The StoneZONE - Roger Stone - The Stone Zone | 10-22-25 Aired: 2025-10-23 Duration: 39:44 === John Brennan and the Russian Collusion Hoax (13:31) === [00:00:00] Rural Americans deserve access to the best of what our country has to offer, especially health care. [00:00:05] Across every state, every community, America's rural hospitals are the first line of defense protecting our families, neighbors, and loved ones. [00:00:14] No matter where you live, hospital care doesn't clock out. [00:00:18] They're there 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. [00:00:23] Each year, America's over 5,000 hospitals care for millions of patients, providing 24-7 emergency care, delivering babies, cancer treatments, and other life-saving care that patients rely on. [00:00:35] Behind every one of those patients are doctors, nurses, and caregivers working tirelessly to keep people healthy and safe. [00:00:42] Hospitals are our community's lifelines. [00:00:45] They employ our neighbors and keep our families healthy. [00:00:48] But now, some in Congress are threatening access to care. [00:00:52] Tell Congress, protect patient care to keep America strong. [00:00:56] Don't cut rural health care. [00:01:01] The Stone Zone. [00:01:02] Entertaining and informative. [00:01:04] On the Red Apple Podcast Network. [00:01:08] You are now entering the Stone Zone. [00:01:11] Right here in the Stone Zone, we talk news, politics, history, style, sometimes food, five days a week. [00:01:20] And we're delighted to have you join us. [00:01:22] Today, seems to be a day we're getting closer to accountability and justice. [00:01:30] It's amazing to see outlets like the New York Times, Associated Press, the Washington Post, and others say that Donald Trump is weaponizing the criminal justice system to go after his political enemies, and he's trying to curtail free speech. [00:01:50] Do these people think that we have amnesia? [00:01:53] Because that is a perfect, almost exact description of exactly what the Democrats have done for the last 12 years. [00:02:02] I say 12 years because it happened, actually it would be 16, because it happened under Barack Obama's eight years. [00:02:10] It was at the end of the Obama administration that the Russian collusion hoax was born in an Oval Office meeting with Barack Obama in the chair, and they decided to try to discredit Donald Trump's shocking re-election or election, I should say, in 2016. [00:02:32] And now, disgraced CIA Director John Brennan, who really was the ringleader of the entire Russian collusion hoax, the principal perp, has been criminally referred to the Department of Justice by the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, Jim Jordan. [00:02:50] Chairman Jim Jordan, a congressman from Ohio, wrote a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi making the case for John Brennan's criminal actions. [00:03:00] Now, if I have to remind you, John Brennan, the former CIA director, is an admitted communist. [00:03:06] He actually admitted that while on a government-conducted polygraph exam, said that he was both a member of the party and supported the Communist Party candidate for president in two elections. [00:03:19] Something he has in common, by the way, with former FBI director James Comey, who has also admitted that he was in his earlier days a communist. [00:03:29] You might ask yourself, how is someone committed to the communist ideology, actually members and supporters of the U.S. Communist Party, how did they get to be CIA director and FBI director? [00:03:44] We could do a whole show on that. [00:03:47] But Jim Jordan, the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, wrote to the Attorney General saying, we write to refer significant evidence that former director of the Central Intelligence Agency, John Brennan, knowingly made false statements during his transcribed interview before the committee on the judiciary on May 11, 2023. [00:04:11] While testifying, Brennan made various, numerous, willfully and intentionally false statements of material fact contradicted by the record established by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and the Central Intelligence Agencies. [00:04:28] Making false statements before Congress is a crime that undermines the integrity of the committee's constitutional duty to conduct oversight. [00:04:37] Now, some may say, well, wait a minute, Roger Stone is saying this? [00:04:40] Isn't he the one who was charged with lying to Congress? [00:04:44] Let me take a minute, if I may. [00:04:46] In order to violate the False Statements Act, your statement has to be not only knowingly false, but it must be material. [00:04:54] That means you have to be covering up some underlying crime. [00:04:58] You have to have a motive for your lie. [00:05:04] No misstatement I made to the House Intelligence Committee