The StoneZONE - Roger Stone - The Stone Zone | 01-01-26 Aired: 2026-01-02 Duration: 39:01 === Core Basis for Inclusion (15:03) === [00:00:00] Rural Americans deserve access to the best our nation has to offer, especially when it comes to health care. [00:00:06] Across every state and every community, America's rural hospitals are the first line of defense, protecting our families, neighbors, and loved ones. [00:00:14] No matter where you live, hospital care doesn't clock out. [00:00:16] They're there 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. [00:00:21] Each year, America's over 5,000 hospitals care for millions of patients, providing 24-7 emergency care, delivering babies, cancer treatments, and other life-saving care that patients rely on. [00:00:33] Behind every one of those patients are doctors, nurses, and caregivers working tirelessly to keep people healthy and safe. [00:00:40] Hospitals are our community's lifelines. [00:00:43] They employ our neighbors and keep our families health. [00:00:46] But now, some in Congress are threatening access to care. [00:00:49] Tell Congress, protect patient care to keep America strong. [00:00:53] Don't cut rural health care. [00:00:56] The Stone Zone. [00:00:58] Entertaining and informative. [00:01:00] On the Red Apple Podcast Network. [00:01:03] You are now entering the Stone Zone, our very first show of 2026. [00:01:09] New Year's Day not only marks the moment that we begin striving to improve ourselves, but also the debut of my international 17th annual Best and Worst Dressed List. [00:01:22] I've been producing this list now since the late Mr. Blackwell, a very influential Hollywood syndicated columnist who produced this list for 48 years, passed away in 2008. [00:01:36] In fact, I have produced it every year, with one exception, that being 2019, when a corrupt federal judge unconstitutionally gagged me from having any public comment at all. [00:01:49] You know, I first noticed in American politics when I was much younger that people who were both well-groomed and well-turned out were treated much better than those who were not. [00:01:59] I became intrigued with a silhouette, a specific style of tailoring that was pioneered by a company called Anderson and Shepard. [00:02:10] Anderson Shepard was one of the most famous bespoke tailors on Savile Row, and they featured a very soft-shouldered, very fluid, very comfortable suit with a very full drape in both the chest and the back and a very full-cut trouser. [00:02:33] I really couldn't afford Savile Row tailoring. [00:02:37] I started going to a New York tailor by the name of Alan Flusser. [00:02:41] And over, I would say, a 10-year period, I probably spent, I don't know, $200,000, $250,000. [00:02:50] I was a very influential Washington Wheeler dealer in that period. [00:02:55] And then, incredibly, when I was arrested in the Russian collusion hoax, in an incredible rush to judgment, I saw my own tailor, Alan Flusser, in an interview on YouTube saying that I should go to jail. [00:03:09] This, of course, was before I was later completely exonerated when Robert Mueller's full, final, unredacted report was released. [00:03:20] And even he couldn't deny on page 178 that he'd found no evidence of Russian collusion, WikiLeaks collaboration, or any other crime on my part. [00:03:32] So I find it interesting now that I've picked up this important tradition. [00:03:38] The 2025 edition of the International Best and Worst Dressed, because I always looked at the year retrospectively, has many familiar names. [00:03:47] Some continue to embrace the fact that style is timeless. [00:03:52] Others continue to pass off the latest fashion trend or hideous ghetto wardrobes as true style, forgetting that unlike style, fashion is fleeting, but you see, style is forever. [00:04:05] The core basis for inclusion on my list remains firm. [00:04:08] It's not about politics. [00:04:10] In fact, Joe Biden and Ted Kennedy have both been on my list in previous years. [00:04:16] It's all about style. [00:04:18] The ongoing train wreck of transgender fashion continues to bastardize the true meaning of style and has only become more vile, more putrid, and has also added to the grotesquely vile public displays that have no basis in either style or fashion. [00:04:34] Men should dress like men and women should dress like women. [00:04:39] But as