Rubin Report - Dave Rubin - Iran Cries Uncle After Trump’s Unexpected Shock Move Traps Them Aired: 2026-04-15 Duration: 01:00:33 === Tax Day and War Crimes (01:38) === [00:00:28] War criminal. [00:00:29] Crazy wench. [00:00:30] The way you achieve that is with a diplomatic agreement. [00:00:33] We signed a piece of paper, Iran signed a piece of paper. [00:00:35] I've killed the father, killed the wife, where he denied being a tree. [00:00:38] I am no tree. [00:00:40] This is what I'm trying to listen to a Democrat makes sense. [00:00:43] All right, guys, I'm Dave Rubin. [00:01:10] This is the Rubin Report. [00:01:12] It's Tax Day, April 15th, 2026. [00:01:15] Did you send in your papers? [00:01:17] Did you do what you were supposed to do? [00:01:19] Were you a good and honorable citizen? [00:01:23] And did you write off all of the necessary things? [00:01:29] Oh, hey, you got it. [00:01:31] Hey, what happened to my stereo? [00:01:32] It's all smashed up. [00:01:34] That's right. [00:01:34] Now it looks like it was broken during shipping, and I insured it for $400. [00:01:39] But you were supposed to get me a refund. [00:01:41] You can't get a refund. [00:01:43] Your warranty expired two years ago. [00:01:46] So, we're going to make the post office pay for my new stereo now? [00:01:49] It's a write off for them. [00:01:51] How is it a write off? [00:01:52] They just write it off. [00:01:54] Write it off what? [00:01:56] Jerry, all these big companies, they write off everything. [00:01:59] You don't even know what a write off is. [00:02:04] Do you? [00:02:05] No, I don't. === Blockade and Middle East Deal (14:38) === [00:02:07] But they do. [00:02:08] And they're the ones writing it off. [00:02:12] I love that scene. [00:02:13] For some reason, if you ask me what is my favorite scene in all of Seinfeld, it might be that. [00:02:18] It's making an astute point via comedy, but they do, and they're the ones who are writing it off. [00:02:24] Anyway, I hope none of you will go to jail because of the shady things you did this year. [00:02:29] It is what it is. [00:02:30] You got to pay some taxes. [00:02:32] Although, if you're in a place like this, the free state of Florida, at least you don't have to pay state income tax, and soon we will be removing property tax. [00:02:38] Pretty sweet. [00:02:39] We'll be contrasting that in the second half of the show with some of the things going on in New York City, because quite literally on tax day, Moron Zamboni decided to announce more taxes are incoming and the people who are creating are fleeing in mass numbers. [00:02:52] We'll get to that in a little bit. [00:02:54] Obviously, we're going to do a bit about the Iran war. [00:02:56] We've got some corruption stuff coming out of Cali. [00:03:00] Eric Swalwell is in deep, deep doo doo. [00:03:04] That and more. [00:03:05] Let's dive right in. [00:03:07] Let's start with Stephen Miller, White House spokesman, obviously, was on Jesse Waters last night. [00:03:12] And I think he did a nice job here of addressing that there is a set of people. [00:03:16] As you guys know, the lefties, no matter what Trump does, they're going to go crazy. [00:03:19] Mainstream media, no matter what Trump does, they're going to go crazy. [00:03:22] If Trump does something that they wanted him to do two weeks ago, and then that's what he accomplishes, they'll hate that thing. [00:03:28] But what Miller's really referencing here are the panic ins. [00:03:33] And he's talking about the people on the right who seem to think the sky is falling, right? [00:03:37] They're in a chicken little situation. [00:03:39] The sky is falling all the time. [00:03:41] Trump doesn't know what he's doing or he's compromised or anything else. [00:03:44] And everyone, please just calm down. [00:03:49] Never listen to a panic in Jesse. [00:03:53] You will do very well in life. [00:03:55] Ignore the panic in right, they're the ones who warned of calamity in Venezuela and ended up being one of the greatest single foreign policy, military, geopolitical maneuvers in world history. [00:04:11] What you're watching now in Iran with the implementation of this blockade is the total resetting of the American power dynamic for the next a hundred years, and so President Trump. [00:04:22] Has put Iran in a box. [00:04:24] He's played the checkmate move. [00:04:26] And so now, no matter what path Iran chooses, America wins. [00:04:30] If Iran chooses the path of a deal, then that's great for the world, that's great for everybody. [00:04:34] If Iran chooses the path of economic strangulation by blockade, then the world will pass Iran by. [00:04:42] I've told you before, I like this phrase, panic, and like just this set of people that constantly think disaster is looming around the corner. [00:04:49] That's not to say you shouldn't be worried sometimes. [00:04:51] It's not to say mistakes won't be made, et cetera, et cetera. [00:04:54] But remember, there were people who thought Venezuela was going to be an absolute disaster. [00:04:58] All of the tariffs were going to cause a recession. [00:05:01] Didn't happen. [00:05:02] We have better deals now coming in. [00:05:04] All of the people who said you couldn't close the border. [00:05:07] I mean, if nothing else, anyone who ever supported Trump should have basically his unwavering support for him going forward because he did the most important thing, which was closing the border. [00:05:19] Deportations, et cetera. [00:05:21] They always think everything is the worst of everything. [00:05:23] Everything is horrible all the time. [00:05:25] But as Miller points out, either Iran is going to now make an agreement, right? [00:05:29] We had a couple days in Pakistan, JD and Kushner, et cetera, went over there. [00:05:33] They couldn't match up, right? [00:05:35] We didn't think it was necessarily going to happen in 48 hours in Pakistan. [00:05:39] Both sides left. [00:05:41] Now we've got a blockade on the Strait of Hormuz. [00:05:44] So we are in control of this massive waterway, which controls a huge amount of the world's exported energy, particularly what comes from Iran, and much of it, about 14 percent. [00:05:57] Of China's energy comes from Iran, and 80% of what Iran exports is going there. [00:06:03] There is now a situation where we are in control of it. [00:06:07] So, will Iran come back to the table? [00:06:09] The answer is likely yes. [00:06:11] Here's a bit more on the blockade situation. [00:06:14] We are keeping an eye on maritime traffic into and out of Iran. [00:06:18] CENTCOM confirming within the last hour, no ships have made it past the U.S. blockade of Iranian ports in the first 24 hours. [00:06:27] And six merchant vessels complied with orders by U.S. forces to turn around. [00:06:32] Meanwhile, Pakistan is offering to host the next round of negotiations after peace talks fizzled over the weekend. [00:06:39] We've got a live report from the Middle East later on this hour. [00:06:42] All right. [00:06:42] So this is called leverage. [00:06:45] As always, Trump 101, say something crazy, have a negotiation, walk away, apply leverage, see what people come back with. [00:06:56] So there's nothing crazy going on here whatsoever. [00:06:59] I do want to just recap what I said before, just in case I think I said it correctly, but I want to be totally sure on this. [00:07:05] China gets 14% of its total energy from Iran, and that goes through the Strait of Hormuz. [00:07:12] 80% of what Iran is exporting is going to China. [00:07:17] Does that make sense to you? [00:07:19] Very little, almost nothing, it's a totally negligible amount, especially because we're drilling again and we have Venezuela, of the energy that's going through the oil that's going through the Strait of Hormuz has anything to do with the United States. [00:07:29] So that's not to say it can't affect global markets, but you can see what we're doing is putting leverage over China here. [00:07:35] And that is why, what, five, six days ago, China basically at the last minute forced Iran to go meet with the Americans in Pakistan because they were like, we got a problem here. [00:07:46] We need this energy. [00:07:48] Now, as I've said for the last couple of weeks, part of what's going on here also is because we've Taken out Khomeini. [00:07:54] Khomeini, too, is not doing so well. [00:07:56] Apparently, he's a closeted homo who is in a coma now. [00:08:00] It's a lot going on there. [00:08:02] I'm not making that up. [00:08:03] Then we took out all the other guys. [00:08:04] So it was like, who are we dealing with? [00:08:06] You know, first tier, third tier. [00:08:07] Where are we at? [00:08:08] Here's Trump on News Nation saying that we are now talking to the right people, finally. [00:08:13] So the last we heard from the president was saying