadelphia Flyers back in the day with Bobby Clark and Bernie Perant and Reggie Leash at Leach and Rick McCleish, one of the greatest hockey teams of all times.
We're at the chaos, corruption, confusion, convention, and it's getting worse by the minute for Hillary.
I'm going to get to that in just a second.
Now I want to just tell you if if we're at this convention, I want you to think about this.
I think they had 61 speakers last night, according to Politico.
61 of them.
Not one Democrat, not a single person last night addressed ISIS and the truth of radical Islam.
They never mentioned terrorism ever.
Not a single time.
I mean, they went out there.
They had these absolutely abhorrent and racially tinged video.
One in particular, they show the Confederate flag.
They dice and splice Donald Trump and his comments about immigrants and allowing refugees into the country.
They don't put out that James Comey and James Clapper and the CIA director and the assistant FBI director and the FBI director and the House Homeland Security chair and the former special envoy to defeat ISIS that they've all said ISIS will infiltrate the population.
Do you realize that this incident involving an elderly 86-year-old priest being beheaded on an altar by two ISIS knifemen shouting Allahu Akbar inside of the church after they took nuns and worshippers hostage at this French church?
And ends up police end up shooting him.
Do you understand that this is now almost a daily occurrence?
We are telling you about terrorism around the world someplace.
Or cops about to be assassinated or attempted assassination someplace.
How is it you have sixty-one speakers at the Democratic National Convention and they cannot find it upon themselves to mention terrorism.
Now look what's happened in just the last week.
You go to Germany at their music festival, an asylum seeker blowing himself up outside of a wine bar at this festival, and the explosion injures 12 people.
The fourth bloody attack in one week.
Of course, he pledged allegiance to ISIS.
By the way, a refugee.
I keep telling you, if we don't learn from Germany and from France and from Belgium and from Europe in general, no go zones and Sharia courts, 88 of them in Great Britain, we're in big trouble.
Then the same day, you got a guy wielding a machete, a Syrian refugee again, hacked a pregnant woman to death in a German city.
The same guy also wounded two other people.
A BMW ran over the guy to save these people.
Then two days before that, you've got 18 people killed, seven teenagers, two adults during the rampage in Munich, and witnesses told the media he was screaming Allahu Akbar.
Yes, we're dealing with refugees.
Then four days before that, an Afghan refugee hacked passengers with an axe.
He was shouting Allahu Akbar.
Let me see, we're gonna have to ban cars.
We're gonna have to ban machetes, we're gonna have to ban bombs, we're gonna have to ban guns, we're gonna have to ban trucks.
Of course, using liberal logic.
Then, you know, go back to May and Knifman killed the passenger, injured several others and rampage.
So now we have an elderly priest, 86 years old.
Literally, the priest had his throat cut while another hostage is fighting for his life after the knife man burst into the Normandy church at 9 a.m. in the morning, screaming Allahu Akbar.
I know the Vaticans condemned it, but you know, the Vatican's also been pushing refugees on the rest of the world.
You know, this gets back to the my fundamental argument.
If you grow up under Sharia law and you're a man and you think you have the right to tell women how to dress, that they can't drive, that they can go to work or go to not go to work, uh, whether they can go to school or not go to school, but you decide all those things.
If you can't build the temple and you can't build a Christian church, there's no religious freedom.
If gays and lesbians get killed just for being gays and lesbian gay and lesbian, by the way, Hillary takes money from all these countries, and she never criticized them.
Isn't that a great uh bit of hypocrisy there?
So, you know, how is it possible you can not mention these things?
You know, slitting the throat of a Catholic priest murdering him at the altar, beheading the guy, and taking nuns hostage.
Then, of course, we have another incident.
This one took place in Akron, Ohio, just found out about this, and we had another police shooting today, although the cop didn't actually get shot, but you can hear the audio about a cop being shot at.
I'll kill you, blank blank blank.
You know, driver calls in a rant about police before crashing into a row of cruisers and injuring a veteran cop.
Now it's open warfare and police.
And they tried to make the case at the Democratic convention.
Oh, that uh I'm sorry, during the Republican convention, that Donald Trump's speech was dark.
No, it wasn't dark.
Donald Trump's living in a reality, a truth-based reality, versus this fantasy land that is going on here in Cleveland with all their cliches.
You know, I'm listening to Elizabeth Warren and Michelle Obama.
By the way, how ironic that Michelle Obama, for the first time in my adult life, I am proud of my country.
I'm proud.
I am proud of my country, because it feels like hope is finally making a comeback.
Let me tell you something.
For the first time in my adult lifetime, I'm really proud of my country.
How does she get to lecture us and then tell us, well, who how dare somebody tell you that this is not a great country?
It's a great make America great again.
Well, I'll tell you why, Michelle.
And let me answer very matter of factly.
Well, because of your husband's failed policies, millions of more Americans are in poverty, 14 million more.
And 14 million more Americans are on food stamps.
For black Americans, there's been a 58% increase in the number of black Americans on food stamps.
And we have 95 million Americans out of the labor force.
And that means they can't get jobs.
And you don't count them in your unemployment number because Washington is so indecent and corrupt, and they have this only DC calculator, which, well, if you're chronically unemployed, we don't count you as unemployed anymore.
And then, of course, you know, all these people out of work, the lowest number of participation since the 1970s, the worst number.
And 20% of black Americans, it's been a 20% increase of black Americans that can't find a job and can't participate in the labor force.
But you don't want to build a wall and stop illegal immigration, even though illegal immigrants cross the border, compete for the jobs that are available, and in the process they drive down wages.
And then people that align themselves with ISIS and Al-Qaeda and other radical Islamic terror groups, you know, the words you can't say that you use euphemisms for workplace violence, man-cause disaster, overseas contingencies.
Well, things are worse there too, because every day we see a terror attack.
Every day we've got cops being assassinated.
You know, so you use your your euphemisms again and again and again.
You can't recognize the truth of reality, but they've declared war on us, and you've adopted a pre-9-11 mindset, and things are not better off.
And those millions more in poverty and on food stamps than out of the labor force, they're suffering because of your husband's policies.
And your husband and you claim we've never been safer.
Really?
Have you been watching the news lately?
And your husband is insisting we bring refugees from countries that treat women horribly, that are anti-Semitic, anti-Christian, that kill gays and lesbians, and we can't ask the question whether or not their minds and hearts are with their own culture and conditioning, or whether or not they really want to change and become Americans and assimilate.
That's an unfair question for us to ask, especially since James Comey, the FBI director, Mike Steinbeck, the assistant FBI director, James Clapper, the Director of National Intelligence, the House Homeland Security Chairman, Mike McCall, the former special envoy, your husband's special envoy to defeat ISIS, General John Allen have all said ISIS and radical Islamists will infiltrate the refugee population.
Yeah, things are worse off.
So if we want to make America great again, we want the labor force participation rate to increase to the point where we have full employment.
If we want to make America great again, Michelle, I know for the first time in your adult life, you're proud of your country.
I don't need lectures.
Maybe you can help get the 14 million more Americans that are now in poverty on food stamps because of your husband's failed policies, jobs, and lift them out of poverty and get them off of food stamps and provide the ladder of opportunity that people like me that started as a dishwasher, you know, have a chance to succeed in this in this life of ours.
It is unfathomable to me.
You know, and then listening to Elizabeth Warren, you know, talking about, you know, the money's not trickling down, and I'm like saying, Elizabeth, you had your guy in the White House eight years, eight years, and you still don't get it.
We're gonna talk more about this.
New Gingrich at the top of the next hour.
Dennis Kucinich, by the way, I wonder who's he I think he's a Bernie supporter.
You see what's happening here.
There's more booing.
There is more, I we call this the chaos corruption confusion convention of the Democrats.
There is more madness, there's more anger, it's palpable.
I'm gonna play some of you've heard some of it before.
Let's play it again, this montage of Democrats supporting Bernie and hating Hillary.
Let's play that.
Hell no, DSC!
We won't vote for Hillary!
Hell no, DNC!
We won't vote for Hillary.
thank you all so much So I can see there's a little bit of interest in my in my uh my being here, and I appreciate that interest.
We have an opportunity, oh God, to give undeniable evidence of our commitment to justice and equality by nominating Hillary Rodden Clinton as our candidate.
Thank you.
As our candidate for the highest office in the land.
God, you have given us wisdom.
All right, I don't have enough time to play at all.
So Bernie's supporters booing Clinton when Bernie says yesterday afternoon that they have to support her.
Delegates at the opening of the DNC loudly chanting, Bernie, Bernie, all throughout the night, people had to be shushed in silence.
I mean, we'll play the montage in full later in the program.
Before Bernie even took to the podium last night, he had to send out a text message to all his supporters.
Pretty please, I ask you the personal courtesy.
Don't engage in protests on the floor.
It is of the utmost importance.
Please tell your delegation not to be true to their beliefs.
Now, this of course, in relation to the fact that they now have been exposed.
