David Pollack replaces Nick Sorter to highlight Donald Trump’s weekend resurgence, including a proposed voter ID executive order backed by 80% of Americans—even more minorities than white liberals—despite Democratic disenfranchisement claims. A Federal Circuit Court (7-4) ruled Trump’s IEEPA tariffs lack explicit congressional authority but stayed the decision until October 14th, with $219B in revenue and projected $500B gains boosting GDP (3.3% Q2), cooling inflation (2.1%), and record manufacturing ($3T). Pollack ties this to the Minneapolis school shooting, where a trans-identified attacker left anti-Trump messages on shell casings, blaming Democrats’ focus on guns over rhetoric or mental health. The Rhino Removal Project’s Leo Brzezinski (Leothelion1964) expands voter education and "America First" policies across eight states, targeting establishment Republicans. Pollack frames Trump’s actions as a successful counter to Biden’s failures, urging support for conservative campaigns like Chad Canton’s and Mark Rosoli’s. [Automatically generated summary]
You might have heard the fake news buzzing enthusiastically saying that something had happened to Donald Trump because they haven't seen him.
Now, remember, this is a guy who has done more in six months than we have seen, I don't know, Joe Biden do, maybe his entire career, but let's just stick to Joe Biden's presidency.
Apparently, you can't prove who you are when you vote.
unidentified
We're going to talk about that.
I also want to talk to you today about something that happened a couple of days ago.
You might have seen more activist judges, this time in a form of appeals court, saying that Trump, the president of the United States, can't do tariffs.
We don't want to bring in the record revenue, projected to be almost a trillion dollars.
We don't want to do that.
unidentified
So the appeals court strikes down Trump's tariffs.
Of course, the tariffs are still in place while the Supreme Court is going to speak on that, but that's happening.
And I'm going to talk to you about that today.
And also, we're going to talk a little about the economy because while the fake news is telling you that the economy is so bad and things aren't good, these tariffs are really attacks on the American people.
We're going to talk about the fact that the numbers are telling a much different story, GDP up, unemployment steady, inflation cooling, manufacturing booming, tariffs pouring in, or the tariffs bringing revenue into the treasury.
But the idea that Trump can pass an executive order that makes our voting more secure, especially following an election in 2020 where we still don't have answers yet, but I have confidence that we will.
The left thinks all of a sudden this is a really big deal in the federal, we can't federalize election.
The Constitution gives the power to run elections to states, but Article 1, Section 4, gives Congress the power to set times, places, and manner for federal elections.
unidentified
That's why we have federal registration rules, military ballot laws, voting rights act.
He can make sure that for House, Senate, president, we can make sure that you have to prove who you are.
unidentified
And right now, we still have the majorities and we still have time to get that done.
Can states refuse?
Sure, but they risk losing federal money.
So we'll see.
Let's see what the details of the executive order show.
And we'll find out if it's look, Trump has some really good attorneys working for him.
Every one of his executive orders do one of two things.
They follow the law.
They're written very well.
And then if they can't create law, because executive orders can't create law, but what they do is they still lay the groundwork and the blueprint for Congress to act.
So I think that I can't wait to see what this executive order looks like.
You can't ask somebody to show who they are when they vote.
They say that IDs disenfranchise minorities somehow or the poor.
Again, even if you're, I don't understand.
I'm going to take a step back here for a second.
I don't believe that the left actually knows any minorities.
I don't think they know any people of color or all the people that they come out and chant for, the Obrego Garcias of the world.
I really don't believe that the left knows any black people.
I don't think they know any Hispanic people.
They can't.
Because the way they talk about these groups while accusing Republicans of being racist shows that they literally have no idea what they're talking about.
When they talk about illegal aliens, they talk about, oh, well, if you deport people, who's going to pick our vegetables?
They want people to be able to cut in the line of immigrants because we're not anti-immigrant.
unidentified
Immigrants who've waited for years to legally enter the country and work, they want to be able to take people and stick them in the front of the line because somehow it helps them add to their census numbers to get more representation so they can steal more votes.
This is not popular policies.
You can't find a single policy that the mainstream of even the Democrat Party really is in favor of.
America is waking up to the fact that everything they've been told about President Trump, about his policies, about Republicans, about our policies, they're waking up.
RFK Jr. is making America healthy again.
unidentified
And they hate that because they want people to be sick so they can demand free government health care.