that there was a call from the quote, appropriate people there, assuming that be the right people in Iran to strike a deal. [00:08:21] And then now we've got these talks about potentially a second round of negotiations. [00:08:25] But of course, Nicole, all this happening against the backdrop. [00:08:27] Of that ceasefire deadline looming here and the U.S. blockade on the Strait of Hormuz remaining. [00:08:32] Nicole. [00:08:33] All right, so that wasn't Trump. [00:08:34] Obviously, that was them explaining what's going on here. [00:08:36] Here's Trump talking about why he did what we did, what he did, and where he's at. [00:08:41] I had to divert because if I didn't do that, right now you would have Iran with a nuclear weapon. [00:08:48] And if they had a nuclear weapon, you would be calling everybody over there, sir. [00:08:52] And you don't want to do that. [00:08:54] Well, you keep saying was. [00:08:55] Is this war over? [00:08:57] I think it's close to over, yeah. [00:08:59] I mean, I view it as very close to over. [00:09:01] You know what? [00:09:02] If I pulled up stakes right now, it would take them 20 years to rebuild that country. [00:09:09] And we're not finished. [00:09:10] We'll see what happens. [00:09:11] I think they want to make a deal very badly. [00:09:14] Again, I mean, this is just standard Trump negotiation. [00:09:17] We have done, again, it will be looked back as a military marvel what we did in basically 30 days, right? [00:09:26] The two most powerful air forces in the world, the American and Israeli Air Force, went in, took a country, a massive, massive country with all sorts of geography and mountains and everything else and underground bunkers and nuclear sites that are underground and all of that stuff. [00:09:41] And we took them out in days and then controlled it for 35 days while they randomly fired rockets all over the place. [00:09:49] Like there was no chance for all the people that Iran won the war. [00:09:52] You didn't win a war when all of your leadership is gone. [00:09:55] Your Navy is at the bottom of the ocean. [00:09:57] You don't have an Air Force anymore. [00:09:59] Your command and control has been completely, completely obliterated. [00:10:02] Now, another part of this, and this is, I've said it for weeks, this is the part that I think is going to be key to all of this. [00:10:07] When the Iran thing ends, and it is going to end, maybe it'll take to the summer, but it is going to end. [00:10:16] The fighting basically has stopped at this point. [00:10:17] Now there's a blockade. [00:10:19] But when there's some sort of peace deal signed, the culmination of all of this, the next part of all of this is that the rhetorical map of the Middle East is going to be redrawn. [00:10:29] Many of those Arab and Gulf states are looking at Israel right now, going, hmm, it's not Israel that's attacking us. [00:10:34] As a matter of fact, Israel was kind of defending us amidst this, and Iran was launching rockets into these 13 countries. [00:10:40] So one of the interesting things happening yesterday is that the Iranian and Israeli ambassadors, not the Iranian, the Lebanese ambassadors, And Israeli ambassadors met in D.C. with Marco Rubio for the first time in years and years and years. [00:10:54] And as I talked about yesterday, Lebanon basically is a failed state because Iran has used Hezbollah, a terrorist organization, to run the country. [00:11:02] And that is not good for the people of Lebanon, which was a largely Christian nation that over the years has been Islamized. [00:11:09] They don't want that anymore. [00:11:10] But thanks to Trump and thanks to the Israeli military fighting Hezbollah, there is finally a chance for Lebanon to now take their country back. [00:11:20] Here is the Israeli ambassador to the U.S., Yahil Leiter, talking about Israel and Lebanon getting on board and really being on the same page when it comes to Iranian terror. [00:11:31] Talks began with a statement, a very encouraging statement, Secretary of State Rubio. [00:11:36] I was honored to sit around a negotiating table with His Excellency Michelle Issa, United States ambassador to Lebanon, and to Her Excellency Nadal Hamadi, the Lebanese ambassador to Washington. [00:11:53] We discovered today that we're on the same side of the equation. [00:11:57] And that's the most positive thing we could have come away with. [00:12:01] We are both united in liberating Lebanon from an occupation power dominated by Iran called Hezbollah. [00:12:11] Okay, so this is super interesting. [00:12:13] And I know it's a little like insider baseball of Middle East stuff. [00:12:16] But you have the ambassadors of Lebanon and Israel, which are technically at war, saying, hey, we're actually on the same side. [00:12:25] It's not that the Lebanese people hate the Israelis. [00:12:28] Or the Israelis hate the Lebanese people, it's that you've had a terrorist organization, an Iranian Shiite finance terrorist organization known as Hezbollah, in charge of Lebanon. [00:12:38] So finally, finally now the conditions are being created for Israel and Lebanon to say, hey, Hezbollah, you gotta go. [00:12:47] And by the way, we now have a blockade of the Strait of Hormuz. [00:12:50] You know what that does? [00:12:51] It creates a financial situation for Iran where they can't finance these things. [00:12:56] I think the numbers yesterday, every month that we have a blockade of the Strait of Hormuz, Iran will lose $13 billion. [00:13:04] At some point, that adds up. [00:13:06] I'm not, you know, I know today's tax day. [00:13:08] I'm no accountant, but you keep adding that up, it turns into something. [00:13:10] I thought this is a bit of a throwaway, but I thought it was kind of funny. [00:13:13] Just the state of things. [00:13:13] You know, I always say how if the United States doesn't do anything, then only bad guys will, right? [00:13:18] So if the United States doesn't lead the world, and thank God it still does, China will lead the world. [00:13:23] Russia will take a bigger role, et cetera. [00:13:25] But then there's all these other countries. [00:13:27] You got UK and France and all these European countries that, you know, they say things, but none of it matters. [00:13:32] I thought this was a nice throwaway by the Israeli ambassador regarding France, which has just become utterly irrelevant. [00:13:40] Did Israel make a concerted, active effort to keep the French away from these negotiations? [00:13:46] Well, I hope we won't have to make a concerted effort, but we certainly don't want the French anywhere near these negotiations. [00:13:52] We'd like to keep the French as far away as possible from pretty much everything, but particularly when it comes to peace negotiations. [00:13:58] They're not needed. [00:13:59] Yeah, they're not needed, and they're irrelevant, right? [00:14:03] What could the French or the British do? [00:14:05] They could maybe, as I keep saying, what do they love? [00:14:08] What do these people love? [00:14:09] They love, here's a piece of paper. [00:14:10] Doesn't matter if anyone does anything, but we signed a piece of paper. [00:14:13] We all feel good. [00:14:13] You want to go get lunch? [00:14:15] That's what these guys do. [00:14:16] So the fact that they've been pushed away. [00:14:17] And you have three party talks, and it's really the only three parties that matter. [00:14:22] You've got Israel and Lebanon, the two, you know, in essence, warring parties who don't really want to be at war. [00:14:27] And then you've got the Americans, who are the only ones that can actually do anything about anything. [00:14:33] JD Vance, who's really been quite literally bouncing all over the world for the past week, he did an event with Turning Point USA yesterday, and he was asked a question about Trump and foreign policy in the Middle East, and I thought this was quite good. [00:14:47] To respond to this guy here, he said, I believe he said the administration supports a genocide in Gaza. [00:14:55] And here's my response to that. [00:14:57] When we came in, the humanitarian situation in Gaza was an absolute catastrophe. [00:15:04] You know who's the person who got a peace agreement in Gaza? [00:15:07] Donald J. Trump. [00:15:08] So if you want to complain about what happened in Gaza, So if you want, sir, to complain about what happened in Gaza, why don't you complain about Joe Biden in the last administration? [00:15:23] We're the administration that solved that problem. [00:15:26] Yeah, and that's true, and everyone knows that, right? [00:15:29] The Biden administration was hampering Israel the entire way. [00:15:32] You may remember that clip. [00:15:34] I mean, that just utterly insane clip that is the perfect example of Kamala Harris when she goes, I've studied the maps of