CNN Panel Melts Down Over Liberal Racism Against the SAVE Act

CNN’s panel dismisses the SAVE Act, a voter ID bill backed by 80% of Americans, including 76% of Black voters, as racist despite bipartisan support. Dave Rubin mocks Kamala Harris’ Kinko’s remark and questions claims like name-mismatch disenfranchisement, while criticizing GOP holdouts—Murkowski, McConnell, Collins, Tillis—for blocking it amid fraud fears. Meanwhile, Canada’s "Tumblr Ridge killer" (Jesse) highlights media bias, with AI-altered images and police using preferred pronouns mid-crisis. Epstein hearings reveal Democrats’ selective outrage, targeting Trump over accountability. President’s Week will contrast historical leadership with today’s divisive politics, warning of cultural collapse if Republicans falter. [Automatically generated summary]

Save America Act Challenges 00:08:43
dave rubin
Previously, on the Rubin report.
They're grabbing people on the streets.
They dip them in some soy sauce, little wasabi, send them back to Africa.
unidentified
I absolutely have confidence in our courts.
dave rubin
They are puppets.
Short of someone having their hand in their ass.
unidentified
Can I cut?
dave rubin
do declare this is an unjust jury.
unidentified
Alright guys, I'm Dave Rubin.
dave rubin
This This is the Rubin Report.
It is Friday the 13th.
That's right.
It's Friday, February 13th, 2026.
And we're not going to scare you.
You know, we thought, all right, there's a lot of different ways we could scare the people.
We could just show just out of nowhere.
A picture of Jamiah Prayapal could just pop up on the screen and freak out.
But we're not going to do it.
We're not going to do it because you know what?
We are running three minutes late today.
I apologize.
It's on me.
I changed about five things in the rundown today, just in the last five or six minutes on the fly.
There's a whole bunch of stuff happening.
So let's just dive in.
It's just a jam-packed show.
And actually, I was supposed to be joined this morning by co-host Erin Milan, who, if you haven't seen her, she's out of Australia.
She's just fantastic.
I had her in studio here a couple weeks ago.
She's back in the States, but she's really, really under the weather right now.
So we shifted a few things.
We're going to talk a bit about Australia and connect it to the immigration situation.
Obviously, we're talking about the SAVE Act and a little bit from this Epstein hearing yesterday and a whole bunch more.
But let's start with Scott and the retards, because Jennings, as usual, trying to make sense with the people, a bunch of people who are less than bright over on CNN.
And here he is just trying to explain that the SAVE Act, all it is, is that you will have to prove who you are to vote in a federal election in the United States like every other civilized nation in the world.
unidentified
But somehow the other CNN people think that that's what voting rights is he taking away from black voters.
alencia johnson
Oh, if we look at the SAVE Act, that's exactly what we're talking about.
That is actually going to continue to disenfranchise overwhelmingly a lot of people of color.
There are so many civil rights organizations that have run the data.
If we look at the way that it is going to disenfranchise black voters, it's the same reason why Chuck Schumer caught in Jim Crow 2.0.
unidentified
It's the same president.
If we want to continue.
You haven't said how yet.
alencia johnson
I am talking about it.
It's the way that you're putting new poll taxes on this when you're making people have, that's what we can call them now.
unidentified
It's kind of an idiom, right?
You're making all these claims.
scott jennings
You've yet to lay out how it's hurting anyone, but 76% of black voters think we should show an ID to vote.
80% of Hispanic voters, 83% of the American people.
Are you saying that black voters don't know what's good for them?
unidentified
I mean, it sounds pretty sending out there.
That's how you get three-quarters of black people.
dave rubin
Oh, lordy, lordy.
unidentified
Here we go.
dave rubin
First off, I do want to note that the other day I offered up this Hewlett-Packard printer.
This thing's basically untouched.
We bought an extra printer for the studio.
And, you know, because Kamala Harris said that black people don't know where Kinkos are, people in rural areas don't know how to get these things.
Nobody has claimed this thing.
I am trying to give this to some black rural person who cannot get to a Kinko's, which I am now told has folded into Office Max or something like that, or it's part of Staples or something.
Kinko's doesn't even exist.
You know, you blink.
One day all the stores of your childhood are gone.
So they're going to tell me that service merchandise has gone next or Caldor.
Man, if any of you are getting these references today, points for you.
I got a lot of 20-year-olds who don't know what the hell I'm talking about half the time.
Anyway, I want to give this printer to a black person, so please email me.
So, Scott perfectly, once again, just illustrates these people have no idea what they're talking about.
They do use a lot of words to say nothing.
So, she talks about disenfranchisement, has no evidence of it.
