Greetings humans and earthlings and others as well as any animals out there who might be in love with the sound of my voice sleeping soundly in front of my podcast.
You send me videos of that and I love it.
It's because animals have an innate sense of knowing when a voice of intelligence has pierced this realm, the unified field of bullshit, because they understand intelligence.
And so I just want to say, Aum to the animals, I love them, as well as all living things, beings, what have you.
Today is gonna be a b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-banger of a follow-up to a b-b-b-b-b-b-b-banger we had before, but I thought just before I introduce my fantastic genius of geniuses, I mean, a unparalleled patriot Just a giant in American history, as we'll go into today.
I just want to say, while I was on Piers Morgan, and he kept saying, you see, Roseanne, I didn't censor you at all, but he did, because I just watched it.
And the thing he censored me saying was the most important thing I had to say.
Of course, I always said And that's why I lost my job for saying that same thing.
But what he censored was when I said that the liberal media, this media, is controlled by the Nazi Muslim Brotherhood.
And he took that out, and that was what I said.
They framed the narrative on everything in the media, and that's my opinion.
I wanted to express it, and I was censored.
But I wish everybody who watches me on Pierce will know that that was taken out, and then everything I say about the Obama administration will make even more sense.
And so will my tweet.
So with that, I'd like to bring in, for kind of backup in a way, As I said, an unparalleled genius, just a giant in American history, and a lot of people haven't figured it out yet, so I'm so happy to break the news to y'all today.

I listened to our last podcast and I thought you did a spectacular job.
I'm going to try to be more concise this time.
That's hard, huh?
It's hard because your story is so huge and it spans such a long timeline that it's hard to get it succinct and compact enough to even explain it to people because it's just so filled with fact and Americans are allergic to fact.
Everything's set up so we can't get at fact, and you're suspect if you want to get at fact.
But we're gonna spill the beans here today.
Oh boy, do I have a thousand questions for you!

Before we get on, I just have to ask you one question.
Now that you know the story, Do you remember how, when you opened the interview last time, you said, so where did this all begin?
When you were an altar boy or something?
I said, I'm not sure.
You tell me where it all began.
Now you know the whole story.
I don't know where it began.
I think it began at your altar boy thing, because you do say later in the book, you say that you recognized in Susan Sarandon's then husband, you had a conversation about There's something quirky about grown men who were altar boys and that you recognize that in each other.
Yeah, that was his observation.
And have you ever noticed this, Roseanne, that sometimes actors who you may not care about in other ways, care for in other ways, often actors, if they're good and intelligent, they actually do have some kind of special perception into human nature.
And they have interesting things to say.
And he just pointed out to me, we met at dinner about 18 years ago, we had dinner together.
And about halfway through dinner, he just... I can't remember his name.
What's his name?
Tim Robbins.
Oh yeah, okay.
It was just before they broke up, whenever that was.
And over dinner, he said, after getting to know me for an hour, he said, you were an altar boy, weren't you?
Never in my life did anyone guess that.
And to be honest, I think I barely thought of it since I was 14.
I thought it was such an odd thing to say.
And I said, yeah, I was.
How'd you know?
He said, well, you're quirky.
And Pete, men who were altar boys often have a particular quirkiness, and you have it.
And I said, Tim, a lot of people think that your Tim Robbins is pretty quirky.
He said, yeah, I was an altar boy, too.
And it just makes it different.
It was an interesting observation that no one else has ever made.
Well, I think you got it, too.
I mean, I wasn't an altar boy, but I was.
I just had a kind of a wider spiritual antenna as a kid, but it picked up some other kind of frequency that Then I noticed most other kids weren't picking up, but some did.
And I was drawn to them, you know, that like to talk about things that weren't on the regular menu, you know?
Not baseball cards.
Yes, I agree.
Those kids and I, we were always drawn to each other that way.
We're just autistic, autists.
And I look at you that way because when you get, when you want to, when, And I am too.
When you're an autist, you cannot be satisfied until you solve the problem.
You take apart the whole matrix and reassemble it, see where it's connected and where it leads and where the subterfuge is at and correct it.
Something else about autists, we can't let things go if they seem wrong.
We're those kids when you're playing kickball on the playground at school and the ball bounces on the line.
And the other kids play on, and we freak out because it's like, how can you play on?
How can you play on?
Reality doesn't count.
Everything that happens for the rest of our lives from this moment forward is off by a degree because we have to stop.
And then eventually a teacher takes you aside and just explains that you've got this different way of seeing the world.
So that's why it always kind of blew my mind.
You wanted to make sense and follow the rules, so you're the freak.
You're the freak.
You don't look away.
You don't blank out the stuff that you're not supposed to see.
Like that movie from the Big Lebowski.
Am I the only guy around here who cares about the rules?

But then somewhere in there you, well, you're always so nice to, oh, I don't know how to say it, but let me just go here.
I'm just going to say what comes into my head because I, I'm like that too.
And I don't, I can't understand sequence so well.
But anyway, I think it is so great that you have done such a service to America because you are the one who said, I just love this so much, that it is the transsexual hackers that are patriots that actually are saving our country.
See, if I was to say that, they'd go, Oh my God, she's so crazy.
I know that it's true though, because I know a lot of the same people you know, and thank God for the, Transsexual Patriot Hackers.
Thank God for the Black Patriots are also saving America.

People have no idea.
Inside of every group that we think we've got totally defined, which we don't, of course, but we think that way because the media programs us.
Every group has great Patriots that love America in it.
And instead of like talking shit about them, we got to have a big ass tent.
When are we going to start doing the big, big tent and stop all this?
It sounds like the caliphate sometimes, the right wing.
We don't want no caliphate.

