[00:01:26]  I wanted to sort of bring a back porch conversation to the culture war, to the, you know, things that matter in society.

[00:01:44]  Let's start with Trump because he got back out where he is simply at his best.
[00:01:49]  I think that's pretty much undeniable.
[00:01:51]  That's the campaign trail.
[00:01:52]  That's in front of people.
[00:01:53]  He went to Kentucky, did a rally.
[00:01:55]  Here he is on where we're at with the Iran war.
[00:01:58]  Is that a great name?
[00:02:00]  Well, it's only good if you win.
[00:02:02]  You know, you can only, and we've won.
[00:02:04]  Let me say, we've won.
[00:02:06]  You know, you never like to say too early, you won.
[00:02:09]  We won.
[00:02:09]  We won the bet.
[00:02:10]  In the first hour, it was over.
[00:02:13]  But they gave me a list of names that you know, sir, you can pick the name you'd like, sir.
[00:02:19]  I said, the name of what?
[00:02:21]  The name of the attack on Iran, sir.
[00:02:24]  And they gave me like 20 names, and I'm like falling asleep.
[00:02:27]  I didn't like any of them.
[00:02:28]  Then I see Epic Fury.
[00:02:31]  I said, I like that name.
[00:02:34]  I like that name.
[00:02:37]  Debari, I like Epic Fury too.
[00:02:40]  Sounds like a Mad Max installment.
[00:02:42]  You know, seeing Trump out there, I think it's great to just, that's where he connects with the people.
[00:02:46]  And, you know, he changes even his inflection and the way he speaks and everything.
[00:02:51]  There's a little bit of a risk as good as the war is going to say it is over or it was over in hour one, right?
[00:02:59]  Yeah, absolutely.
[00:03:00]  I mean, the president is a showman.
[00:03:02]  There's no question about that, amazing marketer, a salesman.
[00:03:06]  And like you were pointing to there, that the salesman part of it or the risk is it's got to be backed up with action, of course.
[00:03:13]  And I think we're on like day nine, if I'm correct, with my math.
[00:03:16]  And so it's still early if you want to compare it to, you know, historical context.
[00:03:21]  But yeah, he's going to go out there and try to make the people feel good.
[00:03:24]  You know, obviously lift up their spirits.
[00:03:27]  And I would argue he's the only person essentially doing that because I'm not seeing many Republicans do it.
[00:03:32]  So it's something that I would definitely expect from the president.
[00:03:37]  Right.
[00:03:37]  Gates, I mean, we are seeing Rubio, I think, has been great at explaining what we're doing.
[00:03:41]  And I think Hegseth has been particularly good.
[00:03:43]  You know, I saw a poll that said 91% of MAGA supporters support the war.
[00:03:48]  If you listen to the chattering class online, that's not what it is.
[00:03:52]  But in terms of real voters who support Trump, I'm not talking about the guys in boxes like us.
[00:03:59]  People are happy with this.
[00:04:00]  Again, we'll see where it all shakes out, but as it stands right now.
[00:04:04]  Well, look, first of all, the majority of Americans voted for this president.
[00:04:07]  And the famous thing about Donald Trump is he ran on promises made, promises kept.
[00:04:12]  And I continue to see him keeping the promises he's made.
[00:04:15]  He's the most transparent president we've ever had that trickles down throughout the administration.
[00:04:19]  Marco Rubio, Pete Hegseth, as you said, essentially lay out the playbook for us.
[00:04:24]  I mean, Iran was warned about this.
[00:04:27]  We knew about this before it was going to happen.
[00:04:28]  So all we're really seeing is him follow through on what he said he was going to do.
[00:04:32]  It doesn't come as a surprise to anybody.
[00:04:34]  I think the overwhelming majority of Americans, certainly that MAGA camp that you talked about, is happy to be safe.
