| And so when you look at that and you look at the result of what happened, my question is, where is our compassion as a society? | ||

| But the reason I'm bringing up the amount of money she makes Whoopi, you don't have to be on the subway in New York City. | ||
| I'm gonna guess you haven't taken a subway probably in decades, that you have a private car and security that picks you up from wherever your house is, probably outside of New York City, and drives you directly to the studio, and there's a series of people that protect you throughout that, and there are security guards literally in that studio with you, and people have to pass through metal detectors to get there. | ||

| Now imagine Karen Walker had never become Whoopi Goldberg and imagine Karen Walker was just another woman who happened to be black on the subway and a crazy person for whatever reason they were crazy or whatever mental health issues they had or whatever had gone on with their family or drugs or whatever. | ||
| Imagine they got in your face, Karen Walker, and they were screaming at you and threatening to kill you and imagine you were sitting with the little five-year-old kid next to you. | ||
| How would you feel about this whole situation, Karen Walker? | ||
