You just read the story on the Snerdley just read the story on our August ratings that we've posted at rushlimbaugh.com.
Brian Maloney at the Radio Equalizer put it out.
And, of course, it's something else.
Not even the radio trade people talk about it, much less the state-controlled media.
But it's there if you want to take a gander at it.
Great to have you back.
Rush Limbaugh, the fastest three hours in media and the fastest week.
And it's already Wednesday, right?
And we know it's Wednesday because the national hemorrhoid, Jimmy Carter, has emerged from the orifice where he normally hides.
And the nation is itching like crazy looking for a giant tube of Preparation H to deal with this.
In the meantime, we move on.
Telephone number 800-282-2882.
If you want to be on the program email address, lrushbo at EIBnet.com.
A story out of Wichita, a little lighthearted thing here.
Well, how lighthearted it is.
A man and woman decided to give the phrase dumpster diving a new twist over the weekend, crawling inside one in Wichita so they could be alone.
While they were engaged in what Wichita police described as an intimate moment, for those of you in Rio Linda, they were banging in there.
They were robbed by a guy armed with a pocket knife.
This all unfolded shortly after 6 p.m. Saturday in the 700 block of North Waco.
If you live in Wichita, you want to drive by and see where this happened.
It's a 700 block of North Waco.
Just find the dumpster there.
When the man and woman, both 44, crawled into the dumpster for privacy.
How destitute?
You know who these people probably are?
You know, folks, there were a lot of people on the day of Obama's immaculation who were really filled with optimism.
I mean, they really thought a new day was coming.
I'm being dead serious here now.
They did.
They thought this is, sea levels are going to plummet.
We're going to save the planet from global warming.
We're going to have all this new stuff.
No more arguing and bickering.
No more red state, blue state, post-racial, post-partisan.
I guarantee you, those people, and I'm not talking about the cult of personality people.
I'm talking about genuine people who really, despite being told that they were being fooled, they bought it.
Imagine how those people have to feel today.
This guy, this president, in six months has divided this country more than the Democrats took eight years to do while George Bush was in the Oval Orifice.
Now, imagine, I suspect these two people that dove into the dumpster to have an intimate moment are two people who thought utopia had occurred with the election of Obama, and now they're out of work.
They've probably been foreclosed on.
They don't have a bed.
And a dumpster for sex looks like a step up to them.
I think it's your average typical Obama voter now, destitute, disoriented, sad, totally discombobulated, can't figure it all out.
And so privacy hit the dumpster in the 700 block of North Waco in Wichita.
So shortly after the 44-year-old couple dove into the dumpster for privacy, a 59-year-old man and his 64-year-old companion interrupted them inside the dumpster.
This means, folks, that four people purposely dove into a dumpster.
It probably means that the 59-year-old guy and his 64-year-old companion, and we do not know what sex the 64-year-old companion was, had to probably witness the two 44-year-olds go in there and figure, wow.
Now, if you wanted to rob somebody, if you're down on your luck and you got no money and you wanted to rob somebody, do you think you'd make a big haul by holding up somebody in a dumpster?
What's the thinking here?
That's how disoriented rational people in this country have become because of this president and now the national hemorrhoid Jimmy Carter popping out of the orifice.
With the older man encouraging the 64-year-old guy, oh, it's a guy.
Okay, the companion was a guy.
With the 64-year-old companion encouraging him, the 59-year-old man pulled out a pocket knife and took shoes, jewelry, and the 44-year-old man's wallet.
Police were notified.
Officers found the two suspects a short time later.
The stolen property was recovered.
Now, I got to think the only thing worse than having sex in a dumpster is getting robbed in one while you're having sex.
Talk about coitus interruptus.
I know it's coitus, but I'm just trying to keep the kids in a pommy-mommy with you.
Both of these at the same time, and this 44-year-old couple robbed by a couple of seasoned citizens to boot.
Now, most dumpsters that I've seen, they're hidden a side door.
There's not a front door.
You got to vault yourself into there.
You got to climb up there.
This whole thing is bizarre.
But this, ladies and gentlemen, this is Obama's America.
Where people out of work with no hope and no change, certainly, are now dumpster diving for sex, in addition to food, and others dive in after them to rob them.
