		Right before we started, I often ask them, how do you feel the show is going to be today?

		I fumbled a word.
		I don't know that I can do better than a 9-9 now.
		I'm already screwed.
		Before we get to anything, we have a tremendous show for you today, and I'm like, I'm in a good mood.
		I'm rested over the weekend.
		Oh, I should tell you guys also, the kids are doing much better.
		Justin and Luke.
		Both had COVID, okay.
		David also has COVID.
		I think still does.
		He's still a little headache, a little snipply, whatever.
		But the guys are doing much better.
		A lot of snot sucking this weekend.
		It's gross.
		It's really disgustingly gross.
		Have you guys seen that in the house downstairs, the snot suckers?
		They're horrible.
		Anyway, everybody's doing much better.

		And really what I wanna do today is I'm gonna destroy a couple people, because a couple people need to be destroyed.
		Don Lemon, I mean, he's self-immolating.
		He's lighting himself on fire, but we're just gonna push that a little bit.
		It's just these corporate hack journalists.
		I just can't take it anymore.
		I cannot take it anymore, have to destroy him.
		The one that I really have to go after, though, is Andrea Mitchell over at NBC and MSNBC,
		who had the most ridiculous, dishonest interview with Kamala Harris, lying, absolutely 100%
		without equivocation, lying about what Ron DeSantis is doing here with that now infamous
		AP American Studies course.
		And of course, Andrea Mitchell lies about it, which means the producers lie about it.
		And I would argue at this point, whether you are a network executive over at The View, which I often talk about, or you're a network executive over at CNN or MSNBC or any of these places, your job is actually to hire people to do the dirty work, the lying for you.
		So they put Don Lemon out there knowing that his job is to lie.
		We'll get to some of his lies.
		They put Andrea Mitchell out there for one purpose only.
		Like, I don't think Andrea Mitchell is an idiot.
		I don't think she didn't know what really is going on with that AP course and that they're jamming gender studies and other woke nonsense in there.
		But she is paid to lie.
		And the question is, who is paying her, right?
		Like, the producer of that show.
		of that segment should be fired too.
		So I'm going to call for a couple people to be fired and I want to be clear, this is not cancel culture.
		Cancel culture is an amorphous mob unjustly coming for somebody online because they said something they don't like.
		When journalists, who are supposed to be the last bastion defending freedom, shining a light on the injustices of a society, when they go out of their way To do the reverse of journalism, in total dereliction of their duty, they deserve to be fired.
	So Andrea Mitchell, I just don't think she's an idiot.
	She's been doing this for 30 some odd years at NBC.
	So she went into that interview, either, I mean the options, we'll get to the segment in just a sec, either the options are when they do these things where they know they're lying, they're complete idiots.
	and I just don't think they're complete idiots, they're absolute liars or they don't know what they're
	doing, or they're paid to do it.
	Or maybe like a little combination of those four things, something like that.
	Anyway, between Lemon and Andrea Mitchell, we're going to show you some Gavin Newsom dishonest stuff.
	And yeah, even Trump, it's like, I think people have had just enough of the endless dishonesty.
	And we have to get to something better.
	And I think we're on the cusp of it.
	I really, really do.
	And our great governor, you know about this Ron DeSantis guy?
	He's actually in New York right now.
	Laying out a blueprint to help the blue states curb in some of their crime, because crime obviously running rampant in New York and Cali and Illinois and a bunch of other places.
	So that Florida blueprint that I'm always talking about is actually being exported right as we're speaking.
	I mean, he's doing a press conference, I think, right now.
	We already got some video that we'll show you in just a little bit.
	That was the longest intro I've ever given to a show, so let's get cracking.
	First off, as you may remember this, we didn't get a chance to play it on this show, but wanted to get to it today.
	Don Lemon, who, as you guys know, he was the host of Don Lemon Tonight on CNN.
	Nobody was watching.
	He was sort of just the worst sort of pandering What a partisan hack you could be, constantly saying he was a journalist, but then always giving you opinion.
	That's the reverse of what I do.
	I am not a journalist.
	I am giving you my opinion.
	I suppose somehow this has become journalism, but that's a story for another day.
	Don Lemon then got the boot because nobody was watching his nighttime show, so they don't really fire you in these things.
	They let you keep the grift going, cash the checks a little bit longer.
	They threw him to the morning show, and now the morning show, nobody's watching that, and he's just become a complete lampoon of himself.
	And here he is, this is Thursday, I'm sure most of you have seen the clip already, but we've got a couple subsequent things after.
	Don Lemon saying that Nikki Haley is not in her prime because she ain't 35.