She talks about Jim Crow 2.0 that Chuck Schumer said.
Well, we read what the Jim Crow laws were a couple days ago, and as you know, this has nothing to do with Jim Crow.
There will be no Jim Crow, there will be no two-tiered system of justice or anything else.
Everyone would have to show the same information.
It would be completely colorblind.
She then calls it a poll tax, and it's an idiom.
Well, she's an idiot, but okay, idiom.
And then the best part of it, Scott then points out 76% of black voters support this, which they showed that poll on CNN itself.
And then that dim ding-dong.
Like, she is just that, Abby Phillips.
She is just the worst.
Anyway, let's continue.
Here is Michigan Representative Hillary Schlotten claiming that the act, this SAVE Act, which again will just ask you to prove who you are when you vote in elections, it's going to stop married women from voting.
hillary scholten
In Michigan's third district alone, 160,000 women could find themselves unable to register simply because when they got married, they didn't change both their ID and their birth certificate.
dave rubin
Okay.
unidentified
Okay.
dave rubin
First off, I'm going to read something funny.
This is by a guy named Matt Van Swall.
He was a former lib, says a sort of similar political trajectory as I am.
He's a good follow on X.
He wrote, if there's anyone who's going to be disenfranchised by the SAVED Act, it's married men.
I promise you, if you ask any married man today where his birth certificate is, he will say exactly this statement.
I have no idea.
Ask my wife.
unidentified
All right.
dave rubin
So that's funny.
But the reality, let's say she's right, that there's 160,000 women in Michigan who, because they changed their name when they get married, that the documentation wouldn't be exactly what they're asking for in the SAVE Act.
First off, I don't even know that that's true, but let's pretend that's right.
Well, if that is right, I'm really trying with you people today.
You know, it's a Friday, got the weekend coming.
I'm going to really try to do the devil is do thing here.
If that is true, then why does that stop you from wanting secure elections?
Wouldn't you then say, okay, so we have found out that 160,000 women, you know, because they change their name when they get married, there might be some confusion here.
So we've decided to create a fund or there will be some government program.
So a woman who has gotten married, all she would have to do is scan.
And once again, you could maybe use this beautiful compact printer.
You know, a printer, you can get a printer for like 60 bucks, but they get you on the ink.
You know that?
You know the printer ink?
Someone do a Google on this.
Printer ink per ounce is like 50 times more expensive than oil per ounce.
Did you know that?
Fact.
That's why they give you the printer real cheap and then they get you with the oil.
Those they get you with the ink, those bastards.
Somebody get me the numbers on that.
But that would be the point.
If what you said is true, and it likely is not, that they're good.
Yes, they're trying to stop married women from voting.
Like everyone knows this has nothing to do with that.
But even if we were pretending that is true, then all you have to do is just figure out a very simple way.
You create a website and you say, you call it women who got married and are a little confused about this new bill.net.
And then what you would do is they could just upload a document that would show their original ID and upload a document that showed they got married and da-da-ding, da-da-doo.
Printer ink, what are you telling me here?
Printer ink is what?
$13 what?
$13,850.
Printer ink is $13.
Wait, what are you telling me here?
Printer ink is $13 for $850 per ounce.
What does that mean?
Printer ink could be anywhere from $13 to $850 per ounce.
Oil is a couple cents per ounce.
You see what I'm saying?
It's big ink that's been screwing us.
Everybody's.
All right, so the other thing here is that Republicans, what do I was telling you?
Democrats suck and blow, and Republicans just suck.
And this is their chance.
This is their chance to save the country right now because we are going to face, no, not going to face.
We are now facing a party in America that wholly has been corrupted, that is here to destroy every norm and flood this country with new voters.
That is a fact.
That is not conspiratorial or anything else.
So the Save America Act, all it is asking, once again, is that in federal elections, you will have proper documentation to prove who you are, which again, we all know you should have.
Save America Act 00:13:14
dave rubin
You should not be able to just walk into a polling place and say, I'm Todd Gack, and I live over here.
Let me go.
Todd Gack gets a Seinfeld reference, and I can't even remember who he is exactly.
But anyway, I'm doing a lot today.
Doing a lot.
I can feel it.
Right now, we only have 49 Republicans who have signed on board this thing.
So the Republicans have 53 senators, as you know, but there are four who have not voted for it.
You need a simple majority.
That's how this thing could go down.
The four who are the holdouts right now are Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, Susan Collins of Maine, who I think has basically said she's just definitely not in, and Tom Tillis of North Carolina.
Elon tweeted this.
Only two more senators and America gets a new lease on life.
So we've got to get this thing to 51.
Now, we're going to show you.
