dave rubin
All right, guys, we are live on the internet.
I'm Dave Rubin.
This is The Rubin Report.
It's September 11th, 2024.
We'll talk about that in just a moment.
The 23rd anniversary of 9-11.
As always, live streaming on Rumble YouTube and Locals.
Join us for postgame show, rubinreport.locals.com.
And obviously the bulk of today's show, of course, is going to be more of a recap.
of last night.
I want to quickly just thank everybody that tuned into our live stream last night.
You know, everybody and their brother that does something roughly like what I do was live streaming last night and all the network news and cable news and all of the stuff.
And our live stream last night got about 400,000 views on YouTube alone, plus Rumble and audio podcasts and everything else.
It's just, it's just awesome.
I appreciate that you guys are tuning in, hopefully to get a little sanity and a couple laughs.
During all of this so yes, we will recap the debate and really what I was trying to tease out during yesterday's regular show at 11 a.m Which is that it's not about the people It's not about Donald Trump the man or Kamala Harris the woman if we can say what a woman is and it's not really about the policies it's really just about the narrative and I think we really saw a A very, very sharp example last night.
Let's say a very obvious example last night of how the narrative is shaped and shifted right in front of our eyes, because that was a three-on-one.
That was not a debate.
We've now seen it in the post coverage.
So we'll get to all that, but I just quickly want to spend a few minutes If I can, talking about 9-11, because I lived in New York City during 9-11.
I lived on the Upper East Side.
A lot of friends and family living in New York City at that time.
My dad was working in New York City.
He was the one that actually called me first thing in the morning.
I was doing stand-up, so I wasn't working during the day, so I was sleeping when that first plane hit.
He called me woke me up.
I had just got a cell phone.
I remember it was a little Nokia cell phone, which I just got like two weeks before and I remember thinking I don't need this thing.
I don't like that.
Everyone's getting cell phones.
He called me on the cell phone woke up.
and told me that this plane had hit.
He worked in Midtown facing downtown.
Obviously, a few minutes later, the second plane hit, and then everyone realized that it was a terrorist attack.
I've told and I've written about it in "Don't Burn This Book."
I wrote a bit about my story on 9/11.
But, you know, I had people that I went to high school with whose parents were killed and, you know,
family, friends that knew people and all sorts of things.
A teacher of mine from high school, I think a cousin of theirs, was killed.
One of my cousins was a New York City firefighter during 9-11, and thank God he was okay after.
But just the months after living in that city, where for literally weeks, if not months, you could smell the soot.
I mean, I lived on 90th and 1st.
It's as far as you can live, basically, in polar opposition to downtown ground zero.
And just the feeling in New York City, the feeling of unity, how things had,
there was something much bigger to fight than, let's say, fighting ourselves,
which is really all we do these days.
I wanna just flash back, 'cause everyone, we can sort of remember it, or it doesn't matter
where you were that day or anything else.
Some of you guys were probably in grade school.
Some of you probably were at work or at home or whatever it might be.
I just thought we'll just show two videos on 9-11 real quick.
Here's just about a minute of the CBS News report, the live coverage of 9-11.
It's 852 here in New York.
unidentified
I'm Bryant Gumbel.
We understand that there has been a plane crash on the southern tip of Manhattan.
You're looking at the World Trade Center.
We understand that a plane has crashed into the World Trade Center.
We don't know anything more than that.
We don't know if it was a commercial aircraft.
We don't know if it was a private aircraft.
We have no idea how many were on board or what the extent of the injuries are right now.
We have, I understand, an eyewitness on the phone right now.
Sir, good morning.
This is Bryant Gumbel.
Could you give us your name?
Yeah, my name is Stuart.
dave rubin
Stuart, where are you right now?
unidentified
I'm working at a restaurant in Soho.
Alright, so tell us what you saw, if you would.
I was waiting at a table and I literally saw a... It seemed to be like a small plane.
I just heard a couple noises.
It looked like it, like, bounced off the building, and then I heard a, I just saw a huge, like, ball of fire on top.
dave rubin
All right, so we just grabbed one little bite there.
Obviously, there's much worse things we can show you, and people that were jumping out of windows, and the second plane hitting, and all of the horrific images from that day.
But the real reason, I wanted to just show you something there, because that was only 23 years ago, and think how fundamentally different the world is.
From that morning to this morning.
Like, wildly different.
The fact that there was no questions even asked about it at the debate last night, and the one time it was referenced, Kamala Harris completely dismiss—well, it wasn't referenced, actually.
Kamala Harris said that January 6th was the worst moment in U.S.
history since the Civil War, completely dismissing 9-11.
I mean, absolutely disgusting.
But the reason I want to show you that is because just two months or so later, when the world started getting along again, and it took a long, long, long, long time for that to happen, we had the World Series, which got pushed all the way into November.
And everyone remembers this iconic moment.
And I thought this could maybe set up a show where we will hopefully be able to talk about some unity and what brings Americans together and everything else.
Because this, I remember it.
I remember it like it was yesterday.
unidentified
For tonight, ceremonial first pitch and please welcome the President of
the United States.
[applause]
Thank you, Mr. President.
dave rubin
Of course, that was at Yankee Stadium in New York.
Yankees ended up losing that World Series, I think, to the Arizona Diamondbacks, if I'm not mistaken.
But it was just an incredible run.
And the feeling there, not everybody in that stadium supported George W. Bush.
Not everyone there supported his policies.
But there was some sense of unity.
And I don't even know how important unity really is.
As much as we don't need to be all unified on the issues, but I think we do have to have some co-love for the country, and it seems we've lost a lot of that, and I think there's a lot of reasons for that, and then we'll get to all of that as we talk about the debate and the absolute farce that was the ABC coverage last night, and now the subsequent mainstream media and cable news coverage, so we'll do all that.
Let me talk to you guys about Gravity Defy real quick.
Guys, G-Defy shoes are the absolute best choice for walking, running, and standing.
If you're someone who loves being active, Or you simply spend a lot of time on your feet, these are the shoes for you.
After bawling all these years, I can confirm that G-Defy's shoes are the best footwear I've used on the court.
Every shoe contains G-Defy's patented Verso Shock technology, which aligns your body, absorbs harmful shock from the ground up, provides energy return, giving you the boost you deserve to walk like a champ.
All their shoes come with two free orthotics.
G-Defy will support your active lifestyle, keeping you comfortable and free from discomfort.
Go to GDefy.com and use code Reuben30 for an exclusive $30 off $130 or more.
That's G-D-E-F-Y.com and use code Reuben30 for $30 off $130 or more.
Okay, so I was trying to figure out how do we frame the show exactly, and I saw a tweet right after the debate from Ben Shapiro that I think Kind of nailed exactly what my sentiments are.
This debate won't matter.
It was just eliminated as an inflection point.
