Big Sister General.
dave rubin
Hello, people on the other side of the screen.
I'm Dave Rubin.
This is The Rubin Report.
It is May 12th, 2025.
We are live streaming on Rumble on YouTube, on Local.
Share, subscribe, tap the notification bell.
Post-game wrap-up, rubinreport.local.com.
And if The Rubin Report is not enough for you...
And I know you're watching every day, six, seven, eight, ten hours a day, every single day without fail.
But if that is not enough for you, you may have noted that last week we had pre-taped a couple episodes because I was bouncing around on the road.
I spoke at the Biden School of Public Policy at the University of Delaware, which I think maybe we're going to get some video up of.
I really thought they were going to assassinate me or kidnap me, but it was a rather lovely event.
Did some private events in Florida.
And we then launched, this is the first time, In all of the years of The Rubin Report that we, our production company, we are launching another show.
We launched the Actual Friends Podcast.
With my cohorts, you know these good people, Sage Steele, Russell Brand, Jillian Michaels, and the whole idea of the show is that we are actual friends, believe it or not.
We like each other.
It's not just politics.
It's a little bit insider stuff on what's going on in our lives.
Yeah, with some of the politics and some of the culture, and doing it not just from the studio.
I was at my parents' little beach place on the other side of Florida.
Sage was in Nashville.
Jillian was in LA, Russell was bouncing around, Sage had to leave the show before it ended.
It's just gonna be a little snapshot of our lives that we do every Thursday.
And the reaction to it was really fantastic.
So if you have not seen it, or you would like to subscribe, There's episode one.
Look, I'm not in studio.
I'm dressed like a normal person.
Look at those smiley people.
You can just search Actual Friends Podcast on Rumble, on YouTube, Spotify, etc., etc.
That is it for promotion.
Let's get to the program today.
There is a lot happening in the world.
Most of it, actually.
Pretty good.
I know you watch, well, not you guys, but I know that there's a lot of other shows out there that focus on the bad.
Everything's making you crazy.
Everyone's insane, et cetera, et cetera.
But if you just look a little deeper, guys, there is a lot of good stuff happening.
We're getting some of those trade deals back.
They're looking pretty good.
We avoided a potential nuclear war with India and Pakistan, at least for now.
We're getting the last American hostage out of Gaza probably today and maybe some law and order in our city.
So we're going to do all that and more, but let's start off with the tariff trade situation.
And let's take a look at this chart here to see some of these numbers that are coming in.
Because remember, a month ago, what did we look at?
Oh my God, everything's crashing.
The economy's melting down.
Bad day for the stock market.
But it was just negotiations, so what we are finding out right now is that the tariff deal with China is going to be drastically different.
What you're seeing there is that in order now for China to sell a good to us, they're going to have to pay a 30% tariff tax.
That was 145%, so that's way better for us.
In order for us to sell a good to China, we now only have to pay a 10% tax.
So it is a much more equal trading system that we're getting in from China.
And the only way that this was going to occur was if Donald Trump made some threats.
And that's exactly what he did a month ago.
And it's not just China.
We're getting some news back from the UK that is quite good as well.
This is a tweet from the White House.
The historic US-UK trade deal will unlock $5 billion in export opportunities while strengthening national security.
A good deal.
For America, and let's just dive into the numbers a little bit, this is also from the White House, $5 billion in new market access exports, $6 billion in tariff revenue, and U.K. tariffs are going from 5.1% to 1.8%, and U.S. tariffs are going from 3.4 to 10. So once again, we had lopsided deals, not just with...
Countries that you could say we're not the friendliest with, like China, our main competitor on the world stage, but even countries that we are super friendly with, even countries that we were born in revolution by leaving, like the UK, we are now going to have fairer deals.
Now, that is good for America, which makes most quote-unquote journalists upset.
And here is a Fox reporter, I mean, this is a little surprising that it was coming from Fox, trying to imply that the trade deal with the UK is not, Great.
We're not really impressive.
And Caroline Levitt just wasn't having it.
unidentified
Why did the White House announce this deal with the UK before all of the details were finished?
karoline leavitt
That's not true, actually.
I saw the fact sheet.
I saw the deal as well before the President brought all of you in the Oval Office in the effort of transparency.
You had the President and the Prime Minister on the phone talking to all of you directly about how this was a great deal, a phenomenal deal, and discussions will continue.
But as I spoke to our Ambassador Greer yesterday, this is how trade deals work.
An initial agreement, you set the framework, you set up the deal, and then of course, you know...
T's have to be crossed and I's have to be dotted, but this deal is a good deal and the numbers are determined and all of the market access that I just discussed will remain.
unidentified
Does that mean that the 10% baseline is going to still be there at the end when all of the other details are ironed out?
karoline leavitt
The president is committed to the 10% baseline tariff not just for the United Kingdom but for his trade negotiations with all other countries as well.
unidentified
Permanently, even after the deals are done, like that is going to remain?
karoline leavitt
The president is determined to continue.
dave rubin
I mean, Carolyn's trying to basically teach this reporter like Negotiations 101.
Anyone that has ever negotiated anything, when you, person watching this, when you negotiate your salary with your boss, do you go in with the lowest possible number or the highest possible number?
And then you hope that you're going to meet somewhere in between when LeBron James is re-signing.
Is he on the Lakers?
He's on the Lakers, right?
When LeBron James is signing a deal and his agents come in and they're like, we want $200 million for three years.
And they're like, well, no, we're going to do $100 for six.
And then you start discussing it.
So we had lopsided trade deals like this, right?
This is my hands doing lopsided.
And now they're a little more like this.
And the only reason it happened is because Trump said, we are not going to do this anymore.
Of course, the legacy media They don't know what to do with this because at the end of the day, anyone with their head on straight understands that having more fair trade deals so that we can sell stuff as fairly as possible to other countries, the UK in this example, just as they can sell to us, everyone knows that's good.
And yet, for some reason, the Biden administration and previous Republican administrations did not do that.
So the media now has to basically make it seem like, oh no, nothing really is happening here.
This is a low-hanging fruit, and anyone could have done this stupid thing.
unidentified
Here's Jen Psaki.
This is relatively low-hanging fruit.
If you can't get a trade deal with the longest-standing and loyalist United States ally anywhere in the world over generations, you're going to be in trouble.
When you're dealing with some of the more obstreperous countries around the world, the ones that are more willing to resist your entreaties.
jen psaki
So it's been more than a month, if you can believe it, since Donald Trump announced his sweeping and pretty ridiculous tariffs.
But Mr. Art of the Deal, as he calls himself, has not yet struck a single trade deal.
unidentified
Not a single one.
With any single country.
dave rubin
Well, that's a lie, actually, madam, because immediately a month ago when Trump announced this, there were several countries, Mexico, Israel, and a few others, Argentina, that immediately announced new deals.
Now we're getting the UK deal coming in.
We're getting China deals.
And as Scott Besson has said repeatedly, we showed you clips last week, there are about 60 deals being worked on right now.
It does not happen overnight.
So of course, yes, everything they do on MSNBC is a lie and a confusion and everything else.
But more to the point, forget Saki there for a second, that guy, John, John Heilman.
You know that guy, John Heilman?
He blocked me on Twitter because I used to show that clip all the time of Russell Brand destroying him on Bill Maher.
Remember, Russell's like, you know, I went on Joe Scarborough and there was no one named Joe and it wasn't in the morning and you're an idiot and he's a moron.
Remember that?
So anyway, Heilman blocked me.
