What makes you so confident you should be the president?
What advice have you been given?
Thanks for watching! | ||
Lordy, lordy, we are screwed, people.
I'm Dave Rubin. | ||
This is The Rubin Report.
It's July 2nd, 2024. | ||
We're live-streaming on Rumble YouTube and Locals.
Share, subscribe, tap the notification bell if you have not.
Post-game show, as always, RubinReport.Locals.com, and that's how you help keep us independent.
And I suspect, after the events of the last few days, a free, independent media, not Not owing something to the system, because we're watching the system, the machine, whatever you wanna call it.
We're watching it do an awful lot of tricks right now to make sure we don't see what we actually see.
I think an independent media is probably more important than ever.
So if you'd like to help keep us independent, rubyreport.locals.com.
So you may have noticed that yesterday, our normal live stream was not up.
I didn't do this direct message show.
We put up an interview that I did a couple days ago with Paul Saladino, who's a nutritionist, wellness expert.
We had taped it before because Brock, my social media guy, got married to the great Isabel Brown, who I'm sure you guys know, and we were up in Vail, Colorado for a couple days, and also we knew that post-debate it was gonna be a nice time to take a little break and talk about health and wellness, and a whole bunch of you have been asking about some of the things that I've been doing lately on the health and wellness side, so hope you checked that out.
If you have not already, it is up across all platforms, and yes, The theme today is Joe Biden's brain.
We are going to take a deep dive into a very shallow pool and try to explain what is going on here, because we truly, and I thank all of you who watched our post-debate show with Sage Steele and Megyn Kelly.
It got over a million views, and I know there's an awful lot of shows that you guys can watch right after a debate, so I'm very happy about that.
But we are truly in our uncharted territory right now.
The president, has some sort of degenerative cognitive disease in his brain.
Everyone knows it. | ||
Everyone has known it. | ||
A certain set of people have lied about it or not addressed it or tried to, you know, make excuses for it, but we've known about it.
We knew about it before he was inaugurated for this presidency, okay?
I said, we're trying to find the video, I think the day that he was elected or the day he was sworn in, I don't remember which one it was, I said I would retire.
If he finished his four years.
We'll see what happens on that.
I don't think that's a legally binding argument, but that's what I said, because we all knew this was happening.
Anyway, the debate was so horrific that now it has burst forth into the mainstream.
And yes, there are people running cover for him still, and we'll get into that.
But we're also watching the media create a new narrative right in front of our eyes.
So, uh, holy schmoley, let's just do it.
Here are some highlights, although I guess they're really not highlights.
These are lowlights. | ||
From Thursday's debate.
unidentified
|
They're in a situation where they, in fact, pay 8.2% in taxes.
If they just paid 24% or 25%, either one of those numbers, they'd raise $500 million, billion dollars, I should say, in a 10-year period.
We'd be able to wipe out his debt.
We'd be able to help make sure that all those things we need to do, child care, elder care, making sure that we continue to strengthen our health care system, making sure that we're able to make every single solitary person Thank you, President Biden.
for what I've been able to do with the COVID, excuse me, with dealing with everything we
have to do with, look, if we finally beat Medicare.
Thank you, President Biden.
unidentified
|
President Trump? | |
Total ban on the total initiative relative to what we're going to do with more border
patrol and more asylum officers.
I really don't know what he said at the end of that sentence.
I don't think he knows what he said either.
unidentified
|
Look, we had the safest border in the history of our country.
Look, I'd be happy to have a driving contest with him.
The reason I got my handicap, which when I was vice president, down to a six.
unidentified
|
And by the way, I told you before, I'm happy to play golf if you carry your own bag.
Think you can do it? | ||
That's the biggest lie that he's a six handicap of all.
I was an eight handicap.
I've seen you swing. | ||
I know you swing. | ||
Let's not act like children.
Okay. | ||
It's funny every time you see it.
Okay. | ||
Look, there was an awful lot of stuff we could have shown you.
You've all seen it. | ||
You've seen the clips and everything else.
We'll address the beginning of that in just a second.
But the funny part about the golf at the end, like the debate was such an abject disaster, right?
From the get go, it was just like, It was jaw-dropping.
Even for all of us that have not lied about this, that have acknowledged the truth about Joe Biden this entire time, it was unbelievably painful to watch to a certain extent.
The stammering, the confusion, everything he said, it's like he's got some words up in here, and he's trying to put them together, but none of it makes sense.
The way Jake Tapper saves him at the end of that first portion, where Jake's like, thank you, thank you.
We have no idea what he said.
No idea what he said. | ||
We have to save COVID from Medicare.
It was all just drivel. | ||
Trump did an incredibly good job of just letting it happen.
I'm going to say this. | ||
I know I'm going to have to say it more than this one time right now.
But I'm going to get tired of saying it, and I don't think I should have to say it all the time.
Look, whatever's going on with him, I have great sympathy for whatever's left of Joe Biden as a man.
He's being used by horrible people, most notably his wife and Barack Obama.
It is very sad. | ||
cognitive problems, dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, whatever's going on here,
it affects literally everyone in the country one way or another, whether it affects you personally
or your grandparent or your parent or someone you know.
And it seems like it's getting worse, right?
It seems more prevalent, these issues.
And when we're all walking around with one of these these days,
you think it might be breaking our brains in some other ways.
So that's just, it's annoying actually to have to say that, but it is because this isn't just all funny.
That first moment there where he breaks down, this man is not president of the United States.
He has not been president of the United States.
The system is sort of admitting it now.
They're like, well, there's other people that are involved and everything else.
And he's kind of good from 10 to four and everything else.
Our enemies are looking at this right now, right?
Do you think China might be like, why not take Taiwan right now?
Because not only is Biden mentally compromised, but if he was to do anything to try to stop us, half the country will be like, wait a minute, he has dementia, that's a problem.
Do you think Iran might be looking at this?
absolute, like I just can't overstate it.
I'm not an alarmist on this show, am I?
Like I try to do the positive spin on things, but we have a serious, serious problem right now.
I wanna show you one other clip that I didn't see till yesterday.
This is just a short clip, but you know, everybody was concerned about
how CNN was gonna sort of set up Trump.
That was the feeling because he's going against two people, Dana Bash and Jake Tapper, who are obviously Democrats.
The network hates him. | ||
He hates the network, except it's a match made in hell because everybody gets ratings around it.
And knowing that, you know, the mic was going to be cut, that hurts Trump more than it hurts Biden.
All of the stuff. | ||
But check this out. | ||
I don't know exactly what's going on here.
There's a lot of theories floating around online, but this clip has been going viral and it appears that Dana Bash was signaling to Joe Biden when Jake Tapper was talking to him because he did not know where he was.
That's what it appears to be.
You make a judgment for yourself, but I think it's just worth noting.
And look at her face as she, you gotta look at her hand and her face.
She looks guilty while she's doing this.
this watch. | ||
unidentified
|
President Biden, a record number of migrants have illegally crossed the southern border
on your watch. | ||
unidentified
|
Overwhelming. | |
I don't know exactly what was going on there, but does it sort of seem like, as Jake was
asking Biden the question, and we all saw Biden with the gaped open mouth and the empty
stare and just looking off into nothingness, is it likely that she was tipping, she was
tipping Biden off like, oh.
unidentified
|
Bye. | |
Bye. | ||
Over here, over here. | ||
Anyway, the whole thing was an abject disaster.
It's horrible for the country.
I would say we are, in some respects, if any of this is real, we are at our weakest point.
Certainly in my lifetime, we really are.
That man is not in charge.
Again, whether it's Barack Obama, whether it's Jill, his wife, Dr. Jill Biden, I don't know exactly.
We'll get more into the Obama thing and the Jill thing in a few minutes.
But we are at a weak point.
Yes, we'll talk about Kamala too, and she's probably dumber than even he is, despite the fact that he's mentally compromised right now.
But this man should not be president of the United States.
I know it, you know it, Biden himself probably knows it, our enemies know it, and the machine does not know how to run cover for it right now.
That's what's so interesting right now.
The machine runs cover for all the lies all the time.
Very fine people, they're still lying about it.
They were still lying about it during the debate.
The machine run, you know, Brett Kavanaugh is a serial rapist, Smollett, all of this stuff.
But this thing was so jarring at once, we all saw it at the exact same time, that the system is having trouble rejiggering the pieces right now.
Anyway, Chris Matthews, former MSNBC host Chris Matthews, who was fired a couple years ago, he went on Real Time with Bill Maher, and he's a lefty.