under oath, but voluntarily, I went voluntarily, I wasn't even subpoenaed, hid any underlying crime, as Robert Mueller admitted in his long-hidden, long-redacted final report. [00:05:20] On page 178, he cites the fact that he could find no evidence of Russian collusion, WikiLeaks collaboration, or for that matter, any other crime on my part. [00:05:32] That's why they cooked up this process crime of lying under oath to Congress in order to pressure me. [00:05:43] What they really wanted was for me to testify falsely against President Donald Trump. [00:05:49] In other words, after spending $30 million and having unlimited access to manpower, unlimited funding, and unlimited legal authority, they could find no evidence of Russian collusion. [00:06:04] They put America through hell for two and a half years with this nonsensical, politically motivated, seditious conspiracy that John Brennan himself was the progenitor of. [00:06:19] CIA Director John Ratcliffe released a report only weeks ago that proved that John Brennan, the CIA director, had actually taken the steel dossier. [00:06:32] That's the report that was commissioned and paid for by Hillary Clinton. [00:06:36] It has now been established that it was entirely fabricated that claimed that Donald Trump had coverted with Russian prostitutes while visiting Moscow as a private businessman, the allegation being that this would somehow be used to blackmail him by the Russians. [00:06:57] The problem was none of it was true. [00:07:01] And the media, of course, went whole hog for the Russian collusion hoax. [00:07:08] It was a fraud from the very beginning. [00:07:12] Fake intelligence reports recently came out, in fact, blaming the director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, claiming that she had somehow sabotaged the case against John Brennan, who should be prosecuted for his role in the Russian collusion hoax, because she removed the national security clearances for several, actually 37 deep state hacks. [00:07:35] These were national security bureaucrats who were part of the deep state, none of whom supported President Trump or his agenda, all of whom gave lip service to the Russian collusion hoax. [00:07:48] All of the declassified documents released by the director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, the former congresswoman from Hawaii, proved definitively that there was a seditious conspiracy with Barack Obama himself at the helm. [00:08:12] In other words, Brennan gave Obama the so-called steel dossier, this fabricated report, but Obama was expecting it. [00:08:22] They used that as the rationale for the application to the FISA courts to get a warrant to spy on Donald Trump and his campaign. [00:08:34] They also used it as the predicate to launch the Mueller witch hunt, which yours truly became a target of. [00:08:43] There's no reason why a former employee of the national security apparatus who no longer has their security clearance cannot be subpoenaed to testify in a trial of John Brennan if they have material knowledge of misdeeds on Brennan's part. [00:09:02] Brennan's kind of an interesting character. [00:09:04] Not only is he an admitted communist, but he also got caught spying on a U.S. Senate committee that was investigating his illegal use of torture as the CIA director. [00:09:19] He also, interestingly enough, when he was in Riyadh as the CIA station chief, was responsible for signing four of the visas for the men who were told attacked America on 9-11. [00:09:36] That's right. [00:09:37] He signed the visa for four of the hijackers. [00:09:42] This, of course, is the same John Brennan that reportedly converted to radical Islam when he was the station chief in Riyadh. [00:09:55] You really have to ask yourself how someone with these credentials becomes the head of the Central Intelligence Agency. [00:10:02] All of the documents released by Tulsi Gabbard and declassified show that Brennan was instrumental in the Russia Gate conspiracy. [00:10:10] He knowingly laundered this bogus intelligence to paint President Donald Trump as a Russian agent in order to undermine his presidency and attempt what can only be called a coup d'etat. [00:10:25] Quite frankly, any charge short of treason, as far as I'm concerned, is unacceptable. [00:10:30] Brennan's crimes put those of Benedict Arnold to shame, because at least at one point in time, Benedict Arnicle was an accomplished military official. [00:10:39] Brennan, on the other hand, has been a weak-minded, a very, very arrogant traitor from the very beginning. [00:10:50] I really hope and pray that justice will be done. [00:10:54] Statute of limitations to me on the 51 intelligence officers of whom John Brennan was one, I believe it expired this past Monday, [00:11:07] meaning unless you could prove that was a conspiracy, prosecutors in Donald Trump's