[00:00:05]  It seems that Mitt Romney's dream of finding an alternative candidate to Donald Trump has already come to an end.
[00:00:12]  A source now telling CNN he has suspended his search.
[00:00:16]  Maybe someone tipped Mitt Romney off to a new NBC survey that shows that not only is Donald Trump virtually tied with Hillary Clinton in a head-to-head matchup, he is now outperforming her compared to what Romney did in 2012.
[00:00:30]  According to The Hill, the poll shows that both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are performing at the exact same levels as their respective parties, each commanding 87% support.
[00:00:40]  And in March of 2012, Romney only had 84% of Republicans.
[00:00:44]  And Donald Trump is getting Democrats and Independents.