He's an MSNBC guy, right?
He doesn't hide that in any way.
Here he is basically just admitting that Trump just leveled the guy.
unidentified
|
Thank you, President Biden.
President Trump? | ||
He was right. | ||
He did beat Medicare. | ||
He beat it to death. | ||
You see the head, the way he turned that head?
He knew the two-shot would be up there.
He wanted to have his head turning like, let's watch the guy show how crazy he is.
He's looking for it. | ||
Look, this is this election.
You're blaming that on Trump?
unidentified
|
No, I'm watching his...
Theatrical ability. | ||
He is playing this. | ||
Okay, but he didn't have to do anything.
I mean, he came out... It reminded me of when Mike Tyson used to knock guys out in 90 seconds.
unidentified
|
Like, that was like two minutes into the debate and I went, oh, this election is over.
I mean, that was like a haymaker right...
Look, I'm watching the guy.
He is so fast on the trigger.
I watched him. | ||
He comes up with, well, he pulled out of Afghanistan in a disastrous way.
That's true. | ||
He didn't fire anybody.
He didn't fire Jake Tapper or any of the generals.
That's all true. | ||
Then he'll throw in, oh, by the way, illegal people can get Medicare and Social Security.
No, they can't. | ||
He just throws in the lies.
He mixes up the lies with some truth.
Then Obama, I'm sorry, Biden is not smart enough to keep up with him.
He just can't keep up with them.
Isn't that the whole point?
unidentified
|
You need a guy to keep up with them.
Look, Chris Matthews does not wanna have to be doing that.
When Chris Matthews agreed to do that show, which they book the show usually a couple weeks in advance, he's looking at that calendar going, oh, I'm going on two days after, no, one day after the debate.
Hopefully I can get up there and tell you how great Biden was and I can just make up my nonsensical lies about Trump like I did when I was a host of MSNBC and it's gonna be a great day.
But Bill Maher is completely right.
Do you remember that? | ||
It was around 1989. | ||
I remember there was that year when Mike Tyson, every few months, He would kick the shit out of someone in the ring.
He would have 90 second boxing matches where other guys would basically be trying to jump out of the ring.
And that's what we saw there.
That was not a debate. | ||
And by the way, this meme now, one of the things that the mainstream media is doing now relentlessly is saying that, okay, Biden was a little confused or a little slow, but Trump is the liar.
And it's like, It's impossible to tell if Biden is lying or not because he doesn't even know what he's saying.
You can't really make sense of anything that he says.
That's a bit of a problem.
We'll have more on that in just a second.
But the other guest that you may have noted there was Tulsi Gabbard.
And I have been saying for, I don't know, six months now, that the opportunity for Trump to get everybody may rest with Tulsi Gabbard, the former Dem, the current member of the armed services, the true patriot of America, someone who's waking up out of the leftist nonsense and campaigning for Republicans and everything else.
So anyway, Chris Matthews continued then to fearmonger about Trump and Tulsi, well, she did not have any of it.
unidentified
|
There needs to be some form of punishment.
That's how he started his discussion of abortion.
But think about him. | ||
And he went ahead and he put those three judges on the Supreme Court and he got rid of Roe v. Wade.
He did that. | ||
Your rights are gone. | ||
He is out there to remove people's rights.
That's the real danger.
And we don't know where it's going to end.
We do not know. | ||
Nobody can sit here tonight or this November and say they know where Trump's going to stop.
Or whatever he's going to do.
Because he's crazy. | ||
unidentified
|
The difference is the erosion of free speech.
The targeting of political opponents has actually occurred under the Biden administration.
Whereas when you go back and look under the Trump administration, we didn't see this kind of attack.
Yeah, she's just good and calm and right and true.
And again, she was the last Democrat on the primary side running against Joe Biden.
Think what a different situation we would be in right now.
Had Joe Biden, or whoever was running the show for him then, because I don't even think it was him then, been like, you know what?
Instead of Kamala polling at zero in her own party, who nobody likes, who's basically an idiot, And really, nobody can defend her.
We'll have more on her in a moment too.
If we go with Tulsi Gabbard, a more moderate Dem, not a woke nutbag, someone that clearly loves America, and again, is currently a member of the military, like, wouldn't that be something for the Democrat side of things?
And then if we were in the exact same moment right now, there would be an awful lot of Dems being like, you know what, it's okay, I can still vote for Biden, because even though there's simply no way he can make it another four years, then Tulsi Gabbard will be president, and she's kind of more of an old school Democrat, and she clearly loves the country, and we're not gonna hand everything to the woke lunatics and the Marxists and the Communists, which is exactly what Kamala will do.
But interestingly, as I said, we're watching the machine try to figure out how to, what's the narrative now?
How does any of this make sense?
How do you get rid of Biden and then make sure it's not Kamala?
Cause everyone knows she shouldn't be president.
Like we're watching something happen in real time right now.
This is a rare moment where you get this.
We're usually slow rolled with the truth.
That's what we went through with COVID lies.
You can't really tell you're in the fog of war.
You can't really tell, but now we're seeing it happen in real time.
We'll get to that in just a second.
Let me talk to you guys about gravity to fire shoes guys.

That's GDefy.com. | ||
Use code Reuben30 for $30 off $130 or more.
And now, back to me. | ||
You know, it's interesting.
When I read those ads, I'm reading off a prompter, right?
You can see a different tone and intonation in my voice, right?
And it's because I'm reading and it's usually a little bit easy.
Well, I guess you could argue it either way.
But let's say if you had the competency or the brain ability of Joe Biden, it would be easier to just read something rather than thinking on your feet.
I would prefer to just speak extemporaneously and tell you what I think.
But it's a fundamental difference when you're just reading, and then are you even the person
if you're just reading other people's words?
So again, he's just not the president.
Anyway, the entire machine has been lying and running cover for him, right?
And why did they do it? | ||
Well, because they were telling you that Trump is orange Hitler and Trump is evil and blah,
blah, and we all have to unite against Biden.
And Biden's a great guy.
And yes, he's been in government for 47 years before he became president.
Apparently never fixed any of the things.
We never got the hope and change out of Obama, but you better vote for this 80-year-old guy, Joe Biden.
Well now, because the debate was so profoundly horrible, and then last night when he gave this speech about the Supreme Court decisions, he literally said, end quote, because he was reading off the teleprompter, and it says, end quote, the very same machine that has been running cover for this guy, this brain, That old dingbat.
And I'm sorry. | ||
That's what he... The sympathy just is not there for me anymore at this point, right?
I have a sympathy at some level for him as a human, but not for what's going on anymore.
And now the very same system that has lied to you about him this entire time, well, now they're freaking out.
Here's Jon Stewart, who they brought back to the system because they probably knew that something like this was going to happen.
And he's very upset about something that we all saw happening in real time.
unidentified
|
Because this cannot be real life!
It just can't! | ||
unidentified
|
F***! | |
We're America! | ||
God! | ||
I get it, he's an actor, there's 20 writers on the show, it's all very impressive, but like, dude.
All right, you're a Democrat operative or you're a progressive activist or whatever you are, but why are you upset?
This is your guy. | ||
You spent many, many years going after Trump, trying to destroy Trump, Trump's evil and everything.
This is your guy. | ||
Why would you be upset now that the obvious truth about him is coming out?
Even Saturday Night Live.
I can't believe this one.
I actually laughed at a clip from Saturday Night Live.
This was wild. | ||
Saturday Night Live, on Saturday night, put this out.
And I actually laughed because they can't even hide it anymore.
And that's what I mean about the machine does not know what to do.
And every now and again, when a machine doesn't know what to do, it chokes out something funny, almost accidentally, I would say.
Here's Saturday Night Live.
unidentified
|
The terror was over. | |
I don't know. | ||
I don't know. | ||
unidentified
|
Wake up! | |
You realize it's just beginning.
There's gotta be someone!
Cory Booker! | ||
He's corny! | ||
Mayor Pete! | ||
Listen to yourself! | ||
From the producers of Smile and the Twisted Minds of Morning Joe.
Guys? | ||
Oh my god. | ||
Guys? | ||
No. | ||
Not again! | ||
unidentified
|
I have the perfect candidate.
Faith? | ||
unidentified
|
A superstar who can go all the way.
In the ring! | ||
Like, that's funny. | ||
It's incredible that SNL got one, one out of their last million.
I don't know how they did it, but they did it.
