Here we are, the third hour of the Rush Limbaugh program, a daily excursion into broadcast excellence, and as is often the case, we get to the third hour, and I take a look at what I've got here that I haven't gotten to, and I realize I got a hustle.
Telephone number 800-282-2882, email address, L Rushbow at EIB net.com.
So Bomb's doubling down now.
He said all these Republicans standing up saying they don't support Trump.
It rings hollow.
It rings hollow.
You know what?
Why don't they just not endorse the guy?
Why don't they pull back their endorsement?
I mean, if they don't agree with what he's saying, why are they still endorsing?
Unprecedented.
Okay, here's the newest outrage from Trump.
I have not yet heard these.
I just received the transcript of two new audio sound bites.
Trump's in Ashburn, Virginia.
And by the way, I just saw a blurb on CNN that Trump is firing back at Obama.
So I'm sure Cookie's rolling on that.
Whatever he said, uh, if noteworthy, we will have it.
But apparently, the newest outrage the media is hyping here is that Trump has asked a lady with a crying baby to leave his rally.
Here is the first soundbite.
Don't worry about that, baby.
I love babies.
So I love babies.
I hear that baby crying.
I like it.
What a baby.
What a beautiful baby.
Don't worry.
Don't worry.
The mom's running around like, don't worry about it, you know.
It's young and beautiful and healthy, and that's what we want.
That's right.
We want young, healthy, beautiful babies crying, disrupting, causing a ruckus.
That's what we all want.
Well, you heard it.
He said, Don't worry about the baby.
I love babies.
Don't worry about it.
I hear that baby crying.
I like it, but I guess it grew unacceptable as time went on.
Actually, I was only kidding.
You can get the baby out of here.
That's all right.
Don't worry.
I think she might believe me that I love having a baby crying while I'm speaking.
That's okay.
People don't understand.
That's okay.
Okay, the audience laughed.
So obviously Trump's got a comedy routine going here on taking the baby out.
But of course, the media.
Oh my God, Trump just told a supporter with a baby to scram.
Mike Pence would let the baby cry.
Or what have you.
So there's that.
That's uh little preview, coming attractions, what you might hear lately or later on the news today.
From the going back to the PC stack, this is from Nick Gillespie Reason Magazine, the scene, Albuquerque's Cleveland Middle School.
A 13-year-old class clown is disrupting things by constantly burping while the teacher's trying to teach.
So the teacher bounces him to the vice principal's office, who has a sneaking suspicion the kid's involved in selling pot on school grounds.
The boy is made to take his jeans and shoes off, but they don't find any drugs.
They don't find any pot.
The kid, as Gillespie writes, probably a pain in the butt in all likelihood, typical 13-year-old rabble rouser, just for burping in the classroom, has been suspended for the rest of the school year.
Now, as over the top as that sounds, there's worse is yet to come.
He's also criminally charged under a vague statute that reads in part no person shall willfully interfere with the educational process by any public or private school by committing, threatening to commit, or inciting others to commit any act which would disrupt, impair, interfere with, or obstruct the lawful mission processes, procedures, or functions of a public or private school.
The upshot is that this case ended up at the 10th United States Circuit Court of Appeals, which said that the Albuquerque scrubble officials and the police were justified in ordering this 13 year old kid who was burping in class to be suspended for the rest of the year.
Criminal charges.
The 10th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals.
They even took the case, ruled that the school officials and the police officer were entitled to immunity for their excessive response to what was at worst, a class clown.
Those are the words written by George Washington University Law Professor Jonathan Turley.
So here again, folks, PC has reared its ugly.
This is this is this is the corruption of uh and the disintegration of an institution that a lot of people have placed 100% trust and faith in, and that's the public school system in this country.
I know that trust has been eroding a lot recently, and with justifiable reasons.
But when something like this happened, you can't control a kid burping.
You file criminal charges and you suspend him for the rest of the school year.
And you trust some some vague statute here that they have to drag out of the cobwebs to find.