When I read my stuff, I burst out laughing at it.
I wonder if anyone else notices it.
Yeah, there's a group of hackers in America who are democratic, left wing.
Democratic Party activists, hacker activists, which they call hacktivists, and it's called Blueanon.
Like there's QAnon, this is Blueanon.
And they're all transsexual.
My understanding is Blueanon is all transsexual.
As I built Overstock, I remember that something happened about 10 years ago or 15 years ago where in the software community, There's this kind of, that's where transsexuals first appeared in my show.
There's a link to autism.
There's a huge link to autism.
Well, that would explain it.

We say, what is an extroverted software engineer?
It's one who looks at the other person's shoes as he's speaking.
Within this group of Blue Anon, Democratic Party hacker activists, there's a subset of patriotic.

You know, Democratic Party hacker activists, and they have given, they found a bunch of stuff in the deep web that got supplied to me for me to surrender to government.
And it was, it was very useful to us.
So someone sent me a 911.
I gotta tell her I'm being interviewed.

I'd like to hear about these activists and all this stuff in the book, if you don't mind.
I'm getting really excited.
I don't even know where to start, but the stuff that these hacktivists uncovered, it was so deep, so deep that, you know, they're going there on the dark web, which only they know how to access because You know, they're also programmers, right?
Hacktivists have to know about programming too.
So anyway, so they basically uncovered more of the deep state plot to get Trump by planting child porn on his computer.

Blue Anons tried to put, they've caught someone trying to put porn on Trump, you were saying.
They saw that it was more of the same, upsetting Trump up, right?
Yeah, there was a case brought against Perkins Coie, I think, somebody from there.
They tried to set up Trump by building a fake connection between him and a Russian bank called Alpha Bank.
And they, Perkins Coie, hired some computer scientists, professors, I think, in Georgia, who they got in and they put in a clumsy way some stuff they're trying to link the two.
It all got exposed.
You know, the guy was prosecuted.
No, of course, it was D.C.
So no one got convicted because the rule of law doesn't exist there.
But they made that Connection what the blue what the transsexual Democratic Party hacker activists who got in touch with me sent get turned over was and I was and I was told that there was some take stuff that had been acquired and maybe a
Let's say a manner of dubious legality or who knows what, but they wanted to turn it over to like this uncorruptible cell within the United States.
It wasn't clear to me whether they knew they were dealing with me or not.
It probably, probably they did.
We were dealing through an intermediary who reached out to me with it and had me go to see the people involved.
And I said, I let my government contacts know, I have no idea.
They tell me there's this hard drive with a bunch of really bad stuff on it.
And I don't know what it is.
It could be snuff films.
It could be nuclear secrets.
I don't want to get, you know, because, you know, it turns out if there's no justification for having kitty or any of that kind of stuff on your hard drive.
And I got, there's a specific federal process where you get sort of Allowed and told you're able to go touch this stuff and get to the end.
So I went out and I got and this was I don't want to go into too much detail, but imagine messages along the lines of look in a certain state in a certain national forest.
On a certain trail, there's a, you go X many miles in and there's a log, a tree fell on the side of the trail.
If you go over to a rock at the end of the log and you lift it up, you're going to find this metal box.
Mr. Byrne was this kind of stuff.
Anyway, I recovered some, some material and it turned out to be, and I don't want to even go into it.
It turned out to be, It turned out to be that Perkins Coie had not just tried to plant stuff on Trump's machines linking him to Alphabank, they planted on Trump's machines, or they tried to plant on his email server, some kiddie porn.
And to get it, these Perkins Coie computer scientists from Georgia went over to the some website in the Ukraine and recovered kiddie porn and then they tried and we these got the these people supplied all the forensic proof all the of that all that had happened that the machines that had done it and from Perkins Cooey and the site they had gone to I had never seen kiddie porn I don't want to say much about it uh but anyway they got turns out Perkins Cooey
had had this and they had their people trying to plant this on Trump's machine.