Now, you know, I gotta tell you something here.
That of all the countless things that have been unfolding for Hillary Clinton, you can all boil it down to simple explanations, but I I've got to wonder at this point when the history of this 2016 presidential election is written, it may come down to a six-letter word.
Emails.
By the way, it's not Joe Biden saying a three-letter word, jobs, J O B S. We actually got it right.
E M A I L S. Six letter word.
Now I say that emails have been so central to this campaign, and when all is said and done, it may have a massive titanic impact.
Now think about this.
First, the emails on Hillary's private server.
That led to the criminal investigation by the FBI.
Didn't lead to the criminal referral or indictment that I thought it should have, but it did lead to a scathing report by the FBI director that proved beyond any shadow of a doubt that the Democratic Party nominee Hillary Clinton lied again and again and again about her email server and that she did put American national security at risk.
Then we've got emails released Friday by WikiLeaks that proved beyond a shadow of a doubt the DNC was literally colluding and acting as a political arm of the Clinton campaign, and that it was lying about their favoritism as they were undermining Bernie Sanders.
And by the way, it also exposed them in numerous ways with racist slurs, anti-gay slurs, and of course an anti-Semitic strategy.
Oh, we can appeal to our democratic base in Kentucky and West Virginia.
We'll tell them Bernie's a Jew.
That's what we'll do.
And misogynist comments calling women bimbos.
I mean, all of that was in there.
And by the way, a lot more that I've discovered since yesterday that I'll clue you in on in a few minutes.
So it's all coming down to emails.
And then, of course, Debbie Wasserman Schultz out, booed and thrown out of the convention.
Had to be escorted out.
And when I say a Titanic effect, what I'm saying here, it's very plausible, something I mentioned yesterday, that if Russia hacked into Hillary Clinton's unsecure email server, and therefore gained top national security secrets, which Comey said is possible.
If so, and Russia releases those emails between now and the election, all of this combined could impact the entire election.

25 till the top of the hour.
We're at the chaos, corruption, confusion, convention.
In other words, we're at the DNC.
We are in Philly, home of the Broad Street bullies, one of the greatest hockey teams in the history of mankind, Bobby Clark and Bernie Perant and Reggie Leach and Hound Dog Kelly and Dave Schultz and Rick McCleesch.
And was it Tom Bladen?
That guy had a blistering slap shot.
I wanted to be Bobby Clark growing up.
He had no teeth.
All of my friends lost teeth playing hockey.
Every one of them.
I was the only one that didn't lose my teeth.
I'm thinking, all right, maybe God has a TV plans for me or something.
No, but then I fell off a roof three stories on frozen ground in Rhode Island when I was doing roofing during a sleet storm, putting the last nail in of the day, and I sl I literally slipped my feet out from under me.
I was at the top floor dormer.
I turned and reached a throw my my hammer inside of the dormer.
I missed it.
So I go down head first into frozen ground, busted up all my teeth, and broke and dislocated my arm.
Literally from my elbow down, it was so it was dislocated.
I went, ah ah, it was like dangling.
I grabbed it, boom, jammed it right back in.
Doctor said it was the luckiest shot he'd ever seen of somebody putting a dislocation back perfectly.
And I broke my radial head, but I didn't have any money.
I didn't have any insurance.
They wanted to do an operation and remove the radial head, and I said, nope, no operation.
And two weeks later, I was working in a shipyard.
Got hired by this guy, Mac, big old Irish guy, Blount Marine, it's called in Rhode Island.
And I worked there in the painting department.
So he hires me.
I go through the interview.
I start the next day.
Like three days later he sees me in the shipyard.
And I I can't I can't use my arm.
My arm's broken.
My arm's dead.
Hey, get over here.
He pulls me in his arm.
What is wrong with that arm?
I tell him the story.
I said, look, I really need a job.
I'm I don't have any money.
He goes, oh good.
You know, he starts cursing, throws something against the wall, and says, All right, you see that house over there?
That's the owner.
From now until that arm gets better, I'm giving you a month.
You don't let that guy in that house see you with that arm.
And he likes set me down in the bottom of the ships we were building.
You know, I'd sit there and chip and wire brush the I mean it was horrible horrible job.
And but I, you know, I needed the money.
The guy was great.
I thought that was a really cool thing.
Probably risking his own job to do that.
I never I I've never heard from the guy again.
I did run into one guy that said, Hey, I I I know somebody that worked with you when you were at Blount Marine once.
Anyway, um I've got some statistics I want to share with you, because this is pretty scary in light of this priest being beheaded at the altar now.
Another ISIS attack, the words Allahu Akbar being sh cited, and said, Intel Center.
Get this.
ISIS inspired or directed attacks outside of Syria and Iraq are now occurring once eight every eighty-four hours since June the eighth when Obama said they're on the run.
And he didn't disqualify that they were running wild.
In other words, that's how bad it is.
You have sixty-one speakers yesterday.
None of them mention ISIS, radical Islam, or terrorism.
That's not even the biggest story.
I told you you got all of this.
There's a news story that just came out.
There was a breakfast this morning.
The Texas delegation so-called unity breakfast didn't exactly go as planned at Hillary's convention.
A shouting broke out at the Texas delegation's breakfast, and the scene erupted at the gathering, dubbed the Unity Breakfast, after a Sanders delegate condemned Clinton, which set off a verbal combat of some sort, featuring Sanders supporters and Hillary supporters all screaming at each other over Heggs and Bacon.
I wonder if they were throwing them at each other.
Unbelievable.
Now let me go back to the point I made.
I think this is I think I've got this thing nailed.
All right, so we've got James Comey who goes before Trey Gowdy, and Trey Gowdy questions him.
If we have that tape, we can pull it and play it.
And Trey Gowdy just eviscerates.
I mean, eviscerates Jane Com James Comey, who the day before, you know, goes on for 14 minutes laying out the case, and I'm sitting there with my mouth open, thinking, oh my God, he's gonna do it.
He's gonna pull the trigger and and make a criminal referral because she's broken all these laws.
And then after he lays out the account how guilty she is, then he said, but it doesn't rise to the level.
It was a pretty shocking moment.
So Congress is pissed.
They pull him in.
Trey Gowdy, probably one of the best, brightest interrogators ever.
He's never, as a prosecutor, has lost a single case in his life, which is beyond impressive.
And listen to how he gets Comey to admit all the lies.
Hillary Clinton told you, and by the way, this doesn't include the Benghazi lies.
This is the only the email server scandal lies.
Good morning, Director Comey.
Secretary Clinton said she never sent or received any classified information over her private email.
Was that true?
Our investigation found that there was classified information sent.
So it was not true.
That's what I said.
Okay.
Well, I'm looking for a little shorter answer, so you and I are not here quite as long.
Secretary Clinton said there was nothing marked classified on her emails, either sent or received.
Was that true?
That's not true.
There were a small number of portion markings on I think three of the documents.
Secretary Clinton said I did not email any classified material to anyone on my email.
There is no classified material.
Was that true?
There was classified material emailed.
Secretary Clinton said she used just one device.
Was that true?
She used multiple devices during the four years of her term as Secretary of State.
Secretary Clinton said all work related emails were returned to the State Department.
Was that true?
No, we found work-related emails thousands that were not returned.
Secretary Clinton said neither she nor anyone else deleted work related emails from her personal account.
Was that true?
That's a harder one to answer.
We found traces of work related emails in on devices or in Slack space, whether they were deleted or whether when a server was changed out, something happened to them.
There's no doubt that there were work-related emails that were removed electronically from the email system.
Mr. Secretary Clinton said her lawyers read every one of the emails and were overly inclusive.
Did her lawyers read the email content individually?
No.
So my point here is emails may be what impacts this election the most.
Then we've got the emails released by WikiLeaks.
Not only does it show race racial slurs and racist slurs and anti-gay slurs and anti Semitic strategy that well we'll tell our democratic voters in Kentucky and West Virginia, you know, those Baptist uh conservative Christians in our party that he's Jewish.
And of course, misogynistic language calling women bimbos, et cetera, et cetera.
So I mean that's huge.
There's more than that, though.
But the effect that I'm talking about here, the unsecure email scandal, the security threat that that caused, if Russia releases releases those emails, which they very well may have, you know, that could impact the election.
Just that exchange with Trey Gowdy and James Comey could impact the election.
You have former CIA director Michael Hayden saying that he'd lose respect for any serious intelligence agency on this planet if they had not accessed those emails.
So Russia could play a big part here.
And what impact and influence do they have with with WikiLeaks?
Well, that's going to be interesting to find out because I'd be shocked if, in fact, Russia doesn't release the information before November 8th.
So if I were on the Clinton campaign, I'd be living in a constant state of fear.
And I'd know that it was Hillary Clinton who brought this upon herself.
And she's the one that endangered national security.
Now, as it relates to the Democratic Convention, you watch Michelle Obama.
Don't let anyone tell you this country is great from the woman.