Rafah. [00:15:42] Don't go. [00:15:43] Don't go. [00:15:44] Sort of like her saying and Biden saying don't to Iran. [00:15:46] And then Israel was like, well, we're going in because our people are underground somewhere there, and the leader. of Hamas is there and they killed him and got some of their people back. [00:15:54] Like that's what was happening before Trump. [00:15:56] Trump came in, exerted pressure on Hamas, and then what happened? [00:16:00] Israel got their people back. [00:16:02] And then what happened? [00:16:03] The war quite literally ended the next day. [00:16:05] Israel didn't want to be there for two years. [00:16:07] They wanted their people back as every sovereign nation would. [00:16:10] Literally every single person watching this. [00:16:12] Imagine if you or someone you know was kidnapped by another nation. [00:16:15] You would want your nation to do everything possible. [00:16:18] That's what Trump enabled Israel to do, and that's what the Biden administration was hampering. [00:16:21] I also would just add as a slight throwaway, JD probably should have said, well, there was no genocide. [00:16:26] 75,000 people were killed. [00:16:27] 50,000 of them were Hamas fighters. [00:16:29] And they were hiding people under houses and hospitals. [00:16:33] And it was the most insane urban warfare ever. [00:16:38] But let's just punt that for now. [00:16:40] All right. [00:16:41] We're going to leave the Iran stuff and Middle East stuff there. [00:16:43] Now we're going to come back to our shores in just a second. === Kidnapping and Sovereign Nations (09:33) === [00:16:45] But on this tax day, let's talk about Tax Network USA. [00:16:50] Do you owe back taxes or have unfiled returns? [00:16:53] No matter how it started, the problem's only going to get worse. [00:16:56] Penalties grow, interest adds up, and the IRS is already taking action through wage garnishments, bank levies, and more. [00:17:03] That's where Tax Network USA can help. [00:17:36] By the way, I should note that yesterday at the end of the show, I decided to give away one of my doodling crazy things that I'm constantly drawing when I'm doing the show here. [00:17:45] It's sort of like, you know, I'm working with you guys over here and whatever else my brain has, I'm doing a little of this and getting through the notes and everything else. [00:17:53] We signed them and we're sending them out. [00:17:54] I'm usually going to send them to locals members, but commenters, get in there, and if you want one, we'll figure it out, whether it's Rumble or YouTube. [00:18:00] We'll figure out how to contact you. [00:18:02] You know, you got to say something thoughtful. [00:18:04] Don't just say, I love you, Dave, or something. [00:18:06] Give me something thoughtful about the show, why you're watching it, enjoying it, et cetera, and we'll sign them, we'll date them, and we'll get them out to you. [00:18:12] Okay, let's jump back to our shores. [00:18:14] One of the big things happening right now, and this has been one of the great accomplishments that, again, the panicans refuse to acknowledge of the Trump administration, which is that we are eliminating fraud. [00:18:24] Doge did a hell of a Job working on the federal government side of things, and now there's a state version of it. [00:18:30] Much of it started because of, as you know, Nick Shirley, a kid with one of these, walked into a couple leering centers, as they were called, in Minnesota, and realized that there was an insane amount of Somali fraud. [00:18:44] Once that story broke, what happens? [00:18:46] Tim Walz, who almost was vice president, decides he's suddenly not going to run for governor again because he's caught up in it. [00:18:53] The attorney general's caught up in it. [00:18:54] Ilhan Omar's obviously caught up in it. [00:18:57] And now we're realizing that there is massive statewide fraud across the country. [00:19:01] Most people are saying, and we played some videos of Dr. Oz talking about this and Scott Besson talking about this recently, most of it is coming out of surprise, surprise California. [00:19:11] Here's Will Kane over on Fox talking about a new bill that a state assemblywoman is pushing through to criminalize the people who expose the fraud. [00:19:23] Look, we're all for stopping fraud, but at the same time, his wife, Democrat assemblywoman Mia Banta, Is pushing a bill critics say could make it harder to expose fraud. [00:19:34] It's called the Privacy for Immigration Support Service Providers. [00:19:39] Critics are calling it, though, the Stop Nick Shirley Act. [00:19:43] What would it do? [00:19:43] Well, it would let eligible individuals keep their home addresses confidential. [00:19:49] It would also ban the sharing of photos or personal information that could lead to any type of harassment or harm online. [00:19:56] And it allows victims to seek $4,000 in damages and subjects The violators to fines of up to $10,000 or even a year in jail if you are found in violation of the privacy for immigration support service provider. [00:20:12] All right, so it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see what's going on here. [00:20:15] Lefties like this assemblywoman who want to make it as difficult as possible to deport illegals want to make sure that the government won't be able to find addresses, won't be able to look at social media posts, photos, et cetera, and will have some way to be compensated financially if the government does try to do anything. [00:20:35] Here's Nick Shirley on what they are calling the Nick Shirley Act. [00:20:39] What do you think? [00:20:39] Is this the Stop Nick Shirley Act in California? [00:20:44] Yeah, they're making it, they're trying to make it so citizen journalists or just average Americans who are going about seeing what's happening inside their community, they're trying to scare them from talking about potential fraud taking place inside of these communities. [00:20:58] And like, I mean, think about it. [00:20:59] They're literally willing to impose a $10,000 fine or imprisonment if you go and seek to find out the truth about a location that could potentially be fraudulent inside your own neighborhood. [00:21:12] I love that he's got the quality Leering Center sweatshirt on. [00:21:15] But look, you know, It's just so obvious when you watch him. [00:21:18] He's just some young guy who kind of stepped in it. [00:21:21] Does he strike you as someone that really wants fame or whatever has come in his way right now? [00:21:26] He just went to Minnesota and was like, something ain't right here. [00:21:30] Started asking some questions. [00:21:31] And now he's, you know, Trump is number one enemy of the left. [00:21:34] And, you know, you got a couple people, you know, JD, Marco. [00:21:37] OK, fine. [00:21:38] But Mick Shirley is probably top 10 enemy of the left right now because he's exposing fraud. [00:21:44] We should all be for exposing fraud unless you're a fraudster, in which case you probably wouldn't want that. [00:21:50] Here he is talking a bit about what's going on in Cali, and the numbers are completely bananas. [00:21:56] You obviously have Skid Row there. [00:21:58] That's been a big issue for years. [00:22:01] But then you have $24 billion that just went missing for the homeless that went unaccounted for. [00:22:06] What? [00:22:07] Have you not heard about that? [00:22:08] No. [00:22:09] Over $24 billion went uncounted for to fight homelessness. [00:22:12] Are you saying million or billion with a B? [00:22:15] Billion with a B. [00:22:16] Yeah, it's billion with a B. [00:22:18] And we've shown you videos over the years. [00:22:20] Maybe we'll play it on tomorrow's show. [00:22:21] Gavin Newsom, it's literally about 20 years ago when he was mayor then of San Francisco, before he became governor, talking about his plan to get rid of homelessness and all the money he would need. [00:22:33] And all it did, all of these giant government programs, they just make everything worse. [00:22:38] You guys create the conditions. [00:22:40] For drug addicts to get more drugs, for homeless people to stay on the streets. [00:22:45] You don't create economic conditions that allow people to flourish, so there are less jobs, which then mean people need more government services. [00:22:53] And then on top of just the general money laundering and massive amounts of fraud. [00:22:57] And for anyone that's watching this, like, go to LA. [00:23:01] Well, don't go to Skid Row. [00:23:03] Do not go to Skid Row. [00:23:04] And if you do, go bring a mask. [00:23:05] And I'm not a mask guy. [00:23:06] But like, go to San Francisco and see what's going on. [00:23:09] Go to Philadelphia and see what's going on. [00:23:10] Go to these Democrat cities and see it for yourself. [00:23:13] It's not that fun. [00:23:14] I