Rubin Report - Dave Rubin - Bill Maher Stunned by Gavin Newsom Blaming Everyone but Himself For Cali’s Problems Aired: 2026-05-04 Duration: 01:10:45 === California Railway Boondoggle (12:39) === [00:00:05] On the Ruby. [00:00:06] You know, the ones that leave, like, bye. [00:00:08] Super overblown, and if you leave, like, bye. [00:00:10] Artificially give Donald Trump a Republican majority. [00:00:13] They then changed it to 10 to 1. [00:00:15] Giving different opportunities to people based on their race or gender. [00:00:18] I have to fire you, Shaniqua, my black trans writer. [00:00:22] He's up, people. [00:00:49] I'm Dave Rubin. [00:00:49] This is the Rubin Report. [00:00:51] It is May 4th, 2026. [00:00:54] That's right, it's May the 4th. [00:00:57] May I wish you all a very happy May the 4th, Star Wars Day, particularly those of you at Disney who ruined my childhood. [00:01:05] Subscribe, comment, and like if you haven't done so already. [00:01:09] And quick reminder June 11th here in the free state of Florida, in the greatest city in the world, Miami, me. [00:01:16] Governor Ron DeSantis, Ben Shapiro, Adam Carolla, Jillian Michaels, Live Rubin Report. [00:01:22] You can meet me, you can hug me. [00:01:24] We're going to write the show that day. [00:01:26] All sorts of hijinks. [00:01:27] I throw things into the crowd like a crazy person. [00:01:31] There's rumors of tequila and a whole bunch more. [00:01:33] Hope you'll join us. [00:01:34] DaveRubin.com slash events. [00:01:37] And as I said on the show several times last week, and I think it was born out to be true, we got a dense one. [00:01:44] We're just back in the thick of a lot of the domestic craziness, you know, the Iran thing. [00:01:49] Really, not touching it today. [00:01:51] It's not that it's on hold, but we're in the midst of the blockade and we will see where it shakes out. [00:01:55] So, we're going to focus on our shores. [00:01:58] And it's a lot of media stuff and a sad goodbye to Spirit Airlines, which went down over the weekend. [00:02:04] And it's going to actually cause a huge amount of problems. [00:02:07] And we're going to connect that to so much of what's wrong with the modern Democrat Party. [00:02:10] But let's start because evil, lizard like snake man from California, Gavin Newsom, the slimiest man. [00:02:21] In all of politics, a man who is a suit and hair gel and nothing more, a man who will change his opinion depending on the breeze, was on real time with Bill Maher. [00:02:32] And you know my feelings about Bill. [00:02:34] We're always getting him there. [00:02:36] And when he doesn't quite get there, I'm still tolerant of it because maybe we need someone on the left that's not completely insane. [00:02:43] Okay, fine. [00:02:45] He interviewed Gavin Newsom. [00:02:48] And here's Gav kind of admitting they went too far on COVID, but just you'll see. [00:02:54] Just I hate. [00:02:56] this man. [00:02:57] Happy Monday, everybody. [00:03:04] Is there anything you're going to say California was too far left on? [00:03:07] Because I feel like if you don't, I think a lot of the country is not going to listen. [00:03:11] Yeah, look, I mean, I think there's a lot of things that, you know, I've said this in the past, things I could have done better, more. [00:03:16] I look back at COVID. [00:03:17] We just put out a detail, over a thousand pages, what we did right and wrong during COVID as it relates to the issues of outdoor and beaches being shut down, schools being shut down for too long. [00:03:28] on the issue of housing and homelessness, what we could have done more aggressively sooner, but on social issues, where I think you tend to be lenient towards. [00:03:35] You know, I've also, I've made my point of view known as it relates to issues of sports and transports, which I just think is, it's not being transphobic to be. [00:03:45] Common sense. [00:03:46] But I get how people are sensitive to that because that's been weaponized and people have been talked down to and the community's been abused by those that want to take advantage of this politically. [00:03:56] Oh, I don't know if I can start my week like this, guys. [00:03:58] All right. [00:04:00] Bill's giving him a chance. [00:04:01] What Bill is doing, which is nice there, and we're going to show you another clip or two, but what Bill's doing that's, I think, kind of effective is basically saying, hey, you've run this state into a crazy far left position. [00:04:12] If you're running for president, wink, wink, are you going to moderate? [00:04:16] Otherwise, you're going to lose people. [00:04:18] Gavin then, well, they came up with a thousand page report on what they did right and wrong during COVID. [00:04:23] I wonder, Connor, do you think it's possible that they were writing that thousand page report when he went to French Laundry? [00:04:30] Basically, the most expensive restaurant in California. [00:04:33] And he sat there indoors with lobbyists. [00:04:37] Those are all lobbyists. [00:04:39] He sat there indoors at the height of COVID while we were all locked down and not allowed at restaurants and everything else. [00:04:46] I wonder if that's, were they focusing on the thousand page report that they came up with then? [00:04:51] By the way, people have reported that they spent at that meal, it was about $15,000 in wine. [00:04:59] I've drank some good wine in my day, never $15,000 worth at one table. [00:05:05] Of course, then he also talks about how he's done such good work with homelessness. [00:05:08] We've shown you that video many times from what, 15 years ago when he was then mayor of San Francisco, talking about his huge Plan to get rid of homelessness. [00:05:17] And quite literally, right now, San Francisco is the epicenter of homelessness in the entire country, not just California. [00:05:24] So lies, lies, lies. [00:05:26] Oh, and then on the trans sports thing, he's now pretending that he's for the common sense side of this thing, which would be that you wouldn't allow biological boys into girls' sports. [00:05:36] But he has pushed every version of the woke part of this on everybody forever. [00:05:42] So now, finally, as he gets closer to running for president, finally he magically. [00:05:48] Is like, well, I at least won't do that. [00:05:50] I'll be for everything else, but I won't be for that. [00:05:53] It's just profoundly absurd. [00:05:56] Here's Bill pushing him a bit more on what a disaster California's become. [00:05:59] And it's just, everything he says here is complete lie watch. [00:06:04] The other side, what they're going to say though is, but have you seen the stats from California? [00:06:08] Good. [00:06:09] Well, that's the economy. [00:06:12] Let's go. [00:06:13] Are they going to say good about gas prices? [00:06:15] Are they going to say good about how high the rents are? [00:06:18] So many people live. [00:06:19] I mean, there's a whole litany. [00:06:20] I mean, the train. [00:06:21] Gavin, you've got to get rid of the train. [00:06:24] The train, we've got to get rid of the train. [00:06:25] I say this as a friend. [00:06:26] You've got to let that train go. [00:06:27] Let the train go. [00:06:28] It's up to $231 billion. [00:06:31] It's not. [00:06:31] It's not. [00:06:32] We're doing a $119 million segment. [00:06:34] We got it back on track. [00:06:35] It goes back three administrations. [00:06:37] I inherited a mess. [00:06:38] We put it back on track. [00:06:39] All the environmental work is behind us. [00:06:41] We're actually laying the track. [00:06:43] All the legal litigation, all the land issues are all behind us. [00:06:46] We're actually making this project work. [00:06:49] And so that's a fact. [00:06:51] Bill, I say this with all due irony as a friend. [00:06:54] Maybe you need better friend choicing skills if he's also one of your friends. [00:06:57] Okay, so let's talk about this railway, and you all know about this, but we'll give you some actual numbers. [00:07:03] It was originally supposed to cost $33 to $35 billion, and it was going to take you from Los Angeles to San Francisco. [00:07:15] And that would be a worthy thing to have a train going to and from because you'd get a lot of traffic off the roads. [00:07:22] It's nice to have some level of public transportation, etc. [00:07:26] $33 to $35 billion. [00:07:27] The completion target was 2020. [00:07:29] What year are we in right now, quick? [00:07:32] 2026, I'm being told. [00:07:33] So it was supposed to be done six years ago at $33 to $35 billion. [00:07:38] Now the cost is projected to be $231 billion. [00:07:46] Okay? [00:07:46] That's like eight times the price. [00:07:50] And it has only been laid and running now through Merced to Bakersfield. [00:07:55] I have no problem with either of those fine cities. [00:07:57] The first time I ever saw Frankie Valley in concert was in Bakersfield outdoors. [00:08:01] Lovely. [00:08:02] But also, the rest of it probably won't be done till 2033, if ever. [00:08:07] So, this is a complete boondoggle. [00:08:09] Of course, he's punting it. [00:08:10] It has nothing to do with three administrations, and we had to figure out the environment. [00:08:14] It's everything with him. [00:08:15] The buck doesn't stop with anybody. [00:08:17] But the railway itself, because we can talk about the homelessness, and you get it, gas prices are way higher in California, and rents are higher, and all of those. [00:08:25] Everyone knows all that. [00:08:26] But there's something about the railway, the inefficiency around this ridiculously expensive to start railway, on top of all the fraud that we're exposing in California and everything else. [00:08:36] It's all on him, man. [00:08:37] And if you can't accept blame for that, which he can't, and he just motions his way through the whole thing, you don't deserve to be governor, and you certainly don't deserve to be president. [00:08:48] Here's California Representative Vince Fong talking about how Newsom's high-speed rail, and yes, it is Newsom's high-speed rail, is just the perfect example of everything wrong with Cali politics. [00:09:00] I think that the California high-speed rail nightmare is the probably quintessential example of government waste and mismanagement. [00:09:05] You say this needs to stop. [00:09:06] It needs to stop. [00:09:08] Congressman Vince Fong, a Republican from Bakersfield, sits on the House Transportation Committee. [00:09:13] He says that when California voters first approved high