But this guy...
It's a perfect example of how ridiculous these people are.
If you're going to tell us that it is low-hanging fruit to get a better trade deal with the UK, then why didn't you guys do it?
And by you guys, I mean the Democrat.
You're a Democrat.
You pretend you're a reporter or something, but you're a Democrat.
Why didn't Joe Biden?
It was so obvious.
It was so low-hanging.
The fruit was right there.
Why didn't I grab that mango and chew it?
But you didn't do it because you guys either were okay with bad trade deals or you...
Actually, what the answer is, really, is you just don't like America that much.
You like being the bitch to the world.
You guys are all a bunch of bitches.
That is what you is.
Speaking of Joe Scarborough, here he is, and he's not particularly happy to have to give Trump credit on this, but Joe is somebody that has survived on television for a long time, so he can't be completely dumb all the time and kind of admits that it is pretty good.
unidentified
You look for what's most likely.
joe scarborough
Most likely those trade deals are going to come from leaders that he's more comfortable with.
unidentified
And he certainly, again, says he's very comfortable with Keir Starmer.
dave rubin
Yeah, no question there.
bill maher
For President Trump, diplomacy is very personal.
I mean, there's a degree of that for most presidents.
But this one in particular, it's really whether or not he likes you.
We know there have been foreign leaders he very much did not like.
dave rubin
He did not care for Prime Minister Trudeau of Canada.
unidentified
But this is going to be a political win for the White House, Mika.
We've already, President Trump, up very early this morning, posting around 5.30 in the morning.
bill maher
We've heard from him a couple times already today about this.
They're going to have an event at 10 o 'clock.
He's going to hold a news conference along with it.
dave rubin
This is going to be something that they...
bill maher
White House AIDS have told me for a while.
unidentified
It's been turbulent since so-called Liberation Day.
bill maher
They've seen the markets bounce back some, but there's a lot of economic worries.
They needed to start delivering deals.
chris hayes
This is the first.
dave rubin
All right.
First, let me just clarify one thing.
The market has completely bounced back.
We had nine straight days of growth.
The market is basically exactly where it was.
And if people that were savvy investors, perhaps even more savvy than me because I didn't do a lot of buying, knew to buy when the thing dipped and do quite well, right?
Some people, in that sense, I'm a little more conservative, you could say, when it comes to the markets and everything else.
But some people are really smart and clever and willing to take some risks.
You never know what's going to happen to it.
Anyway, the point of all of that is that there you have Scarborough and the other guy basically, like, Yeah, this is good.
There's kind of no way to do it.
So to go back to that Heilman clip of low-hanging fruit, again...
Why didn't you guys do it?
Why didn't Biden do it?
Why have all of these administrations for decades now all been okay with us getting screwed on trade deals?
And then in comes Hitler, and somehow he's redoing the deals.
And not only is he redoing the deals, which are gonna be good then for the UK too, right?
There's a way in negotiations.
Did someone write a book called Art of the Deal?
There's a way in negotiations, and good negotiations end with both sides probably not getting exactly what they did.
You don't get 100% of what you want, but both sides walk away like, I got a little something, I gave up a little something, we can keep doing business.
That's how it works in business and in friendship and in everything else.
A negotiation is that both people are gonna move a little bit and not feel totally screwed.
And there's something else to the backdrop of all of this in the UK.
You know, I mentioned a couple months ago in February, when I was at the ARC conference, Jordan Peterson's Alliance.
The Responsible Citizenship Conference, and there were representatives of over 100 countries there.
And almost every talk that I heard in a three-day conference, because it was in London, had to do with how...
Poorly the UK is dealing with their cultural issues and border.
That the country is being taken over.
People don't speak English.
There's parts of cities that you don't want to go to anymore.
Crime, Pakistani rape gangs, all of this stuff.
Well, just this broke about two minutes before we started the show, which is why we're a few seconds late today.
Here's Prime Minister of England, Keir Starmer of Great Britain, calling for migrant reform and saying, oh my God, British people maybe should speak English?
How racist.
unidentified
Let me put it this way.
Nations depend on rules, fair rules.
Sometimes they're written down, often they're not.
But either way, they give shape to our values, guide us towards our rights, of course, but also our responsibilities, the obligations we owe to each other.
Now, in a diverse nation like ours, and I celebrate that...
These rules become even more important.
Without them, we risk becoming an island of strangers, not a nation that walks forward together.
So when you have an immigration system that seems almost designed to permit abuse, that encourages some businesses to bring in lower-paid workers rather than invest in our young people, or simply one that is sold by politicians...
to the British people on an entirely false premise, then you're not championing growth.
You're not championing justice or however else people defend the state Right.
dave rubin
First, I would say welcome to the party, pal.
I'm glad you at least purport to get it, but he's not going to do anything to change anything.
Will it be nice if the UK has stricter borders and figures out how they're going to deal with the fact that they have probably...
It could be over 10% of their population that is absolutely sympathetic to terrorist organizations and in the mood for, I don't know, worldwide jihad.
Like, they're not going to do anything.
They're not gonna do anything, but at least he's saying a little something.
At least there's a little clue so that maybe, maybe it'll be Nigel Farage and his party that will come in and fix some of this stuff.
It ain't gonna be this guy, obviously, but it's one of those things.
It's sort of like what happened with America and the border.
There were all of us for years yelling about the border while they told us there was no problem and they ignored it.
And then slowly Biden at the end started talking about it a little bit and Kamala started talking about it a little bit, but then Trump became president.
So maybe there'll be a version of that in the UK.
My buddy Clay Travis just had a nice tweet kind of encapsulating Trump's last week because, again, there's so many good things happening here.
This is Clay from this morning.
Just this weekend, Trump announced a trade deal with China, brokered an in-person meeting between Ukraine and Russia, helped stop a potential war between India and Pakistan, and announced an end to big pharma U.S. profiteering, and got the final American hostage released by Hamas.
So Trump is getting win after win, and doesn't this prove...
Whether you think Trump is doing everything perfectly or not, or you don't like this thing or that thing, we'll probably talk about it in the next couple of days.
It looks like we're accepting a new Air Force One from Qatar.
That seems a little bizarre to me.
But on the big picture stuff, we're fixing the economy.
We're fixing the border.
India, Pakistan, two nuclear countries were bombing each other and bombing Kashmir over the last two weeks.
That seems to be subsiding right now.
There was one last American hostage in Gaza.
I think at the moment he is now flying out or at some point today.
And he's going to meet with Trump in Qatar.
Like, there are good things happening.
You just have to see them.
We'll have more on those good things in just a moment.
But first, Hillsdale College.
Hillsdale College is offering 40 free online courses, and they're some of the best out there.
You can dive deep into the Constitution, explore the rise and fall of the Roman Republic, or study the book of Genesis, all at no cost.
But if you take just one, I recommend Marxism, Socialism, and Communism.
This brand new course features six powerful episodes where Hillsdale professors unpack Marx's life, his writings, and the horrors of communism in the Soviet Union and China.
You'll also see how Marxist ideas That's hillsdale.edu slash dave.
And yes, it's completely free.
All right, so let's talk about this India-Pakistan situation because, yeah, it could have veered into a World War III type situation when you have two countries with nukes that are attacking each other and one just says enough is enough.
It could literally spark World War III.
I would say before I do this segment, it is important to note that if you ever go to an Indian restaurant...
When you are handed the check, the key thing to do when you're tipping is don't forget to curry the one!
Now, we've got info from the Daily Wire here.