By the way, there is a story out there that is pretty interesting that I think is worth going back in our sort of our time warp here, if we can.
And there was a time back in 2008 where Michelle Obama attacked Hillary and said that, hey, if you can't run your own house, you can't run the White House.
Wow, has she changed?
Remember that line?
Ouch.
And what is she implying there?
You can't control your own husband.
Well, how do you expect to run the people's house?
So don't let anyone ever tell you this country is not great.
It's a cute line, but it is what we shall say, it's just, you know, not congruent with what she was saying eight years ago.
For the first time in my adult life, I am proud of my country because it feels like hope is finally making a comeback.
Let me tell you something.
For the first time in my adult lifetime, I'm really proud of my country.
For the first time in my adult life, I am really proud of my country.
We can get it later.
No worries.
Anyway, so if in fact there are countless reasons to be proud of America.
Oh, she's not proud of World War II.
She's not proud of those people that fought and defeated Nazism and fascism and communism and Imperial Japan.
She's not proud of America the American spirit.
She's not proud of those people that worked in the Underground Railroad to save uh black Americans from the evil of slavery.
She's not proud of Martin Luther King.
This is the first time she's proud of her country.
Why?
Because her husband is going to win the presidency, or so she thinks.
So the RNC sent a blast email last night to reporters attacking the Democrats for ignoring the threat of terrorism, which was the right thing to do.
61, the number of speeches at the DNC, zero mention of the global global terrorist threat posed by ISIS.
So was the democratic discussion of ISIS and Islamic terrorism that thin?
You know, is it that bad?
Well, why is this relevant?
Because when a party what they choose to talk about at a convention indicates what their priorities are.
And I heard a lot of talk about big oil companies and big banks and the one percent and the rich and it's not trickling down, and Americans are suffering.
Well, you've had the White House for eight years.
What did you do to fix it?
John Kerry raising eyebrows.
He was in Vienna, and he actually claimed that air conditioners and refrigerators are an equal threat to the threat posed by ISIS.
You know, I mean, it's stunning to watch.
You know, what uh what is on view here?
You've got this, it's it's like the rapture for the Democratic Party.
They don't have conservatives anymore.
They don't have blue dog Democrats anymore.
They don't have there's no such thing as a moderate Democrat anymore.
I mean, they love Bernie.
They love the socialist, the guy that honeymooned in the in the Soviet Union vacation in the former Soviet Union.
He is the one that won the hearts of the Democratic Party, and it's palpable.
Juan Williams in a Wall Street Journal article said Clinton won the battle.
Sanders won the war.
And Hillary is now living in Bernie's party, and it's on full display, which is why this is the chaos, corruption, confusion convention.
And as Juan writes, this is not your father's or your older sister's democratic party.
It's far more left-leaning than under Bill Clinton or Obama.
And sixty percent of Democratic voters agree that socialism has a positive impact on society, according to a February poll.
In Iowa, forty-three percent of Democrats said in January they would use the word socialist to describe themselves.
Surveyed by the Des Moines Register and Bloomberg politics.
And last night, Bernie repeatedly spoke as he has all during the campaign of his effort to lead a political revolution.
He wants to transform America to the left of Obama.
This is not hyperbole.
He wants a genuine socialist revolution in this country.
You know, Bill Clinton is speaking tonight.
Remember, he made, what, $200 million, I think, the Clintons are now worth, Probably over a billion dollars raised.
He was a lot different than what they are now.
And on top of that, you've got Sanders refusing to release his delegates.
That was in the politico today.
Asked at a Bloomberg politics breakfast what his message to delegates would be ahead of the roll call today.
Sanders said they should vote for me.
He said they should do so, even though he plans to remain an independent in the Senate and will not officially change his party affiliation there to the Democratic Party.
Why would I do that?
There's an election.
We're gonna lose, but if you're campaigning with me for six months, I asked you to go vote for me.
You know, I'm gonna vote for Bernie Sanders.
He's not giving up that easy, although he, you know, Trump was right in my interview with him last night on Hannity.
He's given up, but it's but his supporters have not.
The cause goes on.
Uh former DNC chairman, Ed Rendell is saying that Donald Trump's attacks on trade agreements and promises to uphold law and order are attractive to many Pennsylvania voters, putting the state's twenty electoral votes in play.
If Donald Trump wins Pennsylvania, he will be the next president of the United States.
Prediction.
It resonates, Rendell said there's no question about it.
And he's right.
By the way, part of the the leaked emails, you know, I've mentioned the racism, I mentioned the anti-Semitism, the gay slurs, I've mentioned the misogyny, but some of the other emails, it also shows that the Democratic National Committee scrambled in the spring to conceal details of a joint fundraising agreement with Hillary Clinton that funneled money through state democratic parties.
By the way, some eighty-two million dollars raised through the arrangement.
This was Donald Trump, they'd probably be trying to put him in jail.
And the Democrats, by the way, have built a four-foot wall around the Wells Fargo Convention Center.
Why?
to keep Bernie Sanders riffraff from crashing the party.
Think about this.
Racist slurs, anti-gay slurs, anti-Semitic slurs.
You've got Politico sending their articles first to the DNC before they send it to their editors.
Really?
Fake protesters, You know, pay to influence what the internet says.
You got uh infiltrating the Bernie campaign, you got a compliant MBC, you got CNN being fed questions, you got Reuters being fed false stories.
I mean, it's so corrupt.
If you had to choose a moment in history to be born and you didn't know ahead of time who you were gonna be, you'd choose now.
Because the world has never been less violent, healthier, better educated, more tolerant, with more opportunity for more people and more connected than it is today.
Don't let anyone ever tell you that this country isn't great, that somehow we need to make it great again.
Because this right now is the greatest country on earth.
Got a city officer now, show clock, shot fire.
We saw one body.
I saw a stroller that had been crushed, saw street signs and other debris.
But when we were walking back from the Hyatt to our hotel, there were bodies every bodies and blood everywhere.
Uh it was just I I'm I'm in complete shock.
There's just it was unbelievable carnage.
Somebody's really armed to the T. The suspect said he was upset about Black Lives Matter.
He said he was upset about the recent police shootings.
The suspect said he was upset at white people.
The suspect stated he wanted to kill white people, especially white officers.
Got a national debt that appears to be out of control.
No plan from the administration yet for to get back to vigorous economic growth and what is a clearly weakening economy.
Pessimism is on the rise and rapidly so.
half the people think that things are going to get worse for their children Almost forty percent of Americans say they think the U.S. economy is in permanent decline and that it will never recover.
I hear this like an alarm.
Boom, boom, boom.
And he's still killing the children.
They make nothing.
The children were sitting to eat.
They can't run.
I hear this.
I like that I like that.
I know because I'm not even talking.
I hear this, and I only cry.
The worst terrorist attack since 9-11 and the biggest mass shooting in American history took place early Sunday morning.
Police say 29-year-old Omar Mateen, armed with an assault rifle and handgun was the killer.
Don't let anyone ever tell you that this country isn't great.
That somehow we need to make it great again.
Because this right now is the greatest country on earth.
If you had to choose a moment in history to be born and you didn't know ahead of time who you were going to be, you'd choose now.
And of course, for the first time in my adult life, I am proud of my country.
Really?
Is America better off after eight years of Obama?
Are we safer?
Are we more secure?
Is taking in refugees a good idea?
How many incidents with refugees have taken place just in Germany in the last seven days?
Six or eight days if we're going to be totally technical.
Now we've got an elderly priest, eighty-six years old, beheaded by two ISIS knifemen shouting Allahu Akbar after they took nuns and worshippers hostage at a French church.
Police ended up shooting both attackers dead.
The priest had cut had his throat cut while another hostage is fighting for his life after a knife man burst into this church at 9 a.m.
Now let's kill the church on the altar.
And but don't by the way, is black America better off?
Hispanic Americans better off.
Are all Americans better off?
Millions more in poverty, millions more in food stamps, millions more out of the labor force, the lowest level of participation now since the 70s, and oh, by the way, uh Michelle Obama, for the first time in my adult life, I'm proud of my country, and don't say America is not great.
We have now your husband has accumulated more debt than every single other president before him in the history of this country combined.
Anyway, and last night with all the speakers we have, I think what, some sixty-one people?
Not once, not one time has ISIS been mentioned.
It's a on a daily basis.
We have cops being assassinated, targeted for assassination, or and or a terrorist attack somewhere around the world.
Joining us now, former Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich, thank you for being with us.
Can you believe not one time is the word ISIS ever mentioned at this convention last night?
Now I'm sure they'll do it tonight because it's been pointed out.
And by the way, there's reports there wasn't an American flag to be seen last night.
Yeah, look, I I think um the Democrats are into happy talk.
They think to contrast with um what Trump said, where he defined things that bother us.
I mean, for the thirty-four hundred Chicago residents who've been killed since Barack Obama was sworn in, probably they wouldn't quite agree with Michelle Obama's description.