They want people to be confused about what a woman is, and we're rejecting that.
Young people are rejecting that.
And as they reject it, they go and radicalize people like we're going to talk about later in the show that shooter Robin, Robin, you know, motive still unknown, Robin, Robert, in Minneapolis, who target Christian or Catholic children.
This is the only way they're going to win because our policies are more popular.
People will vote Republican when you remove illegal aliens from the census, when you remove gerrymandered districts where people don't have a say in who they get to vote for.
unidentified
When you remove the fake news from telling you what the truth is, real news like you get here, then you have an opportunity to actually tell people what policies they're voting for.
This is why we need to get rid of the fraud because I believe, and I know you do too, that when our policies are honestly reported and people have a chance to honestly vote, I don't think the left will ever win again.
And I'm not even, and look, I'm going to ask you about the voter ID.
I do want to talk too about the activist judges pushing back.
We'll get there in a second.
unidentified
But every single day, something comes out, whether it's a peace deal between two countries that I didn't even realize we were negotiating peace with.
Whether it's record news about tariffs, which we're going to talk about in a few minutes too.
I mean, there's not a single day that goes by that we don't hear more good news.
Crossfire hurricane documents being released, vindication for so many of us for so long.
You said something was up in 2016.
We got that.
I mean, thing after thing after thing.
It's like, what?
Can we continue to win?
Chad, I mean, this voter ID thing we'll talk about here in a second, but overall, let me just get your take.
First six months, here we are.
I mean, for the work you've done to put this man in office and then work you do now to help him continue to win and get the votes we need to be successful.
What's your take?
Well, I think we like to say we like to keep winning, right?
But really what it is, is I think you're actually watching somebody go into being the president of the United States and doing their damn job, doing the job that it is to lead a country out front, talking to the press as much as he does, being as transparent as he is, and even making his own flubs, you know, when he says things and not being apologetic about it, being Donald Trump and going out there and doing the job.
And when he says the next guy, all right, have the next meeting in here.
You want to have a problem when Donald Trump goes out and play golf when you had a president that was sleeping pretty much two-thirds of his entire presidency on the crappy beaches of Delaware.
That being said, I just think that we're not so much winning, although we are on an international economic and overall, you know, making America great again.
unidentified
But really what you're watching is a president that is doing his job, doing the job out front and being out front as the leader of the greatest nation on this planet.
Yeah.
And, you know, and I think that's what pisses them off so much is that all the things that all the other presidents, even Republicans before him, said couldn't be done.
GDP couldn't go up, inflation couldn't go down.
We couldn't make peace with some of these countries.
We needed to go to war.
President Trump is single-handedly proving that we can do all of these things.
When people are needlessly dying in places like Chicago and D.C. because liberals refuse to do anything, Trump is saying, see, you could have done this all along.
They had an idea of what that looked like, what honor, courage, commitment, all of those things that us veterans hold true.
unidentified
And now you're actually seeing it.
Although Donald Trump was never in the military, he was in a military academy in high school and growing up.
This is all something that needs to be taught.
And we are continuously starting to find that spine and starting to realize that the establishment globalist uniparty that is the Lindsey Graham world that we live in is falling to the wayside.
And it's going to be because of you, the American people, or we, the people, as our forefathers liked to put at the top of that cool piece, that cool piece of papyrus or whatever they wrote it on.
You know, that's something that we need to hold dear and we need to recognize.
And it's happening, redistricting, all of these things.
Getting, I mean, you can't go buy cigarettes.
You can't even buy a vape without an ID.
And the Democrats, you know, the ones that are all about slaves, because we are currently in the situation right now where we are getting rid of slaves for the second time from the Democrats, and they're pissed because we're getting all these illegals out of here.
You're in for the amazing Nick Sorter, who's out there bringing you more news right now, working on some juicy stuff.
As always, look, before the first half of the show, we talked about Trump rising from the dead to talk about making voter ID national in an upcoming EO that we're very excited about.
We talked to Chad Caton about that and wondered what in the world the problem is with requiring IDs.
80% of people require them or are in favor of requiring it.
Other big news, though, happening, you might not have been paying attention, getting ready for your Labor Day weekend, getting ready to go and fill your coolers up with non-woke beer, get on your boats, go out and see some Sydney Sweeney jeans somewhere, maybe go back to a non-woke cracker barrel on your drive back from the river now that they went back and put the cracker back on the barrel.