The 10th Circuit ordered, and the police were justified in arresting the kid for burping in class.
We should have seen this coming when little kids use their thumb and their index finger to make the shape of a gun and they get sent home.
You know, Apple yesterday, there's going to be hell to pay for this.
Apple yesterday released the fourth beta of their upcoming operating system for the iPhone and the iPad, iOS 10.
And there are 100 new emoji characters in this release, and one of them is a plastic, is an emoji of a plastic water gun.
It originally was going to be a pistol, but Apple caved.
Because it was you can't put an emoji character of a gun in there.
It's too suggestive.
You might make people want to go out and buy a gun.
So they replaced it.
It's a green.
I used it already.
I went in there and looked at it.
I found it.
It's a green water pistol.
And you wait, they'll catch hell for this.
Even that.
This stuff is out of control, folks.
How in the world are we ever going to hold presidents accountable for all their lying?
I mean, you look at the things this president has done to our country, to our economy, to our immigration system, to our national security.
And you realize we're suspending kids and arresting them for burping in class.
Is there no other way to deal with this?
There's no other way to get to the parents.
I realize some of you think, no, Rush, the parents have lost control, the kids have lost control.
Well, why has that happened?
Why has that happened?
How do you lose control over a 13-year-old?
You have to let that happen.
That's not something that evolution would just manifest itself, take place.
I mean, for adults to allow themselves to be subservient.
People are afraid.
They're afraid to stand up, they're afraid to enforce.
They are afraid to offend lawsuits.
I looked at the box.
You know, they, the staff here, the highly overrated staff, I might add, got me this gorgeous cake for my 28th anniversary yesterday.
And it's still in there.
Obviously, the thing is huge.
So I happened to go in there during the break, and I just happened to see the box, and the side facing me was the warning label on a box containing a cake.
And you know what the warnings were?
Well, it's actually more assurances.
Don't worry, no peanuts.
No whey, no gluten, or I forget what it said, but it was, it was a it was an assurance that that cake was baked in the facility that didn't have anything that was going to kill you.
And I'm thinking it's a cake.
What in the world?
And I know the lawyers have demanded the public's lawyers demanded for liability.
Well, what did that tell you?
That you could go bankrupt because of A cake.
And yes, sadly, the possibility is real.
Whether you bake it or not, exactly.
I mean, it's just ridiculous.
It's out of control.
And all this time, you know what's I think the reason, one of the reasons it's out of control is because everybody's been waiting for somebody else to stand up and say no more.
Everybody's been waiting for somebody else to stand up and say stop.
Every time a parent complains about something going on at school, somebody, why didn't you do something about it?
Every time somebody complains about whatever, somebody is always waiting for somebody else to stand up and say, stop, that's enough.
Like heroes in the old Western movies used to do.
The Clint Eastwoods of the world would ride into town and tell everybody the way it's not going to be anymore, and the way it was going to be, and everybody would agree and problem solve.
We've been waiting for that to happen.
And usually we expect that to happen from our respected and revered political figures, but sadly, that's the last place.
They are the culprits.
So while everybody's been waiting for magic for a magic figure to stand up and proclaim all of this stuff as rot gut, wrong and out of control.
That person hasn't arrived, hasn't stood up.
Well, maybe I have on occasion.
But look what happens when you do.
Look what happens when you do stand up.
Boy, do they come after you.
You know why the cons are such a gold mine for the Democrats, don't you?
Okay.
Oh, this is so simple.
You know, you know why they won't let go of the Khans?
By the way, Mr. Khan now's wanting, he says, I've done enough.
I want to go back to my private life and so forth.
Why?
Well, I mean, beyond mission accomplished, why?
But here's the value.
The value is that with this one instance, the Khans and their hero son, the left can now say that Islam is a religion of peace and that there is no terrorism in Islam.
And so all of you people that think ISIS in Al-Qaeda is Islam, you're wrong, and we've got the proof in the son of Mr. and Mrs. Khan.