we've said before, it is entirely acceptable to take risks with your personal style, but rules exist for a reason. [00:04:46] A basic starting point that anyone on a budget reading list can adhere to being stylish in your sartorial efforts. [00:04:53] But before you break the rules, you need to have to understand the rules. [00:04:59] So just as you don't order fish in a steakhouse, you shouldn't wear a jean jacket to a wedding. [00:05:05] Just as you wouldn't show up in a three-piece suit to a bowling alley. [00:05:08] Workout clothes are for the gym, not the mall. [00:05:11] As I noted in my 2018 book, Stone's Rules, which included a foreword by my good friend Tucker Carlson, the best dressed person is the one who appropriately dresses for the activity which they intend to engage in. [00:05:24] It's amazing how many people just don't get that simple point. [00:05:27] In the past, we've made it a point to highlight those who have shown us that they not only know style, but they adhere to it on a daily basis. [00:05:35] It's why we created the Lifetime Achievement category in order to create room for uppers and comers. [00:05:42] So with our 2025 International Best and Worst International Dressed List, we unveiled the new Icon Awards for those who continue to wow us with their sartorial splendor. [00:05:57] Now in past years, we've had the Lifetime Achievement Award. [00:06:01] Those would include former White House Economic Advisor Larry Kudlow, CNN's Mike Smirkonish, CBS Sports Shannon Sharp, rocker Mark Ronson, New York PR Wiz Audrey Gelman, and Pennsylvania Politico Gordon Woodrow, as well as first daughter Ivanka Trump. [00:06:20] They've all graced our best dress list for multiple years and all are once again celebrated this year. [00:06:28] But this year we have initiated something new. [00:06:30] It's the Hall of Fame Icon Awards and nobody deserves this more than Melania Trump. [00:06:37] America has not had a more stylish, chic, cultured, and well-dressed first lady since Jackie Kennedy. [00:06:45] We said this last year when she was the first official adductee of our Hall of Fame. [00:06:50] Quite possibly our favorite look for the First Lady in 2025 was that kind of beigeous, light brown, three-piece pant trouser she debuted during her trip to the U.S. Capitol, where she secured $25 million for foster children through her Be Best initiative. [00:07:09] Also on our icon list, the veteran journalist and dateline host Josh Mankowitz, who's been on this list too many times to count in the past few years, he's been eating healthy and embracing the benefits of daily exercise. [00:07:22] Mankowicz, with whom I share a birthday, can be subtle for the most part with his attire, but is a master of using ties and pocket squares to showcase a little color, a little personality. [00:07:34] From pinstripes to solid colors, with or without a tie, and sometimes more casually collared shirts, he is always dressed for the occasion. [00:07:44] What would any fashion list be without mentioning King Charles, whether it's Savile Row or Old Burlington? [00:07:52] The reigning monarch refuses to have the paparazzi bird dogs bird dog him in anything but the best. [00:07:59] The king has been known to have his jackets made by one tailor while his trousers are made by another. [00:08:05] And that's the role of the monarch, of course, to look the part. [00:08:09] We talk about dressing for the occasion, and thankfully for His Highness, he knows, always knows exactly what to do. [00:08:17] Now we go to our best dress category. [00:08:20] Monica Crowley, the former Fox News anchor, former Deputy Assistant Treasury Secretary, now serving in President Donald Trump's office of the Chief of Protocol for the State Department of State for the new golden age. [00:08:36] While I like her inclination to mainly embrace a pastel-driven wardrobe, she can also pull off a simple black pants suit with a crisp white shirt with ease. [00:08:46] She's versatile, independent, she has flair, simple, and always correct. [00:08:51] Monica Crowley deserves her position on this year's list. [00:08:56] Then there's Conor McGregor, the notorious, the greatest, the legendary UFC champion in both mixed martial arts and UFC, a true Irish patriot with a deep love for mixing martial arts. [00:09:09] And inside the octagon, he's bold, brash, and brazen, perfectly aligning