speed rail, the promise and price tag were more marketing campaign than realistic projection. [00:09:22] We're now in 2026. [00:09:24] There are no trains. [00:09:25] There's no track laid. [00:09:27] It's a complete bait and switch. [00:09:28] If I vote for a mansion in Malibu by next year and someone says, actually, you know what, in five years we're going to have a doghouse in Modesto, how do things go so off the rails? [00:09:38] The business plan that was put out in 2008 was very theoretical. [00:09:42] You know, this is what we think is going to happen. [00:09:44] And it became very clear that they didn't have the specifics. [00:09:47] It worked. [00:09:47] It works. [00:09:48] Guys, I should be clear in case I wasn't before. [00:09:50] The Bakersfield to Merced line, how many miles is that? [00:09:53] We checked once before. [00:09:54] We'll check on that. [00:09:55] It's not very far. [00:09:56] The track is laid, but nobody, there's no train on it going back and forth to these two places, right? [00:10:01] And these are fairly random cities. [00:10:04] So the fact that that is the thing that Gavin's pointing to, well, we got Bakersfield to Merced done as if a train is running, but there's no train on that. [00:10:12] But what Fong is pointing out there is perfect, everything about it is perfect. [00:10:16] Cali, everything. [00:10:17] We're just going to throw some crazy number at something. [00:10:19] We'll have a graphic and it'll make people think we can do this and then we'll start doing it. [00:10:23] And where is all of that money? [00:10:25] How does something go? [00:10:28] Anyone that's watching this, if you've done a house project, we're in the midst finally, we're two weeks away from finally finishing a master bathroom redo right now. [00:10:36] And it did go over budget and it did go over time. [00:10:39] And all throughout that, we talked about the process with the contractor and the subcontractors and what they were doing and everything else. [00:10:44] But it didn't go eight times over budget. [00:10:48] Budget and it didn't go six years past completion date. [00:10:52] And this thing will be way past completion date because it's not being, you know, it's not being completed in 2026. [00:10:57] So the point is, you offshore basically all of your life to these politicians, and they'll take your money and they'll abuse you and expect you to say thank you for it. [00:11:08] And it wasn't always this way. [00:11:11] You guys know about the nine most terrifying words in the English language. [00:11:15] Nine most terrifying words in the English language are I'm from the government and I'm here to help. [00:11:22] That is correct. [00:11:25] What is the government good at? [00:11:27] I am not an anarchist. [00:11:28] I don't think there should be no government. [00:11:30] I believe in property rights. [00:11:32] I believe in public funding of police departments and fire department and public roads and things of that nature. [00:11:38] So I'm not often – I love talking with Michael Malice. [00:11:40] I've had him on the show a million times. [00:11:42] But I'm not in that pure anarchist thing. [00:11:44] It's also why I keep describing so much of just pure libertarianism as seventh grade stuff. [00:11:49] Like, okay, it's fun to think about. [00:11:51] Could we have no government? [00:11:54] In essence, but we really can't. [00:11:56] As long as you believe that there has to be something tying us together and there's 350 million plus people, you gotta have something. [00:12:02] But every time, in every place that the government keeps coming in and doing things, it gets worse. [00:12:07] You could contrast that with a place like Florida, where we're getting, I think post COVID, it's 2.3 million, since COVID started, not post COVID, since COVID started, 2.3 million new people. [00:12:18] And you know about all the billionaires coming down here and all the money and infrastructure. [00:12:21] And then what is DeSantis and the rest of Florida doing? [00:12:24] It's cutting away regulation. [00:12:26] It's lowering taxes. [00:12:28] It's creating the conditions for people to have some skin in the game. [00:12:32] By the way, the road or the railway from Bakersfield to Merced, which has no train on it and is way over budget and everything else, it's 165 miles. [00:12:42] I'm pretty sure we could have done that. === Trump's Authentic Roller Coaster (02:44) === [00:12:44] You know what? [00:12:44] What are you guys doing in August? [00:12:45] What if, as a team building exercise, we all go off the grid in August and we will, as a favor to the people of Cal. [00:12:51] No. [00:12:51] Connor's like, I'm going to Japan, man. [00:12:56] Okay. [00:12:58] There's something wrong with Gavin Newsom, and it's not just that he is obviously a liar and he's a slick. [00:13:03] Politician, and he pretends he was poor when he was super rich when he was growing up, and everything he touches turned to crap except his bank account. [00:13:10] There's something literally wrong with him. [00:13:12] I think he has a problem with his brain chemistry. [00:13:14] Here's video evidence of that. [00:13:16] Explain to me what's going on in this video. [00:13:21] It's right now. [00:13:21] I feel strange. [00:13:22] It's interesting. [00:13:24] I've been on a journey like most people, feeling great, feeling stressed, feeling doubtful. [00:13:30] The last two days, I don't know what it is. [00:13:32] I think it's maybe the dust settling after Madison Square Garden. [00:13:35] Seeing how that went, kind of a roller coaster. [00:13:37] But something's happened the last few days, and I'm telling you, that Des Moines Register poll, I mean, I don't know, I don't expect Iowa necessarily going in the blue column, but it says something to me that is of outsized importance potentially in terms of the outcome of this race. [00:13:55] So I'm feeling honestly much better than I was even 24 hours ago, the last few days. [00:14:01] Guys, there is something deeply wrong with that man. [00:14:04] Everything about him and everything around him is fake. [00:14:07] Fraudulent, evil, everything he touches, you get it. [00:14:12] And yet he's still, and this is where Bill Almeida leads a little bit. [00:14:16] You can have him on your show and you did a fine job, you know, let him, you know, expose him a little bit, but you're his friend and you'd vote for him again as LA turns into a crap hole, as your friends move out and everything else. [00:14:29] And we know what happened to San Francisco and the road that goes nowhere. [00:14:32] And it's because of three administrations ago. [00:14:35] It's just endless. [00:14:36] It's everything that he represents is the reverse. [00:14:39] Of what we need. [00:14:41] In some sense, you know, it's so interesting because he wants to be Trump, right? [00:14:44] He's trying to tweet a little more trolley and he's trying to use language. [00:14:48] He wants to be Trump. [00:14:49] But the thing is with Trump, whether you like it or not, it's authentic when it comes out. [00:14:53] The crazy rants on Truth Social, those are Trump. [00:14:56] You think someone else is writing them? [00:14:58] Those are Trump. [00:14:59] That is Trump. [00:14:59] And Trump has a track record of being that person forever. [00:15:03] Is anyone watching Trump? [00:15:04] Well, there are, I suppose, some people like Tucker Carlson that watch Trump and think that's not really Trump inside of Trump. [00:15:09] But it's Trump. [00:15:10] Versus Newsome, where it's like nobody knows what he is. [00:15:14] He's a shape-shifting chameleon sent here from a foreign universe to destroy humanity. [00:15:23] Let's talk about superpower. [00:15:25] Now, oh, it's a live read. === Spirit Airlines Mermer Failure (11:43) === [00:15:28] The aliens got me, those bastards. [00:16:24] Unlock your new health intelligence. [00:16:26] I just want to be clear I fully blame Gavin Newsom for me forgetting that that was a live read. [00:16:31] Somehow that was Gavin. [00:16:32] Okay, so let's continue talking about Democrat mismanagement, right? [00:16:38] So we could do Cali all day long, but it's not just that the Democrats, it's the blue cities and the crime and you get all that and the drugs and the fighting of ICE and the illegal rapists and all that stuff. [00:16:49] It's that what the Democrats do at a national level is now having major, major repercussions. [00:16:55] And congratulations everybody, your airline prices are about to go up. [00:16:59] You'll see how we connect this to the Democrats in just a second. [00:17:01] Uh, but this from AP News, Spirit Airlines, an impish upstart that shook the industry with its irreverent ads and deep discounted fares, announced Saturday that it has gone out of business after 34 years. [00:17:13] The ultra-low cost airline that once operated hundreds of daily flights in its bright yellow planes and employed about 17,000 people said it had started an orderly wind down of our operations effective immediately. [00:17:25] Although Spirit had gone bankrupt twice before, the company said high oil prices, which had been rising because of the war with Iran, made it impossible to stay aloft. [00:17:33] The airline said on its website that all flights have been canceled and customer service is no longer available. [00:17:38] Some passengers arrived Saturday for flights and were stunned to find they were canceled, while workers learned overnight they were out of jobs. [00:17:46] Here's a bit more from Chanley Painter on Fox about what happened here, and then we'll show you something connected to government mismanagement. [00:17:55] You're looking at a very empty Spirit check in area at Charlotte Douglas International Airport after Spirit Airlines ceased operations overnight. [00:18:04] After bailout talks with the White House broke down, Chanley Painter has the details now. [00:18:08] Chanley. [00:18:09] Hey, good morning. [00:18:10] So earlier, the company announced it's going out of business, ending its operations immediately, telling passengers not to even go to the airport. [00:18:17] That's why it's so empty there. [00:18:18] They said this quote To our guest, all flights have been canceled and customer service is no longer available. [00:18:24] Despite the company's efforts, the recent material increase in oil prices and other pressures on the business have significantly impacted Spirit's financial outlook. [00:18:33] With no additional funding available to the