From the Department of Veteran Affairs to California and New York state workers to beyond, vaccine passports are creeping into US society. It is an apartheid system where only those who choose to take a particular medical treatment are afforded Constitutional rights and protections. The excuse of virus variants is what is being given for this, but nationwide there is no real uptick in Covid deaths. This is about politics and control, not science.
Hello, everybody, and thank you for tuning in to the Liberty Report.
With us today is Daniel McAdams doing our program remotely.
And we will once again visit on the subject of coronaviruses and vaccine passports.
And there was a time this morning that I thought we ought to be talking about foreign policy.
There's so much nonsense going on on foreign policy, but we're going to save the foreign policy thing and all the ridiculous things going on there.
And people seem to be more interested in how ridiculous our policies are going to get here at home.
And believe me, they're getting ridiculous.
Not that they weren't a year ago, but we have a lot of work to do because we report the good signs and we're moving in the right direction.
Then we report the bad signs.
Today, we have a few bad things going on.
And also an expression by some people who are saying, this is good.
Government has to take care of me.
I want to be safe.
And we know about all that nonsense.
So I want to start off, Daniel, is with what happened in Montclair City, because all of a sudden they came up with new rules.
You and I talked, and we thought, well, this is just testing this stuff.
This city isn't important, but they're testing it.
And they came up with a new program.
And it says the employees who go maskless will have to wear stickers declaring vaccination.
And that reminded all of us of the same thing.
I think there was a group of horrible people during World War II making people wearing stars, yellow stars, and it's not a good sign.
Oh, don't worry.
It's just that little city, but it's in California.
Who would have ever guessed that somebody from California would be doing this?
But it is a bad sign to single people out.
First, it's the civil liberty issues, but the next thing is the medical issue.
So there's going to be a lot more of this going on because there are a lot of diseases out there and the problems are always manufactured.
And they start talking about how horrible it is.
And yet it's the principle, Daniel, that I see is so bad because they justify this and they get away with it because people want to be safe.
And they have been conditioned for 100 and some years that that's the main purpose of government is to make us safe and secure, whether it's physical safety and physical security and economic security.
At the same time, we realize this dependency leads to more and more dependency and also more restrictions.
So it's ironic in this effort to make us safe from viruses and whatever, that what they do is they take away our rights of privacy, our rights of protecting our civil liberties.
And then if you want to protect your own safety, they take away our guns.
And then you say, well, there'll still be a few policemen out there.
They'll protect us.
They'll take care of us.
There are good policemen out there, which is true.
Oh, no, we don't want policemen to have guns.
You know, we want the political people.
We want Nancy Pelosi to be safe.
So they just happen to have these gated communities.
And guess what?
They have a bunch of guns protecting themselves.
So what a horror.
So we're dealing with it now, though.
This is a step.
Some people say you're worrying too much, but it's a small step, but it's a big issue.
Daniel.
Yeah, Dr. Paul, it is here.
Now, the vaccine passports are here.
We saw them in France.
We saw them in the UK.
We saw what the people did in France and the UK and elsewhere in Europe.
Hundreds of thousands of people are out in the streets.
I saw them trashing a picture of Macron and stepping on his face.
But here in the US, they're being introduced in a piecemeal way, in a stealthy way.
And what we saw recently now, first, the VA is demanding that its workers be either vaccinated or tested.
Now, California and New York have announced that all state employees must either prove that they're vaccinated or they must get tested every week for COVID-19.
And those that are not vaccinated, and you mentioned DeMontclair, I think that may actually be statewide in California.
They have to wear a sticker on their shirt telling people that, which, as you say, is an invasion of medical privacy, number one.
And number two, it's this whole idea that the unvaxed are the unclean.
And our good friend Vanessa Bealy, who's been on the show before, she had a good tweet.
And I think this summarizes what's happening, Dr. Paul.
As you wrote in your column this week, we've seen this movie before.
But first of all, it starts, the unvaxed are the unclean.