But that's the point. | ||
They cannot even deny reality at this point.
And what a, truly, truly, what a pathetically thin bench the Democrats have.
Like, even if they can figure out a way to get him off the ticket, and Jill Biden is hell-bent on keeping that old bag of bones on there, but even if they can figure out how to remove him, or he literally, gets on stage and just completely freezes and just collapses well then you got Kamala and they know they can't do that but what if they like like this is what they're left with Pete and Kamala and Elizabeth Warren and Beto there there are no sane functional Democrats left in the government yes I get it there might be a congressman here or there in in your little area that might be but at a national level there's nothing left everyone knows it and they are in apoplexy
Speaking of apoplectic crisis mode, CNN for some reason brought back Mr. Potato Head.
This one just amazes me.
You guys know it. | ||
Brian Stelter, he gets fired from a show called Reliable Sources because he's one of the most unreliable sources in all of news, but they've suddenly just brought him back.
He went and taught journalism at Harvard because for a little while, he's back at CNN
and listen to the way he frames what we saw on that Thursday night debate.
I already referenced how the media is trying to frame this between a liar and a truth teller, but it's just pure BS
but he's brought in to launder the lies, here you go.
Look, if you're in a battle between someone who lies really confidently versus someone who mostly tells the
truth but really incoherently,
the confident liar is always going to win.
And I think many millions of Americans who don't want to see Trump reelected were yelling at their TVs, wanting Biden to fight back harder, wanting to see an actual debate, an actual fight.
They didn't get that. | ||
They came away disappointed.
And it makes me wonder if there will be any more debates at all.
It really is rather extraordinary.
First off, that guy should just be so embarrassed to ever show up on TV again.
I would say like, almost like who's the guy that whacked off on Zoom on CNN?
Jeffrey Toobin? | ||
Like, I don't know. | ||
I guess that's a higher level of embarrassment.
But, but Stelter should like be absolutely ashamed of everything that he's done that they bring him back.
I think what's happening actually, the reason they're bringing him back is they're getting You talk about a thin bench of who could replace Biden.
There's a thin bench of people who are willing to debase themselves in the mainstream media to run cover for Biden at this point, because Biden will be gone eventually, and it will be known that he was on drugs, and it will be known that a small amount of people did it, knew about it.
It will be known that maybe Barack Obama was pulling the strings.
The truth comes out one way or another, so they have to bring someone like Stelter in to run cover for it.
But this idea that Trump lied, That Trump lied.
Now, did Trump exaggerate about things?
Absolutely. | ||
He's always done it, he always will.
Okay, fine. | ||
Trump gave one of the best answers I have ever heard on abortion, period.
And I'm not just talking about from Donald Trump.
He gave a deeply honest answer about why Roe v. Wade wasn't right, why you kick it back to the states, why he's not for a national ban, why he even said about the complexities electorally talking about abortion.
It was the most honest answer I've ever heard him say, maybe about anything truly.
He also addressed the Afghanistan withdrawal, which was a disaster.
He addressed the border, which is a disaster.
He addressed inflation, which is going up.
So you may say Trump exaggerated on some things, but the idea that he was the liar
and Joe Biden was the bumbling truth teller.
What did Joe Biden say that was true?
What did Joe Biden say that was a complete sentence or a complete thought?
He rambled incoherently about everything.
He lied. | ||
I mean, the lie of lies, the king of all lies, the very fine people hoax.
They push that. | ||
They push that again. | ||
And Donald Trump debunked it live.
But a certain amount of people, they're just fed crap all day and that's what they just keep eating.
Anyway, let's go over to the televised mental institution known as MSNBC because Joy Reid, who again, this is not a journalist.
She is a paid activist liar at a giant corporation.
Even she's realizing that this thing is breaking down and it is panic time.
Joe Biden comes in with certain deficits.
He has a stutter. | ||
You know, he is it is more difficult for him to communicate for that reason.
So there's a lot to mitigate the way that he speaks and you can understand it and we've observed him for a long time.
That said, I too was on the phone throughout much of the debate with Obama, world, people, with Democrats, with people who are political operatives, with campaign operatives.
My phone really never stopped buzzing throughout.
And the universal reaction was somewhere approaching panic.
The people who were texting with me were very concerned about President Biden seeming extremely feeble, seeming extremely weak.
And, you know, I'll just reiterate what I said earlier.
President Biden had one job tonight.
And it was one primary job.
And yes, it was to litigate Donald Trump's, you know, criminality and all of those things.
But he had to settle his own party.
He needed to settle Democrats.
Democrats, you know, they always talk about Democrats are bedwetters and Democrats are always panicking.
Yes, Democrats are always panicking.
They're always scared, right?
They're always thinking they're going to lose.
Like Democrats are very pessimistic.
This is just who they are.
They're neurotic. | ||
But Joe Biden's job was to reassure them tonight.
His job was to calm his party, to make them feel that, yes, I can do this.
I have four more years in me.
I have the ability and the stamina and the strength to do four more years.
He did not do that. | ||
He did the opposite of that.
He made them more panicked.
Now you gotta understand guys, she is paid to lie for the regime.
The fact that she got up after that debate, went on live, and we're gonna show you something even more amazing in just a second related to Jen Psaki, but the fact that she went on live, basically admitted she talks to Obama staffers or people in Obama world or maybe Obama or Mike himself, whoever, no, Mike, you got it, you got it, big Mike.
She's admitting it. | ||
She's admitting it. | ||
The thing is breaking down and now the system has to figure out what to do about it.
That is rather remarkable.
And yes, Joe Biden, his bar was... Go back to my show from Wednesday or Thursday before the debate.
The bar was so freaking low for Biden.
All he had to do was stand there and not look like he was going to die.
And he could not do that.
That is pretty pathetic, but now, if you, oh, and by the way, who would ever sleep with a Democrat or a lefty, having heard what we just heard Joy Reid say?
They're neurotic and they're bedwetters.
Listen, guys, if I say one thing on this show that you take with you, don't sleep with a Democrat.
Like, something is not right with these people.
Neurotic bedwetter. | ||
I believe that that's true, but just like, everyone really, just put that, know that, what's a hinge, I guess, is the dating app?
If someone says Democrat, just know they pee and likely poop in their bed.
But now if you want to see something really amazing, if you want to see...
A cold political operative who only cares about power and lying to the system.
Lying so that the system will benefit, so that they can personally benefit.
Jen Psaki. | ||
Jen Psaki, who was the White House press secretary, who then, of course, got a job at MSNBC.
You are not a journalist.
You're an activist. | ||
That's why you got the job.
Here she is. | ||
This is a woman who spent years lying for Joe Biden and lying about Joe Biden at those press conferences, right?
I used to love Jen Psaki, right?
Here she is sticking the knife in his back and twisting it to high hell.
unidentified
|
Is the chatter from the peanut gallery, or is the chatter from deciders?
It is largely, it depends on who deciders are, right?
Because the deciders are really the public.
I have not heard that from campaign operatives, but I have heard it from members of Congress, I have heard it from people who have worked many Democratic campaigns, who are working in interest groups, people along those lines.
unidentified
|
What do we do now? | |
Can he still be replaced?
Boy, he gave you the job, and what do we do now?
Can he be replaced? | ||
And believe me, guys, the only reason she was doing that post-debate was because it was a kick in the balls to America.
Every single person watching it who does not have Joe Biden-level brain damage walked away with the exact same thoughts and the exact same feelings.
So there's Jen Psaki, and all she is is a cold political operative.
She took the job at the White House under Joe Biden, and she just threw him under the bus, because you're all just pieces of a machine, and the machine does not care for you.
Want some more proof of that?
Here's MSNBC's Joe Scarborough, a man who just a few weeks ago was saying that Joe Biden has never been sharper, Joe Biden is sharper than he is, and everything else.
Well, now, because again, you cannot deny the truth when it just slams you in the freaking face, Here he is calling for Democrats to remove Joe Biden.
As do so many people who watch this program and who fear just how dark of a place a second Donald Trump term will take America, then I think it's critical that we ask the same questions.
About this man I love, respect, and whose public service in saving this country from Donald Trump over the last three and a half years, I honor and always will.
I think we have to ask the same questions of him that we have asked of Donald Trump since 2016.
And that is, if he were CEO, And he turned in a performance like that.
Would any corporation in America, any Fortune 500 corporation in America, keep him on as CEO?
If this were Donald Trump, time and time again, we talked about the Goldwater.
Where's the Barry Goldwater?
