Time Text
Welcome to today's edition of the Rush 247 Podcast.
And we are back.
Great to have you with us, ladies and gentlemen, Rush Lynn Ball behind the golden EIB microphone.
Once again serving humanity simply by being here.
Simply by showing up.
A thrill and a delight to be with you.
As it always is.
Telephone numbers 800 282-2882 and the email address L Rushwo at EIBNet.com.
The Associated Press is reporting, ladies and gentlemen, that uh David Axelrod, just solar group of Democrat politicians in New Hampshire, that Obama's re-election will be a Titanic struggle.
And of course, we here are hoping it meets the same fate as the Titanic.
But in order to guarantee that, what do we need?
We need to make sure the GOP puts up the right iceberg.
I mean, if they're if they're gonna if what a what an what an optic to compare the Obama campaign to a Titanic struggle.
Now it's with a small T on Titanic, but when you say the word Titanic, what do you think?
You think giant ocean liner hitting a um hitting an iceberg and and uh Leonardo DiCaprio and uh and what's her name, Kate Winslow dying.
Uh well, we don't want to go that far.
Well, no, Rachel, for most people, that's what Titanic is.
Since since for most people, life is a movie.
Uh that's what it is.
We of course Leo DiCaprio and Kate Wentz have nothing to do with this, but they're admitting it's going to be a Titanic struggle.
The latest Gallup poll says that six in ten Americans don't expect the economy to improve.
The other four all have government jobs.
President Obama says he's going to keep pounding away at Congress to pass his 447 billion dollar jobs plan if lawmakers don't do enough to help the economy, he says, and we'll get a new Congress.
Now we're going to get a new president at the same time that we get a new Congress.
Speaking of Obama's jobs bill, while he's pressing Congress to pass it, Dingy Harry said last night that when the Senate returns from a week-long vacation, they will work instead on a bill that would push to label China a currency manipulator.
Uh that's going to take precedence over Obama's jobs bill.
They're going to go on vacation first.
They got another week off, which is all fine with us.
And then when they come back, Obama's jobs bill is not going to be the focus.
Here is uh Dingy Harry.
This is from this morning, the Capitol Hill Press Conference.
Reporters said, Dingy Harry, can you uh can you tell us when you're gonna take up the president's jobs bill?
I don't think there's anything more important for a jobs measure than China trade.
That's what we're gonna work on next week.
We uh understand that there's conversations going on about the president's jobs bill, which I support.
I introduced it, and we'll get to that.
But let's get some of these things done that we have to get done first.
They don't want any part of that jobs bill, folks.
Dingy Harry is the Senate sponsor, but he doesn't want anything to do with it.
And uh the Washington Times has a story about the media being shocked here that Dingy Harry is not making Obama's jobs bill a priority.
Now, Dingy Harry is the sole sponsor of Obama's jobs bill in the Senate, and it's gonna have to wait till they come back from vacation and after they take up the effort to get the Treasury Department to denounce the ChICOMs and their and their currency manipulation.
Wait, see what the ChICOMs have done?
The Chicoms have pulled us uh uh uh uh uh really a uh a smart, slick play with uh electric cars and other things.
They've um they've said, well, yeah, we'll we'll we'll build the electric car, but not till you give us the technology.
So the UAW and GM are gonna give the ChICOMs essentially a technology to build vaults.
No, no, that's what's gonna No, it's what's gonna happen here.
No question about it.
What do you mean how can they agree with it?
That's a it's as far as they're concerned, it's it's a it's a it's a good deal.
Let me find the story here because it's I it just happened to come off the top of my head.
You know, we've got we've got this idiot that used to work for for Google or Google that's out there asking Obama to raise his taxes.
Remember we had the soundbite last week from Elizabeth Warren.
You that has gone viral now.
Obama is quoting her without mentioning her, and using that idiot from Google who stood up and asked for his taxes to be raised as the um uh as the evidence for it.
Well, let me say, where is this thing?
Uh I put it down lower in the stack, but I intended to put it down.
I'll get to it.
Because it's somewhere here, I thought I'd put it near the top of the stack.
But no, General Motors and the UAW have got some deal with the ChICOMs to build electric cars over there.
The TriCom set some requirement that uh they get the technology we're gonna give it to them.
I don't know what big a deal the technology is, but uh it it is going to happen.