Justice Department may have already missed the opportunity to charge the 51 current and former intelligence officers who claimed falsely that Hunter Biden's laptop wasn't genuine. [00:11:28] It was all created as Russian disinformation. [00:11:32] It's interesting because polling showed that 27% of those who voted for Joe Biden in the 2020 election now say that if they had known that Hunter Biden's laptop material as published by the New York Post and by Breitbart News was real, it would have changed their vote. [00:11:55] And perhaps, perhaps it means that Joe Biden would have been defeated. [00:11:59] On the other hand, I am not one who believes that Joe Biden got 81 million votes, nor am I one who believes that Joe Biden ran 20% better on average in African-American precincts in American cities than Barack Obama, who, whether you like him or not, is a historical figure in that community. [00:12:22] So it is with heavy prayer that I hope that this entire cabal, whether it is John Brennan or the incredibly arrogant James Comey or Susan Rice, the National Security Advisor or General James Clapper, you remember him. [00:12:42] He's the guy who claimed under oath to Congress that there was no metadata collection program against Americans until Eric Snowden proved that that was a lie. [00:12:59] Where is Clapper now? [00:13:01] Well, he's at Vermont College teaching a course in ethics. [00:13:06] You can't make this stuff up. [00:13:10] It really remains to be seen whether Attorney General Pam Bondi and Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche will move aggressively now that Tulsi Gabbard has given them all of the evidence that they require to bring criminal indictments against the entire Obama cabal. === Oval Office Conspiracy Theory (04:40) === [00:13:31] Again, because I believe this conspiracy started in 2017 in an Oval Office meeting, continues through the early stages of the Russian collusion hoax, is used as the false predicate for the launching of the Mueller investigation, as well as two phony impeachments, continues into the 2020 election, [00:13:55] where I think there's huge anomalies and discrepancies and serious questions about the validity and integrity of that election, on into the tsunami of lawfare against Donald Trump in New York specifically, [00:14:10] but also in Nevada and Arizona and in Georgia, all the way to the stunning raid at Mar-Lago, the FBI raiding the home of a former president to try to get back classified documents that by law he was perfectly entitled to hold on to. [00:14:30] Why did they want to do that? [00:14:32] Because those documents proved. [00:15:08] On the Red Apple Podcast Network. [00:15:12] Welcome back into the Stone Zone. [00:15:16] I very deeply appreciate those kind comments by Vice President JD Vance. [00:15:22] You know, it's an illustration of what's happening in America due to the shift in demographics that a new poll shows that 62% of foreign-born New York City voters will actually be supporting Islamic radical socialist Zoran Miamdami to be their next mayor. [00:15:39] In fact, the fact that Miamdami rather comfortably defeated former governor Andrew Cuomo in the Democrat primary is a further illustration of the manifestation of these demographic changes. [00:15:55] This harkens back to the phase, demographics are destiny. [00:16:00] Democrats understand that. [00:16:02] They do not want illegal immigrants to come over based on humanitarian grounds. [00:16:06] They understand that the illegals will eventually become their voting base. [00:16:10] America is a country with European roots, with the idea of liberty being developed as a tradition in Britain, which was then expanded here by our founding fathers. [00:16:20] Other countries don't understand or care about our novel traditions. [00:16:24] They will bring the politics of the third world with them when they come here. [00:16:28] And I believe the election of Miam Dami will be a grim reminder of this sobering reality. [00:16:34] This is why we need President Trump to do the mass deportations of dangerous illegals from the country. [00:16:42] 600,000 illegals are set to be deported over the next year by the Trump administration. [00:16:47] That figure must realistically be doubled or tripled in a year or so to stop the planned destruction of America by the Democrats. [00:16:56] What they really want to do is to change the makeup of the voting base in this country to lock them into a permanent majority. [00:17:06] Had Hillary Clinton won in 2016, this would already be done. [00:17:11] It is only through an act of God that that brash, outspoken businessman from New York City, an improbable president of the United States, won that election, had a miraculous first term in which he began to turn this country around, [00:17:26] I believe was cheated out of re-election, but