I've never heard of this.
This is a dumbest pair of crooks.
Yes, it all ended.
A tragic moment, I guess it all ended well.
How can anybody look back on this and say, oh man, what a day.
I dove into the dumpster for sex.
I got robbed by a couple seasoned citizen gummers and I got my stuff back.
I guess it could have been worse.
It could have been worse.
The guy could have used his knife.
They could have not gotten the stuff back.
But how much stuff?
I mean, how much stuff do you take with you in a dumpster?
Obama's America.
America's chickens have come home to roost.
Where have we heard that before?
America's chickens have come home to roost.
And to continue, the theater of the absurd.
ABC News has apologized to the White House and Obama and to CNBC over the off-the-record tweets of the nightline host Terry Moran.
We have the soundbite.
Where the hell is it?
Here it is.
Grab number seven.
They might apologize for it, but it's out there.
It's in the public domain now.
NBC tried, CNBC tried to suppress the audio of the off, the so-called off-record interview between John Harwood and President Obama.
Harwood asked him, were your girls as hacked off as mine were that Kanye gave Taylor Swift a Joe Wilson treatment?
That was the question.
And you'll hear Gibbs on this soundbite, too.
I thought that was really inappropriate.
You know, it's like she's getting an award.
What are you butting in her?
I hear you.
I agree with you.
So, does that count as the first question?
The young lady seems like a perfectly nice person.
She's getting her award.
What's he doing up there?
He's a jackass.
Okay, so that's Obama calling Kanye West a jackass.
Obviously, a racist comment, Kanye West being black.
And Terry Moran put this out, tweeted it, and all hell broke loose because this was supposedly off the record.
You heard Gibson.
Is that the first question?
So now, NBC tries to suppress the audio, but ABC has apologized to the White House.
It's clear to me that ABC is racist for even, and Terry Moran, obviously racist, for daring to tweet about this in the first place.
And Obama called Kanye West a jackass.
Here, play it again, Sam.
I want you to hear the president of the United States as he really is when he thinks the microphones are off.
I thought that was really inappropriate.
You know, it's like she's getting an award.
What are you butting in?
I hear you.
I agree with you.
Joe, does that count as the first question?
The young lady seems like a perfectly nice person.
She's getting her award.
What's he doing up there?
He's a jackass.
Jackass.
He's a jackass.
Mike, roll that off.
We're never going to let go of this.
You know, give me a soundbite from Jimmy Carter.
I'm going to put Obama is a jackass.
Do we have a Carter soundbite here?
Let me check.
We do.
We do.
All right, Terry, let's take a break.
During the break, roll off.
He's a jackass.
And we'll come back with our Jimmy Carter soundbites, and we'll have Obama pass judgment on what the national hemorrhoids said.
Yes, I'm going to get the Baucus and his stupid health care bill.
It doesn't have a prayer, folks.
Jay Rockefeller says he's not going to vote for it because it taxes the middle class.
Max Baucus, if they're announcing his stupid health bill right now, it doesn't have a public option.
But folks, anything they do is a public option.
The whole damn thing is a public option.
His bill mandates everybody have health insurance.
And it's going to cost people between $8,000 and $13,000 a year to have it.
And they get fined by the IRS if they don't.
I'm going to get the phone calls quickly here, but first, I have a question about Jimmy Carter.
Seriously now.
I mean, you remember the election in 1980?
An overwhelming, overwhelming portion of the country did not think Jimmy Carter was qualified to lead this country either.
Were they racists?
I mean, Jimmy Carter is a white guy.
I mean, I disagree with Carter for the same reasons I disagree with Obama, but somehow when I disagree with Carter, I'm not a racist.
When I disagree with Obama, I am, they say.
Here is the national hemorrhoid.
This is last night on NBC's nightly news: Jimmy Carter.
I think an overwhelming portion of the intensely demonstrated animosity toward President Barack Obama is based on the fact that he is a black man.
I live in the South, and I've seen the South come a long way, and I've seen the rest of the country that shared the South's attitude toward minority groups at that time, particularly African Americans.
That racism inclination still exists.