company, Spirit had no choice but to begin this wind down. [00:18:39] Okay, so oil prices and other material pressures. [00:18:43] So I'll give the devil his due here. [00:18:45] Obviously, we've been in the midst of a war with Iran and oil prices have gone up. [00:18:50] They are coming down, but if you're running an airline that's a discount airline and your profit margins aren't huge and you see the price of oil go up, it could hurt you. [00:18:58] Now, I don't know about the other material costs and I don't know how the company was really being run and everything else, but you can acknowledge that oil prices are high. [00:19:08] It's hurting this airline. [00:19:08] By the way, some of you who I'm sure have never flown, I honestly don't think I ever have you guys flown Spirit? [00:19:13] I don't think I ever have. [00:19:16] I've done Southwest, I've done Frontier, I've done some of the cheaper ones. [00:19:20] For whatever reason, I don't think I ever got on a Spirit flight. [00:19:23] However, having a low cost carrier is important. [00:19:27] Economically, it's important because when you have a low cost carrier, right? [00:19:31] So the price is, let's say, to go anywhere. [00:19:34] So you're in Miami and you're going to fly to Tucson, Arizona. [00:19:38] And you could do it for, let's say, 250 bucks on Spirit. [00:19:42] Well, then American Airlines looks at that and they're like, wow, you know, we can't charge $550 anymore. [00:19:46] We're going to have to lower it, right? [00:19:47] This is basic economics. [00:19:49] You want more competition in the system. [00:19:51] So losing Spirit, even if you've never flown Spirit and you don't care, we are now going to have less competition, thus, prices will go up. [00:20:00] I'll connect that to some of the Democrat policies in just a second. [00:20:02] But here's a bit more on what the actual shutdown of Spirit will do immediately. [00:20:08] Could impact hundreds of thousands of travelers and reportedly some 17,000 employees. [00:20:15] Through the month of May, for example, some 9,000 flights and 60,000 potential passengers are now impacted. [00:20:21] Plus, the airline would have had 1.8 million seats to sell and would have had some 300 flights per day. [00:20:28] Okay, so 300 flights per day. [00:20:29] You saw the amount of seats, the employees. [00:20:31] So, a lot of things are going to change. [00:20:33] And now there will be less airlines, less competition, and prices are going to go up. [00:20:37] So, now I want to connect this to Democrat policies because this is super interesting. [00:20:41] You may remember three years ago. [00:20:42] I honestly can't remember if we covered it or not at the time. [00:20:47] But Spirit has sort of been in trouble for quite some time, right? [00:20:50] And you know, airlines merge with each other and they rebrand and all these things. [00:20:54] Well, in 2023, Spirit was struggling and there was going to be a merger with JetBlue. [00:20:59] By the way, JetBlue. [00:21:01] I love JetBlue. [00:21:01] If you were asked me what's the best airline in America, I find JetBlue, their planes are the nicest, their staff is great, like the TVs are good. [00:21:09] I like JetBlue. [00:21:11] And I'm a Northeast guy originally, and that's where they started. [00:21:13] So, anyway. [00:21:15] They were going to merge with JetBlue. [00:21:17] But here are, we're going to show you several Democrats stopping that merger and then realize that three years later, now spirit is gone and prices will go up. [00:21:26] Here's Pete Buttigieg bragging about how he got involved to stop that merger. [00:21:33] Our department, the Department of Transportation, has generally not gotten involved in these merger cases, but that's changing today. [00:21:41] It is so important to make sure that passengers have choices, that they have access to low fares, that they have access to competition, and yet we've seen less and less and less of that competition over the years. [00:21:55] We are taking a step that, again, is unusual in terms of recent years, but we think is the right thing to do, supporting the DOJ's lawsuit And independently using our own authorities, which are a little bit different from the DOJ, starting our own investigation and taking other actions. [00:22:13] Connor, can you give me that Reagan quote again? [00:22:14] Could we throw that in right here? [00:22:16] Yeah. [00:22:16] Nine most terrifying words in the English language are I'm from the government and I'm here to help. [00:22:23] So do you get what Pete just did right there when he was transportation secretary? [00:22:26] And remember, he had no qualifications to be transportation secretary. [00:22:30] His job before that was mayor of South Bend, Indiana, a very small. [00:22:34] Town in Indiana. [00:22:35] So they said, okay, they cut the deal with him when everybody, remember when everybody right before Super Tuesday dropped out so that they could push Biden through and everything else. [00:22:44] And they were like, all right, Pete, well, you're out. [00:22:47] We're going to give you this job. [00:22:48] So they made someone who had no qualifications be transportation secretary. [00:22:51] Then he helped block a merger. [00:22:54] And it's interesting, he wanted, he said it's so important to have choices. [00:22:57] So that's why he blocked the merger. [00:22:59] He didn't want JetBlue and Spirit to join forces. [00:23:02] Now they would have had tons of flights and blah, Well, now, thank you for blocking that because Spirit is gone altogether. [00:23:11] So the government got involved. [00:23:14] It stopped capitalism. [00:23:16] It stopped two companies from working together and merging. [00:23:20] And then what do you get? [00:23:21] Well, now one of those companies is completely gone. [00:23:23] But of course, it's not just Pete Buttigieg. [00:23:26] It's also the fake Indian Elizabeth Warren. [00:23:27] Here she is in 2023. [00:23:29] She was very excited. [00:23:30] I've warned for months that a JetBlue Spirit Airlines merger would have led to fewer flights and higher fares. [00:23:36] The DOJ Antitrust Division and U.S. Department of Transportation were right to stand up. [00:23:40] For consumers and fight against runaway airline consolidation. [00:23:44] This is a Biden win for flyers. [00:23:46] Well, congratulations, everybody. [00:23:48] You got what you guys wanted to do. [00:23:52] You are pencil pushing middle management morons who have never created anything except a lot of wealth for yourselves. [00:23:58] Companies wanted to join forces, right? [00:24:02] We would still have some of those flights. [00:24:04] We would probably have more competition because you'd have a stronger. [00:24:08] Let's say at that point, JetBlue and Spirit, they had merged. [00:24:12] Let's say they would be a little more on the discount side of things as a stronger airline. [00:24:17] That would be a buttress against, say, American and Delta and everything else. [00:24:21] But congratulations, you did it. [00:24:23] Spirit is now gone. [00:24:25] I thought this was quite insightful from Geiger Capital. [00:24:28] Elizabeth Warren was key in blocking the JetBlue Spirit merger to protect consumers. [00:24:33] The result Spirit liquidates after 34 years, 16,000 employees just lost their jobs, and bigger airlines can now raise their prices even more. [00:24:41] Always wrong, never in doubt. [00:24:44] And of course, well, now here's Elizabeth Warren after this has happened, and look what she put up. [00:24:50] This is, I mean, this is just extraordinary. [00:24:52] This is from five days ago, basically, a couple days ago. [00:24:55] The big four airlines, American, Delta, Southwest, and United, control 75% of the U.S. market. [00:25:02] Fewer choices equal higher prices for you. [00:25:05] Lady, it's your fault. [00:25:10] You did it with the mayor of South Bend, Indiana. [00:25:13] You stopped the lower level guys from becoming an effective business. [00:25:18] And now, congratulations. [00:25:19] Of course, you won't have to worry about it because, as we often point out, she's worth about $20 million while she sells socialism on the rest of us. [00:25:25] Interestingly, she put that tweet up and community notes they got her in 2024. [00:25:29] Senator Warren supported the Biden administration's DOJ, suing to prevent the merger between JetBlue and Spirit, fearing fewer flights. [00:25:36] And higher fares. [00:25:37] Now, spirit shut down, resulting in fewer fights and less competition. [00:25:42] Do we have anything from Ronald Reagan about this sort of thing? [00:25:46] Nine most terrifying words in the English language are I'm from the government and I'm here to help. [00:25:53] So, Pete's never run an airline. [00:25:55] Elizabeth has never run an airline. [00:25:57] She did pretend to be an Indian so she could get a teaching job at Harvard. [00:26:02] That's about it, and then made an awful lot of money. [00:26:06] And then they break. [00:26:07] They break the things that other people built. [00:26:11] Here's Griff Jenkins on how the merger could have actually saved Spirit, and we wouldn't be in this situation right now. [00:26:15] Let's take a look back at that merger with JetBlue that could have saved Spirit Airlines. [00:26:21] You go back to the merger. [00:26:22] The merger itself was a billion per year in consumer savings, 10,000 new direct jobs by 2026, and 1,000 daily flights to 145 plus destinations. [00:26:34] Remember, Spirit, along with JetBlue, are the low cost airlines, not the big ones like American. [00:26:40] United, Southwest, and Delta. [00:26:42] So you look back in the history. [00:26:44] So in 2023, the Biden administration sued to block that nearly $4 billion merger. [00:26:50] In 2024, the federal judge blocked it. [00:26:52] The Biden administration brought that lawsuit. [00:26:55] It caused Spirit not once, but twice to file for bankruptcy in 2024 and 2025. [00:27:02] Then, of course, what we saw play out yesterday 277 flights canceled. [00:27:07] Boom, drop 17,000 jobs, 17,000 workers. === Government Blocks Fascist ICE (15:57) === [00:27:12] So, you get it. [00:27:12] There was a chance for the lower cost airlines to merge forces, become a stronger entity. [00:27:17] He just laid out all the numbers there. [00:27:19] The government got involved and said, we're not going to allow that because we want competition. [00:27:24] And then what has happened? [00:27:26] Well, one of them just went