would rather go to the beach. [00:23:15] Come to Florida if you want to have fun and enjoy yourself and be safe in a flourishing place with sane people. [00:23:20] But if you're in the mood for a vacation that would be a nightmare where you'd potentially be injected with something on the street and then become a fentanyl addict, that's where you should go. [00:23:27] You see the point? [00:23:29] Here is Nick on exposing a daycare center in California that had zero people checked in. [00:23:35] Now we are here outside of Healthy Life Adult Daycare. [00:23:40] This place, over the past few years, has built $19.8 million alone. [00:23:47] Now let's go see if I can enroll my grandma because she needs some daycare. [00:23:52] And this right here is the entrance of a building that's received over $19 million. [00:23:58] No adults are here. [00:23:59] I wouldn't doubt that adults do come, but $19 million. [00:24:05] No, nobody's here already. [00:24:06] You have to come back tomorrow. [00:24:08] And could we get like a brochure to enroll our grandma into this location? [00:24:12] I don't have anything. [00:24:14] Can anyone give us a brochure? [00:24:17] Do you guys realize what's going on here? [00:24:19] $20 million of your money went to that place. [00:24:23] That's just one. [00:24:23] Remember a couple of weeks ago, we showed you the video of Dr. Oz going also in Los Angeles and Van Nuys to all of these hospice care places, and there's nobody in any of them. [00:24:33] And you look at that place, $20 million government dollars. [00:24:36] There's literally nobody there. [00:24:38] They have folding tables. [00:24:39] That piano was quite nice. [00:24:40] It might have been a vintage piano, so maybe they spent a couple of dollars on that. [00:24:43] And then there's one woman sitting in the back. [00:24:45] And they don't even have a brochure so that you can get in. [00:24:49] They're not even trying hard. [00:24:50] Like, if we can't take these people out, if we can't get a case closed on this, then we probably deserve everything we're getting. [00:24:56] Here's Scott Besant talking to Nick Shirley about the amounts of money that we think are just wandering through the system right now. [00:25:05] We think it could be $250 to $500 billion, so roughly 10% of the total federal budget. [00:25:12] Is it fair to say that for the past four years, we are getting looted from fraudsters? [00:25:18] 100% accurate. [00:25:19] If you're receiving public assistance, how do you have a Mercedes? [00:25:22] How do you have a BMW? [00:25:23] Yeah. [00:25:24] So again, these people that are driving these crazy cars, there's nobody at their hospices nor their adult daycare centers. [00:25:31] Like, it is obvious. [00:25:35] $250 to $500 billion a year, 10% of the total federal budget. [00:25:43] So, might I offer something to the Democrats on this tax day? [00:25:46] You guys love high taxes, and we'll have more on that in a little bit. [00:25:49] You love them. [00:25:50] And you love having more of our money and you love your government programs. [00:25:54] Let's pretend for a second, and this is total pretend, we're just doing a thought exercise here, that any of that worked. [00:26:00] Let's pretend it worked. [00:26:01] It doesn't, but I'll grant you it for this little adventure that we're going to take, this little lark that we're going to do right now. [00:26:07] Let's pretend any of that worked. [00:26:09] How about you still take care of the fraud, thus need less of our money? [00:26:14] But you guys want our money and also don't want us to look at the fraud. === Campaign Funds and High Taxes (15:14) === [00:26:18] So, what does that really tell you? [00:26:20] It tells you that. [00:26:22] We have a party, it's not to say the Republicans are great, but we have a Democrat party that is just a giant money laundering scheme. [00:26:32] Watch Ozark on Netflix. [00:26:34] That's what the Democrats are, probably with more murder and more rape. [00:26:38] And speaking of rapists, Eric Swalwell, he was trying to be president, that didn't work out, was trying to be governor of California, that's not going to work out, and will not be congressman anymore either, because now a fifth accuser, her name is Lana Drews, says that Eric Swalwell drugged and raped her. [00:26:57] On the third occasion, I believe he drugged my drink. [00:27:05] I only had one glass of wine. [00:27:14] He, we were supposed to go to a political event, and he said he needed to get paperwork from his hotel room. [00:27:23] When I arrived at his hotel room, I was already incapacitated and I couldn't move my arms or my body. [00:27:37] He raped me and he choked me, and while he was choking me, I lost consciousness. [00:27:50] And I thought I died. [00:27:53] Okay, it's obviously quite horrific. [00:27:56] She, as I said, is the fifth accuser, but there's also all of these staffers now that are signing on to things, saying that everyone's known it. [00:28:03] A lot of people are saying this was the biggest secret, or the biggest kind of open secret in all of D.C. There's also the point that this guy banged a Chinese spy named Fang Fang, and she literally helped staff his office. [00:28:19] Here's Will Kane on Lana, who was just speaking right there. [00:28:22] How now she is now talking to detectives. [00:28:24] News alert right now, Lana Drews, the woman accusing Eric Swalwell of drugging and raping her, is currently speaking to detectives with the LA County Sheriff's Office. [00:28:33] This after holding a press conference this afternoon announcing her intention to do so. [00:28:37] She is the fifth woman who has accused Swalwell of sexual misconduct, and we're still awaiting a statement from Eric Swalwell after this latest allegation. [00:28:46] All right, so look, Swalwell's in a lot of trouble. [00:28:49] It's absurd. [00:28:49] I just, as I mentioned yesterday, I just don't understand, like, the The sort of psychological confusion, I guess that's what you would call it, of someone who could do so many horrific acts as a public servant and think they were going to get away with it, knowing, I mean, the video we showed you where it appears that he's with a sex worker and there's other people in the room and they're videotaping, like, how? [00:29:08] But it's the same thing as Hunter Biden and many other people. [00:29:11] We did once see years ago, this is about four years ago probably, we were in DC for a bunch of shows and we saw Eric Swalwell at Palmer Steakhouse having dinner. [00:29:19] I did not go up to him, but Joseph just said something to me that apparently. [00:29:24] Did something happen with you and Eric? [00:29:26] Here, come closer so the people can hear you. [00:29:29] Here you go. [00:29:29] Here you go. [00:29:31] Dave, he farted on me. [00:29:34] Wow. [00:29:38] Getting an Emmy today, I can tell you that much. [00:29:41] So you see, there's just a lot going on here. [00:29:43] Now, interestingly, his best friend in Congress is Arizona Senator, his best friend in the government is Arizona Senator Ruben Gallego. [00:29:57] And here's Ruben basically throwing Eric under the bus, saying that he was fooling him the entire time, too. [00:30:04] Eric Swell lied to all of us. [00:30:07] He lied to the most powerful people in this country. [00:30:11] And they trusted him. [00:30:12] They trusted him with some of the most sensitive spots in our government, whether it was on the Judiciary Committee, Intel Committee, impeaching Donald Trump. [00:30:22] And that clouded my judgment, my friendship with him. [00:30:25] How did you not know about the allegations? [00:30:27] So, considering you chaired his presidential campaign, wouldn't some of this have come up? [00:30:31] Some of those allegations predated when he ran for office. [00:30:34] Again, this man led a double life. [00:30:37] He lied to us. [00:30:37] He lied to his family, lied to his constituents. [00:30:42] Even before he ran, he was trusted with some positions that normally we would never think someone like this could do if they're leading that double life. [00:30:50] All right. [00:30:51] Listen, I don't believe that Gallego didn't know about any of this. [00:30:54] Like, they were best friends. [00:30:55] You didn't know. [00:30:56] Like, I've been to D.C. enough. [00:30:58] For any of you that have ever been to D.C., especially when Congress is in session, you see all of these people. [00:31:04] You do. [00:31:05] I actually would recommend, you know, I was joking about going to Philly and L.A. and San Francisco and some of these crap holes. [00:31:09] D.C., you can still go to D.C. D.C. is worth seeing. [00:31:12] Well, it's quite clean right now because of what Trump did. [00:31:14] And it's safe and everything else. [00:31:16] But D.C. going for the history