Tensions between nuclear-armed rivals India and Pakistan dramatically spiked Tuesday after India launched multiple airstrikes on several parts of Pakistan and Pakistani-controlled territory.
The Indian military said it struck nine sites where terrorist attacks in India have been planned and directed, according to the BBC.
Pakistan denied the claim, alleging that Indian strikes hit civilian areas.
and killed two children, according to its military.
India's embassy to the United States said the strike, dubbed Operation Sindor, was in response to a terror attack on Jammu and Kashmir on April 22nd that left 26 civilians dead.
According to India, a few of the terrorists who were accused of specifically targeting Hindus were from Pakistan.
India has credible leads, technical inputs, testimony of survivors, and other evidence pointing towards the clear involvement of Pakistan-based terrorists in this attack.
The embassy said in a statement, calling its actions focused and precise.
The statement added that India was hopeful Pakistan would take action against the terrorists, but instead indulged in denial and made allegations of false flag operations against India.
Despite India stating that its strikes were meant to be non-escalatory by attacking terror camps and not Pakistani civilian economic or military targets, Pakistan vowed to respond to the cowardly attack and followed up by firing artillery.
Just across the border in India, administered Kashmir, reported the BBC.
Okay, so there's a lot of tension between India and Pakistan.
I don't want to go into, like, the splitting of the land in 1948 and all of that stuff.
And Kashmir is disputed territory and all of those things.
Long story short, there's bombing going back and forth.
It was all set to the backdrop of a major terrorist attack that took place in India about two weeks ago.
And here is a tweet from Trump announcing that they're gonna stop.
After a long night's talks mediated by the United States, I am pleased to announce that India and Pakistan have agreed to a full and immediate ceasefire.
Congratulations to both countries on using common sense and great intelligence.
So once again, without even getting into all of the minutiae here and who good guys are and bad guys are and all of those things, note...
That the United States, by leading again, by having a leader in the world who people can call, who there's a certain level of trust, there's a feeling, oh, the United States is basically a force for good, or even better than a force for good.
You don't want to screw around with the United States.
Like, we don't want to get on the United States' bad side.
In this case, Pakistan really didn't want to.
India, we have much stronger ties, obviously, with India.
But either way, India wouldn't want to get on our bad side either.
The point is that then the United States...
This is able to take an extremely volatile situation that could have spun out of control in no time.
Like, we cannot, certainly cannot trust the leaders of Pakistan.
And again, there are nukes in that country.
And if a nuke got fired in India, you know damn well they're gonna fire a couple back at Pakistan, and then who knows what's gonna happen.
So America led, and good things happen.
And speaking of America leading and good things happening, this is from Breaking911.
Breaking!
Hamas terrorists announced they will release Israeli-American hostage Eden Alexander.
So Eden is the last American hostage.
He has been somewhere under Gaza for 500 plus days.
It is rather extraordinary.
I think he's from Bloomfield, New Jersey.
For some reason, there were no Democrats over the last two plus years basically screaming, where was he?
They only care about the bad guys.
They never seem to care about good American citizens.
And yes, we are getting the American back.
That will leave, I think, 20 living Israeli hostages somewhere under Gaza.
That's not good.
Maybe Trump's going to work on that as he goes to the Middle East right now, hopefully, and then we can wrap that thing up, and then who knows what happens on the other side.
But at the very least, the American Eden Alexander is coming back.
This is from Charlie Kirk.
President Trump confirms that Eden Alexander, the last known living American hostage of Hamas, is coming home.
This is part of a greater restoration of an American promise.
If you're a citizen taken hostage abroad, America will move heaven and earth to bring you back.
I am happy to announce that Eden Alexander, an American citizen who had been held hostage since October 2023, is coming home to his family.
I am grateful to all of those involved in making this monumental news happen.
This was a step taken in good faith towards the United States and the efforts of mediators, Qatar and Egypt, to put an end to this very brutal war and return all living hostages and remains to their loved ones.
Hopefully this is the first of those final steps necessary to end this brutal conflict.
I look very much forward to that day of celebration.
So that's obviously Trump in this latter half of the tweet that I'm reading there.
Now, it's interesting because, okay, so we're getting an American back.
Purely from an American perspective, if you don't...
Care about Israeli hostages or hostages in general or anything else.
But as an American, getting the last American back is absolutely huge.
He's apparently gonna go, he's being flown to Qatar, I suppose, where Qatar, you know, Qatar has been basically housing the leadership of Hamas, who were all billionaires, who eventually got kicked out and sent over to Turkey, which is supposedly our ally.
But in any event, he's gonna go to Qatar.
Trump is gonna be in Qatar.
And then I like the fact that Trump put all, all in caps there, all hostages.
Get the hostages out.
Imagine if the hostages got out tomorrow.
The war could wrap up pretty quickly.
No one would get exactly what they want, right?
But at least the hostages would be free.
You can seal up a border, and we can perhaps move on to some other things.
Of course, the media, here we go again with the media.
So we get good news out of the Middle East.
And somehow the media tries to frame this as Donald Trump just trying to do deals in Qatar and some of the other countries like UAE over there.
Caroline Leavitt was not having that either.
unidentified
Given that you noted he is a successful businessman, do you know if the president has any plans to meet with any of the folks involved with any of the family businesses over there or see any of the sites that are going to be...
karoline leavitt
Not to my knowledge, and let me just get to the premise of your question that both of you have raised.
I think it's frankly ridiculous that anyone in this room would even suggest that President Trump is doing anything for his own benefit.
He left a life of luxury and a life of running a very successful real estate empire for public service, not just once, but twice.
And again, the American public re-elected him back to this White House because they trust he acts in the best interest of our country in putting the American public first.
This is a president who has actually...
We've lost money for being President of the United States.
I don't remember these same type of questions being asked of my predecessor about a career politician who was clearly profiting off of this office.
That is not what President Trump does, and this White House holds ourselves to the highest of ethical standards.
dave rubin
It just seems, the premise of the question seems pretty thin to me.
Like, Trump for now weeks has been talking about getting an end to the war, getting the hostages back.
He's met with hostages in the past.
We're getting the American back.
He's going there.
So, of course, they're going to try to make it seem like this is, like, ultimately, yes, he got back into office so they can put a hotel in the UAE.
It's just, it's boring and thin.
I think he probably really is going because now we get the American back.
That's good optics for him in America and the administration and the world, right?
And then they're going to hopefully work on the other 20 hostages and then wrapping up the war.
And if they wrap up the war, then maybe Saudi Arabia comes into the Abraham Accords.
Mark my words, timestamp this thing.
Like, I think that's probably where this is going.
And then maybe some other things.
And then once the Abraham Accords are strengthened, then everyone will be...
Looking at Iran, and Iran, which no longer has Hezbollah, they've been getting the shit kicked out of them in Yemen, they won't have Hamas anymore, then maybe they'll even be a little more willing to negotiate, and then we don't have to be in a military conflict with Iran, too.
Like, you just have to, it's just like kind of one thing at a time, and just take a breath before screaming, everybody.
But speaking of screaming and not taking a breath, do you know any Democrats?
They're not well.
We're gonna have more on them in just a moment, but first, prolon.

All right, so we're at about halftime of the show here, and we've been talking about some good things happening in the world.
Trade deals, we didn't get into a nuclear war, we got the hostage back, there's a bunch of good stuff that's going on.
But now let's check in on the Democrats, because there is a lady by the name of Monica McIver.
Which if I was in drag, I think that would be my name.