out. [00:27:28] And now JetBlue will be under more pressure as the, let's say, slightly cheaper airline. [00:27:34] And the other guys are basic. [00:27:35] But JetBlue only has a limited amount of flights across the country, right? [00:27:37] It's not a huge airline like American or Delta. [00:27:41] And we will all get screwed. [00:27:43] Now, all of that being said, As I said, I've never flown on Spirit, but there were a lot of videos over the weekend going, you know, Spirit wasn't the best. [00:27:52] They weren't the best of the best. [00:27:55] Here's a small sampling of some of the things that have happened related to Spirit Airlines over the last couple of years. [00:28:01] Go suck another dirty show with you. [00:28:09] Good night. [00:28:18] You dirty bitch. [00:28:20] Yes, you are. [00:28:35] Geez, I really missed a lot over there. [00:28:37] Can you imagine you show up to like check into your flight and then the woman behind the thing, go suck a dirty dick? [00:28:48] Okay. [00:29:59] Be the best you with Just Thrive. [00:30:02] So, you know, we've talked a little bit for the last segment about how Democrats get involved in things. [00:30:07] These are middle management people. [00:30:09] They don't know how to run anything or anything else. [00:30:11] They get involved in government and then they break the things that other people do. [00:30:15] That other people created, right? [00:30:18] Well, the thing that's interesting with the Democrat Party right now is this is just the beginning. [00:30:22] I think we are going to look back in about 10 years, you're going to look back on the Pete Buttigiegs and the Elizabeth Warrens, like these far left socialist wokesters, and be like, those were the good guys in the Democrat Party. [00:30:34] Because what is happening to the Democrat Party right now is morphing into its final form, which is not just socialist or communist, but it is also Islamist in nature. [00:30:45] It is finally getting. [00:30:47] To the end. [00:30:47] And if I could try this on this May the 4th, this International Star Wars Day, I'll say it something like this The Jedi might have been like, oh, you know, we're dealing with Count Dooku, he's such a pain in the butt, and General Grievous over there with that endless cough. [00:31:01] But they would look back and go, those were the good old days once Darth Sidious and Darth Vader. [00:31:08] All right, you got the point. [00:31:09] Let's put that down for a second and focus on what's going on in Michigan, because there's a big race in Michigan, and we've played a couple videos of this guy, Abdul El Sayed. [00:31:18] And this is, he is a Hamas first guy running out of Michigan, and Michigan has all sorts of problems. [00:31:26] But you can see what's happening here. [00:31:27] He's taking all of the socialist talking points, Medicare for all, abolish ICE, and everything else. [00:31:32] But now they're going to, the next move, that's Medicare for all, abolishing ICE. [00:31:37] That's Buttigieg stuff, that's Elizabeth Warren stuff, that's Bernie stuff. [00:31:41] The next version is the connection with the Islamism stuff. [00:31:44] But here's Abdul Al Said, and you can see that they're starting to get a little angrier now. [00:31:48] Let's not forget he's campaigned with Hassan and Hassan Piker. [00:31:52] Who has basically excused violence and everything else? [00:31:55] Go. [00:31:55] I'm the only one for Medicare for all. [00:31:58] I'm the only one to abolish ICE. [00:32:06] You cannot reform this. [00:32:07] You cannot retrain this. [00:32:09] The only logical path is to abolish ICE. [00:32:14] I'm telling you guys, what's coming next, it's not just that they're going to burst forth and they're pushing all these Islamist candidates all over the place, it's that the anger part is going to come next. [00:32:23] They've used sort of the fake. [00:32:25] Were fake nice guys because they're not nice guys. [00:32:28] They're actually quite nasty. [00:32:29] All these Democrats, they're actually quite nasty, right? [00:32:32] What I always say, you scratch a liberal, or you scratch a progressive. [00:32:35] See, they've turned me on the word liberal, it's crazy. [00:32:38] You scratch a progressive, and underneath the tolerance, the thin veneer of tolerance, you get something very nasty. [00:32:42] They're gonna morph into their next thing now, which you can feel it's coming with the anger. [00:32:45] Now, but I'm the only one for Medicare for all. [00:32:48] Like, it's the easiest thing to say, healthcare for everybody. [00:32:51] I'm for it. [00:32:51] I'm a good guy. [00:32:52] I want everyone to have healthcare. [00:32:54] Okay, do we have enough doctors? [00:32:55] Do we have enough nurses? [00:32:57] Does the system set that up? [00:32:58] Is that gonna get everybody bogged down with healthcare? [00:33:00] Does that, if you, once you nationalize something, Or we're going to have less competition. [00:33:04] Will that be good? [00:33:05] I think we just did a story on the airlines that illustrated that that's not good. [00:33:09] But this is what happens you take over the education system, and decades go by where people in public schools are taught all of the wrong things. [00:33:17] They're taught that capitalism is bad and that America is bad and competition is bad. [00:33:20] They're taught that socialism is good. [00:33:22] And then you have a bunch of people applauding in the background, right? [00:33:26] As an Islamist socialist is like, I'll nationalize health care. [00:33:30] And everyone's like, health care for all. [00:33:31] I don't have to think about it. [00:33:32] He said it's for everybody. [00:33:33] It must be good. [00:33:35] And then, of course, the ICE thing. [00:33:36] So he's going to get rid of ICE. [00:33:37] Well, I have no doubt he wants to get rid of ICE because he's probably friendly with a lot of the people that have come in illegally and are up to no good, right? [00:33:44] Like, there's probably not much of a question about that. [00:33:47] And I would say that for Rashida Tlaib and a bunch of the other ones. [00:33:49] But what do you mean, get rid of ICE? [00:33:52] Abolish ICE. [00:33:53] ICE is just here to take illegals out of the country. [00:33:59] And if they wanted to turn it up a little bit, they'd take people like you out of the country, too. [00:34:02] But okay, here we are, one thing at a time. [00:34:05] Remember Cori Bush? [00:34:08] She was a Missouri congresswoman. [00:34:09] She was. [00:34:10] Part of the squad crew. [00:34:11] We played a couple videos. [00:34:12] We're just another one of these generic leftists, never accomplished anything, but she spews leftist talking points. [00:34:18] She lost her last election, but she's back. [00:34:22] She's running again. [00:34:23] She wants to be congressman or woman again. [00:34:26] And here she is, and she's not happy about ICE either. [00:34:30] Oh, and she's on stage with the guy who excuses violence against his political opponent, Hassan Piker. [00:34:36] They don't want that kind of smoke. [00:34:37] They don't even want to hear us say abolish ICE, but it's abolish ICE. [00:34:47] And any elected official that is standing saying that our police need to work with ICE, we're coming to vote you out. [00:35:00] For far too long, we've been told you have to vote for harm reduction. [00:35:03] We all know the Republicans are corrupt. [00:35:06] We all know that they're monsters, they're racist, they traffic in hatred. [00:35:11] Yeah, the Republicans are corrupt monsters and racist. [00:35:14] I'm not even going to bother with the racist one. [00:35:16] Like, if there are racists here, get a mirror, dude. [00:35:19] They're monsters. [00:35:20] All right, well, I'm glad we're lowering the rhetoric, and they're corrupt. [00:35:22] You know, it's funny. [00:35:23] All of the corruption right now, of course, there's Republicans that are corrupt. [00:35:26] But the major corruption that we're dealing with right now, post Doge and Nick Shirley and everything else, these Democrat-run places like Minnesota and Los Angeles. [00:35:36] Can I just blackpill for one second? [00:35:38] I'm going to blackpill on this Monday for just one second. [00:35:40] We're going to have a civil war, just for one second. [00:35:42] And you guys can disregard this statement in a moment, but I see no way around it in some sense. [00:35:46] Like, you know me, I'm a glass half full guy. [00:35:48] I believe that things can get better. [00:35:50] How are we going to have a country with these people? [00:35:52] Really, they want to destroy everything. [00:35:54] They're telling you they want to destroy everything. [00:35:55] And think how absurd it is to be screaming about abolish ICE. [00:35:58] You know what's funny? [00:35:59] If ICE had shown up right there, I assume all those people are legal citizens, right? [00:36:04] They're very excited to be celebrating this political candidate. [00:36:07] ICE wouldn't have done anything. [00:36:09] ICE is getting illegals out. [00:36:10] So, this whole thing about abolish ICE, they're telling you we need the people who are here to make sure that citizens are American. [00:36:18] We need to destroy that thing. [00:36:20] And the only reason it would make sense to destroy that thing is if you were trying to flood the system with illegals for your own purposes. [00:36:27] And then, of course, as you know, as Elon has pointed out many times, then you would give them a whole bunch of stuff, which is exactly what the Democrat plans are. [00:36:33] You give them subsidized housing, you give them all these free things, and they would vote for you in perpetuity. [00:36:40] I'll get off the blackmail thing. [00:36:41] It's not my general disposition. [00:36:43] But I genuinely don't know how we get out of this. [00:36:46] I think we're going to have just pockets of sanity in America in the future and blue cities that are run by absolute lunatics. [00:36:53] And if you go there, you will be shot andor raped. [00:36:56] Here's a little bit more. [00:36:57] Hassan Piker. [00:36:58] With Pennsylvania representative Chris Rabb, and they are laying out. [00:37:03] I mean, I literally wrote about this, and don't burn this book. [00:37:06] They are now admitting that they used the liberals. [00:37:09] They used the Democrat Party as just a vessel that they could use because Democrats and Libs think everything should be nice and we love everybody and we won't judge anybody. [00:37:17] So the