I mentioned we added a couple things right before the show started.
So we're going to play this video.
I might cut it in the middle as we're watching.
But Mitch McConnell, who if I mean, he's the swampiest creature in Swamptown.
He's such a swamp creature that he literally started looking like a turtle over the years.
Here he is in 1987.
I'm not a mathematician, but that's about 40 years ago, where he was concerned with voter fraud.
mitch mcconnell
Mr. President, it's election day in Kentucky.
And I suspect on this election day, as on many election days over the last hundred years or so, in some areas of my state, people are attempting to buy votes, sell votes, intimidate voters, and in general, distort the election process.
Earlier in my life, I taught on a part-time basis a course called American Political Parties in Elections.
And we talked about with the students the election fraud problems in some areas of this country.
It is clearly not a problem everywhere.
But in certain areas of our country, particularly rural one-party areas in the South and in certain big cities in the Midwest and in the North, again, places where one party tends to dominate, this is an ongoing problem.
dave rubin
Okay, so that's about a three-minute video.
We're going to cut it there.
But you know what?
In the description, we will link to the full video so you can see the extended portion of that.
I just don't want to spend three minutes on that.
But there's a man who in 1987, as a Republican, was sane.
And he was laying out, by the way, he's laying out things that ironically the Democrats are sort of saying now that maybe there's issues in rural areas or where one party has too much control over here.
So what you would want to do if to the extent that any of those things were true then and are true now is make sure that everyone has an ID, just like people have an ID when they get on a plane and when they do literally buy a six pack of beer or anything else.
But the issue is that now I don't know really, like I don't know what truly, truly is going on in the mind and the heart of Mitch McConnell, but he is simply on top of everything else after four years of watching Joe Biden, he is simply too old and incompetent to be a senator, and yet he is.
I mean, there's a million videos of these.
I'm not even showing this for sarcasm or glibness or humor or anything else, but...
unidentified
Excuse me, Senator?
My name is Stella.
I want to ask, do you support ICE taking working people off the streets and kidnapping them?
dave rubin
Okay, so genuinely I mean it.
I'm not showing that for humor or we didn't add a sound effect or like nothing, right?
But that man who seems like he should be in old age home, right, does not seem like he should be not only a senator in the United States, but now basically one of the last four remaining people after a 50-some-odd year Republican career.
He's one of the last holdouts against making voter ID, which is an obvious slam-dunk win and something that we have to have if this country is going to continue.
It's in the hands of that guy right there.
Where did the guy from 1987 go?
I mean, I guess that's what the swamp does to you.
We will find out.
Now, of course, the problem with all this, so we'll see.
Maybe we'll get some breaking information over the next 45 minutes or so if any of these senators change.
We shall see.
But pray.
I mean, genuinely, you better pray.
And if you're in Kentucky, you may want to make a call, or if you're in Alaska or one or two other states where you might have some influence over your senators.
Because if we do not get this, what has happened to Europe will happen here.
The invasion of Europe, which as I always say, Western Europe is cooked.
Eastern and Central Europe will largely be okay.
They have let in too many people.
They are in a cultural clash.
And I don't see a way for them to get out of it.
But it's not just Europe, actually.
Australia has become a strange barometer of all of this too.
And when we were there about three months ago, it was very obvious that they had a massive immigration problem.
They have a massive Islamist problem.
And just a few weeks after we were in Australia, just steps away from actually where we were in Sydney, was this horrific jihadist shooting at a Hanukkah party where I think they killed about a dozen people.
So the Israeli president, Isaac Herzog, visited Australia over the last two or three days.
First off, this headline from the New York Times, how the Israeli president's visit to Australia created a tinderbox.
Isaac Herzog's trip led to widespread rallies and tested the restrictions on protests that Australia installed after a deadly attack on a Jewish celebration.
I mean, first off, that the president's visit created the tinderbox.
That's not the tinderbox.
A president from any country visiting another country isn't the tinderbox.
The tinderbox is that you have let in hundreds of thousands, if not millions of people into your country.
In this case, I'm talking about Australia, who are not Australian and wish to destroy Australia and are making it very clear.
And the day after October 7th, before Israel had even sent one troop into Gaza, when they were still trying to figure out how many of their own were dead, and it was about 1,400, there were people outside the Sydney Opera House screaming, gas the Jews, not kill the Israelis, gas the Jews.
16 people died in that Bondi Beach shooting, by the way.
There were 40 injuries.
And the reason I'm showing you this, well, I was going to have Aaron in here, who's obviously Australian, to comment on it, but it's also because if we don't deal with what we are dealing with now, of Trump closing the border and getting these people out and making sure they don't come back and cleaning up our cultural rot, it will all happen here.