now staged the greatest single comeback in American political history, where he is moving with lightning speed to change the direction of this country to bring us unprecedented prosperity and security as well as peace. [00:17:46] We live in historic times, but Donald Trump is already, if he had not even made his second comeback, would have already gone down in history as one of our greatest presidents. [00:17:56] Now, I believe this past week, the Richard M. Nixon Presidential Foundation gave him their Architect of Peace Award. [00:18:05] There is no greater title to be bestowed by history than that of Peacemaker. === Indicted AG's Dox Portal (15:24) === [00:18:12] That describes Donald Trump I know. [00:18:14] Coming up right here in the Stone Zone, Sam Antar with White Collar Fraud joins us with the latest on New York Attorney General Letitia James. [00:18:23] You're not going to want to miss this, so stand by. [00:18:26] We'll be right back. [00:18:29] The Stone Zone. [00:18:31] Entertaining and informative. [00:18:33] On the Red Apple Podcast Network. [00:18:38] Welcome back. [00:18:39] You are re-entering the Stone Zone. [00:18:43] Well, indicted New York Attorney General Letitia James, who stands indicted for mortgage fraud and bank fraud, both charges that she has prosecuted New Yorkers under, is now launching a portal to dox federal immigration officers using your tax dollars. [00:19:03] Attorney General Letitia James announced that she was launching this portal to collect photos and videos of ICE activity in New York. [00:19:13] New York Attorney General Letitia James is encouraging New Yorkers to submit videos and other documentation of federal immigration enforcement actions in New York following yesterday's immigration and customs enforcement raid on Canal Street in New York City. [00:19:32] The Attorney General said, every New Yorker has the right to live without fear or intimidation. [00:19:40] If you witnessed and documented ICE activity yesterday, I urge you to share that footage with my office. [00:19:47] We are committed to reviewing these reports and assessing any violations of law. [00:19:53] No one should be subjected to unlawful questioning, detention, or imitation. [00:19:57] Let me explain the problems with Letitia James' statement. [00:20:00] Notice she says every New Yorker has the right to live without fear or intimidation. [00:20:06] ICE officers are not trying to deport New Yorkers. [00:20:10] They're trying to deport illegal immigrants on a priority basis, those who have criminal records and who pose a danger to the average New Yorker. [00:20:23] Attorney General James is, in essence, asking New Yorkers to share photos or videos of federal government officers doing their duty. [00:20:34] I'm not a lawyer, but I can tell you now that J.B. Pritzker, the corpulent governor of Illinois, and Brandon Johnson, the nearly brain-dead mayor of Chicago, [00:20:48] are both in legal jeopardy because they have ordered New York Chicago police officers not to assist when ICE agents who are fulfilling their federal duties are arresting illegals in the city of Chicago. [00:21:05] They can both be held legally liable to any injury or death of an ICE agent. [00:21:13] I kind of wonder whether Letitia James is headed down the same road. [00:21:18] I've never, in the 50 years I've been in American politics, seen a greater hypocrite. [00:21:23] Joining me now to talk about Letitia James is the man who actually was among the first in the country to discover her 43-year crime spree of serial mortgage fraud. [00:21:40] Mortgage fraud that she would try to convince you is no big deal, or maybe she didn't even really commit. [00:21:46] Sam Antar, who's kind of an interesting cat himself, he's got a very interesting career trajectory. [00:21:53] He was once one of the perpetrators of the largest financial crimes in American business history. [00:22:01] He was the chief financial officer of Crazy Eddie. [00:22:04] Remember Crazy Eddie, the major consumer electronics chain in the northeastern United States back in the 80s? [00:22:10] Sam Antar was charged as one of the, in one of the decades, greatest security fraud schemes, went to trial, paid his debts to society, came out, rehabilitated, and since that time, he has dedicated himself and his incredible expertise in both forensic accounting and business to find financial fraud and help combat white-collar crime. [00:22:38] His website, whitecollarfraud.com, is a must-read. [00:22:43] If you want to see all of the documented proof that no one is above the law, including New York Attorney General Letitia James. [00:22:54] Sam Antar, welcome to the Stone Zone. [00:22:57] Thank you. [00:22:57] Well, you know, she has a portal for ICE. [00:23:00] I was going to start a portal for a mortgage fraud, but it already exists in the county clerk's