[00:00:21] Entertaining and informative. [00:00:23] On the Red Apple Podcast Network. [00:00:26] Welcome to the Stone Zone. [00:00:28] My name is Ken Matthews and for Roger tonight. [00:00:30] Always a pleasure to be here. [00:00:31] It's December 10th, Wednesday, or as some people call in the MAGA movement, Trump Day! [00:00:37] 800-848-9222. [00:00:41] I think we'll start with a Charlie Kirk update because that's what, I mean, the memos have went out. [00:00:47] We're not allowed to talk about that on podcast media, in the podcast world. [00:00:52] Full disclosure, I am one of the podcasters and my 11 people in the audience, it's down from 13 last week, but my 11 people will vouch for the fact that I am doing my best to get to the truth of who killed Charlie Kirk. [00:01:07] And I do not believe the FBI's fantasy story. [00:01:11] And we can elaborate on that after. [00:01:13] And if you'd like to weigh in, it's 800-848-9222 on the Red Apple Audio Networks. [00:01:20] But by all means, weigh in if you'd like. [00:01:23] You can also email me directly, ken at kenmatthewsmedia.com. [00:01:28] And I have a real problem with how it's been handled by TPUSA, how it's been handled by the FBI, how it's been handled by everybody from Kash Patel to the news media. [00:01:37] I think the news media are among the lamest, especially the corporate news media. [00:01:42] They're the biggest embarrassment to the First Amendment currently that's out there. [00:01:47] In the meantime, Erica Kirk is, she is out and about. [00:01:53] She's doing tours. [00:01:54] She's doing, what do they call those? [00:01:58] The, you know, the Q ⁇ A thing, the town meetings or whatever. [00:02:04] She just had one with CBS. [00:02:06] Okay. [00:02:06] She just did one with CBS and the new, the new news editor at CBS. [00:02:10] I think her name is Barry Weiss. [00:02:12] So Barry Weiss was the monitor on CBS Network, but she's been on Fox. [00:02:16] She's been on ABC. [00:02:16] I think she was on 60 Minutes. [00:02:19] So Erica Kirk is out and about. [00:02:20] As you know, she is the CEO of TP USA. [00:02:25] And she was addressing the questions that some of us in the podcast world. [00:02:32] And again, I'm very tiny in the podcast world. [00:02:37] I'm not like some of the people that are at the top of this debate right now as far as the controversy because it's getting really hot. [00:02:47] I mean, it's getting really hot. [00:02:49] And part of me is, again, kind of excited because it's an opportunity to get to the truth. [00:02:56] And the truth leads to incredible places. [00:02:59] Most people are made uncomfortable by the truth. [00:03:03] We all want to hear what we want to hear. [00:03:04] We want what we think we know reinforced. [00:03:07] That's not reality, though. [00:03:09] Reality is the fact that there's just a lot of things that don't add up in the Charlie Kirk investigation, much like Jan 6, much like the 2020 election. [00:03:18] There's a whole bunch. [00:03:20] Okay. [00:03:21] So let's get Erica's take. [00:03:23] This Erica Kirk. [00:03:25] And the question was, what do you think about these people, especially these podcasters, questioning the behavior and the response of TPUSA employees and trying to question you and get more details about what may have happened? [00:03:45] Come after me. [00:03:46] Call me names. [00:03:47] I don't care. [00:03:48] Call me what you want. [00:03:49] Go down that rabbit hole. [00:03:51] Whatever. [00:03:52] But when you go after my family, my turning point USA family, my Charlie Kirk show family, when you go after the people that I love, and you're making hundreds and thousands of dollars every single episode. [00:04:07] Okay, let's pause it right there because I will say this. [00:04:11] I don't know if her acting is getting better or worse. [00:04:14] I don't know. [00:04:14] You can weigh in on that. [00:04:16] I thought it was overacting at the memorial, but then again, you know, I've never lost a spouse to a, you know, assassination and we still don't know who did it. [00:04:31] So, but, you know, we wanted to give her some room to kind of get her place and relax. [00:04:38] But what's happening is we're not getting answers from TPUSA. [00:04:43] And there's they're, they are expected to deliver answers. [00:04:47] We're not getting answers from FBI. [00:04:49] We're just getting lies. [00:04:51] But the thing that really energized me to go deeper on this and hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of people across the world, everybody's trying to get to the truth. [00:05:01] I mean, I think we should get some type of stipend from the federal government because the FBI is not doing jack on this. [00:05:08] But I just want to point out the fact that she made this comment like anybody who's investigating her husband's death is making money off him. [00:05:17] And I'm going to say no. [00:05:20] I'm going to say the people that are making money off of Charlie Kirk are all the people that are selling the swag on their podcast. [00:05:28] All the people that are saying, you know, and go to my website now and get a Charlie TPUSA hat or a Remember Charlie t-shirt or I'm Charlie Kirk or we're all Charlie or any number of other things. [00:05:43] Okay. [00:05:45] There's the fact that they made $90 million. [00:05:50] Well, now they're, let me see what the number is now. [00:05:53] Okay. [00:05:54] Since Charlie was murdered, $140 million. [00:06:00] TPUSA has made $140 million. [00:06:03] So please, please don't lecture a bunch of podcasters trying to get to the truth when the memorial was more like a rally and a revenue generating opportunity for so many people that were there. [00:06:17] And I'm not saying this about Erica. [00:06:19] I'm just saying, wake up. [00:06:21] I get the whole thing. [00:06:22] There was an assassination. [00:06:24] It was a horrible time. [00:06:25] But that doesn't mean get rid of the First Amendment and everybody needs to shut up and do what you say. [00:06:31] And what she's saying there about, hey, you can say anything you want about me, but don't you go after my TPUSA family? [00:06:38] We just ask you a simple question. [00:06:41] You know, we've been asking simple questions since the beginning. [00:06:45] Simple questions, not allegations. [00:06:47] See, this is the game. [00:06:48] This is the gaslighting. [00:06:50] This is where people ask questions and then it goes around the room and it's interpreted as, I can't believe they're insinuating. [00:06:59] Stop reading people's minds. [00:07:00] Just answer the question. [00:07:02] It's the wrong gun. [00:07:03] It was the wrong guy. [00:07:04] None of it makes sense. [00:07:06] The witnesses don't line up. [00:07:08] The timeline's off. [00:07:10] And TPUSA has been caught in lie after lie. [00:07:13] Every week they're caught in a different lie. [00:07:15] So here's Erica continuing with Harris Faulkner, who is obviously on Team Erica. [00:07:22] Going after the people that I love because somehow they're in on this. [00:07:27] No. [00:07:27] Okay, where did you even come up with that? [00:07:30] Going after the people you love because somehow they're in on this? [00:07:35] Because we're riding Kash Patel and Dan Bongino to do more. [00:07:41] We're disgusted with the local law enforcement there. [00:07:45] We can't get anybody to investigate mystery flights, contradictory witnesses. [00:07:51] That has nothing to do with the people you love. [00:07:54] I don't even know your family. [00:07:56] But see, this isn't designed as a threat. [00:08:00] This is designed to make anyone who questions what they see shut up. [00:08:07] This is the same behavior you get with most things that go sideways, whether they're conspiratorial or not, whether it's Jam 6, whether it's a stolen election, it's the same thing. [00:08:20] How dare you question the integrity of the American election? [00:08:24] You're undermining the vote, Ken. [00:08:26] How dare you? [00:08:27] Are you trying to say that someone rigged your precinct? [00:08:32] Exactly. [00:08:32] That's what I'm trying to say. [00:08:34] I'm not attacking your family. [00:08:36] I'm just, you see, it's all gaslighting. [00:08:39] And I think she took her acting over the top here, personally. [00:08:42] This is just my opinion. [00:08:44] And as far as, hold on, I just want to see. [00:08:47] Yeah, they haven't canceled the First Amendment yet. [00:08:49] We're getting close, but we still got it. [00:08:52] You know, I have to say it. [00:08:53] I've never seen you like this. [00:08:55] No. [00:08:55] I have to say that. [00:08:56] Woo! [00:08:56] I've never seen you like this, Erica. [00:08:58] Holy moly. [00:09:00] Hey, everybody. [00:09:01] Erica seems a little pissed off. [00:09:03] Oh, my God. [00:09:04] Yeah, this is a quarter billion dollar thing she's in charge of now, and she's getting a little ticked off about the questions. [00:09:15] This