So here are these quote-unquote Australians protesting Isaac Herzog in Melbourne.
unidentified
We were just praying nothing and bastards behind us picked us up and said, it's time to go.
WAP into freedom of religion!
WAP into freedom of speech!
dave rubin
Okay, listen to me, you little jihadist.
There are some about 50 Muslim countries, I think, and in those Muslim countries, it's not good.
No matter what Tucker Carlson tells you when he's in Saudi Arabia where there are no churches, it's not good for Christians.
There are no Jews left in any of those lands.
It's not good for Baha'i.
It's not good for atheists.
It's not good for liberal Muslims or anything else.
These people, who's occupied?
Who's occupied?
I would argue that it's Australia who is occupied by those thousands of people who are holding the flag of a nation that never existed, which is designed only to destroy nations that do exist.
And then they are using, they come.
They don't, you think that kid, that guy cares about freedom of religion?
Do you think he would offer anyone else freedom of religion when they have it their way?
When they take over Australia, you think they're going to be like, we're going to make it really good for the Christians and the Jews?
No, that is not how it is going to be.
So until the Western world gets serious about this stuff, it is going to keep falling on the sword.
Until the Western world decides that suicidal empathy ends with suicide, which it does, this is going to keep happening.
Well, hopefully, I don't have much hope for Western Europe.
Hopefully Australia, which has geographic benefits because they're a giant island and you could kick people off and make sure they can't get on a boat back.
Hopefully they're going to do something.
Here they are clearing out some of these jihadists in Sydney.
unidentified
Guys, what are you doing?
pam bondi
What are we doing?
dave rubin
Get out!
Leave Australia.
Why do you feel the need to do that in the middle of a street in Australia?
We saw it all over this.
That happened to be Sydney.
We didn't see much of it in Sydney.
We saw a ton of it in Melbourne, but we saw these booths where they want to convert people.
We saw these guys all over the place in Melbourne.
We were told our show is on a Saturday.
That weekend, for whatever reason, they had moved.
They have a weekly giant Hamas protest there that closes down the entire city and people basically just don't leave their houses.
That's what everyone was telling us there.
Is that Australian?
Where's Mick Dundee?
Right?
Like, is that, where's Bluey?
What did they do to Bluey?
Don't ask where the hell happened to Bingo.
Probably in some kind of, keep it clean.
This is not good.
This is not good.
And it's happening all over the place.
And if you think, the reason I'm showing you this is if you think this is disconnected from what is happening in our country where the Democrats flooded the border and now want to make sure that those illegals can vote, these things are deeply connected.
I'm telling you, they're deeply connected.
Meanwhile, what's going on in Spain is beyond imagination.
If you think Australia is wacky and what we've seen in Europe is wacky, well, Spain is obviously part of Western Europe.
They have decided the new Prime Minister of Spain, who is a lefty, progressive whack job, and he has completely opened their borders.
He let in 500,000 of these people basically to say that he wants to stop.
He wants to stop the far right.
This was his argument.
He wants to stop the far right in his country.
So he let in 500,000 of these people from North Africa and the Middle East into Spain.
We'll see how much they enjoy Sangria and the little nap in the afternoon.
But now there are more and more and more coming.
And you tell me if these people seem like they're going to fold into the fabric of Spain and in just a little sangria before a siesta.
You know, I've never been to Spain, actually, and I'm probably never going to Spain because Spain is going to fall.
You got a screenshot of that?
Look at these guys.
Are these refugees?
Did these strike you as refugees?
Look at these guys.
They all have fresh haircuts.
They all have, I think we got a picture here.
Look, everybody, fresh haircut, fresh smiles, freshly shaven, new clothes.
Can you, any women and children there?
Any women and children there?
No, guy, about 20, 20, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40.
What are they doing when they get to Spain?
What do you think they are going to do?
And it's not just Spain.
Look at this.
This is from Italy, where this one is so disappointing on so many fronts because Georgia Maloney, when she was elected about three years ago, I mean, her whole thing was, I'm Trump, we're closing the border and everything else.
She has let in a ton of these people.
And check out what's going on in Milan.
Fashion capital of the world, Milan.
Devil wears Prada.
Devil wears Prada too.
I just saw the preview.
Looks terrible.
But, well, the devil showed up in Milan.
unidentified
a look.
dave rubin
Now, unless those guys are learning how to flip pizza, okay, this is not going to end well for you, Italy.
And might I point out that we can all be empathetic and we can all be sympathetic to refugees, but not, again, it's all military-aged fighting men with bad ideas who are coming.
Where are the women and where are the children?
We snagged a couple images.
Look at this.