You that's the value.
The Khans allow, permit the Democrats, in their in their mind, to reject and obliterate a potentially vulnerable talking point.
I mean, it's a big deal, because here you've got Trump wanting to increase the vetting procedures to keep Islamic terrorists out of the country.
Versus the Democrats who don't want to do that, because they'll take any vote from anywhere they can get it no matter what.
And the Democrats constantly appeal to minorities, and they can't wait to categorize everybody as the next victim of some minority.
So here comes this circumstance that they found.
And it allows them in their minds to totally nuke a major political advantage that the Republicans, Trump, whoever has.
And that's why they're not going to let it go.
Whether Mr. and Mrs. Khan want to remain on the public stage or not, they are going to be talked about for the rest of the campaign.
Paul Bedard writing in the Washington Examiner headline, Khan specializes in visa programs accused of selling U.S. citizenship.
So I knew this was going to happen.
There's all kinds of people trying to find, okay, who is this guy?
I mean, beyond how he identified himself.
Who is he?
What does he do?
Is there anything we can learn that might explain his motives for being a pro-Hillary voter and an anti-Trump, anti-pro-Republican person?
And here's what Paul Bedard at the Washington Examiner found.
Kazir Khan is an immigration lawyer who specializes in a highly controversial Program accused of letting immigrants buy their way into America.
Kazir Im Khan's website notes that he works to help clients with the E2 and EB5 programs that let overseas investors buy into U.S. companies and also provide green cards for family members.
It also said that he helps, his website said that he helps in the purchase of U.S. real estate and businesses.
The E2 and the EB5 are two of the most notoriously abused visa categories that essentially allow wealthy foreigners, wealthy foreigners to buy their way to U.S. residency and possibly citizenship with a relatively modest investment set.
Jessica Vaughan, the policy director for the Center for Immigration Studies.
The EB5 program has been caught up in multiple scandals, and critics are pressing Congress to kill it.
Quote, and this is from Jessica Vaughn again at Center for Immigration Studies.
The EB5 is literally a citizenship for sale program in which a visa for an entire family can be bought for as little as $500,000.
It is literally a citizenship for sale program, and it's an amazing deal.
Compared to other countries, America is the Walmart of investor visa program, she added.
One criticism is that it allows an immigrant to invest half a million dollars in an approved type of business and in return get a set of green cards for the investor, the investor's spouse, and all of their under 21 years of age children.
And what can they then do with the green cards?
Well, what do you think?
Come on in.
I got a place for you to work, and it's all legal.
I bought it.
And apparently Kazir Khan specializes in putting people together with this program.
And I recall the first thing that I heard uttered about Kazir Khan after the Democrat Convention was that he facilitated procedures by which Muslims could emigrate to America.
And that was that was just swatted away.
That was uh media said that's repugnant.
Whoever's saying that is beneath scum.
Why that's horrible.
To say that about the appearance of a war hero near who's apparently, according to the Washington Examiner, there might have been something to it.
From the Washington Times, Homeland Security granted a new temporary amnesty Monday to more than 8,000 Syrians living in the U.S. right now, saying that they can remain for up to 18 months longer, no matter what their legal status is.
You see all these things sneaking in here while we don't even know it.
We're distracted by the other things that we're talking about.
Look at what else is happening.
Homeland Security, not the U.S. Congress.
Homeland Security granted a new temporary amnesty just yesterday on my 28th anniversary to more than 8,000 Syrians already here, saying they can stay here now for 18 more months, no matter what their legal status is.
Homeland Security just Yeah, I think I'll sign this document right now that authorizes this.
Secretary J. Johnson, Homeland Security Secretary, issued temporary protected status to these Syrians, 8,000 of them, saying that if they are in the U.S. as of Monday and continue to reside here permanently, they can apply for work permits and other documents to remain and live in the U.S. without fear of being ousted.
Sounds like Mr. Khan's work isn't even necessary, actually.
We'll be back here in just a second.