office, on the Hacker's New York City database, and in New York State Campaign Finance filings. [00:23:12] You know, her fraud is there. [00:23:15] It's plain. [00:23:16] Her signatures are on it. [00:23:17] You have 12 mortgages over a period of 43 years. [00:23:21] Actually, it's 13 mortgages over a period of 43 years. [00:23:25] It's not a coincidence. [00:23:27] It's not a clerical error. [00:23:29] Everybody is hearing from the mainstream media, oh, it's just one property, and she made a mistake filling out the form. [00:23:38] On that one property, she filled out four false forms. [00:23:42] That's the Peroni Avenue property in Virginia. [00:23:46] She said one thing to the insurance company. [00:23:49] She said another thing to New York State. [00:23:51] She said another thing to the bank, and she said another thing to the IRS. [00:23:56] Each one of those four documents conflicts with the other three, but it's a clerical error. [00:24:02] But the reason why the press doesn't mention it is because it doesn't go with the narrative. [00:24:07] You know, she has the press on her side, but you know something? [00:24:11] The press isn't going to be on the jury pool. [00:24:14] Yeah, the thing that impresses me about Sam Antar's investigative reporting is he doesn't just make allegations. [00:24:21] He posts the actual publicly available documents on his website so you can see for yourself that when she signed the power of attorney to obtain the mortgage on this Virginia property, she undoubtedly said that it would be owner-occupied. [00:24:40] This was not a clerical error. [00:24:42] This, by the way, this wasn't a fill-in-the-form form or fill-in-a-blank form. [00:24:48] This wasn't a check the box. [00:24:50] This was a specifically drafted document which she misled the lenders in order to secure a better mortgage rate, a better insurance rate on this Virginia property by misrepresenting that she herself would live there. [00:25:06] And of course, if she did live there, she'd be constitutionally ineligible to be New York Attorney General. [00:25:14] But Sam, I'm not sure how you could possibly be right because the New York Times, the once-vaunted New York Times, and Lawfair, which is a website owned by Dan Abrams, where lying is the standard of the day. [00:25:28] This is one of those distortionist sites that they're the people that told us the Russian collusion hoax was real. [00:25:35] Don't pay attention to Hunter Biden's laptop. [00:25:38] That's all Russian disinformation. [00:25:42] These are the same people who lied about those things. [00:25:46] Now they're trying to cover for Letitia James, Anna Bauer, a reporter there, Harvard educated Cambridge Law Redstone Fellow and Lawfair Senior Editor. [00:25:59] They just ignore facts when they don't fit their narrative, don't they, Sam? [00:26:05] That is correct. [00:26:06] You know, back in the day after Crazy Eddie's around 2005 to 2010, I was very active in uncovering financial crimes by public companies. [00:26:16] And I knew two reporters at the New York Times that I loved and respected, Floyd Norris and Gretchen Morgenson. [00:26:24] They would question me before I would give them anything. [00:26:27] In other words, they would cross-examine me, not because they didn't trust me, but they wanted to make sure I got it right before they published. [00:26:36] Today's The York Times is nowhere near that. [00:26:39] It's just a propaganda outfit. [00:26:41] These people, they don't look. [00:26:43] They deliberately don't look, or they just distort the narrative. [00:26:46] All they do is act as PR pieces for very, very far-left politicians. [00:26:52] And you know something? [00:26:53] They're acting as a mouthpiece for Mamdani, too. [00:26:57] And if Mondani gets elected, they are going to get the mayor they deserve. [00:27:01] Yeah, Sam Antar at White Collar Fraud has done some of the seminal, the most important reporting that demonstrates that, well, Zoran Miamdami's campaign is not some grassroots uprising of average citizens, but in fact has been funded by an interconnected, interlocking group of nonprofits, not-for-profits, NGOs, political action committees, and political parties in direct violation of the law. [00:27:29] You wouldn't believe that if you listen to Miam Dami's campaign rhetoric, but I don't want to get distracted from the question of Letitia James. [00:27:38] Letitia James was indicted in the Eastern District of Virginia because that's where the property in Norfolk, Virginia, that she lied to obtain a mortgage exists. [00:27:51] This is one of the more liberal jurisdictions in the country. [00:27:55] It's the same jurisdiction which former FBI Director James Comey stands indicted. [00:28:01] But the president, when he found out that the chief prosecutor there, the U.S. Attorney Eric Siebert, concealed the fact that he