[00:04:41]  This is a regime that has continued to attack us for the last 50 years.
[00:04:45]  And we finally have somebody that's willing to step up and do something about it.
[00:04:48]  And as far as all these forever war comments go, after looking at Venezuela and Iran, you know, part one, I'm all for forever wars that last, you know, a week or two.
[00:04:57]  So sign me up.
[00:04:59]  Yeah, let me just ask you guys one other thing on this.
[00:05:01]  What do you think an actual ending looks like that Trump can walk away and really sell to the American people?
[00:05:08]  So it seems obvious to me, like we'll have defeated their military, right?
[00:05:12]  The nuke program will be gone.
[00:05:13]  The ballistic missiles will be gone.
[00:05:15]  We've taken out a huge amount of their leadership.
[00:05:17]  The tricky part is what the people of Iran will do.
[00:05:21]  What do you guys think, like an actual win, say a month from now, really looks like, Dabari?
[00:05:26]  Yeah, I think you kind of pointed to it, which is essentially eradicating the RRGC, removing the existing regime, and hopefully the people of Iran can replace them with someone who will actually exercise diplomacy.
[00:05:40]  I mean, that's what's actually lacking in all of this.
[00:05:42]  I think they put the president in a position where he had no choice.
[00:05:46]  And there's a lot of chatter online, as you stated, but the fact of the matter is the president is not an ideologue.
[00:05:53]  So the fact that he did this tells you that he probably exercised every option in the book.
[00:05:57]  So success, to me, just looks like a different coach of Iran who wants to actually collaborate and not destabilize that regime.
[00:06:05]  Yeah.
[00:06:05]  And, you know, Gates, when I was on your show last week, we talked about this a little bit, but I'm sympathetic to the people that have PTSD or a hangover because of mistaken wars and all of those things.
[00:06:14]  And you guys are, I mean, you're both veterans, so I'm sure you're very sympathetic to that.
[00:06:18]  But to me, it's like Trump, after 10 years of all of this, deserves a little of our credit, of our trust.
[00:06:25]  Like he deserves it.
[00:06:26]  And we will see.
[00:06:28]  We can pick it up in six months if we're still in this thing.
[00:06:30]  But, you know, we're barely two weeks into it.
[00:06:33]  Yeah.
[00:06:33]  First of all, I want to point out I am not a veteran.
[00:06:35]  I'm probably one of the most outspoken proponents of veterans.
[00:06:38]  So don't be fooled by the bald head.
[00:06:40]  I simply just can't grow him.
[00:06:42]  But wow, I appreciate a fact check online.
[00:06:45]  I was probably giving you extra cred there.
[00:06:46]  All right.
[00:06:47]  Honest man right there.
[00:06:48]  Honest man.
[00:06:48]  If you bad one on TV, okay.
[00:06:50]  I'll let a lot of people lie and say nice things about me, but I can't take credit for that for the men and women that we have protecting us.
[00:06:56]  But, you know, it might be over now.
[00:06:59]  I'm not maybe completely caught up on the news, but the only image I've seen as the new leader that's chosen to lead Iran was a cardboard cutout.
[00:07:07]  So he may not even be alive.
[00:07:09]  But I think really we have to take President Trump on his track record.
[00:07:14]  I mean, he's not been in office this term very long, but what he's done has seen through to the end.
[00:07:19]  I mean, we've seen this a couple times already.
[00:07:21]  What will be a true end?
[00:07:22]  I mean, that is tough to say.
[00:07:24]  That's a little bit of a vague question.
[00:07:26]  But, you know, it would be a little different if I saw more countries, more regimes coming to the defense of Iran.