The unvaxed are killing us in our sleep.
We must round up and lock up the unvaxed, and then the world belongs to the vaxed.
That sounds exactly like what the Nazis did in World War II.

And certainly we're not comparing the Holocaust of 6 million people to what's happening right now.
But it's the same kind of scapegoating.
You are responsible for all our problems.
It's your fault that we can't get back to normal.
We're going to put a needle in your arm or else we're going to send you somewhere, which they do in Australia, by the way.
We're sending you off.
So the tyranny is gripping tighter, even as the so-called Delta variant is doing now, apparently in the U.S., what it did in India, which is it goes rapidly up.
And because it's more virulent but less deadly, it goes rapidly down with very small, if any bump in deaths.
And to this point, thank God, we have not seen a big bump in deaths in the U.S. despite all the scaremongering about the Delta variant.
It is not killing people like happened in the previous original virus.
So, but they're not stepping back, Dr. Paul.
You're right.
They're using this to grip tighter on people.
There's no doubt they're not giving up.
When there's a little bit of influence from our side of this argument, they just buckle down even more.
And this is what's happening at the beginning of all this.
They had to justify this horrendous crisis coming.
I think they used terms of millions of people could die if we don't immediately get Dr. Fauci there to save us and Bill Gates to give us some vaccines.
And that's how they're going to save the world.
And then things got better.
The natural immunity started coming in.
And a lot of people were doing quite well.
But now all of a sudden, I think they sense they're losing that fight.
And they're going to lose the fight because they're on the wrong side of the issue.
And they're not seeking truth.
And yet they preach that that's what they're after.
They want true medicine.
They're the only ones who can talk about, you know, the proper medical care, the science.
They're perfect scientists and nobody's allowed to debate anything.
But right now, what are they doing to stir up some trouble?
There's something happening in the UK right now that I think is really significant.
And that is that their cases are skyrocketing.
But there was some information leaked from NHS.
And I don't know who did the leaking and all, but the information came out.
That's very significant because all of a sudden, when you look at who's sick and what, this occurred before, remember when it was announced and it was the evidence was that the PCA test was unreliable.
Well, now they have to do, they have to do more testing.
So somebody went back and looked at these cases, all these new cases, and they found out that 56% of them did not have it when they were hospitalized.
44 did, 44% did have it.
But that means that 56% who were labeled the threat to civilization, they weren't even, they didn't even know it.
So the tests, the tests are untrustworthy.
The statistics are untrustworthy.
And I'll tell you what, this is related because they're behind the eight ball.
They're losing the argument.
I believe that our side of the argument is a much better argument, seeking the truth and being willing to look at both sides of the issue.
That's what I think is so great about libertarianism.
We don't take a far right or a far left.
We try to be as objective as possible.
And we have not had a lot of objectivity, but I think we've had more.
But right now, the people who want to promote masks and vaccines, vaccine passports, they're the ones who are willing to push out and tell the lies and put the pressure on.
And that's why we're seeing this now.
But the truth is they're going to lose.
But in the meantime, the people have to wake up and say, you know, there was a big thing on the internet today, which I think was in Missouri, where thousands and thousands of people were out.
And people would interview them.
Don't you know it could be dangerous?
And they say yes, but they were oblivious to it.
They were willing to take a chance.
And you know, they weren't like walking a tight road, tight wire over the Niagara Falls.
They're not, they really don't believe they're taking a horrendous chance.
I think the biggest chance is that, and danger is that the propaganda from some of the government officials and health officials will be believed by too many people.
Well, the UK situation, Dr. Paul, is fascinating because, as you say, the majority of people who tested positive in UK hospitals for COVID-19 did not go to the hospital because they had COVID-19.
They went there for other problems.
Maybe it was cancer, maybe a heart attack, maybe who knows what.
But when they got there, they were automatically tested.
And when that PCR test was cranked up and they found a little bit of virus or whatever it is, all of a sudden they became COVID-19 patients.