People in the email today, what are you what are you most proud of?
Your 28 years.
Gee, that's hard.
That's hard.
You uh uh let me let me I'm gonna take a stab at something here.
I uh it'd be hard to say that anything is something I am most proud of, but you know something I really am proud of?
How do I say this without violating What I'm proud of.
I am I'm I'm very proud that we've held a line here on the inclusion of slang uh vaguely obscene terms have not become part of the daily discourse here.
Do you know what I mean?
See, you don't.
You say you think so, you don't, and I'm gonna have to be specific here, and if I get specific, and I'm of course violating what it is I'm proud of.
Well, what's the commonly word used word that begins with a P that people now use to talk about urination?
Okay, it's become common.
People talk about that, they use it instead of saying somebody's mad.
Not here.
We don't do it.
And other such examples as that.
We have maintained the highest communicative standards here.
What?
You're shaking your head no.
Well, I mean, no thanks to you, because you're always using those words in the IFP, I understand this.
But um it's it's incredible no matter where you go, you hear this this I don't know which one, slang.
It's not governal, it's just it's it's well, it's just I'm just glad that we have not fallen prey to the temptation.
Back in a second.
Yeah, yeah, I saw it.
Um, I haven't mentioned it, because if I get started analyzing the media every day, that would be all that I do here.
But since you asked me, I'll mention it yesterday, or today rather, Charles Woods, the father of Tyrone Woods, who was one of the four that was killed at Benghazi.
He has come forward and said, Hey, Pat Smith is not alone.
Hillary Clinton also told me in private and in public that a YouTube video is responsible for the attack that led to the death of his son.
And Charles Woods is saying Hillary's still lying about Benghazi.
He's been all over cable news, even in CNN, he's been on Fox.
He said there are two options.
One, either Mrs. Clinton is lying or she's had a bad memory because she of her age or her head injury that she suffered.
She did have a concussion, he had to wear co-color bottled glasses for a while there, and plus, you know, having to avoid a sniper fire, which also didn't happen, but she did.
She told look it, she lied through her teeth about this, and so did Obama, and so did the media, and so the Democrat Party for three weeks about this since the aftermath of Benghazi.
The point is this.
Mr. Woods was on CNN today, just as Pat Smith has been on CNN.
And they get browbeat.
They are haranged.
They are parents who have lost children.
Their sons and daughters, they've lost their children in war, just like the cons.
But they get beat up.
They almost are accused of lying themselves by saying that Mrs. Clinton lied.
And both of them have stood firm.
Pat Smith said, I was she went on seeing I've been treated like dirt by you people.
And she has been, Chris Matthews saying, I don't care what that woman feels.
You know, on the one hand, the Democrats are praised to the hilt for bringing the cons on stage and being at one with them and their empathy and all that, and at the same time, the same people in media excoriate the Republicans for exploiting the emotions of parents who lost their sons at Benghazi.
I mean, the same reporters credit the Democrats for exploiting the cons.
It was a great noteworthy thing to do.
Same thing on the Republican side, they're excoriated for exploitation.
Anyway, on CNN today.
Charles Woods was being interviewed, and he's obviously quiet and very humble man, and Carol Costello kept demanding.
Even after getting his story, Mrs. Clinton lied.
She wasn't interested, By the way.
Naturally.
And she kept asking him, but don't you think, sir, wouldn't you advise Mr. Trump to apologize to the cons?
Don't you think he should?
And Charles Wood was silent.
You could see him not believing the tone and the and the nature of the question he's being asked.
And he is trying to come up with a response and remain dignified, but he wants to explode.
So he's got a CNN infobabe demanding, essentially, that he tell Trump or say that Trump ought to apologize to the cons.
But nobody is demanding that Hillary apologize to him for lying to his face about why his son died at Benghazi.
Don't you think Mr. Trump wouldn't you encourage?
Wouldn't you think Mr. Trump should apologize?