[00:07:31]  Then I'd have to worry about, you know, what are we going to be dealing with China?
[00:07:34]  What are they doing with Russia?
[00:07:35]  But there's really been a lack of that.
[00:07:37]  So I think the end is near, but it's going to have to come back to your original point, not from us changing the regime.
[00:07:43]  We're trying to end the regime.
[00:07:45]  The regime change that needs to take place is going to come from the people within.
[00:07:49]  And when we start to see that materialize, I think we'll be near the end.
[00:07:52]  Yeah.
[00:07:52]  And it just seems to me if we degrade that military, I mean, that's done already, as we've all pointed out.
[00:07:58]  But then, if those people stand up, and then if the rest of the Middle East, those 13 Arab Muslim nations who have been attacked by Iran, are basically like, okay, Israel's not our enemy anymore.
[00:08:07]  Like, we could, this literally could change the world for the next 50 to 100 years.
[00:08:12]  But all right, let's leave that there.
[00:08:13]  Let's go to a more difficult place to live in than even the Middle East.
[00:08:18]  We're talking about California.
[00:08:19]  That's right.
[00:08:20]  Davari, you're lucky you got out too.
[00:08:22]  So here is Gavin Newsom, who is now filing a complaint against my friend, Dr. Oz.
[00:08:29]  Something, something, he's racist.
[00:08:31]  Governor Gavin Newsom's office is filing a civil rights complaint against Dr. Oz, who is currently serving as administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
[00:08:42]  The governor is seeking an investigation into Oz's quote, baseless and racist allegations against Armenian Americans in California.
[00:08:51]  He went down attacking the Armenian community just a few days ago.
[00:08:54]  A business is down now 30%.
[00:08:57]  Poor guy, small businessman, running a bakery because he decided to do a little TikTok video or something.
[00:09:06]  Saying they're somehow connected to the mob around hospice.
[00:09:12]  Now, the state's complaint says Oz's statements show a discriminatory motive that could affect how investigations into fraud are conducted.
[00:09:21]  Okay, so somehow Dr. Oz is racist against Armenians in Los Angeles.
[00:09:28]  Here's actually what Dr. Oz did.
[00:09:30]  So you can see these are medical buildings.
[00:09:33]  They've got Cyrillic writing, Russian Armenian writing.
[00:09:37]  Both sides, there's lots of action, it seems.
[00:09:42]  I don't know how many patients are getting care, but in this four-block area in Los Angeles, there are 42 hospices.
[00:09:50]  So either there are a lot of people dying here, or you've got a fraudulent activity that is so good that everyone wants to get in on it.
[00:09:56]  Davari, is this a perfect example of the end of what identity politics is?
[00:10:01]  That somehow even uncovering fraud, which in this case, it happens to be a bunch of Armenian-owned businesses that are doing this type of fraud, that will lead to the accusation of racism, as opposed to, I don't know, rooting out the fraud, making sure that places that say they're taking care of end-to-end patients are actually being taken care of instead of just cashing checks from the government.
[00:10:24]  Exactly.
[00:10:24]  You know, this is the number one playbook from Democrats.
[00:10:27]  I mean, step number one is make everything about race or somebody's skin color and not actually talk about the merits of the case.
[00:10:33]  And the fact that someone from the CDC, who's in charge of the CDC, by the way, physically went there and did something that you would expect your local journalists to do, I think really screens a huge problem for California.