Uh for the priest who, as you point out, eighty-four years old in Normandy, France, had his throat cut, uh, and other parishioners held hostage, including several nuns, uh, by what are described as warriors of ISIS, uh, they probably wouldn't quite understand a Democratic Party convention totally ignoring the greatest current existing threat uh to Western civilization, which is the very real danger that these guys are going to end up uh ISIS, etc.
are going to end up getting nuclear weapons and using them.
And in that setting, for them to go through 61 speakers and never once mention threats to the United States, I think is uh breathtaking.
Well, it seems like on a daily basis all of these things are happening.
I watched the media respond to Trump's speech, uh which I actually love because it it is identifying problems.
And in our personal lives, how do we ever fix a problem if we don't identify the problem?
Radical Islam, as you had pointed out in your speech, is a threat to Western civilization.
We see it now almost on a daily basis.
Taking in refugees, like they did in Belgium and France and Germany and the rest of Europe is now becoming a major headache, and people are dying.
Not only is Obama taking in all of these refugees, Hillary Clinton wants a five hundred and fifty percent increase.
They're willing to gamble with the lives of the American people.
Um we're living in really dangerous times.
The economy ha we have not gotten out of this recession, millions more in poverty, food stamps, uh, and out of the labor force, and we're putting this debt that will never pay back, and our kids will have to spend the rest of their working lives paying back.
Well, that's exactly right.
And of course, what you have is the Democrats want us to believe that everything's fine, uh that we are supposed to relax, and that anybody who raises a critical question uh is by definition somehow being disloyal to America when the opposite is true.
This is a moment, this is one of the most important elections in our country's history, and and so certainly would rank with the Reagan election and the Andrew Jackson election and FTR's election as one of those decisive turning points.
I thought it was very impressive as you know I was on the floor and then came up and joined you for the TV show uh Thursday night.
I thought what Trump did was very impressive.
But but draw the contrast between our sober, honest, direct speeches, both about crime in America, including a deliberal war against policemen, and about uh foreign threats to our very survival.
They look at that as a realistic, honest convention talking with the American people, and then compare that to what we are seeing in Philadelphia is breathtaking how much they are ignoring every single threat to the United States.
You know, I watched Michelle Obama, I watched Bernie, I watched Elizabeth Warren last night.
I mean, they brought out the far left of their party.
It is interesting that the woman who eight years ago twice said for the first time in my adult life, I'm proud of my country, is telling us America is the greatest country on earth.
Well, it's great for her.
I mean, she's got a nice house, she's got a beautiful jet, she's got a helicopter, she gets vacations in Hawaii and on Matha's Vineyard in Nantucket or wherever they go.
And meanwhile, most of America's suffering.
Do you know in the African American community, for example, there is a fifty-eight percent increase in the number of black Americans now that are on food stamps.
There's a twenty percent increase in the number of black families that are out of the labor force.
One in five American families, Mr. Speaker, don't have a single member of their family in the workforce.
And then on top of that, you know, they want to put all of our lives at risk, and they've got the best security in the world.
Well, that's why Hillary Clinton who's at Secret Service uh since 1992.
Twenty-four years of the taxpayer providing her with some of the best Security in the world.
She has no idea of the risk to normal, everyday average Americans.
And that's why listening to them reassure us, you know.
Oh, if only we and I and I got some of this, frankly, from the elite media.
Oh, if only you were being honest.
Well, I'm doing my newsletter, which people can get at Gangwish Productions.com.
My newsletter today is on the truth about crime.
The fact is, in the last couple of years, crime has started going up again.
Any effort by the news media to deny it, any effort by the Democrats to deny it, is just plain not being honest.
The fact is, crime has started back up in America, tragically and unfortunately, but it is but it's there and we have to deal with it.
What do you make of these emails that prove there's this collusion that went on between the DNC and Hillary Clinton to prevent Bernie Sanders from getting the nomination?
Now, in fairness, Bernie Sanders pointed it out, and even at the time I agreed with him, especially on the issue of superdelegates, uh, Donald Trump was even the only guy probably out there pointing out the system was rigged.
But on top of all that, the very things that it Democrats use every election year against Republicans is Republicans or racist.
Well, there were racist slurs in these emails.
Uh there were anti-gay slurs in these emails.
There was an anti-Semitic uh strategy that was developed for voters in Kentucky and and West Virginia, Democratic voters, by the way, primary voters, that they thought if they got out the word that Bernie Sanders was Jewish, that that would add a lot of points to their their vote total.
And then, of course, there was misogynist language in there as well, calling women bimbos.
So it is a little ironic and revealing, isn't it, that the very people that claim to be the champions of the rights of all these groups are out there doing this?
Well, apparently uh there are even more emails coming along, and they're going to show us the depth of corruption that was involved in the uh Democratic National Committee.
And and as we watch tonight, I I just want to remind all of our listeners.
Tonight you're going to hear from the two billion dollar man.
Uh this is Bill Clinton has raised over two billion dollars uh since he left the presidency.
Uh he and his wife have gone from being virtually penniless to being worth uh I think over two hundred million dollars personally.
Uh he took uh gifts and and donations and speech fees everywhere he could go.
You know, if the Russians have hacked into the DNC, it may be because they're so mad at Bill for not staying bought.
Uh I mean, they the Russians have poured money into the Clintons over the last eight years, uh and and uh in a variety of forms, mostly through the foundation, but also in terms of Bill doing speeches for very large fees.
Uh, and I think the Russians may feel that they didn't get their money's worth.
Well, I uh maybe that's it.
Maybe I I'm not even sure.
How how is it that we're gonna go through a period where every day cops are being assassinated?
There's a story out there.
I'll kill you, mother blanker.
A driver calls in a rant about police before crashing into a row of cruisers and injuring a cop.
This happened in Akron, Ohio.
This is only the latest example.
Another cop is on audio.
We just played it before you came in, you know, saying shots fired again.
Now we've got refugees now in in Germany and Belgium and in France, and and they are doing exactly what James Clapper and James Comey and and Brennan and General John Allen and the House Homeland Security Committee chair are warning us that they will ISIS will infiltrate the refugee population here.
They're doing it all over Europe, but they're still taking them in.
I mean, do you think this has an impact on the election, these events?
Well, I I think it does have an impact.
And let me just give you an example.
I I asked uh Matt Cullen, who's an intern here.
Here's the list since last Monday in Europe.
Last Monday, an axe attack on the train in Germany, four people injured, the attacker was reported said Alakbar.
Uh Friday, shooting in the Munich shopping district, nine were killed, sixteen were injured, carried out by an Iranian who had moved to Germany.
Sunday, Matetti attack and killed a pregnant woman near a fast food restaurant, two others were injured, carried out by a refugee.
Uh Sunday Nunzbach, a Syrian refugee seeker, uh who had pledged allegiance to ISIS, exploded a suicide bomb and injured 15 in revenge against the Germans for quote obstructing Islam.
And then today in Normandy, France, priests was uh hit his throat slit, five others were taken hostage, um, one was seriously wounded.
Uh I mean, take half of us, that's just the last week.
Uh, and yet these people can't even discuss it.
they have no capacity for dealing with it.
What do you make of also the corruption that we now know that political, for example, sends their their articles to the DNC first.
Uh uh MSNBC is told not to use the term rigged in terms of elections, and CNN is feeding questions through is being fed questions through the DNC, releasing false information and false stories to Reuters and infiltrating the Bernie Sanders campaign and making up stories about Trump and sending out phony protesters.
What do you make of all these other revelations?
We only have a minute.
Well, I look, I think that uh the system is rigged.
I think that Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton are the most corrupt couple ever to run for president.
I think as people learn more and more about Clinton Cash, uh, the movie and and uh the book on the Clintons, they're gonna be startled by how much these people dealt with things that were clearly illegal, and that I think it is tragic to have a president of the United States and a potential president of the United States engaged in this kind of dishonesty.
I've never seen anything like it in my entire life.
Uh Mr. Speaker, we really appreciate you being with us.
All right.
By the way, I'm doing all the heavy lifting here in Philly.
It's not exactly friendly territory.
800-941 Sean, toll-free telephone number.
You want to be a part of the program.
Congressman Tim Hulescamp will join us today.
Uh former Congressman Dennis Kucinich, by the way, he was the mayor of Cleveland years ago, and I think they had a great week in Cleveland.
It's been very chaotic here.
He'll check in today.
Now there are certain members of Congress.
I have complained bitterly on this program that Republicans are weak, that they are timid, that they are feckless, that they are visionless, and they have pretty much rolled over when it comes to the Obama agenda.
John Boehner, for example, as speaker, accumulated five trillion dollars in new debt because he wouldn't use the constitutional authority, the enumerated power of the purse that he had at his available.
And that has frustrated many of us.
You get all these show votes on repealing and replacing Obamacare.
They had absolutely no desire when the tr when the moment of truth came and they could use their power, they wouldn't use it.