with his personal persona when he exits the cage. [00:09:18] But when it comes to style, the notorious has always been notoriously well turned out. [00:09:24] Whether it's a pinstripe, tartan, or plaid base, McGregor not only understands proper tailoring, but also how to utilize all elements of a three-piece suit, just as well as the process of how to remove certain aspects to appear more casual and necessary. [00:09:41] Our favorite look has been his black tie that he wore at the Mar-a-Lago Club in Palm Beach recently, and that pinstripe perfection he embraced during a visit to the White House. [00:09:51] If you look at the pinstripes very carefully, they say something, well, that we can't mention on a family radio show. [00:10:01] Tulsi Gabbard also is on my international best dress list for 2025. [00:10:08] This lifelong public servant has gone from the state legislature to the United States Congress to being a leading Democrat candidate for President of the United States to being a Republican and now serving as the Director of National Intelligence. [00:10:22] All the while, she was a combat medical specialist in the U.S. Army, even taking leave from her role as a state representative to defend America abroad and serving in the war in Afghanistan. [00:10:35] She's today a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve. [00:10:39] That kind of public service self-defines her ethos, but her easy style is just as important. [00:10:46] Hillary Clinton made pantsuits the butt of every joke, but Director Gabbard has rehabilitated the pantsuit and set this sartorial tone for women who want to look the part without wearing an oversized smock, like so many others. [00:11:02] Stephen A. Smith, the Noah Holzbar Bronx-born sports analyst, undoubtedly shaped the success of ESPN with his high-energy hot takes on the world of sports. [00:11:13] From first and 10 to pardon the interruption to Jim Rome is burning, Stephen A.'s bombastic commentary has earned him his own imprint on ESPN, where he now hosts First Take. [00:11:26] Unlike the many athletes, turned commentators who throw together clashing patterns and designs, not to mention horrendous tailoring, Stephen A. is always bespoke and on point. [00:11:38] Although traditionally favoring slate gray suits, he integrates houndtooth and plaid with ease. [00:11:43] When he wants to be a little bolder, he is one of the few modern men who can pull off fuchsia and purple fabrics with a plume. [00:11:51] Mrs. Stone and I love his role as mob boss fixer brick on General Hospital, who plays opposite Godfather of Port Charles boss, Sonny Corinthos. [00:12:05] Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna is on my best dress list. [00:12:10] Ms. Luna's political stances might not be your cup of tea, but they're mine. [00:12:14] But to doubt that she's one of the best turned out members of Congress is not really up for discussion. [00:12:20] Tulsi Gabbard certainly gave her the template for success sartorially, which she has wholeheartedly embraced since being sworn in in 2023. [00:12:30] However, Ms. Luna's crowning achievement in 2025 was pulling off a series of three-piece pantsuit looks with a tie to boot. [00:12:39] To do this consistently without sacrificing feminine elements is enough to earn her a permanent spot on my very best dress list. [00:12:49] Greg Kelly, who you can hear right here on this very Red Apple broadcast, adheres to the KISS method. [00:12:58] That means keep it simple, stupid. [00:13:01] When preparing for his live shows or his broadcasts, one cannot underestimate this approach. [00:13:07] And we all have felt some moments to take a chance with our wardrobe, which is understandable. [00:13:12] But as most of us like consistency and journalism, Kelly likes consistency in the simplicity of his ensemble. [00:13:19] Kelly once mused on social media about taking over the authorship of this very list on an annual basis. [00:13:26] And I told him he could have it as soon as I died. [00:13:31] Carolina Amnesty is an incredibly devout Christian, former Florida State Representative, been on our radar for best dress for a couple years. [00:13:40] Despite being fabricated, pardon me, despite facing fabricated state charges that were engineered by Governor Ron DeSantis and a bogus federal indictment, both of which were dismissed, Amnesty's style mirrors a