These are 1920s.
What you're seeing on the upper left there, that is a boat that was coming from Italy to Ellis Island.
Look at those women.
Look at those women.
Okay?
Do they look, were they going to be a real danger to America when they were coming and bringing their old world ways of cooking and that you got to slice the garlic really thin for the sauce?
What you're seeing on the upper right is a bunch of Jewish children coming from Eastern Europe.
And then the bottom is a boat.
I'm not sure where they're from.
I mean, it definitely is, it's probably Eastern Europe, but that's all coming to Ellis Island.
And look, it's children.
Look, why are they?
No one is really happy, even though they're about to come to the land of freedom.
There's one girl smiling over there with the American flag, interestingly.
Ellis Island Arrivals 00:15:19
dave rubin
And juxtapose, give me that.
Now give me the other image that we just took of the guys on the boat.
And this has nothing to do with skin color, guys.
This has nothing to do with race.
This is not racist or anything else.
Why are these people coming?
Because the evidence over the last 20 years is when these people come to these countries, well, they do things like Pakistani rape gangs in Britain, where they've raped 250,000 British girls and nobody's doing anything about it.
And if anything, Kier Starmer, the now prime minister, has been part of a cover-up as it relates to that.
And they come in and they decide, like we just showed you in Sydney, they should just take over the streets whenever they want.
They can pray whenever they want and all of those things.
It's crazy.
And by the way, it will not stop with that.
It will enter every little facet.
There is this girl.
Her name is Nerdine Kiswani.
She is a Palestinian activist, CUNY law student, and she's embedded in all of these crazy protest people out there.
She wrote this, which got a lot of people upset, because people can deal with their cities burning down and all the rest, but you come after the dogs, you got a problem.
She wrote this yesterday.
Finally, New York City is coming to Islam.
Dogs definitely have a place in society, just not as indoor pets.
Like we've all said along, they are unclean.
I mean, like, fuck off, bitch, honestly.
Like, you're going to come for the dogs.
You might have finally done something that will wake up the people of New York City, right?
Like, there are, like, if you live in New York City, get a dog.
Get a dog.
Scare a jihadi.
That should be a, that should put that on a bunker sticker and sell it.
Like, enough, guys.
Enough, enough, enough.
How do I transition?
Watch this.
Transition.
Let's talk about the Epstein hearings that were yesterday.
They brought Attorney General Pam Bondi out.
And you know, Pam, I think if there's anyone that has screwed up some of the messaging around all this, it's Pam Bondi.
You know, a few months ago, when Pam went up there and she gave that press conference and she said, I've got the files on my desk that day, you can go back to our show that day.
And I said, I don't know what she means by that.
Did she mean she had like a binder full of things and it's got all the pictures, it's got all of the flight logs, it's got all of the emails and evidence that here are the people that did some things and now we're going to go get them.
Or was it just a file, meaning it's got all of this information, some of which may true, some of which may be true, some of which may not be true.
It might have names of people who quite literally just had lunch with the guy or took a donation.
And then it might have the names of the people who did the horrible things.
But does like there's just so many layers of craziness.
But when she said, when she said that thing that I've got the binder, and then of course there was the other moment where they brought like, you know, eight or so influencers, some of whom I know, they brought them to the White House and they handed them the binders and it turned out there was basically nothing in them.
Some of the blame around the confusion around this does fall on her.
Anyway, there was a hearing about the Epstein files yesterday, which the Trump administration, not the Biden administration, not the Obama administration or anything else.
Trump has released 3 million of the documents related to the Epstein situation.
Remember, we showed you a video a few days ago where when Trump was president the first time, Anderson Cooper was saying there's nothing here, there's nothing here, there's nothing here, because they thought it might get the Democrats.
Now they think it might get the Republicans.
But as Trump is pointing out, this is going to probably go the other way.
Anyway, Thomas Massey, who is no fan of Donald Trump, he is a libertarian on the right.
I've had him on the show many times, but he's been pushing a lot of this release.
Here he is pressing Bondi on who obscured the name of former Victoria's secret CEO Les Wexner.
And you'll see how it connects to just the confusion around all of this.
thomas massie
Are you able to track who it was that obscured Les Wexner's name as a co-conspirator in an FBI document?
Do you have that kind of accountability?
pam bondi
I believe Wexner's name was listed more than 4,000 times about I had already told you that.
unidentified
This is where he's listed as a dynamic.
pam bondi
Did I finish my answer?
Come on, let me finish my answer.
We corrected that within 40 minutes.
He was already acting like everybody's trying to cover up Wexner's name.
Within 40 minutes, Wexner's name was added back.
thomas massie
Within 40 minutes of me catching you red-handed.
pam bondi
Red-handed.
