[00:01:57] Excellent. [00:01:58] Thank you. [00:01:58] Amazing. [00:01:59] Marcella, what did you do? [00:01:59] Anything exciting? [00:02:00] I went. [00:02:00] Sorry, you guys. [00:02:01] I went to Coachella, you guys. [00:02:03] I hung out with people and I saw Justin Bieber and a few other acts. [00:02:13] The Beeb was getting good reviews. [00:02:15] Everybody seemed to enjoy him. [00:02:18] He was really fun. [00:02:20] It was needed. [00:02:21] It was 11 p.m. [00:02:22] So, oh, yeah. [00:02:24] And, Owen, how was your weekend? [00:02:25] You had two spaces going. [00:02:28] Yeah, I mostly hung out at home, did the normal routine, but we had a nice conversation with subscribers and, you know, good after party. [00:02:36] So, well, nice. [00:02:38] I love an after party. [00:02:39] All right, you guys. [00:02:40] I'm Erica. [00:02:41] You're at the Scott Adams School. [00:02:42] It is Monday. [00:02:44] So, I wanted to help because, um, There's a burning question. === Moonwalking With Justin Bieber (02:30) === [00:02:49] People want to increase their talent stack. [00:02:52] And, you know, Scott answered the calls of how to do this. [00:02:58] So let's just take one minute so we can all, if you don't already know, learn a little something to add to your stack, and then we'll get into it. [00:03:06] Now, one of the things I'm often asked is that people say, Scott, can you just moonwalk? [00:03:12] And obviously I can. [00:03:14] So I'd like to teach that to you right now. [00:03:17] And it's based on an illusion. [00:03:19] If you were walking forward, you'd walk like this, or maybe not as weird as that, but you get the idea. [00:03:26] And if you're walking normally, the foot coming up off the ground is the one that's doing the motion. [00:03:33] This is the one that's taking you somewhere. [00:03:35] But the illusion is with the moonwalk is that the foot That's doing the moving stays flat. [00:03:43] Your heel and your toe stay flat, while the one that stays put does this. [00:03:48] It creates the illusion of backwards walking. [00:03:51] So watch. [00:03:53] Flat, flat, flat. [00:03:57] Now see it faster. [00:04:03] Of course, then you've got to coordinate your arms so it looks like you're really walking. [00:04:09] Now I think you can tell that. [00:04:12] This is a classic case of those who can't do teach. [00:04:15] I can't do the moonwalk, obviously, but I kind of figured out what the illusion is, and maybe you can figure it out while you're trapped at home. [00:04:27] Did he work up a sweat teaching that one? [00:04:29] He looked a little glossy now. [00:04:34] Marcella, how's your moonwalking? [00:04:36] I don't know why people are texting me at this time in the morning. [00:04:39] My moonwalking is terrible. [00:04:42] But I try. [00:04:44] Owen, can you moonwalk? [00:04:45] I know you can. [00:04:47] I mean, I think I used to try and do it and probably was okay with it, but I haven't tried in probably 20 years. [00:04:53] I don't know. [00:04:54] It's been a while. [00:04:55] I think it's time for us to practice our moonwalking, bring back the running man, the Roger Rabbit. [00:05:01] Like, let's see if you can still do it all. [00:05:03] And then Owen said he would give us a Roger Rabbit tutorial. [00:05:10] So, yeah, just be careful if you're doing the moonwalk because you're not looking where you're going. [00:05:14] So, make sure you've got a good one. [00:05:15] Put it on a carpet. [00:05:17] Yeah, try to do somewhere smooth and slippery. [00:05:19] Okay. === Artemis Mission Updates (08:26) === [00:05:20] Yeah. [00:05:20] Go ahead, Marcella. [00:05:21] What? [00:05:22] I was just wondering if people in the chat are they good moonwalkers or not? [00:05:26] I wonder. [00:05:26] Yeah. [00:05:27] This is the Sippers. [00:05:29] Of course they can moonwalk. [00:05:31] Yeah. [00:05:31] And they have stack. [00:05:36] Oh my gosh. [00:05:37] Okay. [00:05:37] So before we even get to the Masters, you guys, so Marcella and Owen and I were live texting each other during the Artemis return. [00:05:50] Oh my God. [00:05:51] Yes, I was nervous. [00:05:52] So many of you were so cute messaging me, like, Erica, don't worry. [00:05:56] It's going to be okay. [00:05:57] Like, oh my gosh, you were so cute. [00:05:59] So we were all live texting our commentary. [00:06:01] Some of it was hysterical, Owen was extra funny. [00:06:06] But listen, NASA put together about a three minute montage of the whole thing, and it's very cool. [00:06:15] So let's give them their due and let's check out the whole mission, and then we'll come back. [00:06:27] Taking their first steps outside for their historic test life. [00:06:30] Four brave explorers ready to ride the motor. [00:06:40] Four steps outside for their historic test life. [00:06:42] Four brave explorers ready to ride the most powerful rocket NASA has ever launched. [00:06:50] Reed, Victor, Christina, and Jeremy. [00:06:53] We are going for our families. [00:06:56] We are going for our teammates. [00:06:57] We are going for all humanity. [00:07:00] Engines lit. [00:07:01] Four, three, two, one. [00:07:05] Booster ignition. [00:07:06] And lift off. [00:07:08] The crew of Artemis II now bound for the moon. [00:07:12] Houston Integrity. [00:07:15] This is a test flight, and so every single system aboard Orion is getting tested by humans for the first time. [00:07:21] That is Earth in the center of your screen from the Orion spacecraft looking back at all of us. [00:07:27] Houston is go for TLI. [00:07:29] Put this burn to the moon. [00:07:31] We do not leave Earth. [00:07:33] We choose it. [00:07:34] The four of us have looked at this moon our entire lives, and the way we are responding to what we are seeing out the window, it's just like we're a bunch of little kids up here. [00:07:42] We cannot get enough of this. [00:07:45] That is something we have never seen before. [00:07:47] It's hard to wrap your mind around. [00:07:49] I mean that sincerely. [00:07:50] It really bends your mind. [00:07:52] As we prepare to go out of radio communication to all of you down there on Earth and around Earth, we love you from the moon. [00:08:06] Just seeing Tycho, there's mountains to the north. [00:08:08] You can see Copernicus, Rainier Gamma. [00:08:11] It's just everything from the training, but in three dimensions and absolutely unbelievable. [00:08:18] Kathy Moonjoy. [00:08:21] Superlative thumbs up. [00:08:24] This is, we just went sci fi. [00:08:31] I think there is enough for all. [00:08:33] The purpose of humanity is joy and lifting one another up, creating together. [00:08:39] This is a whole bunch of nothing, this thing we call the universe. [00:08:42] You have this oasis, this beautiful place that we get to exist together. [00:08:48] Well, I'll tell you, I mean, after Ignition, to me, the one. [00:08:51] The moment that I'm going to be most excited for is splashdown. [00:08:54] There's no question about that. [00:08:56] Good shoots coming down off the west coast. [00:09:10] And there go the first series of parachutes. [00:09:14] And Houston, we're visual two drones out the window. [00:09:22] Main chute deploy. [00:09:25] We most importantly choose this moment to challenge this generation and the next to make sure this record is not long lived. [00:09:36] This is a relay race. [00:09:37] It takes an army to pull a mission together like this, right across all 10 of our centers, all of our commercial partners, the international partners that come together to make this possible. [00:10:07] Wow. [00:10:08] Isn't that amazing? [00:10:10] Yeah, it's beautiful. [00:10:12] I really wish Scott was here to see it. [00:10:13] I think he would have had a lot of fun with this. [00:10:15] You know, he was around for the first one, which was before I was born. [00:10:20] But, you know, seeing it another time after so many years probably would have been great. [00:10:24] I'm sure he would have had a fun time with it. [00:10:26] I think so too. [00:10:27] I think he would have absolutely loved this. [00:10:30] I could see him probably live streaming, watching it with us and getting choked up and the whole thing. [00:10:38] I think that he was always. [00:10:41] So inspired by that, like ingenuity and just the exploration of it all, the science of it all, the possibility of it all. [00:10:51] So, Scott, I hope you had the better view than everybody else. [00:10:55] I think you did. [00:10:57] So, you guys, did everybody watch that? [00:11:00] And then, Marcella, what do you know about that? [00:11:03] So, we always keep saying like the next one they're going to land. [00:11:07] And then they're working on that right now, I guess. [00:11:10] They said immediately they go right into the next mission where they're working on it. [00:11:14] Yeah, they're gonna. [00:11:15] The Artemis 3 is being worked on for several, you know, just this mission was also partly to figure out, you know, everything about how it would work to have a crew inside Orion. [00:11:30] The Orion capsule, the first Artemis 1 did not have any humans in it. [00:11:36] And then that was to test what it would be like. [00:11:38] And then this one's to test now having a crew then going in into Artemis 3. [00:11:45] So, this is part of the mission, and I know that they took the capsule from the ocean, it was captured, and they're gonna, you know, study everything they found, all of the different issues. [00:11:56] The Artemis 3 capsule has new shields for the reason that the other one had the shield thing. [00:12:06] So, the shield thing, like, really made me nervous coming down, but everything went so well. [00:12:14] I am glad. [00:12:16] There was a hiccup about communication between. [00:12:20] The crew and the divers, and just Houston being able to talk to them, which was funny. [00:12:29] Because we were like, after all that, the phone doesn't work. [00:12:33] Yeah, the phone didn't work. [00:12:36] The satellite comms were out. [00:12:39] So I think they're going to probably look into that. [00:12:41] But I'm excited that funding has gone into NASA further than before in order to. [00:12:50] Go and not wait 50 years or more for the next one, you know? [00:12:57] So, yeah. [00:12:57] Well, I mean, it sounds like the articles I've seen said it's kind of more back to the space race where we're trying to beat China to get to the moon. [00:13:05] I think Trump really wants to have it happen in 2028. [00:13:08] And Artemis III, by the way, is not landing, it's apparently to practice docking their Orion capsule with a lunar lander in orbit around Earth. [00:13:16] And then Artemis IV, which presumably they want to have by 2028, would be when they would actually land on the moon. [00:13:22] Okay, that's what I thought. [00:13:24] I thought there was like another one in between. [00:13:26] And then how soon till I can move there? [00:13:29] Does anyone know? [00:13:31] Well, Jersey's getting real expensive for retirement. [00:13:36] I think you can move there in like 10 years from now. [00:13:40] Oh, gosh. [00:13:41] And forget Ozempic will be weightless. [00:13:43] It won't even matter. === Rory McIlroy Wins Masters (05:47) === [00:13:46] I just, I'm just so proud of them. [00:13:48] Like, I just, like, I want to be like, thank you so much to everybody involved and like their families. [00:13:53] I mean, I think as a nation and as a world, you know, it's pretty darn impressive. [00:13:59] So good for them. [00:14:01] Welcome back. [00:14:03] Okay, so a little thing called the Masters happened. [00:14:08] Okay, so if you don't know what the Masters is, we are not racist. [00:14:11] It is a golf tournament, one of the biggest ones, and it takes place in Augusta, Georgia. [00:14:19] And I am no golf expert. [00:14:22] The only thing I posted about it really was that I didn't realize how much I enjoyed watching golf with my father. [00:14:28] I used to think it was annoying. [00:14:30] And then I realized, oh, no, you know what? [00:14:34] Pretty interesting watching with someone who really loves the game and knows the players because he'd give me commentary like, now this guy and this one, and if he doesn't do that, I'm like, oh, so I