lot of the elements that earned First Lady Melania Trump a spot on our Hall of Fame icon section. [00:14:01] Always form-fitting, versatile, and able to add subtle elements that pay homage to the greats like Jackie O. Pay particular attention to her shoes. [00:14:10] They're by Prada. [00:14:11] This is her first year on the best dress list, but I really doubt it will be her last. [00:14:18] You're listening to the Stone Zone with Roger Stone today. [00:14:22] We're going over my 17th annual international best and worst dressed list. [00:14:27] These are the best and worst dressed people on the planet. [00:14:32] I know many of you are waiting to get to the worst list. [00:14:35] Hold on, hold on. [00:14:36] We'll get there in just a minute. [00:14:38] It's harder and harder to put this list together every year. [00:14:41] Well, it's not hard to find those who are poorly dressed. [00:14:44] I don't want to mention any names, Steve Bannon. [00:14:48] But to finding those who really are exemplary in the way they present themselves to the public or present themselves every day just gets harder and harder. [00:14:57] You're listening to the Stone Zone. [00:14:59] Don't go away because we'll be right back. === Exemplary Dress Codes (11:43) === [00:15:03] Rural Americans deserve access to the best of what our country has to offer, especially health care. [00:15:09] Across every state, every community, America's rural hospitals are the first line of defense protecting our families, neighbors, and loved ones. [00:16:09] On the Red Apple Podcast Network. [00:16:12] Welcome back to the Stone Zone. [00:16:15] Today, I have unveiled my 17th annual international best and worst dressed list. [00:16:22] It is a labor of love. [00:16:24] Let's continue with our best dress category. [00:16:27] ASAP Rocky, the New York-born rapper, record producer, and entrepreneur, has literally every reason to embrace the worst of rap and hip-hop culture stylistically, whether he's stepping out for a quick walk or attending the annual Met Gala, whether he's dressing for the street or a charity function or a word show, he always addresses for the occasion. [00:16:48] However, he caught our eye this year for a phenomenal look at the 2025 Met Gala. [00:16:54] The simplicity of an all-black look mixed with a perfectly fitted three-piece suit, double-breasted overcoat with a flared collar made him not only the best-dressed man in attendance, but also showed his refusal to dress in a feminizing or highly weird fashion. [00:17:09] Thank you, President Donald Trump, for fighting for Rocky's return to the U.S. from a Swedish prison in 2019. [00:17:18] Continuing with our very best-dressed look, the former RNC chairwoman, Lara Trump, wife of Eric Trump, presidential son, dedicated mother, and a newly minted Fox News host with her own show, My View, that airs on the weekends, can't be held down when it comes to style. [00:17:36] From respectable casual to chic to the I mean business look, you can never predict what will adorn this veteran news producer. [00:17:44] Instead of this leading to a fever dream of horrible choices that you can't make any sense of, one can always count on the fact when she enters the room, Mrs. Trump will always turn heads for all the right reasons. [00:17:59] Then, of course, there is the Secretary of the Treasury, Scott Besant, the current Secretary of the United States Treasury, is working overtime to restore the American economy, a job so stressful and vast that it would be understandable, although not acceptable, if he was lax when it came to his sartorial identity. [00:18:17] Thankfully, however, the successful businessman and Yale graduate has proven his intelligence extends beyond being one of the most brilliant economic minds in America. [00:18:27] The fit, the cut, the classic ties all give us the perfect blend of Wall Street wizard turned public servant and an exemplary example of true Ivy League style. [00:18:41] I would be remiss if I didn't mention the Reverend Al Sharpton. [00:18:45] Thinner, fitter, calmer, and collected, Reverend Al is a lightning rod for sure. [00:18:51] But remember, this list isn't about politics. [00:18:53] It's about style. [00:18:55] And his ability to go through a personal fitness transformation while sticking to the core tenets of style over fashion are nothing short of remarkable. [00:19:05] Like