		She says people, you know, politicians or something are not in their prime.

		Don and I also were friends at some period, and then he just kind of went off the rails, is what it is, doesn't matter.
		Uh, but this idea that women are somehow in their prime in 20s and 30s and 40s and that Nikki Haley was somehow, that she should be careful when saying that is so crazy because first off, he would have never said that about Hillary Clinton, right?
		Hillary Clinton, what is she now?
		She's got to be 70 at this point, right?
		70, 72, something like that.
		He would have never said it about her.
		But her point really was that there's a difference between being 45, 55, even 65, and being 80,
		82.
		You are clearly no longer in your prime.
		Hillary Clinton is 75 years old.
		The truth is, you're not in your prime at that point.
		But he's making this into some weird sexist whatever.
		Anyway, you can see these two women sitting across from him.
		It's like, Lemon, are you in your prime?
		You're a 56-year-old, soon-to-be-unemployed news anchor.

		Lemon, it's almost like you're not in your prime and you need more days off than the average person.
		So where did Don Lemon go?
		You're not going to believe it, guys.
		Miami, that's right, he's in my city right now.
		You could be wandering down the beach and see Don Lemon.
		Look at that.
		Did he pose for that picture?
		Like, what?
		Anyway, of course, of course he comes to Florida.
		After bashing Ron DeSantis and bashing all the crazy right-wingers and they're mean and they're racist and they don't like gay people, where does he go?
		He goes to the mean gay hating place called Florida to swim in our oceans.
		He's staying at a $2,000 a night hotel, by the way, so he's doing just fine.
		I don't mean to rub salt in the wound of lemon, other than the fact that this is a guy who was sort of sane.
		And that's one of the odd things that you find about so many of these media people.
		You can always point, not always, but within reason, you can usually point to a moment where they were sane and then it's like, how do they all go off the rails the way that they do, right?
		Where then they're just calling half the country racist.
		And bigoted and homophobes and they hate women and they hate old people.
		All of the nonsense that he puts forth.
		We found this video.
		This is from 10 years ago.
		We're going to split it into two parts for you.
		10 years ago, 2013.
		Listen to Don Lemon talking about five things that could fix the black community.
		And tell me if this sounds like Don Lemon in 2023 or did something happen to him over the course of these last 10 years?

		Here's number five.
		And if this doesn't apply to you, if you're not doing this, then it doesn't apply to you.

		Walking around with your ass and your underwear showing is not okay.
		In fact, it comes from prison when they take away belts from the prisoner so that they can't make a weapon.
		And then it evolved into which role a prisoner would have during male-on-male prison sex.

		Number four now is the N-word.
		By promoting the use of that word when it's not germane to the conversation, have you ever considered that you may just be perpetuating the stereotype the master intended, acting like a ****?
		Now number three.
		Respect where you live.
		Start small by not dropping trash, littering in your own communities.
		I've lived in several predominantly white neighborhoods in my life.
		I rarely, if ever, witness people littering.
		I live in Harlem now.
		It's an historically black neighborhood.
		Every single day I see adults and children dropping their trash on the ground when a garbage can is just feet away.
		Just being honest here.