is righteous anger because this if you need to tell me that your presentation is righteous anger, it's not righteous, nor is it anger. [00:09:30] Remember that, kids. [00:09:32] It's like when someone says to you, like a politician, look, I'm not lying to you now. [00:09:37] I'm promising I'm telling you the truth. [00:09:38] I'm not lying. [00:09:39] This is me being honest. [00:09:40] I'm not lying. [00:09:41] I'm not lying now. [00:09:43] You see, beware. [00:09:46] This is political blather and it breaks my heart. [00:09:50] But somebody's putting pressure on somebody. [00:09:52] This is not okay. [00:09:53] It's not healthy. [00:09:54] This is a mind virus. [00:09:56] This is a mind virus. [00:09:57] This is not okay. [00:09:58] It's not healthy. [00:10:00] All you Americans questioning what happened to Charlie Kirk when his throat got shot out in front of millions of people live, and everybody was making mistakes, from the security team to first aid, to law enforcement, to every there. [00:10:17] It's a book of what not to do, from the pre-investigation to the post, and she's saying there's a mind virus. [00:10:28] This is sick. [00:10:30] How dare you see? [00:10:31] I would have went like I would have went something like this and again, I again. [00:10:35] Uh, I only have 11 listeners, but by gosh they're loyal. [00:10:39] Um, I would have went something like this, when you go on Erica, you got to dial it back because people already have a bad impression of you. [00:10:48] No fault of your own, but dial it back. [00:10:51] I would have went on Harris Faulkner and I would have said, first of all, let me just say there's a lot of stuff going around on the internet and I want to thank the people that care enough about Charlie and this Country to investigate and question and send us leads. [00:11:08] And I just want to thank you and pray for you and bless you for helping in this investigation because it's a very complicated investigation. [00:11:16] There's a lot of moving parts. [00:11:18] And the fact that people are putting their podcast on the line or their reputation to try to help us get to the truth, we are praying for you. [00:11:27] That's how I would have played it. [00:11:29] I wouldn't have said, shut up and stop asking questions because every time Kash Patel says that and Donald Trump says that and Dr. Fauci says that, and I could go on, you're just getting the American people angrier than they already are about everything and anything. [00:11:47] So you want to call attention to something that's wrong? [00:11:50] You did it on Fox News. [00:11:53] Yes, I believe in our judicial system. [00:11:57] I do. [00:11:58] We have a hell of a team working on this. [00:12:00] Excuse my French. [00:12:02] But this is not okay. [00:12:04] So you want to put these people back in the box where they've been creeping from. [00:12:09] See that? [00:12:09] See? [00:12:10] Harris is in on it. [00:12:11] Wake up, people. [00:12:13] Wake up. [00:12:15] It wasn't, what exactly do you mean like that? [00:12:17] By that? [00:12:18] It's, so you want to put these people back in a box, these people that crawled out and questioned the caliber, the shooter, the amount of shooters, who knew, who didn't knew, no, the aircraft that have been confirmed, the foreign phones that have been confirmed, the bad first aid that has been confirmed. [00:12:39] You want to put all these people back in the box, the slimy box that they climbed out of. [00:12:43] How dare they question seeing a murder on TV in their own country? [00:12:47] Probably one of the biggest since RFK, if you look at it demographically. [00:12:52] I don't care what box you're in, but just know that your words are very powerful and we are human. [00:13:00] My team are not machines and they're not robots. [00:13:03] They are human. [00:13:04] We have more death threats on our team and our side than I have ever seen. [00:13:08] I have kidnapping threats. [00:13:10] I have, you name it, we have it. [00:13:12] And my poor team is exhausted. [00:13:14] And every time they bring this back up, what are we supposed to do? [00:13:17] Relive that trauma all over again? [00:13:19] See, she never answered the question. [00:13:21] I mean, I pray for people that suffer loss, but if anybody's buying this, let me know. [00:13:27] Let me know where I'm wrong. [00:13:29] But this to me is just one more pushback on the First Amendment. [00:13:33] And when the media gets involved and