There was one redaction.
There he's listed as a coach.
And we invited you in.
This guy has Trump derangement syndrome.
He needs to get you're a failed politician.
unidentified
He needs to watch this out.
dave rubin
Chairman, please restore his time.
This is messy.
Like, so Bondi, there at the end, this guy has Trump derangement syndrome.
Now, him and Trump are fighting all the time.
That kind of is true, I suppose.
But like, or this guy's a failed politician.
Like, that's not a good look here, lady.
Like, he's asking you something legit, which is that why is this guy's name redacted?
She points out, hey, once we found out, his office called them and asked a little bit more, they did unredact it.
Okay.
So it just leaves a million questions.
Were they trying to protect this guy?
Blah, blah, blah.
But now there is a little more evidence, or there's a little more subtext to this story.
This is from Massey on Twitter.
This is a well-known retired CEO.
DOJ should unredact this.
Why did they redact it?
So he's talking about this Les Wexner guy.
And then Todd Blanche, who's the deputy attorney general, he wrote this: The document you cite has numerous victim names.
We have just unredacted Les Wexner's name from the document, but his name already appears in the files thousands of times.
DOJ hides nothing.
So Massey was really going crazy that they redacted this guy's name in this one file, even though it was in all these other files.
And they were obviously redacting the names of the victims for obvious reasons.
So the problem with all this, I mean, obviously something horrific happened.
And everyone that did something that is illegal and horrible needs to be dealt with.
The problem is everyone is now using this for their political purposes.
Massey does not like Trump, so he sees a reason to go after the Trump administration for this.
That's not to say he doesn't care about the victims.
I believe he does.
But he's using it for political purposes.
How do we know that?
Well, we checked right before the show.
For the four years under Joe Biden, Thomas Massey not once brought anything up to the floor about Jeffrey Epstein.
We knew about all of this from way back when, starting really in the Obama administration.
However, so I'm really trying to do this as honestly as possible.
However, Massey is making points that do make sense.
Look at this.
A sultan seems to have sent this.
DOJ should make it public.
And the email says, and it's to Epstein, I am in China and will be in the U.S. the second week of May.
Epstein says, where are you?
Are you okay?
I loved the torture video.
Thomas Massey then put up on X in response to my post on X Today, DOJ unredacted an FBI file that labels two individuals as co-conspirators, unredacted a file that lists several men who might be implicated, tacitly admitted that Sultan Ahmed bin Solomon was the sender of the torture video.
So again, this is why this is all so messy.
So Massey, I'd be happy to have you show it and ask you why you didn't care about this for the four years that Biden was in charge.
You happen to be a Republican, but again, if this is just about the victims, that's one thing.
And that's to the backdrop of here he is pushing them a little bit more.
And now we're finding out that this sultan apparently was involved in some sort of torture video with Epstein.
Like, okay, so let's find out who he is.
And it's just freaking messy.
Now, the clip that really went viral from all of this was this right here.
pam bondi
You sit here and you attack the president, and I am not going to have it.
I'm not going to put up with it.
You know, all they want to do, all the American people need to know this.
They are talking about Epstein today.
This has been around since the Obama administration.
This administration released over 3 million pages of documents, over 3 million, and Donald Trump signed that law.
And none of them, none of them, asked Merrick Garland over the last four years one word about Jeffrey Epstein.
How ironic is that?
You know why?
Because Donald Trump, the Dow, the Dow right now, is over.
The Dow is over $50,000.
I don't know why you're laughing.
You're a great stock trader, as I hear, Raskin.
The Dow is over $50,000 right now.
That's what we should be focused on.
All the great work that this president has done and will continue to do to keep America safe and to make Americans safe.
dave rubin
Okay, so there's a lot here.
And what's, I guess, you know, the most upsetting part of this is the horrific things that we believe happened, right?
Obviously.
The other part of this that is grotesque is the way everyone is using it for political purposes, which is why I'm trying to show you that people in this are doing good things and kind of doing shady things at the exact same time.
So the reason that went viral was because she's right to some extent.
Like, should we all be focused on all the great things the Trump administration is doing?
Obviously, yes.
Is that what I do on this show every day for the last 14 months of his presidency?
Of course it is.
And there are wins and wins and wins and a lot of reasons to think things could continually get better, especially as it pertains to the economy.
But that's not to say we shouldn't be looking at this, right?
So that's why that clip kind of went viral.
But she does bring up the point: where were all of you?
She called him Raskin, but that was, she was talking to the little penguin guy, Nadler.
And it's like, where were all of you?
So Nadler, you're a Democrat, and Massey, you're a Republican.
