| To anyone who understands Donald Trump's popularity with the American people and Republican voters, this news is not going to come as a surprise. | |
| But to the Washington establishment types, you know, Paul Ryan, Ben Sasse, Lindsey Graham, and company, a new poll on how Republicans feel about the party maybe may make them think twice about their strategy towards Donald Trump. | |
| According to Rasmussen reports, nearly half, 47% of GOP voters now believe the Republican Party should be more like Trump than Ryan. | |
| Only 32% disagree and say they should be more like Ryan. | |
| 17% opt for neither. | |
| And the poll showed that 76% of Republican voters believe Congress is out of touch with the public. | |
| Well, that's an understatement. | |
| Every exit poll said the same thing. | |
| Maybe it's time for the establishment to wake up or go home. |