That's one of the reasons why you saw a big spike in the UK.
This is the politicization of the virus, using it as a tool to control and manipulate people.
And as soon as this spike came, of course, that's when Boris Johnson, the tyrant, started talking about vaccine passports, which he promised he would not do.
But it's the same thing that's driving tyrants in the U.S. You know, in a decent, civilized, moral society, somebody like Governor Cuomo would be imprisoned because he killed thousands of old people by letting the virus run rampant in old folks' homes.
But no, he's back out there and he's as tyrannical as ever, Dr. Paul.
Here's what he said yesterday.
He said, we have to knock on those doors.
We have to convince people and put them in cars and drive them and get that vaccine there in their arm.
That's the mission.
That sounds like, you know, boxcars or cars.
You know, it sounds like the words of a tyrant, but the problem that they're all having, Dr. Paul, is the vaccines are not working like they promised.
We talked about yesterday, the data out of Israel, that it's only 39% effective, the vaccine that they're given there.
And we're having the same problems here.
And that's probably one of the reasons why the CDC has announced that with vaccinated people, the PCR is tuned way lower. than with unvaccinated.
They don't want to show the breakthrough cases because they're facing a real crisis.
And Alex Berenson writes about this in detail.
And it's absolutely scientifically backed because he'd be kicked off Twitter if it wasn't.
But it's a huge crisis, which they won't discuss.
And the real issue is that natural immunity from having gotten the virus and gotten over it is far, far more effective than the shots are.
And that's the next crisis, and they're doing their best to cover it up.
You know, I divide the political world into two parts.
One group are authoritarians.
They want to be the people to tell everybody else what to do.
And there's all versions of this in all degrees.
The other side is those who believe, more libertarian, that everything is voluntary.
Nobody does anything to anybody as long as you don't hurt people.
And you get to use your own life as you see fit.
Yes, if your life is imperfect, that's your responsibility.
So I would say what we're talking about here doesn't come down on the side of voluntarism.
That is a joke.
The real disaster is this comes down on the side of enhancing authoritarianism.
They've been doing that, of course, for thousands of years.
But for us in the health field and for this COVID, this is just a year or so old, but they are determined.
But the principles have been around and it's all of a degree.
And it's almost like about a year or so ago, they wanted to have an explosion of control and convince everybody they better toe the line.
And that's why they're getting into this authoritarianism about the vaccines and the passports.
I'm going to read a short paragraph here because we're going to be finishing up here pretty soon.
And this is Fauci responding to this.
It says, despite Dr. Anthony Fauci's claim that the federal government wouldn't adopt any new confusing and unscientific mask or vaccine guidance, I'm sure we should believe that, take that to the bank.
But CNN reports that federal officials are preparing to announce new nationwide masking guns after New York City and California ordered public workers to make, to have this proof of vaccination, exactly what we're talking about.
So they never quit.
They never quit lying to us.
And yet they don't, the other thing that they're protected against is the feeling of guilt.
They have no sense of guilt.
So they can continue to do what they're doing.
The only thing that can refute it is the failure of their policies.
And every day they're failing more and more.
And I think ultimately the American people will wake up.
They are waking up and they're going to decide, you know, it's pretty nice living in a free country where there's more prosperity.
Why should we work so hard to be Venezuela?
You know, why should we do this?
And people will say, well, yeah, but they get free medical care.
Great.
And that's today.
We get free vaccine.
Why shouldn't we take vaccines?
It's going to make us safe.
So this is tragic.
It's moving in the wrong direction, but it should be everything.
If anybody's annoyed with what's going on, you have to do whatever you can to spread a message around.
And I think if the message is spread factually and undramatically and just say, you know, this is the way it is, just compare it to the other side.
If we say that freedom gives you more peace and more prosperity, that shouldn't be too hard to test.
But if you have authoritarianism, the greater the authoritarianism is, the poorer the people get.
And matter of fact, unfortunately, the more wars that will be fought.