I brought this back. It turned out of the many things I brought back in 2021 and 2022,
in those years there were still people in government who were asking me to do things.
None of us are friends anymore.
Well, there's big walls between us.
I think Christopher Wray ended up sending a letter to 35,000 people in the FBI with my name at the top, saying no one is allowed to have any interaction with this man.
But in any case, I brought back this hard drive that had this proof, along with some other things we can talk about.
I got some very strange phone calls from the FBI after that.
Asking me, had I destroyed this?
Had I kept a copy?
And I thought, that's weird.
Like, I'm going to keep a copy to enjoy it myself?
Crazy, of course not.
And I told them, what a weird question.
Of course not.
Then they got back and they asked it again.
And I thought, this is weird.
This is weird.
They're not asking me for that reason.
They want to know if they can destroy it or not.
And you know what?
I'll share this news with you.
They did destroy it.
Judge Garland instructed Christopher Wray to destroy it, and Christopher Wray destroyed it and actually stood in the FBI lab overseeing while that was being nuked.
But I figured out from the way they were asking these questions, it was very unusual.
No one would ever ask me a question like that normally.
And I really thought at first, are they kidding?
I'm going to keep this and enjoy it?
I took offense when they asked me, and then I realized that's not why they're asking me.
They're asking me because they want to know if they can delete it or not.
And guess what?
I went back.
He is at Perkins, Cooley.
I mean, they're in the middle of everything, it seems like.
And guess what?
I went back, I had not kept a copy, of course, but I went back to the transsexual, patriotic,
Democratic Party hacker activist and got it back, got a new copy.
They still had it.
So I have material that I can prove that I surrendered to the FBI showing the culpability, showing Perkins Coie, computer scientist involved in kiddie porn.
To play on Trump's machines, and I can prove this was through other federal agents who will witness, this was turned over to Christopher Wray, and if some Senate investigation wanted to say, Christopher Wray, show us the copy that Byrne turned over to you, they couldn't, because Christopher Wray personally oversaw it being nuked in an FBI lab.
So, uh, that's why it's so damaging and why they wanted to be sure that I hadn't kept a copy.
Because if I didn't, I wouldn't be able to prove that, but I can actually prove that they had this and that they destroyed it because they can't, they can't produce their own, their own, their original version now.
So now going in sequence, but I don't know if you're going to follow me, but it seems to me it all, it seems to all start with John Brennan.
Am I right?
He's the one that goes over there.
You said he took several trips to the UK and then to Russia way back in the day.
Back in 2015.
Yeah.
So a whistleblower, and I never want a whistleblower to ever reach out to me again.
I don't believe it.
The situations you get put in by whistleblowers, because then you become aware of felonies, and then no matter what you do, you're committing a felony.
If you don't say anything, you're committing a felony.
If you walk in and try to... Everything's a felony, and it's a lot of stress.
Anyway, they, they, they, he, I got, he went to a lawyer who passed to me this following
information because there was no functioning government.
Now, why anyone would reach me if there's no function?
But the information was John Brennan had made two trips in late 2014 and early 2015.
One was to the UK, the first was to the UK, and the second was to Moscow.
And in both cases, and they were separated by about three months, and the one to Moscow was in March, April of 2015.
And the other one to the UK was a few months earlier.
And in both cases, now this whistleblower was from within the CIA.
And I believe it was indicated, had something to do with security service within the CIA.
said that John Brennan on both of those visits had slipped away from his security and gotten into limousines and in the UK they had tracked the limousine or they thought that he was in the back of that limousine with the head of the Russian KGB in the United Kingdom and the KGB is now currently called the FSB, but it's the old KGB and then when he had gone to Moscow a few months later in say March April of 2015 he had done the same thing at the back of the embassy this time at like 2 30 in the morning or something got 3 30 gotten in the back of a limousine and these CIA security from whom this message came and
Said, we believe that the head of the Russian FSB was in the back of that limousine with him.
So that's extraordinarily effort, like another two or three hours.
To have our head of the CIA riding around in a limousine in Moscow with the head of the Russian KGB, you have no idea what they're cooking up.
They could be cooking anything up.
And I think they did.
Yeah.
And so what do you think they cooked up?
Didn't they just cook up a plan to destroy the Republican nominee?
Whoever it was going to be.
Well, if you read my book, yes, they definitely cooked up, Brennan definitely cooked up that plan.
And by July 2015, that plan was active and I was part of it unwittingly.
But my hypothesis is it actually probably started a few months earlier between Brennan and the Russian FSB in the back of that limousine.
And the plan was, There's this redheaded intellectual, real intellectual, bright girl that I write about a lot in the book, Maria Butina.
Boy, is she wicked smart.
And that had been to America for the first time in February of 2015.
Maybe.
I'll tell you the part that's a hypothesis and the part that's certain.
The hypothesis is that in the back of that limousine, Brennan said to the Russians, hey, you send us that girl back.
She's kind of, her politics are like Ron Paul's.
You send us that girl back and we're going to have some fun with her in D.C.
She, in May, was told go back to America.
She had an American boyfriend, lived in D.C., a big mocker in the Republican Party, Paul something, Paul Erickson, and like in the RNC type.
You know how in politics there's these people who swim around in the RNC and the DNC that, I think it was on the board or something, and that She went back to live with him, but with the mission given to her by this senator that she's close to, who's the vice chairman of the Central Bank of Russia.
This is what she was told to do.
You develop relationships for us into the Hillary, Cruz, Rubio, and Trump campaigns so that whoever wins, we've got a backdoor to the administration past the deep state and the bureaucrats.
That's what the stated purpose to her was.
If Brennan was, if my hypothesis is correct, that he actually triggered that in February, March, He did that knowing that when she came back, he could sort of have her maneuvered and pinballed around the political establishment, especially the Republican establishment, and just
Get schmutz all over them.
And then anytime he wanted.
And so there's some conjecture in there, but I can tell you by July of 2015, that's absolutely what they were doing.
Because I met Maria, there's this famous moment where she stood up and asked Donald Trump a question in Las Vegas.
I had met her three days earlier and reported her.
And I learned a couple of years later, they took it very seriously in DC.
It was like a rocket over DC.
There were already feds swarming her.
In July of 2015 at the latest, which means everything that happened at, while she asked Donald Trump the question, I'm sure the little lady three seats back was a Fed or something.
I mean, they, that's how, and so the, certainly the Russian investigation or whatever was going on by July of 2015, which is interesting because they say it all started in July of 2016.
It's a flat lie.
At the latest July of 2015, they were all over, Maria Bettina, they were following everything she was doing.
They were keeping track of her through me from September forward.
Well, Ma, you are looking as gorgeous as ever.