[00:10:45]  And that's just the, what, speckle in the bucket of all of the massive fraud, whether it's COVID or homelessness, we can go down the actual line, but I wouldn't expect anything less from Newsom.
[00:10:57]  So, Gates, before I have you check in, listen to Newsom.
[00:11:00]  I almost called him Gruesome, which also works, but listen to Newsom here explaining that he's been after fraud for years.
[00:11:07]  Well, hospice, we've been after that for years and years before Oz was even on the scene.
[00:11:13]  2021, we did a moratorium on new hospice program.
[00:11:16]  280, we shuttered.
[00:11:18]  We've been after this for years and years and years.
[00:11:20]  We want an open hand, not a closed fist.
[00:11:22]  We absolutely are here to be a partner to go after waste, fraud, and abuse.
[00:11:26]  I started something called ODI, Office of Digital Innovation.
[00:11:29]  I did not, my mistake, do it with a chainsaw.
[00:11:35]  Man, this guy loves a government program to figure out government fraud.
[00:11:39]  Listen to this.
[00:11:40]  He's been on this for years from CBS.
[00:11:42]  CBS News examined the business and financial records of every hospice currently operating in LA County, applying the same indicators identified by the state.
[00:11:50]  Indications of fraud have not stopped.
[00:11:52]  In fact, they've grown.
[00:11:53]  The CBS news analysis reveals that over 700 of the roughly 1,800 hospices in L.A. County trigger multiple red flags for fraud as defined by the state.
[00:12:04]  Gates, I cannot believe that Newsom doesn't have a good handle on this and is lying about it.
[00:12:09]  And have you ever noticed that Democrats are so quick to defend people of any other nationality except Americans?
[00:12:15]  This is quality learning center all over again.
[00:12:18]  And no, I did not misspeak there.
[00:12:20]  It's quality learing center.
[00:12:22]  I mean, we owe a debt of gratitude to Nick Shirley for making this stuff cool to uncover.
[00:12:26]  That's why I think Dr. Oz had the guts to go do something like this with the motivation.
[00:12:31]  You know, Newsom comes out and he tries to defend his administration, pointing out actions that California says it already took.
[00:12:38]  Well, how did that work out?
[00:12:39]  He keeps mentioning this thing, as he just said, called the ODI.
[00:12:42]  I think it stands for oversight didn't work or I don't know, obvious disaster ignored or something like that.
[00:12:48]  I mean, he's bringing about, he's bragging about a moratorium on new hospice licenses.
[00:12:54]  But pointing out that moratorium, Dave, that's like setting your house on fire and then grabbing the garden hose once the roof is gone.
[00:13:02]  I mean, it's Gavin Newsome 101.
[00:13:06]  This man is at the forefront of the race to be considered in the next presidential race.
[00:13:10]  I don't know how Americans don't see past this, but hopefully stuff like this helps.
[00:13:14]  Well, one American who definitely sees past it and has been dealing with Newsom for a decade, at least publicly, and fighting with him and bringing him on his show and just mocking the high hell out of him is Adam Carolla.
[00:13:26]  Take a look at this.
[00:13:26]  The guy's vacuous.
[00:13:28]  He's a nut.
[00:13:29]  He's a sociopath.
[00:13:30]  And it's your fault for voting for this guy who has zero ideas.
[00:13:34]  People are like, oh, Gavin, Gavin Newsome, does he not have handlers?
[00:13:38]  Does his wife not pull him aside and go, you can't just speak gibberish with your hands.
[00:13:43]  His hands act his hands, his hands move like he's in an origami competition.
[00:13:52]  That's his hands.
[00:13:53]  Like I'm making 30 swans in 10 seconds.
[00:13:58]  Navarre, I'm good friends with Adam.
[00:14:00]  It takes a lot to get him worked up.