But this back to this this uh this Treasury department denouncing China's currency manipulation.
I mean, that that's that is a meaningless, meaningless gesture.
It they don't want to take up the jobs bill.
No Democrat in the House wants his name on it, no Democrat in the House wants any part of it, and Dingy Harry doesn't want uh any any part of this.
This is all for show.
It is all for show.
They don't ever want this thing coming up for a vote because it doesn't stand a prayer.
And they don't want one of two things to happen.
They don't want it going down in flames.
That'll look bad for Obama, and they don't want the occasional Democrat here voting for it.
Because that would hurt them and their re-election effort.
So this bill, this $447 tax bill, not a jobs bill.
Let's be clear about that.
It is not a jobs bill.
In fact, let's be clear about something else.
Obama has never submitted a jobs bill.
There is not one piece of legislation, whether it's the stimulus bill or porcupist bill, whatever.
There has not been one jobs bill submitted by Obama, and this one isn't either.
This is for show.
This is all it's for is talking points on the stump.
It is designed to exist in principle only.
It's designed to exist so that Obama can lie about what it really is, because it's not a jobs bill, and it exists so that the um uh lack of action on it can be blamed on the Republicans.
As he does his combo Harry Truman FDR campaign.
Crewman running against the do nothing Congress and FDR just growing government uh on steroids.
So it's nothing more than an it's it's an optic.
It's a it's a uh talking point.
And Dingy Harry's lack of urgency is further proof that there's no intention here for this thing ever to even come up for debate.
They don't even really want that to happen.
It's all just for show.
The Democrats want to put off the vote on Obama's tax bill, his jobs plan for as long as they can so they can demagogue against the Republicans for opposing it.
Pure and simple.
Now there will be a vote at some point.
I mean, at some point they're gonna have to uh uh make it look like there's action on this thing.
And when that happens, you're going to see Democrats vote against it.
And it'll be at a time late on a Friday when it won't get reported, there won't be much attention paid to it.
Maybe it'll happen on the day of a Republican debate.
Uh doubt that, but anything's any any day where there will be other news that could cast a shadow over this, but none of this that I'm telling you, these honest details will be mentioned in the news.
Here is um uh what I was talking about earlier with the the Elizabeth Warren stuff.
Let's go to audio soundbite number five and review.
Let us remember September 2011 and over Massachusetts.
Elizabeth Warren running for the Senate in Massachusetts, trying for the Democrat seat to run against Scott Brown.
And she's on her talking tour.
She's going to people's homes in Massachusetts.
And that she she this is the babe that uh was the former chair of the TARP panel.
This is a law professor at uh at Harvard.
Uh she was at Rutgers.
She um she's had a numerous sources of income.
One time I remember asking, I wonder how many pensions this woman has.
But she's not poor.
And she is the quintessential example of what she's talking about.
She's never produced anything but a bunch of confused minds.
She's never produced anything but skulls full of mush.
She hasn't taught anybody anything that's the truth.
She hasn't produced a product, she hasn't performed a worthwhile service.
And she's done pretty well.
She earned six figures in Obama's parlance.
She's a millionaire and billionaire with a corporate jet.
Here's what she said back in uh earlier this month.
Hear all this, you know, well, this is class warfare, this is whatever.
No, there is nobody in this country who got rich on his own.
Nobody.
You built a factory out there, good for you.
But I want to be clear.
You moved your goods to market on the roads the rest of us paid for.
You hired workers, the rest of us paid to educate.
You uh were safe in your factory because of police forces and fire forces that the rest of us paid for.
You didn't have to worry that marauding bands would come and seize everything at your factory and hire someone to protect against this because of the work the rest of us did.
Now, all of that is pure bogus.
It's all a crock.
It's all as though the factory owner lives in a vacuum and doesn't invest a dime of his own money in any of these things.
The factory owner doesn't pay his own taxes.
The employees of the factory, they don't pay taxes.
No.
They are just sitting there sucking all this wealth out of the economy.
They're getting rich on the backs of everybody else.
And I made mention to you of the fact that don't, you know, people were outraged over this.
People on the left were ecstatic.
They were orgasmic that finally somebody was taking it to the rich the way she was.
And I mentioned that all she's doing is parroting the same point of view, the same worldview that Obama has.
Okay, let's try again.
Here's Elizabeth Warren in September.
Okay, so everybody in the factory, from the owner to the employees, they're all living in a vacuum.