and taking a White House tour and going to the Capitol and going to the Jefferson Memorial, which is a little off the beaten path, but it happens to be my favorite, or going to the Washington Memorial, the Lincoln Memorial, and the Vietnam War Memorial. [00:31:27] I mean, all of these things that are just spectacular and incredible and worth seeing. [00:31:31] But anyone that's ever been there knows that if you just go out, go to a nice steak joint at night in D.C., and you're going to see everybody. [00:31:38] We literally saw Swalwell there. [00:31:40] They're all there, they're all talking. [00:31:42] The idea that he didn't know he was the head of the Swalwell presidential campaign. [00:31:47] And you're just telling me that Gallego, it's just in the last two days that suddenly all of these people come out, and then immediately, if you're his best friend, I mean, that's what they've said, that they're best friends, you're just like that, you're going to throw them under the bus. [00:32:00] There's no way that would be if you know anything about honor, unless you knew that something was going on, in which case you're not a very honorable guy. [00:32:08] Here is Ruben Gallego contradicting Nancy Pelosi, because, well, take a look. [00:32:14] Some Republicans and others are saying that Democrats turned kind of a blind eye, that they knew what He was up for commerciality. [00:32:20] That is absolutely positive. [00:32:22] It's true that they may say that, but it is absolutely not true. [00:32:25] You had no idea. [00:32:26] None whatsoever. [00:32:27] None whatsoever. [00:32:28] But look, we all heard rumors in Washington, D.C. about Eric Swallow for many years. [00:32:34] So Nancy Pelosi, the head of the thing, who everyone, every article written about her is she's such a genius political operative. [00:32:40] She knows everything about everything. [00:32:42] She knows exactly how to wield power and what the pressure points are. [00:32:45] She had no freaking idea. [00:32:46] Nobody told her anything, right? [00:32:48] And she's going to all those restaurants too. [00:32:50] And believe me, the whole game is blackmail and everything else. [00:32:53] She had no idea. [00:32:54] And then there's Gallego, who was in charge of the guy's freaking presidential run, going, We all heard it. [00:32:59] Well, if you heard it and he was your best friend, did you want to ask him, Well, were you raping? [00:33:02] Were you drugging and raping people? [00:33:04] Because I'm going to put my name on this presidential thing that we're doing here. [00:33:07] But no. [00:33:08] Let's counter a lot of these Democrat clowns with a representative who's doing a great job, who I talked about yesterday, Representative Anna Polina Luna, right here from Florida, talking about how this is just the beginning of what is going to be exposed when it comes to Congress. [00:33:23] You mentioned that you were anticipating that more members would either be expelled or forced to resign. [00:33:28] Obviously, there's probably information that, because of investigative reasons, you can't divulge. [00:33:32] But can you give us an estimation, a number of how many you think may be soon to depart? [00:33:40] Probably two. [00:33:41] And it'll probably happen the week of the 21st. [00:33:44] Sheila McCormick has been found, I guess, guilty on 25 different violations, stealing of $5 million in FEMA funds. [00:33:52] I don't think the Democrats are going to vote to protect her. [00:33:55] In fact, I know they won't. [00:33:56] The votes are there. [00:33:57] And there's another member of Congress that the Speaker is looking into the Congressional Ethics Report on that I'm finding is pretty alarming. [00:34:06] All right. [00:34:07] So Anna Paulina Luna strikes me as fairly obvious. [00:34:10] You know, she said something to me. [00:34:11] I think I said this yesterday on the show. [00:34:13] But she said something to me when I interviewed her last time about how, you know, she came in here, she did a job, and she wants to go home and be a mom and do other things in her life. [00:34:21] Like, she's just coming in for a reason without the desire to be a lifelong politician. [00:34:25] And in a sense, that in some ways is what you want out of your politicians. [00:34:29] It was never supposed to be that these people were supposed to be in D.C. for 40, 50 years because then they become part of the very thing that they all swear that they're going to change. [00:34:37] Someone that comes in and says, you know, I'll be here for a term or two, I'm going to do what I can, I can't fix everything, but maybe I can angle things in a little bit of a better way. [00:34:44] And that strikes me as what. [00:34:45] She's trying to do here. [00:34:46] Here she is talking about how Swalwell may have used campaign funds for the prostitutes. [00:34:53] Um, look, there's been a lot of reports you've heard about people knowing information on the Hill, but there was some information brought to my office specifically. [00:35:00] I did obtain forensics on that now infamous video in the hotel room. [00:35:05] Um, I am hearing that there is an investigative report coming out that he used his campaign funds to pay for that. [00:35:11] There's also been allegations that potentially the person that filmed that video was potentially a minor. [00:35:17] All of these things obviously coming to my office, but I am going to be handing over to the FBI because they are, to my understanding, now asking Mr. Swabble to come in and talk to them. [00:35:26] Again, I just don't understand how you could be so sloppy. [00:35:29] Like, so sloppy while it's so, like, just for you're an anybody. [00:35:33] You're just anybody in life. [00:35:34] You're not a politician, you're not a public person or anything. [00:35:36] Like, but if you're married, let's say, like, just being so freaking sloppy, it's an underage person videotaping it, you're using funds that you shouldn't use. [00:35:45] Like, don't, I don't have Zelle or one of those things on my phone. [00:35:49] I try to keep all that crap off my phone, but I assume you can switch accounts. [00:35:52] Did he just not switch it? [00:35:53] Oh, here's campaign funds, Eric Swalwell's money. [00:35:56] Could you, I assume it's a slide or a click or a, Something dash move over. [00:36:01] Like, how do you pay for the prostitute? [00:36:04] Anyway, here's FBI Director Kash Patel, who is no fan for a long time of Eric Swalwell. [00:36:09] He wrote this Eric Swalwell has maintained that none of the allegations against him are true, and now that he's resigned, we would welcome him to sit down with the FBI and share any information he has. [00:36:20] We also encourage and welcome any person with relevant information to speak on these matters with us. [00:36:25] Doors open and 1 800 call FBI. [00:36:29] So that's interesting. [00:36:30] Okay, so again, Swalwell. [00:36:32] Swalwell knows he did something wrong because not only is he not running for governor, he stepped down, right? [00:36:36] Like, if you didn't do anything wrong, you'd be fighting it. [00:36:39] So he's done something wrong. [00:36:40] Now, the level of illegality, minors, drugs, rape, I suppose we will find out some of those things. [00:36:47] And Anna Polina seems to think that they have some forensic evidence around some of that. [00:36:52] But I somehow doubt that Eric will be cooperating with the FBI. [00:36:57] You may remember this from a congressional hearing in September of 2025. [00:37:03] On the audiovisual capabilities. [00:37:05] I'm going to borrow your terminology and call bull your entire career in Congress. [00:37:10] It has been a disgrace to the American people. [00:37:12] You can reclaim your time all you want. [00:37:14] Chairman, you're going to allow a witness to speak this way? [00:37:18] I think it's fair to say those two don't like each other very much, and I can't imagine that Swalwell is going to be cooperating with the FBI on this stuff. [00:37:24] But he's, look, he's toast. [00:37:26] He's a terrible person. [00:37:28] Whatever happens with Cali, like, I don't know if he was going to win in Cali. [00:37:31] Whatever happens with Cali, likely still will just go the wrong way. [00:37:35] It kind of is what it is, and we'll see what shakes out with some of these other congressional members. [00:37:38] Let's jump to New York because it is tax day. [00:37:41] And Moron Zamboni, who is the communist Islamist leader of New York City right now, there is nothing that he likes more than your money. [00:37:50] And he promised all sorts of free things like free buses and grocery stores and everything else. [00:37:55] And then he got into office, said he's going to need more money for everything, and is now not giving those things. [00:38:00] There are no free