To walk over and tell Richard Nixon it was over.
To tell Donald Trump it was over.
And now the question is, do Democrats need to do the same thing of Joe Biden?
These are hard questions.
But the fact is, friends, failure is just not an option.
In 2024, failure is not an option.
Dude, you are one of the prime drivers of how we got to this situation.
You have lied and covered up for him for years.
Again, I am not a genius.
I am just some guy that pays attention to the news, and I have Twitter, and I think about things, and when I see obvious things, I just acknowledge them, the way most people do.
But you people are the ones who ran cover for him for so long that we now end up in a situation where it blew up in everybody's faces, and you sit there, and he's so fake, and he's such an actor, and Mika, you know that Mika's his wife, and she sits there, and she's just glamping for the camera.
unidentified
|
She just wants to look good for the camera.
And also, what, you love Joe Biden?
Are you a journalist? | ||
You love him? | ||
I'm pretty sure Joe Biden banged Joe Scarborough while Mika was watching.
That is what a cuck is, right?
That is a cuck. | ||
He is a cuck. | ||
Anyway, this is what they've done.
And the reason I'm showing you that is because as I'm saying, they can't hide the truth anymore, but you have to watch their game.
So someone, he shows no remorse.
How about remorse? | ||
That's what you should be showing, Joe.
You should be showing remorse.
Like, boy, I guess I really did miss the mark.
You know, I am a Democrat.
I admit, you're like, why can't you just do this?
I'm a Democrat. | ||
I admit that much. | ||
I do this show every day.
I like Joe Biden. | ||
I don't like Donald Trump.
And you know what? | ||
I guess I wasn't that honest.
I guess in retrospect, all of the slurring and the end quote and the being unable to answer things and wandering off into the forest and possibly pooping in his pants, I guess maybe I should have addressed that a little bit more honestly.
But no, you have to ramp up the fear about Trump.
Just absolutely ridiculous.
Here's a compilation of the media running cover for Biden.
Start your tape right now, because I'm about to tell you the truth.
And F you if you can't handle the truth.
This version of Biden is the best Biden ever.
In fact, I think he's better than he's ever been.
President Biden has a photographic memory.
unidentified
|
His understanding and mastery of a complicated geopolitical situation is remarkable.
He is sharp, intensely probing, and detail-oriented and focused.
Jackie, are you here? | ||
Where's Jackie? | ||
I didn't think she was going to be here.
unidentified
|
It was sitting, you know, two feet from him across the table.
And he was, you know, intense.
Had trouble walking sometimes.
Yeah, so did FDR. | ||
He wanted GD war. | ||
unidentified
|
But he's totally focused.
He's very sharp. | ||
They say he's sharp in meetings and so on.
Very lucid, very well informed.
unidentified
|
Biden is state lead. | |
He comes with gravitas.
There hasn't been, as far as I know, a single claim that Biden Made a mistake.
Ageism is an issue. | ||
Americans have a rich history of holding people's physical characteristics against them.
OK, you could ask African-Americans.
He's older. | ||
That doesn't mean that he is unfit.
And there's a lot of ageism there.
Now, this age attack, this obsession by the right.
unidentified
|
Joe Biden may not be able to speak for himself the way that he used to.
They want to think to take on government if we get out of line, which they're talking again about.
And that's him lying around.
You guys get it. | ||
You guys get it. | ||
Every single person that you saw in those videos from CNN to MSNBC and everywhere else should be mocked and made fun of on Twitter all day long.
They should not be listened to or respected.
They don't deserve the chairs that they sit in for those jobs.
They have acted as activists.
They have acted as people trying to lie to you about what you knew was true.
And maybe that's the silver lining in all of this.
That this one, the lie, is so obvious.
It is so unfolding in real time.
It's not about COVID, where it was about your health also, and grandma's health also.
It is so damn obvious what they have done this time.
And it is so freaking dangerous, it cannot be overstated.
We have no idea what our enemies are thinking right now, how they're about to take advantage of this country.
People are worried that, oh, we could get Biden, and then he won't make it because he'll be 86 in, you know, three years into the next presidency.
But it's like, what could happen today?
What could happen today, really?
Like, you have to think about that.
But the reason I showed you that clip, because I know you've seen all of the bullshit and the ways they hide everything and they lie and all of that stuff, is that, you know, Andrew Breitbart was famous for that line, politics is downstream from culture.
And that's why we keep losing things, right?
Because we've largely lost the culture to these types of people.
And then we can, we're always playing catch up.
I thought this was, this is a bit of a jump, but I thought it was an interesting segue here.
I want to show you this tweet from A.G.
Hamilton. | ||
He wrote, I've been thinking about how consistently language is being manipulated and words redefined slash abused lately to push agendas.
We're certainly seeing that right now.
As an experiment, I checked the accounts of various news organizations to see their usage of far right and far left since January 23.
The results are telling.
Check this out. | ||
New York Times, far right, 92 times.
Far left, zero. | ||
Washington Post, far right, 113 times.
Far left, three. | ||
CNN, far right, 21 times.
Far left, zero. | ||
LA Times, far right, 30.
Far left, zero. | ||
NBC News, far right, 65.
Far left, one. | ||
Fox News, far right, 17.
Far left, 118. | ||
So Fox is the only counterbalance to that thing.
But the point of showing you that is that all of the media they're showing you they're they're telling us what they're in the business of and it's not the business of journalism they're in the business of scaring you about one side and running cover for the other side but and again this is the silver lining the thing that just occurred on thursday night was so insane so ridiculously
So ridiculously out of control for any system to control that we are watching it fall apart right now.
Check this out from pollster Frank Luntz.
I always tell you never trust a pollster with the toupee, but here we go.
Here we go. | ||
Following last week's debate, 72% of registered voters think Joe Biden is not mentally fit to serve as president of the United States.
That is rather extraordinary guys.
The man who is president right now, about 70% of people don't think he should be president now, and that certainly means he shouldn't be president in three years if he is to get that next term.
But now I wanna, let's get into now the, we've shown you the kind of surface level stuff.
We've shown you the Biden breakdowns.
We've shown you the media covers and all of that.
But now what's going on under this?
Because there is something else happening in this country right now.
Joe Biden has not been president this entire time.
Someone has been running the show.
We all know it. | ||
So check out this tweet from Barack Obama.
and many people think it's Barack, bad debate nights happen.
Trust me, I know. | ||
But this election is still a choice between someone who has fought
for ordinary folks his entire life and someone who only cares about himself.
Between someone who tells the truth, who knows right from wrong and will give it
to the American people straight, and someone who lies through their teeth
for their own benefit. | ||
Last night didn't change that, and it is why so much is at stake in November.
JoeBiden.com. | ||
Now you need to understand this, guys.
Barack Obama is running this presidency.
This is his third term, and he knows that if Joe Biden is out, then he is out.
Maybe he can't control Kamala that way, right?
Maybe they're not close.
Maybe she has other people that she'll hold in close confidence.
We don't know. | ||
But the only reason he would write that ridiculous tweet is he sees his meal ticket and his destruction of this country running away.
Can you put it up for just a second again?
Because he also did something interesting there.
Between someone who tells the truth.
Isn't that interesting?
That was what we heard on CNN.
It's a truth teller and a liar.
Again, what were the true things that Joe Biden said during that debate?
I have no idea because I don't know one, I can't tell you one coherent thing the man said in an hour and a half.
Even when he was trying to explain his golf game at the end, he was getting confused about his handicap and everything else.
So Barack Obama sees his meal ticket running away.
By the way, Bill Clinton wrote a very similar tweet as well.
There is no reason that Bill Clinton nor Barack Obama would put themselves out
there right now to defend this guy who is obviously breaking down unless there was
something really in it for them.
And that's what is really going on here. Now, of course, what they're all freaking out about
is that the Democratic Party, which deserves nothing other than complete obliteration and
destruction for its horrible policies, the way it has lied about everything, the fact that
it installed a president who's not even president, all of that stuff.
Well, the real problem they have on their hand is that they've got a man with dementia or something like dementia, and then they have a woman who hasn't been diagnosed with anything, but there ain't a lot going on up there.
So here's Kamala Harris on Anderson Cooper, and Anderson, basically, he can't deny reality anymore either, so he's like, you know, that debate kinda sucked, and here she is.
unidentified
|
But this was a debate that your campaign wanted.
You pushed for this debate at this moment.