And finally Charles Wood said, Well, and very quietly, well, wouldn't you maybe think that Hillary Clinton should apologize to me if we're going to go down there and then silence.
Thank you for your time.
Thank you for being here, Mr. Woods.
I mean, it's just, folks, it's so blatant.
It's so blatant.
I wonder if a backlash is going on out there that we're not seeing and all this polling data.
I can't, I don't want to go down the road of saying the polling data is wrong, then they're done that.
Uh no future in it.
Don't want to be a data denier.
Wouldn't be prudent, but I wonder how much of a backlash is going.
People are.
If you and I are having these reactions here, what do you think millions of Americans are doing at the same time?
They have to be feeling the same thing.
It's just the disparity, the unfairness, the unequal aspects of the treatment here.
It's standout.
There's not even a question of it.
And speaking of Benghazi, why were we really there?
Was it to facilitate a gun running operation to the rebels in Syria?
WikiLeaks claims they've got thousands more emails they're going to release.
And Julian Osange is alluding to the to the possibility that some of these emails are gonna are gonna confirm that what the annex in Benghazi was all about was to serve as a midpoint for gun running operation, and that that's what Ambassador Stevens' job there really was.
And that was one of the early rumors, because nobody could figure, okay, we topple Qaddafi.
And Libya literally becomes an out-of-control hellhole with various terror groups battling for control over the whole country.
Gaddafi had essentially been an ally, anti-terrorism.
Once we got rid of Saddam Hussein, you wouldn't believe how fast Qaddafi came around.
But Hillary came up with a strategy to kill him and assassinate him, which happened.
And she applauded herself, thought it was a great, great thing to do.
But Libya descended into chaos, utter chaos.
So why go there?
What in the world?
There was no diplomatic reason to have an annex there, much less an embassy.
The embassy's in Cairo, so what do you have an annex over in Benghazi for?
It's a hellhole.
It literally is a trash dump.
A CIA annex, why do this?
Well, people have been putting two and two together for a long time.
Andy McCarthy has a piece coming that I it may be up later this afternoon or tomorrow at National Review Online.
Hillary Clinton's Benghazi debacle arming jihadists in Libya and Syria.
An excerpt, it is incontestable.
For those of you in Rio Linda, it means it's inarguable.
It means it is totally true that the Obama administration has worked closely with the Islamist government of Turkey in efforts to arm and train The rebels in Syria.
It's for the most part ISIS, folks.
Ambassador Stevens' last meeting on the night of September 11th, right before the compound was attacked, was with Turkey's consul general Ali Saeed Aiken.
In the months leading up to the attack, the State Department facility.
And on the even more shadowy CIA outpost a little over a mile away, jihadist in eastern Libya had conducted a series of attacks against Western targets, including on June 6th, a bomb detonated just outside the State Department compound.
The British government and the International Red Cross pulled their personnel out, yet the Obama administration left U.S. government personnel in this war zone, this terrorist zone, notwithstanding grossly inadequate security precautions.
There weren't any security, relying on local gangs for security at Benghazi.
Why?
Well, it is believed that one significant mission of this annex was the coordination of weapons transfers from Libya to Syrian jihadists.
Now, if that's true, and if the next email dump from WikiLeaks backs this up.
And if it becomes it's it's not necessarily going to prove Hillary was in on it.
This is an Obama administration thing.
But if if there is forthcoming email documentation, that that's really what was going on in Benghazi, and that Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State while it was happening.
And then you throw all these other lies in what happened there, four Americans dead to preserve a gun running operation, not a State Department diplomatic mission.
It could change the tone of this campaign dramatically.
And remember what it was like in 2012 now, right before this happened.
Obama was locked, tight reelection race with Romney.
He was at the time falsely claiming that he had defeated Al Qaeda.
I forget the slogan, but al-Qaeda, bin Laden's dead, GM's living, some slogan to show what great accomplishments Obama had made.
But Al Qaeda was actually thriving.
They had not been decimated.
