This is an iHeartPodcast.
To anyone who understands Donald Trump's popularity with the American people and Republican voters, this news is not going to come as a surprise.
But to the Washington establishment types, you know, Paul Ryan, Ben Sass, Lindsey Graham, and company, a new poll on how Republicans feel about the party maybe may make them think twice about their strategy towards Donald Trump.
According to Rasmussen reports, nearly half 47% of GOP voters now believe the Republican Party should be more like Trump than Ryan.
Only 32% disagree and say they should be more like Ryan.
17% opt for neither.
And the polls showed that 76% of Republican voters believe Congress is out of touch with the public.
Well, that's an understatement.
Every exit poll said the same thing.
Maybe it's time for the establishment to wake up or go home.