Obviously, I mean, you can't honestly say, I mean, can you say that you are not concerned at all having watched the president's performance tonight?
It was a slow start. | ||
That's obvious to everyone.
I'm not going to debate that point.
Joe Biden is fighting on behalf of the American people on substance, on policy, on performance.
Joe Biden is extraordinarily strong, and that cannot be debated.
unidentified
|
But I'm sorry, on substance and policy and performance tonight, I mean, the President's performance tonight clearly was disappointing for his supporters.
CNN is reporting Democratic lawmakers watching the debate were worried about the President's performance.
One said it was a disaster, another called it a train wreck.
Those are Democrats especially worried that Biden did not punch back on Trump's lies.
Listen, people can debate on style points, but ultimately this election and who is the President of the United States has to be about substance.
And the contrast is clear.
Look at what happened during the course of the debate.
Unbelievably meaningless.
I do want to give Anderson Cooper credit there.
I mean, again, this is someone who, as far as I know, he could have spent the last four years waving some flags about this thing and being like, you know, Biden kind of isn't great and it's going to get to this point because cognitive, you know, cognitive problems, they considerably, they get worse over time, right?
It's very, people don't get better.
You can take medications that maybe you'll have a better afternoon or something like that,
but it degrades over time.
But I will give Anderson Cooper credit.
There he was right after the debate talking to the vice president.
And basically, he basically said you're a liar.
I mean, the three things, substance, policy, and performance.
So truly, I'm not even gonna analyze this anymore.
I'm just gonna ask you a question.
What was the substance of what Joe Biden said?
What was your, if you watched Joe Biden, let's move away from the cognitive stuff for a second.
What was the substance you would have walked away with?
What was the one thing he said that you were like, that man should be president, he really understands the issues?
Policy, I mean, it's the same thing.
Substance and policy, it's sort of the same thing.
Substance is more ephemeral.
Policy, what was the takeaway?
What was the big takeaway?
Was it that Joe Biden was like, oh, I really, or did you watch it and go, you know, he really nailed it on the border.
He really nailed it on the economy.
He really nailed it on this, that, the other thing.
No, there was nothing to take away.
And then of course, performance, which was just an abject disaster.
We all know that. | ||
So anyway, disastrous night on Thursday, media going crazy, people throwing him under the bus, the entire machine, including Barack Obama, now trying to figure out how to jockey for position.
And you know that the party sort of higher ups are all going, okay, how do we get rid of Kamala?
Like there's all of that stuff going on.
And then over the weekend, the Biden family got together to discuss whether Joe should even stay in at all.
This is from ABC News. | ||
President Joe Biden's family used a gathering at Camp David to urge him to stay in the race and keep fighting despite his dreadful debate performance.
And some members criticized how his staff prepared him for the face-off, according to four people familiar with the discussions.
Biden spent Sunday sequestered with First Lady Jill Biden, his children, and his grandchildren.
But the gathering was also an exercise in trying to figure out how to quell Democratic anxiety that has exploded following Thursday's performance.
While his family was aware of how poorly he performed against Donald Trump, they also continue to think he's the best person to beat the Republican presumptive nominee.
They also believe he is capable of doing the job of president for another four years, according to the people who were not authorized to speak publicly about internal discussions and spoke to the Associated Press on the condition of anonymity.
Among the most vocal, Jill Biden and son Hunter, whom the president has long gone to for counsel and advice.
Both believe the president shouldn't bow out when he's down and believe that he can come back from what they see as one subpar performance.
The family questioned how he was prepared for the debate by staff and wondered if they could have done something better, the people said.
You know, it's also interesting when I talk about how they launder the lies and everything else, like if they had a private family meeting, somehow four people anonymously talked to the Associated Press about it, right?
Like, isn't that a little bit weird?
Of course, my favorite part of that is that Joe Biden still takes Hunter Biden as close counsel, right?
It's like, you're the president of the United States, or at least that's what it says on your desk.
Maybe getting advice at the moment from the crack addict is not the best idea.
Let's say you were, I don't know, assistant manager at Foot Locker.
I don't know, maybe getting some advice from the crack addict would be okay.
No offense to anyone that works at Foot Locker.
But right now, getting advice from the crack addict, who we also know brought cocaine to the White House a couple months ago, probably not the best thing.
But Jill Biden, she is the Palpatine in this story.
And what does she want? | ||
Unlimited power. | ||
And she, and remember, Whoopi thought she was a medical doctor and she should be Surgeon General, and she is the one that is driving this.
I know you've all seen this already, but remember right after the debate, look at, I mean, this is so effing pathetic.
It is, it is, It's like, I need a new word.
Extraordinary. | ||
It's extraordinary. | ||
It's incredible. | ||
It's whatever. | ||
Okay, go. | ||
unidentified
|
Here in North Carolina and across America, who are working hard to find a secure place in the middle class.
The moms who worry that their... I saw in him then the same character that I see in him today.
And even though he has faced unimaginable tragedies, his optimism is undying.
Joe, you did such a great job.
You answered every question.
You knew all the facts. | ||
And let me ask the crowd, what did Trump do?
Unlimited power! | ||
We don't have an effect where I can get electricity to strike out of my fingers?
All right, we're gonna work on that one.
She is evil. | ||
I mean, so the second part there is what she did right after the debate and Joe's just standing.
You answered all the questions!
unidentified
|
Oh, you did the math with the two plus the three is the five!
You did it, Joe! | ||
You get a juice box! | ||
Like, it's so freaking pathetic.
It's out of control. | ||
And then the previous video that we showed you there, that was the day after where, and look at him,
he's standing there, it looks, he's losing, his ability to emote, that's another one of,
I'm not a doctor, I'm not a doctor, but I play one on the internet.
He is losing the ability to emote.
That is one of the side effects of all of these things.
The irrational anger. | ||
He looked like he was about to cry right there.
Notice how much quicker she can speak, how much more effectively she can communicate than he.
So the more, it's weird because the more they put her out there, they think putting her out there will somehow calm people down, but the more you put her out there, the more it juxtaposes the two of them.
It makes people be like, oh, well she seems functional and he seems like a corpse.
Cassie Akiva, who you might know as Cassie Dillon.
I think she's been on the show once or twice.
She found this old tweet with an image, which I thought was interesting.
So it's an image from Jill Biden of Jill Biden, June 9th, 2021.
And it's Jill Biden sitting at what appears to be probably Probably on Air Force One as they're heading to the G7.
And there's Jill Biden and she's got all the notes and it looks like she's freaking president right there.
And Cassie wrote, this tweet makes a lot of sense because Jill Biden is likely, see, I don't think she's designed all of the policy.
I still think that's an Obama thing.
And I think that that will present itself.
But Jill Biden is clearly the driver behind Joe Biden still being out there because Palpatine wanted unlimited power, so do people in this galaxy.
Let me read a tweet that I sent out on early Friday morning.
I was heading out to Colorado for Brock's wedding and I just wanted to get a couple thoughts out because I knew we weren't doing a live show that day, but this thing really caught fire.
I think it was like 50,000 retweets or something.
I wrote, up early for a flight, couple thoughts.
The debate was intentionally moved months earlier than normal to take Biden out.
In that sense, Trump fell for it, because now Newsom or Hillary or whoever can be swapped in, and all the energy and focus goes to them, not Trump, who did a great job and has seemingly unstoppable momentum.
Think how different this would all be if what we saw happen last night took place in September or October right before the election rather than June with plenty of time for moves.
Biden, to whatever extent he is the functioning president, is now a serious danger to our country and our enemies know that.
And the idea that Kamala could be president even for a day is completely bananas.
Biden needs to step down or be removed immediately.
The media who ran cover for him should all be mocked to high hell.
Had he not totally imploded last night, they would still be telling us not to see what has been plainly obvious.
They deserve nothing but mockery and scorn.
Now that the dam has broken, the leaks will start from the White House.
Who knew about his condition?
What were they drugging him with?
How long has it been going on?
And most importantly, who really has been in charge?
Because it obviously hasn't been Joe Biden.
It's likely Obama via holdovers, and if that's not treason, I don't know what is crazy.
So that thing... | ||
That thing went really viral, I suspect, if you're watching this.
You agree with most of the sentiment there.
But really, think about it.
They purposely, I think it's the first time in debate history, someone in the comments can correct me if I'm wrong, that they push the debates before the presumptive nominees accepted the nomination, right?
So we have the conventions coming up.
The Republican conventions in, what, two and a half weeks or so.