And I think it's bubbled up to the surface because of a belief among many white people, not just in the South, but around the country, that African Americans are not qualified to lead this great country.
It's an abominable circumstance and grieves me and concerns me very deeply.
You know, if I were President Obama, I'd shut this guy up.
This is, you know, I know what Obama's trying to do.
He's trying to distract here from 10% unemployment, unacceptably high unemployment for years, they say.
He's trying to distract from a $12 trillion debt ceiling, trillions of dollars of debt for years to come.
Not to mention nationalizing two car companies, giving $8 billion of taxpayer stimulus money to Acorn, lying to a joint session of Congress, and an attempt to jam socialized medicine through Congress before anybody read the bill.
He's trying to distract from all of that so the race card cures all, in his view.
Even he probably is so distorted about this, he thinks it's helpful that the national hemorrhoid pops up on NBC Nightly News last night that uttered that utterly inane statement that he gave.
Now, the Tea Party crowd, they've been accused of racism from day one.
The race card's been played against the president's critics from day one.
It has been a deliberate attempt to minimize the legitimate horror of Americans who understand Obama's war on prosperity, who understand Obama's generational theft, who understand the insidious nature of high taxes and inflation on those with fixed incomes, and who've known for years about Acorn.
This is the president who has an attorney general who said, we're a nation of cowards on race discussions.
He's the guy that went on to call a white cop stupid in the Skip Gates incident.
Was Obama behaving like a racist when he accused the white cop of racial profiling without knowing the facts?
Was he?
All right, to the phones.
People have patiently waited.
I always appreciate that.
This is Kelly in Fairfax, Virginia.
Great to have you on the EIB network.
Hello.
Hi, Russ.
Thank you for taking my call.
Yes, ma'am.
I wanted to take a stab at answering that question about whether we can have a black president.
And I think that the answer is yes if they're conservative, because conservatives don't traffic in the politics of race.
So you wouldn't see this happening if Condoleezza Rice, for example, were president.
You wouldn't, and coming under liberal criticism, you would not see George W. Bush or George H.W. Bush going on TV and saying, oh, this is about race.
Well, okay.
Good point.
However, if we had a conservative, you're talking about a black conservative African-American president?
Yes.
Well, I think you'd see a lot more consistent from the left.
Well, wait a minute.
Any such candidate who might emerge will be destroyed by the drive-by media in the campaign process.
Well, because that's the double standard of the left.
If it's a conservative like Michael Steele, he gets Oreos thrown at them.
But if it's a liberal, then they circle the wagons and say it's about race.
They have it both ways.
Right.
Well, the point of all this is that the racism in this country exists primarily on the left.
Exactly.
Victimization of people, grouping people, condescension toward average Americans exists primarily on the left.
They're projecting.
You know, this is a great illustration of projection.
They're accusing us of behaving exactly as they do.
They are accusing us of thinking exactly as they think.
Well, if I may, Rush, look at the way, you know, Barbara Boxer, I think, got caught twice doing this.
She spoke to the, was it the head of the Chamber of Commerce and brought in a study from the NAACP that wasn't relevant to it.
And then I remember her talking to Condoleezza Rice and being very condescending to her to the point that Rice actually said, I think you're impugning my integrity.
And she, I think, said that she couldn't understand the deaths of soldiers because she was a single childless woman.
Right.
I mean, that's.
Not to mention the Aunt Jemima cartoon panels that the left's editorial cartoonists said.
They were brutal.
They're brutal when it's on the other side.
I know.
Totally brutal.
It's what we're up against.
And when they're losing, and when they're losing control, is when they get even more brutal.
And that's what all this means.
You've got to hear this soundbite.
Number 23, Mike.
I just had it delivered just now on MSNBC, Angry Mitchell, NBC News, Washington.
She has the banking queen on.
Barney Frank, she says, Mitch McConnell is saying it's a partisan bill that'll cut Medicare by half a trillion dollars.
We know there's no public option per se.
I don't accept Senator McConnell's characterization.
I think what you're seeing is the one mistake President Obama made, I think, was to think that with the extreme conservative takeover of the Republican Party, with the very vehement influence that he was going to get by buttons, Max Barkus tried as hard as it was humanly possible to do to pick up a Republican.