progressives used it to usher in their insanity. [00:37:20] They fully are admitting it now. [00:37:22] But the Democrats, some of them also love the very same things. [00:37:26] They don't love you. [00:37:27] They don't care about you. [00:37:28] They don't care about your interests. [00:37:30] And that's precisely the reason why. [00:37:33] Letting your voice be heard in the primary system is almost as important, if not more important, because the Democratic Party's primary is what determines the trajectory of the Democratic Party. [00:37:47] I identify as a Democratic Socialist, but I'm running as a Democrat because the system creates this narrowness. [00:37:56] But there's a bunch of Democrats running, and we are not all the same. [00:38:01] We are very different. [00:38:03] We may share this label in this moment, in this system, but we are very different. [00:38:10] So if you choose to register as a Democrat, you are not pledging allegiance to that party. [00:38:19] All right, first off, let me address the Hassan thing. [00:38:21] You know, he's talking about they don't love you, the Democrats don't love you. [00:38:24] Yeah, no shit, Sherlock. [00:38:26] I'm sorry. [00:38:26] Well, they're government people. [00:38:29] They don't love you or anything else. [00:38:31] You should try to get love from maybe, I don't know, your family. [00:38:33] Your friends, that would be a good place to get love. [00:38:36] But you're trying to trick these. [00:38:37] So you, Hassan, are you up there saying you love these people? [00:38:39] You don't give a crap about these people. [00:38:41] You're on an endless quest for power and to destroy America. [00:38:44] That's what you're doing, right? [00:38:46] But the fact that this Rob guy then gets up there and he admits it. [00:38:50] I'm running, I'm a democratic socialist, which again, they're going to. [00:38:53] I'm impressed that he's even saying democrat at this point because they have dropped that and mostly are just saying socialist to communist at this point. [00:38:58] Eventually they will say Islamist and jihadist and you're going to be put in a beekeeper costume and have fun with that, queers for Palestine. [00:39:05] But that they're fully admitting. [00:39:07] He's saying there's a system, and we saw that the Democrat Party was easier to infiltrate because Democrats have no ability to say when enough is too much. [00:39:17] Might I quote Dave Rubin from Don't Burn This Book about 10 years ago? [00:39:21] Progressivism has traded a love for individual rights for paternalistic, insincere concern for the collective. [00:39:28] It judges people based upon their skin color, gender, and sexuality, thus imagining them as competitors in the oppression Olympics in which victimhood is virtue. [00:39:36] We no longer accept that all men are created equal. [00:39:39] We've abandoned This liberal enlightenment idea for a postmodern one, one that says we should have no shared roots, hence the obsession with race, gender, and immutable characteristics. [00:39:50] This postmodern view of the world cannot create anything, it can only deconstruct and divide. [00:39:56] While liberalism aims to produce hard work and pride around a common cause, our new negative worldview spawns only jealousy and grievance. [00:40:04] I mean, I like that book. [00:40:07] I enjoyed writing it. [00:40:09] But it's all true, and it was all obvious we were going to end here, which is why they're up there. [00:40:14] And why they have to keep you, what do they have to do? [00:40:16] They have to keep you angry. [00:40:17] They have to keep you fearful. [00:40:19] They have to keep you thinking that those people are taking from you. [00:40:21] And if you only give them enough of your rights and you offshore, and oh my God, you're going to give me Medicare for all. [00:40:28] And if I just take more of that guy's money, I'm going to get more stuff. [00:40:32] The entire thing is fraudulent. [00:40:35] And it is everything that America was founded to be against. [00:40:39] And now, because of the tolerance of liberalism, we are letting it infect our system. [00:40:45] And I hate to tell you guys damn, I don't like doing the black pill thing. [00:40:48] But I hate to tell you, a certain amount of the country is deeply infected with this, and there probably is no real way out. [00:40:55] Of course, at the end of the day, they are just frauds. [00:40:58] And I guess the way out is through mockery and just humor. [00:41:02] And look at this, look at this. [00:41:03] So they took this picture of Hassan, and it's perfect. [00:41:06] He's reading on a train, I guess there he is on a train. [00:41:11] And he's reading Lenin, Lenin, big communist socialist type Lenin. [00:41:17] Of course, what he's wearing on his wrist, that's a Cartier bracelet for $4,500. [00:41:24] So Lenin in one hand, as Cat B pointed out on X, Lenin in one hand, Cartier. [00:41:30] On the other. [00:41:31] You know, I don't even have a bracelet. [00:41:33] I don't have a necklace. [00:41:34] I got nothing. [00:41:34] I got nothing. [00:41:35] Maybe I should become a socialist and get a Cartier thing. [00:41:38] Anyway, let's continue with their rhetoric because the other part is so you're going to get all this free stuff, and we're going to stop people from getting the illegals so we can get them on the dough. [00:41:50] We're the good guys, and we're going to read Lenin while we have super expensive jewelry on, and also we're going to call everybody fascist. [00:41:58] Watch this, Attorney General Keith Ellison from Minnesota. [00:42:04] What's up, team? [00:42:10] Is anybody here to fight fascism? [00:42:16] I'm here to fight fascism. [00:42:18] I am here to fight me some fascism with you. [00:42:22] All right? [00:42:23] Because fascism, I ain't got no use for it at all. [00:42:28] It's really, really getting on my nerves right up in here. [00:42:31] Fascism's getting on your nerves up in here. [00:42:33] Like it's fake, it's fraudulent. [00:42:35] No one in that room knows what fascism is. [00:42:38] When we got to the precipice of fascism, right? [00:42:42] We got right to the edge where we were becoming a fascist country. [00:42:45] And guess what? [00:42:45] That was under Joe Biden when the government was working with big tech, fascism, big government, big industry working together against you, the people. [00:42:55] That's what happened during COVID when they were silencing you, right? [00:43:00] When they were making sure if you said something about the vaccine or you said something about masks or whatever, the government was working with private corporations, giant corporations. === Tucker Carlson Lies Exposed (15:04) === [00:43:09] That's fascism. [00:43:11] They are the fascists. [00:43:13] But think how dumb it's extraordinary. [00:43:15] These people are incredibly dumb. [00:43:17] And in some sense, it's not their fault that they're dumb because they've gone to government schools. [00:43:21] But they show up at a rally and they're all screaming, Yay, we're going to fight the fascists. [00:43:26] And some guy gets up there who never defines fascism or tells you what fascism is or says anything about all the corruption around his state and everything else or the fact that he's for a lot of the mayhem that's gone on all over the place. [00:43:41] And he gets up there and he's glibly like joking, we're going to get the fascists. [00:43:45] And everyone's just applauding. [00:43:46] It's the same thing. [00:43:47] We're going to get the fascists. [00:43:49] Medicare for all. [00:43:50] We don't know what we're doing. [00:43:52] Say more stuff. [00:43:53] Am I clapping appropriately? [00:43:56] Oh, can I? [00:43:56] Oh, a bread line. [00:43:57] That's very exciting. [00:43:59] I would like rye. [00:44:01] Here's Bill Maher explaining to the Democrats that you should probably be better when it comes to the potential assassination of the president of the United States. [00:44:10] If you're one of those people, and there's many in this country who watched that and was disappointed the president wasn't killed, See, they're laughing at that. [00:44:20] You're not a good person or a smart person, but definitely not a good person. [00:44:24] This is mainstream. [00:44:26] I mean, it's funny because I remember when the shoe was on the other foot and the liberals used to always say, and they were right to say it, that a lot of this very violent rhetoric that we hear on the left, it inspires the borderline personality to then do something. [00:44:41] And they were right. [00:44:42] I never thought they were wrong. [00:44:43] But the shoe's on the other foot now. [00:44:46] I mean, it's on both feet, but you've got to own this kind of rhetoric. [00:44:49] And, you know, if you call Trump, this is why I was against this, he's Hitler bull. [00:44:54] I mean, if you really believe that he is a Hitler McPedophile, then you kind of have to kill him. [00:45:02] That's the mentality they have. [00:45:04] Yeah, and that's good, Bill. [00:45:05] I know I was noodling you a little earlier with Newsom, but that's right. [00:45:09] That is right, and that is the danger of all of this. [00:45:11] And might I recommend, maybe we can pull it up for a future show, but when I did not vote for Donald Trump the first time, and we didn't even have a studio at my house yet because we had just moved in and we were building it, I did a live stream on my computer with stolen Wi-Fi from my neighbor. [00:45:26] And it's all choppy, and I'm sitting in the backyard, and they're doing construction. [00:45:29] You can hear crashing and everything. [00:45:31] And even though I didn't vote for Hillary either, I voted for Gary Johnson, the libertarian, and whatever. [00:45:37] But what I said was, guys, we have a moment here, and we better stop calling him Hitler. [00:45:42] We better stop calling all the supporters Nazis and everything else, because it's not what you're doing to him. [00:45:48] It's what you're doing to yourself. [00:45:50] You will never turn around and be like, you know, I guess maybe I've been screaming that that's Hitler over there. [00:45:55] Oh, it turns out that the economy's doing a little better and things. [00:45:58] You know, like things are working out. [00:45:59] Oh, and he's not gassing people. [00:46:02] Whoops. [00:46:03] No, you'll never do that. [00:46:04] So it further explains, actually, the lunacy of what the Democrats have done. [00:46:10] Like, to the backdrop of calling Trump