the government gets involved, we got the FBI telling us, shut up, stop asking questions. [00:13:38] We got Harris Faulkner telling us to crawl back in our box where we crawled out of to ask questions. [00:13:45] The American people are pretty smart and we can see through a lot of this ridiculousness. [00:13:51] And I got to tell you, it's been a ridiculous year and a sad one. [00:13:57] We'll be taking your calls coming up in the Stone Zone, 800-848-9222. [00:14:02] Be right back. [00:14:36] Always a pleasure to guest stone, guest stone, excuse me. [00:14:40] Guest host for Mr. Stone. [00:14:42] I'm not stoned. [00:14:43] Let me just make it perfectly clear that I am not stoned. [00:14:47] I just misspoke. [00:14:50] Roger Stone in the Stone Zone on the Red Apple Audio Networks, 800-848-9222. === Ken Matthews Guest Host (03:47) === [00:14:57] And before I forget, coming December 20th, home for the holidays with Mr. Christmas, Vinny Meduño, get ready to slay your night away with live performances, ugly sweaters, and jolly friends, who I'm sure will be even jollier as the night progresses. [00:15:20] Santa's elves. [00:15:22] It's Mr. Christmas, Vinny Meduho, singing your holiday favorites live in concert, December 20th. [00:15:28] I love live holiday music. [00:15:31] It gives me goosebumps. [00:15:32] I'm getting goosebumps now just talking about it, or maybe someone put the air conditioning on by accident. [00:15:37] But anyway, for more info and tickets, go to Home for the Holidays, Home for the Holidays, 2025.com. [00:15:46] Home for the Holidays, 2025.com. [00:15:48] It's Mr.Christmas, Vinny Meduño, live in concert. [00:15:51] That's homefortheholidays, 2025.com. [00:15:56] And please, if you're thinking about sending me a personal gift, keep it under $1,000. [00:16:02] I'm sorry, that was totally unused. [00:16:05] Don't do that, by the way. [00:16:06] Don't do that. [00:16:08] Give it to charity. [00:16:10] You know, a Democrat won the Miami mayoral race for the first time in nearly 30 years. [00:16:16] I mean, that was a big GOP loss. [00:16:19] And what would, well, I forget what that guy's name was. [00:16:23] It was a Latino guy in Miami. [00:16:25] Forget his name. [00:16:27] Trump endorsed him. [00:16:30] Democrats have taken control of Miami for the first time in 30 years. [00:16:33] Candidate Eileen Higgins. [00:16:36] See the white lady. [00:16:38] Clinched the city's mayorial or mayoral election. [00:16:43] Bueno bueno, they said. [00:16:46] Andalay, the other candidate said. [00:16:50] Wow. [00:16:51] And President Trump was in my neck of the woods. [00:16:53] He was in the Poconos, which is about an hour north of me, and I'm about an hour north of Philly. [00:16:59] The White House said the president's speech, which you may or may not hear dozens of clips scattered throughout the media, is the kickoff event for a tour around the country focused on his economic agenda as President Trump attempts to save the midterms before it's too late. [00:17:23] What do you think? [00:17:24] I don't know. [00:17:25] He might be able to do it. [00:17:26] I don't know. [00:17:28] I don't know. [00:17:30] But if he could get Ilon Omar to admit she married her brother, that's a darn good start right there. [00:17:37] I'm Ken Matthews in for Roger Stone. [00:17:39] 800-848-9222. [00:17:43] The Stone Zone. [00:17:49] Entertaining and informative. [00:17:51] On the Red Apple Podcast Network. [00:17:55] Oh, it's good to see you again. [00:17:57] My name is Ken Matthews. [00:17:58] I'm in for Roger Tonight in the Stone Zone, 800-848-9222. [00:18:04] I am a podcaster, and I fill in for Roger from time to time and occasionally elsewhere. [00:18:10] You can find me. [00:18:11] I'm on Facebook. [00:18:13] I'm on Twitter and X. [00:18:16] And I guess Twitter would be the easiest place to troll or follow me. [00:18:21] But I'm also on Rumble and a bunch of other things, platforms. [00:18:26] You can just Google me. [00:18:27] If you want to troll me, or if you want to threaten me, you can call me directly. [00:18:31] That's always an option. [00:18:33] Not here, not here. [00:18:34] Don't call me here. [00:18:36] We're on the Red Apple Audio Networks, by the way. [00:18:39] And imagine you're in a business meeting with the President of the United States. === Seized Oil Tanker Raid (04:08) === [00:18:44] And he said, well, there's a lot of stuff going on. [00:18:47] And then he says this. [00:18:49] So you're in this business