Well, for four years under Joe Biden, you didn't ask for any of this.
You guys didn't ask for it under Obama, right?
It started getting hot again under Trump one because you guys thought it could get pinned on Trump.
Then it disappeared for four years under Biden.
And now it's coming out again under Trump.
But out of all of the stuff. that's coming out right now.
So Trump is the only president, right?
If you look at the last three presidents, Trump, the only one to do anything about it.
He's given you guys a lot of what you want.
And I don't know why there are some of those redactions.
Like, I don't know.
You have every right as a congressional, as a member of Congress to have those private meetings to figure out some of that stuff.
And maybe they are going to make some mistakes.
So if they redacted the guy's name in one thing and then Massey pushes them on and they unredact it, well, okay, that's pretty good.
But clearly a huge portion of what's going on here is the reason that the Masseys, who are, you know, let's say libertarians that don't like Trump because of foreign policy, the reason they're on the same side as the lefties right now, like say the Rokanas and the rest of, and Nadler and the rest of them, is because they all think this can damage Trump.
That's obvious.
Like, I hate to be cynical in that sense, but it's obvious.
They were demanding this all get released under Trump and not under Biden because they thought it was going to get Trump.
Well, now every day, more and more evidence comes out that Trump is the only one who's looking clean on any of this.
Listen to this from Forbes.
Trump reportedly called police about Epstein in 2006 and said Giselle Ghislaine Maxwell was evil.
And we do know that Trump banned Epstein from Mar-a-Lago, that he called the Palm Beach police on him, et cetera, et cetera.
So it's just freaking messy.
Politics makes strange bed photos.
But, you know, it's sort of like when a Republican, you know, like when a Liz Cheney type, when they start going Democrat and then they start getting loved by everybody on CNN, that's a flag in my mind, right?
And I would say this is a flag as well.
It's a flag when people on the left and the right who disagree on everything, when they suddenly agree on something and the thing they agree on seems to be because they can get Trump.
I would put a flag on that.
And for the last time, I'll said it three times.
I would just reiterate it one more time.
That is not a dismissal of any of the horrible things that these people did.
And if there is evidence of any of it, these people need to go to jail.
So let's put that there.
Let's connect.
Well, again, this is a strange segue show today, but we're going to move now.
Let's go north of the border for a moment because it is worth covering for several reasons.
There was this horrific shooting at a school in Canada, and it was a trans activist who did it, meaning it was a biological male who was on drugs and going through the process of pretending they were a female.
That's basically the best way I can say it.
And to the backdrop of how many people were murdered?
I think 10 people were murdered and another 15 injured.
We'll get you the exact number on that.
To the backdrop of that, the Canadian police, you want to talk about suicidal empathy, are going out of their way to respect the gunman's preferred pronouns.
unidentified
And we're not hiding it.
In fact, you're the first media to ask the question.
dave rubin
I will say this.
unidentified
We identify the suspect as they chose to be identified in public and in social media.
I can say that Jesse was born as a biological male who approximately, in the information that I have, approximately six years ago, began to transition to female and identified as female both socially and how profoundly pathetic.
dave rubin
Eight were killed, by the way.
How profoundly pathetic.
First off, you can't transition from a male to a female.
What you can do is be a male who identifies as a woman, right?
You can identify however you want, but it doesn't change biological reality.
And also respect.
Here's a bit more important point.
Respect is a two-way street.
If someone gives you respect, you can give them respect back.
If you respect someone and they keep spitting in your eye, you don't have any self-respect.
So why should we be respecting someone who just murdered eight children?
Eight children.
Why are they respecting that guy?
Say what it is.
It's a guy who did this.
It is a guy who was going through some sort of psychological condition, believed they were a female, was doing some things to alter their physical nature to come off as a woman, but is not a female.
And the fact that the police are spending even one second thinking about pronouns.
This room, I'm telling you guys, we should find it.
We'll play it next week.
You can find a video that we did back in, it must be 2016.
And I had Pete Bogozian on, who is a great, he was a professor up at Portland State University, was deeply embedded.
He was an old school liberal, deeply embedded in Portland, like the crazy lunacy of Portland, 2016.
I actually did a speaking event with him that year.
That was the first day I met Andy No, who was a student there, who has now become really the main journalist exposing so much of this leftist nonsense and Antifa on campus.
And Pete said something that has stuck with me since, which is once you let woke into the system, it will destroy the entire system.
And that's a perfect example of it.
While the bodies are still warm of these children, children, you've got a police officer talking about respecting the pronouns of the murderer.
Absolutely psychotic, but the psychosis is everywhere.
Insane Left Extremism 00:04:42
dave rubin
Look at this.