The American people still know nothing about Kamala Harris's positions.
Donald Trump is still Donald Trump.
And the legacy media are still a giant flaming dog turd.
Well said.
Ben, so it seems to me, I'm gonna try to cover this as always, as objectively as possible.
You guys know my feelings about these two candidates.
You know my feelings about the two parties.
You know my feelings about the mainstream media.
But it seems to me that the main takeaway is not, oh my God, Kamala got Trump on this policy, or Trump really had that great line that exposed her for being a fraud or any of that.
It really is the narrative thing around the mainstream media, because watching that debate last night, I don't know how you could be even approximate Objective person and think that that was not a three-on-one.
They repeatedly dishonestly fact-checked Donald Trump instead of just letting Kamala retort and they did not do it to her once.
She went on lie after lie after lie including very fine people which as I said last night it is the most debunked Lie of all time.
They know they're lying.
They know we know they're lying, and they continue to lie about it.
And she knew she could get up there, lie about it, not be fact-checked, and then force Trump to have to defend himself a million times.
So first I want to throw to a video of RFK, who is now a Trump campaign surrogate, in essence, and this is after the debate, explaining what an absolute clown show we all watched.
robert f kennedy-jr
Fortunately, we had moderators who were clearly biased, who were constantly fact-checking Donald Trump.
None of these kind of whoppers that the vice president was saying, and none of her failure to really explain that, answer that first question, that very, very critical first question.
They simply sat there on the sidelines and allowed that to pass.
donald j trump
I feel good.
unidentified
All right, joining us now, he's on the set in the spin room himself.
donald j trump
Did you have fun?
I had a good time.
I think it was our best debate ever.
I thought it was really good.
We had three against one, but I anticipated it.
unidentified
Let's talk about that.
Three against one, and all of her radical positions they leave on the table.
Yeah.
No, we had a lot of negative kind of stuff.
donald j trump
Look, I saw on your show last night, they had 100% positive coverage on ABC, and I had 94% negative coverage.
unidentified
93.
donald j trump
93% negative.
I exaggerated.
You got an extra percent non-negative.
dave rubin
All right, so first, you guys know my feelings about RFK being involved and now acting as a surrogate for Trump.
I think it's great.
I think he said what we all know.
This was a three-on-one.
They did not hold her feet to the fire on absolutely anything.
Actually, they ran a little force field operation around her so that none of Trump's retorts to her could work, and they kind of pushed things along and constantly fact-checking without fact-checking her.
That's right.
I want to mention, Trump said the word negativity there.
And it was interesting because one of the tricks that Kamala did was repeatedly say, we have to move on from the negativity, right?
And then she has her fake smile and she controlled the cackle a little bit, but she kept trying to say, look how, you know, this is angry, this is going into the past and everything else.
If you're Donald Trump, would you not be angry they are trying to put you in jail?
They tried to take you off the ballots.
They lie about literally every position you have.
When you guys are debating abortion, you say I'm not for a national ban and she just says you are for a national ban and they don't bother getting involved in that.
There is a reason, you know, righteous anger actually is good.
And I would say in this case Donald Trump, and I would now say a whole bunch of us, have some righteous anger.
We have a chip on our shoulder because we are watching the machine do what it does.
It takes out People that that in any way are against it and Donald Trump,
you know again I did not even support Donald Trump Trump in the primary
and I now see that as largely I don't regret any of it. I did what I thought was right
But in some ways it was a purely futile effort because who could have done a better job than Donald Trump last night
I'm not saying he was perfect. He was a little jumpy at times
He was a little defensive at times and again, there were reasons to be jumpy and reasons to be defensive
But who in the world could have done a better job knowing that that you are operating?
against the two moderators and someone who will lie about literally everything
Everything.
One of the moments where they kept fact-checking Donald Trump, here is ABC News' David Muir, who should be fired.
I mean, if any of this had anything to do with journalism or honesty, he would be fired this morning.
But here he is basically trying to debate with Trump on misleading FBI crime data, as he put it, as opposed to letting Kamala perhaps debate it.
But he was on Team Kamala, so he was doing his job.
donald j trump
Never been anything done like this at all.
They've destroyed the fabric of our country.
Millions of people let in.
And all over the world, crime is down.
All over the world except here.
Crime here is up and through the roof.
Despite their fraudulent statements that they made, crime in this country is through the roof.
And we have a new form of crime.
It's called migrant crime.
And it's happening at levels that nobody thought possible.
unidentified
President Trump, as you know, the FBI says overall violent crime is actually coming down in this country, but Vice President Harris— Excuse me, the FBI defraud—they were defrauding statements.
donald j trump
They didn't include the worst cities.
They didn't include the cities with the worst crime.
It was a fraud, just like their number of 818,000 jobs that they said they created turned out to be a fraud.
unidentified
President Trump, thank you.
I'll let you respond, Vice President Harris.
Well, I think this is so rich, coming from someone who has been prosecuted.
dave rubin
I mean, that line right there, she is evil.
She is evil.
She is the perfect avatar for what the Democrats want.
She believes in nothing but power, she will smile as she's taking your rights away, and she will lie about everything.
Oh, see, he's, look at him, he's a criminal.
Yeah, it's because you guys have weaponized the DOJ.
As per the crime statistics and everything else, first off, also, you can argue, actually, I think you can, Make an honest argument that it is a moderator's job to fact check.
Like, we all wish there would be a little more fact checking, right?
So when she lies about very fine people on both sides, I would like a fact check there.
So I am not throwing David Muir under the bus as if he shouldn't fact check.
But he only did it one way, and actually Trump was right about that.
We've got this from Washington Examiner.
Part of the problem is how police departments report offenses to the FBI.
and last year's 2023 apparent drop is less significant than it appears.
Part of the problem is how police departments report offenses to the FBI.
That's exactly what Trump was referencing.
The FBI asked, then demanded, that law enforcement agencies transition away
from the system that they used for decades to a new, more detailed, but onerous one.
The 2021 mandate to use NIBRS to submit crime data proved a disaster as overstretched departments, especially in large cities, failed to reach compliance and thus did not submit data.
In 2019, 89% of agencies covering 97% of the population submitted data, but by 2021 that coverage plummeted to less than 63% of departments overseeing just 65% of the population.
Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York City all failed to submit crime data.
To increase participation, the FBI relaxed the NIBRS requirement in 2022, according to agencies, allowing agencies to report via the legal system.
Okay, so you get the basic idea there.
The reporting system was changed altogether.
But let's move away from just pure, you guys know I don't love polls, and I don't just love statistics.
I like things that are on the ground that we can all see and feel.
I think you have to meld those together to actually get a sense of reality.
Go to New York City, see what's going on, see what happens the second the sun goes down.
The types of people that are out on the street.
They're out during the day too, but then suddenly it's like a zombie movie.