So the whole time she was in America, you know, having, and what she was doing was innocuous sounding.
It wasn't, you know, she was meeting people, political figures, going out to dinners, taking Pictures of it, posting it on Facebook.
She wasn't stealing the nuclear codes, but because she was never really accused of being a spy.
She was accused of... Even if she's doing that and just mapping the human terrain of Washington, D.C., the fact that she was doing that wall-in communication with a Russian senator violates the Foreign Agent Registration Act.
You know, so they make it sound like she was out there stealing secrets.
That's all she was doing.
But my theory is that whole thing, well, I know that from July 2015 forward, they were
letting it all happen.
And they and it was Brennan at the top.
Another thing they told me by early 2016 is Brennan running everything you're doing here at the FBI.
John Brennan, in 2008, Patrick, a law got passed that said the director of the CIA can sign a piece of paper and basically take the steering wheel from the FBI director on any issue he wants.
And he has done that with regard to Russia and Maria Butina and all this stuff.
So John Brennan, and that was said to me, so John Brennan was definitely over the Maria Bettina matter at least by July of 2015.
But like I say, he may have started it all with a suggestion in the back of that car a few months earlier.
In any case, it was all a John Brennan creation.
I compare it to the Spice Girls.
You know how the Spice Girls were producer-driven?
Yeah.
We talked about this last time.
And then we talked about you leaving clues when they asked you to get back with her and you were the perfect gentleman and all that stuff.
Yeah, not the first time I dated.
First time we dated.
Yeah, you were a guy.
But then you weren't a real guy the second time.
You were a fake guy.
You needed to act like a Prince Charming, which you did.
Playing the long game.
Well, because I knew that she would be asked for my plan to work by then, by the second time, which was July of 2016, that they sent me to date her.
And in all deference to the agents, very good men, and they were very apologetic.
And they said, listen, we really do not do this.
The United States never does this kind of stuff.
But you're being asked to do it.
No one will think less of you if you don't want to do it.
But get back, re-engage with her romantically, get to the bottom of what's going on with her.
And so, but between those two times I dated her, these other things happened.
One is, I had figured out that they were using her to smudge up the Republican Party.
So I knew, I called it a can-o scandal, that someday they were gonna have a can on the shelf, they were gonna take it off, shake it up, crack it open, and spray a Russian scandal all over the Republicans.
That's if a Republican was going to win, that was the insurance policy, right?
That was the insurance policy.
Okay, but they also got you to get Hillary to accept an $18 million bribe, and they did that so they could control Hillary, so they could Blackmail her, right?
So they did both parties.
They compromised both parties using you.
And that's when you go, okay, wait a minute.
They're trying to do a coup to take over our government.
That's when you realize you're involved in a coup of the American government.
Great.
I was not doing legitimate national security work for them.
And I told you that I'd already been suspicious of a few things that had happened since 2010.
There were occasional things that didn't seem right, and a stream of other things.
But from, that's when I realized though, when they had me bribe Hillary, facilitate a bribe for Hillary, and I'd already figured out the Russian, that they were setting up a fake Russian scandal in late 2015, I knew that.
So, and then they, then I did the Hillary thing, and in February, They revealed to me it was all just so she could be blackmailed and owned by Barack Obama.
And she was going to be owned for eight years.
And then after eight years, she steps down and Michelle's going to run.
And Patrick, that's the plan.
And she was being put in a snow globe.
It was, I learned later, it was called a snow globe.
And my, like a kid's toy, Christmas toy, my bribe was the bait to lure her to step into that snow globe.
So at that point I decided, and then they threatened my life if I opened my mouth.
So at that point I decided to Rock their world when I got the chance.
And that chance came about five months later in July.
And yes, I, I basically, you were so smart.
You're so, you got it so quickly when I listened to your part one of this podcast.
Yeah.
They had me set up.
I created a crime scene.
I watch the IT channel all the time.
Like I do.

I basically created a crime scene with Maria Butina.
Right.
And had them step into it.
I gave them the impression, not coming out and saying it, but by different things I said in different debriefings.
I gave them the impression that I... You gave it to them in sequence, but when you left the room, they started piecing it together and they went, Oh my God, he got her drunk and, uh, got her on pot.
And then he sexually, he had sex with her, which is actual, she couldn't have consent cause she's too high and drunk.
That's sexual assault.
That's right.
And then you, you, you'd wondered what they were going to do.
I knew they were reporting.
Hey, we're forget all that.
We're not saying a word.
So you knew then that my God, they're willing to overlook rape to go ahead with this insurance policy of framing Trump.
Right.
I did.
I offered to murder her.
I stepped further. I offered to murder her.
Right.
Ha! You said, she don't mean nothing to me.
I'll take her out in the desert and this and that.
And then it comes back.
Tell us what happened.
They signed off on it, right?
Well, yeah, a couple of weeks passed.
I could tell everyone was really rocked.
They came back and they had me continue dating her for five months.
A girl that they thought I had drugged, raped, manipulated.
Offered to murder, et cetera.
So I knew there was no way that was gonna slide.
It was gonna be someone in the deep state was gonna say, for us to continue this stuff we're doing, setting up this fake coup on the Republican Party and the Democratic Party, for us to continue doing this with Bern and Maria, we gotta, someone's gotta, well, I did find out, I found out in the summer of 2020, you want me to drop a bombshell?
Yes.
So when I walked in in April of 19 and revealed all this to the DOJ, by the way, the first thing they did was say, Bernd, you're in a lot of trouble if Maria doesn't corroborate your story.
I said, I've got no worries at all.
She's a good person, right?
You said she has it in her mind to work for peace in the world.
And she, you know, she might be a little naive, but she's brilliant.
And that's why I had to, that second time we dated, I had to keep a completely clean memory from her of me being a gentleman for this plot to work later.
And that's why the second time we dated I said, we're going to do this very romantically, you're going to sleep in the guest room, blah, blah, blah.
So that way she would remember all that very clearly when I figured this would all, I knew it would all come to light someday.
And I just set up my chain of command.
So they had had me do a Russian sting.
They'd had me do a Hillary Clinton sting.
They threatened my life.
So I created a sting on them.
The FBI taught me the elements, the legal elements of a sting.
And so I did it on them.
I put them in this position and for them to continue the Russian stuff past October, 2016.
For that to go, as I described it, it's like I realized we were walking down a path and what we were doing, I was in the middle of a coup to take over the United States.
So I chopped a tree down across that path.
And I said, for this to go any further, someone up my chain of command is gonna have to sign off on the rape and murder of a girl they know to be innocent.
And they signed off on it.
And so we continued.
And then after six months, I shouldn't laugh, I know.
What did you find out in 2020?
In 2020, Durham's sent someone out to see me and showed me a bank statement that they had gotten from a bank in Azerbaijan that showed a numbered account with $18 million going into it in the last week of January 2016.
So in other words, the country, they found Hillary Clinton's $18 million bribe.
She'd received $18 million in a numbered account in Azerbaijan.
And so I was, and I said, so the guy was going to close the meeting then.
And I said, I can't, I got to just ask, how did my whole rape murder gambit go?
And this federal guy gave me a very severe look.
And he actually had trouble speaking.
He said, well, Mr. Byrne, the, after you offered to, no, when you, when you gave the impression that you had drugged and raped Maria.
After you left the room, it didn't take them 10 minutes to put the clues together.
It took the agents 10 seconds.
And they went back to headquarters and reported it.