They're not paying anything, they're not donating, they're not contributing, they're not paying taxes, they're just sucking everything out.
Just in fact, folks, the more likely explanation of people that Elizabeth Warren is really describing are the uh the the welfare recipients in this country, the people who are sucking things out and not putting anything back whatsoever.
Those are the people may not want to call it getting rich, but they're having a pretty decent life doing nothing.
The people at Heritage have done a great description of what poverty in this country is like, how many cars you have, how many plasma screens you have, how many cell phones you have.
But anyway, that's you you you get the basic assumption here.
Uh this is the case for class warfare.
It's the case for wealth redistribution.
It is the case for the fact that nobody deserves the rich, the highly achieved, really don't deserve it.
Because they really didn't do anything.
They couldn't have done anything on their own without all the rest of us.
And I pointed out that this is exactly the way Obama thinks.
Nobody should have anything more than anybody else because everybody always does it on the backs of other people.
The biggest, most successful people in the world couldn't have done it.
And this is Obama's worldview of the United States, I might add, when he runs around the world and apologizes.
His view of the United States is exactly Elizabeth Warren's view of the factory owner in this soundbite.
And there is no doubt in my mind about that.
Run around apologizing for the country, our wealth, our power, our superpower status, our greatness, American exceptionalism is all illegitimate.
Just as the factory owner is illegitimate in his own existence.
Good for you.
You get to keep a hunk of it, she said later.
Of course, that wasn't defined.
This takes us to yesterday's Silicon Valley, California, during a town hall meeting, Obama and a retired Google employee by the name of Doug Edwards.
Mr. President.
I don't have a job, but that's because I've been lucky enough to live in Silicon Valley for a while and work for a small startup down the street here that did quite well.
So I'm unemployed by choice.
My question is, would you please raise my taxes?
I would like very much to have the country to continue to invest in things like Pell Grants and infrastructure and job training programs that made it possible for me to get to where I am.
Well, we got somebody here, the first person I've ever heard that admits attending a jobs training program.
A jobs training center.
Now, remember, we're in Silicon Valley.
We're in California.
I don't know that they had to work hard to find this guy.
I don't know that he's at plant.
They think that way.
Out there.
Here's what Obama said in reaction.
As you just pointed out, we're successful because somebody invested in our education, somebody built schools, somebody created incredible universities.
We benefited from somebody somewhere making an investment in us.
And I don't care who you are, that's true of all of us.
I appreciate your sentiment.
I appreciate the fact that you recognize we're in this thing together.
We're not on our own.
And those of us who've been successful, uh, we've always got to remember that.
Those of us, what?
Is somebody else write your books?
What are you talking about?
Does somebody else write your books, Mr. President?
What did somebody do for you?
You're wealthy because of two books.
Who wrote them?
If you didn't.
Who invested in you?
Well, the credit give the publisher credit for publishing it, fine.
The publisher credit for distributing it, fine.
Who wrote them?
That's the lion's share of the work.
Now, this guy at Google, this this Doug Edwards guy, he is a multimillionaire.
I'll get to who he is here in just a second.
Here was his reply to Obama.
Part of the reason I asked the question is because I want him to understand that uh there are people like me, a lot of people uh in my situation who feel that they could do more to help the country.
Well, then do it.
But don't empower the federal government to take it from all the rest of us to do what you think you want to do.
If you want to do something for the country, Mr. Powers, that you think needs being done, do it.
Don't show up at a town hall and celebrate the fact that you're unemployed and then run around and tell him to raise everybody else's taxes because you got a guilt problem.
Which is exactly what this guy's got.
He's sitting around, he's wealthy, he's unemployed, he's got a guilt problem, and to assuage his guilt, he wants Obama to go out and raise taxes on everybody else.
So that he'd have to feel as guilty.
Doug Edwards worked as Google's first director of marketing and brand management for five years.
He worked there all of five years.
By his own account, they had free meals every day that were as good as any served with the finest local restaurants, great workout facilities, massage therapists, and doctors on staff, and an annual ski trip for all employees, quote unquote.
Edwards retired from this strenuous life.
After five years at Google as a multimillionaire, he now lives off of dividends and capital gains.
And he is paying the 15% capital gains rate.
But he wants the rest of us who actually have to work for a living to pay more income taxes in order to assuage his profound liberal guilt.