Very frustrating.
And then they said, Well, give us the Senate in 2014, and we'll really do stuff.
Well, 2014 came and went, and the entire campaign was predicated on elect us in the House and Senate, and we're gonna stop the president's uh illegal, unconstitutional executive amnesty.
Okay, they won.
The promise was broken.
They passed the Crom Nibus, said in February or March, we'll defund the Department of Homeland Security.
And all it took now for eight years is Obama to make a threat that he would blame Republicans for a government shutdown, and that has caused them to back down every time.
One person who doesn't back down is Congressman Tim Huleskamp.
He's with Kansas, the first district.
And uh thank you, sir, for being with us.
Uh are you a member of the Freedom Caucus too?
Hi, I am Sean, and uh uh proud to be a member with about 40 other uh conservatives, and and you laid it out.
That is what has happened.
I've been in Washington for five years, and it's lay down, roll over and give excuse after excuse, and uh now I'm getting pay payback uh because I stood up and says, no, let's uh do what we promised to do the American people, and that's take on Obama and his radical agenda.
And uh I'm getting punished for it in this cycle, and I got almost a million dollars of Washington D. Inside Washington, D.C. insiders just uh going after me in the last few weeks of the of my re-election.
Well, let me ask this question, because I think this is very important.
Do you think the establishment is purposefully targeting you?
Oh, absolutely.
U.S. Chamber of Commerce, who wants the president's illegal executive amnesty, just announced today, started $200,000 of ads attacking me.
What's interesting, they don't attack me for uh uh being conservative, they actually attack and lie to Kansas and say I'm not a conservative, that somehow I'm working with Obama.
And that's the thing.
I thought John Boehner and Eric Cantor had all cashed out, but we still have their cronies and their PACs and their super packs that want to say, hey, you know what, we just can't take on Obama.
You know, it's the same thing I think of the presidential campaign.
Actually, the same super PAC That went after Donald Trump and helped Hillary Clinton win in Iowa actually has been running ads against me for about three weeks attacking me.
It's it's the same old DC cronies that don't want a real loud, outspoken conservative.
They want people to go sit on the back row and and and vote the way they tell you to vote.
And I told Speaker John Boehner, with all due respect, Mr. Speaker, I don't work for you or anybody else in Washington, and I'm being punished for that.
Yeah, well, let me tell you something, because this is really important.
Those those few of you that are standing up need our help.
We you need you deserve the help of conservatives, because we appreciate the fact that you have stood apart.
If it weren't for the Freedom Caucus of which you are a part, John Boehner would probably still be speaker.
You know, isn't it fascinating?
I know that there's been this race going on against Paul Ryan, and he's being primaried in in his district in Wisconsin, and many people have gone to his house.
He's got a big wall at his house.
And it's interesting here in Philly, they've got a you know, four mile fence built around the perimeter of where the convention is.
Um the same Democrats, oh, it's it's horrible to build wall.
Why do they all have walls, all the people that don't want a wall on the border?
It's so hilarious to me.
Well, it's it's uh it's hypocrisy, but uh in this Republican primary and so many other Republican primaries before I went to Congress, you know they promised to build a wall.
And they promised they'd do something about it.
I've been up there five and a half years and they won't even let us vote on it to make certain it happens, to spend the money to de secure our border.
Meanwhile, we've got the U.S. Chamber and their cronies and and and actually a bunch of Wall Street bankers coming after me as well, because my goodness, we can't do what we promised to the American people, and then they sit around and twitter the thumbs and worry and wonder well, well, how did Donald Trump become our nominee?
Because of people like John Bain and folks that didn't do what we promised to do.
So that's why they're coming after conservatives like me again and again, because they want to send a message to conservatives in Congress and around the country that uh we're gonna take you out if you say anything uh about the the cronyism in Washington.
Let me ask you about you obviously saw this horrible terrorist attack of this eighty-six-year-old priest that was beheaded at the altar by ISIS.
Do you know I'm here in Philly?
By the way, I should be getting combat pay this week.
And I'm here in Philly, and literally they didn't had sixty-one speakers yesterday, not one of them mentioned ISIS.
And meanwhile, look at what's been happening with the refugee population in Germany just in the last week alone.
Look at what's been happening in Belgium and Europe and and Paris, etc.
Look at the terror attacks that have been happening in this country.
Look at the targeted assassination of police officers.
You know, what do you make of the fact that they can't seem to wrap their arms around, you know, the bad state of the economy and ISIS, which was created in part because of the vacuum that Hillary and Obama created by leaving Iraq too early and not standing up to President Assad in Syria when they drew a red line.
Well, clearly, I mean they understand what's going on, but they're just lying to us.
I mean, they know it's radical Islamic terrorism.
Uh, folks question the patriotism of folks that won't even identify our enemy and let our soldiers go out and kill them.
You know, the FBI can't even investigate them.
The FBI tells the president, don't let Syrian refugees in this country, and he says, Who cares?
We're going to bring him in anyway, even though they're not vetted at the end of the day.
I mean, it's clear.
Uh they want to destroy the very fabric of this country, and that's what the president promises on the night of his election, and says we're going to fundamentally transform America.
And unless we win this election, he will get his D done.
And we're awfully close.
As I heard somebody say, I was doing campaign town halls with with uh Jim Breidenstein, Jim Jordan, and uh Steve King just yesterday.
And one of them said, you know, we we if we don't change anything, we will still have in about ten years, probably the United States, but we could lose America.
And that's what's about, and too many people twiddling their thumbs in Washington, getting us to elect them, and then sitting up there and going after conservatives.
You know, I was punished three years ago by John Boehner.
He's gone.
But his cronies still run Washington, they still hate Donald Trump, they still hate any outsider, and they're still more than willing to do nothing in the face of a real threat to our nation, whether it's radical Islamic terrorism or a guy in the White House or a gal runner for president that frankly has let down America and given away our secrets to our adversaries.
It's just shocking, and that's what this election is really about, Sean.
Well, Tim Hules camp, when is your uh primary happening?
It is Tuesday, August 2nd, and uh that's uh one week from today as we visit here.
As I noted, uh there's been almost a million dollars spent against me by uh folks that actually helped again, Hillary win in Iowa, the same pack went after Trump.
This is the same family went after, and now the U.S. Chamber's coming in.
They want amnesty, they don't want to secure the border, and so we've got a website at uh Hughescamp.org, H-U-E-L-S-K-A-M-P dot org.
But one thing, Sean, I want to say my 14-year-old did ask.
He said, Boy, can you ask Sean if he would just chip in a little?
Or chip in a lot.
I'll chip a little bit or a lot.
I would take or come and visit.
I mean, because this is a message that they want to send to conservatives, not just me, but the 40 or 50 or 60 of us that are holding the line like if we can break the water.
I want to help you, and I really want to put emphasis on this, that if you're in Tim Hughes Camp District in Kansas, the first district in the state, you really need to get out and vote for him because they he has been targeted for being one of the people with a spine and a backbone and the strength to actually fight and fight effectively.
So and I'm not doing this for many people, Congressman.
I really refuse to.
Uh, and I you have my full support.
Thank you for being with us.
Thank you.
All right, sir.
All right, as we continue from Philly and the DNC, eight hundred nine four-one Sean, our toll-free telephone number.
All right, Vanessa is in New Mexico.
Uh Vanessa, how are you?
Glad you called.
You're on the Sean Hannity show.
Thanks, I'm doing good.
Um, I just wanted to say how disappointed I was last night in Bernie Sanders and the way, as far as I'm concerned, he just um threw all his supporters and and everything they wanted just under the bus and saying that Hillary Clinton was a great first lady, and and I don't agree with what Ted Cruz did.
I think he should have turned down the invitation to speak, but at least he held true to his, you know, beliefs that that what Donald Trump said about his wife and his father wasn't right.
But I just was disgusted last night and just think it's really bad the way that they are not being honest about all the lies that are being exposed that that they have been uh doing all along this whole time.
Yeah.
Well, I gotta tell you something.
Bernie Sanders is who he is.
But at least he's kind of honest about it.
I mean, Hillary is back and forth, and you know, she flips and flops and flails all over the place.
I think the sad story for Bernie Sanders here is he caved.
I mean, yesterday when he was in Philly and he said he's gonna vote for Hillary, and and he got booed as badly as he got booed.
I mean, that was a really telling moment.
We can play it again, but you know, he says, you know, when he said that you have to support Hillary, this is how they reacted.
We have got to elect Hillary Clinton and Tim Kaine.
And then he had a tweet out before he actually went out there.
Now, there's also reports today that that people were taken off the floor, that Bernie's supporters weren't allowed to bring their signs on the floor, that they worked with the Clinton campaign, the last thing they wanted was for that to happen again, so they tried to stack the deck with the people in the arena, etc.
etc.
So before Bernie actually took to the stage, he's he's he's texting out.
I ask you as a personal courtesy to me.
Do not engage in any kind of protest on the floor.