They all start coming out at night.
Do you want to walk around San Francisco?
Do you want to walk around Portland?
Do you want to walk around Seattle?
We all know it.
So there's two things there.
There's the reality of the crime that we're fee... And why are so many people fleeing the cities?
Like, there's the reality there, and then there's the way that this guy just acted as a Democrat operative, and then Kamala lied about him, you know, he's a criminal.
Yeah, thanks to you.
So it's just like that little clip has just a bit of everything.
Of course, over on the televised mental institution known as MSNBC, when they were doing their post-game coverage, they were very, very happy that the moderators were on Team Kamala.
nicolle wallace
David Muir didn't hesitate to say, I went back and watched the tape, you didn't sound sarcastic to me when you said, I lost by a whisker.
Kammeier got Trump on three sides of whether or not he won in 2020.
He said, I won.
And then he said, I said sarcastically that I lost by a whisker.
And then David Muir ended it by saying, no, that wasn't sarcastic.
So what the American people heard was Trump on three sides of the outcome of 2020.
And David Muir and Lindsay Davis played an important role in that.
dave rubin
You know, it's interesting.
I'm actually not defending Trump's answer on that question.
It was a little muddled and he went back and forth and everything else.
He was being sarcastic if you watch that initial, the original video that they're referencing.
But I'm actually not, that was not a great moment for him, right?
And this is something that he is just gonna consistently have trouble with.
He answered the things about, you know, telling the people to go peacefully, that was clear and everything else.
But whether he believes he won or not or everything else, then he kind of backtracked a little bit.
So that was not his best moment.
I will fully grant You that.
But again, what they're excited about is that the moderator did the job of debating Donald Trump as opposed to Kamala debating Donald Trump.
That is the inherent problem with this.
Well, let's go back over to MSNBC, and here's the guy who looks like a Muppet, the woman who looks like a pencil, and the woman who done gone flipped her wig, and they all love Kamala Harris.
unidentified
I've never seen a starker contrast in presentation from two candidates in any debate, in any
type of contest, in any political race.
You could come out of this and the polling could be exactly the same.
Or you could tell me that some group of swing voters are like, "Eh, I don't know."
I don't have the mind of a swing voter, obviously.
I don't know.
I'm humble on that.
chris hayes
What I saw was someone totally outmatched in every single way.
joy reid
And what he kept saying was rambling, bizarre nonsense that made him look old.
It made him look unstable.
It made him look not just unpresidential, but the look that was on Vice President Harris's face.
I kept screenshotting her face.
The look said pity.
unidentified
[CROSSTALK
mean, she took charge of the debate, such as it was.
It was just the most comprehensive beatdown I have ever seen on a debate stage, and I'm including the Trump-Biden debate, because Biden beat himself.
dave rubin
Guys, that is not a news network.
And I think I've said it before, but if you have friends or family that watch that, you got to take them to the local institution, put them in there for the weekend, have them checked out.
There might be something in the brain.
Okay?
That is not news coverage.
Those people are not news anchors.
That is an embarrassment.
She lied about everything.
She lied about the border.
She lied about fracking.
She lied about Obamacare.
She lied about very fine people.
I mean, the list goes on and on.
We'll get to more of it a little bit later.
Oh, and Rachel Maddow, the way she intros it, I've never seen a more stark difference in the candidates.
Rachel, I know it's tough, but do you remember about, what was it, six weeks ago, there was a man with dementia who couldn't finish a sentence versus Donald Trump?
Do you remember that one?
Because that struck me as kind of stark.
For those of you, this is an oldie but a goodie, that do have friends watching MSNBC.
This is, you remember this, this is about a year and a half or so ago when my buddy Russell Brand went on Real Time with Bill Maher to demolish an MSNBC pundit right to his face and to explain how these people are not It's disingenuous to claim that the biases that are exhibited on Fox News are any different from the biases exhibited on MSNBC.
russel brand
It's difficult to suggest that these corporations operate as anything other than mouthpieces for their affiliate owners in BlackRock and Vanguard.
And unless we start to embrace, and also make, like just spiritually, if I may use that word in your great country.
We have to take responsibility for our own perspective.
I've been on that MSNBC, mate.
It was propagandist nutcrackery on there.
I went on the show called Morning Joe.
It was absurd the way they carried on.
I don't know what it was.
It wasn't morning.
There was no one called Joe there.
No one could concentrate.
They didn't understand the basic tenets of journalism.
No one was willing to stick up for genuine American heroes like Edward Snowden.
No one was willing to talk about Julian Assange and what he suffered trying to bring real journalism to the American people.
And I think to sit within the castle of MSNBC throwing rocks at Fox News is ludicrous.
Make MSNBC better.
Make MSNBC great again!
dave rubin
My friend, my friend, I would love...
russel brand
The moment the...
dave rubin
Invite them on a territory you can win on, John!
Russell, Russell, darling...
unidentified
The moment that you give me a specific example, an actual example... Okay, I'll give you one.
dave rubin
Wait, wait, wait.
It's not about bias.
unidentified
It's a false equivalency because you don't actually know anything about any of these organizations you're talking about.
dave rubin
Even MSNBC once.
unidentified
Big f***ing deal.
russel brand
My darling, it was more than enough.
unidentified
You can't come up with... You don't have a single, you don't have a single actual fact.
russel brand
Do you want an example?
Do you want an example?
The ludicrous, outrageous criticisms of Joe Rogan around ivermectin, deliberately referring to it as a horse medicine when they know it's an effective medicine.
dave rubin
Yeah, that's not a bad example.
russel brand
Michael Maddow turning up on the TV saying, if you take this vaccine, you're not going to get it, when it can be clinically trial to transmission.
dave rubin
That guy that he's beating up, right?
God, I just love that clip.
I love that clip.
I'm sending Russell some flowers after or something.
That guy that he's talking about, his name is John Heilman.
We covered that the next Monday after that Friday show and then he swiftly blocked me on Twitter because that's how much that guy likes to engage in things, in truth and debate.
The lies that MSNBC, very fine people on both sides, all of the COVID stuff, like we could do this on and on and on.
They are hacks and more and more people know it.
And you guys get it.
God bless you.
I'm going to have a sip of coffee and then tell you about 1775 coffee.
And then we're going to talk about Taylor Swift because she's an important piece of this election.
If you're just an average Joe, you probably don't know that every sip of that big woke corporation-owned coffee that you're drinking right now is literally killing you.
That's because the U.S.
does not only have the worst border policy in the world.
Don't tell anyone on MSNBC.
It also has the worst and lowest standards for coffee quality imports in the world.
Meaning that even the coffee beans that China and Russia reject, you drink, yeah, it's true.
Most coffee in the world, most coffee is full of mold and beans sprayed with pesticides.
Oh, and if you drink decaf, it's also full of chemicals.