		But that's Lemon ten years ago, so, uh, pick up your pants!
		First off, I did not know about that, uh, situation in the, uh, men's prisons.
		I watch Orange is the New Black.
		That was a woman's prison.
		They're up to some scary stuff over there.
		I did not know the other thing.
		But anyway, pick up your pants.
		Okay, this sounds like Jordan Peterson stuff, right?
		Wear clothes that fit.
		Shocking.
		Say the n-word a little bit less.
		Okay, I think we can all get on board that one.
		Respect where you live.
		And Lemon makes a point of saying he used to live around a lot of white people.
		My god, is there anyone more assimilated living with black people than white people living together?
		Cats and dogs.
		It's crazy.
		He continued.

		You want to break the cycle of poverty?
		Stop telling kids they're acting white because they go to school or they speak proper English.
		A high school dropout makes on average $19,000 a year.
		A high school graduate makes $28,000 a year.
		A college graduate makes $51,000 a year.
		Over the course of a career, a college grad will make nearly a million dollars more than a high school graduate.
		That's a lot of money.
		And number one, and probably the most important, just because you can have a baby, it doesn't mean you should.
		Especially without planning for one or getting married first.
		More than 72% of children in the African American community are born out of wedlock.
		That means absent fathers.
		And the studies show that lack of a male role model is an express train right to prison.
		And the cycle continues.

		The guy was saying that.
		I don't know how that is considered journalism.
		That's his opinion on all of those things.
		But that used to be something that could air on CNN.
		I believe at that point he was a daytime host, if I'm not mistaken.
		Then he got promoted to primetime.
		Now he's in the morning.
		So he's kind of been all over the place in that regard.
		But that's clearly opinion.
		And by the way, all the networks, they do opinion.
		Tucker's doing an opinion show, not a straight up news show.
		But Lemon always says that he's a journalist.
		That's the different thing.
		But basically, pull up your pants, don't say the N-word, respect where you live, finish school,
		and don't have a baby out of wedlock.
		That is Larry Elder stuff.
		That is Jordan Peterson stuff.
		That is Thomas Solstaff.
		Actually, it's basic common sense.
		Take care of your shit.
		Get yourself in order, and then see what happens.
		And if you do that, if you clean your room, you might be able to clean the world.
		But you gotta do it in that order.
		But that's the type of, dare I say, conservative stuff that Don Lemon used to say, although here he is talking about BJs.

		right, and all the people, if they voted for Trump and believe Trump, I mean, they're stupid,
		all of those things, and then it's just hilarious because Chris Cuomo stepped down in shame,
		the guy he's talking to, and Lemon is about to be fired.

		Man, we are really, when life gives you lemons, make internet videos.

		This is him last week.
		He had this guy on Bishop McKissick talking about Ron DeSantis and education, because as you guys know, I will clearly state it one more time, Ron DeSantis removed an AP African American Studies course from Florida curriculum Where they were going to teach critical race theory and they were going to teach woke gender nonsense and all of these things as it relates to African American studies.
		That's what he removed.
		He did not remove anyone, any high school or college class from teaching about civil rights or Martin Luther King or slavery or the Civil War or anything else.
		But Lemon has Bishop McKissick on to talk about just that.