It sounds like a drag queen name.
This is from Benny Johnson here.
I watched the video.
See the woman in the red jacket in that video?
That's Democrat Representative LaMonica McIver.
She broke into a New Jersey ICE facility and assaulted multiple enforcement officers, violating federal law under 18 U.S. Code 111.
Okay.
So there she is.
It's a fracas outside the facility.
She's just trying to push her way in.
You can see law enforcement trying to push back.
It just becomes kind of nutty, but she's obviously not listening to anyone over there.
And again, why are the Democrats so obsessed always with saving rapists and child molesters and fentanyl dealers and all of these things?
Well, federal attorney Alina Habba, you know Alina from New Jersey.
This is what she said about this.
The mayor of Newark, Roz, Oh, this is a different case, but we'll connect both of them.
So yes, no one is above the law.
You can't, if you...
Guy on the other screen.
On the other side of the screen, if you just showed up at the federal ICE facility in Newark, New Jersey, and you tried to push your way in, what do you think would happen to you?
You'd have a man in an outfit and a gun come and grab you and probably take you somewhere else.
And that is exactly what they should do when Democrats or Republicans or anyone tries to approach an ICE facility.
You can't just break into an ICE facility because...
You care about bad people or something like that.
Anyway, we haven't talked about this LaMonica McIver before, but I think this chick, she's trying to make the move.
You know about the move.
The move is, if I'm on the left, I gotta out-crazy everybody.
So we had AOC.
She was absolutely bananas.
Jasmine Crockett was like, wow, out-crazy you!
And now she moved everybody this way.
Well, LaMonica McIver, watch out, Jasmine Crockett.
She coming for your ass.
I'm talking Jasmine Crockett style.
Here is La Monica.
unidentified
We will not take this!
We will fight back!
Fight back!
Fight back!
And as I close out, because I know we've been out here for a long time, and God damn it, shut down the city!
We are at war!
Anytime a person can pay $250 million into a campaign and they be given access, full access to the Department of Treasury of the United States of America, we are at war!
dave rubin
That sounded a little insurrection-y.
We are at war.
We're going to get in the streets.
We're going to burn it down.
All of the things that they're constantly...
They don't just say it.
They do it, too, while they're telling us that we're the bad guys.
But the woman is obviously...
I mean, she's just...
That's the thing that people have to understand.
She's just the next version of what the left is.
They have no unifying principle.
Look, you can have all sorts of disagreements or think that certain people on the right are nuts, and there's a lot of infighting on the right right now, which I've largely been trying to ignore on this show because I think the best...
Because I do agree with what Donald Trump said a year ago, which is that success will be his best revenge.
So I'm not that interested in just the little arguments that I see people fighting about on Twitter on the right right now.
I referenced it a little bit, but I'm not focused on that.
I'm focused on success and goodness for America.
But the right generally is a unifying principle.
The unifying principle is America's pretty good.
The Constitution is pretty good.
The founding of the country is pretty good.
Like, liberty and human flourishing are pretty good concepts.
That brings a lot of people into the bucket together, right?
And that's a beautiful thing.
The left seemingly has no unifying principle anymore.
Other than we will do whatever we want to get whatever we want.
And that includes burning down cities and that includes opening borders and that includes brainwashing children and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
So her overly emotive screaming and all of the stuff, it's just like, all right, you're just the next one.
And by the way, you're an interchangeable part and you'll be replaced by somebody crazier and somebody crazier and somebody crazier.
And by around 2034, we are literally, there will be a reality show.
On TV, how to choose the next Democrat?
It's going to literally be called Choose the Next Democrat, and they're going to go into mental institutions, and they're just going to put on a show, and then whoever's the craziest will be the next Democrat nominee.
That is how it is working.
Here is LaMonica McIver, and she doesn't know what happened at that ICE facility or why it got so crazy or anything else.
Yeah, she was elbowing people, pushing through.
She doesn't know what was happening.
chris hayes
We played some of that sound there.
It really seemed like a frenetic scene.
And to my mind, just again, I wasn't there looking at it.
I couldn't quite understand why this enormous push and the shoving and the putting of arms on people.
What happened in that moment that precipitated the mayor of the city in which this facility exists being arrested?
unidentified
We really have no idea.
As mentioned, I, along with Congressman Menendez and Congresswoman Bonnie Watson Coleman, was there to literally do our jobs.
We are members of Congress.
We are able to show up and do oversight, statutory visits, and that's what we were there for.
And then all of this commotion happened.
We were trying to figure out why they were so hostile, why they were so aggressive, why they were pushing and shoving, and why all of this happened.
And quite frankly, why was the mayor arrested?
Because we're totally confused as to what was going on and why that happened.
And no one gave us any.
dave rubin
You're totally confused, lady.
A minute ago, burn it down, get in the streets.
We're at war, blah, blah.
Now, people called you out for it because you're elbowing ICE agents.
You're just showing up again.
You, me, if I just show up at my local police precinct where they're holding a couple people.
I live in a pretty safe area.
This is the free state of Florida.
unidentified
We'll shoot your ass.
dave rubin
But if I went to the, let's say I went to Chicago.
And I just showed up at the Chicago ICE facility or the Chicago local, just any local precinct where they're holding some criminals.
Get me the Chicago numbers.
How many people were shot in Chicago this weekend?
And I was just trying to go in there and just see people.
And I just showed up.
Connor came with me.
You want to come to Chicago?
You don't want to.
No, no.
Bring a couple people.
We're going to just show up to the police precinct and we're just going to push our way in.
You think they're going to let you in?
That is not how it works.
We'll get those Chicago shooting numbers for you.
Just a second.
You guys remember Eric Holder.
He was the Attorney General under Barack Obama.
Well, here he is, and once again, now that things are happening, now that we are arresting people, now that we are deporting people, now that we are actually looking out for American citizens, well, of course he has to make it seem like Donald Trump is a bad guy.
unidentified
To how this administration is operating when it comes to people, even people with power, doing their jobs.
eric holder
It's all about, again, intimidation.
I don't know all the facts, but it seems on the base of the tapes that I've seen, it seemed like he was outside of the perimeter.
They arrest a judge in Wisconsin.
You know, she may have done something inappropriate, but arresting a judge, potentially going after, as I read in the newspapers, you know, Trish James on the basis of some mortgage stuff or whatever after she's been actively investigating the administration.
It's all about sending a message and again trying to intimidate people at all levels, not only people who are here potentially inappropriately, but also people who are in the power structure.
This is all about consolidating power and then using that power in ways that we have really never seen before.
dave rubin
What a dirtbag.
What an absolute dirtbag that guy is.
You've never seen people abuse power like that before.
Do you guys know what you were trying to do to Donald Trump for years and years and years and also try to get him off the ballots and you impeached him twice?
There were two shams and you made sure he couldn't do business in New York anymore and someone tried to shoot him and actually did hit him at least once and then missed him.
You guys, every single thing that you say is a confession.
All of your projections are actually confessions.
A judge in Wisconsin might have done something.
Yeah, the judge who hid the person as ICE was looking for the illegal, and again, he can't say illegal.
They just make this endless, this inability to just say illegal immigrant.
If you come into this country illegally, you have broken the law.
The word legal is in the word illegal.
The numbers on Chicago this weekend, not bad, not bad weekend.
Only six people were killed in Chicago, 13 others were wounded, so just under 20 people were shot this weekend in Chicago.
Strange you don't know any of their names.
You don't see Laquanda or LaMonica or anybody.