By the way, according to Federal Election Commission records, this guy, Doug Edwards, has given at least $34,700 to Democrat candidates and the Democrat Party.
Before putting in all these years, these five years at Google.
He worked for the San Jose Mercury News, which is one of the most left-wing newspapers in the country.
His selection is a questioner is not strange, is it?
Okay.
So here you have a guy.
Who worked for the San Jose Mercury News, one of the most left-wing newspapers in the country, ends up being selected to ask Obama a question at a town hall in Silicon Valley.
Hardly a coincidence.
Then the guy, who is a multimillionaire out of work on purpose.
He retired after five years at Google, a multimillionaire.
He lives off capital gains and dividends, which means he pays a 15% tax rate on the capital gains.
He's just, he's obsessed with guilt.
Asking for higher taxes on everybody else and on himself.
You can pay more, Mr. Powers.
Their mechanism set up.
Citizens can pay much more than the federal government if they want to.
But keep it to yourself.
You know what this also is?
And frankly, I think I think it's low rent, low class.
You've got Obama doing it.
Talking about how rich he is, the Clintons, particularly Bill.
Oh yeah, yeah, you know, yeah, I'm the high tax bracket now.
And I don't need to pay these taxes.
I mean, I could pay much higher tax rate than what I'm paying.
I don't need all this money.
I've done I'm, you know, a millionaire.
I get I get all that money from making space.
I don't need all this.
Fine, don't do the work and produce the income.
You don't need all that money, don't do the work then.
But just because you think you don't need it, keep your hands out of everybody else's back pocket.
You know, this this public bragging about how much money you have.
This guy powers, just like Clinton Obama.
They can't wait to tell you how much money they've got.
That's phony, fraudulent patriotism.
A bunch of people who are insecure, spotlight.
They're bragging.
Hey, look at me.
Look at me, how rich I am.
I why I and I feel very guilty.
I certainly I don't think I'm paying enough in taxes.
I think country needs to be more highly taxed and so forth.
Yeah, right on.
Well, we've chronicled the ways on this program before.
There are many number of ways for people to pay more taxes if you want to.
It refuse deductions.
There's any number of things that you can do.
Direct donations to the U.S. Treasury.
But you know what the plain truth is?
This guy that asked Obama the question, this Doug Edwards guy.
He doesn't just want to pay more to the government.
He wants other people to pay more.
Otherwise, he would have offered to pay increased taxes for those who don't want or can't afford to pay more taxes.
If he really thought what he professes to believe, he would be out there trying to make up for other people.
He's not even paying more taxes on his.
He's waiting around to have it taken from him.
He's not voluntarily paying more taxes.
He's waiting for the big hand of Leviathan to come in and shake it away from him.
Dip right into his back pocket and take whatever they want out of there.
And every damn time this subject comes up, I don't care what the speech is.
Obama keeps talking about higher taxes for education.
And we're all supposed to swore.
Oh yes, oh yes, America.
America is underfunding education.
And of course, that's for the children.
We aren't doing nearly enough for the children.
We're not doing nearly enough for education.
Somebody needs to school Obama on the basics of the American system.
Federal government was never meant to be the source of education funding in this country.
How old do you think the Department of Education is?
It didn't come with the Constitution.
It didn't come with the founding.
It's another liberal creation.
Just like the Department of Energy.
Just like FEMA, and just like the Environmental Protection Agency.
The states are supposed to fund education, primarily through property taxes.
Which themselves have Been at very high records.
So anyway, this is what this is what is resorted to.
Obama finding some left-wing journalist who spent five years at Google now living off capital gains income to run around and whine and moan about how the country isn't paying enough taxes.
And this is supposed to persuade us.
The multimillionaire worked at Google for all the five years.
Has given nearly $35,000 to the Democrat Party Democrat candidates over the years.
I don't know.
I I here's, by the way, here's that story on General Motors.
It's from the National Legal and Policy Center blog.
Not surprisingly, the new partner in a 50-50 joint venture with the state-run auto industry is China.
And also unsurprisingly, General Electric will join General Motors in a related partnership in the Chicom Nation.
Professional subsidy sucking General Motors, which seems content to marinate in its taxpayer investment indefinitely, is getting ambitious.
They want to find other governments to subsidize their products.
And you probably already guessed the agreements around the development and sale of electric vehicles.