his politics or not, the man is always well dressed. [00:19:09] Long gone are the track suits and the gold chains. [00:19:12] Clean eating has allowed Sharpton to embrace the power of sartorial splendor. [00:19:18] Whether it is a single-breasted suit or a double-breasted suit, whether it is a white collar on a collared shirt, on a striped shirt, he is always outstanding. [00:19:30] Reverend Al and I might not agree about much when it comes to politics, but I certainly agree with his sartorial choices. [00:19:38] And I guess I have to re-emphasize that point. [00:19:40] My international best and worst dress list, now in its 17th year, is not about politics. [00:19:48] It's about those who are particularly well-dressed and those who are not. [00:19:54] Listen to the Stone Zone. [00:19:55] I'm Roger Stone. [00:19:56] Whatever you do, don't go away. [00:19:58] We'll be right back with the rest of this year's list. [00:20:01] You're not going to want to miss this. [00:20:06] The Stone Zone. [00:20:08] Entertaining and informative. [00:20:10] On the Red Apple Podcast Network. [00:20:13] And we're back in the Stone Zone. [00:20:16] For 17 years now, on New Year's Day, I have unveiled my international best and worst dressed list. [00:20:24] This is a custom that I picked up from the late Mr. Blackwell, who was a very influential syndicated Hollywood columnist. [00:20:33] Blackwell's opinion of your clothes could make Titans of business or movie stars, could destroy the career of a movie starlet or an athlete. [00:20:44] And when he died, I picked up this tradition. [00:20:47] Let's continue with our best dressed list. [00:20:50] Lara Logan is a respected journalist with a career spanning over 30 years and the courage to survive her attack by radicalized Egyptians who sexually assaulted her. [00:21:03] That would have been enough for others to retire, but not Laura Logan. [00:21:07] She's a woman of courage and strength. [00:21:09] She's not only maintained her stellar career, but has also maintained a strict adherence to actual style, not faux fashion that so many journalists become enamored or co-opted with to please their viewers and their bosses. [00:21:22] She's always been talented and well-dressed. [00:21:25] She's earned her place on this year's list. [00:21:29] John Tobacco is a reporter. [00:21:32] He works over at Newsmax, hosts the show The Wise Guys on the dogged alternative media platform, has stories to tell and advice to give his views. [00:21:42] And well, that's his job, one that he does extremely well. [00:21:45] Tobacco dresses with old-style flair and a touch of the old neighborhood. [00:21:50] Last year, he got an honorable mention. [00:21:53] This year, he moves up to the list. [00:21:56] Kimberly Guilfoyle, the current U.S. Ambassador to Greece, former Fox News commentator, and one-time California prosecutor, has had a wide-ranging career. [00:22:09] Guilfoil was very famous as a prosecutor because, well, she never once lost a case, and she famously always gave her summation to the juries without a single note. [00:22:21] Her adherence to style has been one constant over the decades. [00:22:25] She's been on the list before. [00:22:27] She knows she knows and understands the rules. [00:22:31] However, we all slip up from time to time, but Guilfoyle's record of being a jack of all trades professionally and the brutal attacks from her by the media have not broken her dedication or understanding of the authentic and purposeful decisions when it comes to her wardrobe or her duties as the U.S. Ambassador to Greece. [00:22:51] By the way, the dress she wore recently that outraged Greek society through the tabloids was not sheer or see-through. [00:22:59] It actually had a flesh-tone body stocking. [00:23:03] Critics just need to step back. [00:23:06] Wayne Allen Roots, another personality on our international best and worst dress list. [00:23:12] Everyone's been told to diversify their investments, time, or emotional output on their passion projects. [00:23:18] Wayne, who's been on this list before, has lived an extremely diversified life. [00:23:22] He was a producer of Ghost Adventures, a radio host, a television host, a podcast host, a candidate for vice president on the Libertarian Party. [00:23:32] We would challenge anyone to find someone who's mastered the pinstripe suit, the light blue dress shirt with