[00:03:59] It can't be because of the way this man shut down the state in a more draconian way than did any of the other 49 governors. [00:04:06] It can't be poor fire management. [00:04:08] It can't be rolling brownouts. [00:04:10] It can't be because the farmers are now lacking water. [00:04:14] I know why you're leaving the state.