You've got all the proof you needed.

And I really want to talk about that, too.
You... You know, rather than getting into it, I'd love to get into the election.
Put it in your words, however you want to say it.
I'd like to tell you the story in this way.

It's really China behind it all.
And through via Venezuela.
So let me tell you the story this way.
Venezuela in 1992 or three, a colonel.

Did you just see last week Venezuela canceled all the visas from China?

They just canceled it.

That really is the setting people need to understand.
1992, this Venezuelan colonel tried to run a coup.
Hugo Chavez was his name.
He failed.
Got sent to prison.
In 1997, three young software engineers opened a company in Caracas, Venezuelan kids, and it was just like a home automation company.
It had nothing to do with this stuff, but they'd become relevant.
Hugo Chavez gets out of prison in 97 or 98.
He becomes elected president in 99, I think.
And he got actually pulled out of power for a few days in a coup and then He got his way back.
They didn't kill him.
You can't, if you're to kill the king, you got to kill the king.
They had Hugo Chavez, some military people for three days and then this, enough time to get this.
Anyway, so they didn't kill him and he got back and was in power, but he agreed that there'd be a referendum or maybe it's in the constitution.
There'd be a referendum in 2004.
As he got close to 2004, he knew that he wasn't, was not going to possibly win.
The election.
He went to those three young men that I mentioned from 1997.
He sent them, he gave them the mission of you're going to build a computerized election system for me that we can hack and steal my election with.
And these three young men went over to Coral Gables, Florida, and they filed a Delaware corporation called Smartmatic.
Right.
Now, it's funny that our journalists are so stupid that they say, Smartmatic isn't a Venezuelan company.
Look, it's Delaware.
Yeah, it's a Delaware company started by three Venezuelan immigrants to Florida with the backing of Hugo Chavez and the money.
And we can prove all this.
Anyway, really what it is, is when the dictator took over Venezuela, Hugo Chavez, this communist dictator, the two things he cared about stealing, about getting his hands on, were the oil company of Venezuela, which is called PDVSA, the oil company, because that's where the money is, and since then they've stolen about three and a half trillion dollars, the cartel has.
And secondly, getting his hands on the election commission of Venezuela, which is called the CNE, because that keeps you in power forever when you can rig the election.
And that's what they did.
So they sent these kids over to Coral Gables.
They did something interesting.

There's an Italian aspect to this.

Well, what they realized was that That architecture mapped very nicely onto an election in Venezuela because an election in Venezuela has thousands of little precincts and if what you had was each a computer and each running the election and then they all tie together to the national election office then you have a Then you have
The architecture is very similar.
And now it may just happen.
A centralized core with a bunch of tributaries feeding into it.

And now one might imagine, I wouldn't want to engage in any ethnocentristic behavior on your show, Roseanne, but one might imagine that an Italian manufacturer of national lottery equipment might put in a back door so the lotteries could be cheated.
Is that possible for you to imagine?

Well, I mean, it could happen because I want to say that the Italian people are just great people, but some of them did get into a game.

Anyway, so this Italian lottery equipment was rigged so Hugo Chavez could rig his 2004 referendum, which he did.
And he won again.
And ever since then, I mean, I was in Venezuela six years ago.
There was cannibalism.
There were people lighting each other on fire.
The police and military have said, we're only protecting government installations now.
So the only way for the civilians to keep order is the men carry around jerry cans of Gasoline and if some if they care if there's a mugger or something, they just grab them and torch them That's the only civil order there was back then anyway this group So Venezuela has done badly for 20 years and yet they can't vote out.
They cannot vote out their government That's because this whole system is rigged.
In fact, I'll even go one step further this this group Smartmatic's operating system ended up as the operating system of all the major manufacturers.
As a matter of election equipment, just like when you buy a PC laptop, whether you buy Dell or HP or Lenovo, on the inside it's all Microsoft operating system.
You buy, and I'm going to save you some lawsuits, when you buy, by not naming the brands, but when you buy any of the big brands that make electric equipment, let's not say the names, they, inside it's all this, it's always been this Venezuelan operating system.
They lie about that, but they're like, and in fact here's something else, their machines are all Smartmatic has in Taiwan a factory where they allegedly manufacture these machines.
There's an assembly line, and at the end of the assembly line, they put a stamp of whether it's for this, they put the brand of one of these three manufacturers on it, but it's all Smartmatic, and they're getting the parts from mainland China.
It's just being assembled there, including, I don't want to be too technical, but in the computer there's something called the motherboard.
Have you ever heard of the motherboard?