I think there are Republicans in the Senate who would like to have been with him, but they face such opposition from within their own party that they're not there.
So here we have Barney Frank saying Obama's big mistake was trying to work with Republicans.
He hadn't met with Republicans since April, John Boehner says.
Obama's big mistake has been working with Democrats.
Here's Rick in Malibu.
Great to have you on the program, sir.
You're on the EIB network.
Hi.
Hey, hi, Rush.
Thanks for taking my call.
Yes, sir.
Dittos from the far left coast.
Yes, sir.
I was listening to your comments about the limitation of speech that House members can make on the floor of the Kremlin.
Do those rules apply to the president as well?
No.
Well, I say that instinctively.
I don't know what the rules of decorum are for what the president can and can't say.
I think that this is the point.
With Obama, even if there were rules, there wouldn't be any rules.
He's not going to be held to account for anything.
So he could come up and say, look at he.
He repeatedly lied.
He demeaned that chamber.
He insulted the integrity of everybody in there.
He repeatedly lied through his teeth about his health care plan all during that speech.
Exactly.
So if the rules apply to the members, I don't know.
Does it not?
I mean, do they specifically exempt him from those rules?
The way you sum up the rules, the Democrats who read the Louise Slaughter, by the way, oh, by the way, you know what the story out of Wichita, the guy who wrote the story's last name is Stan Finger.
The dumpster story, Stanfinger is the guy who wrote it.
What the House of Representatives did was basically ban accurate free speech.
That clears the dexter Obama to show up anytime he wants.
And we're back.
Rush Limbaugh, as always, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have.
Back to your phone calls in mere moments.
But first, President Obama in the recording studio, ladies and gentlemen, to honor and commemorate the Max Baucus Senate version of health care reform.
Interesting story here in the Los Angeles Times.
Obama takes heat from other side of immigrant health care debate.
He suggests that those here illegally be kept from taking part in an insurance exchange set up by the government.
Some of the left say that's bad policy that panders to the likes of Joe Wilson.
Well, what this also does is illustrate that Wilson was right.
Obama says illegals, you don't get any health care in our country.
White House has blinked and moves on immigration policy and health care reform, and the illegal lobby is mad about it.
You believe the illegal immigrants have a lobby.
They do.
Luis Gutierrez, Democrat, Illinois, early Obama ally, said Tuesday, members of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus were reevaluating their support for the healthcare overhaul now that Obama's declined coverage for illegals.
Joe Wilson's outburst, Gutierrez said, was set in a mean, ugly way.
And what the president did was create an even meaner, uglier public policy to accompany it.
Well, you strip it all away.
Joe Wilson was dead on right.
Some the congressional Hispanic caucus felt pressured to vote against health care legislation.
Some said they intended to organize activists in the coming days to push the White House and Democrat leaders to make the bill more favorable to illegal immigrants.
Shazam!
Shazam folk.
Joe Wilson was dead on right.
We knew it from day one.
And now this is the test.
Remember, I said we knew that illegals were covered.
And when Obama said they're not covered, the illegal lobby didn't protest.
They didn't get mad.
When Obama said, no, taxpayer money had to be used fund abortion.
And the feminazis didn't rise up in anger.
There were no march.
So we knew that they knew he didn't mean it.
Now the Congressional Hispanic Caucus.
I wonder, is there a congressional white caucus?
There better not be, as right.
The congressional Hispanic caucus is now just livid.
I'm sure La Raza is livid as well.
And try this.
This is from the New York Times.
Wages grow for those with jobs, new figures show.
Last winter, stories of companies cutting their workers' pay were everywhere.
FedEx, General Motors, a dealership near Philadelphia agreed to work one week for minimum wage.
But it hasn't gotten as bad as people thought.
Wage growth has picked up in the last several months, according to two different government surveys.
You don't hear or read nearly as many stories about pay cuts these days.
And even though unemployment's reached its highest level in 26 years, it's an incidental fact.
Most workers have received a raise of unemployment.
Can you imagine if there were a Republican president who was the steward of nearly 10% unemployment and had his administration put out a story, hey, y'all know it's bad out there, but the people who are working are getting raises.