missed that. [00:14:46] And I'm sure he would have been really jazzed watching this tournament. [00:14:51] So we would like to congratulate. [00:14:53] Wait, I'll wait for it. [00:14:55] Actually, we'll just show you a clip and then we'll talk about it. [00:14:59] His year again. [00:15:02] His year again. [00:15:03] Is it not? [00:15:04] Rory is a rare repeat winner at Augusta. [00:16:00] It goes on from there. [00:16:02] And you know what? [00:16:03] I do love the rules at Augusta of no phones, no cell phones. [00:16:08] It was so refreshing. [00:16:10] I know everyone keeps talking about it, but they have a rule you cannot have a phone there. [00:16:14] You will be tossed. [00:16:15] But it's just so nice to see everybody visually enjoying the moment and looking at his joy and pride and the other players. [00:16:23] And if they had a bad shot or whatever, you're really immersed in it. [00:16:27] And I would love to see more sports go with the no phone thing. [00:16:31] It was more exciting to see the clips or watch it live. [00:16:34] And good on him from Ireland. [00:16:37] Oh, and did you watch any of this? [00:16:40] I didn't. [00:16:40] I've never been a big golf person. [00:16:42] I used to caddy when I was young, but I never played much golf. [00:16:45] I tried once on a vacation with my son, but my two sons and my wife. [00:16:53] And we did just play around on the course. [00:16:55] But my older son is more the athlete. [00:17:00] And he very quickly said, I don't want to do this anymore because he was playing baseball. [00:17:05] And he was worried it was going to mess up his swing because it's a different swing. [00:17:09] And so he's like, if I keep playing golf, I'm not going to be able to hit the baseball anymore. [00:17:13] So that was pretty much the end of golf for us as a family. [00:17:18] That was his, by the way, his second win. [00:17:20] Was that, that was back to back, right? [00:17:22] Yeah. [00:17:23] Back to back. [00:17:24] Pretty amazing. [00:17:25] Yeah. [00:17:25] And I mean, to your point about sort of appreciating it with an expert, I think that's a good one. [00:17:30] You know, I felt that way about baseball because when I played baseball as a kid, I hated it. [00:17:35] I just didn't enjoy it at all. [00:17:36] I was terrible at it, which is probably the most biggest reason for that is that I just wasn't good at it. [00:17:41] But, I just like this is boring. [00:17:44] Why do people even watch this? [00:17:45] And it wasn't until my son started playing it that it all changed. [00:17:49] And it really was because all of a sudden he could explain all the intricate things going on that you don't even really notice if you're not an expert. [00:17:57] And that makes it more interesting. [00:17:59] Like it's just if you really dig in and understand the subtleties of things or the strategy or the battles going back and forth that might not be obvious but are there if you look for them, it then becomes much more interesting. [00:18:13] So I learned to kind of. [00:18:15] Appreciate baseball, but also kind of broaden that to other topics where it's like there may be things that I just said I have no interest in that at all. [00:18:22] But now at least I understand maybe I would be interested if I just understood it better. [00:18:27] Yeah, I fully agree with that. [00:18:29] And playing a few rounds also helps. [00:18:32] So you understand, you know, just how difficult it is. [00:18:35] And I think it's, I think, I actually think baseball and golf are probably the most like, oh, it's just going to come right out with a bad word, Erica, the most like mind. [00:18:46] Effing sports like every, like you know, you're so in your head, and you know, when you're squaring up to a ball, whether it's a baseball or a golf ball, you know, you got to like get the noise out of your head, focus. [00:18:59] Like, I hear something, someone's looking at me, don't whiff it, don't, you know, don't take your eye off the ball, you know, am I gonna? [00:19:04] And it's like, so it's just an immense amount of concentration. [00:19:09] Marcella, how's your golf swing? [00:19:12] I'm very good indeed. [00:19:14] Um, I love sports, so I love golf, I love every single sport, but um, I missed it, you know, so. [00:19:22] But now the spoiler, now I know Rory won, so it's okay. [00:19:26] I mean, I still miss Tiger, to be honest, the Tiger years. [00:19:32] But that's just me. === Political Maneuvers Unveiled (15:52) === [00:19:34] Rory is great. [00:19:37] Really wonderful that he won twice. [00:19:40] I love that course. [00:19:42] Beautiful. [00:19:43] And yeah, it's just, George is beautiful. [00:19:46] Yes. [00:19:46] And they had great weather, everything. [00:19:49] It was perfect, you guys, for the Masters. [00:19:51] And I know like the TPC comes soon, and I've actually been to that. [00:19:56] My brother lives right by where the Players Championship is. [00:20:00] Another beautiful course. [00:20:02] So, congratulations, Rory, and to all the people that love golf. [00:20:06] Good for you. [00:20:07] You guys had a great weekend watching. [00:20:09] I hope you loved it. [00:20:11] Muscle memory. [00:20:12] Yes, muscle memory. [00:20:14] And oh, wait, I just love this picture. [00:20:16] Wait, look at him. [00:20:18] And wait, the woman with the green and white striped dress, look at her expression with her hands folded. [00:20:26] I love her. [00:20:28] So cute. [00:20:29] Okay, that was that. [00:20:32] So I think we're going to get into a little bit of current events and news. [00:20:37] And you guys, I saw your comments on Friday about all the things going on in Ireland. [00:20:43] And BJ is going to be on with us on Wednesday. [00:20:47] And who better to talk about this than the man who has the book Honking for Freedom? [00:20:54] So we're going to talk to BJ about Ireland. [00:20:57] BJ, if you're listening, it's coming. [00:21:01] I just horse clicked him. [00:21:02] But Owen, can you start us off with something breezy? [00:21:08] Sure. [00:21:08] Well, I mean, at least in terms of good news, Eric Swallow has suspended his campaign for governor. [00:21:14] So he is out of the race. [00:21:16] Although he isn't actually completely out of the race because apparently he missed the deadline to drop out. [00:21:21] So his name is going to be on the ballot, even though he's not running, which I think is good news as well because most people won't go for him because they know he suspended his campaign and they know about all these scandals that are dropping seemingly on a daily basis. [00:21:33] There was a new video from Jack Posobic with more footage of him with who they think is a sex worker. [00:21:40] And it just seems like every day there's another thing dropping. [00:21:43] It's this little drip, drip, drip Watergate style scandal. [00:21:46] But You know, so, but because he's on the ballot, that means some people who aren't informed, which we all know is a lot of people, might end up voting for him. [00:21:55] And so that would take votes away from the other Democrats. [00:21:58] And I think it's June that they have this open primary sort of thing where you pick the top two and then that goes to the November ballot. [00:22:06] So that I think raises the odds in my mind that we're going to have a Republican governor in California. [00:22:14] I do too. [00:22:17] What does a California resident think? [00:22:20] To me, him basically is the left canceling him. [00:22:25] They knew long ago. [00:22:26] We all knew, at least people that live nearby or in politics knew of his background. [00:22:34] Here's my meta question though Nick Shirley exposed all this stuff in Minnesota, and then we heard, oh, they knew about this for years. [00:22:40] And then California is the same way. [00:22:42] And now we have Swalwell. [00:22:43] And it's like, how many more things are out there where everybody knows? [00:22:46] It's talked about locally, but it just doesn't hit the national news. [00:22:49] And why doesn't it hit the national news? [00:22:51] Well, there's a lot about shift that doesn't hit the national news that we know about Ed Buck and him, but I could go into different angles of that. [00:23:00] But in regards to Eric's well, well, being forced to drop out, that was just a Democrat move in order to consolidate the Democrat vote. [00:23:11] Because there was a time, there was a point in time where Steve Hilton and Chad Bianco, who are both Republican candidates, were head to head. [00:23:20] And they could become the only candidates for governor of California after the primary. [00:23:26] Um, for the primary, but they have picked, I believe, Katie Porter is who they picked as the person to be the governor of California or Tom Steyer. [00:23:41] So they wanted Eric out, he didn't want to be out, and so he was forced out in order to consolidate the vote. [00:23:48] So it's very politics is very dirty. [00:23:51] Um, one thing I I was going to comment on is that Jack put that video on, and many other people did of Eric Swabal allegedly with a woman, a prostitute, blah, blah, blah. [00:24:06] But one thing that I noticed is that he never blinks, he never worries that he's on video. [00:24:12] Oh, yeah. [00:24:12] So he seems to have real, think that he has that kind of power to just be able to do whatever he wants. [00:24:23] Well, I think that they know they have that kind of power. [00:24:26] Pelosi personally has given it to them. [00:24:30] She knows all the stuff going on. [00:24:31] And like I saw George Santos, he wrote a thing or he made a post on X. If you guys remember George Santos, he was a congressman and he was booted out because he lied about who he was. [00:24:46] Oh, lied about who he was. [00:24:47] I don't know any politicians that do that. [00:24:50] But he said, as we all know, You know, Swalwell's not the only one with these dirty secrets. [00:24:57] There's many, many people on the left and the right, and da da da da. [00:25:00] And I'm like, so spill it, say it, George. [00:25:04] If you know and you're going to come this far, I don't know why people stop short. [00:25:09] Just say it if you know who it is. [00:25:11] It's very frustrating, Owen. [00:25:13] And I also think maybe you'll be seen as a hero if you come out and just name the names, be the whistleblower. [00:25:22] It's the drip drip is obnoxious, and that there's even a fun that takes. [00:25:28] You know, money to pay off people that are accusing these people. [00:25:32] I know we've discussed this before, but why are they immune from the same laws that they actually put out there for everybody else? [00:25:41] So it's very frustrating. [00:25:42] I wonder who will blow the whistle. [00:25:45] It's not a double entendre. [00:25:49] So, yeah, I mean, I, and also I love how they're like, well, yeah, he, you know, he shouldn't be able to run for governor, but he's totally not too disgusting for Congress. [00:26:01] He can stay a congressman, but, but governor, like, help me understand that. [00:26:07] Well, that just tells you that it is all a political play, right? [00:26:10] Like, it's just, this is what we want to happen. [00:26:12] So we're going to take him out from that, but we're just going to pretend like it doesn't require any sort of other action. [00:26:18] And, you know, because if they really were disgusted about it, then they would, they would ask, they would, you know, expel him from the house. [00:26:26] That would be the first thing they would do, probably. [00:26:28] And so the fact that they're not just tells you this is all a political game. [00:26:32] It has nothing to do with them being really upset. [00:26:35] It's not that they're sincerely worried about all this behavior from him. [00:26:40] And it's just a political maneuver. [00:26:43] Yeah. [00:26:43] Lucinda, I see you said the part that surprises me is the constant shifting of the Democrats regarding whether it is, Okay, or not okay to be positive about sex workers or sex in this instance with Swalwell when it suited them, they are now against it. [00:26:59] Well, yeah, I mean, the hypocrisy in any situation is always the most frustrating. [00:27:04] I