It's of the utmost importance you explain this to your delegations.
He's begging.
Literally beg, please don't do that again.
And of course, Wasserman Schultz got booed before the Florida delegation.
You know, I think the big question Democrats have to say, if they had any intellectual integrity or honesty, okay, what do you think about Debbie Wasseman Schultz?
Her DNC is is emailing racist slurs, anti-gay slurs, coming up with an anti-Semitic strategy.
You know, Bernie's Jewish.
Let's tell the people of Kentucky, the Democrats of Kentucky and West Virginia, that'll be worth a few extra points.
And misogynistic calling women horrible names like Bimbo and on and on and on.
The things that they say they're so offended about, they're all full of crap.
Yep, that's right.
Anyway, thanks for a good call.
I appreciate it.
Uh Michael is in Columbia, South Carolina.
What's up, Michael?
Welcome to Philly.
Welcome to the DNC.
Yes, I do deserve combat pay.
What's going on?
Well, we're praying for you out here, Mr. Henry.
I just want to say that I'm so thankful after the GOP convention mentioning the safety of America, but specifically the safety of gay Americans.
I have I'm a conservative American gay male.
And for Donald Trump to say what he did in his acceptance speech was amazing to me.
It's quite obvious we cannot coexist with radical Islam as a Western civilization.
And I appreciate you highlighting the obvious fact that we have to control the border.
We have to know who is here.
Well, if we don't control the border, we don't control our country.
We don't control our destiny.
You know, the the one thing, and I don't care if I have to repeat it every day.
The one thing that they can't explain to me, if you got all these Americans out of the labor force, all right, let's look at on the economic side.
All these people out of the labor force, then 11, 15, and millions more crossing the border.
Every one of those people wants a job.
Then they're gonna be competing with Americans out of work, and then that's gonna drive down wages.
Then that hurts American families.
How do you justify that?
Then the security issue.
You don't secure your border.
Okay, what does that mean?
ISIS has a path to of entry into this country without our knowledge.
That's really stupid.
And then of course, when you have every top intelligence official saying, don't take in the refugees, it's risky, and they want to take him in anyway, some 10,000 of them, and then Hillary wants a 550% increase.
Well, why are they willing to gamble with your life, especially in light of the six attacks in a week in Germany?
In light of what happened in Belgium, in light of what happened in Paris, you know, why would they put our lives at risk?
They're gonna be safe, they're all gonna be fine, they all have their security.
By the way, I do have security this week in Philly.
Um for obvious reasons.
I'm probably the most conservative person here.
Um so you know, it's frustrating to me.
On every level, it makes all the sense in the world, and then they go out and they they do their predictable thing.
Tim Kane said l uh in an interview that he wants to open up the borders, comprehensive immigration reform amnesty in a hundred days.
That's his goal if he's the vice president.
That's not gonna be good for the country.
All right, back to our busy uh telephones as oh, I gotta take a break.
Wow, where does the time go here?
It just flies by.
We're at the DNC convention, combat pay zone, Hannity, and we'll have the best coverage tonight, right?
Uh I think we're straight up at eleven tonight.
We won't vote for Hillary!
We won't vote for Hillary!
Thank you all so much.
Thank you.
So I can see there's a little bit of interest in my in my uh my being here, and I appreciate that interest.
We have an opportunity, oh God, to give undeniable evidence of our commitment to justice and equality by nominating Hillary Rodden Clinton as our candidate as our candidate for the highest office in the land.
God, you have given us wisdom.
Now give us courage for the facing of this hour.
Hillary Clinton and Tim Kane want to build an economy that works for everyone, not just the people at the top.
Hillary Clinton and Tim Kane want an America where there are no barriers to opportunity, equality, or justice.
Excuse me.
Excuse me.
Hillary is our democratic nominee, and I will proudly vote for her.
It's so inspiring.
It's so inspiring.
Just a few years ago, she was a secretary, and now she's going to be president.
The Bernie.
Can I just say to the Bernie or bust people?
You're being ridiculous.
I wake up every morning in a house that was built by slaves.
Hillary Clinton told me that she would do everything she could to help us.
She told me that I had to do the wearing because she will do the wearing for me and all of us.
You know, me, not for me.
This choice is personal.
It's about who we are as a people.
It's about what kind of a country we want to be.
I grew up in Oklahoma.
Our party.
Just not just the believe, but on the fans that black lives matter.
We have got to elect Hillary Clinton and Tim K. All right, news roundup information overload hour.
As we come to you from Philly, we are at the Chaos Corruption Confusion Convention, and it's the Sean Hannity Show, Combat Pay Week for me.
And joining us now is former Democratic Congressman.
He ran for president himself and was the former mayor of Cleveland, and I must applaud him for the great treatment that we had received in Cleveland, uh, Dennis Kisinich.
How are you, sir?
You're here in Philly, right?
I am in Philly.
Cleveland was absolutely great.
Thanks for mentioning it, Sean.
And how have you been, Sean?
I haven't talked in a while.
No, it's been a while.
Um it was really good.
I actually saw a feature of you on television while I was there when you were a lot younger and you were mayor.
You were a pretty feisty mayor.
You I remember there's some moment where a councilman was challenging you.
I saw this tape.
I don't know why I was watching this, and you were much younger and better looking back then.
And and the funny part is you really gave it to them.
This is some of some councilman challenging you, and you told him to s should basically shut up and sit out.
It was great.
So the question here is who was Sean Hannity before there was a Sean Hannity.
Uh I was a Philadelphia Flyers fan and a hockey player and a brawler since I came out of the womb.
So I'm pretty sure.
You know what?
That that hockey had it prepared you for this, no question about it.
Yeah, no, you know what?
Mo I got uh one guy last night attacks me.
There's a big story that I was I was thrown out of a place last night.
I wasn't thrown out.
One lunatic that seemed to be having a little bit of a rough night comes at me and I just said, Listen, please, I don't want to hurt you.
Please don't make I don't want you to get hurt.
Sean, let me just tell you from my experience.
When you run into one person at negative, it actually helps verify all the positive stuff you get.
So it's listen, i it was actually fun for me, and I I honestly was saying to the guy, I don't want to hurt you.
Please don't make me.
I believe you know what?
That's a that's uh a very Christian thing to do, and I'm glad you didn't.
Listen, I walked away fast.
I'm like, I really you're gonna get hurt.
I don't want you to get hurt.
And by the way, the my my bodyguard is uh has 14 black belts, and I I wouldn't have needed him for one second in this particular instance.
Let me put it that way, because I've been training for now for going on five years.
Hey, listen, let me ask you a little bit.
Well, I'm a fighter.
Uh I I learned this years ago that you fights and runs away and learn live to fight another day.
So sometimes it's okay to walk away.
You know, I have uh look as long as we're talking about this is an important topic.
I have carried a gun.
I have have a license to carry in New York.
I had a license to carry in Rhode Island, California, Alabama, and Georgia.
I've carried a gun my entire life.
And as a as a person that carries, I take such a responsibility.
I've had people confront me and I say, Thank you, gu I I will literally run away.
You'll have to chase me because I know I'm gonna win.
Does that sound stupid or what?
No, you know, I mean, this is you know, the times are really challenging and people are uh there's probably more encounters uh that have uh potential violence, and when you move away from from violence, I think it's always a good thing because there are people out there just waiting for a confrontation, and I'm you know, y you have to actually be on your toes all the time and and figure out what can you do to de-escalate, which I think is probably the easiest and less expensive way of handling conflict.
Yeah, listen, I d I honestly I I'm very confident in the skill level I brought up and the people that I surround myself with.
I know I would have hurt this person.
I don't want to do that.
I'll I'll talk more about it later.
Let me ask you, who do you support more, Bernie or Hillary?
I voted for Bernie Sanders, Sean.
I mean, I'm you know, I w I I don't mind sharing that with you.
Uh you know, Bernie's uh the issues that I worked on for years and brought to two presidential campaigns, uh, were some of the issues that Bernie brought forward.
So it was a it was a pretty easy vote for me, frankly.
Yeah.
Do you feel when you read these these leaks of these emails from the DNC, be you know, number one, there's racist slurs in there, is there's anti-gay slurs in there, there's an anti-Semitic strategy that they built, uh which I find, you know, unconscionable.
There's misogyny in there calling women bimbos.
Putting that aside, what about the collusion and corruption?
If I'm a Bernie Sanders supporters, I already believe that the system's corrupt because of the superdelegates.
Now they got a system where they were coordinating with the Clinton campaign and they favored one candidate over another and they were working against that one candidate.
What's your reaction to all that?
Well you know it's an interesting thing, Sean, because you know well you and I may have some fundamental disagreements I will recognize that there is an integrity to what you stand for.
Your your consistent and to have the Democratic Party profess to be one thing to the public and yet these emails reveal something different about a about a culture that felt free to be able to denigrate people based on on on the the things that you just mentioned.