The Democrat one is at the end of the month in Chicago, and that's gonna be fun.
But they've always done debates then in the fall.
This time they pushed it up early.
And I do think this was because the Democrats were like, holy shit, like we need time to figure this thing out if it completely collapses.
Anyway, if it completely collapses, that means Biden will be out and likely this woman will be in.
I can imagine what can be and be unburdened by what has been, you know?
What can be unburdened by what has been?
What can be? | ||
Unburdened by what has been.
unidentified
|
What can be unburdened by what has been.
What can be unburdened by what has been.
What we can see, what we believe can be unburdened by what has been.
What can be unburdened by what has been.
Unburdened by what has been.
unidentified
|
Who we can be, unburdened by who we have been.
No, no, Taraji. | ||
Now, you know I wouldn't do that.
Especially not to a fellow bison.
unidentified
|
The real, ain't you? | |
You know. | ||
So what's on your mind? | ||
unidentified
|
Oh, Madam VP Harris, I'm worried about the election.
Women's reproductive rights are on the line.
Our Supreme Court is on the line.
Our basic freedoms are being tested.
unidentified
|
Madam VP, I know you've been traveling across the country.
What are you hearing? | ||
Yeah, girl, I'm out here in these streets.
And let me tell you, you're right, Taraji.
There is so much at stake in this moment.
The majority of us believe in freedom and equality.
But these extremists, as they say, they not like us.
unidentified
|
No, they not. | |
There's a full-on attack on our fundamental freedoms.
The freedom to vote. | ||
unidentified
|
Yep. | |
The freedom to love who you love, the freedom to be safe from gun violence, the freedom for a woman to make decisions about her own body, not having her government tell her what to do.
We're beyond parody. | ||
Like, we are beyond parody.
I'm burdened by that bitch.
I gotta tell you, I am burdened.
We are now all burdened by her.
She is a big ass burden for all of us because she might be president because that's how insane this entire thing was.
And maybe, you know what?
I'll give Barack Obama a little credit, that evil MF-er.
Maybe he purposely had them select Kamala Harris knowing that Joe Biden was going to break down because he knew he could pull the strings with Joe Biden.
So we have to keep someone that is so unlikable and so stupid and driveless and nonsensical.
unidentified
|
Unburdened by what has been unburdened by this thing and everything else.
That it would be the perfect way to just keep Biden in forever.
And every now and again they take him out of the crypt.
Like the Crypt Keeper. | ||
Or here's a reference I don't think I've ever made on the show.
Mumra. | ||
You know who that is? | ||
Come on. | ||
You got it? | ||
Thundercats. | ||
Remember the guy? | ||
He lived in a crypt and Mumra would come out every now and again?
But that's where we're at.
That's where we're at. | ||
Now, of course, the thing is they keep telling us Trump is a liar.
Joe Biden may have pudding for brains, but the man is a deep truth teller.
Of course, thankfully, we now have Twitter, aka X, where we can prove that that is not right.
Kamala Harris tweeted out something interesting and then Elon was just not having it.
Kamala Harris post-debate tweeted out Trump, Donald Trump would ban abortion nationwide.
President Joe Biden and I will do everything in our power to stop him and restore women's reproductive freedom.
Now it was hit by a community note first.
which said, President Trump has repeatedly said he will not sign a national abortion ban.
That is actually what he said during the debate too.
And as I said at the top of the show, it was perhaps his best ever explanation,
his position on abortion.
But anyway, not only did it get hit by community notes, but then Elon Musk himself retweeted it.
And he wrote, when will politicians, or at least the intern who runs their account,
learn that lying on this platform doesn't work anymore?
unidentified
|
And now do you see, I know you see it already.
Do you see why the system has tried to take out Elon?
Because he is able to help us debunk this nonsense in real time.
Not only did he buy Twitter to allow us to do it, but then he gets involved in the frackets as it's happening.
Now if you want to see an evil snake lizard man, you know who I'm showing you.
Gavin Newsom showed up from California with his slick hair and everything about him.
This man is the antichrist, I am telling you.
He is the devil incarnate.
He showed up there because he knew it was all going to collapse and he wants in.
He wants in so badly he can taste it like the blood that he drinks before he goes to bed.
Anyway, here he is post-debate, post-debate running cover for Biden because he knows that's Sort of the way I'm going to keep playing along, keep playing along until we stick with the knife in the back.
unidentified
|
You were out there getting a chorus of questions about whether Biden should step down.
There is panic that has set in.
Well, there is panic that has set in among people who have watched this debate who are Democrats, people who are strategists, and some even inside Democratic campaigns.
Do you think it's unfounded?
Well, I think it's unhelpful.
And I think it's unnecessary.
We've got to go in, we've got to keep our heads high.
And as they say, we've got to have the back of this president.
You don't turn your back because of one performance.
What kind of party does that?
It's been a masterclass.
15.6 million jobs. | ||
That's eight times more than the last three Republican presidents combined.
The only thing the last three Republican presidents have in common is recessions.
Democrats deliver. | ||
This president is delivered.
We need to deliver for him at this moment.
With all due respect, the more time we start having these conversations go down these rabbit holes, it's unhelpful to our democracy, our fate and future of this country, the world.
They need us right now to step up, and that's exactly what I intend to do.
You know my feelings about this guy, so I'm not even going to bother analyzing that.
I'm just going to throw it to comedian Tim Dillon, who also is no fan of that evil snake lizard person.
And this slimeball Gavin Newsom, this snake in the grass, this serpent, he lives on a vineyard.
He believes in nothing.
He's an empty suit. | ||
He's the most conservative member of California's governing apparatus, which will tell you something.
I do not like him as a politician, but I actually dislike him as a person more than a politician.
But I do respect him. | ||
Now, how can I hold all those thoughts in my head at once?
I'll tell you how. | ||
I respect his treachery.
I fear it. | ||
If I were near him in a room, I'd be scared of what he'd do.
He'd poison you. | ||
He'd kiss you on the cheek.
He'd have the brakes taken out of your car.
Of course, he can't do it himself.
He'd have someone do it.
His treachery is to be respected the way you'd respect a cobra.
The way you would respect a snake in the grass, a literal demon, someone who knows nothing but ambition and who will step on your neck.
There's a great line, there's a movie called Clear and Present Danger.
Harrison Ford is in it. | ||
The president's friend just gets busted for drug trafficking, and his advisor turns to him, and the president goes, well, what do I say about this when I go out there?
unidentified
|
And his advisor says to him, If a reporter asked if you and Hardin were friends, I'd say, no, we're good friends.
If they asked if you were good friends, I'd say, no, no, we're lifelong friends.
I would give them no place to go.
You're just as shocked as everybody else about this.
I want you to keep that in mind.
We're best friends. | ||
We're lifelong friends.
Gavin Newsom. | ||
unidentified
|
This president is delivered.
We need to deliver for him at this moment.
With all due respect, the more time we start having these conversations go down these rabbit holes, it's unhelpful to our democracy, our fate and future of this country, the world.
That's a great job, Tim, because that's exactly right.
That's what Gavin Newsom is doing, right?
He's saying to people, I'm playing the part of the good guy here, the good guy defending the man who's president, and we should back him.
And it was just one bad debate.
It wasn't four years of flubs and confusions and everything else.
It was one bad, I'm going to back him.
But what you're doing while you're backing him, I'm his good friend, I'm his great friend, I'm his lifelong friend, I'm his best friend.
I blew him in the backseat of the Ford Oldsmobile.
It's like you're stabbing him in the back, because you know when the system needs to get rid of him, you'll look like the good guy.
It's so obvious. | ||
And I also want to address one other thing, which is that you do, you always do, and I say this as someone that very publicly, perhaps more publicly than anyone in the country, fled California because of Gavin Newsom after I campaigned to get rid of him, and then I was audited by the state three days after the election.
It is what I talk about all the time with the Alien movie and the doctor, Ash, in the first Alien movie,
when his head has been blown off his body and he's just a head laying there in goo
talking to Sigourney Weaver.
And it's like, he admires the Alien and that's what you have to feel about Gavin Newsom.
Not because you love what the Alien, Gavin Newsom, is doing, not because it killed everybody there
or it's got all the homeless people out on the streets, but he's doing it.
He's doing it in front of our eyes, so at least know that.
Now I wanna throw you a spectacular clip because my buddy Adam Carolla
was guest hosting on NewsNation and somehow Gavin Newsom went on the show.
This is just in the last two or three days.