had a material conflict in the Comey case. [00:28:14] Siebert, who was quietly preparing a 51-page memo arguing as to why James Comey should be held to a different standard than anyone else and should not be charged with lying to Congress regarding material matters pertaining to the attempted smear of President Donald Trump regarding Russian collusion. [00:28:36] But Eric Siebert, the U.S. attorney, never disclosed the fact that his father-in-law, that is his wife's father, is the godfather and the lawyer for James Comey, but he's also the godfather to Comey's children, a material conflict of interest because that prosecutor, Eric Siebert, should have passed on this case, should have recused himself, but didn't. [00:29:05] The president then appointed, as is his legal right, an interim U.S. attorney named Lindsay Halligan. [00:29:13] Now, Lindsay Halligan is a very attractive attorney. [00:29:19] I hate the way the media keeps mocking her as an insurance lawyer when, in fact, she was a partner in a major law firm heading their civil litigation division and has extensive experience, therefore, with juries. [00:29:34] But because she's a conservative, and frankly, because she's extremely attractive, the media sneers at her because she has no prosecutorial experience. [00:29:46] But Sam, I guess I would ask you this question. [00:29:48] If the charges against Letitia James are legitimate, why did a jury of her peers, a grand jury in the Eastern District of Virginia, vote to indict her? [00:30:01] If Lindsay Halligan's incompetent, which is what they would try to tell us, I think that's false, and the facts are not there, why did the grand jury indict her? [00:30:10] There are two facts, okay? [00:30:12] First of all, I've been writing about it in my blog, all right? [00:30:15] Joe Gilbert has been writing about it, too. [00:30:18] All of my information, I can't speak for Gilbert, all of my information was sent to the DOJ, okay? [00:30:24] The information on my blog and other information that I wanted to keep away from the public, not because I had something to hide, but because it would be more helpful to the investigators if they didn't have it. [00:30:38] Okay? [00:30:38] That information was given to the DOJ. [00:30:41] Now, Siebert's problem with the conflict of interest is interesting. [00:30:44] But the bigger problem was his Siebert obstructed justice. [00:30:48] He had a case, but he claimed he didn't have a case. [00:30:52] And that is the worst part of it. [00:30:54] When you have a prosecutor that's not willing to go after somebody that broke the law, now you talk about the grand jury. [00:31:01] It's really simple. [00:31:03] Either she signed a name to false documents or she didn't. [00:31:09] She did. [00:31:10] They showed four false documents. [00:31:12] This is something I'm implying because I don't know specifically about what went on in the grand jury, but I can tell from the indictment, there were four different documents relating to one property so far in Peroni Avenue in Virginia, where she signed four different attestations that conflict with the other three. [00:31:33] It's a simple case. [00:31:35] Mortgage fraud. [00:31:36] Okay, it's not an accident. [00:31:38] It's not a one-off. [00:31:39] And when you add to that other things like mortgage fraud in Brooklyn, mortgage fraud, going back 42 years, mortgage fraud on another property, that's where that, so that's where it's at. [00:31:52] Yeah, I saw that Nellie Miranda did her own forensic analysis of all the documents and did a complete takedown of this whole clerical error fairy tale, the one that conveniently skips paragraph nine of the indictment where James insurance misrepresentations are in plain sight. [00:32:14] I also know just from following white-collar fraud for a long time that these kinds of crimes, in this case, mortgage fraud and bank fraud, usually have downstream from them additional crimes such as tax fraud and insurance fraud. [00:32:31] And frankly, I fully expect that there will be superseding indictments against Letitia James. [00:32:38] I know that she is wearing this like a badge of honor. [00:32:41] It may even induce her to challenge the current governor of New York, who's epically unpopular in the Democrat primary. [00:32:52] And right now, among radical left-wing Democrats, Letitia James is probably extraordinarily popular. [00:32:58] She might even be able to beat the sitting governor. [00:33:02] We shall see. [00:33:03] You're listening to the Stone Zone here on the Red Apple Audio Networks. [00:33:08] I'm talking to Sam Antar, criminal fraud investigator par excellence, and will be right back. [00:33:17] The Stone Zone. [00:33:19] Entertaining and informative. [00:33:21] On the Red Apple Podcast Network. [00:33:25] And we're back in the Stone Zone. [00:33:28] We're joined by Sam Antar, the