Although if you drink decaf, you're just a freak.
It's no wonder why people feel tired, jittery, laggy, and foggy.
That's why at Rumble, where we drink a ton of coffee, we sought out the very best, high-quality, single-source beans in the world.
We found them and brought them to you.
And for a limited time, you can try Rumble's 1775 Coffee on a subscription and save 40% off your first bag today.
Support freedom of speech and build a parallel economy that actually values you.
Go to 1775coffee.com slash Reuben right now and pick up your first bag.
Use code Reuben to save 40% off your first subscription order.
You know, it's funny.
I drank so much coffee today that all I had, I don't even want to show you this, but I had the reason it looks like that.
So I put chocolate protein in there, little whey protein.
And I don't know if you heard, I just drank like a whole thing of protein.
So I'll take some water.
Anyway, Taylor Swift.
After the debate officially endorsed Kamala Harris, I think we have an image of Taylor.
There she is holding a cat.
And well, I'm gonna just read some of what she wrote there in her very powerful endorsement of Joe Biden.
And there's a reason I'm showing you this.
She wrote, I watched the debate tonight.
If you haven't already, now is a great time to do your research on the issues at hand and the stances these candidates take on the topics that matter to you most.
As a voter, I make sure to watch and read everything I can about their proposed policies and plans for this country.
Recently, I was made aware that AI of me falsely endorsing Donald Trump's presidential run was posted to his site.
It really conjures up my fears around AI and the dangers of spreading misinformation.
It brought me to the conclusion that I need to be very transparent about my actual plans for this election as a voter.
The simplest way to combat misinformation is with the truth.
I will be casting my vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the 2024 presidential election.
I'm voting for Kamala Harris because she fights for the rights and causes I believe need a warrior to champion them.
I think she is a steady-handed, gifted leader, and I believe we can accomplish so much more in this country if we are led by calm and not chaos.
I was so heartened and impressed by her selection of running mate Tim Walz, who has been standing up for LGBTQ plus rights, IVF, and a woman's right to her own body for decades.
I've done my research and I've made my choice.
Your research is all you do and the choice is yours to make.
I also want to say, especially to first-time voters, remember that in order to vote you have to be registered.
I also find it's much easier to vote early.
I wonder why she wants him to vote early.
I'll link where to register and find early voting dates and info in my story with love and hope, Taylor Swift.
Childless cat lady.
There's a reason I'm talking about Taylor Swift, which we'll get to in a moment.
But every, you know, it's just all confusions that she said there.
I don't know what the issues are she cares about.
So Taylor Swift, do you want 15 million illegals here bringing in fentanyl and taking out our cities?
Is that what you want?
Taylor Swift, do you want an absolute disaster in the Middle East that's happening under that lady
that didn't happen under Donald Trump?
Is that what you want?
Do you want sky-high inflation like we have and high cost of groceries?
Is that what you want?
Now I get it, you're probably worth hundreds and hundreds of, is she a billionaire?
I bet you Taylor Swift's a billionaire, which is no.
She's got, oh, sorry, she's only worth a cool 300 bill.
So I get it, you can have your armed guards and you can have all of your protection and all of that stuff, so you don't really care about the average person because you are the elite of the elite and they are using you as a tool.
You know, there's something, I would say there's even something more nefarious.
She obviously didn't write that statement, probably didn't even look at that statement, but they put that out immediately after the debate because what they want to happen there What they want to happen there is that they want young girls to be angry at their parents.
That's another piece of this.
They are using her as a tool, so that when a father comes home from work, and generally conservatives have jobs, and he's worked hard all day to put food on the table for his family, and he comes home from work, that the daughter will start screaming at him for supporting Donald Trump.
And then the wife will probably start screaming at him too, because the wife doesn't want the daughter to be upset, because they are trying to hatchet away at everything.
My friend Megyn Kelly had a bit on Taylor Swift and her boyfriend Travis Kelsey as it pertains to this election.
megyn kelly
This pair, Taylor and her boyfriend, Travis Kelsey, are the epitomes of elite snobs.
She doesn't care what happens to these kids, just like he doesn't give a s*** what happens to all the young men who take that Pfizer booster he's been pushing.
I'm sure he's totally f***ing clueless about the myocarditis taking the lives of young men in this country who didn't need the shot to begin with, never mind a booster.
Where's he gonna be?
When these boys wind up with heart scarring that causes heart attacks and potentially death, they will be sitting in their mansions in Rhode Island and California and New York and jetting across the world saying, let them eat cake, because they'll be bathing themselves in their own sanctimony, too obsessed with their money and their concerts and their football games to have a thought for those they've hurt.
dave rubin
Yeah, that's damn right.
And if you wanna see, because what I'm trying to focus on today is the narrative, not all of the specifics, because I get it.
You guys get it on policy and personality and the rest of it.
If you wanna see how they operate, so think about it.
That statement was planned, obviously.
She didn't write the statement.
Somebody, they pay somebody, a PR person or whoever it might be, to write that statement.
The statement, the picture with the cat, like this was a plan, right?
She didn't just take a selfie with her cat while watching the debate and then write that thing up, obviously.
They put that out immediately after the debate.
And then moments after that, Tim Walz is on television talking about how excited he is
about that Taylor Swift endorsement.
Really think how fucking pathetic, I think it's my first one since I've been back,
that this is, watch.
unidentified
I have to get your response to that, Mr. Governor.
All those things, I am incredibly grateful, first of all, to Taylor Swift.
I say that also as a cat owner, a fellow cat owner.
dave rubin
Swifties, you heard it.
peter thiel
We know that it's there.
That was eloquent.
dave rubin
And it was clear.
unidentified
And that's the type of courage we need in America to stand up.
peter thiel
We've seen it out of those Republicans who were at the DNC.
tim walz
We've seen it out of women who would like to have their own personal lives kept personal, but are forced to go out there because they nearly died because they can't get abortion services in a pregnancy.
unidentified
And now you have somebody like Taylor Swift coming out, making that very clear.
robert f kennedy-jr
This would be the opportunity, Swifties.
KamalaHarris.com.
Get on over there.
donald j trump
Give us a hand.
robert f kennedy-jr
Get things going.
dave rubin
I mean, it's absolutely disgusting.
Adi just mentioned to me that Taylor Swift's tour that she's on was supposed to wrap up, but they've now extended it to go through the election.
Do you think that is a coincidence, right?
Like, probably not.
Also, this thing about that women want to keep their personal lives personal, it's funny because it was you, the Democrats, that were forcing people to get COVID shots, all right?
So he's very concerned about women who might die because they can't get an abortion.
Do you know that every abortion involves a death?
I don't want to blow people's minds right now, but that actually is true.
You know, I mentioned that after Kamala did the coup a couple weeks ago.
I'd like to have a Kamala Harris supporter on the show.
And I really would.