meeting earlier today. [00:18:52] And he says, As you probably know, we've just seized a tanker on the coast of Venezuela, large tanker, very large. [00:19:04] Largest one ever seized, actually. [00:19:07] And other things are happening. [00:19:10] So you'll be seeing that later, and you'll be talking about that later with some other people. [00:19:15] Very excitingly for me and for the colours. [00:19:19] Wow, I'm sorry. [00:19:21] I laughed because he said, biggest one ever seized. [00:19:23] It's always the biggest, the best. [00:19:26] Whatever, you know. [00:19:27] I don't know why he did that, though. [00:19:30] So we have seized an oil tanker near Venezuela at gunpoint. [00:19:35] I guess it was a special ops raid. [00:19:38] And I, gosh, I hope we got some good video of that because that's what special ops are known for. [00:19:43] You know, land, sea, air. [00:19:45] But that's it. [00:19:46] I mean, if you've ever seen that, I've only seen simulations of it. [00:19:51] If you ever have a chance, by the way, if you want a great vacation spot, go down to the Port St. Lucie area in Florida. [00:20:01] And don't panic, MAGA people, because it's still close enough to go by Mar-a-Lago. [00:20:06] It's like an hour and 20 minutes from Mar-a-Lago. [00:20:09] But I don't know if people know this, especially some of the people in Florida and people moved to Florida recently. [00:20:18] South Beach in Fort Pierce, Florida, the beach that I learned to surf on. [00:20:22] And let me just say I was a very mediocre surfer. [00:20:26] However, in that very spot is the Navy SEAL UDT Museum. [00:20:34] And it's legendary. [00:20:35] So if you ever have a chance, it's been down there for well over, oh, I'm thinking, what, 20, 25 more years or more? [00:20:43] It's really a cool place to check out. [00:20:45] So if you are as, you know, military positive as I am, I just think the military is awesome. [00:20:54] Okay. [00:20:54] And I think special ops is the elite of the elite of the elite. [00:20:57] Okay. [00:20:58] And if you ever have a chance, go to the Navy SEAL Museum. [00:21:01] It's awesome. [00:21:02] You could take your kids there. [00:21:03] You can take, you know, it's very family friendly, but they have full-sized, full-sized vehicles and boats. [00:21:16] And they have boats that they used in Vietnam. [00:21:19] They have boats from Desert Storm. [00:21:21] I mean, it is amazing. [00:21:24] It's amazing. [00:21:25] You know that movie, Captain Phillips, when they rescued Captain Phillips from the pirates, and Captain Phillips escaped in the, you know, the rescue capsule boat. [00:21:38] It was like that orange, almost looked like a big pill. [00:21:41] Remember? [00:21:42] And then the Navy SEAL took out the guy, kept waiting and waiting. [00:21:47] And when that's what snipers have to do, they have to wait and wait and wait. [00:21:50] And then, well, they have that in the museum and the bullet hole is there. [00:21:57] So needless to say, I was excited about it. [00:22:00] Sorry, I had to digress and just tell you about that because I know there's probably people in our audience that visit Florida. [00:22:04] You have family in Florida. [00:22:05] So it's in Fort Pierce, Florida. [00:22:06] It's Navy SEAL Museum. [00:22:08] I wish I could say, tell them Ken Matthews sent you, but I don't get any money for this. [00:22:12] I just think that it's something that, especially if you really are proud of our military and special ops and you're a SEAL fanboy like I am, you want to check that out. [00:22:23] So I'm presuming it was probably a combination of special forces or I'm sure your Ranger friends and your Green Beret friends will argue over, you know, who did it or whatever. [00:22:34] But I'm sure the SEALs played some role in it just because they have the ways to stealthily chase down a ship. [00:22:41] But again, all that put aside, I'm trying to figure out why we captured an oil tanker near Venezuela at gunpoint. [00:22:48] I'm thinking it's what I said last week when I was filling in in the stone zone. === Why We Sent Money to the Taliban (07:54) === [00:22:52] And that was before Christmas were going to war with Venezuela. [00:22:55] And I'm kind of thinking that's one of the levers right there. [00:22:59] I don't know if they're going to call up Maduro and say, you ever want your oil again? [00:23:05] I don't know. [00:23:06] I don't know, but I'm still trying to figure that out. [00:23:08] Or if