buses. [00:38:01] And guess what? [00:38:02] There won't be any free grocery stores or government. [00:38:06] There won't even be any government run grocery stores. [00:38:09] Free ones, but he wanted government run because we all know that would work out really well. [00:38:13] There won't be any of those until 2029. [00:38:16] During our campaign, we promised New Yorkers that we would create a network of five city owned grocery stores, one in each borough. [00:38:26] Today, we make good on that promise. [00:38:29] Oh, today we make good on that promise? [00:38:34] Well, not today. [00:38:34] Can we say your first question one more time? [00:38:37] When the store will be open. [00:38:38] So let me go with that. [00:38:41] This store will be open in 2029. [00:38:43] The reason that we're announcing it first is because unlike other stores, this will be built from the ground up. [00:38:48] We are talking about a vacant lot that is about one or two blocks over there that is currently laying vacant. [00:38:53] It is city-owned. [00:38:54] We're going to build it from the ground up. [00:38:56] Do you see how ridiculous these people are? [00:38:58] So there are no free buses in New York City right now. [00:39:01] There is rampant crime in New York City. [00:39:03] It's still a sanctuary city. [00:39:05] There have been several Islamic terrorist attacks. [00:39:09] And those free and government run grocery stores that he was promising, the first one won't kick in until 2029 when, ironically, he's up for re election. [00:39:18] And it's going to cost $30 million because they're building it from the ground up. [00:39:23] Having lived in New York City for about 20 years, I can tell you there are so many crappy grocery stores. [00:39:30] Go to a Gristiti's, they literally have cockroaches crawling out of the cereal. [00:39:36] Take over one of those. [00:39:37] You're telling me you can't do this for under $30 million? [00:39:40] And it's going to take you three years to do one. [00:39:42] And also, the idea there's going to be one in each borough. [00:39:46] How many people live in all five boroughs of New York City? [00:39:49] Get me the numbers on that. [00:39:50] There are going to be five grocery stores, one in each of the five boroughs. [00:39:54] How many in all the boroughs of New York City? [00:39:57] Get me the rough numbers. [00:39:58] It is 8.4 million people. [00:40:04] 8.4 million, five grocery stores. [00:40:06] That's going to go well. [00:40:08] He put up this this morning on tax day. [00:40:10] This mother. [00:40:12] Son of a. [00:40:14] We will be taxing the ultra wealthy and global elites. [00:40:17] And he is retweeting Kathy Hochul, who wrote, If you can afford a multi million dollar second home in New York City, you can afford to join its residents in supporting the greatest city in the world. [00:40:29] So they want more of your money. [00:40:31] It's interesting that he wrote the ultra wealthy and the global elites there. [00:40:35] So the global elites, I mean, a lot of the global elites don't live in New York City. [00:40:38] You're going to try to figure out a way to get them too. [00:40:41] But again, just to the backdrop of the story that we just covered, all the fraud stuff. [00:40:45] They just want more of your money. [00:40:46] So, for them to build a grocery store, I saw several real estate, New York City real estate people talking about this on X this morning. [00:40:53] You should be able to build a grocery store for about 10 million bucks. [00:40:57] It's going to cost the government 30 and it's going to take them three years. [00:41:00] In the private sector, no one would ever waste that amount of time nor money. [00:41:04] You've already taxed the rich to the nth degree. [00:41:08] They are paying between federal, state, and city tax over 50% of their money. [00:41:14] They are now leaving and now becoming. [00:41:16] Because of that, you are looking for more money elsewhere. [00:41:18] And then your response to that is, we're going to still come after you and you're going to threaten people on X on tax day. [00:41:25] And then what happens? [00:41:26] I thought this was just, this is just perfect chef's kiss. [00:41:29] Uh, this is from Panic Selling on X. [00:41:31] We will be taxing the ultra wealthy. === Revolution and Unlimited Greed (08:18) === [00:41:33] That's the line from Mom Dami. [00:41:35] And then what happened? [00:41:36] Well, the ultra wealthy lists New York City penthouse sale. [00:41:39] Uh, they just launched the real time price drop tracking for New York City. [00:41:44] 192 penthouses or high end, uh, condos. [00:41:48] Uh, already dropped their prices. [00:41:50] That's 40 million dollars that were wiped out. [00:41:52] The biggest one, the biggest drop on, you know, on one property was 3 million dollars. [00:41:57] So think about what's happening here. [00:41:59] The people who already pay the vast majority of the money are being forced out. [00:42:06] And as they're being forced out, their properties that they have to sell to get out are worth less because nobody wants to come in and buy them because they're just gonna be the next people who get taxed. [00:42:17] It, it, it is so mind-numbingly ridiculous. [00:42:21] You'd have to be a Democrat to believe it. [00:42:23] Here's Democrat Rohkana, because if the Democrats know how to do anything, it's make a government program for everybody that will work for nobody, in this case, healthcare. [00:42:32] the moment has finally come for national health insurance. [00:42:36] Why? [00:42:37] Because people now realize you cannot have health care linked to your job, not at a time where your job may change or where you may lose your job. [00:42:45] We need Medicare for all. [00:42:47] That's a better system with better outcomes where health care is guaranteed to every single person from the day they are born. [00:42:55] For our young people to assure career opportunity is not limited by your family's wealth, we need free college and free trade schools. [00:43:03] Man, these guys are just evil. [00:43:05] They are just evil. [00:43:06] And I know I've sat down with you several times, Roe, but I include you in that. [00:43:09] So, first off, he says that Medicare has better outcomes. [00:43:12] I would like you to talk to him. [00:43:13] Call up your grandma today. [00:43:14] If you're watching the show, call up grandma. [00:43:16] Grandma, how are you doing? [00:43:17] What's going on? [00:43:18] What do you have for lunch? [00:43:19] Did you play Mahjong with the girls? [00:43:21] How's Medicare going for you? [00:43:23] There is nobody that thinks Medicare is going well. [00:43:25] But what the Democrats do is they say nice things health care for everybody, Medicare for everybody, implying that, oh, it's just a thing and you're entitled to other people's services. [00:43:34] And if we just give that Thing to everyone that everything will be better. [00:43:38] And there is no evidence of it in the history of the world anywhere at any time. [00:43:42] And then the last sentence he said there also, they want to make sure you have college that is affordable for everybody. [00:43:48] We are literally on the AI robotics revolution. [00:43:51] They are going to be putting all sorts of people out of work, and you want more lesbian basket weavers. [00:43:56] What are you talking about, you lunatics? [00:43:59] Less people should be going to colleges. [00:44:01] People should be, I don't know, investing differently. [00:44:03] You could do the Trump accounts so that you could put some money in and the government will help you grow that money. [00:44:08] Within the market, so that you, when you're 18 years old, maybe if your parents hopefully guided you the right way and you had some decent education, which probably didn't come from a public school, maybe you'll start a business or figure out something that you want to do or have some money to put down on a house, et cetera, et cetera. [00:44:25] But it's interesting because what they want, they want to tax the high hell out of you and they want to punish you for success. [00:44:30] And then what does Moron Zamboni want? [00:44:32] Well, he wants, what does he want? [00:44:33] Free childcare, right? [00:44:35] So free childcare. [00:44:37] And that sounds nice. [00:44:38] Oh, free childcare. [00:44:39] Well, free, that sounds right. [00:44:40] And childcare, that sounds nice. [00:44:42] Except that is how you will create a generation of government run clones, right? [00:44:46] And then you put them in schools where they learn that girls are boys, that America is evil, blah, blah, blah. [00:44:51] And then they want to now, what Roe is saying, we want to extend that now. [00:44:54] We want to send everyone to college. [00:44:56] And yet, look what college has