It's basically like the frontal lobe of a brain.
It's the motherboard is the important, everything else like the hard drive, the battery, the fan, the motherboard is where it's at.
That's coming out of mainland China.
That's coming out of mainland China.
And I knew this in November of 2020, by the way.
So there is no, and then the last piece to tell you is this.
The last piece of this little story to tell you is this.
Venezuela is where mafia and cartel turns into nation state.
The name of the Venezuelan cartel...
is the Venezuelan government.
The Venezuelan government is the cartel.
Now, that's why the slang name for their cartel is the Cartel del Sol.
The Cartel of the Suns.
And that's a reference to, in Venezuela, the generals don't have stars on their shoulders, they have a big sun.
So the people say the Cartel of the Suns means the generalissimos of the army are the capos of the cartel.
Get that?
The capos of this mafia are the generally... You mean like General Milley?

Yeah, except these guys... Well, I think Milley's probably just... These guys are probably a lot smarter than Milley.
Milley's compromised in other ways, maybe.

But he defied orders of the president that he was under.

So anyway, that's what, that's how this system really works.
So when you are voting on this election equipment in America and around the world, in 70 countries, you were voting.
Was it in Iran for their elections?

You'll be able to rest, but, um, you know, it seems like you have a pattern of eating and then saying, I don't feel good.