editor and publisher of whitecollarfraud.com. === Read the Indictments (05:39) === [00:33:36] It was on his initial findings that the Federal Housing and Finance Administration examined the all publicly available documents to determine that Letitia James had actually engaged in a 43-year crime spray of serial mortgage fraud. [00:33:54] In fact, I think, Sam, it's fair to say there's been some element of fraud in every single mortgage that Letitia James has ever received. [00:34:03] Is that accurate? [00:34:04] That is correct. [00:34:05] 13 mortgages, 13 frauds, six New York State ethics filings, at least fly frauds. [00:34:14] Yeah, it's really quite exceptional. [00:34:16] Of course, in court, you know, the pattern, even though she's not charged in her initial mortgage where she claimed that her father was her husband in order to use his balance sheet to qualify for the mortgage, on the mortgage application, she claimed it was her husband, but on the deed, she accurately recorded that it was her father. [00:34:37] That's a fraud. [00:34:39] Then, of course, she made misrepresentations to get a hamp loan on an investment property that by law was required to be four units and under. [00:34:49] Hers, she says in the application was four units, but you went there physically with Joel Gilbert of the Writing for the Gateway Pundit. [00:34:57] You saw that was five. [00:34:59] She isn't charged in either one of those, but that pattern will be telling in court. [00:35:05] That pattern of fraud can still be used in the courtroom. [00:35:09] I'll talk very quickly about this woman, Nellie Miranda, very, very impressive. [00:35:14] I was unaware of her. [00:35:16] She's on YouTube. [00:35:17] You can see her at Nellie Miranda TV. [00:35:20] Nellie's N-E-L-L-I-E, Miranda TV, a very impressive African-American investigative journalist, citizen journalist. [00:35:31] Seems to me like she did what the New York Times and Lawfair.com refused to do. [00:35:37] She read the actual indictments. [00:35:40] Tell us about this, Sam. [00:35:42] Well, she read the actual indictments. [00:35:44] She came to the same conclusions that you and I did independently. [00:35:47] In other words, nobody said or anything. [00:35:50] And more than that, it was interesting that Lindsay Halligan was being demeaned. [00:35:59] Oh, she's just an insurance lawyer, right? [00:36:02] But guess what? [00:36:03] The insurance lawyer caught the insurance fraud, which the Harvard educated lawyer and the other one that's not a Harvard at law fair, they haven't had anything to say about the insurance fraud, or the New York Times didn't have anything to say about the insurance fraud. [00:36:21] You know, it's, it's, you know, it's kind of like the whole narrative is to destroy this case. [00:36:29] Hold on, it's uh, I'm in Manhattan. [00:36:31] Anyway, the more, the more, the other thing that bothers me is this specific threat of violence that came from Letitia James. [00:36:40] She said, and I quote, I will not bow, I will not break, and I will not bend, and I will not capitulate. [00:36:48] I will not give in. [00:36:49] I will not give up. [00:36:50] You come for me. [00:36:52] You got to come through all of us. [00:36:54] And she raises a fist. [00:36:57] So here's the thing. [00:36:59] You mean you got to come through all of us? [00:37:01] Is that a threat to potential witnesses? [00:37:03] Is that a threat to whistleblowers like me? [00:37:06] Listen, I'm not afraid of her threats because I already came through all of them. [00:37:11] But the point being is that this is not the behavior of an ethical state attorney general. [00:37:20] You know, this is not, she's not running a mark. [00:37:22] She's not running Trent D'Agua. [00:37:25] She's not running a criminal gang. [00:37:26] What do you mean you got to get through all of us? [00:37:28] Well, maybe, in fact, she is. [00:37:31] My sources, and I have several of them, tell me that she's actually been threatening both whistleblowers and witnesses in this case. [00:37:39] Folks won't remember this, but Paul Manafort was incarcerated for 12 months before he was convicted of any crime because they caught him talking, talking to one of the witnesses in his case. [00:37:51] And of course, when I was charged, the judge specifically prohibited me from arguing that my prosecution was selective or that I was being prosecuted for political reasons, for political motives. [00:38:05] I wonder if the federal judge in the Letitia James case or the James Comey case, same judge, I believe, is going to rule the same way. [00:38:15] Unfortunately, we're out of time. [00:38:16] I want to thank our guest, Sam Antar. [00:38:19] Urge you to go to his website, whitecollarfraud.com, see for yourself why Letitia James is one of the biggest criminals in the country and why she's in serious legal trouble.