But other stuff happened.
The appeals court, another group of activist judges, they're convinced that tariffs are a bad thing.
You might remember Trump's Liberation Day tariffs.
We have since using something called the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, I double-EPA.
unidentified
We use that to impose the sweeping tariffs by executive order.
Those tariffs have brought in hundreds of billions of dollars that have helped go to our treasury, helped us leverage peace deals around the world, helped us helped us get trade deals, historic trade deals, bring manufacturing back to the United States to tunes of trillions of dollars in value.
All these great things for America, right?
Well, what do you think happens?
An appeals court.
I really thought this was a joke when I saw it the other day.
On August 29th, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, sitting in bank, seven to four said that the IEPA doesn't give the president the power to reshape the entire tariff structure of the United States.
He said they said, oh, no, it's written for sanctions and embargoes and asset freezes, not tariffs.
They relied on something called the major questions doctrine and the idea that an executive action has massive economic or political consequences.
Congress must authorize it.
And they said Trump's tariffs lacked that explicit authority.
But here's the thing: the court stayed its own decisions till October 14th.
However, however, court has also said that they defer to presidents on matters of foreign trade and national security.
unidentified
Trump's lawyers, obviously, are going to argue that this was what the situation is here and unfair and in response to unfair trade and national threats.
And they fall squarely within the emergency powers.
I have a feeling Supreme Court's going to side with Trump on this one.
So we will see how this goes.
But again, leave it up to the judges to tell the president what he can and can't do.
Billions of tariffs are still going to come into Washington.
Let's bring in our next guest and let him tell us.
unidentified
He's a retired New Jersey police officer.
He is actually a detective, former Old Bridge councilman, former candidate for Congress in New Jersey's 12th, and he's a candidate for Old Bridge Ward, 4th Council.
Welcome to the show, Mark.
It's Razzioli, right?
Mark Razzoli, thanks for having me on.
Thank you for being here.
These radicals ever forget that name.
They won't.
And look, before you just came in, I teased the fact that Trump, of course, we have radical judges attacking Trump's tariffs again.
The economy's doing great.
Tell me, you're from Jersey.
Things are pretty good out there.
The real people know that things are getting better.
Yes, people in New Jersey do know Trump's doing a great job.
unidentified
They do know that the radical Democrats want to bring down Trump and America.
We see it everywhere.
You were talking about judges.
Listen, the Democrat policies in New Jersey have handcuffed law enforcement and protect criminals and minimize the victim.
We see that nationwide, not just here in New Jersey.
The Democratic Party is all about protecting criminals and even worse, third world criminals.
Yeah.
Well, you have to wonder what's going on and why they want America to fail so bad lately.
If I put a post up about tariffs, in about 30 seconds, I'll have like 400 angry liberals telling me how awful tariffs are and how they're attacks on the American people.
The fact that these Democrats were stepping on each other, having a parade to the podium to use that absolute horrific murder by a psychopath as a reason to start screaming for gun control is an absolute disgrace.
unidentified
And the Democrat for governor of New Jersey, Michael Sherrill, Mikey Sherrill, was one of them.
Just remember, everyone out there, evil kills, not guns.
That's right.
This is a result of Democrat policies.
That's what I say.
I say guns don't kill people, trans kill people.
But hey, thank you so much.
I'm going to talk about the guns.
I'm going to talk about Minneapolis right now.
So thank you so much for joining and good luck in your race.
Yeah, so look, he set me up into my last segment here because I do want to talk about some updates in that Minneapolis shooting.
Like you said, exactly right.
The left is running around blaming guns, blaming everybody, blaming trans hate, blaming everything they could possibly blame.
If you aren't up to speed, two children dead, 17 wounded at a Catholic school shooting in Minneapolis when somebody, a lunatic outside, a trans man, woman, I don't know what they go by now, apparently after they were upset about being trans.
Tim Walls, of course, pushing for a special session for assault weapons banned when his lieutenant governor wore a t-shirt that said protect trans kids with a knife on it.
unidentified
But it's guns.
It's not the violent rhetoric of the left.
This is the ideology of a disturbed young person shielded by Minnesota's trans refugee law, embraced by radical identity politics and violent.
We know what this is.
This is mental instability and it's being protected by the radical left.