Nobody's screaming about them.
You're not gonna see Bernie or AOC say anything about them, because most likely, and I'm fairly certain I can say this, it was probably all black people shooting and all black people being shot.
I don't care about their race, but you people do.
Thus, when it is black people shooting black people.
We don't say anything.
One person who I wish would say nothing who keeps speaking is AOC and here she is and once again just very confused as to the reality in which we live.
alexandria ocasio-cortez
And now what DHS is trying to say, again, they're using public intimidation because they know that they cannot come for us all.
They know that they cannot come for assault.
And recently what they said is that DHS is allegedly looking into arresting members of Congress who were showing up for their legal and constitutional obligation to conduct oversight.
If anyone's breaking the law in this situation, it's not members of Congress, it's the Department of Homeland Security.
It's people like Tom Homan and Secretary Kristi Noem.
dave rubin
Interesting AOC, because for some reason, for four years, when Joe Biden was president, 12 to 15 million people came through that border.
They did that illegally.
That was criminal.
And it was you guys who aided and abetted it.
You guys who ran cover for them.
You guys who undoubtedly were taking money from non-profits and NGOs that were propping you up as we did nothing.
So if you want to find criminals who create...
If you're upset right now that we are kicking some people out of the country and you want to get into those ICE facilities and make sure that they're eating their filet mignon.
I read that somewhere.
But if you guys are upset about that...
What you would want to be upset is the root cause.
How did these people get here in the first place?
Not, oh, we caught people who are illegal and we're sending them out.
But at least we're sending them out with a good time.
Christy Noem, who's heading up a lot of these deportations, she was testifying.
And you guys know this Christopher Van Hollen guy.
No one knew who he was until about a month and a half ago.
He's a senator from Maryland.
Just an average nothing that nobody should know anything about.
Decided to have a real crush.
What's a better word for crush that you kids are using these days?
When you're really glazing?
He's got a hard-on.
I could do hard-on.
That was from the 80s.
Is there nothing?
Glaze?
He was glazing all over this Abrego Garcia guy, the Maryland man, who had, you know, beat his wife with the boot and was in MS-13, and we sent him back to...
Anyway, so Van Hollen is now a big star with the Democrats.
And again, he's one of these guys.
He's just nothing.
He's wrong on all the things.
But he's out there now trying to become a big star, and here he is questioning Kristi Noem on Abrego Garcia and Maryland man and the whole thing.
Take a look.
chris van hollen
Despite what you just said, the federal district court whose judge is hearing this case right now said, and I'm quoting, that the administration has provided no evidence linking Abrego Garcia to MS-13 or any other terrorist activity.
I'm not...
I'm not vouching for the man.
I'm vouching for his due process rights.
unidentified
Well, yes, you are, sir.
You've been vouching for him.
chris van hollen
No, no, no, Madam Secretary, with respect.
unidentified
I would suggest that you defend and stand alongside the victims of illegal crime.
chris van hollen
This is political rhetoric.
unidentified
The citizens who live here and are United States Americans.
I would suggest you advocate for them as hard as you do as foreign affairs.
chris van hollen
Madam Secretary, I know you're doing a political speech here.
No, I'm not, sir.
unidentified
I get it.
chris van hollen
I'm asking questions of law.
No, you're just spewing rhetoric.
unidentified
I truly believe this.
chris van hollen
I truly believe this as an American.
dave rubin
Well, you're spewing rhetoric.
chris van hollen
Let me ask you this.
dave rubin
It's just incredible.
It's just like, get the mirror again, right?
Everything, every single thing that they say is a confession out of protection.
He's the one that made everything political, and she's absolutely right.
Like, how about you care about the Americans?
The young girl who was raped.
The 37-year-old mother of five who was killed by an illegal.
You didn't care about any of those people.
Van Hollen, you didn't go to Gaza and try to get the American who's coming home today, right?
You only cared about an illegal gang member in El Salvador.
So you are the one who has made everything about politics and the show, etc., etc.
But there are worse Democrats than LaMonica and Mr. Van Hollen.
Some of them.
Our named Ilhan Omar.
At least one of them.
We'll have her in just a moment, but first, Nandaka.

All right, so first half of the show today, obviously the good stuff happening, really all coming out of the administration, and I would say the cultural rebirth of America and sane, competent people doing good stuff.
So far in part two of the show today, it's been Democrats going crazy.
We showed you a video last week of Ilhan Omar, and do we have the Ilhan puke bucket just in case?
Could you see if it's, I think it's probably over there, just in case I start, it starts coming up and I just can't get it down during the show.
I don't want to.
And Ilhan Omar, we showed you a video last week from 2018 where she was talking about how the country and that most people in the country should be more fearful of white men.
Well, that thing went super bananas viral, even though it was from about six, seven years ago.
What do you make that JD Vance finds something from this many years ago and tries to score political points with the base?
unidentified
Well, we know that he doesn't really have anything to do as the vice president.
All you do is just make sure you're waiting, waiting to be the errand boy for a president that's incompetent.
And so there aren't that many errands for him.
So he's become the reply guy.
That's kind of what he does.
He's in everybody's mentions.
dave rubin
Yeah, he's much more than that.
He's actually highly competent.
I would say JD's been the all-star in the administration when it comes to Trump throws out the big bombs, the over-the-top statements, the truth socials, the tweets, the capitalization, all that stuff.
And JD's the one that's been bouncing around the world going and explaining what's going on and everything else.
And yes, of course, he's not just a reply guy.
Of course he is right about you, Ilhan Omar.
You came to this country to destroy this country.
Oh, and you married your brother and created...
And we're breaking the law.
That's breaking immigration law.
And you're not allowed to marry your brother, at least in this country, I think.
So she's going down one way or another.
I was able to watch that clip without vomiting, but this is the official Rubin Report Ilhan Omar vomit.
Bucket.
Of course, Ilhan is from Minnesota, and Minnesota has turned—well, she's originally from Somalia, but Ilhan has taken power, let's say, in the bastion of Minnesota.
And if you want to just see what could happen to America.
If you think America should be for all kinds of people and it should be diverse and tolerant and for individual rights and good, then we have to think about who is coming to this country and what are their goals with this country?
What are their intentions with this country?
Well, this video was also going viral.
This is from Ilhan Omar's Minnesota.
And yeah, it's Minnesota, not Somalia, although you'd have no idea.
unidentified
It's Minnesota, and it's Minnesota.
dave rubin
Alright, so let me be clear about something.
I don't know any of those people.
I've not been to that mall and seen all those people.
Is it possible and is it likely that a certain percentage of those people are perfectly good people?
Of course.
But what do you think will happen over time as they multiply at rates that way outpace?
Native Americans.
Is America a place where women should be covered from head to toe and not treated particularly well?
And how do you think it's going to go for the gays and the other minorities as these people attain power?
Like, you all get it.
It's uncomfortable to talk about, but it's true.
We know it.
And by the way, just to throw back to the Keir Starmer clip that we added a minute before the show, he's now realizing what has happened to his country.
What happened to my country?
Boy, there are certain cities that were overtaken by Islamists and jihadists, and they actually hate the UK, and they're not interested in the UK.
Well, we have portions, Dearborn, Michigan, this place in Minnesota.
We have places in America where that's happening right now.
There's a few of these things popping up in the Dallas area right now.
There's weird stuff happening in America.
And if we're not able to figure out who's here, why are you here?
Do you speak the language?
Are you here to become part of the great American tapestry, part of that melting pot?
