[00:00:09] I saw on Twitter this morning a post that you put up about your father's health. [00:00:14] My audience knows a bit. [00:00:15] We've talked a bit about Brazil and your father and the subsequent election and some of the ways that perhaps it went sideways. [00:00:21] But before we talk about anything else, can you give us an update on his situation, his health, and why is he in jail in the first place? [00:00:28] Is that even clear to you? [00:00:30] Yeah, I think it's very unfair that he's in jail. [00:00:33] Usually for the American audience, I say that imagine how would be Trump's life if he did not get elected in 2024. [00:00:40] So this is our life. [00:00:41] So they not only jail you, they try to kill you. [00:00:45] Because by the Brazilian law, my father should be at least at house arrest, not in a regular jail. [00:00:52] And the problem of being in a regular jail is that, for example, what happened? [00:00:57] He usually has frequently hookups. [00:01:00] And sometimes he throw up. [00:01:02] And the problem is, if he throw up during hookups, the vomit goes to the slungs. [00:01:07] Then you have infection. [00:01:09] It happened at 2 a.m. [00:01:11] But the guard that didn't go to the jail and figured out that something was wrong, it was 7 a.m. [00:01:17] And after so much time, what the risk is that he gets a general infection. [00:01:23] So he literally almost died. [00:01:25] The doctor said one or two hours more, he would be in a moment that only 50% of the people survive because of the infection. [00:01:34] So he's recovering. [00:01:36] He's still not good. [00:01:37] He's still in a pretty bad condition, but at least recovering and having strong medicines. [00:01:44] That's why people are looking for that picture with he didn't wake up when my brother was there, you know, touching his head. [00:01:54] Why is he in jail and being treated this way purely because of politics, do you think? [00:02:00] And the communist leader that is now in charge of your country? [00:02:03] Yes. [00:02:04] They related him with the January 8th event that happened in 2023, just like you had January 6th. [00:02:11] So it's like Trump going to jail because he's connected with January 6th. [00:02:16] But in the Brazilian case, it's even worse because my father wasn't even in Brazil during January 8th. [00:02:21] He was in Orlando. [00:02:23] That's why I say this is the Disney World coup d'état. [00:02:26] You know, with unarmored people, not even one gun was seized at that day. [00:02:33] So it's literally a persecution. [00:02:36] But people are still, they're very supporting us. [00:02:40] And I can prove that by the polls that showing my brother Flavio, he's running for president. [00:02:44] We're going to have elections in October. [00:02:46] And he's leading the major polls. [00:02:49] I mean, if Bolsonaro, if my father was free, he would be easily the next president of Brazil. [00:02:55] But as he cannot run, he appointed my brother, who is a senator, and he's doing great in the polls. [00:03:00] And we expect that we can end with this nightmare by the end of this year. [00:03:03] Yeah, how worried are you that things will get significantly worse in Brazil before the election? [00:03:10] Because things are different now since Trump took office. [00:03:16] Why? [00:03:17] Because in the election that we lost, Biden sent a lot of people to Brazil, basically to Ferris to recognize the result of the elections. [00:03:26] Other way, they're going to sanction us. [00:03:28] So he did send Bill Burns from the CIA, NSA Jake Sullivan, Victoria Newland, Secretary of Defense, Mr. Lloyd Austin, and some others. [00:03:38] And you also have a lot of money coming from USAID. [00:03:40] During my father's administration, about a little bit more than $300 million did come from the U.S. to Brazil. [00:03:47] Part of it to fight misinformation, as you can imagine. [00:03:50] So now you don't have this anymore. [00:03:52] You have a Trump, a new cheriff in town, just like Jude Vance said in Munich. [00:03:56] And we are very happy with that. [00:03:58] So we have a hope that we can have a federal act, but we need the international community supporting and looking doing the fiscalization to make sure that we are going to have a clean and fair election. [00:04:10] Once we have it, I'm sure that we are going to win. [00:04:12] So let me ask you just one other question to that point. [00:04:14] I mean, is there anything that you want from America? [00:04:16] Is there something that you want Donald Trump to do to ensure that? [00:04:19] Because, you know, communists are pretty good about taking elections, but then giving them up, not so great. [00:04:23] Yes, one of the things that it could do is make sure that American companies will not be censored in Brazil. [00:04:31] In 2022, you have secret orders coming from the Supreme Court, going to Twitter, Facebook, Google, to censor only conservative profiles, conservative users in the social media. [00:04:42] And that 65% of our voters get information through social media. [00:04:46] If we don't have it, they are going to beat us in the election.