You know, Dr. Paul, coming back to the politicization of the issue, Gavin Newsom, who's a monster out in California, of course, and because of his inept handling of it and his locking the state down and destroying business, is in the middle of a recall campaign, which hopefully is successful.
Well, he found a way to blame the surge in COVID Delta variants on his political opponents.
It's all political.
See, the virus has a political perspective.
He said that the rise in virus in California is all due to, quote, right-wing pundits and, quote, the people that are behind this damn recall.
So it's all the recallers.
That's the reason that the virus is going up in California.
But my last point, Dr. Paul, is a point that you've made throughout this entire dark chapter in our history, which is that vaccine passports should be the line in the sand.
If they require you to, if the government requires you to take a certain medical procedure or medical treatment in order for you to have your rights that are guaranteed in the Constitution, then we live in a totalitarian state.
And I hope people will understand that should be the last.
There is one bright spot, and Alex Berenson on Twitter, again, we talk about him a lot.
He has a good thread today, Dr. Paul, where he talks about the potential for a legal challenge to vaccine passports.
And that is the emerging idea, and it's nothing new, but the idea that these shots really are not technically vaccines because of how they behave in the body.
And now we're learning they are even losing more characteristics of a vaccine because they're not conveying long-term immunity.
We're learning that more and more as they seem to wear off in about six months or three months or something like this.
That's why they're talking about booster shots.
If they were, if they did delivered as promised in the beginning, we would not be talking about booster shots.
They're not conveying the kind of long-term immunity that you get from a polio vaccine or the other vaccines that people are given that do tend to work.
So if it's not a vaccine, then it is a therapeutic drug.
And by law, you cannot be forced to take a therapeutic drug.
You can't be forced to take a certain type of cancer treatment against your will or what have you.
So hopefully, and this is what Berenson writes: hopefully, the little bright light that we have to focus on is that there will be some bright legal minds with the courage to challenge this legally in courts, this idea of vaccine passports.

And I'm going to finish up with a brief comment on an article in Zero Heads yesterday.
And this has to do with a group that loves vaccine passports and the whole lockdown business.
And this is, and I consider it a racist group, and that's the Black Lives Matter.
The announcement is Black Lives Matter Group demands white parents pledge not to send their kids to Ivy League schools so Black students can attend instead.

Well, if anybody understands libertarianism, they understand opportunity and no acceptance of any type of discrimination.
But anyway, I find this rather ironic and not as dangerous as it sounds.
They think they're going to destroy the world with it.
Already, thousands of people are being told, don't go to those Ivy League schools.
That's where all this doctrine is being preached.
It costs too much money, and your degree doesn't do you any good.
So I shouldn't say any good.
Mostly it doesn't.
But people are rejecting it.
A lot of people have figured it out.
Don't go.
So, in a way, if they're successful in doing this, I think they're doing a favor for the people who decide I'm not going to go bankrupt, sending my kid to these Ivy League schools.
And this idea that the best thing we can do is pay the way and make it free for Black people to go there.
That's like destroying them.
It's recognizing, well, it's recognizing racism at its worst nature.
And they will be pretending that they're doing the Lord's work, but they really aren't.
And this to me is just typical on how authoritarianism works.
It's superficial.
It's well-intended a lot of times, but it also serves the interest of the power seekers, the people who want to run the world.
And that's what's going on now.
So if they get away with all this vaccine passport and total control of medication and medical care, I mean, we're in for some bad times ahead.
We need a society that recognizes that authoritarianism is not to be found in a free society.
Government does not have this authority.
It's not even in the Constitution that they do.
And the other thing is, what would you do?
What would you do?
Well, you do what you do with all your friends and neighbors and the people you go and go to church with.
Everything is voluntary.
You get along with people and you both have to agree with what you want to do.
That's the way economics work.
So voluntarism is a better way to go.
If you're interested in moving peace and prosperity along, that is what you have to accept.
Voluntarism and the rejection of authoritarianism.