unidentified		Well, we wanted to be very clear that we are not here just to make a statement, but we're here to affect a change.
		Governor DeSantis says they want education and not indoctrination.
		And we want to be very clear to not miss the forest because of the trees.
		This is not just about an AP course.
		This is also about his attempt to dilute colleges and schools Teach diversity, equity, and inclusion.
		And it is our attempt to say, we will not allow you to redact our history, whitewash our history.
		Because in doing that, you are left with nothing but a conservative consciousness and thought about black history, which in effect is indoctrination.
		So we're not the ones doing the indoctrinating.
		He is the one that's doing it.
dave rubin ▲ ● ▼		That's what I wanted to say, you know, the whole idea of the history that many of us were taught growing up, you know, Christopher Columbus discovered America, which sort of... If you all need to rub your temples right now, I know it's Monday, you enjoyed yourself over the weekend, hopefully you come back, you go, is it still happening?
		Is it still happening?
		And it is still happening.
		Everything that the bishop said there is nonsense.
		DeSantis is defending from the indoctrination.
		The indoctrination is diversity, equity, and inclusion.
		and the rest of this woke drivel and all of the gender stuff that they are putting in
		the schools.
		So DeSantis is just saying, hey, how about we go back to the stuff we were teaching,
		say five or seven or ten years ago?
		No one in Florida was not—you think of the average kid in Florida was not learning about
		civil rights, was not learning about Martin Luther King and all the rest of it.
		Like of course they were.
		And do you think—honestly, really guys, think about it for one second.
		And this is when your brainwashed NPC friends come up to you and they go, oh my God, Ron
		He's a anti-Semitism. He doesn't like black people.
		I made them sound like that.
		Whatever.
		When they do that to you, well that is what they all sound like at the end of the day actually.
		When they do that to you, you have to say to them, do you honestly think that in Florida they are not allowed to teach about civil rights?
		Do you honestly think that if a teacher gives an honest assessment of what Martin Luther
		King's life was all about, that he is going to be fired?
		It's so beyond the pale.
		But these people love the lies.
		And they love the lies because they're constantly being fed the lies.
		So they are addicted to the lies.
		It's the only thing that they know.
		So this guy gets on there, this bishop gets on there and says that diversity, equity,
		inclusion is an honest assessment of black history.
		But no, it is not.
		The civil rights movement, the march towards equality, not equity, is the actual history.
		Martin Luther King himself would be embarrassed and ashamed by what BLM and the woke activists have become, because it's counter to what he wanted, where he wanted his kids not to be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.
		So these people have everything backwards.
		Lemon is just placating it.
		So let me officially say, because I'm going to go for a couple people here, Don Lemon should be fired.
		It's not because he's an idiot.
		It's not because he's buffoon.
		It's not because he's an actor.
		It's because he is flat out terrible at his job.
		Now, I get it.
		The network executives hired him to be terrible at his job, so a couple of them should probably be fired, too.
		But these people are actually doing damage to America at this point.
		They are part of a brainwashing organization that clearly is designed to make people stupid.
		It is designed to keep one set of ideas in power and make sure that everyone who challenges that is somehow considered a bad guy or a right-wing maniac or something like that.
		So let's move Lemon to the side, okay?
		And let's talk about Andrea Mitchell.
		This one is really incredible.
		Andrea Mitchell has been a journalist on NBC and MSNBC and a bunch of other places.
		She's on Meet the Press all the time.
		She goes, she gets major, major interviews.
		She goes to all of the presidential debates, etc, etc.
		She is thought of as a mainstream nonpartisan journalist.
		OK, here she is sitting down with Kamala Harris talking about what Ron DeSantis is doing with these AP courses.
		Now, listen to the way she frames the question.
		Now, you just have to think before we show you the clip.
		Does Andrea Mitchell have no idea what she's talking about, or is she a paid activist to push a certain point of view?
		And then you're just saying it to Kamala, who has about two neurons firing, so a lot of dribble out of her.
		Go.
unidentified		What does Governor Ron DeSantis not know about black history and the black experience when he says that slavery and the aftermath of slavery should not be taught to Florida school children?

		Any push to censor America's teachers and tell them what they should be teaching in the best interest of our children, in partnership with the parents of America, is, I think, wrong-headed.
		The people who know our children best are their parents and their teachers in terms of the time they spend and the investment they've placed in the brains and capacity of our children who are our nation's future.
		And it should not be some politician saying what should be taught in our classrooms.

		Kamala is just an idiot, so I don't even know that I can deal with her.
		Man, I'm fired up on this Monday morning.
		It's because I'm running an infirmary all weekend.
		I haven't spoke to an adult in a while.