mean, if Swalwell were a Republican, Swalwell would be demanding that this person be tossed out of Congress. [00:27:13] So, yeah, it's like, oh, no, we'll just punish him by saying, just get out of that race. [00:27:17] But we need you because you're one of our designated liars and you know all the secrets. [00:27:22] So, you have to stay in Congress. [00:27:24] And that's really just what's happening. [00:27:26] It's a shame, you guys. [00:27:28] I don't know if there's any changing it. [00:27:30] I have no idea. [00:27:31] Yes, if this was Matt Gaetz, whoo, forget it. [00:27:36] All right, so he's out, but he's on the ballot. [00:27:39] And it's, you know, and I love too how he said, these allegations are completely false and I'm dropping out, you know, and I'm going to investigate. [00:27:48] And Elon's like, yes, yes, please, please definitely look into these false allegations. [00:27:54] I mean, to be honest, not to the fence, well, anybody can come up with allegations right before an election is done. [00:28:01] And that in itself harms you, regardless if you prove it or not. [00:28:08] So that's what they tried to do with President Trump, with the Playboy. [00:28:15] What's her name? [00:28:18] Stormy. [00:28:18] Stormy Daniels. [00:28:19] Stormy Daniels. [00:28:20] How can I forget her name? [00:28:22] So, I mean, this is something that they always try. [00:28:25] Right at the cusp of election. [00:28:28] And the issue is that it's not whether you prove your innocence or not. [00:28:33] It's just having the accusation being made is enough to destroy you. [00:28:40] So, yeah, and you know what, though? [00:28:42] It didn't destroy Biden. [00:28:43] You know, it's very selective. [00:28:44] It's very selective. [00:28:45] Yes, it did not. [00:28:47] Well, I think this is just like the there will always be these October surprises because it is a well known and, you know, successful. [00:28:57] Political tactic, but it depends on the media to support it and to distribute it. [00:29:03] Like, that's the distribution channel for these things. [00:29:05] I mean, the reason it's actually getting traction on Swallow is because the media is covering it. [00:29:10] Even if there were people coming out and talking about it, if the media just ignored it, then it wouldn't go anywhere and it wouldn't upset people and it wouldn't become this big scandal that everybody's talking about. [00:29:19] And so I think the media is the one that kind of is the gatekeeper there, where they're going to say, if it's about Biden, we're just not going to cover it and pretend it's not a story. [00:29:28] And that's what they did for years, right? [00:29:30] With his mental issues and all that. [00:29:31] And, you know, but look back to when Trump was running in 2016, especially. [00:29:37] It's like that was all over the news every single day on every single station. [00:29:42] You know, you go back to 2020 with COVID, and they had their live tracker of how many deaths that they were attributing to Trump. [00:29:48] And like they're a huge mouthpiece for this, that they're steering that conversation. [00:29:54] And it's kind of disingenuous for them to say, oh, we're just reporting the news objectively because they're clearly not. [00:30:00] And they're clearly very selective in terms of supporting and defending or censoring any bad news about their people. [00:30:08] But then they're all over the other side. [00:30:10] That's right. [00:30:11] Nope. [00:30:12] All right. [00:30:13] Well, like to be continued. [00:30:15] So, but I think right now, so does that have, do we have Steve Hilton in the lead now in California? [00:30:21] He is in the lead right now. [00:30:24] I believe he has, he's now 22% in the lead in the last polls. [00:30:30] So, but, you know, it's the first two people that can pass on. [00:30:36] Eric Swalwell was second, and then Chad Bianca was third. [00:30:40] Now, the 18% that Eric had, like you said, he stays on the ballot. [00:30:45] So I'm not sure what. [00:30:46] Going to happen with because I think a lot of people will challenge. [00:30:51] A lot of people like Eric Swallow in California, meaning like they can see beyond this, meaning they can see that it was sort of created in order to get him out. [00:31:04] I'm not sure if they're going to still vote for him. [00:31:07] They are very united when it comes to certain things. [00:31:09] So who knows? [00:31:10] California has a very strange crop of politicians. [00:31:16] I mean, I was thinking about it today and I was just like, from Ted Liu to Pelosi to Newsom to Swalwell Schiff. [00:31:24] I mean, like, they're all the designated liars. [00:31:27] Like, why are they all in California? [00:31:29] Is Pelosi just like this mob boss over there? [00:31:31] It's amazing. [00:31:32] Basically, she did hand select a lot of these people. [00:31:35] I think she did hand select them. [00:31:37] And I think, I mean, one aspect is that they're, they know that it's so Democrat, you know, like they have a guaranteed victory in many of these races. [00:31:45] So they don't have to worry about whether they do something controversial. [00:31:49] Whereas if you're in a swing state, you have to worry about that. [00:31:51] And so that's one element of it. [00:31:54] But I think, you know, another piece is that because Pelosi is kind of hand selecting these people, she's probably figuring out, okay, what can we do with this? [00:32:01] We've got this strength where we can just put in basically whoever we want. [00:32:05] And I see that as kind of a broader theme within the Democrat Party that it seems like they're very much hand selecting, you know, they're not just letting people choose to run and then letting the best man win. [00:32:15] It's more, you know, this is the one we chose. [00:32:18] And the DNC and everybody just gets behind that one candidate. [00:32:21] And this is an example where you see it shifting where they were all behind Swalwell. [00:32:25] And then now that they realize they can't do that, now they're just. [00:32:28] Going to shift over to one of the others. [00:32:29] And it seems like it's not that way on the Republican side, in my opinion. [00:32:34] I mean, there certainly is the Trump endorsement factor, but it doesn't seem like the entire RNC just says, okay, we're going to pick this person. [00:32:43] And, you know, that that ends up being the candidate all the time. [00:32:47] Yeah. [00:32:47] I mean, it is so wildly corrupt. [00:32:51] And why don't we have, oh, never mind. [00:32:52] I don't want to go into all that. [00:32:54] What, Marcella? [00:32:54] You go, girl. [00:32:55] My last point is that, of course, the Democrats wouldn't go for a white male. [00:33:00] So, I mean, he was. [00:33:01] Definitely on a ticking time clock that he was going to be the candidate. [00:33:08] Yeah, he's not going to be picked either. [00:33:09] That's why I said Katie Porter or Via Ragosa or any of the other DEI candidates. [00:33:18] It would be amazing. [00:33:19] Come on. [00:33:20] We all know entertaining would be Katie Porter. [00:33:24] She would be not for me. [00:33:28] Well, it should be entertaining, not as governor, but just to be the one running would be so fun as long as Steve Hilton wins. [00:33:35] Yeah, and I doubt it has a dark sexual path. [00:33:41] I really do. [00:33:42] Probably doubtful, yeah. [00:33:43] But, ooh, she'd be spicy. [00:33:44] No, but she has that problem with her staff where she's got those scandals going on where she's had that leaked footage and all that. [00:33:52] I don't know how serious that's going to be. [00:33:54] But, you know, I tend to think, you know, the best chance is that if we can just get the two Republicans in June, then she's just shut out of the race. [00:34:03] If it ends up being Hilton versus Porter, then, you know, I'm guessing she would win, but we'll see. [00:34:09] Linda on YouTube says Newsom is white. [00:34:12] Yes, but he has been pre-populated. [00:34:13] Picked a long time ago. [00:34:15] Don't forget about his auntie Nancy Pelosi. [00:34:19] And he's good looking and he has hair and he's tall. [00:34:23] I mean, he's got all of it. [00:34:25] I think the family connections are the main thing. [00:34:27] I think that's an exception to all these rules. [00:34:31] When you have somebody that you can count on to be loyal to you because of family connections and things like that, then they just pretend none of that DEI stuff exists. [00:34:40] But then when you get outside of that, then that's when the DEI stuff comes in and they decide, okay, we're going to go with. [00:34:47] The minority or the woman or whatever. [00:34:49] Yeah. [00:34:49] Well, interesting, in my opinion, just to wrap up this section, we'll go to Marcel in a second, but is that, you know, so Newsom will be a lot of fun because he does, you know, this stuff and we can watch all of his lies. [00:35:03] And then you have his wife, who's just amazing entertainment. [00:35:07] And then Katie Porter. [00:35:09] So I think that that would be a lot of fun. [00:35:12] And I could just see Katie, remember how she yelled at that journalist who was interviewing her and she's like, Why are you asking me these questions? [00:35:20] And it's like, I'm interviewing you. [00:35:22] So imagine her in a debate, getting debate questions. [00:35:25] Ooh, it'd be so fun. === Pope Criticizes Trump Iran Policy (11:45) === [00:35:26] Okay. [00:35:27] So, Marcella, give us another story, would you? [00:35:30] So, the other story is the blockade came into effect. [00:35:36] And just to be clear, that's our blockade. [00:35:39] From Iran. [00:35:40] Our blockade came into effect at 10 a.m. Eastern Time, 7 a.m. Pacific. [00:35:47] This is the United States blockade, the ships entering or exiting Iran ports. [00:35:52] And President Trump just posted on Truth Social Iran's Navy is laying at the bottom of the sea, completely obliterated 158 ships. [00:36:02] What we have not hid are their. [00:36:05] Small number of what they call fast attack ships because we did not consider them much of a threat. [00:36:11] Warning if any of these ships come anywhere close to our blockade, they will be immediately eliminated. [00:36:18] That's in capital letters using the same system of kill that we use against the drug dealers on boats at sea. [00:36:26] It's a quick and brutal. [00:36:28] He put a PS, PS, 98.2% of drugs coming into the US, very specific. [00:36:37] By ocean or sea, have stopped. [00:36:40] Capitalized. [00:36:41] Thank you for your attention to this matter, President DJT. [00:36:45] So, the blockade, as we know, that Iran and the United States had peace talks in Islamabad, Pakistan. [00:36:57] JD Vance, Vice President JD Vance, went there with Steve Withkoff and Jared Kushner and many other people, and they tried to negotiate peace with Iran. [00:37:11] The main thing was to get them to stop having nuclear weapons and be able to just basically seize any kind of nuclear anything. [00:37:23] Allegedly, from Vice President JD Vance, that was not something that they wanted to do. [00:37:29] And so, after 20 hours of negotiation in Islamabad, he said, This is my best offer. [00:37:39] Take it or leave it. [00:37:40] And then he left. [00:37:42] And they have ceased. [00:37:46] Negotiations for now. [00:37:48] And then a few hours later, President Donald Trump said that he would blockade the Strait of Hormuz and block any Iranian ships coming from and to Iran, basically destroying their economic ability to make money. [00:38:09] So there you are. [00:38:11] And then he did post a huge one that I won't make Owen read, but this was like, Like another Bill Ackman social post. [00:38:24] Now, nobody really knows how the blockade is actually going to be done exactly. [00:38:32] Are they, if a ship comes through the Strait of Hormuz from Iran, are they going to stop it, take it, over, eliminate it? [00:38:40] What is it exactly? [00:38:41] A lot of Chinese ships are the ones receiving that crude oil. [00:38:48] The only ships that are allowed in or out of Iran is for humanitarian reasons. [00:38:53] um what does that look like i don't know but um Basically, we're