they're going to say, hey, there was drugs on that oil tanker. [00:23:12] I don't know. [00:23:13] I don't know. [00:23:14] You do know that Venezuela is the most oil-rich country in this hemisphere, I believe, outside of us. [00:23:21] We got a lot. [00:23:21] We got a lot going on. [00:23:22] We got a lot of gas going on and some other things. [00:23:25] House passes a $900 billion military defense bill. [00:23:30] And then I like how Fox put it, they said, after the Republican revolt collapses, we weren't revolting. [00:23:38] We're just revolted by war, the people that voted against it. [00:23:42] I mean, we're sending more money to the Middle East. [00:23:45] Of course, that goes without saying. [00:23:47] We're sending more money to the Ukraine, which is absurd. [00:23:50] But we did get them to stop sending money to the Taliban because a lot of people didn't know we were sending pallets of cash every week to the Taliban since Joe Biden blew it. [00:24:04] That's true. [00:24:05] And Tim Burchett, he took the gloves off and he called out the person that was stalling the bill initially to keep the money from going to the Taliban. [00:24:18] That's usually what happens. [00:24:19] We pull out. [00:24:20] We leave all our stuff for them. [00:24:22] Here, have some, here, here's a helicopter. [00:24:26] We, because of our own ignorance, in this case, it was the Biden State Department. [00:24:32] That was a State Department-run operation. [00:24:34] A lot of people don't know that. [00:24:36] So whatever you do in that particular case, the ex-Fil from Afghanistan and that base, that was all State Department coordinated. [00:24:48] It was not, the military would have done it correctly. [00:24:51] I can assure you. [00:24:53] The military would have not, they would have not had armed Marines standing down while the Taliban killed children in front of them. [00:25:03] That would never have happened if it was the military. [00:25:05] But it wasn't. [00:25:06] It was the State Department. [00:25:07] And that's, you know, that's the problem, especially if you have idiots in the State Department. [00:25:13] And we had a whole bunch under Biden. [00:25:17] Hey, everybody, Tim Bertsett. [00:25:19] As you know, as I've been championing the cause to quit paying the deadgum Taliban $40 million or $45 million, whatever it is a week. [00:25:27] We're giving them over $5 billion total since the Biden administration. [00:25:32] Every week, every week, we can't stop the bill. [00:25:36] We can't get the bill passed in the Senate. [00:25:38] It's taken me over a year to get it out of the deadgum House. [00:25:41] And we got a fellow over in the Senate who was a staffer, but he was a former, I believe, ambassador to Afghanistan. [00:25:49] And his name is what? [00:25:52] Tom West. [00:25:53] And apparently, our good friend Tulsi Gabbard in the Trump administration denied him his security clearance because of his alleged cozy relationship with the Taliban. [00:26:07] And so I suspect that's what's going on in the Senate. [00:26:09] That's why they're stopping the bill. [00:26:13] And people say, well, y'all are in the majority. [00:26:15] Why don't you just act like it? [00:26:16] Well, you got to have 60 votes over there to pass a bill of this significance. [00:26:20] And that's the holdup. [00:26:22] And we're going to continue to see this kind of nonsense until the country wakes up. [00:26:27] And I don't care what party you're in. [00:26:29] We shouldn't be paying these people. [00:26:31] I couldn't agree more. [00:26:32] So let's hope that gets through. [00:26:35] At least he's exposing some of the, I mean, this was known well over a year ago. [00:26:40] There were several whistleblowers that came out, but we know usually people only want to hear the whistleblowers. [00:26:45] They just want to hear their own whistle. [00:26:48] You know, you could tell people all day long that, you know, numerous special operations people and whistleblowers and CIA people and Intel people have come out over the since we left Afghanistan and have gone on the record saying, you know, we've been delivering pallets of cash in unmarked aircraft and loaning armored vehicles to the Taliban to transport it. [00:27:07] Why am I talking like Tim Burchett now for some reason? [00:27:10] Doggone it. [00:27:11] Anyway, but that's been the case. [00:27:14] So, you know, I think it's great. [00:27:16] I think the military should get a raise. [00:27:18] I think 