		Look, Kamala's just an idiot.
		Everything she says there, if you believed any of that, Kamala, you would be for school choice, right?
		It shouldn't be politicians who tell kids what to do, except you and the Democrats are the ones that want all of the kids going to public schools so that they can be brainwashed by your teachers' unions and everything else.
		So she's just a mindless buffoon.
		Let's just move her aside.
		Andrea Mitchell, what an insane.
		What an insane way of framing this.
		What does Ron DeSantis not know about the black experience?
		Something to that effect.
		What a crazy way.
		Why does he not want slavery and the aftermath of slavery to be taught?
		It is a complete lie.
		So you must understand these people that work at NBC News, the segment producer, you have to be fired.
		Somebody has to be fired if we're to believe that any of this means anything.
		I get it.
		Again, they're not in the business Of truth.
		They are not in the business of anything honest.
		They are in the business of propaganda.
		So when I say that they should be fired, I understand no one's going to be fired.
		But Andrea Mitchell should be shamed everywhere she goes.
		Because again, either she's an idiot, so she's asking questions of which she knows nothing about, or she is paid.
		The segment producer, and the producer above that, and the EP, there's a whole machine at NBC News.
		They are literally paying them to lie so that Kamala Harris, who's a moron, can lie in her response.
		But they launder the lies together, as I often say.
		So it continues, not just on NBC, but on their junior network, MSNBC, the televised mental institution.
		Here's Joy Reid and David Jolly.
		And this guy, am I correct, this guy is a congressman in Florida?

		Is he a Florida congressman?
		I want to get this right before we start.
		He is a Floridian congressman.
		Jesus Christ.
		You see, we've got our own problems here.
		Here they are talking about Governor DeSantis.
		And again, getting rid of woke gender ideology from one African American studies course, but look at what they extrapolate out of that.

		Banning LGBTQ books nationwide.
		That's big, big government.

		Look, on immigration, this is a party whose most recent achievement was to separate innocent children from their parents, many of those kids never to be reunited again.
		And that is actually a policy they would likely pursue.
		On this banning books issue, and I've got to say, it's not just Marjorie Taylor Greene and George Santos, it is Ron DeSantis and other governments.

		The state is in control of what books you can read.
		That is how it works.
		So generally, conservatives and Republicans want more school choice.
		For some reason, these people want pornographic books in the kindergartens.
		I don't know why.
		That would be something to ask them.
		But what else do they do on the mainstream media?

		And this was obvious that it was going to happen.

	Total crime in Chicago went up 41% in 2022 compared to 2021 when looking at police statistics.
	Crime rates are up 33% since 2019, since Lori Lightfoot took office.
	And now let's contrast that with Florida.
	Florida's crime rate is at a 50-year low, according to the 2021 Annual Uniform Crime Report.
	Murder was down 14%.
	Robbery was down 17.5%.
	Aggravated assault was down 1.6%.
	Burglary was down 15%.
	Larceny was down nearly 9%.
	Motor vehicle theft was also down 6.4%.
	down 1.6 percent, burglary was down 15 percent, larceny was down nearly 9 percent,
	motor vehicle theft was also down 6.4 percent, domestic violence
	decreased by 2.5 percent. Governor DeSantis enacted the most pro-law
	enforcement policy package in the nation in April of 2022.
	A lot of reading people, but I think you get the point.

	Do you want to be San Francisco or do you want to be Miami?
	Do you want to be capitalist or do you want to be communist?

	And again, I'm saying this all without any, I swear to you, I have no insider knowledge as
	to whether the guy wants to run or not. It does seem like it's shaping up that way,
	and that's why the machine is freaking out. And he clearly, you know, there's a reason that you'd go
	and as the governor of Florida and talk about crime in New York and Philly and Chicago,
	you know, that does give a hint that there's a national aspiration here.

	And as I said last week, as a Floridian, there is part of me that does not want it to happen.
	It is a huge part of me because it is so freaking good here and you'd have to replicate that with someone else.
	And I don't know exactly who's on the bench.
	I think there are some capable people for sure.
	But all of this, is action from Ron DeSantis, who isn't even president, doing things at a national level.

	Joe Biden made a surprise announcement and showed up in Ukraine today.
	So he's basically president of Ukraine.
	Oddly, has not been to East Palestine yet, but did show up to Ukraine.
	We've given them about 100 billion dollars.
	I'm fairly certain the people of East Palestine could have used that money.