I actually really would.
And there's a particular type of Kamala Harris supporter I'd like to have on.
I'd like to have someone on who supported her in the Democratic primary when she actually ran in a Democratic primary against Joe Biden and then believes she's done a good job as VP and is supporting her now.
I literally cannot find one person like that.
But I'll take a regular Kamala Harris supporter.
But since I can't get one that will sit down with me, because I am noted as a very scary interviewer, can we maybe find a 10 second video of a shirtless Kamala Harris supporter with huge tits saying something?
Look, I'm going to vote for Kamala Harris.
She could run over a child live on TV.
I'm going to vote for Kamala Harris.
unidentified
I'm never going to vote for Trump.
That's not it.
But the fact is, even though I think she'll make a good president, she's not a good candidate.
dave rubin
Those are what the kids call bitch tits.
If you're a fat man like that, you should not be walking around shirtless, okay, dude?
And I know, I get it.
You're a soy boy, you have low T. It's impressive that you're even getting sunlight, and I'm shocked you're not wearing a mask.
But this is why they say that being fit is now a right-wing thing.
Everything about that guy is exactly what they want you to be.
They want you to be kind of fat and pathetic and just bow to them.
I'm gonna, she could kill somebody and I'm still gonna vote for her.
Look at my boobs!
It's funny that you can show giant boobs like that on YouTube, but if I showed a woman's giant boobs, then we're in trouble, you know?
That's sexism, people.
Anyway, guys, it's not just the media that's destructive to our election process.
It's the combination of the media and how they work with the Dem leadership in coordination with the elites.
That is the problem.
We'll get to that in a moment.
Let me tell you about River Financial.
Guys, as the government continues to print money limitlessly, don't tell Kamala Harris, inflation has destroyed the savings and wealth of all Americans.
We need a new way to protect our family and our finances from inflation and government printing.
You can do this with Bitcoin because it has a fixed supply.
It is an inflation-resistant and censorship-resistant tool.
Guys, this is where River Financial comes in.
River is a U.S.-based, client-first financial institution providing financial products built on Bitcoin.
River is an app for clients to buy and sell Bitcoin.
They're headquartered here in the US and have raised over 50 mil in venture funding.
Their focus is on security and client service, which has elevated River
to the most trusted Bitcoin-only brand.
Unlike many crypto exchanges, River holds all client Bitcoin securely
in a one-to-one reserve and has the best in class cold storage.
River's clients get easy access to a US-based client services team,
which can be reached by phone, chat, or email.
Clients can purchase Bitcoin with zero fees when they have a recurring buy setup,
dollar cost averaging.
Just go to river.com/rubinreport today and get started.
Again, that's river.com/rubinreport.
And now back to me.
Okay, so let's now.
Again, narrative, that's what I wanna focus on.
I know we can do the policy nonsense and we can do the way they lie and everything else, like that they lie about the other one's policies and all that.
I know we can do that all day long, right?
But I wanna get to the narrative thing.
So Nancy Pelosi, a woman who trades above the stock market more than almost anyone in America, worth a couple hundred mil herself somehow, and yet still doesn't get better dentures.
unidentified
I don't know why, for the children.
dave rubin
She went on The View, And here's Anna Navarro.
Anna used to be a conservative, used to work for Marco Rubio.
She's a far-left lunatic who lives here in Florida and constantly rails against this free state.
And listen to how Nancy full-on admits that they pulled off a coup.
They couped Joe Biden.
They don't care about democracy.
They don't care about their voters because they knew everybody was going to fall in line.
And they don't even mind saying it on national television.
unidentified
You have a very long relationship, friendship with President Biden.
You all have worked together for decades.
You've been personal friends.
He awarded you the Medal of Freedom earlier this year.
ana navarro
There is a perception among some that there's a lot of hurt feelings because you played an outsized role in him stepping down, which was a very selfless, but a very hard thing for him to do.
unidentified
I've heard that Jill Biden and her team, that there's people close to the Biden team that are upset at you.
Have you spoken to him?
And how do you respond to that?
nancy pelosi
No, but I my point was we need a better campaign, as I said, a decision to win.
I didn't see us on a path to victory.
So it wasn't about him not running.
It's just if this is the case, we have to run in a different way.
The president made his decision.
Patriotic, selfless, the most consequential president of modern times.
unidentified
This has been a great president of the United States.
nancy pelosi
Thank you for asking.
The decision that he made was one that has Well, you see the result of it.
It's going to preserve, when we win, it's going to preserve his legacy.
The Joe Biden legacy.
And already people are so excited about that.
And Kamala won't, people say, well, should she stick with that?
No, she'll spring from that.
That gave her a big launch.
dave rubin
It's just extraordinary.
It shouldn't be extraordinary anymore.
Nobody should be shocked about anything.
But them admitting what they did, she's saying, oh, it wasn't about Joe Biden.
We just needed a better campaign.
That's what she said.
So yes, it was about kicking that guy with his old bones and muddled brain aside.
So we all know now what happened.
We all know it was Barack Obama, it was Chuck Schumer, it was Nancy Pelosi, it was Kamala Harris, because she's the one who could have pushed for the 25th Amendment, right, brought it to the desk, and a little bit of George Clooney, former Facts of Life actor George Clooney.
And they all, in coordination with the media, applied the pressure so that the man with dementia, who shouldn't be president, by the way, he shouldn't be president right now, but that's a separate issue altogether, They all coordinated to get rid of him.
So they denied their own voters having a democratic process, having a primary process.
Not only did they deny them that, they also made sure that a moderate in their party like RFK wouldn't even be a Democrat by the end of this.
So they completely pull off a coup and then they tell you and their voters say, thank you, sir, may I have another?
There's a bit more from Nancy, just completely lying about how they selected Kamala.
unidentified
Initially, though, you wanted an open process.
You didn't endorse Kamala.
You wanted an open process, despite knowing her very well from San Francisco.
Do you think now, when you look back on it, there was a mistake?
nancy pelosi
It wasn't open progress.
No, it wasn't open.
Anybody could have gotten in.
She got in, and she won, and a President of the United States had endorsed her, who was very respected, so that meant a lot.
dave rubin
I mean, everything she said there was a lie, right?
Like, she got in and she won.
What do you mean?
You guys decided she would be the candidate.
Period.
Not one person in America voted for her.
The party elite said F you to the base.
They said F you to everybody.
And they said, we will select this woman.
And they have a track record of doing that.
That's what they did to Bernie when he was running against Hillary.
Bernie's a fucking lunatic, socialist maniac lunatic who will be eaten by the revolution.
And I despise him and what he's brought to America, but they did do that to him too.
So it's not like they don't have a track record of doing this.
So what will the machine do?
It will oust the candidate and then they will tweak the voter base as they need to, to attain power.
Let's talk about that for just a little bit.