[00:14:03]  But he's right.
[00:14:04]  Everything about this guy is fake.
[00:14:06]  And yet, for some reason, if you listen to almost everyone in media, everyone kind of says the same thing.
[00:14:11]  Yeah, he's fake.
[00:14:12]  He's not great.
[00:14:13]  But he's smooth.
[00:14:14]  The suit looks good.
[00:14:15]  The hair is nice.
[00:14:16]  As if any of that matters.
[00:14:17]  Although I guess it does to a certain set of people.
[00:14:20]  Yeah, I think the roads have definitely been paved for Gavin Newsome.
[00:14:23]  I mean, if you go all the way back to his time as mayor, I think that is pretty clear.
[00:14:28]  And the other thing, I don't think his wife has any time to give him any advice because she's too busy making money off her nonprofit, as we have come to learn.
[00:14:36]  But more importantly, at the end of the day, he is a dangerous politician.
[00:14:40]  He knows exactly what he's doing.
[00:14:42]  He knows how to get a response.
[00:14:44]  You've seen his campaign against the president, especially over the past last year.
[00:14:48]  I think it's kind of died off a little bit here towards the end.
[00:14:51]  But I think he's very effective.
[00:14:52]  Somehow, the white liberals of the world, particularly the females of the world, they just go crazy over him.
[00:15:01]  I don't know why.
[00:15:02]  But do you think Californians would be fed up by now?
[00:15:05]  I mean, it's just that bad.
[00:15:08]  Yeah.
[00:15:08]  And they just continue to lose people.
[00:15:11]  And now what they're calling a billionaires tax, which obviously will be a millionaires tax, and then it will be less than that.
[00:15:17]  Gates, would you like to close out on Gavin?
[00:15:19]  Well, first of all, California is not losing people according to the hospice records.
[00:15:23]  They're actually gaining a large number of dead people there.
[00:15:27]  We'll compare those.
[00:15:28]  Yeah, come on.
[00:15:28]  I mean, Gavin Newsom is trying to do what Trump did.
[00:15:32]  He thinks that everyone can be a celebrity in chief.
[00:15:35]  There is one Donald Trump.
[00:15:36]  He is a nominal.
[00:15:37]  He is an anomaly.
[00:15:38]  He is different.
[00:15:38]  Gavin Newsome tries to do it with the hair and the looks and all that.