at a standstill. [00:39:04] Now, the crude oil prices, WTI, did go up in price, obviously, because a lot of the oil comes from the Strait of Hermos. [00:39:14] So, as you know, even before then, there were issues with Iran allowing this oil to go through. [00:39:21] So now, Trump is saying, okay, so you're going to use Strait of Hermos as your leverage. [00:39:28] Well, I'm going to take your leverage away and I am going to blockade. [00:39:33] Your leverage. [00:39:34] So it's, as Scott would say, it's basically taking away what was there to be used against us. [00:39:46] Now it is very risky because it's going to lead to a lot of economic consequences and possibly international consequences with governments that were not involved before, like China. [00:39:59] So there you are. [00:40:04] Everybody's speechless. [00:40:05] I muted myself. [00:40:07] Happy blockade day. [00:40:09] Yeah, I blocked myself. [00:40:10] All right. [00:40:10] So, Owen, what's your take on this whole debacle? [00:40:14] Well, it certainly surprised me that the U.S. would blockade the Strait of Hormuz, that wasn't something I would have expected to happen because he's been demanding it to be open for so long that for him to say now we're blocking it is kind of a surprising move. [00:40:27] But again, that's back to Trump and his negotiation and doing unpredictable things. [00:40:32] So, I guess it is a pattern that he would potentially do a lot of unexpected things that nobody was predicting. [00:40:39] As part of this negotiation. [00:40:41] So, but I think, you know, it would be kind of almost unbelievable to me to say we're going to potentially sink a tanker. [00:40:50] I can't imagine Trump actually doing that. [00:40:53] But, you know, it may not be necessary, like a lot of these things where it's like, if as long as you say it's closed, then people just say, I'm not going through because I don't want to take the risk. [00:41:03] And that is enough to stop things. [00:41:05] But, you know, it's interesting to me just to think about, like, where does it go from here? [00:41:10] Because I tend to think that. [00:41:13] You know, the power plants are probably not the next step. [00:41:16] The best speculation I have would be that if they can't make a deal with the current leadership they're talking to, if they know where they are, maybe they'll just take them out and say, we'll start over with a new crew, just like they stripped away the first three layers of leadership. [00:41:28] Maybe they'll just say, now we'll do another fourth round and start with a new group or some other leader that they think might be better off and more amenable to things. [00:41:37] But my best guess is right now they want to give it some time because it's just that classic negotiation tactic of walking away from the table and saying, okay, You know, if you're not willing to compromise on these things, then we're done. [00:41:50] And the next step is really just to wait and see what the next step is on the other side to say, okay, are you going to come back to me and say, no, no, no, we really are willing to talk, or are you just going to let it go? [00:42:02] And then at that point, there would have to be some military action taken. [00:42:05] But I think, you know, for now, it does seem like he's taking a different approach, going in a different direction in terms of, you know, it isn't like, okay, now, now, now it's power plant day again. [00:42:17] It's more like we're doing a blockade. [00:42:18] We're, You know, shutting down all the shipments, we're going to starve you out. [00:42:22] And maybe that's just the next tactic that they're going to try to see if they can make a deal. [00:42:27] Okay. [00:42:29] Let's, I guess we wait and see. [00:42:30] 10 a.m. is 10, we're 44 minutes into it now. [00:42:33] So, yowza. [00:42:36] All right. [00:42:37] Who has a story next for us? [00:42:41] Well, Trump and the Pope are fighting. [00:42:44] That's what I was going to talk about. [00:42:46] The Pope. [00:42:47] You can go ahead. [00:42:48] Go ahead. [00:42:48] No, no, go ahead. [00:42:49] Go ahead. [00:42:50] Because I was going to make you read. [00:42:55] I think the Pope started it by his normal anti war message, but I think he was kind of pointed towards criticizing what Trump was doing in Iran. [00:43:05] And so, of course, Trump responds with his Truth Socials. [00:43:11] I can try and read through this. [00:43:13] I think I've got it right here. [00:43:14] I don't want a Pope. [00:43:15] Who thinks it's okay for Iran to have a nuclear weapon? [00:43:17] I don't want a pope who thinks it's terrible that America attacked Venezuela, a country that was sending massive amounts of drugs into the United States, and even worse, emptying their prisons, including murderers, drug dealers, and killers into our country. [00:43:28] And I don't want a pope who criticizes the president of the United States because I'm doing exactly what I was elected in a landslide to do, setting record low numbers in crime and creating the greatest stock market in history. [00:43:41] Leo should get his act together as pope, use common sense, stop catering to the radical left, and focus on being a great pope, not a politician. [00:43:47] It's hurting him very badly. [00:43:49] And more importantly, it's hurting the Catholic Church. [00:43:52] And then the Pope was on a plane and responded that he didn't want to debate with Trump. [00:44:00] And he says, I don't think the message of the gospel is meant to be abused in the way that some people are doing. [00:44:05] I will continue to speak out loudly against war, looking to promote peace, promoting dialogue and multilateral relationships among the states to look for solutions to problems. [00:44:13] Too many people are suffering in the world today. [00:44:16] Basically, it's just the normal. [00:44:18] Anti war message again. [00:44:19] So I'm sure Scott would say, gee, I'm so shocked that the Pope is taking this position. [00:44:25] Marcella? [00:44:26] Well, I mean, a lot of people got offended by the truth social pose by Trump. [00:44:35] And President Trump also posted a meme of himself as a healer. [00:44:40] Some say as Jesus Christ, but it's just a meme. [00:44:44] And last year, I think somebody reminded us that. [00:44:49] President Trump posted himself as a meme as the Pope himself, looking like the Pope himself. [00:44:57] And as we know, Scott would have the Pope hat. [00:45:00] And so we can make light of it. [00:45:10] It's not saying anything about Catholics in general. [00:45:13] But I think that if the Pope is going to talk about peace and if the Pope is going to be this. [00:45:21] Light for Jesus Christ here on earth, that he should also bring up things that are happening in Spain, in France, and in Italy. [00:45:31] That there are many Islamist attacks there. [00:45:36] Many priests have been attacked. [00:45:39] One was completely beheaded in France, more than one, I think. [00:45:45] So it seems like he only picks on President Trump and the United States, but he should also. [00:45:53] Talk about the rest of the world. [00:45:56] That's my perspective on that. [00:45:58] Yeah, I don't know if he does, like if I just never saw it, but it does seem very one sided. [00:46:06] Didn't someone say that David Axelrod just went over there a couple of weeks ago to talk to the Pope? [00:46:11] Yeah, that was part of it too, that he met with the Democrat strategist. [00:46:15] And I think Trump had some comment about that too, just saying he's meeting with David Axelrod and that shows his bias. [00:46:22] Why is David Axelrod going over there? [00:46:25] Well, from a political strategy standpoint, I think it makes a lot of sense because there are a lot more Catholics that are Republican, right? [00:46:33] So it's a way of going after Trump's base. [00:46:36] It's a way of potentially. [00:46:38] But like you're saying, political. [00:46:39] It's political. [00:46:40] Why is the Pope political? [00:46:42] There's no reason for David Axelrod to go over there unless he has a political agenda. [00:46:46] So clearly that's the focus of it. [00:46:49] The question would be why would the Pope meet with him? [00:46:52] And spend time with him because that doesn't make any sense. [00:46:55] There is no religious reason to meet with a political strategist. [00:47:00] Are Axelrod and the Pope both from Chicago? [00:47:05] Is Axelrod from Chicago? [00:47:09] I don't know. [00:47:10] I don't remember him being from Chicago. === Soros Corruption Allegations (06:24) === [00:47:12] I think I would have heard about that. [00:47:14] Let's see. [00:47:17] Oh, here. [00:47:18] Obama henchman David Axelrod met with Poplio last week, was to coordinate a media propaganda blitz and quasi color revolution designed to separate faithful. [00:47:29] That's from cynical Publius on X. [00:47:35] It looks like. [00:47:36] Axelrod is from New York, but he did work as a political reporter at the Chicago Tribune. [00:47:41] Okay, thank you. [00:47:43] Interesting. [00:47:43] Okay. [00:47:44] I don't have anything further to add. [00:47:46] I just wish the Pope would just be the Pope and just STF you about the rest of the stuff. [00:47:51] So, okay, Marcella, you're on deck. [00:47:58] So, more good news for someone, not for us. [00:48:02] Soros wins in Hungary. [00:48:05] The Hungary elections were on Sunday and. [00:48:10] Victor Orban, after 16 years, is no longer going to be in power, neither is his party. [00:48:17] The prime minister has been there for 16 years. [00:48:21] There are allegations that have been made, kind of like the Nick Shirley allegations, but over there in regards to corruption in Budapest and the Budapest government. [00:48:32] The Hungarian, possibly there may be truth to corruption, you know, if you've been in power for 16 years. [00:48:42] There's going to be the same people that are going to benefit from it. [00:48:48] So instead of him, the challenger Peter McGar, sorry for the pronunciation, is from the center right TISA party. [00:49:00] And I think some people were saying good things about him, saying that he was not, he was anti immigration still because he is center right. [00:49:10] But the people that celebrated him were. [00:49:14] The Soros type of people. [00:49:17] So, you know, Alex Soros was posted on X that he, that the people of Hungary have taken back their country and a resounding rejection of the entrenched corruption and foreign interference. [00:49:31] And they won by a landslide. [00:49:34] So they have super, what we call super majority. [00:49:37] And they're trying to, the party of TISA party is trying to bring back Hungary to the European Union. [00:49:46] And as you know, the European Union has their way of thinking of this globalist thinking of the world and not local, but global, not allowing you to do certain things business wise and any other portion. [00:50:08] We don't have that in America. [00:50:10] But the Europeans, people that I know in Europe, like if they want to do certain things, It's not even their local government or their federal government. [00:50:20] They have to go a third layer, is the European Union sometimes decide these things. [00:50:27] So it's interesting that they won. [00:50:30] It doesn't seem organic. [00:50:32] I know that the Vice President JD Vance was there on Friday to try to help out. [00:50:40] But a lot of people were really against the Prime Minister Victor Orban. [00:50:46] And so President Trump sort of loses that friend in Europe. [00:50:55] All right. [00:50:56] Sounds bad for Hungary. [00:50:57] I mean, because the EU is, you know, the ones that are doing the open borders and kind of forcing people onto these countries. [00:51:04] And I think Hungary was one of the only holdouts that was able to not participate in that. [00:51:10] And so if the agenda now is to bring them back into the EU, it sounds like they're basically trying to give up their sovereignty and let Brussels just rule over Hungary. [00:51:23] All right. [00:51:23] Well, you know, if Soros is happy, I don't think I should be happy. [00:51:28] How I'm going to read that one. [00:51:29] And, you