If you realize that a whole bunch of people see your intersectional coalition that you've put together and don't really like it, right?
And we now know that there's a huge movement to leave the Democrats.
We know that black people seem to be waking up.
We know that gays are waking up.
We know that Jews are waking up.
There are groups that are traditionally Democrat that are suddenly like, something ain't right over here.
Well, what would you need to do if you wanted to attain power?
You would need new voters.
And if you can't get new voters through good policy, you might just import them.
And Nancy Pelosi is even admitting that.
nancy pelosi
Excuse me?
robert f kennedy-jr
So you'd vote for this law?
nancy pelosi
Well, I don't... I'm not familiar with exactly what that is, but making the American dream of home ownership available to all people is something we have to do for people who are here now.
unidentified
Before you receive it.
robert f kennedy-jr
This is before you receive it.
unidentified
This is undocumented.
This is for the undocumented.
nancy pelosi
Well, what I would like to do is move them to documented.
dave rubin
Oh, so what they're talking about there initially is this $150,000 loan that they want illegals to have.
And then, which of course is insane, and you know the clip, and then she further says that she wants everyone to have the American dream.
And it's like, no, the American dream is supposed to be for Americans.
That's one thing.
But what she's saying is everyone should be American because she knows if they bring in enough people and they give them enough shit, that they will be slaves to the Democratic Party forever.
The party, which by the way, was far, By the way, forgive me, I was speaking of operational reality.
That's a whole other thing.
And it's everyone, it's everyone in their party.
Here is Alejandro Mayorkas explaining that it is not good policy to deport illegals.
I guess we just keep them here and they can do whatever they want
and they'll vote for Democrats.
unidentified
And by the way, forgive me.
I was speaking of operational reality.
I was talking about practicality.
I was not talking about policy.
I didn't address the fundamental issue of whether that is good policy.
Do you want to say whether or not it's good policy?
It is not good policy.
dave rubin
It is not good policy to deport people.
Okay, so if it's not good policy to deport people, that you are tacitly saying to everyone, come here, get here one way or another.
And it's not that difficult, difficult to get through the Southern border.
And then we will just bring you in.
And then Nancy says, we'll give you a 150 grand per house.
You know, you're going to get all these other benefits.
You will most likely to be able to do crimes and potentially even rape some people and sell some crack and we'll let you out of jail.
And why, again, do they want to do that?
Is it just, like, you only have to think about it for one second, like, is it that they want to import all of these people to destroy this country, or is it that they want to import people so that they will always maintain power?
They know they have to live in this country, too, so it's sort of a simple version to say, oh, they just want to import people to destroy the country.
That's a secondary effect of them just maintaining power, and that is exactly what they want to do.
Now, of course, when you say that everyone coming here, they just wanna take part in the American dream
and they just want a house and they just want all that stuff.
It's of course also very thin because sometimes, let's say you had 12 million people
come into a country over three years.
If 10% of those people are just like a little weird and not so great, that's 1.2 million slightly weird,
not so great people.
If 10% of those people are criminals, that's about 120,000 criminals.
And if 10% of those people are terrorists, that's 12,000 terrorists.
And if 10% of those people, you get it, you get it.
So we have let in untold amount of people.
We have no idea what's going on and we're finding out actually what's going on.
This is from Libs of TikTok, breaking.
Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua have reportedly taken over a hotel in El Paso, Texas.
The El Paso County Attorney's Office just filed a restraining order against the hotel.
They allege the owner has allowed illegal activity to go on for months.
Police have been called there over 700 times in two years.
That's basically once a day.
Surveillance photos show two men in an altercation and a migrant holding a weapon.
And of course this is just one instance of Many, many instances.
I would again welcome any of you to go to New York City, if you dare, and just walk around Midtown for a little while and see how many illegals are there.
It's very, very obvious.
Go to the legendary Roosevelt Hotel.
I went there, what was it, three months ago when I went to do Gutfeld, and there's dozens of illegals, babies, Vagrants, people that look like criminals all standing outside and none of them are wearing masks, which just drives me crazy because if you actually in New York City, you probably should wear a mask.
It has nothing to do with COVID.
Here's another thing from Libs of TikTok.
unidentified
Franklin Vieira Guevara.
dave rubin
An illegal from El Salvador was arrested after two young boys, ages seven to nine, seven and nine, were found chained up in their home with marks on their ankles.
He was previously deported in 2019 and came back sometime later.
Like, God only knows what he did to those kids.
Like, this is the shit that is going on and it is real.
There was also a controversy last night about cats being eaten.
Not even gonna make the pussy joke today.
We're just gonna let it be.
I'm gonna let the pussy lie.
David Muir, of course, once again acted as Kamala Harris's lawyer and got Oliver Trump, that's what's going on in Springfield, Ohio right now with these Haitian immigrants, illegal.
unidentified
To clarify here, you bring up Springfield, Ohio, and ABC News did reach out to the city manager there.
He told us there had been no credible reports of specific claims of pets being harmed, injured, or abused by individuals within the immigrant community.
donald j trump
Well, I've seen people on television... Let me just say here, this is the... The people on television say my dog was taken and used for food, so maybe he said that, and maybe that's a good thing to say for a city manager.
unidentified
I'm not taking this from television, I'm taking it from the city manager.
donald j trump
But the people on television say my dog was eaten by the people that went there.
unidentified
Again, the Springfield city manager says there's no evidence of that.
dave rubin
Okay, so look, Trump's answer there was not great, because just to say I saw it on television when you're the guy who popularized the term fake news is not a great answer.
But there is a lot of evidence.
There is photographic and video evidence.
There are weird things happening with ducks and geese and other animals in Springfield, Ohio right now.
Here's video from Springfield, Ohio, a 911 caller talking about what Haitian illegals are doing to geese.
unidentified
Clark County Communications.
Oh, yes, ma'am.
I got a question.
This is a non-emergency line, correct?
Yes, it is.
Okay.
I'm sitting here.
I'm riding on the trail going to my orientation for my job today.
And I see a group of Haitian people.
There was about four of them.
They all had geese in their hand.
They got away.
I couldn't make out the first three on the license plate, but I got the numbers.
The last number was 9-8-9-8 and it was a gray Toyota Tacoma that took off on.
There was about four of them.
There was two men, two women.
I couldn't tell the age because I'm in a I'm in a hurry going to this orientation.
dave rubin
I don't want to get too lost in this.
Suffice to say, here's a guy going to work.
He's got some important things to do.
He sees four people holding geese and he makes a call.
Something weird is going on there.
That is obvious.
But again, it's not even about the specifics of that.
It's the narrative that David Muir felt he has to act as a lawyer for Kamala Harris.
Of course, if you talk about people eating geese and ducks out of ponds, that makes you racist, according to CNN's Dana Bash.
unidentified
Let's talk about cats.