Hitler for 10 years, all of the COVID craziness, Russia, Russia, Russia, all of these insane things, very fine people on both sides. [00:46:18] They ginned up all of these people to think all of these things about Trump while they made their own base dumber and hateful and angry. [00:46:31] And it's, I hate to, man, I'm blackmailing today. [00:46:34] It's gonna get worse. [00:46:35] It's just gonna get worse. [00:46:37] But all right, let's put the left version of it aside for a second. [00:46:40] There's a version of it on the right. [00:46:42] And you know, over the last couple of months, I've been sort of reticent to really talk about Tucker Carlson. [00:46:47] I've done it a couple of times. [00:46:48] I tried privately to broker peace with him and Ben Shapiro and everything else. [00:46:53] It did not work. [00:46:53] But he has become the number one propagandist. [00:46:58] He's not even on the right. [00:46:59] To say he's on the right anymore, I don't even think makes sense. [00:47:01] It's impossible to know what he actually is. [00:47:03] Believes. [00:47:03] But I want to show you a couple clips here because he did a video, he did an interview with the New York Times over the weekend. [00:47:08] Now, I also want to point out that, you know, anytime you have somebody that's on the right that suddenly turns against Trump, what happens? [00:47:16] They get on CNN, Marjorie Taylor Greene, or they get on The View, Liz Cheney, or they get a glowing piece in the New York Times. [00:47:25] And that's what I think the New York Times was trying to do here, but Tucker really stepped in it. [00:47:30] If you are on the right and you turn against Trump, the very people That hated you the day before, who you hated the day before, will suddenly love you. [00:47:38] And Tucker is now experiencing that. [00:47:40] Anyway, he did this interview with a woman by the name of Lulu Garcia Navarro. [00:47:45] And he, it was incredible what was going on. [00:47:47] I tried not to tweet that much over the weekend, but I was watching some of these clips. [00:47:50] He lied so many times. [00:47:51] He was caught in so many lies. [00:47:52] He was so duplicitous. [00:47:54] And everything about him, his affect is fake. [00:47:57] I don't know what's going on there. [00:47:59] Everywhere I go, even playing basketball yesterday morning, I went to this new court. [00:48:02] And somebody asked me, Dave, what's going on with Tucker? [00:48:04] And it's like, I don't know. [00:48:05] I don't know if his mind is muddled because of nicotine. [00:48:08] I think he is down some weird anti Semitic rabbit hole, and I don't really do that sort of thing that often call people anti Semites. [00:48:15] I think he actually now does have Trump derangement syndrome. [00:48:18] I think he is lost without the barriers that Fox News once gave him, some basic bumper, if it was bumper bowling, he had some things that were keeping him somewhat. [00:48:26] There's so much there. [00:48:28] But now I'm going to illustrate. [00:48:29] There's just so much here. [00:48:31] And I don't know what to make of this guy anymore. [00:48:33] Well, I kind of do, but I'll let you decide. [00:48:36] Here he is being asked about when he called Trump the Antichrist a couple of weeks ago, and he denies he did it. [00:48:43] And then, well, take a look. [00:48:45] You've been talking on your show about whether Trump is the Antichrist. [00:48:49] I have not said that. [00:48:50] On your show, the day after Easter, you noted. [00:48:52] He did not put his hand on the Bible during his swearing in ceremony as president. [00:48:56] You said, and I'm quoting, maybe he didn't put his hand on the Bible because he affirmatively rejects what's inside that book. [00:49:02] And then on a recent show, you went further saying, Here's a leader who's mocking the gods of his ancestors, mocking the God of gods, and exalting himself above them. [00:49:10] Could this be the Antichrist? [00:49:13] I actually did not say, Could this be the Antichrist? [00:49:15] Here's a leader who's mocking the gods of his ancestors, mocking the God of gods, and exalting himself above them. [00:49:24] Could this be the Antichrist? [00:49:27] Well, who knows? [00:49:30] I don't know where that comes from, but I know that those words never left my lips because I'm not sure I fully understand what the Antichrist is. [00:49:36] If there's just one, I actually tried to understand it. [00:49:40] I may have said some are asking that. [00:49:42] I'm not weighing in on that because I don't understand it. [00:49:45] Okay, so he has no idea what he just said on his show. [00:49:52] Guys, I don't remember every single thing. [00:49:54] If someone was to randomly quote me on some random thing, is it possible that I would be like, I don't really remember saying that? [00:50:02] It's a pretty damning thing to basically say Trump is the Antichrist. [00:50:06] He did it. [00:50:06] It wasn't that long ago. [00:50:08] And the way he says, I never said that, like he knows he never said it, except he did say it. [00:50:14] And I actually think that this is now baked in with him, his lies to his own audience. [00:50:18] He's getting caught up in his own lies now, but he is intentionally trying to break the brains of his own audience. [00:50:23] Also, like, just think how dumb and dimwitted it is. [00:50:26] You think Donald Trump, really think about this. [00:50:28] Do you think Donald Trump thinks he's bigger than God and more important than God? [00:50:32] The God of gods and everything else? [00:50:34] Or is Donald Trump just a man doing the best he can in this crazy system who has done extraordinary good? [00:50:40] You know, so on one hand, it's like he's the Antichrist, he thinks he's above God, and then Tucker will also tell you, and also, by the way, he's the Antichrist and he thinks he's above God, and also somehow Bibi Netanyahu is manipulating him. [00:50:51] It's like, it's so effing boring. [00:50:54] But the reason I'm showing you a couple of these clips now is to show you that if you have friends that are watching this, like I'm not calling for Tucker to be canceled, he can be on YouTube and he can be on Spotify and everywhere else, but if you have friends that are watching this guy, he is now the number one. [00:51:06] Propagandist, again, quote unquote, on the right, because I don't even know what his political beliefs are anymore. [00:51:12] But what he is trying to do is destroy Trump and the Republicans before the midterms. [00:51:16] And congratulations, you will usher in these wacky leftists, which is actually what I think he wants. [00:51:22] Here he is. [00:51:22] He gets called out because he said that he believes the future will be a violent revolutionary one. [00:51:28] He denies it. [00:51:29] And then, of course, well, you'll see the other video. [00:51:32] This is not fine, is the truth. [00:51:33] So, again, long winded answer to a short question. [00:51:35] But the future that I imagine is not a future in which we're Yelling at each other about race. [00:51:40] It's a future in which people are legitimately revolutionary, maybe even violent on the basis of thwarted economic opportunity. [00:51:50] You said in our previous interview the future that I imagine is not a future in which we're yelling at each other about race. [00:51:55] It's a future in which people are legitimately revolutionary, maybe even violent on the basis of thwarted economic opportunity. [00:52:03] I certainly didn't mean to endorse violence. [00:52:06] I can't imagine I would ever say that intentionally. [00:52:10] I'm amazed. [00:52:11] That you have a tape of me saying that, and I just want to disavow it. [00:52:14] I would never say that intentionally. [00:52:17] I'm amazed you have a tape of me saying it, but it's exactly what you said. [00:52:22] It's exactly what you said. [00:52:25] I'll even try to give you the craziest benefit of the doubt here is that what you may be meant to say is that you don't want violence to come, but it's going to come, or something like that. [00:52:37] I'm going out of my way, man. [00:52:39] Not that you give anybody grace ever when you disagree with them. [00:52:44] I'm amazed you have a tape of it. [00:52:46] Like, what do you mean? [00:52:47] You sat there for the interview. [00:52:49] I don't know how this thing was recorded. [00:52:50] I don't know what's going on with these little widgets inside these fancy computer machines with the glass and the. [00:52:56] I don't know how it all happened. [00:52:57] But if you think those two are bad, this is. [00:52:59] Here he is. [00:53:00] And he's made up so many things. [00:53:02] Do you remember if during the height of the Iran war, he made up one day, we played it on the show, that Mossad agents had been arrested in Qatar? [00:53:09] It was completely made up. [00:53:10] The Qatari government, which loves Tucker because he runs cover for them, even admitted that it wasn't true. [00:53:15] He just made it up. [00:53:16] And then he never, on his show, retracted it. [00:53:18] He never said to his audience, by the way, guys, I got that one wrong. [00:53:21] Or do you remember a month and a half ago when he said the FBI or the CIA was. [00:53:25] He was under investigation. [00:53:26] What happened to that? [00:53:27] He literally just makes things up for his own audience. [00:53:30] But this one is extraordinary because watch him get called out on it. [00:53:32] So, this is about the neocons and Marco Rubio versus JD. [00:53:36] And this is brilliant. [00:53:38] JD has been subject to this is well known, but I'll just confirm it nonstop treachery from people on the neoconservative side. [00:53:48] Who are these people? [00:53:49] Around Marco Rubio. [00:53:51] And they have been totally against JD Vance from the very beginning. [00:53:54] Who do you mean specifically? [00:53:56] You know, I don't know is the real answer. [00:53:59] I don't know. [00:54:00] You're accusing people of treachery, so I'm wondering. [00:54:01] Well, I know there's been a lot of treachery for sure, and I know they've been, they were so mad about JD getting that job. [00:54:07] I mean, they, who's they? [00:54:09] Within the White House? [00:54:10] I don't, you know, I don't know the answer to that. [00:54:13] I've never worked there. [00:54:14] So, like, if you don't work there, you can say, you know, you can say what you think you know, but it's hard to really know. [00:54:19] This is me looking