done to several generations of kids who are now communists and Marxists and jihadists, furries and other assorted freaks. [00:45:08] Speaking of freaks, this guy, Hassan Piker, who we've shown you a couple of times, who, again, I worked with at the Young Turks, an awful, awful. [00:45:15] Human being. [00:45:16] Here he is at Yale giving a speech on how when the communist USSR fell, that was one of the greatest catastrophes of the 20th century. [00:45:25] You might need a, if you're, maybe put a pillow sort of near your head as you're listening to this because you might want to bash your head against the wall. [00:45:32] The fall of the USSR was one of the greatest catastrophes of the 20th century. [00:45:40] Just wait, listen, maybe you'll agree. [00:45:44] Not only was there incalculable harm done to every single country under its banner, child prostitution. [00:45:54] Skyrocketing suicide rates, life expectancy plummeting. [00:45:59] But America was no longer contested around the globe. [00:46:05] And it is precisely because of the end to that multipolarity that we saw accelerated neoliberalism that is devastating every Western nation right now. [00:46:19] Unlimited and unchecked greed. [00:46:22] All right, this guy, I am telling you, this guy, watch out for this guy. [00:46:27] He is trying to lead the revolution. [00:46:29] He is young and influential. [00:46:31] They're now putting him in a suit and trying to clean up his image. [00:46:34] This is the same guy that we've shown you the video many times said America deserved 9-11. [00:46:38] Same guy who on Twitch was telling his young audience that they don't have to be suicide bombers anymore. [00:46:42] They can just buy Chinese drones to blow up things in America. [00:46:46] He is a horrific, evil revolutionary human being, but also just nonsensical, nonsensical. [00:46:55] When the USSR fell, First off, if you want to just from an American perspective, we then had a 20 year run, a boom from the day the wall went down, the 80s into the 90s, into the early 2000s. [00:47:09] We had an unbelievable economic and success boom. [00:47:12] What he doesn't like is freedom. [00:47:15] He didn't like that some of those countries started to gain sovereignty, right? [00:47:19] The USSR falls, then you start getting independent nations. [00:47:22] They all had their own struggles, and some of them have come out better than others, and Ukraine and all of those things. [00:47:28] But what he's basically saying is there was no more multipolarity, that we handed the world to America. [00:47:33] And guess what, guys? [00:47:34] America's the last force for good. [00:47:37] What they want, they want China to, this is a guy, he literally was in China last month. [00:47:42] We played it. [00:47:43] And he was in China walking, I think, near Tiananmen Square, saying he has, what did he say? [00:47:47] He, I have no pride about being an American or I have nothing good to say about America while he was in China. [00:47:52] And the only reason I'm showing you this is this is a guy that's now sitting down with all of the Democrats. [00:47:58] America deserved 9-11. [00:48:00] America should not lead the world, blah, blah, blah, like evil. [00:48:04] And speaking of evil, here he is sitting down with a woman who married her brother and created illegal immigration fraud and who also went into Congress worth less than $100,000. [00:48:13] Now suddenly she's worth $30 million, had a fake wine store, a whole bunch more. [00:48:17] Yes, you know who I'm talking about, and here they are together. [00:48:20] I think we do have a real opportunity to make some significant changes and build a real left caucus in the party and hopefully maybe even bully some other Democrats into coming on board with positions that they previously would never have the moral courage to openly fight for. [00:48:43] Good luck, Dems. [00:48:44] He's dressed like a communist. [00:48:45] She's dressed like an Islamist. [00:48:47] That's the future for you guys. [00:48:49] And might I offer a little something for the panic ins, for those of you on the right, again, that might have a perfectly principled position against what Trump's doing with this or that or the other thing, Iran, et cetera. [00:49:00] You're going to hand it to those people. [00:49:02] Is that what you want? [00:49:04] So, you may not be thrilled with Trump right now. [00:49:06] I think I've laid out repeatedly why you should be, but if you aren't, you aren't. [00:49:10] That's okay. [00:49:12] But do you want those people in charge? [00:49:14] Because we are about six months away from them taking over. [00:49:19] Because if they get the House, Trump will be impeached. [00:49:23] We will have two years of Republicans then going, the Trump thing's over, we're going to abandon him too. [00:49:28] And then we will get another generic Republican who will likely lose to someone like Abbott Newsom or perhaps someone much worse. [00:49:36] Although I don't think Joe Biden will be running again. [00:49:38] They did bust him out yesterday, and he had this rather interesting moment. [00:49:44] And by the way, I always want to turn around to one guy and say, Barack, what are you doing? === Culture Wars and Political Takeover (10:30) === [00:49:52] Come here. [00:50:00] I feel like he should be standing on the right and I should be standing on the left. [00:50:04] Hey, did you just look at Brock? [00:50:07] Anyway. [00:50:08] You know, a lot of people were going, that was going crazy viral because everyone was like, ah, he just picked a black guy. [00:50:15] I will say in this case, that is one of the most cogent things Joe Biden has done in the last 47 years. [00:50:21] That guy, can we get it? [00:50:22] Can you throw back to the guy for a second? [00:50:24] In this specific case, it wasn't just. [00:50:26] Grabbing a random black guy. [00:50:28] Like, if it had been a big fat black guy, you'd go, that doesn't, that guy kinda looks like Obama. [00:50:35] So there we are, Dave Rubin, giving credit where credit is due, mind muddled, ridiculous presidency, all of that aside, had a little sense of humor there, and the fact that he even remembered what Obama looked like, I'll give him credit for that. [00:50:51] Let's jump back across the pond. [00:50:53] We started in Iran, we've done a bunch of America related stuff. [00:50:56] Let's talk about Europe right now, because particularly Western Europe, as I keep saying, is seriously. [00:51:02] Seriously screwed. [00:51:03] They do not know how to defend themselves. [00:51:05] They don't know how to protect their sovereignty. [00:51:07] They have long lost the culture wars, and it is getting worse in certain places. [00:51:12] I thought we'd start this segment with a quote that I often use from Andrew Breitbart. [00:51:16] Politics is downstream from culture. [00:51:19] Over the last couple of years, I've been adding a line to that, which is that culture is downstream of immigration, meaning if you bring in a bunch of people via legal or illegal, but likely illegal immigration, who don't Want to mesh into your society, they will change the culture. [00:51:34] And then once the culture is changed, well, politics is downstream from culture, you're going to change the politics. [00:51:40] You want to see a place where this has gone completely mad, and I mean 100% crazy town. [00:51:46] Spain, which is now run by a communist, they have decided that they are going to let in 500, they are going to make legal 500,000 illegals. [00:52:00] And the answer obviously is because the Party in power, the communists want to stay in power. [00:52:04] But here is Spain's migration minister, Elma Saiz, announcing they've got amnesty on the way for many more. [00:52:10] It's one of the major milestones of this legislative term. [00:52:14] It involves the definitive and final approval of the royal decree that will launch an extraordinary regularization process for many thousands of undocumented migrants who are currently already living in our country. [00:52:25] This permit will be valid for an initial duration and period of one year. [00:52:29] Once this period has elapsed, individuals will be eligible for the categories set out in the immigration regulations, enabling them to integrate fully and progressively into the system. [00:52:39] You must have been present in Spain prior to the date of January 1st, 2026, and you must have also resided continuously in Spain for at least Five consecutive months at the moment of your application, while having no criminal record and not posing a threat to public order or national security. [00:52:55] Evidence of your legal residence in Spain may be shown by using any public or private document or a combination of both that is easily verifiable and sufficiently validates the