But General Motors took great pains to emphasize it does not have an ambitious plan in the ChICOM Republic for the Chevy Vault because it's not allowed to take advantage of generous ChICOM government subsidies for electric cars because the Volt and also the Nissan Leaf are produced outside China.
So instead, in order to be able to grab, get this $20,000 subsidy per volt, China is going to give General Motors a $20,000 subsidy per car.
And in order to get the subsidy, GM must share their technology with ChICOM auto manufacturers and produce the vehicles in China.
So here we are in the midst of Obama trying to make everybody think that he wants jobs, jobs, jobs.
And he's got this massive $447 billion jobs bill.
It's so crucial and so important that no Democrat in the House will move it forward.
Dingy Harry, he's got his name on it in the Senate, but hey, we're not going to move this thing forward.
We've got a vacation coming up, and when we come back, we're going to work on uh uh something with a Treasury Department trying to get to ChICOM, stop manipulating their currency.
We'll get to the jobs bill, but the point is they don't want any part of the jobs bill.
No Democrat wants to vote on it.
They don't want to be on the record about it.
It's nothing more than a prop.
It's nothing more than a Greek column, so that Obama can use it on a campaign trail to make it look like he wants to give jobs and produce jobs that Democrats are not the problem in his mind.
The Republicans will not move the bill forward.
The Republic.
And of course, here's Dingy Harry openly saying he doesn't care about it.
There are there are many other priorities.
And you watch.
Before this is all said and done, Obama's jobs bill is going to die because the Republicans wouldn't do anything with it.
While all that's going on, General Motors and the UAW will be sharing technology with Chinese automobile manufacturers to build the Chevy Vault in China so that the General Motors will get the $20,000 subsidy per car.
General Motors and GE go all in for China subsidies.
Subsidies from the United States government for the Vault are not enough.
In order to grab, let me read it to you again, and this is from the National Legal and Policy Center, in order to be able to grab the $19,300 per car subsidy or incentive.
Automakers must share their technology with ChICOM counterparts and produce the cars over there.
So now we have the General Motors China Advanced Technical Center in Shanghai, which is adjacent to the company's local headquarters.
We have a 50-50 partnership with Chinese state-run SAIC Motor Corporation.
And rather than call it the Volt, the combined venture will likely develop and implement the electric technology in the Shanghai GM Chevy sale model, which was introduced late last year.
According to the Economic Times, the agreement finalizes a non binding memorandum on cooperation for green vehicle development at the Chinese company and General Motors.
They signed it last November.
At the time, the ChICOM Company agreed to buy a 1% stake in GM through an initial public offering held to make GM a public company again and cut the U.S. Treasury stake in it.
So China buys a 1% stake, it's not public company.
We can share the technology, get a $20,000 subsidy from the Chicons, build the cars over there.
In addition, the New York Times reported this week that General Motors, quote, General Motors holds minority stakes in manufacturing joint ventures in China that sell more cars every year than General Motors sells in America of the move to jointly advance technology.
General Motors Vice President Steven Gersky told the newspaper this is not a political decision today.
No, no, no, no.
This is a business decision.
Meanwhile, as has been forecast many times by the National Legal Policy Center's Mark Modica, General Motors is unloading a number of the worthless volts on General Electric for use in China.
General Electric is buying a bunch of volts to ramp up sales figures because nobody else wants them.
General Electric is going to buy a bunch of Chevy vaults and use them in China.
This was announced last Thursday.
Brief timeout, we'll get to your phone calls when we come back.
To show you, uh, ladies and gentlemen, how Elizabeth Warren and her rant has uh to use a popular phrase going viral, and how the left is really excited picked it up, but audio sound by number 10, E.J. Dion Jr. was on Jansing and Company this morning on uh MSNBC.
She said to him, What does the president need to do to get the jobs bill passed?
Uh, Chris, you and I have never met, and we never will.
Let me help you out.
The president does not ever intend for this bill to be passed.
This bill will probably never even see a vote.
This is not a jobs bill, it's a tax increase bill, and the president wrote it specifically so that it would not pass.
He does he knows that the Republican Congress is going to pass this thing.
It's not a jobs bill, it's a tax increase.
They're not going to pass it.
That's exactly what he wants.
He's trying to set them up as a do-nothing Congress.
These mean Republicans who don't care about people, who don't want the people to have jobs.