an unmatching white collar and cuffs, plus a red power tie better than Wayne. [00:23:44] He has a great, great tailor. [00:23:47] Bobby Jeffries is an up-and-coming young man. [00:23:50] He's from the chocolate bubble near Hershey, Pennsylvania, a devoted practitioner, I might say, of Stone's Rules, probably the youngest person on this list. [00:23:59] He has the look, impeccable tailoring, bold, yes, timeless classic style, and a striking Kennedy-esque type charisma that evokes the golden age of American elegance. [00:24:10] This staunch America first conservative activist, author, and rising political force pairs sharply cut suits, crisp shirts, and timeless accessories with the unapologetic confidence of a true modern dandy. [00:24:24] Whether on the campaign trail or rallying the faithful, Bobby Jay, as he calls himself, proves that principled patriotism and sartorial splendor are a perfect match. [00:24:35] His impressive debut on my international best dress list is well earned, and mark my words, it certainly won't be his last year on the list. [00:24:45] Romero Brito, the Brazilian-born multicultural artist who's called Miami home since the 1980s, possesses a talent that has attracted major brands like Apple, IBM, BMW, Absolute, and installations spanning from JFK Airport to Hyde Park across the pond in London. [00:25:06] He's allowed his work to raise vast sums of money for over 250 organizations worldwide, from the Prince's Trust to St. Jude's Children Hospital. [00:25:16] Brito, who I met recently, is a true man of style. [00:25:19] I would call his style eclectic and a bit chaotic, as is Cubist and pop art masterpieces. [00:25:26] But Brito makes the best dress list for the first time in 2025 because he always dresses for the occasion. [00:25:33] But he also injects his personal flair each time without sacrificing fashion before style. [00:25:39] We're sure one of the most collective artists in the modern history and his standing as an institution at the annual International Art Basil Festival in Miami Beach certainly stands as the most consequential honors under his belt. [00:25:55] Perhaps his being on the best dress list this year could be his third highest honor. [00:26:02] Now, of course, we get to the worst dress. [00:26:06] Before diving in to some of the truly ungodly displays of horrific fashion repackaged by the entertainment industry, commentators, influencers, and industry experts as forward-thinking acts of bravery, I want to say that this year's list of those who are worst dressed will be brief. [00:26:27] There are far too many misguided souls to hold accountable for high crimes against good taste and breaking them down writ large assumes the risk of actually proliferating these grotesque displays to the extent that younger generations then turn around and mimic them simply to be ironic. === Fashion Fiascos? (07:54) === [00:26:47] However, a casual reminder of former nominees and a few newcomers to this list should serve as a casual reminder of the unspeakable fashion forward atrocities against good taste. [00:27:01] That leads us to Steve Bannon. [00:27:04] Perhaps he thinks he's pioneering toothless hobo chic, but this unbathed, unshaven, greasy-haired Jeffrey Epstein running buddy looks downright slovenly. [00:27:18] I doubt that he's brushed his teeth in years. [00:27:20] Frankly, the recent photos released of Bannon with his friend Jeffrey Epstein, taken long after Epstein was convicted of sex crimes in Florida and Bannon was fired from his White House job, show why Bannon refers to their recently detailed emails to Epstein as brother. [00:27:41] Perhaps with the money he's getting from the CCP now to promote their AI, he can afford a better wardrobe, but don't bet on him taking a bath. [00:27:50] Folks at the Turning Point USA's recent annual AmericaFest gathering in Phoenix told me he literally stunk. [00:27:58] This guy is nothing short of disgusting. [00:28:04] Congresswoman Rosa DeLoro of Connecticut. [00:28:09] It's hard to believe that this woman is actually an adult. [00:28:12] The way she dresses, the purple hair, the green eyeshades, dressing like a child. [00:28:19] It's asinine, childish, embarrassing. [00:28:22] Need I say more? [00:28:24] Then there is Rachel Dick Levine. [00:28:28] Behold the unfortunate spectacle of Admiral Rachel Dick Levine, a figure who assaults the eyes