Obama's campaign rhetoric was full of things like he was ending American wars, which were actually intensifying, and that his pro-Islamist policies were helping forge democracy in places like Egypt, which was at the time under the rule of Muslim Brotherhood, and Libya, which had disintegrated into a failed state under the domination of Islamist militias.
So prior to the November election, if Obama had openly announced that his administration was arming Syrian Islamists, it would have been highly controversial.
It would have, it would have told an entirely different story that Obama was telling how he was bringing peace all over the world.
It would have spotlighted how the same policy had failed in Libya.
And by the way, neither the media nor Republicans had called any public attention to what was going on in Libya.
That's why Benghazi shocked everybody.
Nobody had any run-up information, because nobody was following it.
And this is uh no doubt why reports that Obama was launching a covert operation to send weapons to Syrian rebels for the first time.
The Times of London had that story, by the way.
It's not a rumor.
It's actually been reported Obama launching covert operation to send weapons to Syrian rebels.
They're Islamists.
So were they doing this?
Or Obama and Hillary and others in the regime steering arms to Syrian jihadists right around the time of the intense campaign for re-election.
We'll find out if this next email dump actually happens as Julian Assange is saying.
But I wanted you to be aware of this on the on the front side of it in case it does happen.
Quick timeout, back with more in a minute.
Here is uh Joyce In Pittsburgh, it's great to have you on the EIB.
Now really glad you waited.
Oh, it's it's an honor of Rush to speak with you and happy anniversary.
Same to you.
Thank you very much.
It seems to me that what the Democrats do with Mr. Conn is ex is playing whack-a-mole with Mr. Trump.
It's the exact same thing they did with Sandra Fluke and Mitt Romney back in 2012.
Stephanopoulos is the attack dog, asks some ridiculous question.
Next thing you know, everybody feels compelled to answer.
And there's the setup.
And that's all we're going to hear about.
I mean the legitimate loss of life.
With you know, the blame going directly to the candidate with certainly Mrs. Smith and Hillary Rodden Clinton.
By the way, you I there's just a a story just came.
Guess what?
Kazir Khan has taken down that website that describes how he sells immigration green cards.
It just it's gone, it's vanished.
Well, isn't that convenient?
But it it does amaze me.
I mean, Trump was a private citizen when Mr. Conson unfortunately passed away in battle.
But he you know, Trump had nothing to do with the war in Iraq.
But somehow he's suddenly the bad guy.
And why isn't he waving his constitution at both Barack Hussein Obama and Hillary Rodden Clinton?
Well, because he's two that are going against the Constitution.
But how convenient.
He's uh he's one of 'em.
That's I mean, I get your question is that he's being he's a he's a blatant hypocrite, but he's a partisan political operative for Stephanopoulos once again played the played the setup role so well.
Absolutely.
It's why I said yesterday if you accept an invitation to go on his show, you may also be accepting invitation to go on Hillary Clinton's TV show.
Right.
And I just think it's the exact same setup as back back with um you know the question that he asked Mitt Romney, and suddenly we had the war on women.
Yeah.
Exactly the same.
So thank you for taking my call.
You bet.
I'm glad that you go.
Are you looking forward to Steelers this year?
I am.
I've got Susan Tickets.
I've had them for thirty-five, forty years now.
Really?
Word.
Yes.
Oh, um, down in the end zone, way up in no man's land.
My there were my dad's tickets, and that's what happened when he there is there is no such thing as no man's land and a steel.
No, we've we've had seats since 1970.
Uh oh, wow.
You were there for the dynasty.
That's cool.
Well, look, Joyce, I appreciate the call.
I really do.
I wish I had more time here, folks.
I said every day, I wish I did, but we don't.
But maybe we will sometime.
Back in a second.
Trump has issued a statement responding to Obama.
Part of it is Hillary Clinton is unfit to hold office of president.
Hillary Clinton's proven herself unfit to serve in any government office.
She's reckless with her emails, reckless with regime change, and reckless with American lives.