4% is not enough. [00:27:20] They should have given them a 5% raise. [00:27:22] But then when you look at the fact that there's no money, I mean, we are broke. [00:27:27] We're broke. [00:27:29] We are broke as a country. [00:27:31] $38 trillion. [00:27:32] No one ever talks about it. [00:27:33] We're always in denial about it. [00:27:35] We don't even make our own money. [00:27:36] We borrow money and we pay the Federal Reserve. [00:27:40] So, you know, I think it's great. [00:27:42] But I also know there's a lot of fat and pork in that bill because most of those bills are designed to keep defense companies happy. [00:27:53] That's what they're designed to do. [00:27:55] If those bills were designed, I'm talking about the defense bills. [00:28:00] Okay. [00:28:01] If they were designed to take care of the troops, there would not be soldier housing and on-base housing and troops dealing with what they have to deal with domestically on base. [00:28:16] It just wouldn't happen. [00:28:17] There wouldn't be leaky roofs and the toilets don't work or the heat doesn't work or we can't afford groceries for our baby when we're in the field. [00:28:27] That wouldn't even be an issue. [00:28:29] And I just noticed that senators and congressmen, they never run out. [00:28:33] They never, they always make sure. [00:28:35] I'm not aiming this at Tim Burchett, obviously. [00:28:37] I'm saying that it, again, it's the people that make the decisions. [00:28:41] They always put themselves first. [00:28:44] So it sounds good. [00:28:45] $900 billion. [00:28:47] Everybody's going to be talking about it. [00:28:48] Sure, it'll be on Fox and Friends. [00:28:51] But where is the money going exactly? [00:28:54] And why are we still sending money to the Taliban? [00:28:56] That's just obscene. [00:28:57] It's totally obscene. [00:28:59] It's obscene. [00:29:01] You have people from Miami to Los Angeles, men and women that serve this country. [00:29:06] They're sleeping on grates in the middle of the winter. [00:29:11] They're trying to find a homeless shelter and get some food or medical coverage. [00:29:17] And we're giving money to the Taliban. [00:29:20] See, these are the things that, as a podcaster, this is the stuff that I obsess over. [00:29:27] And I'm wondering, and what I do is I go through the list of things each day and I say, who in the public eye, who in the mainstream cares about it? [00:29:39] And Tim Burchett is one. [00:29:41] And there's always people out there that are bringing up these issues. [00:29:46] But most of them aren't. [00:29:49] I mean, we should have put a stop to that Taliban thing how many years ago? [00:29:54] Think about that. [00:29:55] Think about that. [00:29:57] We left them the base. [00:29:59] The biggest one was Bagram Air Force Base, right? [00:30:02] Wasn't it Bagram Air Base or something? [00:30:04] Yeah. [00:30:05] The biggest one in the Middle East. [00:30:07] And the most equipped, the longest runways. [00:30:12] And we left them planes and helicopters and drones. [00:30:16] We left them hundreds of drones. [00:30:21] And now they're being used on us all over the Middle East because the Taliban called all its affiliates, which is anybody that wants to kill us or innocent people, those are all team players with the Taliban. [00:30:36] And they're the marketer for that. [00:30:39] They're cutting deals. [00:30:40] Hey, you're not going to believe it. [00:30:41] They just left all these helicopters and we've got all these trucks. [00:30:44] You guys want a truck? [00:30:45] Yeah, we can give you a truck. === Concentrated Credit Power (06:30) === [00:30:46] You want some cash? [00:30:47] I'll tell you, we're throwing a bonus of cash. [00:30:49] You want some C rations? [00:30:52] How about portable medical units? [00:30:53] You want some of those? [00:30:54] We left them all. [00:30:55] Nobody talks about that. [00:30:57] So you can tell me all day that the House passed a military defense bill, blah, blah, blah. [00:31:02] And it doesn't mean anything to me because our money is paper. [00:31:07] There's no value behind it. [00:31:08] So they're going to move some money around and some defense contractors will get rich. [00:31:11] Do I sound cynical? [00:31:13] I'm not. [00:31:13] I'm just skeptical. [00:31:15] There's a difference. [00:31:17] You know what Henry Ford said? [00:31:19] He said, It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system. [00:31:26] For if they did, Henry