with a relentless parade of ill-fitting frocks, dowdy dresses, and a complete disregard for tailoring, proportion, or the basic principles of elegance. [00:28:45] Levine looks terrible as a man or a woman. [00:28:48] This Biden-era bureaucrat, known for parading in admirals' uniforms that strain credibility and civilian outfits that scream frump in a slump, lacks even the faintest whisper of judgment, with shoulders that overwhelm, helms that sag, and a palate is dreary as a government memo. [00:29:08] Levine embodies the very antithesis of sartorial sophistication, a walking, talking, fashion catastrophe. [00:29:16] Whether clumsily appropriating military regalia or stumbling through public appearances in matronly ensembles that no discerning eye could endorse, this perennial offender proves that some simply do not have the look and never will. [00:29:31] A regrettable fixture on my international worst dress list and one that, alas, shows no signs whatsoever of redemption. [00:29:41] Then there is Senator John Fetterman of Pennsylvania. [00:29:46] Now, Fetterman has turned out to be a true moderate. [00:29:49] I have to admit that I do respect his political stances, but this towering Pennsylvania senator has turned the U.S. Capitol into his personal gym locker. [00:29:59] Baggy car heart hoodies paired with gym shorts, sneakers, and a perpetual just rolled out of bed vibe, even at formal events like presidential inaugurations or a State of the Union speech. [00:30:13] This isn't Casual Friday. [00:30:15] It's perpetual slob Sunday. [00:30:17] A grown man in one of the world's most prestigious legislative bodies dressing like he's headed to a pickup basketball game or a sheets run. [00:30:27] Decorum demands dignity, but Fetterman delivers the opposite. [00:30:32] A deliberate middle finger to tradition, respect, and, well, basic decorum. [00:30:37] Suits exist for a reason, Senator, and this endless parade of sweatshop chic is a wardrobe misdemeanor that became a felony. [00:30:47] For a man who exudes common sense and is emerging as a true moderate, I just wish he would dress with the decorum of a U.S. Senator. [00:30:57] Then, of course, there is Congresswoman Kat Kamick. [00:31:00] Florida is known for the ironic Florida man memes and legends, but Congresswoman Kat Comic is what you would find in Merriam's Webster's Dictionary above the definition of Florida woman. [00:31:14] She rode her way to the United States Congress for sure, but not before securing agreement from Taco Bell demanding two family-sized party packs daily in return for recognizing them on the floor of the U.S. House for their, quote, organic ingredients. [00:31:31] She thinks she's going to be lieutenant governor, but I think that's unlikely. [00:31:34] She's better dressed to be an inmate in the Clay County, Florida jail. [00:31:39] That's Congresswoman Kat Comack. [00:31:42] And of course, here's an honorable mention for this year. [00:31:45] That would be Teddy Swims. [00:31:47] Teddy Swims' meteoric rise has led him to consistently smashing records in Billboard number one spots longer than any other artist in history. [00:31:57] However, his cross-genre appeal musically also is apparent sartorially. [00:32:04] Yes, he periodically blends fashion, which is fleeting with style, which is, as I say, timeless. [00:32:09] But this is acceptable because he understands the critical importance of dressing for the occasion. [00:32:16] When he's performing at the Vatican with opera icon Andre Bocelli, his first concert ever at the Vatican, he embraces a traditional approach with enough flair to be unique without creating a distraction. [00:32:30] Too many stars on the uptick go full Hollywood to appease fleeting fashion trends justifying crimes against style to collect a check, but not Teddy Swims. [00:32:41] So congratulations to those who've earned a spot on our best and worst dress list. [00:32:48] We will produce this list again next year. [00:32:51] I'm particularly proud that I produced it in the same year that I produced my own line of menswear. [00:32:57] I got tired of not being able to find what I wanted at a reasonable price. [00:33:03] Many times I find that young men will say to me, well, I'd love to dress better, but I just can't afford it. [00:33:11] See, that's a misnomer too, because you can go to websites like etsy.com or poshmark.com, and