Not cat ladies, but these Memes that are going around, which are really, really viral, thanks to JD Vance suggesting, saying that Haitian migrants are eating people's pets, people's cats.
You see there an example of what's out there, and this is just one iota of everything that is out there on the internet.
Today, the vice presidential nominee for the Republican Party said in a post that, well, maybe this could have been a false rumor.
Duh.
That this is out there.
But in true Trump style, did not back away, double down.
He said, in short, don't let the crybabies in the media dissuade you, fellow patriots.
Keep the cat memes flowing.
Aside from the Everything that this suggests about racist overtones, just blatant racist overtones.
dave rubin
That was going to the orientation.
He's on his way to work and then he sees four people carrying goose geese.
They're carrying these.
Do you think he would not have made that call if they had been white people?
There's a lot of peacocks in my area over here.
If I saw four people walking around holding peacocks by the neck, do you think I would only call the police if they were black?
This is absurd, it's lowest common denominator bullshit, but that's all Dana Bash, who's a democratic activist, that's all she's got.
By the way, I do want to take a moment, unrelated slightly to this, just to welcome Dana Bash.
I find you particularly curious as it comes to the CNN people because there's something about the way you speak and something in your eyes that makes you think you don't believe a flying fuck about what you're saying.
Some of them kind of believe it.
They can trick themselves into believing it.
I don't know, they're alcoholics, they're on pills.
But something with you, I don't think you believe anything you're saying ever.
And I'd like to welcome you to come on the show, completely unedited, no notes.
I'll gladly take you out to dinner, lunch, whatever you want to do.
Or I'll be happy to go on CNN anytime, completely unedited, and just have a fully open conversation.
We don't have to talk for one second beforehand.
Let's just sit down and chat.
Let's air it live, your channel, my channel, wherever you want to do it.
Because there's something curious about you.
If you don't think this cat thing has gone stupid enough, Eric Swalwell, who is just like an absolute embarrassment but kind of standard Democrat congressman, he was over at Congress, which is a very serious place, and he's having a full-on meltdown about Trump and cats.
unidentified
What in the hell is this?
The chairman tweets, protect our ducks and kittens in Ohio because he goes down some crazy rabbit hole, completely debunked that aliens are Eating pets?
My God!
Are you okay, Mr. Chairman?
Because last year, for a very long time, you tweeted and promoted Kanye West as he was calling for genocide against the Jews, and you kept it up.
And now, when we have victims coming here, you're tweeting this nonsense.
I don't know why you would do this.
I hope you're okay.
I don't know if the aliens who are eating your ducks are in the room with us right now, but Mr. Chairman, this is a serious issue.
These people have loved ones who have been lost, and you tweeted this.
dave rubin
Okay, Eric Swallow is a complete buffoon, and he slept with a Chinese spy named Fang Fang.
Do you want to give me any other context on that, or should we just leave it for now?
He slept with a Chinese spy.
Like, it is well known.
He slept with a Chinese spy.
So I am very concerned about an AI image of Donald Trump hugging a cat and a duck.
But, you know, sleeping with a Chinese spy, generally worse in my book.
So what is this all about?
What is this all about?
Again, Donald Trump is not perfect.
Donald Trump exaggerates.
He lies sometimes too.
I'm trying to call balls and strikes here.
But right now we have one side and a candidate that will lie about everything, a media that will run cover for everything, and then we have a big tech situation where they will shadow man and hide and everything else.
That's constantly why they're going for Elon Musk, 'cause all he did was open up the playing field
so it could be a little bit more even.
And that really is the next frontier in all of this, because 10 years from now, as AI proliferates,
as the screws get turned against those of us that care about free speech and everything else,
we will find fewer and fewer, unless we do something about it,
we will find fewer and fewer ways to actually communicate with each other,
because they will be watching all of us all the time, and then, and this is not a crazy conspiracy theory,
have some sort of social credit score related to your online behavior,
and they will decide when you can purchase things, and whether you can buy a house or not,
and whether they're gonna put your picture up on a billboard because you jaywalked, et cetera, et cetera.
Don't believe me on that?
Well, how about Bill Gates himself and why he's so upset that we have that freaking First Amendment?
bill gates
Every country's struggling to find that boundary.
The U.S.
is a tough one because, you know, we have the notion of the First Amendment.
And so what are the exceptions?
You know, like yelling fire in a theater, you know.
And because you're anonymous online, You know, it can be worse.
I do think over time, you know, with things like deep fakes, most of the time you're online, you're going to want to be in an environment where the people are truly identified.
That is, they're connected to a real world identity that you trust instead of just people saying whatever they want.
And so the idea of providence, who sent me this email?
Was that really them?
You know, we're going to have to have systems and behaviors that we're more aware of.
Okay, who says that?
Who created this?
dave rubin
Who gives you the right?
Who died and made you God, you pudgy weirdo?
Notice he also says we have this notion of the First Amendment.
Sorry, buddy.
It's not a notion.
It's a God-given right.
And the Bill of Rights exists to protect it.
It's not a notion.
But they want you to think it's a notion.
It's just some amorphous thing.
It's the First Amendment.
It's just out there in the second.
These are just notions.
I don't know.
Can't really see them.
Can't find them.
They're just notions.
No, no, no.
They're written down.
They're laws.
They're real.
But Bill Gates wants it to be so that everything you do will be tracked because there's a certain set of people that just want to control you.
It just is.
Again, that's not a conspiracy theory.
It just is.
By the way, almost all of the hate I get, I would say 99% of the hate that I get online Last week was a banger for hate online when I came back from the grid.
Almost all of the hate I get online is from anonymous accounts.
Not all of it, but I'd say 99% of it.
Now, you have no idea whether that's bots or it's real people or anything else, but that doesn't mean I get to unmask everybody.
I wish people behaved better.
Jordan Peterson has talked a lot about this, that the anonymity actually incentivizes all the horrible narcissistic behaviors.
There's truth to that.
But there's also reasons that people care to remain anonymous, you know,
when you're fighting the power and everything else, especially when you're fighting a group of people
who might come for your bank accounts, as they did in Canada, et cetera, et cetera.
Peter Thiel, my friend Peter Thiel, was on Joe Rogan's podcast.
I missed this, I haven't seen the full thing yet.
I've only seen a few clips.
But Thiel was on Rogan's podcast in August.
And here he is talking about Bill Gates and the type of people that wanna control you.
There's a reason they wanna control you.
And the reason they wanna control you is that too many of us are waking up to the fact
that they've been controlling us for a long time.
peter thiel
Yeah, we ask all these questions, like we're asking right now about Bill Gates, where it's like, OK, he was like all the testimony in the Microsoft antitrust trial in the 90s, where it's like he's cutting off the air supply, he wants to strangle people.
And he's kind of a sociopathic guy, it seems.