Ford went on to say, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning. [00:31:35] I agree with Mr. Ford's assessment, Mr. Henry Ford's assessment. [00:31:41] In fact, as I prepared for this show, I thought there's got to be some other great, great quotes about how the Federal Reserve is corrupt and very few people know how it works. [00:31:54] And people in economics class learn how to work with it and around it. [00:31:58] They don't learn what a bad idea it was. [00:32:03] But let's talk about the Federal Reserve for a second. [00:32:05] You know, since we're $38 trillion in debt and next year, we're going to pay $1.8 trillion in interest and our taxes are going to go up. [00:32:14] Did you know the majority of what we're paying in our debt annually is interest? [00:32:19] So if you want to get a sense of it, look at your credit card or look at your mortgage, go into the fine print. [00:32:29] Well, and take that and then times it by a few trillion, and you'll see how messed up it is. [00:32:35] We'll get back to this in a moment. [00:32:36] We're in the stone zone. [00:32:37] The number's 800-848-9222. [00:32:40] I'm Ken Matthews in for Roger. [00:32:42] We're coming right back. [00:33:55] Your donation helps put a meal on their table. [00:33:59] That's redappleaudio networks.com slash turkey. [00:34:03] I want to get back to that. [00:34:05] Let's let's deep dive into the $38 trillion worth of debt that we have. [00:34:11] The modern banking system manufactures money out of nothing. [00:34:17] Now, for people who don't know, if you don't, if you're not a historic history geek, the Bank of England and the Federal Reserve are very similar in their techniques and they have a very close relationship. [00:34:31] The process is perhaps the most astounding piece of sleight of hand that was ever invented. [00:34:36] This is a quote: Banking was conceived in inequity and born in sin. [00:34:40] Bankers own the earth. [00:34:42] Take it away from them, but leave them the power to create money. [00:34:46] And with a flick of a pen, they will create enough money to buy it back again. [00:34:51] Take this great power away from them, and all great fortunes like mine will disappear. [00:34:56] For then, this would be a better and happier world to live in. [00:35:00] But if you want to continue to be slaves of the bankers and pay the cost of your own slavery, then let bankers continue to create money and control credit. [00:35:12] That is the chairman of the Bank of England in 1927, Sir Josiah Stamp, the second richest man in Britain in 1927. [00:35:28] Even he disliked the bankers. [00:35:30] You always hear talk of the bankers, the bankers, right? [00:35:34] Well, it is a group of bankers, and that's what the Federal Reserve is. [00:35:39] The Federal Reserve is a private corporation. [00:35:43] It's not the American this or the American that. [00:35:47] We have to borrow from them and they charge us interest on our own money. [00:35:53] And that's what makes the whole banking thing go round. [00:35:57] That's why there's trillions and trillions of dollars in interest. [00:36:01] And that's why the taxes are always going to go up. [00:36:05] The Federal Reserve Act was passed through Congress the 23rd of December 1913 in the dark of night. [00:36:14] I think it was like 2:30 a.m. [00:36:16] There were only a handful of people left. [00:36:19] And they do this in every country, every single country where the central bank takes over or one private entity is loaning money to the government because it's a great way for the bankers at the top to clean up. [00:36:33] Here's what President Woodrow Wilson had to say in 1917. [00:36:40] This is four years after the Federal Reserve Act. [00:36:44] I am a most unhappy man, said President Wilson. [00:36:48] I have unwittingly ruined my country. [00:36:51] A great industrial nation is controlled by its system of credit. [00:36:56] Our system of credit is concentrated. [00:36:58] The growth of a nation, therefore, and all our activities are in the hands of just a few men that control the banks. [00:37:08] I've just thought, yeah, I just thought I'd throw that out there. [00:37:10] You know, tomorrow when you're in the drive-thru, don't get angry at the teller. [00:37:14] It's not her fault. [00:37:15] I'm Ken Matthews. === System of Credit Concentrated (01:13) === [00:37:17] Have a wonderful rest of your week. [00:37:19] I'll see you soon. [00:37:21] Thanks again for tuning in.