Do you think the New York Times would dutifully report that as a wonderful thing, a great aspect of our national recovery?
And here's another good, listen to this.
Yet there is a flip side to the lack of churn.
Instead of doing lots of firing and some hiring, many companies have done only some firing and virtually no hiring.
And that isn't all bad.
I read that to you again.
This is David Leonhart writing in the New York Times.
Instead of doing lots of firing and some hiring, many companies have done only some firing and virtually no hiring.
And that isn't all bad.
Not hiring people is that's a good thing, too.
Can you imagine that being said?
If there were a Republican president, You know, the New York Times readers have to be among the biggest dunces in this country.
People that read that paper and read nothing else have to be among the biggest clutch dunces, the most biggest ignoremuses running around this country.
All right, AJ in Houston.
AJ, thanks for waiting.
You're next on the EIB network.
Hello.
Big time, Rush.
Man, I'm glad to talk to you, baby.
I haven't talked to you since January when we were trying to warn the people about Obama.
And I'm so appalled because at my age, race relations was beautiful as we got everything back to the going in America.
And this president and his cronies that's around him has set us back 50 years.
I'm going to say 50 because of the fact that this man has undermined what black people are trying to do.
Of course, you know, there's a such, such a AJ, how has President Obama set back race relations 50 years?
I want to hear your theory on this.
Because, Rush, as a black man, I was, I didn't vote for him, but I am proud to see that black folk finally got up there to the White House.
But, Rush, when you get there, do something with it.
Don't just stand around and laugh and joke and lonely law.
Get something done, man.
Hey, bring these neighbors together.
AJ, he's doing, he's destroying the private sector.
He's doing quite a bit out there, my man.
He's just not standing around Joe Cool smoking a cigarette and having a cocktail.
He's doing the opposite of what I would love to see.
Don't he know if he did that and made the world better, get jobs, and I say that again: jobs for the so-called.
No, no, no, AJ, you missed the last story.
It's good that people aren't hiring.
I have it here.
The New York Times.
I know.
I know.
And I love your sarcasm.
But, Rush, I am literally of what this man is doing to our economy.
He's taking America down.
It's just treason of what?
Him and these media people are doing to America.
I'm just a common everyday person, and I know it don't take just what he's doing to run this country.
I can do better than that.
He came in on Bush's $1 trillion.
Why don't you dog going give a tax cut to the big man?
I don't care about Fannie May and Freddie Mac.
Neil, you mess with the big man, they're going to move their businesses.
When you ever see a pole man giving anybody a job, Rush, never.
So, why are you messing with the big man?
Come down, give the big man, middleman, little man a tax cut.
We'd have been out of that bill with Bush left us, and it was a good trillion because Pelosi was with Bush two years and never signed nothing.
And now they want to act like they signing everything.
You know what?
And Bush made me mad because he didn't get Pelosi for that.
And he didn't get the media.
And the media just treason what they're doing to this country.
ABC, CS, CBS, NBC, all them.
Why are they on the air?
They ain't doing us no service.
They're doing this country a disservice right now.
Fox News is the only one giving you both sides of the story.
What is wrong with these people in America?
And black folks, you'd have lost your mind.
Wake up and smell what this man is giving you.
It's not what it seems, people.
If you don't wake up and go to work every morning, you ain't going to get nothing.
Don't stand around with your hand out wanting somebody to give you something.
Get these kids in school, get their pants off their butts, teach them something.
If you don't like what the school is doing, go somewhere else.
But, Rush, this man can get on the air right now and tell everybody.
And Carter, he needs to go somewhere and sit down because he just started this junk all over the world.
He can't sit down.
He's a hemorrhoid.
Well, Rush, he's hurting the black folks with this racial game.
I'm so sorry.
The good black folks that work every day and do things to make their kids be prosperous.
My kids, my kid in college, he coming out.
What the heck are he going to come out to?
And then if I was a white man, if I see a black man come in my office, I wouldn't touch him because of the fact I don't know what his ideology is with this, what these rhetoric, what these people are doing right now.
And that's just a bad thing to say because I don't know what he's going to do.
Rush, this man is killing the black folk, man.
We had it going on.
We had it going on.
And now I don't know what to say.