And Adam Carolla, if you think I hate Gavin Newsom, and I truly do have hatred in my heart for him, I'm sorry, I don't have a lot of hatred in me in general, but it's there for this guy.
If you think I hate him, Carolla might be the one man on earth that hates him more than me, and he still lives in California.
And watch him disassemble this evil snake lizard person.
unidentified
|
Adam Carolla here. | |
Governor, why did you shut the beaches in California during COVID?
Yeah, I think we all were working on information at the time.
We had no basis of deeply understanding the virus.
I think they did the same thing.
So you didn't know anything, so why'd you shut the beaches?
States like Florida. | ||
If you didn't know anything, why'd you shut the beaches?
Well, we didn't know Yeah, because people were concerned early in the pandemic.
Information was coming out as it relates to how it was transferred, the disease, and people were cautious, trying to keep people alive.
And I should say this... So you didn't let him go in the sunshine and get vitamin D and exercise, so you shut the beaches, okay.
And you arrested a guy who was paddleboarding in the bay.
Yeah, any science behind that?
Any science at all behind shutting down outdoor dining?
Why'd you shut down outdoor dining?
Science is based on science, you didn't have?
It's not a debate. | ||
You shut down outdoor dining, you've canceled businesses.
That's nothing to do with science.
Alright, let him finish.
Alright, go ahead. | ||
Go ahead. All this happened in the...
Snake. | ||
Snake, rat, not good person.
Do we have any other video of him not being a good person?
Maybe something from, I don't know, maybe like a decade ago where he did something really, really evil and bad and then got caught doing it.
Do we have one of those? | ||
unidentified
|
We do? | |
Okay, cool. | ||
Thank you all for coming here on short notice.
I want to make it clear that everything you've heard and read is true.
And I am deeply sorry about that.
I've hurt someone I care deeply about, Alex Turk and his friends and family, and that is something that I have to live with and something that I am deeply sorry for.
I am also sorry that I've let the people of San Francisco down.
They expect a lot of their mayor, and my personal Lapse of judgment aside, I am committed to restoring their trust and confidence and will work very hard in the upcoming months to make sure that the business of running the city is framed appropriately.
I also want to extend a personal apology to everyone in our administration, to my staff that I just met with, to my friends and my family members.
I am deeply sorry. | ||
If you don't remember what he's apologizing for there, it's because he banged his campaign manager's wife.
So he was married. | ||
His campaign manager were married.
He banged his campaign manager's wife.
His campaign manager was also his best friend.
Isn't that something? | ||
So when you see how close he's trying to hold Joe Biden here.
No, I don't know that he's banging Jill Biden, but remember he did show up at the White House when Joe Biden went overseas.
Remember we showed you that video?
So he probably had her over the table over there too.
These people all deserve each other.
But what really is going on here?
What really is happening here?
What does the Democrat Party stand for anymore?
When the media is running cover, why are all these people running cover for this thing?
This party that has no cohesive set of views anymore, that has unearthed so much evil in America, that is not proud of this country, that will prop up some brain-busted buffoon just to attain power.
Well, it might have something to do with that power thing, that unlimited power thing.
Here's David Sachs from the All In podcast with a great analysis of what the Democrat Party now is.
Let's just put it plainly.
The Democratic Party is a collection of interests who want to remain in power.
The Democratic Party is the party of government.
Its goal is to allocate money and power from the government to the collection of interests who back the Democratic Party.
In other words, it's basically a collection of interests who want to loot the Republic.
Well, obviously, no one's going to vote for that.
They have to make it about something else.
They choose a figurehead.
They talk about how this is about saving democracy.
They basically invent hoax after hoax, lie after lie to basically maintain their power.
And I think what's happened is the mask has come off.
The whole thing, the whole shell game has been revealed.
It's obvious that Biden was always a puppet for these interests who are hiding behind him.
And now it's all being exposed.
So yes, that is completely right.
And what are those interests?
Well, as he said, they're big government interests.
That's why they always want more taxes.
They want more money. | ||
They want more government.
It's just about attaining power.
Now, that does not mean the Republicans are great, and they often fail us.
Of course they do. | ||
But there is a fundamental difference when your party, let's say, is a little hesitant of government, which is generally what conservatives and Republicans are, and then the Democrats, which basically are like, oh, we want to give the government power to do what we want.
So it's a collection of these crazy interests.
As he described it, it's a shell game that's constantly moving.
But now the table got flipped over, right?
And the shells are all upside down, and we're all seeing that there is one ball there, but the game was rigged.
So you have all of these awful people.
You have a guy with brain damage.
You have a woman that everyone knows is not capable of being president.
You have someone like Gavin Newsom.
You have the Squad. | ||
You have all of these competing interests of terrible people filled with horrible ideas.
And now we're seeing it.
But, I would like to warn you, while you might think, okay, a whole bunch of us are seeing it, Donald Trump's gonna win in a landslide, a landslide, Vivek Ramaswamy tweeted this out, and I think he is completely right.
Republicans are celebrating like the race is over.
The truth is, it really hasn't even begun, and I think he is absolutely right about that.
We have no, there is so much weirdness in the system right now.
We have no idea what will happen.
Joe Biden could die today.
That's just true. | ||
It's been true the entire presidency.
It could happen to a young man.
Okay, that's one thing.
They could force him out today.
They could figure out whatever they have to do with Kamala.
China might say it's time to take Taiwan.
Iran might be like, it's time to annihilate Israel.
Like whatever could happen in the world.
All of the weird things that could happen in the world, right?
We're juggling a whole bunch of world things happening all the time and you hope that it doesn't go completely out of control.
Well, right now it is wildly out of control.
Donald Trump could be in jail on July 11th.
He's gonna be sentenced.
Donald Trump could be put in jail now.
The system might be like, holy shit!
Everyone knows what the deal is with Biden.
The only way we can beat him now is to put him in jail.
I would say the likelihood of Trump being put in jail has now gone up because of what happened at that debate, right?
If Biden crushed him in the debate, or if Biden had even looked remotely alive, the machine wouldn't have had to do what it just did, which was admit a little truth.
So we got a whole bunch of problems on our hands.
Let me jump back to Tulsi Gabbard.
Here she is on Fox talking about who Trump's VP should be because if he wants to bring in new voters to make it so that we can save this country, there is a way to do that.
unidentified
|
Trump's VP, but as he does that search, what do you think he should be looking for in a potential pick?
You know, of course, in this election, it's important to be able to bring in, in order to win, you have to be able to bring in people who may not already be with you or already be a part of your support base.
This is important not only for the election to be able to bring in our fellow Americans, but it is also important to do the tough work that will follow, should President Trump win, to be able to actually root out the rot of corruption that exists within permanent Washington.
To root out the deep state, root out those who believe that their function in government is more important than the people of this country.
We've got to flip it on its head and remind people that we should have a limited government that exists to serve the people, not the other way around.
A limited government that exists to serve the people.
That is a 180 degree opposite of what David Sachs described the Democrat Party has now become.
And that is why a woman like Tulsi Gabbard, again a current member of our military, is no longer a Democrat and clearly is being considered as one of the VP choices.
And of course what she said there is the exact same thing I've been saying for months.
is that Donald Trump, you now have the chance to have the biggest, widest tent coalition probably since Ronald Reagan re-election 49 states in 1984.
This is your chance. | ||
Everyone knows that the Democrats are a combination of brain damaged and evil.
That can only bring in so many voters.
You can basically take everybody else, and guys, you know what?
We may disagree on abortion, but we're gonna leave it to the states.
Guys, I know we may disagree on taxes exactly, but I am gonna make the economy go chug along again.
Guys, I am gonna protect the border.
These are things for everybody.
The Democrats have whittled us into these identity politics things that always was going to end up in something evil, sort of like, I don't know, maybe bringing in a vice president because of the color of her skin and her genitals?
That, over time, will become problematic.
But there's more interesting things happening over the last couple days.
The Supreme Court Has ruled on a couple huge, huge decisions that I want to get you caught up on because they are definitely relevant to what's going on electorally here.
This is from Greg Price.
Breaking the Supreme Court has sided with President Trump, ruling that presidents cannot be held criminally liable for official actions of government and delivering a nuke to Jack Smith's January 6th indictment.
It was a 6-3 decision. | ||
Let me give you a little more info on that from the Daily Wire.
Justices voted 6-3 along ideological lines in the decision and sent the case in which Trump pleaded not guilty to charges of accusing him of unlawfully plotting to overturn the results of the 2020 election back to a lower DC court for further review.