Canada media outlet, City News, uses an AI filter to make the Tumblr Ridge killer look female.
They literally took the image of the guy who was, you know, pretending or whatever you want to say to be a woman.
Look at that first picture.
He's a little sallow and dark and whatever.
And what did they do?
They AI, they tuned him up.
They filtered him to look a little more female, a little brighter.
The lips are a little redder.
Like, what?
unidentified
What?
dave rubin
And you might say, Dave, none of this matters.
It just doesn't matter.
He can call himself whoever he wants.
The police can call themselves whoever they want.
Except this thing has leaked into every part of society everywhere.
There was a hearing yesterday.
The founding fathers knew that 250 years later, we would be debating gender pronouns.
It's just absolutely insane.
Actually, sorry, this is a few months ago, but it's worth showing again because it connects to all of this stuff.
Here is Representative Nancy Mace asking Tim Walz, what is a woman?
unidentified
Okay.
dave rubin
What is a woman?
unidentified
What is a woman is the question.
dave rubin
I'm not sure I understand the question here.
unidentified
Well, that.
dave rubin
What do you want me to say?
unidentified
This is.
nancy mace
I want you to say that a woman like me is an adult human female, that men can't become women.
You guys are the party of violence and you're the party erasing women.
pam bondi
You don't respect us.
You're a bigot.
You're a misogynist.
unidentified
You're a sexist.
dave rubin
Mr. Chairman, yeah, I mean, Nancy, yeah, And that guy is also in a massive fraud scandal involved in Minnesota, where he's now no longer running for governor.
He's also been one of the head cheerleaders of the anti-ICE attacks.
Also, his answer, not sure I understand the question.
What is a woman?
Connor, is your girlfriend a woman?
unidentified
She is.
dave rubin
She is.
Absolutely sure?
Okay.
And if someone said to you, like, the second answer, what do you want me to say?
What do you want me to say?
I don't know.
Boys have penises, girls have vaginas.
Can we move on to hearing about the economy, perhaps?
But to tie this all together, show is a little jumpy, to tie it all together, even the bananas, lunatic, brainbroken, psychotic, degenerate, wackadoodle, mentally ill Democrats think that their party has gone too far.
Enjoy.
harry enten
What about all Americans, right?
How about all voters?
Voters who say the Democrats are now too liberal.
Look at this percentage.
It's 42% in 96, 48% in 2013.
Now 58% in 2025 of all voters say that the Democratic Party is too liberal.
The Democrats are moving to the left.
The far left is gaining power.
And there could be some electoral repercussions because what we see right now is voters, the clear majority, say that they are too liberal.
unidentified
This is really interesting.
dave rubin
So basically 60% of people think the Democrats have become, it's not liberal.
They are not liberal, but I can't keep defending the word.
They have become too extreme.
And it is extreme not to know the difference between boys and girls.
It is extreme to allow people who will destroy your culture into your country.
It is extreme to attack law enforcement who are just doing the very job that they were sworn in to do.
Those are all extremist positions.
And it's also extreme to have, I don't know, a voting system that doesn't check who the voters are.
These are all radically insane, extreme things.
And Donald Trump and the Republicans and every sane American has now less than 10 months, you know, basically nine months to secure these elections, make sure the border is taken care of, get the deportations done and everything else.
Because if the Republicans lose the midterms, they will eventually, it won't happen under Trump, but eventually the border will be opened.
Eventually the voting system will be completely and utterly rigged and flooded.
There will be rapists on the street.
You will not know the difference between boys and girls.
Cats and dogs will be fighting on the street, although apparently not in New York City because they're going to ban dogs.
It's going to be screwy.
Guys, I'm very excited because next week, so next week's President's Week and years ago, I think we actually did it for two or three years, but we did it around 2017, 18.
For President's Week, we did a different show about a different president all five days of the week.
And that's what we're doing for next week as well.
We're covering a bunch of the presidents.
We've got Glenn Beck doing it.
President's Week Special 00:00:36
dave rubin
We've got Andrew Clavin doing it.
We've got Jeffrey Sachs.
Jeffrey Sachs.
We've got Jeffrey Tucker.
Michael Knowles.
It's just a great, like if you just want to escape, I thought for President's Week, we could just escape a little bit of the mundanity of the day-to-day politics and just get back a little thoughtfulness on what our founders were up.
Not all our founders.
We do one on Reagan.
We do.
You'll see.
It's really, really interesting.
We shot them all already.
It's a nice break from the craziness.
And we've got a bunch of other things coming out.
We got a post-game show, 30 seconds, RubenReport.locals.com.
I thank you for watching.
And, Well, welcome.