[00:15:43]  And I know this is kind of a fun show, but there's a serious movement going on in this country that is called looks maxing.

[00:16:00]  So it's working and all politicians do is feed the beast that works.
[00:16:06]  And so someone's going to have to come out and challenge this nonsense or we're going to be dealing with the hands for a while.
[00:16:12]  Yeah, I don't know that I can get into looks macking, maxing, or frame mugging right now or whatever, but it is true.
[00:16:18]  I mean, that little rat person, Fuentes, did say that he would vote.
[00:16:22]  I mean, he already is a Democrat pretending, but he said he would vote for Newsom over JD because JD is sort of roundish in the face and Newsom is, I mean, we are just at the end of democracy and this is what it looks like.

[00:17:21]  Let's continue because the other thing that sort of got glossed over in the last week is that Christy Noam is now out as head of DHS.
[00:17:29]  And I thought this was particularly interesting.
[00:17:31]  Here's Tim Walz on what should happen to her.
[00:17:34]  So when people are going, oh, you know, when the Democrats take power again, maybe it won't be that bad.
[00:17:39]  Well, take a look at this.
[00:17:40]  Somebody has to pay.
[00:17:41]  Somebody has to pay a price.
[00:17:44]  Do you imagine trials with her?
[00:17:46]  I mean, she will say she was acting at Stephen Miller's best.
[00:17:50]  Well, it's out of my wheelhouse not being an attorney, but we all know in history, saying you followed orders didn't get you out of anything.
[00:17:58]  Just following orders didn't get you out of anything.
[00:18:01]  And somebody issued those orders and she was more than happy to tell us she was in charge as she rode her horse around telling us that.
[00:18:11]  Dabari, the phrase I say on the show probably more than anything else, these people just need a mirror.
[00:18:15]  I mean, this guy's in charge of the biggest fraud scam maybe in American history, although California may trump that.
[00:18:20]  But it also, to me, it's like we're entering the Dark Knight Rises phases of all this where they're going to have the scarecrow giving clown court appearances for these people.
[00:18:30]  And the thing is, I believe the Democrats when they say that, that they will put people up on trial and everything.
[00:18:35]  They pretend Trump will do it.
[00:18:37]  I think they actually would.
[00:18:39]  Yeah, you know, this actually brings me to two things.
[00:18:41]  One is a very serious warning to all of us here, especially alternative media, that they will come after us.
[00:18:47]  I mean, if the previous administration showed us anything, they're willing to bend the rules, if not break them, to get their way against people they disagree with.
[00:18:55]  So I think that's very clear, which is why it's a rally cry for the Republican Party to catch up here and take advantage of the opportunity that the president has given them.
[00:19:05]  Now, secondly, I don't take any moral clarity from Tim Wallace.
[00:19:09]  This is a man who committed stolen valor.
[00:19:10]  He claimed he was a command sergeant major, retired.
[00:19:13]  He never actually completed the academy.
[00:19:15]  So as a veteran myself, he's one of the most idiotic people I've seen in government who can't even tell the honest truth about their military service.
[00:19:23]  So yeah, I don't think I'll be taking any advice from him regarding Christy Noam.
[00:19:29]  Yeah, Gates, you know what?
[00:19:31]  Let's jump to this video because I think this perfectly illustrates.
[00:19:33]  So Christy Noam's out.
[00:19:34]  You can criticize her or not criticize her.
[00:19:36]  You can be happy with what ICE did or not.
[00:19:38]  But one thing that the Democrats never do is they never mention the names or even remotely talk about the victims of the illegals who come here and rape and murder and kill and get kids hooked on fentanyl and all of these other things.
[00:19:50]  And I thought it's worth showing some of these videos.
[00:19:52]  This is a video of a woman by the name of Cheryl Minter, who is still waiting for accountability after an illegal killed her daughter, Stephanie.
[00:20:01]  Her smile, her positivity.
[00:20:05]  Always.
[00:20:09]  We'll get through it no matter what.
[00:20:11]  We'll get through it no matter what.
[00:20:12]  I spoke to Stephanie's family here in Fredericksburg.
[00:20:15]  The family told me that had Descano prosecuted her accused killer and other serious violent crimes, Stephanie would be alive today.
[00:20:23]  Seven News obtained emails that police sent to Descano on three separate occasions warning Descano how dangerous Abdul Jallo was.
[00:20:31]  The police told him they encountered him more than 100 times.
[00:20:36]  And if he was let back out in the community one more time, it wasn't a matter of if, but when he would kill someone.
[00:20:41]  Despite those warnings, Descano's office dropped charge after charge against Jallo, who is a Sierra Leone national in the country illegally.
[00:20:50]  I mean, Gates, it's obvious the Democrats never care about the victims.
[00:20:53]  They never mention Lake and Riley or the litany of other girls that have been killed and or raped.
[00:20:57]  But, you know, it's funny.
[00:20:58]  I just showed you a clip of Walls talking about how Kirsty Noam should be on trial.
[00:21:03]  It seems like we've got some DAs in this country who should probably be on trial.
[00:21:08]  Dave, I'm a father of four men, two boys, two girls.
[00:21:11]  How many is it going to take?

[00:25:16]  It's very clear that we have a strategic genius in the White House and Marco Rubio.

[00:25:26]  He's risen up sort of neck and neck with J.D. Vanson, who will be the next Republican nominee for president.
[00:25:30]  And I think it's all because he has a strategic plan and he knows how to execute on it.
[00:25:34]  Debari, is that the crazy part here that I, in my entire life, I have no recollection of an administration being so clear about what their goals are.
[00:25:44]  Like when you hear Trump go out, and you know, Trump does it in his Trumpy way, but then Rubio really lays out cleanly and clearly what we're doing.

[00:26:58]  Another place that doesn't deserve our trust is the New York Times.

[00:27:09]  Who are the men accused of bringing homemade bombs to Gracie Mansion?
[00:27:16]  Dabari, that seems like a bit more than accused right there.

[00:27:25]  See, it's a gift and a curse.

[00:29:27]  You know, on a more depressing version of all of this, I mean, we know what's happening in New York, but a lot of the rhetoric around what's happened in the Middle East, and I would say partially connected to Tucker and some of the other things, has just ramped up the hate on the Jews.

[00:29:44]  This is a couple of guys attacking a guy.
[00:29:46]  All he was doing was speaking Hebrew.

[00:30:08]  Okay, so by all accounts, all the guy was doing was speaking Hebrew.