Poor old Obama cares about people.
He's done everything.
He's worked harder than he's ever worked.
He's got a jobs bill.
He wants people back to work in a Republican.
Yeah, but Republicans aren't even going to vote on it.
Republicans don't want people to go.
That's what he wants you to end up saying, Chris.
In about six months.
You probably already have the script.
You people at MSNEC probably already have the script from the White House.
And last year, when Obama was heavily pushing the jobs bill, Republicans wouldn't even give it a vote because the Republicans aren't interested in people working.
That's what Obama wants you to say.
So you go get E.J. Dion June, hey E.J., what's the president got to do to get the thing passed?
There's a video from Elizabeth Warren running for the Senate, Massachusetts, where she says, look, we're not raising tax on the rich as part of class warfare.
There's no such thing as a self-made person.
You and I didn't pick who our parents are.
We didn't pick the country we were born in.
There are smart people born in Mali or Vietnam or Burma who might do great things, but they didn't have the opportunities that were given to them in the United States.
Right.
So what then do we do?
We punish the United States.
That's the liberal mind.
Yeah.
Vietnam, Burma, there's greatness over there.
E.J. Dion Jr. knows it.
But because they weren't born here, they face a life of getting the shaft.
And to make this fair, make this fair, And to make this right, the United States and its people must suffer.
Because we didn't choose where we were born.
And we didn't choose our parents.
And there's no such thing as a self-made person.
And we have an unfair share of greatness in this country.
And we have an unfair share of wealth, and we have an unfair share of luck.
And these poor slugs from Maui and well, not Maui, but he said Burma and Vietnam.
Why SOL?
They don't have a chance because we have sucked all the luck up and all the wealth up and all the oper.
And we're not sharing it with anybody.
In these perverted worldviews, this is how the libs think.
EJ, what have you done to pay forward for all of your blessings?
What are you paid forward?
So how what are you doing, EJ, to get rid of your guilt over this unfairness?
And over this inequity.
This is the source of a lot of guilt, by the way, felt on the left.
So, no such thing as self-made person.
Born in Bali, you are screwed.
And not because you're born in Bali, you're screwed because there is an America, and you weren't born there.
And so the fix is for America.
Cut itself down to size.
That's Obama.
That's what these people think.
Yesterday, go back to Silicon Valley, Obama, Town Hall.
Another audience member.
I have a 22 year very successful career in information technology management, but I find myself displaced.
And not only that, I look at the statistics for unemployment.
16.7% for African Americans.
And my question would be, and not just for the African Americans, but also for other groups that are also suffering.
What would be your statement of encouragement for those who are looking for work today, Mr. President?
The encouraging thing for you is that when the economy gets back on track in the ways that it should, you are going to be prepared to be successful.
The challenge is making sure that you hang in between now and then.
That's why things like unemployment insurance, for example, are important.
Part of our jobs act is to maintain unemployment insurance.
So here's this guy, unemployed, basically wants some inspiration.
He's got a chance to talk to the big cheese.
To the head honcho, the grand poo, the one, the Messiah.
Wants some encouragement, Rachel, wants some inspiration, wants some motivation.
What do I do, sir?
I want to work.
I really want to work.
How can you encourage me?
And what does Obama say?
Collect unemployment.
That's what our plan is.
You sit out there, you get yourself ready for when there are jobs.
The guy's probably thinking, when's that gonna be?
I'll answer that.
When we get rid of Obama.
When there is a Republican in the White House is when we're gonna start creating jobs again, folks.
That's when the economy's gonna be turned loose.
That's when the shackles are gonna be removed, when there is a conservative in the White House.
Until then, hope and pray for an extension of unemployment benefits.
That's the answer you get from the one, from the Messiah, from the head honcho, the big cheese, the grand poo.
Hang in, and we'll give you unemployment.
It's a big part of our jobs act.
Right in there, see, right in there.
Part of our jobs act is to maintain unemployment insurance.
That's what we're gonna do for you, you schlub.
Something I find a little interesting, uh, folks, the regime has chosen not to ask the full 11th Circuit Court of Appeals to rehear a case they lost involving health care, the mandate.
They could have asked for an in banc hearing, the whole panel of judges.
We'll just take it straight to the Supremes.
Which they're trying to create the impression that they are very confident.
Supreme's gonna rule in their favor on health care.
That's coming up.