Or are you here to dominate the culture and destroy the country?
You want to talk about low-hanging fruit?
That's low-hanging fruit, like the basics of what you should aspire to to be an American.
But there's a lot of other weird stuff happening with these wacky lefties.
This is John Levine, who's over at the New York Post.
At least nine out of the 81 people arrested at Columbia by the NYPD this week use they, them pronouns.
This is seven times larger than the trans non-binary population of the USA and more than double the trans non-binary population.
So now look, whether these trans people are even trans not or whatever, it's just like this social contagion and everything else.
But why is it that so many of these people who quote-unquote are trans or who are using these pronouns are the same ones who are putting on masks, waving Hezbollah and Hamas flags, stopping kids from getting to school, overtaking college campuses, literally locking a janitor in a building in Colombia?
Like, why is it?
Why is it?
And when I tell you that the next move for them will be suicide bombs, yes, it's going to be the they-thems who are strapping them on.
They are the pawns in the game.
The jihadists and Islamists are using them as the pawns at the moment to take power.
That is what they are doing.
And let's just jump over to crazy Los Angeles, a place where I used to live.
Here is a caravan.
It's a quick video, but it's a caravan, a marching group of illegal migrants with foreign flags here.
Chanting.
And I don't think they like America that much, but they're here with the...
unidentified
what we would just look.
dave rubin
Okay, I don't know what they're chanting exactly.
I don't really care.
But if you are illegal, you have to go home.
If you have committed a crime, we're coming for those people first.
And then everyone, including the administration, if you idiots would stop pushing so hard, there are absolutely...
Do I think in my heart of hearts that Donald Trump wants to deport the woman who is here, who is...
Been a housekeeper for 20 years.
This is the argument that a lot of the Dems are like, well, we need people to do the jobs that nobody else wants to do.
Pick our fruit, be our housekeepers.
So let's just go with their logic for a second.
Does Donald Trump want to kick out every illegal who is here as a housekeeper who's a perfectly law-abiding citizen other than being illegal here in the first place?
And everybody goes, I don't think that's what Donald Trump wants.
But you idiots give him no...
There's room to get rid of the bad guys, and then maybe they're gonna overshoot a little bit because they're gonna be like, you know what, fuck this.
We're trying to just get the bad guys out and they hate us anyway, so we're just gonna get everybody out.
And then there's gonna be a lot of people that the average person might not want kicked out.
That's where we're gonna be with this whole thing.
But it's not just...
Los Angeles and Minnesota, like all of the blue cities right now are struggling with like a series, basically a series of unnecessary self-inflicted wounds.
Phoenix, roll up for me for a little bit.
Check this out.
This is a local video of a 12-year-old who was shot dead while shooting a music video in Philadelphia.
And this is just, it's not that this, it's a horrible story, obviously, but I'm showing you this just because it does not have to be this way.
Decline is a choice.
Occasionally bad things are going to happen no matter what.
But Philadelphia, Democrat run for decades and decades.
We were just there.
We were there last week.
It's not that nice anymore.
It should be one of the shining cities.
You know, the Liberty Bell, freedom was largely founded from an American perspective in that once great city.
Rocky, the stairs, the whole thing, it was all there.
But check this out.
unidentified
It's so sad to think this happened.
This is a very quiet block.
I love my block.
And to hear something like this.
Investigators say the 12-year-old boy was inside this home of the 1500 block of East Pasitoria Street Saturday afternoon.
Officials say at around 1230, they responded to a call about a person with a gun.
They found a 12-year-old boy suffering from a gunshot wound to his stomach.
In just a matter of minutes, the child was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Investigators say the boy was filming a music video inside the house with two other teens, a 15 and 17-year-old.
It is unclear which one of the teens fired the weapon.
dave rubin
Okay, so look, we don't know what happened there, but you look at that house, that looks like a pretty decent area.
Why do we have this mass amount of violence?
It's not about the gun.
The gun is just the weapon.
It's someone that uses, that does something with the gun.
And why does this keep happening in blue cities?
Now, if you want to get a really wacky one, when I saw this story this morning, I actually could not believe this is real, but it is real.
McDonald's in Fairfax County, Virginia, to go to a McDonald's now, you have to ring.
A doorbell.
Yes, that is true.
And we have video to prove it.
unidentified
I'm telling you why they are asking you to ring the doorbell and what prompted this new policy.
This video obtained by News 4 shows the melee inside of this Fairfax County McDonald's last week.
The location is right down the street from Thomas Edison High School in the Franconia neighborhood.
These kids are off the chain.
They have no respect, no discipline.
And it seems like how they're acting, their parents are allowing them to act.
Workers inside tell us young people, including some from Thomas Edison, can be seen fighting, heard cursing, and standing on tables in the video.
Managers of the McDonald's say those actions and other similar incidents led to a new policy and this sign on the front door on Monday.
Reading, quote, due to repeated incidents of student violence, the location is temporarily closed for dine-in service to anyone under 21 years of age.
Like we sitting down eating, y 'all smoking, y 'all drinking, y 'all cussing.
Come on, yo.
Like, come on.
Stacey says she, along with her grandkids, stopped by the Golden Arches.
Location in the past and saw a group of young people disrupting other customers inside.
She says she's okay with the new rule.
I understand where they coming from because that's turning customers away.
If you hear you acting up, they losing their business.
dave rubin
First off, I just want to say I like that woman.
I don't know what her name is, but that woman should be in Congress as a Democrat, not Jasmine Crockett or AOC or anything else.
I like it.
She's got her sweet tea and she's just having a ball trying to explain basic law.
I mean, just like, I understand what they're doing because, you know, you can't be going to McDonald's trying to have your nine-piece chair.
How many, what do they got?
They got six-piece.
Is there a nine-piece?
They got a six-piece and like a 20-piece.
Is there anything?
You got a 10-piece, a six-piece, a 10-piece?
I'm just trying to have my nuggets, and I got some kid busting some other kid's head over on the toilet stall over there.
Like, she gets it.
That woman is more qualified and more pro-America and more pro-sweet tea than any Democrat you can shake a stick at.
Or a French fry.
But can you imagine, like, think what, it's right by, what was it, Thomas Edison High School?
Is that what they said?
Like, you think, go back, flashback, Thomas Edison.
You think, a hundred years ago, Thomas Edison's going, you know, I'm going to invent all this shit and the light bulb and I'm going to do all this stuff.
And then, also, I'm going to have a high school named after me.
And then, McDonald's, two doors over, they're going to only let people eat french fries and nuggets if they're over 21 years old because they're all kicking the crap out of each other.
Something went wrong in this country.
Decline is a choice.
Stop choosing.
Dang it.
Although if you live in Chicago, you've already made your choice.
Your mayor is Brandon Johnson, and here he is, despite the shootings and the murders and all the stuff happening in the city.
They're working on green social housing, and they're going to stop gentrification, because there's nothing worse than when a Starbucks moves into your neighborhood.
Because a Starbucks comes in, next thing you know, you've got a gym next to it, freaking Chipotle over there, and then you've got, give me one other chain that would be sweet green, and then next thing you know, Commerce is happening and that's just fucking terrible.
brandon johnson
We're going to be able to purchase the land, go through the process.
Six developers, five of which are black, three are women.
We are moving in the right direction, and we're going to continue to move aggressively with development, particularly for housing, and making it affordable.
I promise, the last, last thing, Green Social Housing is another initiative that we're putting forward to create essentially a government nonprofit entity that allows for a revolving loan to continue to build more affordable units, and then to make sure that that affordability remains in place.