know, and if Soros has anything to do with an election, I'm sure it was totally fair and legit. [00:51:36] So, all right, Owen, give us something. [00:51:40] We've got seven minutes. [00:51:42] So, give us some juice, would you? [00:51:44] Well, Hamas is apparently still resisting the Trump Gaza peace plan. [00:51:49] They are meeting with the Egyptian negotiators on that. [00:51:53] They're trying to just serve their own interests, of course. [00:51:56] They're trying to halt what they call Israeli violations and want to get IDF withdrawal and reopen the borders and get more aid. [00:52:04] And, you know, they also are still rejecting any disarmament. [00:52:10] They're saying the quote is the resistance and its weapons are the Ummahs, which I think is the Islamic nation's honor and pride, their spokesman said. [00:52:20] And then a thousand statements are not worth a single projectile of iron. [00:52:24] So it sounds like they aren't finished yet. [00:52:29] I know that's kind of fallen out of the news, but it's still going on. [00:52:32] And I'm sure we'll have to revisit that at some point. [00:52:34] But. [00:52:36] My guess is it's probably kind of just going on in the background right now. [00:52:39] And Trump is most likely not paying a whole lot of attention to what's going on in Gaza, given his other issues that he's facing. [00:52:46] Yeah. [00:52:47] I'm very confused about all of this. [00:52:49] Like, I feel like I just need time. [00:52:52] I, you know, everything changes, then you get spun up with other stories. [00:52:57] And I don't know. [00:52:58] I just, it's a wait and see at this point. [00:53:01] Oh, Mike Burt, he said, talk about Ireland. [00:53:04] We're going to talk about that on Wednesday when BJ is here. [00:53:07] We are going to talk about it. [00:53:08] Okay, Marcella, do you want to add to this Hamas situation? [00:53:14] No, I have no further plan to it. [00:53:18] I know. [00:53:20] I wish them good luck on all sides. [00:53:23] Yeah. [00:53:24] Yeah. [00:53:26] Okay, Marcella, give us something juicy. [00:53:28] I have something really juicy, but it's very complicated. [00:53:32] So I'll try to explain it in like five minutes. === Impeachment Documents Revealed (04:29) === [00:53:36] So the documents, there are documents that were declassified by the director of national intelligence, Josie Gabbard, based on a request by Just the News. [00:53:46] It's a news outlet. [00:53:48] And it's a conservative news outlet. [00:53:51] And this is regarding the alleged whistleblower that led to the 2019 impeachment of President Trump. [00:54:01] And this was regarding President Trump using, allegedly using aid to Ukraine and conversations with Ukraine in order to have Ukraine look into the look into. [00:54:21] Hunter Biden and former, not former, Joe Biden, Congressman, Senator Joe Biden at the time, to look into their relation with Burisma and everything, all the corruption that was alleged. [00:54:39] I say alleged because, you know, it hasn't been proven. [00:54:42] But so basically, what these documents show is that the whistleblower that caused the alleged investigation into President Trump. [00:54:54] Was shockingly, you can fill in the shock, was potentially biased towards the Democratic Party. [00:55:08] The documents show that he was a CIA analyst, widely identified with, I won't give out his name, but there's a possibility that they have his name. [00:55:22] And that was redacted from the documents. [00:55:25] He had potential for bias because he. [00:55:28] Included Democratic Party registration, prior work with Ukrainian policy with Vice President Joe Biden, submitted false information. [00:55:38] At least the documents say that he submitted false information in his formal complaint. [00:55:44] Relyed heavily on second and third hand hearsay rather than direct knowledge of the July 2019 Trump Zelensky phone call. [00:55:53] So there was a phone call between Trump and Zelensky, which prompted the impeachment. [00:55:59] However, The whistleblower that made these complaints about President Trump doing this crime, illegally using his powers to make it easier for him, [00:56:17] for President Trump to become president again, all of those allegations that were talked about in regards to this phone call didn't come actually from the phone call, from what the documents show. [00:56:30] It came from testimony by the second and third. [00:56:34] People that he heard of the phone call. [00:56:38] He himself never heard the phone call, the whistleblower. [00:56:41] He contacted Democratic staff on the House Intelligence Committee, led by Adam Schiff, before filing the official complaint, then apologized to investigate for misleading them about the extent of those contacts. [00:56:56] Because once he whistle blew, however you want to say it, once he made his complaint, there's an investigation, a formal investigation made. [00:57:07] And one of the things that came up when they were investigating is that they questioned whether he had contacts with Democratic politicians and anybody at the House or Congress or whatever. [00:57:21] And so I guess from what the documents show is that he then apologized to the investigators because he didn't actually inform them of all the contacts that he had. [00:57:34] He hid his complaint to Republican members. [00:57:37] He criticized GOP congressmen in discussion with the watchdog, just basically what you would assume. [00:57:44] But now there are documents showing the bias and the accusations were just basically he was lawfare. [00:57:54] The first impeachment that was done against him was against President Trump, from what the documents show, it seemed to be a lawfare thing against him. === Real Estate Market Waves (12:44) === [00:58:06] Wow. [00:58:06] And not necessarily anything. [00:58:08] I'm sure it's going to become a bigger story. [00:58:11] It just came out this morning. [00:58:13] So, so we'll, we'll, we'll try to condense it down and give you more details on that tomorrow when we return. [00:58:20] It's a, it's a big, big deal. [00:58:24] Tulsi is crushing it. [00:58:26] Okay. [00:58:27] So, you guys, yay. [00:58:29] Right on time. [00:58:29] Marcella, you did it. [00:58:32] You guys, the three of us will return tomorrow with a whole new show for you. [00:58:37] And let me just see. [00:58:40] Let me just make sure. [00:58:40] So, I told you BJ will be here on Wednesday, and we're going to talk about what's going on in Ireland, the trucker convoy there. [00:58:51] I am so freaking inspired by the Irish people. [00:58:55] Like, I'm just like, go, go, go. [00:58:57] Like, set the example, set the tone. [00:59:00] And guess who's coming on Thursday? [00:59:03] Joshua Lysak will be here with us. [00:59:05] And that's going to be just such a great day, too. [00:59:09] So, I just, um, On behalf of Owen and Marcella and myself, we really appreciate you guys being here for us every day and joining in the simultaneous sip and the Scott Adams School. [00:59:23] We will be back tomorrow. [00:59:25] In the meantime, we want to give a final toast to Shelly and to our beloved Scott Adams. [00:59:34] We miss you. [00:59:35] And oh, Crusher, that picture is scary. [00:59:39] And the three of us will be back tomorrow, Owen and Marcella. [00:59:43] Thank you so much for a great show today. [00:59:45] And we'll see you guys in the morning, okay? [00:59:49] Be useful. [00:59:50] All right. [00:59:51] To Scott. [00:59:52] To Scott. [00:59:56] Bye, you guys. [00:59:59] Look at what we're like. [01:00:00] Bye. [01:00:01] Oh, and wave. [01:00:03] Oh, that's what we need to add a wave. [01:00:06] You need to add a wave. [01:00:08] See you later, you guys. [01:00:09] Bye, guys. [01:00:17] Bye, guys. [01:00:19] Let me see. [01:00:23] Can I? [01:00:27] You guys. [01:00:29] Hi. [01:00:31] I'm like, hi, bye, Jim Courtney. [01:00:36] I'm still here watching you guys. [01:00:42] Later, Skata. [01:00:44] You guys, thank you so much. [01:00:46] Stay. [01:00:50] Bueller, Bueller. [01:00:53] Hi, Gracie. [01:00:55] It's just us. [01:00:58] I never know when I'm going to just stay for a minute. [01:01:02] And Jay, you guys, I have to bring. [01:01:06] Okay, so I was like all in a rush, Goldie. [01:01:09] I was in a rush. [01:01:10] Mike Burt, DM me, okay? [01:01:14] Tell me what your schedule is like. [01:01:17] Wait a minute. [01:01:18] Yeah, DM me. [01:01:18] Tell me what your schedule is like. [01:01:19] Let's coordinate it. [01:01:22] Hi, Tree. [01:01:23] I see you, Marge. [01:01:28] You love these? [01:01:29] I don't even know what I'm doing. [01:01:30] I'm just hanging out for a minute. [01:01:32] Oh, that's so sweet. [01:01:35] Oh, flavor. [01:01:38] You guys, did you feel like it was a great show today? [01:01:40] I feel so out of it today. [01:01:42] I don't know. [01:01:43] I think it's allergies. [01:01:45] My eyes are so puffy. [01:01:46] I'm like, good Lord. [01:01:47] My favorite picture crusher. [01:01:51] Yeah, we want you to come on, Mike Burt. [01:01:55] Oh, the cherry on top. [01:01:58] Thank you. [01:02:00] You guys are so, it's fine if I stay. [01:02:03] Oh, good. [01:02:03] I'm so glad you guys are enjoying it. [01:02:05] I was sad to see Emma's leaving locals tomorrow as her last day of her subscription. [01:02:11] And, you know, you guys, thank you so much for staying on locals, by the way. [01:02:15] It is like really the only thing that can keep us going. [01:02:20] So we so appreciate the subscriptions. [01:02:22] Like, you have no idea. [01:02:24] And, you know, I think we're getting a groove. [01:02:28] I think we're getting a groove. [01:02:29] So, you had a meetup? [01:02:32] How was it? [01:02:35] I do love an after party. [01:02:37] The after parties are so much better because it just kind of boils down a little bit and then you're like hanging out. [01:02:43] And I love a recap. [01:02:44] Oh, you're loving locals. [01:02:45] I'm so glad. [01:02:46] Oh, you guys, thank you, thank you, thank you. [01:02:49] Oh, Chuck, awesome. [01:02:54] I love that. [01:02:56] Oh, Crusher, you re up for another year. [01:02:59] You go. [01:03:00] Thank you so much. [01:03:03] Thank you so, so much. [01:03:05] It does help. [01:03:07] It does help. [01:03:09] So, you guys, I got my taxes. [01:03:11] Oh, where'd you see Gutfeld? [01:03:13] Is he doing his thingamajiggy? [01:03:17] Thanks, EJ. [01:03:19] Oh, Sue's. [01:03:22] You have Phil fatigue? [01:03:24] Wait, who's Phil? [01:03:26] Who's Phil? [01:03:27] Why don't I know? [01:03:32] How could I live in New Jersey? [01:03:33] Well, I was born and raised here. [01:03:36] So, I will tell you, If I wasn't at the age I'm at now and like already settled in, like, you know, bought a house in when did we bought this house in 97? [01:03:50] Like, if I didn't do all of that then and I was trying to live here now, like, I could never move here now, buy a house and afford a life. [01:03:58] But because I'm from here and I got to be established here before all this complete and utter insanity, it's doable. [01:04:07] Yeah, New Jersey, it really is great as far as like the state goes. [01:04:12] But In all honesty, where I live now, Netflix is building like a $800 gazillion studio around the corner. [01:04:25] And all of Hollywood's moving here. [01:04:27] I'm so bummed. [01:04:28] So that's just going to make it so much more expensive. [01:04:34] Our taxes are insane. [01:04:36] The infrastructure is insane. [01:04:38] They're building, building, building, building. [01:04:40] I'm like, how many more people do you want to come here? [01:04:42] So, but when I grew up here, We're on the shore and like everything was like cattails. [01:04:48] You know, do you know what cattails are? [01:04:50] Like the little straw seagrass and cattails. [01:04:53] And it was just so sweet. [01:04:55] Like you would drive around, there weren't that many cars on the road. [01:04:58] And now you're like, oh my God, it is so different. [01:05:04] Let me see. [01:05:04] Springsteen. [01:05:06] Oh, yeah. [01:05:08] I mean, I've disowned him a long time ago, Springsteen. [01:05:11] What an ungrateful prick, if I might say. [01:05:16] Charlotte. [01:05:16] Yes, Charlotte. [01:05:17] I