But Iran is part of this story.
I hate to tell you, but I'm going to get to that.
We're going to, it's well, I can just, I conclude this way when you're voting and Smartmatic turns out just to be A commercial front for the Venezuelan cartel.
The Venezuelan cartel owns the CNE, the National Election Commission, and it created a commercial front.
And that's what Smartmatic is.
And then the software associated with it, got the operating system for elections, got into all the major machines, all the major brands.
So when you vote in an election, you're voting on equipment where the software comes out of, is owned by the Venezuelan cartel, and the hardware comes out of a factory about 100 miles or 60 miles from Beijing.
The pieces are just assembled in Taiwan.
So I knew all that by late November 2020.
There is no way anyone can tell me, with those supply chains, You can't trust anything about this equipment.
There's no integrity whatsoever, but it's all shielded from the public.
And when you try it, well, the press looks into this skin deep and they say, well, no, Smartmatic is a Delaware company.
I mean, that's the level of IQ of when I have to deal with journalists, which I really avoid these days.
That's the kind of mentality you come up against.
Well, I looked it up.
It's a registered Delaware company.
Yeah, most secure election ever, they say.
I have a question.
This was kind of similar to what Sidney Powell was talking about when she had the Kraken released, right?
Sidney didn't cross her T's or dot her I's, but the world's going to find out that her basic story was directionally correct.
I was around her in those days.
She's as sloppy as everybody said.
I'm not sure she read her own briefings.
They were slapped together, typos.
They were terrible.
But the fundamental story that she had to say People are going to learn where's the truth.
Well, I mean, I love to hear you when you're talking about a fraudulent election or all the things that went wrong.
And then you say, well, it's right in front of everybody's face.
So I like to talk about that.
I like to talk about how in six swing states, they all stopped counting the ballots at the exact same time.
The six swing states that are, you know, the final The final word in the election, all stopped counting the ballots at the exact same time.
That's unusual.
And then when the ballots came in, they were 80% or something in favor of one.
or almost 100% I'm being...
Like in Maricopa County, you said and it's proven too
that 100% of the mail-in ballots were accepted.
Yes.
one with.
The loser's losing, then they stop counting.
When they open up the counting again, there's one of these things.
Same pattern in Ukraine.
You see it in the Philippines.
You see it in different countries.
For midterm, there's two rules that the U.S.
has been preaching for years to elections internationally.
An election without transparency has zero integrity, has zero trust.
Secondly, you count the ballots where the ballots are voted.
You don't truck them anywhere and then count them.
We violate all of that.
You know, the ballots, they're not counted where they're voted, they're counted in central stations.
That creates all these opportunities for mischief.
And in addition, in terms of transparency, did you know that, like in Georgia, and this is just one example of dozens around the country, Fannie Willis territory, there's, from 2020, there's a stack of 150,000 ballots that are, there's at least a dozen affidavits that say, of people who handled them, who were there, that say every one of these mail-in ballots is flat, it was never folded.
Well, if it got mailed, it had to be folded, so that's odd.
And all of the circles are perfectly filled in like a computer filled them in.
There's a dozen affidavits that judges ordered these ballots set aside.
And yet it's three, over three years later, there've been all kinds of lawsuits, no one can look at that stack of ballots.
It'd take two minutes.
We can resolve this whole thing in two minutes.
Just send a federal marshal in, go look at those, that'd take two minutes.
And so there is no audibility, there's no ballot, there's no transparency whatsoever.
And there's a similar case in Georgia, incidentally, where the judge ordered these ballots segregated.
If I'm getting the state right, I remember this story.
There's dozens of these instances.
In one of these places, You know, the litigation has gone on for years and the judge was ordering, finally at the point of ordering, it had to be turned over.
The criminal defense attorneys, this was Georgia, the criminal defense attorneys quit the election, the county election officials, and those county election officials went into the judge when the time came to turn over their ballots that the judge had ordered after Two or three years of waiting.
They go in and say, you know what?
This crazy thing happened over the weekend.
Yes, we had the ballots segregated as you instructed, Judge, but we have a company that comes in once a month and it It picks things up and shreds them.
And when they came in over the weekend, they went to the wrong stall.
And even though it was locked, they somehow got in and they picked them all up.
It's all been shredded.
So what the other side did was that they just played rope-a-dope and lied.
And for three years, they've delayed justice.
And when finally brought, finally they've got to turn over, they destroy it.
And with this cockamamie excuse, which only works because the state court systems are themselves compromised.
That's right.
Well, that happened in Arizona, too, in Maricopa County.
Remember Tina Peters?
We had her on the show, and I would suggest everybody go back and watch the show with Tina Peters because She did her job by, she knew they were coming to erase it all, so she made a copy and she faces life in prison for the rest of her life.
Are you familiar with Tina?
I'm paying for her defense, frankly.
Anything people can chip in there would be useful.
I am actually friendly with a guy, don't say any names, but she brought in a Court-certified computer forensics guy just to make an image.
By the way, her title was County Recorder and it says black and her job is to maintain the county records.
She got word that the Soros people were coming in to wipe things out.
It's her job.
It says in the law she can make a backup.
She got in this cyber forensics friend of mine.
I have a feeling you know him.
Do you know him?
Okay, don't say any names.
One of the funniest moments of my life, I have to say, was that guy called me from, and he was sitting in the county computer center, and he told me, he caught me up, and I hadn't talked to him in like a month, he caught me up quickly on what was going on, and he said, Patrick, these guys from, The state, the Soros people, have come in here.
I'm watching them commit a hundred thousand felonies.
And he had me on FaceTime, like this, with a phone angled so I could see what was happening behind him.
He's this very cool cat, this very cool, you know, he's very slow.
And so he was, with them not six feet behind him, he's saying to me, this is, these people are in here, they're committing a hundred thousand felonies.
They are wiping out every single election record.
Every one of these is a felony.
They were doing a complete scrub on all the data.
Now, this, you have to, by federal law, you have to maintain all of this stuff for 22 months.
But they got away with doing that, and again, because the judicial systems at the state level are also so corrupt.
Right.
Yeah, I was going to say, then how do you, I wanted you to go into the woman that went to Bill Barr and what Bill Barr did.
On November 4th, 2020, and I learned this three months later, so the day after the election, the Washington administration is structured so you have all the different secretaries, but the White House has like an ambassador to each department, to each Secretary of Defense, Secretary of Attorney General, etc.
A unique ambassador, and there was a woman who, I forget her name, but I know that she's very well respected in DC, and just thought of, my understanding is she's about my age, and my understanding is she's thought of as like a serious person, a very serious person by both parties in DC.
And on November 4th, on the morning after that crazy election, she went over to the DOJ and said, and went to see Bill Barr, and said, What are you going to do about this bill?
And Bill Barr said the DOJ is not going to get involved.
So on the morning of November 4th, they just did this under Bill Barr's orders.
And a Pennsylvania U.S.
attorney named McSween has come out and said, I received an order from Bill Barr.
All of us 50 U.S.
attorneys received orders, stand down, don't look into anything, just tell people to go to the states.
So the entire Department of Justice did this.
We had the most corrupt election in history with states, you know, the biggest cities in America that mattered in the election, stopping their ballot counting, all kinds of election malfeasance.
I mean, it's taken three years, but it's all bubbled to the surface now so that anyone who can now say, where's the evidence?
It looks like an idiot to me.
I won't even deal with them.
I got a wired journalist.
They're just hired liars because the evidence is everywhere.
It's everywhere.
It's I walked through what I know about Barr in my book in about five or six points.
I know that he originally took the job saying that he was taking it because he wanted to come burn the agencies down.
He sent me in June 2020 a message that said... So I was at that point operating on behalf of him and taking orders from a... Well, I shouldn't say that.
It wasn't on behalf of him, but there was somebody going back and forth between us with... Anyway, that fellow came to me with a message from Bill Barr saying, Burn, if we don't get this exposed, you and I are going to be meeting for the first time face-to-face in a FEMA camp in the summer of 2021.
He said that to me in the summer of 2020, so he knew something bad was going on.
Something really awful happened, though.
And I don't know what it is, but I know that that intermediary visited me the last time.
I think it was the last day in July.
And he told me Bill Barr is going up to New York in a week and he's spending three hours alone with Rupert Murdoch.
So somewhere around August 10th, he was to go up and spend three hours alone with Rupert Murdoch.
And uh, That guy who brought me that information died the next day in a plane crash.
Setting aside, and there's suspicion about that.
Maybe, maybe it was a real plane crash.
Maybe it wasn't.
There was an instructor flying and maybe it was instructor error.
But anyway, So August 10th, Bill Barr presumably goes and has that meeting with Rupert Murdoch.
If historians someday look back at Fox from August of 2020, they're going to see that around... You're shaking, you're nodding your head, Jake.
Do you remember how about August 20th, the whole tone of Fox changed?
How did it change?
How would you say?
Well, the theory I had heard at the time, because I had noticed it, was, and I don't get the names, but there was some kind of divorce and somebody's wife took over the network, or there were some changes internally, and they wanted to be quote-unquote more moderate, more center.
That's what I had read.
It is the case that Rupert Murdoch has two sons and both are married to socialite New York chicks who are left-wing because... That's what I had heard.
They're narcissistic and the way you get attention is to be all about caring and compassion and be left wing.
The way you get stars to come to your party is by being a Democrat donor.
But that isn't the real reason.
The real reason is Bill Barr went up there and had a talk with Rupert Murdoch on August 10.
On August 20th or so, Fox did sort of a 40% course, 40 degree course correction.
Of course, they couldn't abandon Trump and the Republicans, but they just became kind of weak sisters on Trump.
And I believe that was Bill Barr.
Bill Barr and Rupert Murdoch had some talk and a week later, Fox changed his whole tone.
That's when Newsmax started popping up and other things because people, a lot of people were like, what is happening to Fox?
You could see it.
But why is Bill Barr meeting with Rupert Murdoch?
You now know what I know.
Yeah.