Because what happens is you build property, you build homes, and then, of course, natural accrue and gentrification takes place.
This is a way to stave off gentrification.
dave rubin
Imagine saying stave off gentrification.
Like, it really is insane.
They have broken so many people's brains.
So gentrification is basically the idea that there are communities that are kind of downtrodden.
Maybe there's a little more crime.
Maybe there's drugs.
Whatever it might be.
Gentrification is when businesses come in.
They see an opportunity.
And it usually starts with a Starbucks.
At least in America in the last 20 years.
It was like, oh, there's a bad area over there.
Well, how do we turn it around?
Well, you know, everyone kind of likes overpriced burnt coffee.
They really do like that.
They like that.
So let's get that place in there.
And then it's Starbucks.
And it looks kind of nice and generic.
And you got the sign up.
And people are like, oh, there's a Starbucks.
This area is not that bad.
And then Chipotle moves next door.
And people have the big ass burrito.
And they go, I just had a big ass coffee.
I had a big ass burrito.
I'm a little full.
I'm not going to burn down Pep Boys next door.
And then Pep Boys is like, boy, we haven't been burned down in a while.
I'm going to call my friend.
And my friend, he owns a Target.
And then Target.
But that's what they hate.
They hate competition.
They hate capitalism.
What he's talking about there is creating little socialist green cities where nothing will be gentrified.
It will all be price controlled and everything else.
Like, no, no, no.
You have everything backwards.
And if you live in Chicago, people, you must flee.
Including, by the way, I'm blanking on her name, but I met a girl this weekend at the other side of Florida who is from Chicago.
Got the hell out of there.
Never going back.
What do we got here?
Oh, and then just more.
Just more of the lunacy.
This is from Columbia, South Carolina.
Check this out from NWokeness.
Alexander Dickey had 40 prior charges, 25 of them felonies, yet he walked free until Logan Federico was killed, broke in justice system.
So that man, 40 prior charges, 25 felonies.
He was set free in South Carolina.
Kills that beautiful young girl right there.
Here is a sheriff who had arrested him before.
And listen, you know, it's really interesting, his tone here, because he's sort of got a smile on his face, like the sarcasm he has to deal with to discuss an otherwise horrific thing, because he had arrested this guy before, but the judges kept letting him out.
unidentified
He's got a felony warrant at a Thurston County Sheriff's Office because this is the third time we've pursued this individual in six months.
So the last time I talked about him, I actually specifically stated that if the judges don't start taking this seriously, that someone's going to get hurt or killed.
And here we are, shooting at the police.
So maybe they'll take it more serious this time, but I'm not confident.
Yeah, it's hard to believe this is going to end peacefully.
dave rubin
That's a good man right there.
And the reason I wanted to show you that clip right there is because not only is he making a point like, yeah, we've brought this up before.
We keep bringing in these people.
You people keep letting them out.
We know they're repeat offenders, right?
You don't charge people who break laws and hurt people and break things and all of that stuff.
But also, this is why when I show you those videos out of New York City and the NYPD and everything, and I used to have a lot of friends in the New York Police Department.
I still have a couple of friends there and I have some contacts there.
And it's like, it's not there.
The average, New York City police officer or the average police officer in South Carolina or whatever it might be, who you see getting overrun day by day and not arresting criminals and having, you know, Hamas people smash into them and push over and all of these things.
It's not really their fault.
They're hampered by their administrations.
So I have incredible, it's not to say that they're all great, but I have incredible sympathy for the bulk of everyone that wears that blue uniform every single day because they did not get those jobs.
They did not take that risk.
As it was like, I'm going to make so much money being a police officer.
Or I'm gonna go out there and not know if I'm gonna come home to my daughter and everything else because it's just so great.
It's like they usually feel a dedication to this country.
And we should be appreciative of that.
And they're then hampered by...
The administrators, they're hampered by the mayors, etc., etc.
Now let's jump over to lady eyelashes, because we had LaMonica before.
She's pretty nuts.
But Jasmine is the all-star right now when it comes to crazy Democrats.
And here she is, once again, trying to make it seem like we are all racist.
unidentified
They try to act like, oh, political violence.
It's the Democrats and it's the liberals.
And it's like, actually, actually, actually, I mean, I'm not going to say that like a left-leaning person cannot be violent because that would be like crazy to say that somebody can't be.
But baby, baby, y 'all got the white supremacists galore, okay?
Like all of them.
You got the Proud Boys.
You got the neo-Nazis.
You have people that literally...
Should be classified as domestic terrorists because a lot of times that is what they are doing.
They are engaging in domestic terrorism.
And guess what?
They all align with your side.
Including the KKK.
So like, I mean, this is who aligns with that.
So like, inherently, in like, who you are, y 'all are violent.
Like, y 'all, and most of your violence has to do with people that's got a little bit of melanin.
But nevertheless, like, y 'all are a violent group of people.
dave rubin
It's not just that she's racist and that she's a liar.
It's that, it's just like the whole package.
It's the shamelessness which with she lies and pushes, again, it's just the mirror stuff and just 180 of the truth on everything, right?
Like, it's just utter.
Nonsense.
Remind me, in the summer of love during COVID, the BLM riots, was it white supremacists burning down our cities?
Is it white supremacists who killed six people in Chicago this weekend and left another, what was it, 13 injured, so 19 people got shot?
Was it white supremacists who were taken over Columbia, who were taken over Harvard, who were taken over Yale?
Is it white supremacists marching through midtown New York City screaming for genocide?
Like, it's...
It doesn't mean that none of the, are there some people on the right who might be white supremacists?
Is there a KKK meeting going on somewhere in rural Alabama right now?
I suppose, although it's only 11 a.m., which I feel like they probably meet at night, right?
So I don't think there's many daytime KKK meetings, but I would be gladly corrected.
If I'm wrong, Jasmine, I owe you one on that, okay?
I don't know, where are they going?
Where are they meeting?
Chick-fil-A, who the hell knows?
But it's just nonsense, and here's a little bit more from Mrs. Nonsense.

It is this fear that the people within the party, within the primary system, will have about voting for a woman because every time we voted for a woman, we've lost so far.
And I think that that's a natural fear because we just want to win.
So there's a lot of people that are like, you know what?
Like, let's go find the safest white boy we can find.
I mean, I'm just saying.
Those are the callers that we're hearing.
We're hearing people.
A white man's got to do it.
No, no, no.
For real.
And to be clear, when we talk about them, I can tell you that there is one specific candidate.
I had a donor on the phones with me telling me that all the donors are lining up behind that candidate.
So I can tell you, and I tell you, it's not a black person nor woman.
dave rubin
OK, so what's interesting there, first off, she says we just want to win, which is an interesting thing, because in politics, I guess that at the most like base.
Way is true.
You want to win.
But it's not really just about winning.
It's about doing what is right for the country first, right?
That's why the first half of the show is about so many of the good things that are happening.
Now, does Trump want to win?
Does Trump love winning?
Is there anyone that loves winning more than Trump?
No.
But her line of just, we just want to win, is interesting.
As opposed to, we just want to set the country right.
We just want to...
I don't know, follow the Constitution, something like that.
But okay, I'll throw that away.
Now, her argument there basically is, so they don't want, the Democrats no longer want a woman because they ran a woman that didn't work.
They no longer want a black person because they ran, I guess she was black too.
They ran Kamala, that didn't work.
So that they're all, she's basically saying they're lining up behind an unnamed white person right now.