I I think that um it it reflects a schism that's occurred in the Democratic party where people want uh the party to really reflect the their highest ideals and those emails just took a wrecking ball to that uh to those aspirations.
Yeah.
I listen I I actually think Bernie's right on issues involving trade and some other things and you know here's let me ask you this question because I I I feel the same way about you.
We've always had a good relationship together.
And I don't by the way I still have no idea why your wife married you.
I really I've said that to you a hundred times you and you and millions of Americans of humor a lot of Democrats these days don't but here's the question.
So we have millions more Americans on food stamps, 14 million more since Obama's been president, and in poverty and millions of more 20% increase for example in the black community in terms of labor force participation, a 20% increase of black Americans out of the labor force since he's been president.
We've doubled the debt we're stealing from our kids.
Obamacare's been a disaster he you know look at all look at what's happening around the world he can't even say the words radical Islam.
Is there anything you can point to that you tell would tell us is a success of this guy?
Your question is there anything like if if you have now that since he's been president he's in his eighth year we have millions 14 million more Americans in poverty on food stamps, 46 million Americans on food stamps, 50 million in poverty, 95 million Americans out of the labor force, and he doubled the debt and minorities are disproportionately impacted by the bad economy.
Real income for example for for uh black Americans is down in real dollars twenty four hundred dollars since he's been president.
So my question is let me Sean let me say that uh my my read on this is that uh Democrats and Republicans uh having been in power in various levels of the U.S. government uh bear an equal responsibility here and you know the wars drove up our deficit by trillions of dollars uh the Wall Street bailouts uh added to uh the our our national um uh debt you know I want to say something you know I voted in against that bailout matter of fact Mike Pence by the way good for you good for
Mike Pence and I worked together against the bailout.
We both said this is a moral hazard.
These people are in a casino.
They're making bets.
They took the risk.
They want the taxpayer to bail them out when their investments go south.
That's not what America's supposed to be about.
And so, you know, that complicated things greatly.
And, you know, it is a fact that Barack Obama came to D.C. with a great support of Wall Street.
You have to go back to September of 2008.
eight where he and George Bush uh came came together in uh not George Bush John McCain came together in DC and uh and and uh uh let me make sure I got this right that they came together in DC and both of them promoted the bailout it was the it was the moment at which uh John McCain lost any chance he had for the presidency when he went with the bailout.
So you know I'm I'm I'm stating this to you Sean because um you know I'm not a partisan.
I I I happen to be a Democrat but if the Democrats are wrong I'll say so and I think in this case in terms of the American economy we are on a trajectory where both parties played a role.
I all right let me concede your point.
I think Republic especially on the debt.
Don't you think it's immoral, indecent?
Don't you think it's it's it's like generational theft.
Look, when Obama leaves office, um, he's gonna accumulate more debt than every other president before him combined.
When he ran for office, this is what he said.
Now we're at nearly 20 trillion in debt.
This is what he said when he ran for office about the debt.
The way Bush has done it over the last eight years is to take out a credit card from the Bank of China in the name of our children, driving up our national debt so that we now have over nine trillion dollars of debt that that we are going to have to pay back.
That's irresponsible.
It's unpatriotic.
What do you make of a guy that says that about $9 trillion in debt and then accumulated more debt than every single president before him combined?
Well, the momentum towards greater debt continues because we're in a debt-based monetary system.
And at some point, Sean, at another time, maybe after this election, I'd like to engage you in a discussion about how the nature of our monetary system, where money equals debt, it's trapping us into a place where we may not recover.
And so I'm very concerned, as you are, about the conditions that we're in about the mounting debt.
But I will tell you that underneath that mounting debt is a deeper discussion about monetary policy, about the Federal Reserve, about the Federal Reserve's collusion with big banks to basically stymie businesses in America that are trying to grow.
I mean, there's a whole different discussion that needs to be had that goes underneath the discussion of debt.
Wow.
I've got to tell you one thing that infuriates me.
Why is the government manipulating, you know, if you look at...
what quantitative easing driving down interest rates you know look here's the truth too I know that you're you're more leftist than I am and you believe in redistribution more than I do.
I believe in an opportunity society.
I I'm not I you know let me tell you I'm not that far away from what you're talking about.
I mean I I I think that yeah there should be social security I think there should be health care for all I think there should be educational opportunities.
But you know what?
America works best where people uh learn how to create wealth where they're given an opportunity to create wealth I agree and you know what and inner city America is being destroyed.
We have an educational system that has been destroyed.
The NEA has all the influence on it.
Jobs are going away to illegal immigrants and we can't we can't secure our borders so that means illegal immigrants compete with Americans for jobs, drives down wages, puts Americans out of work.
It's also a national security threat.
Let me ask you the last question.
Will you vote for Trump?
Will you consider voting for him?
You know what I I don't uh I I specifically want to stay away from discussions about who I'm gonna vote for because like a lot of Americans I'm you are you undecided is that a fair question I can't even I can't even tell you that I'm undecided.
What I will tell you, Sean, is that I'm continuing to be concerned about America's role in the world, about these interventions that have blown back in our country and that have created numerous difficulties for America, about the trade policies that America has, that have worked against us, put millions of Americans out of work, lowered wages.
You know, these are things I'm concerned about, and I want to see, with the two candidates and maybe four candidates, who's going to address that.
Well, I think Trump is.
I mean, that's the thing.
But anyway, I'll bring you back.
thank you for the hospitality of all Sean I'm always grateful to be on your show you're a stand up guy and and I appreciate an opportunity to be out here you know you're such a nice guy even though you're misguided sometimes I you know your department of peace thing was insane but I still love you.
So all these Philly newspapers, all these media people, they're trying to contact me.
Did you get booed out of Wawas last night?
Well if you don't know if you're not from Philly all right so we finished the show at 1 a.m last night one o'clock in the morning I hadn't eaten all day and uh that's like the only place that's open at night.
So we go into Wawa.
Now I how do I say this in a nice way?
It is a strange experience at 1.30 in the morning.
I mean, you've got more characters in this place than you can shake a stick at.
And, I mean, real characters.
The best part is nobody in there knew who I was.
And then we just ordered our sandwiches.
I got a meatball hoagie, I guess they call it here in Philly.
And I put it in a bag.
I got a bottle of water.
And I'm going back to my car so I can drive to the hotel.
And so this one guy comes in and starts, you know, trying to jabber at me.
He was kind of, I didn't, I couldn't understand.
understand the guy to be perfectly honest.
Look like to me, my observation was he was having a rough night, and so um he goes to put his hands on me.
I said, Don't put your hands on me.
I said, Don't touch me.
And so, you know, I'm just walking out, walking out, and he's jabbering and jabbering and jabbering, and anyway, it was one person.
There's a headline in some newspaper that I've never even heard of.
And the head the story goes on to say that it's like who wrote this thing?
Who's Dana Heninger?
Most Philly DNC so story so far.
Now, by the way, Dana, I grew up the biggest Philadelphia Flyers fan that you've ever met, even though I lived on Long Island, and every all of my friends were Islanders fan.
I love Bobby Clark, Reggie Leash, uh, Reggie Leach, Rick McCleash.
Uh I love Bernie Perom, probably one of the the best goaltenders in the history of the game.
You know, you had this guy blading that had the best slap shot in the game, and DuPont and all these other guys.
I was a huge Bobby Clark fan.
I played ice hockey.
I loved the Broad Street bullies.
I love the brawling, I love the fighting, and it's kind of like where my interest is now is I finally accumulated my brown belt, and you know, I train every day hard martial arts.
I mean, every day I come into work with bruises and blacks and black and blues.
Anyway, long story short, she writes this article.
Uh polls, journalists, celebs of all persuasions in town for the DNC are quickly learning about the quirks of our city.
There's the overwhelming peace smell of Broad Street line subway, plus there's the fact that we still use tokens.
Uh, there's uh the debate about whether to whiz or never whiz.
There's the fight out of ordering uh the ordering system at Wawa.
Now I happen to go with people I work with, and somebody been to Wawas a number of times.
You order it on a computer, it takes two seconds, it's a piece of cake.
We have photographic evidence that conservative commentator, Sean Hannity had a wahwa moment last night when he was sighted uh touching the touch screen or oogling the touch screen after the first day of the Wells Fargo Center events wrapped up.
But did Hannity return again the next morning?
Well, this being Philly during the DNC, it's not that far a stretch to imagine this actually could have happened.
Some guy tweeted out most authentic Philly moment.
Apparently, Sean Hannity showed up at Wawa and Walnut Street and was booed out of the store.
Okay.
That never happened.
Ever.
Ever.
There was one lunatic, one guy who was acting nutty.
And it was when I was walking out.
Nobody else in that store had a clue who I was.
Nobody.
I love how these things build and build and build.
Anyway, and we couldn't confirm that this happened, but that didn't stop this Twitter user from vividly imagining the scenario.
My sources told me what really happened to make Sean Hannity get booed out of Wawa.