duration of your stay in our country. [00:53:06] Man, this lady, I'm telling you, in a couple months from now, when she's getting gangbanged by a bunch of North Africans, can we put the Curb Your Enthusiasm music to that? [00:53:14] Because, oh my God. [00:53:15] Also, the criteria for this. [00:53:17] So, you basically just have to come to Spain before 2026, right? [00:53:23] So, if you're here for the last four months, Spain, and for the last four months, you're screwed, but they'll let those people in too. [00:53:28] And you only had to be there for five months. [00:53:30] So, they are rewarding. [00:53:31] They are saying, if you came here illegally, welcome aboard. [00:53:35] You are being rewarded. [00:53:36] It is absolutely insane. [00:53:39] But I now want to connect this back to that quote that I just read you, which is that politics is downstream from culture. [00:53:44] If you have a rotten culture or a culture that is confused about all of the issues, you can't expect the people to elect the proper. [00:53:51] Politicians, thus your political layer will get crushed. [00:53:55] The UK is probably the best example of that because Britain, it is so sad what has happened to that country. [00:54:02] This is from the BBC, which of course is the government run news outlet over there. [00:54:07] Well, it's news and entertainment, I suppose. [00:54:10] BBC's new comedy short about four Somalis in detention. [00:54:13] It's called Proper Lady. [00:54:15] So these are four Somali high schoolers who are in detention. [00:54:20] And okay, now look, anyone can make a show about anything. [00:54:23] That's just fine. [00:54:23] But this is now being pushed by. [00:54:26] The BBC, and we have a clip. [00:54:28] I think we do. [00:54:29] It's almost been 10 minutes. [00:54:30] If no teacher shows up, we're legally allowed to leave. [00:54:34] Assalamu alaikum ladies. [00:54:37] Oh my days, Salma, do you have nothing better to do? [00:54:40] When a sister salams you, you're supposed to say, Wa alaikum assalam. [00:54:45] Get a job, a real job, unique. [00:54:48] Guys, tea, crumpets, something, at least a couple of them have bad teeth, otherwise you'd have no idea it was British. [00:54:55] You see why this is a. [00:54:56] It's not a problem in and of itself. [00:54:58] You can make movies and TV shows about anything, but that happens to be the BBC, which is, again, government funded and operated. [00:55:04] But over time, when you just don't see British people in TV shows anymore, and there's been many examples of this where things happen and they literally flip the race of the person who did it, depending on whether it fits the narrative or not, anything, you lose the country. [00:55:17] What happened to Downton Abbey? [00:55:18] Bring back Downton Abbey, the Crawleys. [00:55:22] If you have not seen Downton Abbey, you guys can't. [00:55:25] You guys won't watch it. [00:55:27] You like all your shows with them. [00:55:29] There's barely any guns. [00:55:30] I can't even think of a gun. [00:55:31] Maybe in one of the movies there was a gun. [00:55:33] There's no explosions. [00:55:34] People. [00:55:34] Oh, there's a problem upstairs. [00:55:36] Oh, you've got a problem. [00:55:37] I've got a problem. [00:55:38] Oh, my child died of this disease. [00:55:40] We don't have a cure. [00:55:41] It's awfully cold. [00:55:42] Get me there. [00:55:43] Me bollocks are all in. [00:55:45] Me knickers are in the. [00:55:46] It's just great if you haven't seen it. [00:55:48] It's just wonderful. [00:55:49] Let's talk about immigration here in the United States because we are trying to do it a little better. [00:55:55] We have closed our borders and we are doing some deportations. [00:55:59] And I would say, maybe equally as important as those two actual things, we are messaging about it properly. [00:56:05] Here's JD Vance on that. [00:56:07] And look, I'm married to the daughter of immigrants from India, and I love my in laws, and they're great people, and they've been great contributors to the United States of America. [00:56:16] But I also think that when you become an American citizen, whether your family is nine generations of lineage in the United States or whether your family has zero generations of lineage in the United States, one of the responsibilities that we must expect of citizens, and of course, it's always hard to talk in specifics about your situation because I don't know about it, but one of the obligations of citizens is that you have to think about the best interest of the country. [00:56:41] And not the country you came from beforehand, and not of any sort of any group that you came from, you've got to think of yourself as an American. [00:56:50] The system only works if everybody thinks of themselves as an American. [00:56:54] Yes, and that is what the melting pot is that you come here. [00:56:58] JD is not saying that his wife Usha can't wear traditional Indian clothes or celebrate traditional Indian holidays. [00:57:09] The Diwali episode of The Office, one of the best. [00:57:13] It's not that you can't do that. [00:57:14] It's not that you can't come here and be Italian and get in the mafia. [00:57:18] It's how you get it. [00:57:19] Like, of course, you can be part of whatever your community is, eat your foods, bring your culture here, but bring it into the tapestry of what is America. [00:57:27] And what is America? [00:57:29] It's the great catch all because it's about freedom and individual rights. [00:57:33] So if you come here, like Ilhan Omar has come here, and many of these new people come here, if you come here and demand that our culture bow to your culture or that you're going to take advantage of our culture and money launder and all these other things, Or have no go zones or cities that don't respect other people like Dearborn, Michigan. [00:57:53] Like, go try to be a Jew or a Christian in Dearborn, Michigan and see how that works out. [00:57:57] Like, all of, if you don't do any of that, then America will just, America will literally become the thing that all of our ancestors fled in the first place. [00:58:06] We are a young country, just about to have our 250th anniversary. [00:58:10] And just because it's been pretty good for 250 years doesn't mean it will be going forward. [00:58:15] And that is the great challenge for all of us. [00:58:18] So, what we really need to figure out here. [00:58:20] Is how we can all be better for the country. [00:58:23] Stop asking the country for things, but what can we do for the country? [00:58:27] Is there a video of a guy who said that in a much more beautiful way than I did? [00:58:31] And so, my fellow Americans, ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country. [00:58:47] And you know what's crazy about that video from JFK? [00:58:51] He was a Democrat then, and that is quite literally the 180 opposite of what a Democrat says now. [00:58:57] The Democrat now, what does the Democrat say now? [00:59:00] We want more of your money. [00:59:01] We want government programs. [00:59:03] We want to take from you and do other things, whatever the hell we want to do with it. [00:59:09] So, JFK, if JFK was alive right now, he would be in MAGA. [00:59:14] He would be on the Republican side of things. [00:59:15] It doesn't mean he would agree with everything that Trump does. [00:59:19] JFK, RFK, you get it? [00:59:21] That's what the Kennedy family was about. [00:59:23] And RFK came in, and you see why it makes sense. [00:59:28] So that's the challenge. [00:59:29] We have to unbrainwash a generation. [00:59:31] We have to protect our borders. [00:59:33] We have to protect our culture. [00:59:35] We have to get some wins before November, and then everything will be okay if we can just do that. [00:59:41] So, you know, get cracking, people. [00:59:43] Post game show 30 seconds, Ruben Report. [00:59:45] Locals.com. [00:59:45] Oh, and here is today's. [00:59:47] Wow, it's another doozy. [00:59:49] It's just a lot of concentric circles. [00:59:51] This is what I listen to Democrats, and it just the hand starts going nuts. [00:59:55] We'll take a look in the comments on Rumble, YouTube, locals, et cetera, and we'll get this out to somebody. [00:59:59] I will sign it and date it. [01:00:04] See you tomorrow. [01:00:05] Eric Swell lied to all of us. [01:00:08] He lied to the most powerful people in this country. [01:00:12] And they trusted him, they trusted him with some of the most sensitive spots in our government, whether it was on the Judiciary Committee, Intel Committee, impeaching Donald Trump. === Protect Borders Before November (00:10) === [01:00:23] And that clouded my judgment, my friendship with him. [01:00:26] Our family's friendship together with him clouded my judgment. [01:00:30] And I was wrong. [01:00:32] I deeply, deeply.