The president is not above the law, the ruling said, but our system of separated powers The president may not be prosecuted for exercising his core constitutional powers, and he is entitled to at least presumptive immunity from prosecution for his official acts.
Because the ruling was released so late on the final day of the term, the Associated Press noted that justices reduced or eliminated the chances of a trial being held before the November election, and the case may already be weakened by a prior ruling that found the Justice Department went too far with the January 6th-related obstruction charges.
In essence, what is happening there is that Trump will not pay any price for January 6th, which he should not pay for and will not be held criminally accountable for January 6th.
And even if it was to get to another court at this point, because the clock is ticking on that,
it likely would not happen before the election.
I would also say that Joe Biden should probably be happy that a president cannot be held accountable
for criminal acts, that they have immunity, because he's probably done far more illegal things
than Donald Trump in the first place.
Here is, Joe Biden gave a five-minute press conference last night where he read very poorly off a teleprompter,
Also said, end quote, because he doesn't know what he's doing.
And here he is trying to scare the hell out of you as to what the Supreme Court decision really means.
This nation was founded on the principle that there are no kings in America.
Each, each of us is equal before the law.
No one, no one is above the law.
Not even the president of the United States.
With today's Supreme Court decision on presidential immunity, that fundamentally changed.
For all practical purposes, today's decision almost certainly means that there are virtually no limits on what a President can do.
This is a fundamentally new principle, and it's a dangerous precedent, because the power of the office will no longer be constrained by the law, even including the Supreme Court of the United States.
The only limits will be self-imposed by the President alone.
So now, now the American people will have to do what the courts should have been willing to do, but will not.
The American people have to render a judgment about Donald Trump's behavior.
The American people must decide whether Donald Trump's assault on our democracy on January 6th makes him unfit for public office in the highest office in the land.
The American people must decide if Trump's embrace of violence To preserve his power is acceptable.
Perhaps most importantly, the American people must decide if they want to entrust the President once again, the presidency to Donald Trump, now knowing he'll be more emboldened to do whatever he pleases whenever he wants to do it.
Oh God, this is the worst of all situations.
The American people are going to have to decide who the president is.
Guys, instead of just throwing one of the guys into jail for wrongfully filling out that a prostitute was something and then okay, January 6th, whatever, the American, you see how they fear?
They fear the power of the people, which is exactly what our system was based on.
Guys, the people are going to have to...
unidentified
|
I mean, they did spray tan me for this one, but they know!
They know! | ||
Senator Mike Lee from Utah, who is a lawyer and who is a constitutional expert.
I mean, this guy, I would say right alongside Rand Paul, probably the best two people we have in the Senate in terms of understanding the true nature of the Constitution.
He saw that video and he wrote this.
This is the current president castigating the Supreme Court for interfering with his attempt to imprison his election opponent.
This is insane. | ||
And that is the point. | ||
That is the point. | ||
Biden's admitting it. | ||
Oh, you guys are going to have to figure this out because we're throwing the kitchen sink at this guy illegally.
And the Supreme Court was just like, that's not great.
That's not great, it's not a great way to run a democracy.
It just isn't. | ||
But okay, there was also another decision that is equally huge as it pertains to draining the swamp,
getting rid of the deep state, killing the agencies, et cetera, we've got some info here from the Daily Wire.
In a massive decision handed down that will limit the power of unelected agencies
in the executive branch to interpret laws that Congress had left ambiguous
and a power Democratic administrations have used to impose additional regulations,
the Supreme Court ruled six to three to overturn the 1984 ruling
on Chevron versus Natural Resources Defense Council.
It authorized a massive shift in power from Congress and the courts to the President, Harry Olson noted, of the Chevron decision.
Most of the administrative agencies subject to Chevron are run by presidential appointments.
These officials might have subject matter expertise, but their knowledge does not negate the fact that they are inherently political judgments which the Constitution envisioned would be made by elected legislators.
Under Chevron, a statutory ambiguity, no matter why it is there, becomes a license authorizing an agency to change positions as much as it likes.
Chevron accordingly has undermined the very rule of law values that stare decisis exists to secure, Ed Whelan pointed out.
During Barack Obama's presidency, courts increasingly relied on Chevron to uphold a slew of new progressive regulations.
stated in an article titled, The Supreme Court is about to seize way more power
from Democrat presidents.
So basically the simple version of this and why it's so important and why so many people
on the left were freaking out yesterday is that we have been governed largely by regulators
and agencies and the EPA and all of these things.
They were put there to have some guidance as it pertained to the environment
or guidance as it pertained to businesses, et cetera, et cetera.
We were supposed to have Congress, right?
Congress was supposed to figure out policy.
The courts were to figure out what was legal and what was not legal.
So by reversing this decision, these administrative agencies, that is when we talk about the deep state, the never-ending state, that it doesn't matter if it's a Republican administration or a Democrat administration, that has now taken a big hit and that is good.
So I think what we're seeing here, Amidst a lot of chaos, guys.
There clearly is a lot of chaos.
There is a chance. | ||
I'm starting to see it really clearly, and I hope you are too.
The way that they have lied to us is not working anymore.
Yes, they're going to figure out things, and God only knows what can happen, and they're always one step ahead of us, and all of that stuff.
But if we play a long game here, if we don't fold, if we don't quit, I think we can beat them because they're not the brightest Kamala Harris.
They're not the hardest working Gavin Newsom.
One day they will make a mistake so big that it will give us the opportunity to come back and run this country again and run it for all the right reasons and with all of the thoughtfulness that the founders put into the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence.
Joe Biden might just keel over.
Right? | ||
And then we're in flux in a way that we barely can imagine.
Okay, we're almost at the end here.
So let's just go back. | ||
For anyone that might have watched this, it's officially our longest show in the history of The Rubin Report.
You've watched this hour plus so far and you're going, Dave, Dave, you're just being too harsh on Joe Biden.
Sure, he's mind muddled, but he's a good man.
He's a great man. | ||
He's just cared about public service and doing the right thing.
Well, here's Joe Biden 40 years ago during Clarence Thomas's hearings.
unidentified
|
Good morning, Judge. | |
Welcome to the blinding lights.
Finding out what you mean when you say that you would apply the natural law philosophy to the Constitution is, in my view, the single most important task of this committee.
Senator Biden was very focused on natural law.
How did that go? | ||
Who knows? | ||
I have no idea what he was talking about.
I just want to make sure we all know what we're talking about here, that you and I know at least what we're talking about here.
There's a fervent and aggressive school of thought I have to be perfectly honest with you.
law further inform the Constitution than it does now, argued against by the positivist
led by Judge Bork. | ||
Now again, that may be lost on all the people.
You know and I know what we're talking about.
I have to be perfectly honest with you.
You sit there and you have no idea what they are talking about.
All I know is that he was asking me these questions about natural law.
Someone may apply it in a way, like Moore, who leads him in a direction that is, quote, liberal.
You may apply it in a way that leads you in a direction that's conservative.
Or you may, like many argue, not apply it at all.
But it is a fundamental question that is going to be almost impossible for non-lawyers to grasp in an exchange.
But you know, and I know, it is a big, big deal.
And in conclusion... One of the things you do in hearings is you have to sit there and look attentively at people you know have no idea what they're talking about.
Clarence Thomas truly is a national treasure.
Like, what was Joe Biden talking about?
I have no idea, and you don't have any idea, and Clarence Thomas had no idea.
He has been a bloviating buffoon who has done virtually nothing but enrich his family and the people around him for 40 years.
But you know what, guys?
As I just said, it's a long game.
And Joe Biden and the Democrats and the machine behind it, that shell game, they lost this weekend.
The Supreme Court decisions were good, so Clarence Thomas won in that regard.
America won. | ||
And you know what? | ||
Maybe success will be the best revenge?
unidentified
|
I don't care about the revenge thing.
I know they usually use the word revenge.
unidentified
|
Will there be revenge? | |
My revenge will be success.
Thank you. | ||
All right, Robert, turn.
My revenge will be lunch, because this was a long show.
I enjoyed it. | ||
I hope you did too. | ||
It was good to get caught up.
We missed you yesterday.
Post game show in 30 seconds.
ReubenReport.Locals.com.
And do we have a cold close?
We do not have a cold close because we were going to use that SNL thing.
And I was like, it's actually so good we have to throw it into the show.
So post game in about 30 seconds.
Thanks for watching everybody. |