You know, when you usually go to Wawa, 7-Eleven Royal Farms, nobody's really paying attention to you.
You paid for gas and you kind of go on.
I'm sitting here listening to this.
I'm like, where do these people?
It just it's sort of like you play that game telephone in grade school, and then the story builds and builds and builds and builds and builds, and then by the time it gets to the last person, it's something totally incoherent from what the real story is.
Now I'm kind of enjoying it because it's kind of fun to be a part of this thing.
And um I'm not really sure where the who these people are that are making up the story, but I'm just telling you the truth.
There was one guy who was a little out of his mind.
A cop came over.
Uh when he did follow me out of the store, I said, Look, I said, I'm going to hurt you.
Don't let me hurt you.
I said, You're going to get hurt.
I don't want you to get hurt.
I have a bodyguard with me that has 14 black belts, multiple degrees.
He is my my own personal martial arts instructor and one of my best friends.
I said, please, for your sake, you don't you're going to get hurt.
I kept saying to him in a nice way, I don't want you to get hurt.
Just scream away, say anything you want, but I don't want you to get hurt.
And then I quickly, I actually grabbed him, my instructor, because that's just the way he is.
He's wired, you know, he's wired in.
And if somebody's gonna get in my grill, he's gonna defend me because you know, more importantly, because we're friends.
So anyway, we walked fast, got in our car, and we went back to our hotel.
It was one person.
Anyway, why you I can see you laughing because you're from Philly, Linda.
Is this a typical Wawa story?
I mean, Wawa is the place to go if you're from Philly.
Okay.
At 130 in the morning, there are more people.
It's like everyone's the only place that's open throughout the city.
You go to Walla, you can get anything.
It's like you have you have every person of every background at every it's just amazing.
And it's sort of like, what are all these people doing in here?
I mean, I'm looking around, I'm like, oh my goodness.
What and nobody noticed me.
Not one person.
I'm in a snow.
Yeah, they don't know who you are.
I got makeup on.
Um you know, I'm figured somebody would probably notice me.
But honestly, everyone's nice.
They go about their business, everyone orders their food.
The food is amazing.
I'd go back, I'll go back there tonight.
You know, we'll get some food.
Maybe you should take a film crew and talk about your Wawa experience on television.
Yeah.
Well, the food is amazing.
Do you go there a lot?
Wawa sandwiches are very good.
You can get the shorty, you can get the long, and you put it in the computer.
Get the shorty, you get the long-y, and it's a hoagie.
It's a hoagie in Philly.
It's not a sub.
Not a hero.
It's not a hero.
It's not, I know, it's a hoagie.
I got the hoagie thing.
It's also in Rhode Island, they call it a hoagie.
I get it.
Anyway, so I you know, why do I have to deal with this stuff?
Isn't this ridiculous?
Philly's ridiculous.
I mean, people are crazy liberal there.
We got a liberal governor, we got a liberal mayor, it's a hot mess.
Listen, I really was worried that this guy was gonna get hurt.
Because at one point he reached out to touch me.
I said, Don't touch me.
Well, I've seen Michaela, so I would have been afraid too.
Oh, yeah, Michaela was right on that.
It's tough.
Absolutely.
Oh, yeah.
No, it was actually Glenn.
That's the one I was worried about.
For the guy's sake, not for Glenn's sake.
I mean, by the way, we're having so much fun here.
And I do you you know what I'm the biggest Philly Flyers fan ever, right?
You knew that.
Yes, I do know that.
And I met Ed Snyder, who recently passed away.
What a wonderful guy.
You were there, as a matter of fact.
I meant so I go to give a speech before the American Enterprise Institute.
You were the only person that came with me that night.
That is true.
And I got to sit next to Ed Snyder, and the whole time, oh, we talked about with the Flyers.
He was the owner of the Flyers.
It was a political dinner, and all you did was talk sports.
Oh, I'm talking there, Bobby.
You really?
I know Bobby Clark's still with the organization.
I loved him.
I I emulated him.
I wanted to be him every time I played hockey.
I thought I was acting like him, although I didn't have half his talent.
And uh and Dave Schultz once sent me a uh jersey, the hammer.
He was amazing.
And I liked it because they were street tough and fighting, and you know, and you guys make fun of me because I love to do my ninja and my martial arts, and I can see Jason right now through the microphone rolling his eyes every time I talk about it, because I tell him I can drop him in 30 seconds.
You disgust me, by the way.
Why is it?
How are you a long from Long Island and you're rooting for the flyers?
They were the most fun team, combative team, fighting team in the history of the NHL.
That is who I am.
Blah blah blah.
I am a I am a natural fighter.
I love combat, verbal and otherwise, or else I wouldn't be training an hour and a half a day and punching and grappling and boxing and jujitsu and kempo and all the other arts that I'm learning.
The only thing I would I would give you some credit for was that job that they did against the Russian team where they beat the holy hell out of them.
Oh, wasn't that they beat the crap out of them?
It was so awesome.
Oh, they wanted to they wanted to run for the X first period.
Are you kidding?
Schultz, remember Hound Dog Kelly?
Man, that guy could brawl.
He's such a great guy.
It's still an outrage.
You should be rooting for the you should be able to do it.
No, it's not an islander.
I'm friends with Bobby Nystrom.
Bobby Nystrom's a great guy.
And he I remember him and Schultz had brawls.
I mean, they had to fight every time they pretty much were on the ice together.
You'd see those two tangle up.
Oh, showing the 70s, every game was like slap shot.
All right, here's the difference though.
That's when hockey was fun.
Now, if you have a fight in hockey, somebody's gonna probably sue you.
You know, I grew up, I had to teach my son, all right.
If somebody hits you, you gotta go tell the principal.
You gotta tell the teacher.
Uh When I grew up, if somebody tried to hit me, it was an it was a rule.
You hit back.
They try to hit you and you try to hit them, and you know, it goes down.
Every single day, if we were playing ice hockey, roller hockey, street hockey, it didn't matter.
The gloves at some point during that game were gonna go down.
We'd fight, we'd go to neutral corners, we come back and play, and nobody was damaged for the rest of their life with some psychological trauma.
It's ridiculous.
Well, now you're sued if you if you engage in a fight.
Yeah, well, I'm not thinking about getting sued.
If somebody hits me, I'm gonna defend myself.
And I have every right to defend myself.
And the idea that we can't tell our kids that if somebody wants to hurt you that you can hit them back is ridiculous to me.
Anyway, I got that out of my system.
Uh my Do you need some water?
I mean, you seem like you're you you just you just know.
I'm looking over at Glenn.
He's laughing his head off over there as he does his little meditations in the afternoon.
This is like the easiest week in his life because he literally has sixteen hours a day that he does training people.
So anyway, I stole him away from all his customers for these two for this two week period, and we're having a great time.
It was so much fun.
Uh all right, let's get to our phones.
Sean in Houston, Texas, KTRH.
Sean Hi, how are you?
Glad you called.
Oh, good, Sean.
How are you doing, man?
I'm good.
What's going on?
Well, hey, in light of all the uh collapse of the DNC.
Um I'm uh I'll just come out and say it.
I'm a huge Ted Cruz supporter.
And I watched Trump's speech the other night, and I said, okay, I can vote for this guy, finally.
And I'm like, okay, I'm on board.
And then the next day, um Trump comes out and he starts slamming Ted Cruz again.
And I'm like, you know, he needs to stay on task, he needs to stay presidential, especially while the other side is destroying themselves.
It will continue to make Donald Trump look even better if he stays on task.
Well, look, I think it was a mistake the day after he gave a great speech, had an awesome convention.
Mike Pence, they didn't lay a glove on him in any way, shape, matter, or form.
His kids became rock stars before the American people.
Now look at the chaos, confusion, and mayhem that's going on here in Philly at the Democratic Convention, and Wasserman Schultz getting booed, and Bernie getting booed, and Bernie supporters marching all over the place, and then the release of the emails that show that they're anti-Semitic, racial slurs, racist slurs, anti-gay slurs, misogyny.
And it's just an unbelievable thing.
If if Hillary owns the DNC, the will she own the Electoral College as well.
So I mean, Donald win by a landslide.
No, it doesn't have to win by we just need 270 electoral votes.
And you gotta win North Carolina, Florida, Ohio.
I'd love to see Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, New Hampshire, Iowa, New Mexico, Colorado, Virginia.
I mean, it's always comes down Nevada.
I'd like to see all those states.
Yeah, I don't want her to win the election, and then the next day go, haha, I bought these people, I bought those people.
Yeah.
Anyway, man, appreciate it.
Thanks for being with us.
Uh 800-941 Sean.
We're at the chaos confusion, corruption convention of the Democratic Party.
We're in Philly.
I mean, I bet you most people have no idea that I'm such a big Philly Flyers fan.
And everybody some of you here, I don't want to see the eyes rolling.
I'm sorry, they were the best, most entertaining, most fun hockey team in the history of mankind.
By far.