skeptical. [00:54:20] Yeah, well, no, but it's me being honest. [00:54:22] Like, I don't really know. [00:54:23] Well, here's me being honest Tucker Carlson is the biggest fucking fraud and liar involved in media. [00:54:29] He is, he's actually, I believe you, Tucker, that you think a demon. [00:54:33] Assaulted you, and I think the demon won, and we're seeing that. [00:54:36] Do you see what he did right there? [00:54:38] He completely has a theory on something or an idea on something that there's been treachery around the White House. [00:54:43] And what do you say? [00:54:43] It's well known. [00:54:45] There's been well known treachery. [00:54:46] And then she says, Okay, who's doing this well known treachery? [00:54:50] I don't know. [00:54:50] I have nothing to do with it. [00:54:51] I'm not even involved in the White House. [00:54:53] I have no idea. [00:54:53] And he says, It's like, dude, dude, it's so fake. [00:54:58] He's actually giving Gavin Newsom. [00:55:00] Gavin Newsom's better. [00:55:01] I can't believe I'm going to say this. [00:55:02] Gavin Newsom is better at being fake than Tucker Carlson. [00:55:06] Tucker, the second he's confronted with things, he completely reverses course and pretends he has no idea what he said in the sentence previously. [00:55:16] You may remember this one. [00:55:18] But I interviewed Nick Fuentes because I wanted people to think about why this guy is the most popular, much more popular than I am, influencer among young men. [00:55:26] It doesn't. [00:55:27] No, I'm saying that there is a person who is incredibly influential in the society. [00:55:31] Is he incredibly influential? [00:55:32] Like on whatever. [00:55:33] What base are you saying that? [00:55:34] Oh, my goodness. [00:55:34] There's lots of evidence, not only in the reach of what he. Talks about, but also can you name a single member of Congress who's acknowledged his existence or said, I did this because he told me to? [00:55:46] That's a grouper. [00:55:47] I don't know that there's not a single member of Congress who would ever stand hold on, who would ever stand up and say, or even show evidence of being influenced by Nick Fuentes. [00:55:58] Wow, Tucker, I actually admire your duplicitousness in a weird way. [00:56:02] I could never do it. [00:56:03] I don't know how you do it. [00:56:04] So, on one hand, he'll say, I wanted to interview him because he's incredibly influential. [00:56:07] Then, when he's called out on it, is he influential? [00:56:09] Nobody knows who he is. [00:56:10] And even there is a secondary lie. [00:56:12] Because it's not that they're on stage with the guy, but everyone knows that Fuentes and whatever is going on with the Groypers and the evil underbelly of the wacky part of the internet obviously is influencing things. [00:56:23] It's why you, Tucker, are taking the ridiculous positions that you are taking. [00:56:29] But everything, everything about these guys, this one's a bit of a throwaway, but here he is pretending to not know who I am. [00:56:35] Dave Rubin, whoever that is, is he conservative? [00:56:39] Okay, I guess. [00:56:40] Whatever. [00:56:42] You know, it's funny, Tucker. [00:56:43] Is he conservative? [00:56:44] Well, first off, as I often point out, I'm actually not. [00:56:46] Conservative in the strictest capital C sense of conservative, but I do believe that defending my liberal positions has become a conservative value. [00:56:55] Yeah, that's true. [00:56:56] That's true. [00:56:57] But also, Tucker, you blurbed my book on classical liberalism. [00:57:00] Let me read it for you. [00:57:02] Here, I'll even put it. [00:57:03] I know you are a big fan of doing this because it makes you look like you're smart. [00:57:06] Dave Rubin is one of the bravest, smartest people I know, as well as a tremendous television presence. [00:57:12] So, who changed since then? [00:57:13] Is it me or is it you, buddy? [00:57:15] Is it me or is it you? [00:57:16] It's not me. [00:57:21] Tucker also literally walked into my house because I was one of the first people to have the home studio and gone independent. [00:57:28] And I think his actual quote was, Holy effing shit, you did it. [00:57:34] You did it. [00:57:35] The blurb of the book, when he signed his last book to me, said, You're doing it for all the guys stuck at corporate jobs or something like that. [00:57:42] Again, I tried to broker a peace with him and Ben. [00:57:47] But the reason I'm doing this, you know, I don't, as you guys know, I don't like doing the things about people that I've known or I was friends with or just when I've been through just that I knew. [00:57:54] Cenk and Hassan and Candace, and all of these people. [00:57:58] It's weird. [00:57:58] I think about it a lot. [00:57:59] Like, how did this happen to me? [00:58:01] But this guy, he is a fraud. [00:58:03] Like, there were plenty more videos. [00:58:04] We got into it before the show because there were so many of them that it's like, how many times does this guy have to expose himself and people realize he's making things up? === Texas Liberalism Under Siege (12:31) === [00:58:13] There's well known treachery in the White House. [00:58:16] Okay, who's being treacherous in the White House? [00:58:17] I don't know. [00:58:18] I'm not in the White House. [00:58:19] How would I know? [00:58:20] But perhaps what's really going on with Tucker is. [00:58:25] Connected to what I said earlier about the Dems. [00:58:27] The Dems right now are becoming their final form. [00:58:30] We will look back at the old Democrat socialist days of Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren and Pete Buttigieg and think those are the moderates because what really is now happening is that the final red green alliance, the merge between the progressives and the Islamists, the progressives who are not very bright and the Islamists who are not very kind but they are bright and they're using them as the pawns, it's finally coming into its final form. [00:58:55] And ironically, Tucker is doing the same thing on the right. [00:58:57] So here is a video. [00:58:59] Of Christian, he says he's Christian, Tucker Carlson talking about Islam. [00:59:04] Sharia law is bad, Seth. [00:59:06] I don't know if you've heard that. [00:59:07] It's bad. [00:59:08] It's worse than what's happening in New York and Detroit. [00:59:10] It's just bad. [00:59:13] I don't know why. [00:59:14] It's just like years of brainwashing. [00:59:16] I just like travel so much that I see it. [00:59:19] There's not a single Western city that's thriving. [00:59:23] And they're all degrading in exactly the same way. [00:59:27] I'm not Muslim. [00:59:28] I'm not for Sharia law. [00:59:29] On the other hand, compared to what? [00:59:30] Compared to Baltimore? [00:59:32] You know? [00:59:33] Shut up. [00:59:34] Because I travel outside the Western world, the white world. [00:59:37] I'll just be honest, the white world. [00:59:38] I travel a lot in the Middle East. [00:59:41] It's amazing. [00:59:43] It's amazing. [00:59:43] Whatever it's worth, a pretty fervent Christian, and I feel completely comfortable here in the seat of Islam. [00:59:51] Funny, that fervent Christian here in the seat of Islam, Saudi Arabia, where there are no legal churches, or Qatar, where there's about 200,000 native people, and it's basically a modern slave state. [01:00:02] They bring in people from Indonesia, they literally take away their passports. [01:00:06] They have a secondary slave thing, and he claimed he was buying. a house there. [01:00:10] But okay, you're right. [01:00:12] Baltimore is pretty screwy, and so is Los Angeles and New York, and we can do it. [01:00:16] But your alternative is okay, so let's have Sharia law. [01:00:19] How's that going for the women? [01:00:21] How's that going for the other minorities? [01:00:24] How's that going for people that don't want to pay a jizya, a tax, for not being Muslim? [01:00:29] Like, what are you saying? [01:00:30] And he's doing this in the name of Christianity? [01:00:33] Like, what? [01:00:34] What? [01:00:37] Just go with the next one. [01:00:38] People make the case. [01:00:38] The irony for me has always been that. [01:00:41] You know, if the jihadists ever took power in this country, the first people who'll be rounded up and executed, probably slowly, would be liberals, would be secularists, would be gays, would be the very same people who are always making excuses for radical Islam. [01:00:53] It seems almost like masochism to me or self hatred. [01:00:57] So, how is it that Tucker from 20 years ago or so understood what was going on here? [01:01:01] He understood that the Red Green Alliance, that the progressives were going to usher in something that was going to be deeply anti liberal and anti freedom and anti everything that America stands for. [01:01:12] That guy's on the complete opposite side of that now and lying about quite literally everything. [01:01:17] Like, is it just the nicotine? [01:01:19] You know, he's taken 50 grams of nicotine every day and it's completely fried his brain. [01:01:22] Like, all right, I'll go with that as good a theory as anything else. [01:01:26] Has he secretly converted to Islam? [01:01:28] I don't know, maybe. [01:01:29] Well, I can do it with this Tucker. [01:01:30] I could just say everyone knows that Tucker's a treacherous guy who's converted to Islam and obviously is high on nicotine all day long. [01:01:37] Everyone knows that. [01:01:38] Like, of course, everyone knows. [01:01:39] How do I know? [01:01:40] Well, somebody told me somewhere and I can confirm it with I spoke to my dog who. [01:01:45] But the problem is, the problem here. [01:01:48] Is that Donald Trump, and I've said this for a long time? [01:01:50] Donald Trump and MAGA now represent the last thing that will keep America unified in that he is holding liberalism and conservatism together. [01:01:58] We all get the obvious ways he's holding conservatism together, right? [01:02:02] Reverse Roe v. Wade, strong border, et cetera. [01:02:04] He's holding liberalism together. [01:02:05] He doesn't care about the social issues as much, so he's able to bring in people like Bobby Kennedy and Tulsi Goward, et cetera. [01:02:12] So he's doing something rather magical. [01:02:14] Now, the problem is that the people on the far left, Represented by Abdul Syed and Hassan Piker and that crew, and now the people on the far right. [01:02:23] But again, it's not really right. [01:02:25] The Tuckers are trying to