And then it's this giant whitewashing operation, and then somehow the whitewashing has been made too transparent, and it gets deconstructed and exposed by the internet or whatever.
dave rubin
So that's it, right?
The whitewashing, the confusion and the lies became too transparent.
There were too many of us online that after years and years of CNN or the New York Times putting up stories where we suddenly over time because of the free internet that we've had, you know, the roughly free internet, let's say for the last 20 some odd years, there were too many of us that were like, wait a minute, That video clip that they played on CNN, I just saw online, they took out the word not.
They removed the next sentence.
They completely changed the context.
So their whitewashing didn't work anymore.
And that is what has led us to this place.
There is now a certain set of people that just believe the official narrative.
They are NPCs.
They believe whatever they are fed.
But now there's a growing amount of us That don't do that.
It doesn't mean we're right about everything.
I'm certainly not.
But we are seeing the machine for what it is.
I don't know how long a society can hold that position as people diverge that way.
I want to mention or I want to read to you a tweet that I put up on the day I came back because I had been thinking about sort of exactly where we're at right now.
This was sort of my one of the main things I was thinking about all month in August.
I wrote my main political takeaway after being off the grid for the month is that the Democrats and the machine will lie about literally everything and anything.
Their evil has completely burst forth.
It's now fully out in the open, brazen, and will never stop.
That in and of itself is not a new thought to me, but our response needs to be refined and reimagined.
Mocking and exposing the liars and lies isn't enough anymore.
It continues our descent to hell.
It doesn't stop it.
We need new tools to solve this problem or the American project will disappear sooner than we think.
I have some ideas on this which I'll share on the show in the coming days and weeks back to the grind tomorrow.
I think the reason I'm referencing that is I think that that perfectly encapsulates Kind of where we're at with Donald Trump right now.
Now, I don't think last night really moves anybody, right?
I don't think there is one person in America that watched that debate and is like, you know what, I cannot vote for Donald Trump right now.
I don't think so.
I think there might be a tiny sliver of people who are mostly leaning Democrats, who've been waking up a bit, that maybe were like, you know what, Kamala wasn't completely incompetent, and she didn't talk about Venn diagrams and cackle all the time, so maybe I can vote for her.
But the point is, I agree with Ben's premise at the top, It doesn't really move the needle.
It just moves the narrative.
It just moves the narrative.
But we need some new tools.
Donald Trump needs some new tools.
I don't know exactly what those tools are to wake more people up.
Because just mocking them, just me playing clips of The View and making fun of them, that does help wake people up.
And that is good.
But it's not enough because they lie about everything.
So all we're doing is, it's like we're all being, it's basically like we're swimming, right?
We're out in the ocean and we're swimming alone and they're holding us and they keep dragging us down and every now and again we can expose a lie and we can gasp for air and then it happens again and again but over time we will become tired and over time If you're basically alone in the ocean and someone is endlessly pulling you and you can't find a rock to get onto, you are going to drown.
And that's kind of where we're at right now.
That just seems right to me.
And let's talk a little bit about how this fits into the pop culture part of this, because pop culture is a huge driver of the cultural narrative.
Well, here's the tweet from Colin Rugg about the Taylor Swift thing, and we'll get back to it in a second.
So as we referenced before, Taylor Swift endorses Kamala Harris on Instagram after the debate on ABC, proudly calls herself a childish cat lady.
Elon Musk, who they hate, he saw that and he wrote this.
Fine, Taylor, you win.
I will give you a child and guard your cats with my life.
So he's mocking, he's exposing the ridiculousness, right?
It's like Taylor Swift, you are a young, pretty girl.
Do you know what the gang members from Venezuela do to young pretty girls?
It ain't pretty.
So what do we have to do?
We just keep, we have to keep finding each other to whatever extent we can.
We have to keep waking people up.
It is the only chance we have in these remaining 60 days and that's why I've shown it a couple times and I know you saw it in August but the thing that I felt was the biggest A moment that I missed in August
was RFK joining forces with Trump.
These people have very little in common in a traditional political sense,
but they have a love for America and a disdain for everything I have described here,
and that is good.

So like, that's right guys.
They disagree on abortion.
Absolutely.
They disagree on Supreme Court nominees.
They disagree on a lot of stuff.
But here they are together, and what forged them together?
It wasn't like, oh my god, we just love each other, we just want to win.
It was like, holy shit!
We see the evil around us and it's coming this way and it's coming this way and we damn better forge something.
We better find our teammates and we better find them now because we can't do this alone.
Interestingly, as you know, so RFK drops out and he is trying to get his name off the ballots because he thinks that that will hurt Trump.
And he's not running, so his name should be taken off the ballots.
We showed you a clip, it was either yesterday or the day before, of a CNN correspondent demanding that they don't take his name off the ballots.
Somehow that would save democracy.
But we got a bit of good news yesterday.
This is from Charlie Kirk on Twitter.
Breaking the North Carolina Supreme Court has just ruled four to three that RFK Jr.
will be removed from the ballot in that state.
Big win.
So that is good.
Look, the guy's not running, so why should he be on the ballot?
I don't think that's a particularly partisan, thing to say.
And I think that this strategy of finding these people, finding the Tulsis, finding the Elans, et cetera, et cetera,
that is what will get us around this.
So I wanna show you one other thing here, tweet an image from the leading report,
breaking recent New York Times, Siena polls, Trump with almost a 100% chance
of winning the electoral college this November.
It has Trump with 48% of the popular vote, 47% of the popular vote to Kamala and obviously that breaks down in certain ways with the states that leads to the Electoral College win.
What they are now saying is 99.7%.
So for all of you That are upset by what happened last night.
Yeah, I'm upset by what happened last night.
As I said on the live stream last night, it's weird for me to do a nighttime show where I'm hanging out with my guys, we were playing video games before the thing, we're eating pizza together, having a great time, and then have to do a live stream where it was like, well shit, that sucked.
But it didn't suck because Donald Trump sucked.
He didn't.
Right?
He was pretty good.
It sucked because it was just another way of seeing how the machine works and how the narrative is crafted.
So one more time, we'll end where we started with that tweet from Ben Shapiro.
This debate won't matter.
It was just eliminated as an inflection point.
The American people still know nothing about Kamala Harris's positions.
Donald Trump is still Donald Trump.
And the legacy media are still a giant flaming dog turd.
We have our work cut out for us on this Wednesday, and we will keep doing what we do.
I will be joined by co-host Megyn Kelly tomorrow.
I think we will have a little something to talk about.
And we've got a post-game show in about 30 seconds, rubinreport.locals.com.
Oh, and I started the show talking about 9-11, and it brings up all sorts of stuff, and I barely did address this today.
We've done plenty of other shows on the anniversary that might be worth watching, but here's Joe Biden I'm going up to my granddaughter's birthday in New York.