Now, I don't know if that's true or not.
I suspect very little that she says is actually true.
But I would give you a little advice, Jasmine.
When you and Ilhan are constantly railing against white people, well, white people still are 40-some-odd percent of the country.
And if you constantly are telling white people that they're bad and putting them on their back foot, they might be more inclined to just vote for someone that looks like them.
Because they might be like, boy, these people really think we're awful.
And I'm not awful based on the color of my skin.
So maybe, actually...
Believe it or not, lady, it would be a good, if you just want to win, move for the Democrats to back a white person.
Because there are white people in this country, and they are not bad based on the color of their skin.
Although I've got a video coming up right now of a white person who is bad, and it's, well, I guess it's not based on the color of his skin.
But Bernie Sanders!
Bernie Sanders, who has, again, as I always say, in 40 years of Senate career, he has done nothing.
He has signed no major piece of legislation.
All this man's legacy is...
Is that he told young people that it's virtuous to be jealous of what other people want.
He became a millionaire with three houses while basically telling you you should stay on minimum wage and pretending that he was a good guy.
So he's getting a lot of shit right now.
I love this video.
Like, I saw this over the weekend.
I was like, I cannot wait to play this on the show on Monday.
He's getting a lot of shit right now because he's running his Fight the Oligarchy tour with AOC, and they're taking private planes.
And, of course, private planes, you know, usually it could be 15 to 40 grand to fly one way and the other way back, whether they have, you know, donors that are paying for it or whatever it is.
I don't begrudge someone the right to do it, except you hate.
You quote-unquote hate capitalism.
But even more than that, you're supposed to be for the environment.
You guys are all green.
It was AOC, Octavio Cortex, with her Green New Deal that was supposed to stop the environment from burning down and killing all of us in 12 years.
That was six years ago.
But you guys have no problem flying private.
So I do begrudge you when you try to make us all feel guilty for the very shit that you are doing.
So Bernie's getting a lot of crap for this, for flying private.
And listen to the smug if you want to see.
There's a thin veneer of tolerance, and then right if you just scratch it, if you just peel that little thin veneer off, how quickly they become elitist and intolerant.
Listen to his answer when he's asked about flying private.
This is extraordinary.
bernie sanders
Five rallies in a week.
The only way you can get around to talk to 30,000 people.
Think I'm going to be sitting on a waiting line at United, waiting, you know, while 30,000 people are waiting?
That's the only way you can get around.
No apologies for that.
That's what campaign travel is about.
dave rubin
Oh, so Bernie has important shit to do, guys.
You think Bernie Sanders should wait?
You think Bernie Sanders should wait in line?
Everyone else that's waiting in line at United, they have nothing to do.
They have nothing important.
They have no important business meeting to do.
They have no important, they're going to fly to see grandma one last time.
That's not important.
He's a politician, guys.
So why should he have to?
On top of the fact.
That the amount of CO2 he is putting into the atmosphere is far, that Bernie Sanders has put into the atmosphere in all of the private flights he has taken is way more than I've taken two private flights in my life and I don't feel guilty for either one of them, okay?
But he is the one that's trying to guilt you while telling you you're destroying the environment and he's doing, how am I supposed to do it?
I'm an important person.
You're a peon.
He is the perfect living example of the hypocrisy and endless bullshit that is a Democrat socialist.
And this is also the reason they want to censor the internet, because watch what happens here.
bernie sanders
What we're doing now is speaking to the American people and saying, you have got to be involved in this process, because if you are not...
The planet that we're going to leave to our kids and our grandchildren will be significantly less habitable.
Five rallies in a week.
The only way you can get around to talk to 30,000 people.
Think I'm going to be sitting on a waiting line at United, while 30,000 people are waiting?
That's the only way you can get around.
No apologies for that.
That's what campaign travel is about.
We've done it in the past.
We're going to do it in the future.
dave rubin
Yep, so you get it.
That's why they want to censor everybody, too, because there's all the old videos.
Yeah, if Bernie really cared about the environment, you know what, Bernie?
If you really cared about the environment, you would fight the oligarchy, maybe with, I don't know, two less stops, so that you'd have to wait at the airport, just like the peons you pretend.
You pretend that you care about, but you don't really.
And really, if any of the bullshit, and it is all bullshit that you purported to believe about the environment was true, you just would not be taking those flights.
You simply would not.
Your desire to fight the oligarchy would not supersede the fact that you're killing the world, by your own estimation.
But let's end with a sane Democrat.
He is still a Democrat.
I don't know why.
I've been working with him, and he's hitting a little harder these days.
I've noticed something.
Has shifted with Mr. Maher.
Yeah, you knew where I was going with it.
He's hitting them a little bit harder this year because he now realizes, I think, I think, Bill has now come to the position that the Democrats are so absolutely insane right now that he doesn't know what to do because he doesn't want to just make that final step.
No matter how far I try to get him or whether he breaks bread with...
Donald Trump or whatever it is.
He doesn't want to make that final step, but it has become completely obvious that defending whatever it is the Democrats are is absolutely insane.
So he's starting to get, I would say, a little more jazzed up, a little more annoyed, a little more gassed up.
That's what the kid's saying.
And here he is just basically laying it out with the Democrats of 2025.
unidentified
Thank you very much.
bill maher
Seriously, this is a serious problem for Democrats.
Less than one in four Democrats under 30 say they're proud to be an American.
54% say they're embarrassed by it.
Embarrassed?
Like America's your mom picking you up at school?
You're embarrassed to be an American?
Well, guess what?
The feeling's mutual.
Because you have no perspective.
Is America perfect?
No, of course not.
No country is.
Globalize the intifada is the catchphrase that's really catching on these days, as if worldwide suicide bombing and cosplaying Islamic revolutionaries is the answer to our problems.
At an AOC Bernie Sanders rally in Idaho last month, someone threw a Palestinian flag over an American flag, and the crowd erupted in approval.
What should have happened after that is one of the adults on stage should have told their young loyal followers, "This is not a symbol of freedom.
unidentified
This is...
bill maher
If the thought leaders in the Democratic Party keep encouraging and not rebuking the idea that America is cringe and the people who run Gaza are great, the Democrats are doomed.
Alyssa Slotkin's right.
Liberals are weak and woke, especially the white ones, and they indulge all sorts of nonsense from their kids, a pattern that then continues on in the Democratic Party.
dave rubin
That's the energy I want to see, Bill.
Look, I may never get you to the promised land, but that right there, yes.
Somebody.
Why are there no adults?
Why is it that Jordan Peterson for years went to Congressional and Senate Democrats and said, when does the left go too far?
And nobody could answer them.
So literally, when they're throwing up a Palestinian flag, which is just a flag of terror, it's not a country that has been or ever will be.
When they put it over the American flag, somebody might get up there and go, what?
The fuck is wrong with you morons?
But they don't know how to control themselves because the inmates are running the asylum.
So the choice for America is either more of that, more of all the things that we've laid out here over the second half of the show, which will basically include crime and lawlessness and murder and mayhem, or all the stuff that we did on the first half of the show, which is new trade deals, safer borders, safer cities, I don't know, economic flourishing, and a future without, say, India bombing Pakistan.
Pretty, pretty.
That is our Monday show for you.
I hope you enjoyed.
I enjoyed being back in studio.
We've got a post-game show in 30 seconds, rubinreport.locals.com.
And we leave you with your...
You may remember this guy.
He doesn't get much play anymore, but he was the president for a while, and it's not that impressive.