take that out. [01:02:27] And when we take that out, it will give us exactly what I think Tucker wants, which is he would prefer that a place like Baltimore be run under Sharia law than Democrat rule. [01:02:39] And ironically, in some sense, there could be some reasons for it, except it's a false binary, right? [01:02:43] We could also have a place that's run by Republicans that's safe and clean and everything else. [01:02:47] Also, when he says he goes around this country and he never sees places flourishing, Yeah, okay, Tucker. [01:02:52] I mean, everyone knows where you live in Florida. [01:02:54] Like, it's pretty flourishing. [01:02:56] And you can come over to here in Miami and see what's going on. [01:02:58] But if this thing that Donald Trump's trying to hold over breaks, you know what we get? [01:03:03] Well, we get what Tucker might actually want. [01:03:05] It's happening right now in Texas. [01:03:11] Welcome to Epic 2.0. [01:03:20] Epic City is more than just a neighborhood. [01:03:23] It's a way of life. [01:03:25] A meticulously designed community that brings Islam to the forefront. [01:03:33] With single-family homes, multi-family townhomes and apartments, senior living, and in the heart a mosque and a school. [01:03:46] Parks for Eid prayer, carnivals and community events. [01:03:50] We ask Allah to help us complete this project. [01:03:54] You might want to ask Tucker Carlson. [01:03:55] He's rolling in dough from the Qataris. [01:03:57] I heard it somewhere. [01:03:58] Someone told me that. [01:03:59] So you may want to see if he'll throw it in. [01:04:01] Not sure if that's legal. [01:04:03] What do you mean? [01:04:04] So is everyone there going to be Muslim? [01:04:05] Are you going to let any Christians in? [01:04:07] Are Jews going to be allowed to live there? [01:04:08] And if you have a, you know, like a fund, a community fund, and it's going to go to the mosque, that doesn't sound legal because people shouldn't be forced into that. [01:04:16] And all of this, all of that aside, look, people can live in large, you know, like you go to this area. [01:04:21] Okay, there's more evangelicals that live here. [01:04:24] There's more Jews that live here. [01:04:25] There's more Muslims that live here. [01:04:26] In and of itself, That actually is okay. [01:04:28] But when you start building communities that are basically where you know everyone's going to vote exactly the same way, and how's that going to work out for everybody else? [01:04:37] And Texas has a ton of these right now. [01:04:40] This is a couple months ago, Greg Abbott, on what's going on with one of these cities. [01:04:43] Well, in part by that statement, but also in part by information that we've gathered, there appear to be multiple violations that have taken place here. [01:04:52] One is information has been provided to investors that appears to be misleading, another is they appear to be in violation of. [01:05:00] Fair housing laws. [01:05:02] Also, we found that, you know, they talk about doing all this building, but they don't have any building permits to actually do any building, and they have challenges even getting those building permits. [01:05:13] Believe this or not, we've even received information that they may have been conducting a funeral home without legal authority. [01:05:21] Bottom line, Laura, is that there are so many questions arose, especially information that we received, that led us to need to call the elite Texas Rangers to conduct a criminal investigation to find out if. [01:05:35] Criminal laws in Texas have been violated. [01:05:38] All right, so the reason I wanted to show you that video, and you may remember we've shown you that once or twice before, it's from a few months ago, is that Abbott, who's basically pretty good on this stuff, he was trying to fight this. [01:05:48] Well, update a Travis County judge sided with the Muslim city developers and said the state's workforce commission must comply with the development. [01:05:56] So there will be a place built in Texas that has Sharia law outside of the Constitution of the United States. [01:06:04] And I think to wrap this all together, let's show you a little bit further how this. [01:06:09] This alliance and now this horseshoe theory of politics comes together. [01:06:13] So, Mehdi Hassan, who is an awful, he is another one of these Islamist types. [01:06:18] He is genuinely an awful human being, radically against everything that is good about America. [01:06:25] Here he is, and he loves, he and his relatives, they love Tucker now because Tucker seems to either hate America or he definitely hates Israel. [01:06:34] He doesn't like the Jews or something, but it's enough for Mehdi. [01:06:37] These days, Tucker Carlson has a big fan base amongst the anti war left. [01:06:41] who see him as saying the right stuff, trying to stop Trump from illegal wars in Iran, and amongst a lot of Muslims and Arab Americans who see him now as this great champion of Palestine. [01:06:50] Wherever I go, literally, wherever I go in this country, I do a lot of live events. [01:06:54] I do a lot of public events. [01:06:55] People come up to say, what are you doing on Tucker Carlson? [01:06:57] What are you doing to do an event with Tucker Carlson? [01:06:59] Why don't you do a collab with Tucker Carlson? [01:07:00] We love Tucker Carlson. [01:07:01] Wherever I go, people ask me more about Tucker Carlson, even in my own family, than they ask me about my wife and kids. [01:07:05] So you get it. [01:07:06] What unites them more than anything else? [01:07:08] They might disagree on abortion. [01:07:09] They might disagree on taxes. [01:07:11] They might disagree on welfare state and everything else, but they're aligned now. [01:07:15] They're aligned now because really what it's about for these guys is Israel somehow, right? [01:07:20] As long as you hate Israel, we are good to go. [01:07:23] So it's why Tucker brings on all these people who are on the left and he glazes all of them as they rant and rave about Israel and the Jews and how much they hate Trump and everything. [01:07:33] As long as you do that, he won't ask you a thing about any of the other things you disagree with. [01:07:38] But if he brings on Mike Huckabee, we know how that went. [01:07:41] If he brings on Ted Cruz, we know how that went. [01:07:43] So this is. [01:07:45] What these guys have created, and everyone who is a decent American, it doesn't matter if you disagree with me about Israel, who cares? [01:07:51] But if you can't see what is really happening here and that the propagandists are working overtime right now, you better wake up sick. [01:08:00] You better wake up quick because, well, you'll see why I said sick in a second, but you better wake up quickly because we could lose it all very quickly. [01:08:07] And now to why I just said the word sick. [01:08:09] I just want to mention quickly, and please throw in a prayer if you've got one. [01:08:13] My friend, and more importantly, the greatest mayor that this country has ever seen, Rudy Giuliani. [01:08:18] Who, as you know, I lived in New York City during 9 11. [01:08:20] This man is a hero beyond hero. [01:08:21] It's been one of the great joys of my life that I've become friends with him in adulthood. [01:08:25] And he's been on the show many times, and we've had dinner many times. [01:08:28] And he's a wonderful, wonderful human being. [01:08:30] You may have heard that he's in the ICU right now. [01:08:32] I think we have some breaking news on that, but here's a quick Fox report. [01:08:36] We're back with a Fox News alert. [01:08:38] Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani has now been hospitalized in critical but stable condition. [01:08:43] In a statement to Fox News Digital, a representative to the former mayor says, quote, Mayor Giuliani is a fighter who has faced every challenge in his life with unwavering strength. [01:08:52] And he's fighting with that same level of strength as we speak. [01:08:56] We do ask that you join us in prayer for America's mayor. [01:09:00] We'll continue to monitor his condition and bring you any updates, of course, praying for him in his family. [01:09:05] All right, so let me just read you. [01:09:07] Donald Trump actually broke it last night on truth. [01:09:09] Our fabulous Rudy Giuliani, a true warrior and the best mayor in the history of New York City, by far has been hospitalized and is in critical condition. [01:09:17] What a tragedy that he was treated so badly by the radical left lunatics, Democrats all, and he was right about everything. [01:09:23] They cheated on elections, fabricated hundreds of stories, did anything possible to destroy our nation, and now look at Rudy, so sad, President Donald J. Trump. [01:09:31] You know what? [01:09:32] I'm going to skip. [01:09:32] We were going to play a video of me and Rudy, but I'm going to pause that for now because hopefully Rudy will be better. [01:09:37] He's 81 years old. [01:09:39] I think we have a quick update. [01:09:41] Do we have that? [01:09:41] Yeah. [01:09:42] This is from Jane Zirkel on X, an update on Rudy Giuliani. [01:09:46] Newsmax has learned that Giuliani is being treated at the ICU in a Florida hospital near his home and was placed earlier Sunday on a ventilator after experiencing severe respiratory distress. [01:09:57] We're going to skip the video I was going to play of me and Rudy together. [01:10:00] There'll be plenty of time to do that. [01:10:02] But Rudy, I am praying for you. [01:10:04] I hope everybody that does pray, you can just take a moment because he is a great man and the guy that turned New York City into the best version of itself. [01:10:14] And when you think about where New York City is right now, really at its lowest point, unfortunately, because there's still lower that it can go. [01:10:21] But he's a great American and a great hero. [01:10:23] And we love you, Rudy, so hang tight. [01:10:25] All right, guys. [01:10:25] Thanks for watching. [01:10:26] It was between that and the little black pearl. [01:10:28] Pilling early. [01:10:29] This wasn't the standard Monday show. [01:10:30] All right, I'll make it up to you tomorrow, I promise. [01:10:33] Reminder DaveRubin.com slash events. [01:10:34] Come see me, DeSantis, Shapiro, Corolla, Jillian Michaels. [01:10:38] It's going to be a blast, I promise you, like no live show you've ever seen before. [01:10:42] Post game show 30 seconds, RubinReport.locals.com. [01:10:45] Ciao.