have friends that moved to Charlotte and they're like, we got to get out. [01:05:22] We're coming back. [01:05:23] I'm like, well, you're coming back to even more hectic lifestyle here now. [01:05:27] But let's see. [01:05:29] What am I missing? [01:05:30] Let me look here. [01:05:33] Here's my allergies, y'all. [01:05:36] Oh, you like getting suspended from X? [01:05:39] I'm so glad. [01:05:41] Oh, yeah. [01:05:42] No, listen, you guys, with Netflix coming here. [01:05:48] The house prices, seriously, like one day, I think just depends. [01:05:53] One day I'll end up selling this house. [01:05:56] And, but then the thing is, I have to move out of state because I don't want to make a lateral move. [01:06:02] Like, sell this house will make a killing on this house. [01:06:05] And then go where? [01:06:07] I can't buy another house here. [01:06:08] Like, we'll end up having a mortgage, you know? [01:06:11] It's like the prices. [01:06:12] So here, Newark, Trenton, Patterson, Camden, you're right, Andy. [01:06:20] So, here, if a house goes for sale, like in my town and the surrounding towns, the town I grew up in, I'm making this up. [01:06:29] Let's say you list your house for a million, someone's going to offer you a million three, and someone's going to offer you a million two and a million one, and you're going to take the million three. [01:06:38] And also, like when a house goes for sale here, there's a line around the block of people and realtors waiting their turn to go in and see it. [01:06:47] So, can you imagine you're trying to buy a house here and you've got to go against all these? [01:06:52] People, all the competition, you've got to have cash in hand. [01:06:56] You have to purchase as is, no inspections. [01:07:01] I can close in 30 days. [01:07:03] Like that's what's happening. [01:07:04] So I feel bad for the people that are, you know, starting out and they want to raise their family here because they grew up here and you just can't do it. [01:07:14] Where do you have space saved for me? [01:07:16] Thank you, SJV. [01:07:20] Yes, Quantum Dragon, he was always a lefty USA hater. [01:07:24] Always the song Born in the USA, he's a hater. [01:07:27] Like you think, oh, he's like so American. [01:07:30] And we play this song like every 4th of July. [01:07:32] But then when you read the lyrics, you're like, oh, wait, I don't think he really likes America. [01:07:38] Oh my gosh. [01:07:40] California and New Jersey. [01:07:45] Crazy, right? [01:07:48] I know I'd always say to Scott, like, how could you live in California? [01:07:51] But then, like, I'm in New Jersey. [01:07:53] But it is so nice. [01:07:57] So, JWJB in the chat, we live near each other. [01:08:00] So you say, and then all your neighbor's tax appraisals are adjusted upward to reflect that sale. [01:08:05] Yes. [01:08:05] Yes, that's so true. [01:08:09] Yes. [01:08:10] And we have a millionaire, as Andy put so eloquently, and this shit New Jersey state has a millionaire tax on selling homes. [01:08:18] A million house in New Jersey is a four bedroom, 2.5. [01:08:23] No, honestly, my house, like let's say in New Jersey, Parts of Florida, maybe North Carolina, like you could buy a house. [01:08:36] Like, okay, look at it this way a house, like, let's say, like in parts of North Carolina, wherever, because that's where I look. [01:08:41] I look like North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida. [01:08:44] You could buy a four bedroom home, like, think $100,000 per bedroom. [01:08:50] Okay. [01:08:50] Here, if you wanted like a four bedroom house here, it's you're going way over a million. [01:08:57] If you have any property, I mean, little tiny houses are going like, 900 above a million that when we were buying a house, they were probably like 120. [01:09:09] So it's just crazy. [01:09:15] Let's see. [01:09:15] Come to North Carolina, Jackie. [01:09:17] I know I love North Carolina. [01:09:19] I have to be somewhere near water. [01:09:22] I don't have to be on the water per se, but I grew up on the shore my whole life. [01:09:28] I've lived like in this five mile area my whole entire life, and I have to be near the water. [01:09:34] That's the only thing. [01:09:38] You did not hear that I'm joining you in South Carolina. [01:09:42] Your house tripled worth, but you couldn't replace it. [01:09:45] Yeah, Babe. [01:09:47] Yes, leave it to your son. [01:09:49] So I don't have children. [01:09:50] So I'm not leaving anything to anyone. [01:09:54] I actually don't know. [01:09:57] I don't know what's going to be left to anyone. [01:09:59] And I don't really care. [01:10:03] You know what I'm saying? [01:10:03] Oh, Lake Norman is somewhere that I do look at. [01:10:10] Oh my God, your wife's hometown is in Rumson? [01:10:15] Jose, I want to be like, who's your wife? [01:10:18] I wonder if I know her. [01:10:21] Rumson is out of control. [01:10:25] 500,000 for three in Texas, not Austin. [01:10:31] I wouldn't move to Austin. [01:10:32] Austin's freaking going out of control. [01:10:35] Greenville, I do love Greenville. [01:10:39] I have four nieces, and they will all probably get a little something, but I'm not really worried about it. === Dr. Drew Zuby Connection (15:26) === [01:10:50] They have parents that plan for them. [01:10:53] You know what I'm saying? [01:10:55] You know what I'm saying? [01:10:56] I kind of want to Alabama. [01:11:04] Who's your wife? [01:11:05] I mean, you don't have to say it. [01:11:07] DM me. [01:11:09] What year does she graduate? [01:11:15] You're the same. [01:11:16] Not sure where everything is going. [01:11:18] I'll leave it to friends, I guess. [01:11:19] See, yeah. [01:11:21] Oh, where'd you grow up, Fletch? [01:11:27] Dr. Drew is going to come on the show. [01:11:30] There's a little behind the curtain. [01:11:33] You guys, I love Dr. Drew. [01:11:35] Like, we talk on the phone, we text. [01:11:37] I love him. [01:11:39] He's always been amazing. [01:11:43] Let's see. [01:11:47] Clarks Hill. [01:11:52] I wish I could be like, hey, everybody, come to New Jersey. [01:11:57] You guys, Dr. Drew is just, he's so like who you see him as on TV or his podcast or whatever. [01:12:06] That's who he is. [01:12:07] Like, he's just so sweet. [01:12:09] He totally has a nice vibe. [01:12:11] He just truly loved it. [01:12:13] I. I'm not actively working on something with Adam Carolla, but I have a thought and an idea about Adam. [01:12:25] About the wellness business. [01:12:28] Tell me more. [01:12:33] I know, Lion. [01:12:34] What's up? [01:12:35] Adam's amazing. [01:12:38] And also, Dr. Drew, like, truly, you know, loves Scott, loves Scott. [01:12:48] Just, he's so compassionate, which is nice to see after all these years being a doctor. [01:12:54] Oh, Stephen Lang, look at you. [01:12:57] You're so sweet. [01:13:00] And also, he loves our Scott Adams school. [01:13:04] So he listens. [01:13:07] Just like he did with Scott, like he listens most days when he can. [01:13:11] A lot of times, like myself, he'd be in the shower listening. [01:13:14] So that's really fun and cute. [01:13:16] I love that. [01:13:18] Let's see. [01:13:22] Adam Carolla is very cool. [01:13:27] I'm like waiting for Jose to write back or to DM me. [01:13:32] Oh, I know. [01:13:34] Walter is tough to nail down, you guys, but you know me. [01:13:38] We'll do it. [01:13:40] Let's see. [01:13:42] I saw Greg Gutfeld when he first started his show, The Gutfeld Show in New York. [01:13:50] And then he was on the shore here in Asbury Park with who did he have with him? [01:13:57] Was it Tom Shalou or somebody else? [01:14:00] I don't remember who was with him. [01:14:02] It might have been Tom Shalou. [01:14:04] And it was so funny because, of course, he mentioned Scott and he put like a picture up of Dilbert. [01:14:09] And he's like, Yeah, my friend Scott Adams. [01:14:11] And I'm like, Whoa, Scott. [01:14:13] And I'm like, am I the only one screaming for Scott right now? [01:14:16] Yes, yes, I was. [01:14:18] I was like the lone voice screaming for Scott. [01:14:23] Joel Pollock, another person, like you guys, so he's so awesome. [01:14:32] We communicate a lot. [01:14:34] And if, like, the other day he said something to me and I couldn't get back to him till later. [01:14:42] And actually, we were, Writing to each other, texting at the same exact time because I was like, oh shit, I never responded to Joel. [01:14:49] And by the time I could get to it, I picked up my phone. [01:14:52] This was yesterday, and he had just texted me two minutes prior. [01:14:55] I'm like, oh my God, we're so in sync. [01:14:57] But it was so cute because his text was, are you okay? [01:15:00] Because he didn't hear back from me. [01:15:01] Normally, I'm pretty fast. [01:15:03] And I was like, that's so sweet. [01:15:06] Yeah, Brian and I will work that out. [01:15:09] We want to do with Brian Romley a two hour show. [01:15:15] And I think that would be, it will go by in a flash. [01:15:17] And he's just so interesting. [01:15:21] I don't know. [01:15:22] I don't know. [01:15:25] Great way to spend the summers, Jose. [01:15:28] She was raised spending her summers at the beach clubs. [01:15:31] Oh my gosh. [01:15:33] Go get her. [01:15:33] I need to know. [01:15:35] This is my whole entire stomping ground. [01:15:37] I do want to talk to Akira again. [01:15:39] Wouldn't it be fun to have him on? [01:15:42] Oh, Dr. Drew's Wellness Company. [01:15:44] Yes, yes, yes. [01:15:48] Um, yeah. [01:15:51] Oh, Surfrider. [01:15:53] This is such a trip. [01:15:57] I drive by Surfrider often. [01:16:01] Oh, well, of course, Adam Corolla's Gutfeld approved. [01:16:06] Um, Greg, yes, he does hand out sandwiches. [01:16:12] Actually, they had sandwiches for everybody when we went to the Gutfeld show. [01:16:16] I was like, oh, it was pretty nice. [01:16:17] They were like catered, very nice. [01:16:20] Maybe Zuby. [01:16:22] I'm in touch a little bit with Zuby. [01:16:24] So, the last time, no, not the last time, the time before the last, when Zuby was interviewing Scott, I remember Scott saying, like, I haven't physically hugged someone in so long or whatever. [01:16:37] So, I messaged Zuby and I'm like, listen, I know you're going to Scott's. [01:16:41] I was like, you have to do me a favor. [01:16:44] Just randomly, just give him like a really good hug. [01:16:48] I was like, he hasn't had a hug in a long time and, you know, he could use a hug. [01:16:53] So, And then I forget. [01:16:56] Look, so then after their interview, I messaged Scott and I was like, Did Zuby hug you? [01:17:02] And he's like, No, but he called me after and said he had just seen your message to give you a hug. [01:17:09] I was cracking up. [01:17:11] I was like, All right. [01:17:12] So, yeah, Zuby's awesome. [01:17:19] You're on a chain of lakes. [01:17:21] I love that. [01:17:23] So, you guys, Shelly's family is very private. [01:17:26] Like, they're, You know, Scott was the forward facing person, so we always have to respect that. [01:17:33] Um, let's see, I know Zuby's such a sweet soul, no word on that. [01:17:48] Um, he's like, he's like, he's so not me, like, he's like, he's just always has like such a positive attitude, he never uses bad words, he's like, so. [01:18:02] Polite and kind. [01:18:03] Ay, ay, ay. [01:18:06] Oh, SJV, I know, but we love King Rant. [01:18:11] Like, there's so many people we love. [01:18:15] You know, we'll see how everything goes. [01:18:18] Subi posted his. [01:18:19] Yes, he did. [01:18:23] I know. [01:18:23] Sometimes you got to wash them, like, you know. [01:18:28] Subi's great. [01:18:30] What else? [01:18:31] Oh, oh. [01:18:33] You want a little secret? [01:18:34] Let me look at my schedule here. [01:18:38] You guys, guess who I have for us next week? [01:18:44] Should I tell you? [01:18:45] Or don't you like to be surprised? [01:18:50] Do you hear Stella? [01:18:51] She's like, enough. [01:18:59] Thank you, Bob. [01:19:00] Yes. [01:19:01] I love when everyone's like, get Elon. [01:19:03] I'm like, sure. [01:19:05] Okay. [01:19:06] So, one of my favorite people on the planet, you hear Stella? [01:19:11] Michael Malice is coming on