you can find literally anything. [00:33:22] You can search by brand or you can search by garment, but you can find gently used, but in many, many cases, what's called new old stock. [00:33:32] Those are garments that have never been worn before. [00:33:36] By the way, they're particularly good for shoes. [00:33:40] So let me recommend them to you again, etc.com and poshmark.com. [00:33:45] Both of them show that you don't have to be wealthy. [00:33:48] In fact, you don't even have to have a lot of money to be particularly well dressed. [00:33:53] If you have ideas about who should be on the list next year, you can send it to me at askstone at stonezone.com or stone at stonezone.com. [00:34:07] I'd be happy to have your suggestions for next year's list. [00:34:12] That, at least for this period, ends our presentation of my 17th annual international men's and women's best dressed list. [00:34:22] Thanks for listening. [00:34:24] You're listening to Roger Stone right here in the Stone Zone, and we'll be right back. [00:34:32] The Stone Zone. [00:34:34] Entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network. [00:34:39] Welcome back to the Stone Zone. === Tim Minette's Wealth Surge (03:42) === [00:34:41] In the closing months of 2025, amid an even deeper federal probe into Minnesota's never-ending Feed Our Future fraud scandal, Rose Lake Capital, co-founded by Congresswoman Ilhan Omar's husband, Tim Minette, quietly removed the names and biographies of nine high-profile officers and advisors from their website. [00:35:05] Among them were several Obama officials and ambassadors, eliminating any remaining trace of their once celebrated connections now. [00:35:15] When congresswoman Ilhan Omar entered congress in 2019, her 2018 financial disclosure showed a negative net worth of about 45 000, largely due to debts outweighing modest assets, but by 2024, the household net worth had zored to an estimated 30 million dollars. [00:35:38] That's a thirty five hundred percent increase. [00:35:41] Federal disclosure laws require joint spousal reporting and these apparent gains stem almost entirely from her husband Tim Mynett's ventures, which entered filings after their march 2020 marriage. [00:35:55] Key assets, including Rose Lake Capital founded in 2022, which jumped from under a thousand dollars in value uh, as well as a? [00:36:06] Uh to somewhere between five and twenty five million dollars in value, as well as a California winery they owned, valued at between a thousand dollars and five thousand dollars, now being valued at over a million dollars. [00:36:24] Smaller amounts came from retirement and congressional savings accounts uh, and the minimal income from said winery offsets often included student loans and credit card debt, with no reported income from Rose Lake in 2024. [00:36:38] This explosive wealth growth has ignited fierce criticism and speculation, particularly since it coincides with the massive Minnesota fraud that has been effectuated now regarding federal spending having to do with child care, transportation and other COVID-related costs before it's over. [00:37:01] This will be a multi-billion dollar scandal and will spill over from Minnesota into Michigan, into Ohio, into Washington state, into Oregon. [00:37:13] According to President Trump, we're going to hear more about it in both California and New York. [00:37:19] I go back to the very most basic of questions. [00:37:22] Ilhan Omar married her own brother in order to illegally enter the United States. [00:37:31] So why she has not been deported, why she has not been denaturalized, I really don't understand unless, of course, there are different rules for different people. [00:37:42] And while we're at it, I ask one more time, what did governor Tim Waltz know and what did he know it? [00:37:49] What did Tampon Tim know about the fleeting, multi-million soon to be billion dollar epic fraud against the taxpayers that were taking place in Minnesota? [00:38:02] It's a question that I'll let you answer. [00:38:05] I'm still waiting for the NEW YORK Times, the Washington POST, the Associated Press MSNBC, CNN and all the usual suspects to report on this massive fraud against the taxpayers. [00:38:17] But And I don't get my news from CNN for the same reason I don't drink out of the toilet. === Godspeed and Goodbye (00:37) === [00:38:24] I'm Roger Stone.