Well, Bill Barr is a Bushy.
I mean, he's a Bushy.
Like Obama is Bush too.
Right.
That's what people get.
Obama just continues what Bush does.
It's all the Bushy thing.

The DHS on October 9th put out an annual report saying our election systems are like the number one target of our foreign adversaries.
On October 22nd, they put something out saying Iran is trying to hack our election systems.
Iran Advanced Persistent Threat Actors, they're called, what they call hackers.
Then, and this is what's key, on November 3rd, everyone's forgotten this, on November 3rd, they and the FBI put out a statement that said Iran has successfully hacked The election systems of one state, they are going after other states and other adversarial nation states are involved in helping them.
The own government said that November 3rd, then December 6th.
What part of our government said that?
That was, I think, DHS and FBI put that out.
Maybe DHS and DOJ put that out on November 3rd.
Then on December 6th, they put out something saying we are suffering a massive cyber attack.
And then on the 13th, they put out a statement that basically said the United States has been hacked straight through to its toes because of something called SolarWinds Orion, which is a network security product.
And out of our Fortune 500 companies, 425 use this, as well as the CIA, the FBI, the DOJ, the DHS, the NSA, the State Department.
Every entity of the United States government was protected by this, which turned out to have a big, big hole in it.
And it came out a few months later, it was Russian, Russian FSB behind it.
But they came out on December 13th saying, like basically the entirety, this core product that's all protecting all these companies and government agencies in America, turns out to have a trap, a backdoor in it, and everything's been compromised.
So we were saying... But that means the voting machines, doesn't it?

He gave this very cagey answer, at least in Michigan, where he said, Oh, they asked, do you use SolarWinds?
He said, Dominion does not use the SolarWinds Orion product.
He left out that Dominion uses the other SolarWinds product, the Serv-U product, and it contains the Orion.
So it was a distinction without a difference.
And it was a real, you know, Sneaky.

So, but we were bringing these to Trump and that's one, brought him two types of things.
One was a stack of these statements from the federal government itself about the United States is going through the greatest cyber intrusion in American history.
The other thing we brought him was An executive order signed by Barack Obama and that he had in 2018 had re-certified or something that says if a foreign nation intrudes and hacks an election, the US president
Has an extraordinary range of powers, anything from running an investigation to, I mean, he can do all kinds of things, including canceling and rerunning the election.
We were saying, Mr. President, based on the executive order signed by Barack Obama and re re-upped by you, these federal, these statements from the federal government itself, give you the authority to go and Give you the authority to go and do, do any of this range of options.
And we're asking you to just to do the slightest one.

He could have done that in 10 minutes and we would have been through this, but Rudy Giuliani talked him out of it in two minutes.
Incidentally, on January 19th, and I haven't made this public, but on January, maybe I did in my book, for the deep rig, he He, uh, some people, some staffers called me up from the White House on December 19th in the evening, boy and a girl, to tell me we were with the president today, this afternoon, saying goodbye to him.
And he said, uh, I guess it was this morning, the morning of December of January 19th.
And he said to us, what was it?
Tell me, what was it Byrne wanted to do?
What was he proposing?
And then they explained it to Trump again, but without a whole bunch of people around and without any pressure.
Evidently, President Trump said, holy cow, that's all Pat wanted to do?

And they actually called in staff to think about could they actually get something done that afternoon in a few hours, which they could have.
He could have sent in DH people that afternoon.
But again, his staff, his chief of staff, his lawyers, everyone got around him and said, no, no, no, Mr. President, this is all going to be... Just go quietly.
And so the next day he went to his helicopter and left.
He could have gotten that done that afternoon.
He had horrible advisors around him.

He's a mid-level staffer.
And he told me from the beginning, when I met him around November 20th, he said, Patrick, you can't believe what's happening here.
Half of Trump's senior staff have abandoned him.
And they're saying to us, the lower level staff, just get the president to concede.
Let's just get him into the mode of leaving the White House.
And don't say anything to encourage him otherwise.

And they were being told, look, if you get the president out of here smoothly, there's a nice million dollar a year job for you up the street at some K Street lobbying firm.
But if you don't, and I literally had one of these people explain this to me.

Albans and we've been told that if I do, if Trump doesn't leave smoothly, St.
Albans is a very swanky private school in DC.
He said, if my children, if, if, if I do anything to help Trump stay, my children are not going to come back to St.
Albans next year.
They're going to be disinvited.
I think the guy told me he went to Princeton or Yale and he was like a fourth generation to go to Yale.
And he said, I've been told that my children will not be admitted to Yale.
I'll be ejected from my country club.
I will not be employable anywhere else.
My wife's going to leave me.
All that kind of pressure was put on all these senior people in the administration, and they all threw in the towel on November 4th.
They were terrible.
The country was hanging from a thread, and they did not do their constitutional duty and do the right thing.
They would not investigate.
They could have gotten to the bottom of this in a day or two.
That's what I kept waiting to hear.
Well, I think that Trump's really smart, and I think he did know that You know, I think from a lot of different ways that they have done that.