with us next week. [01:19:15] And I'm so excited. [01:19:17] I cannot even tell you for how long I have loved Michael Malice. [01:19:24] He's amazing. [01:19:25] He's, and I don't know if everybody really knows him on here, but Scott has done his podcast a couple of times. [01:19:34] I've been watching Michael Malice's podcast since, I don't know, a million years ago. [01:19:40] Like, he used to just do these fun podcasts. [01:19:43] Like, he'd go live, and if you would like tip him during the live stream, he'd like read your question and like talk about it. [01:19:51] And then he would do this thing where he would like taste all different kinds of like soda and candy, but like really gross flavor, like potato chip flavored soda and all this stuff. [01:20:01] And I'm like, who is this guy? [01:20:03] But He's amazing. [01:20:07] You, let's see. [01:20:13] Oh, wait, I have to read it here. [01:20:14] I was trying to read out of my little book here. [01:20:16] So, Michael Malice will be coming on. [01:20:17] Steve Cortez is coming on. [01:20:19] There's someone else coming on that I'm texting with, and I'm just trying to pin down because this is definitely somebody I really, really, really want to come on here. [01:20:32] And I think you guys will like that. [01:20:34] Yeah, this is Inside Info. [01:20:37] Michael Malice has malice for communists. [01:20:41] He's an anarchist. [01:21:02] He's so great. [01:21:03] Like, he'll either message me in the morning, like before this show, like, he could message me. [01:21:07] Maybe message me tomorrow morning and say, Hey, I have 20 minutes if you want me to come on, which is immediately yes. [01:21:15] He's amazing. [01:21:16] So maybe Joel will pop on tomorrow. [01:21:19] You never know. [01:21:23] The chance to be the butthole. [01:21:26] Oh. [01:21:30] Get Trump. [01:21:31] Imagine. [01:21:33] So I wonder if I could get to Trump. [01:21:38] I mean, I can, but I'm wondering if I could. [01:21:41] You know what I'm saying? [01:21:44] Gross Point. [01:21:46] Look at the babies. [01:21:48] If I come to Gross Point, I am attacking the dogs in the best possible way. [01:21:54] Wait, BD Lion, you know who's busy, Trump? [01:22:01] I don't think Jordan would come on, you guys. [01:22:05] He's sick, he's recovering, he's so busy. [01:22:08] I know. [01:22:09] Joel, you guys, he's amazing. [01:22:15] Oh, yay, Crusher! [01:22:20] Oh, look at that. [01:22:42] What am I calling it? [01:22:43] The sub cave, the subscriber cave. [01:22:47] More frequently soon. [01:22:48] Okay. [01:22:48] I just, I've just been waiting to take care of something. [01:23:04] Just so many great people, which is so nice and, you know, in the world. [01:23:09] I know, pray for Jordan. [01:23:11] He's just had a, and you know what? [01:23:12] Didn't he, like Brian said about the black mold? [01:23:17] He got sick cleaning out his dad's basement when his dad passed away, and he cleaned out his dad's house. [01:23:22] And there was all this like paper and magazines down there with black mold. [01:23:26] I think he got really sick from that. [01:23:29] You love the Erica spots. [01:23:32] Brian is sometimes too when we're like, we want him to stay on longer. [01:23:38] And I'm like, I kind of want him to get off and go like solve problems in the world. [01:23:44] Do you guys hear Stella? [01:23:45] Can you hear her whining at me? [01:23:47] She's like, Can you guys hear her? [01:23:51] Oh, Mary Kay, you hear her. [01:23:57] Oh, it's autoimmune issues. [01:24:01] So mold on top would have been a disaster. [01:24:03] Yeah. [01:24:07] You know what I was thinking is this cat knows. [01:24:12] Should I just get another man cave sign? [01:24:16] You know, I bought the one and shipped it to Scott. [01:24:19] Like, I can order an exact same one. [01:24:21] That way, Scott's could stay with all the like Scott memorabilia and the Dilbert Museum, and you know, whatever ends up happening with all that stuff, like in a permanent place, it'll be with it. [01:24:33] But maybe, should I get one that says the sub cave or the man cave? [01:24:42] Yes, yes, right. [01:24:45] Okay, so yes is order another one. [01:24:48] I should have been more clear. [01:24:54] So tell me, rename it. [01:24:56] Yeah. [01:24:58] The sub cave, man cave. [01:25:01] I wish I could put a poll up. [01:25:02] Sub cave. [01:25:03] And you guys understand sub cave is subscriber cave, right? [01:25:10] Erica's cave, man cave. [01:25:16] Stella's here. [01:25:17] She's going to start getting really bossy now. [01:25:21] Oh my gosh, should I put a poll? [01:25:23] I'm going to put a poll up later. [01:25:26] And then you guys tell me which one. [01:25:29] Or if you have a better name, I'm not opposed. [01:25:39] Sub cave is better. [01:25:40] Big decision. [01:25:41] It's a big decision. [01:25:43] You like the sub cave? [01:25:44] The cave. [01:25:46] Sip cave. [01:25:51] I kind of like the cave. [01:25:55] Because sub could also mean like sub par. [01:26:01] You like sub cave? [01:26:03] The useful cave? [01:26:04] I don't know how useful it'll be. [01:26:07] You like sub? [01:26:08] I can't say Dilbert. [01:26:11] Sipper cave. [01:26:12] Oh my God, you guys, I don't know what to do. === Choosing The Perfect Cave (14:17) === [01:26:17] The East Coast man cave. [01:26:24] This is why Andy cracks me up. [01:26:27] The East Coast man cave. [01:26:28] None of this childish weed crap. [01:26:30] Hello, intravenous drug use. [01:26:34] Garbage man's cave. [01:26:37] Oh my God, Stella's cave. [01:26:42] That's true, SJV. [01:26:45] Erica, Erica Cave. [01:26:47] I like it. [01:26:50] That is so cute. [01:26:53] Man Cave East. [01:26:58] The useful cave with bongs. [01:27:02] Stella has a cat friend. [01:27:03] She has George. [01:27:04] You guys just never see George because he's polite. [01:27:07] But I have a boy cat named George Cat Stanza, and he is such a good boy. [01:27:17] Oh my God, you guys, I am so confused. [01:27:20] You like Man Cave E, Sip Cave? [01:27:24] Oh boy. [01:27:26] All right, we're going to do, we're going to put it on Twitter. [01:27:28] Let's do it right now. [01:27:30] Let's just do it together because I don't want to mess it up. [01:27:33] Okay, we're going to do a post. [01:27:36] I'll do it just. [01:27:39] Oh no, wait, I'll do it to both. [01:27:41] All right. [01:27:43] What should we name? [01:27:48] The what do we want to call it? [01:27:49] What should we name the subscriber only? [01:27:58] Subscriber only locals, man caves that I host. [01:28:10] Some options were Man Cave East, Sub Cave Era. [01:28:22] Cave. [01:28:23] I wrote it as one word. [01:28:25] What were the other ones? [01:28:27] I can't do Scott Cave. [01:28:31] I would love that, but don't you think? [01:28:37] Oh, what should we name the subscriber only locals' man caves that I host? [01:28:43] Formerly Scott's man caves show. [01:28:53] Man cave, ease, sub cave, error cave, the cave. [01:29:01] I'm not doing a poll, I'm just writing a list. [01:29:07] The woman cave. [01:29:08] I'm going to write it. [01:29:09] No, I can't. [01:29:10] I can't. [01:29:11] I don't want that one to win, I'm afraid. [01:29:14] Person cave. [01:29:18] Locals backroom. [01:29:21] What's it called? [01:29:25] Yeah, let's do locals back room. [01:29:35] America. [01:29:50] You'd get so high when Scott took bong hits. [01:29:53] Oh my God. [01:29:57] So it won't, yeah, it'll be more of like, so sometimes there's going to be guests on it. [01:30:03] Sometimes it'll be at night. [01:30:05] Like this isn't it. [01:30:06] This is just like the after school. [01:30:10] The cave that identifies as the man cave, Swaddle East. [01:30:15] Let's do Swaddle East. [01:30:19] Not the Bong Cave. [01:30:25] Erica's Cavern. [01:30:26] Oh, the jokes. [01:30:27] No, all I can think about is Mike Burt. [01:30:33] Scott Adams School night class. [01:30:37] Stella is like, bitch, get up and feed me. [01:30:43] Let's see, I'm just scrolling. [01:30:44] Which ones did I miss? [01:30:48] Scott Cave. [01:30:51] Try to behave, Cave. [01:30:56] It will be under Scott's account. [01:31:01] But it would be fun because I also have my own account on Locals that I haven't been able to pay attention to right now, but I don't have to turn it on for mine. [01:31:11] Sip and chat, Cave. [01:31:14] The Scott Adams Night School sounds good. [01:31:16] Stella. [01:31:23] Be loves Hank, Cool Cat America gave for the 250th, right? [01:31:29] After school, how about detention? [01:31:34] I had detention, you guys. [01:31:36] I had so much detention. [01:31:39] Holy cow. [01:31:40] I had detention for so long toward the end of the school year in high school one year that they were like, we can't even give you any more detention. [01:31:49] You're booked till the end of the year. [01:31:51] And then the dean was like, you're going to have to come in 10 minutes early in the morning and just sit here in my office. [01:31:56] And I'm like, all right. [01:31:58] It's so stupid. [01:32:02] Yeah. [01:32:03] And thank God I could do my mom's signature perfectly because then the next year, when I would get detention, it wasn't that much. [01:32:11] I would write a note every day to get me out of the detention. [01:32:15] And then they would call my mom and be like, Mrs. So and so, your daughter has handed in a note from you excusing her from detention. [01:32:24] And she'd just go, Yes, I did. [01:32:25] And they'd be like, Okay. [01:32:26] She's like, I don't know what you're doing, but I'm just saying yes. [01:32:28] I'm like, Thank you. [01:32:31] Mo Cavity. [01:32:34] America. [01:40:38] Wait, I can't see you. [01:40:40] Wait, wait, this way. [01:40:42] See her? [01:40:43] Look at her. [01:40:47] You did it, Stella. [01:40:49] Do it. [01:40:51] Go on, girl. [01:40:52] There's George on the other side. [01:40:56] Tell me she can't open that. [01:41:09] Could we just die, poor thing? [01:41:17] Go on, Stella. [01:41:18] I'm rooting for her so hard. [01:41:26] This will keep her busy. [01:41:27] This is probably good exercise for her. [01:41:30] Yes, she did it. [01:41:33] Let's go. [01:41:39] Ben Cascave, what the 11 o'clock podcast space is. [01:41:43] Let's see. [01:41:46] Dishon After Dark. [01:41:48] Stella is the bomb, let me tell you. [01:41:51] I think she might be under five pounds now. [01:41:53] Isn't that crazy? [01:41:57] Oh, hi, George. [01:41:59] Now, George is here. [01:42:00] Let's see if we can see him. [01:42:02] George, come here. [01:42:04] No one ever sees you. [01:42:06] Come here. [01:42:08] Let's get a quick look at him. [01:42:10] He doesn't like to, he likes to be on my lap, but he doesn't like to be held. [01:42:15] Georgie, I bet I could get him over here for a rare appearance. [01:42:21] I have food in my drawer. [01:42:23] Let's see. [01:42:27] All right, let's see if we can get him on here. [01:42:30] Ready? [01:42:34] You see an ear. [01:42:38] Turn your head this way, George. [01:42:41] Oh, he's super cute. [01:42:48] Here. [01:42:51] Show them how cute you are, George. [01:42:52] I don't know how to make you turn your head. [01:42:55] Here. [01:42:55] Here. [01:43:03] Do it here, Georgie. [01:43:04] Look, eat that one. [01:43:08] Aww, Georgie. [01:43:15] He's got like a little black nose. [01:43:18] This, like, he's never in here like this. [01:43:20] So funny. [01:43:21] George is younger, he's a good little boy. [01:43:26] He is so. [01:43:28] Stella's probably like 15. [01:43:34] Maybe she's like, maybe she's about 15. [01:43:37] And George, I'm guessing, is how old are you? [01:43:44] Maybe you're like nine. [01:43:46] Are you maybe nine? [01:43:48] I rescued both of them and I was fostering George and, of course, had to keep him. [01:43:55] And George got really, really sick during COVID and he was slated to die. [01:44:03] They said take him home and just enjoy your last couple of days with him. [01:44:07] And then I went on the dark web and found a black market drug from China. [01:44:17] That I injected him with for 85 days, very painful injection. [01:44:24] And you had to inject it along the side of his spine. [01:44:27] And he right away started having good results. [01:44:31] Like he would have