[00:30:22]  Half of his Twitter, I mean, literally every other one of his tweets is about Israel or AIPAC or something like that.
[00:30:28]  He was recently on stage at the Arab American something or other where they were quite literally the people before him were laughing about October 7th.
[00:30:36]  Are we just, is this just the new norm now, Dabari?
[00:30:39]  Are we just in the new norm of where these things are going to be happening?
[00:30:42]  Yeah, you know, it goes back to what we learned with the president, derangement syndrome.
[00:30:46]  Just, you know, put Israel or put whatever you want.
[00:30:50]  I mean, ultimately, it lacks critical thinking, and that's essentially what's happening here.
[00:30:56]  I mean, if you don't see it from New York City or Austin or New Orleans or D.C. at this point, their first step in response to things they don't like about Western civilization is violence.
[00:31:07]  And who continues to be sympathetic to that violence?
[00:31:09]  Democrats.
[00:31:10]  So I think as critical thinkers, we not only have to continue to call it out, but bring more attention to it because it's becoming a dangerous thing for innocent American citizens out there and it's just unnecessary.
[00:31:22]  Gates, I quite literally don't know if that one got any mainstream coverage.
[00:31:26]  It did get coverage online, but it seems like a pretty easy lift.
[00:31:30]  Like those three guys are all on video.

[00:31:36]  The problem is it's too easy for them to commit these attacks.

[00:31:55]  What also shocks me about, there's two things that's shocking about that video.
[00:31:58]  One, that people can walk up to a man in a cafe, drag him from the table, and essentially pulverize him.

[00:32:19]  And when these things happen in our lives, we don't know how to react to them anymore.
[00:32:21]  But I know this country, the majority of people in this country are good Samaritans.
[00:32:26]  And we need to have the courage to see evil and know evil and recognize it and fight even when we see it.
[00:32:31]  Yeah, you know, I'm glad you brought that up.
[00:32:33]  You know, we're sort of conditioned with the screens and we're all living in like an alternate matrix while reality is happening right in front of us.
[00:32:40]  But the other part of that, Dabari, you know, everyone says, you know, if you see something, say something.
[00:32:45]  But now people are afraid to, it's one thing to do something would have been great if somebody would have jumped in there and been like, they're pummeling this guy for no reason.
[00:32:52]  But people don't want to deal with the headache after that.
[00:32:54]  They don't want to be dealt with, oh, suddenly it turns out you're going to be called racist.
[00:32:58]  CNN's going to throw you on the front page and say that you're somehow a white supremacist or just like the laundry list of insanity.
[00:33:04]  And the longer that goes on, it just degrades all of our ability to kind of be in a society together.
[00:33:11]  Well, I said it earlier, fatal empathy.
[00:33:14]  If we go back to that, I mean, when someone's afraid to do the right thing because they're going to get prosecuted, I think that tells you it's a society that is in trouble.
[00:33:22]  Now, out here in Austin, we're actually experiencing the same thing.
[00:33:25]  The local DA is prosecuting the police officers who actually killed that terrorist at that Austin bar.
[00:33:32]  Why would he be investigating them?
[00:33:34]  I think he has better things to actually do.
[00:33:36]  But again, I think that's a prime example of exactly what you're speaking towards.
[00:33:40]  And it's a troubling sign.
[00:33:42]  We've seen it in North Carolina.
[00:33:43]  We saw it in North or New York.
[00:33:47]  And now we're seeing it here.
[00:33:49]  Yeah, by the way, I'm glad you mentioned the Austin thing because we're literally less than two weeks from a jihadist attack that killed two people, injured 14.

[00:33:59]  Then it's like, all right, well, then there's the jihadi attack at Gracie Mansion, and there'll be another one tomorrow and everything else.

[00:34:29]  In that moment, you know, we had to pivot from one type of policing to a different type of policing.

[00:34:39]  In terms of going viral, first off, I'm happy that I cleared that barrier.

[00:34:47]  But to me, it was just instant.

[00:34:52]  I was in real pursuit trying to get him.
[00:34:55]  And just the picture going viral, I don't want that picture to be about me.

[00:35:03]  I want that picture to be a reminder to New Yorkers that your cops, the members of the NYPD, we're going to be relentless in pursuing justice.