died, he would have probably been dead in like two days. [01:44:35] And after like the fact that he was still alive after like five days, I'm like, I'm going to keep going. [01:44:43] I'm going to keep going. [01:44:44] And P.S. knocking on wood. [01:44:48] That was during COVID, and he's amazing. [01:44:51] He's gained so much weight. [01:44:53] He's like the best boy ever. [01:44:56] And it was just awesome. [01:44:59] Aw, he's so special. [01:45:03] So, yay. [01:45:05] You're late to the game, but you made it, gunnies. [01:45:08] We're just hanging. [01:45:09] I just, I was saying goodbye and I'm still on here. [01:45:13] And we were trying to come up for a name. [01:45:15] He's so cute, you guys. [01:45:17] He's so cute. [01:45:18] We were trying to come up with a name. [01:45:21] I definitely do have some kind of cat temp. [01:45:23] It's called F as in Frank, F I P, and it's 100% fatal. [01:45:29] So my first vet was like, You've got to take him to the hospital. [01:45:33] She's like, I think he has something called F I P. [01:45:35] And she didn't want to say any more about it. [01:45:37] Then I had to take him to the, Animal hospital. [01:45:40] And it was so sad because I couldn't go in with him. [01:45:42] They had to come take him from the car. [01:45:44] It's just awful. [01:45:45] And they kept him for a couple of days. [01:45:47] And they were just like, yeah, he's all this stuff, like all these things. [01:45:52] And, you know, we suspect it's FIP, but we won't get the results if it's FIP for a week. [01:45:58] And I'm like, he'll be dead in a week. [01:46:00] And in the meantime, while he was in there, I'm like, what is FIP and what do I do? [01:46:06] And there was like some story in some newspaper about like this underground. [01:46:11] Um, Facebook page which I went to, and you had to like prove yourself to get in there because they kept shutting down this page because it's not an approved drug here in the states for animals, and like it's this whole back channel thing. [01:46:27] And there's like all these undercover vets in there with like fake usernames that are helping people. [01:46:32] Um, I was like, I'm taking this on. [01:46:35] Like, if it works, it'll work fast, like, he'll he won't die. [01:46:38] And if it doesn't work, I tried, right? [01:46:41] It was crazy. [01:46:43] I'm like, how do I do this injection? [01:46:44] Like, what do you do? [01:46:46] You learn quick. [01:46:47] And, um, oh my God, like catching him in the morning, like he was just like, oh no. [01:46:52] Like at first, like he was so lethargic, like the first few injections, he didn't even move. [01:46:57] Like he was just like, whatever. [01:46:58] And it smelled so bad. [01:47:00] It was so potent, so concentrated. [01:47:02] Like your eyes would burn from like when I would, you know, fill the needles and stuff. [01:47:07] But, um, but, um, then when he started to get a little bit, Of life in him, it was like he's under the bed, he'd run into the basement, he'd be under this thing. [01:47:20] And I just had like a method. [01:47:21] I was like, I would tell my husband, I'm like, wake up, say, we don't talk, we don't make a sound, like we don't get snippy with each other because we can't catch them. [01:47:31] Like you got to stay calm the whole time. [01:47:33] And I was like, and I just wanted to be the very, very, very first thing we do in the day, like before you take a shower, before you get your coffee. [01:47:40] So I just wanted it to be like over with. [01:47:42] And I wanted him to know, like, that George knows that, like, then he's got the rest of the day. [01:47:47] It's horrible. [01:47:49] Yes, FIP is horrible. [01:47:53] Right, you guys, and it's just fatal. [01:47:54] And I was just like, we gotta try. [01:47:56] Like, if he was like maybe 15, I would have been like, oh my God, but he was so young. [01:48:01] He was like five. [01:48:03] So then we would just get up and I would look at him and go, and we would just like walk down the stairs and I'd see like where he would go. [01:48:13] And even if he was running, I was like, nice and calm. [01:48:16] And, you know, it was a battle, but then eventually it got a little bit easier because he's like, shit, this is my life now. [01:48:24] So he eventually would just like walk to like this one corner and he'd like put his head down and stare at the wall. [01:48:31] It was so heartbreaking. [01:48:32] And then I would just gently pick him up and I would put him on the kitchen table on this towel that I'd wrap him in. [01:48:39] And then I cut a slit in the towel, like where his spine would be. [01:48:43] And I would just kind of like hold him and like try to swaddle him in there. [01:48:47] And I would sit on top of the table behind him and I'd have the injections prepped the night before. [01:48:53] And I would just have my husband stay at the head of the table. [01:48:57] To just kind of make him realize, like, you can't run anywhere. [01:49:00] Like, we're going to hold you here. [01:49:02] And he was so good. [01:49:03] Like, I would pull up his skin and, like, it wasn't in the scruff of his neck, which would have been so easy. [01:49:08] It had to go along his spine, which is so horrifying. [01:49:12] And it was a long needle and a ton of this burning fluid. [01:49:15] And, like, he would, like, wince and, like, try to move and just don't talk. === Neon Sign Tattoo Ideas (12:16) === [01:49:19] Just don't talk. [01:49:20] And we would give him the injection and I'd give him a big kiss. [01:49:25] I would immediately put him down and immediately feed them their breakfast. [01:49:29] So it was like, The mindset to me was like, think past the sale, right? [01:49:34] Like, once this injection's done, I get to eat. [01:49:37] And Stella would watch and wait, and then they'd eat. [01:49:40] And it was just crazy. [01:49:42] Like, he just kind of was like, okay, I know you're helping me. [01:49:45] Let's just go for it. [01:49:47] Toby's 17 pounds. [01:49:50] So, yeah, it was amazing. [01:49:57] Stella, yeah, Stella does not stop, you guys. [01:50:01] She just keeps circling the drain over here. [01:50:05] There she is. [01:50:11] Can you hear her? [01:50:28] Let me see. [01:50:31] George is so cute. [01:50:33] He's a good boy. [01:50:35] So that was that. [01:50:37] That was that. [01:50:38] And yeah, so I can't even believe I tried it, but I was like, let's do it. [01:50:45] I love that picture, Zanville. [01:50:49] So anyway, I guess I'm going to go deliver. [01:50:52] Oh, let me finish my tweet. [01:50:54] All right, you guys, I have too many names. [01:50:55] I have the cave, swaddle east. [01:50:58] I'm gonna take out swaddle east. [01:51:01] I don't know why. [01:51:02] Cave in recess, detention with Erica. [01:51:10] And what am I missing? [01:51:11] Let me just put in one more. [01:51:15] Ah, she's hall pass with Erica. [01:51:20] Is it a hall pass? [01:51:21] A you know what? [01:51:23] Why did I say you know what? [01:51:25] Yes, Stella can smell it. [01:51:26] Nothing gets past George, though, because his hearing is perfect and Stella is deaf, pretty much. [01:51:35] Thanks, Lotus. [01:51:38] I can't believe you guys got to see George. [01:51:44] Look at them, Bev. [01:51:46] I love them. [01:51:48] Look at Sweet Della. [01:51:51] They are so precious. [01:51:54] The Lair. [01:51:57] Scott Adams Night School. [01:52:04] Oh my gosh, Marge, the first time I went, I didn't. [01:52:08] When I went back, I did. [01:52:10] And I was like, please don't give me a weird license plate, like Ass Man. [01:52:15] If you watch Seinfeld, you know. [01:52:16] But it's a very generic plate. [01:52:18] So I'm so happy. [01:52:21] You don't like the caves debris, but you like the concept. [01:52:26] Mm hmm. [01:52:28] Okay. [01:52:30] Yeah, Stella's about 15. [01:52:32] She's got kidney failure. [01:52:34] She's losing a lot of weight. [01:52:36] She's on a special diet. [01:52:37] She's deaf. [01:52:38] She's got cataracts, but she is a fiery bee, let me tell you. [01:52:48] Aren't they so pretty, Smar? [01:52:49] Hi, Smar. [01:52:54] Intermurals. [01:52:58] Coffee in the cave. [01:52:59] Well, it will be at night, Cherry. [01:53:02] Sip cave. [01:53:04] I'll put sip cave. [01:53:07] No, you know, it doesn't feel like me. [01:53:10] It's got to be like me and Scott. [01:53:15] Um. [01:53:21] Mm-mm-mm. [01:53:28] Oh, you guys, I'm seeing like the people who had a cat with FIP. [01:53:32] It's just so crazy. [01:53:34] And meanwhile, I think, I feel like this drug might have been approved now. [01:53:39] It's real, it was really expensive also because it was black market. [01:53:43] And I would get all these little vials sent to me. [01:53:46] And then I was so afraid with the pandemic that because it was coming from China, I wouldn't be able to get it, you know, because like everything was stalled and delayed and whatever. [01:53:56] So I would try to order as much of it as I could. [01:53:59] And then, oh, bye, NJ. [01:54:05] Let's see. [01:54:07] This isn't about you. [01:54:08] It should all be about Scott. [01:54:11] Okay, but it's got to feel like me. [01:54:13] That wasn't so subtle. [01:54:15] If Erica flavored, I vote detention with Erica. [01:54:19] I mean, the caves at night are Scott's concept, but I'm doing it. [01:54:29] SJV. [01:54:32] It's not going to be all about me, but it's got to resonate with me, sir. [01:54:40] Let's see. [01:54:46] Let me see. [01:54:50] I liked, which one was it? [01:54:55] I like recess. [01:54:56] Was there another form of recess? [01:54:58] No, recess. [01:54:59] So we have the cave, detention with Erica, cave in. [01:55:04] Cave in. [01:55:07] Or should it be like cave in? [01:55:09] Like C A V E apostrophe N. T A T T R Cave. [01:56:03] I mean, it could be the ATTR, but I don't think a lot of people know that. [01:56:08] All right, so let's see what the people say. [01:56:10] And then I'm going to say, or, or, oh, wait, you know what, you guys? [01:56:18] I'm going to do it this way. [01:56:20] We're going to do a poll. [01:56:23] Recess. [01:56:28] The cave. [01:56:35] Detention. [01:56:37] I'll just call it detention. [01:56:38] Doesn't need to be with Erica. [01:56:42] And one more. [01:56:47] Last call. [01:56:49] The inside joke is the point. [01:57:22] No one's going to know what that is, so that won't really get any votes. [01:57:25] That's why I don't want to put it in. [01:57:28] Office hours, pass the sales, spelunking. [01:57:34] The shower is hysterical. [01:57:44] Let's see. [01:57:45] The shower's really funny. [01:57:47] You love Hall Pass, Julie. [01:57:48] But isn't Hall Pass? [01:57:50] I get what you mean. [01:57:51] The double entendre. [01:57:54] Pass the sale. [01:57:58] How many am I allowed to put? [01:57:59] I think I can only put four choices. [01:58:01] All right. [01:58:02] So let's do. [01:58:03] And then I'll say. [01:58:06] Actually, I'll take the cave out and I'll do Hall Pass. [01:58:15] All right, recess, hall pass, detention, ATTR. [01:58:19] They're not feeling right. [01:58:20] Leave an open line for a write in. [01:58:24] Aw, Plato's allegory. [01:58:27] Scott's shadow. [01:58:30] Reframe your cave. [01:58:38] I'm going to say right in below. [01:59:09] I wrote, what should we name the subscribers only locals, man caves that I host, formerly Scott's Man Cave Show? [01:59:17] And it says, some options were, and it says, think neon sign on the wall, recess, hall pass, detention, or write in below. [01:59:26] Needs to be small enough for the sign, right? [01:59:29] Latchkey. [01:59:33] share that I will. [01:59:38] Got Adam's school, what was it? [01:59:42] Recess. [01:59:45] I could do SAS. [01:59:48] SAS recess. [02:00:51] Okay, I'm posting it right now. [02:00:52] There might be typos. [02:00:54] Nobody knows. [02:00:56] I loved hose water. [02:00:57] It was the best water. [02:00:59] Water. [02:01:00] Did you hear how I say water? [02:01:01] I'm so aware of how I say water because I have friends that mock me. [02:01:05] Anyway, okay. [02:01:07] You guys, I have to go drop off my tax returns now or my receipts and documents for my accountant who's probably ready to kill me. [02:01:16] And.