Black folks running around here think they stuff don't think of Obama in office.
Rush, I'm so sick of it.
Black folk, wake up.
The smart ones, wake up.
Go follow this man off the cliff.
That is AJ in Houston who not a jackass.
Let's go back to the grooveyard of forgotten favorites, our audio soundbite archives, August 25th, 2008.
PBS special coverage of a Democrat National Convention, the guest, the National Hemorrhoid, Jimmy Carter.
Jim Lara of the news hour with Jim Lara then says to the National Hemorrhoid, and do you think that if it happens that he is elected or even just being nominated will send positive ripple effects throughout the country on the race issue?
It already has sent a wave of approbation and admiration in many countries around the world, just knowing that this black boy who grew up with just a loving mother and grandparents, and that was about all he had to start with, has now had a chance to become the nominee of the Democratic Party for president.
So they're Jimmy Carter back August of 2008.
This black boy.
Oh yeah.
Oh yeah.
Positive ripple effects already started around the world, all over the country.
Oh yeah, just the election and nomination of a black boy with just a loving mother and grandparents.
That was about all he had to start with.
A national hemorrhoid speaking on PBS in August of 2008.
Well, look here.
Look, we got, this ought to be at least fairness and balance to AJ in Houston.
Here is Lorraine X from San Diego.
Lorraine X, welcome back to the EIB Network.
Well, thank you, Rush.
It's been a while.
You know, Rush, you conservative Republicans have spent months calling President Obama a Marxist, a socialist, a Nazi.
Suff tyranny.
Hold on.
And for months now.
Wait, wait, just a second now, Lorraine X. Marxist, socialist, fascist, yes.
Never call him a Nazi.
That's what his people are calling us.
Oh, okay.
Okay.
Well, and what you've done for months now, you've played the race card calling President Obama a racist.
Remember all the discussion over Glenn Deck, who, by the way, is an actual racist, calling for President Barack Obama a racist.
So, Rush, you tell me, who introduced racism into this thing first if it wasn't conservatives?
Who?
Wait, wait.
Lorraine X. I'm trying to remember.
I'm trying to remember that.
He calls him a racist.
Lorraine, will you just chill?
Okay, I was trying to think.
I know Glenn said he didn't like black people or doesn't like white people.
I don't remember if I've called him a racist.
I know I've said that he's got a racist chip on his shoulder.
I think he's an angry guy.
I think the Constitution ticks him off.
You're introducing race into this thing.
He's introduced to some kind of race.
The bottom line here is Lorraine X.
It's the truth.
The things that we're saying here are the truth.
This man and his agents are out there distorting the mindset and the opinion of decent Americans.
And they've been doing, this is how this man is running against the American people.
Okay, you're saying that it's the truth that he's a racist.
Now, are you telling me that it is not the truth what Jimmy Carter said?
Tell me what was a lie about what Jimmy Carter said about racism in this country.
What's a lie?
Very simple.
You know, did you hear A.J. from Houston?
I heard that step and section by the way.
A.J. from Houston is somebody you need to listen to because race relations have been set back 50 years because of what this president is allowing to happen in his name.
With Jimmy Carter, the national hemorrhoid, getting out there and entering this fray, the opposition to Obama is not based on race, Lorraine.
He didn't say all of Razor.
No, it is not.
Let me tell you something.
I think Jimmy Carter is just as bad and just as incompetent as Obama is.
Does it make me a racist?
How can it be that I am racist when I say it about Obama, but not racist when I say it about Carter?
The disagreement that people have with Barack Obama is substantive, Lorraine.
It is based on real things that he is doing and destroying in the private sector.
It says race has nothing to do with this.
People love their country.
I predicted all of this.
I predicted everything that's happening.
I said it's going to get to the point because people call me and said, rush, rush, rush.
Don't you think electing a black president will finally end racism?
We get over the hump there.
I said, no, no, no, no.
You don't understand the race business.
It's going to get worse.
The race hustlers, the race industry is going to grow.
Any criticism of Obama will eventually be said to be racist.
It's happening right before our very eyes.
It's not a racist country, Lorraine.
It's not.
1864.
It's not 1964.
It's time you woke up.
We'll be back.
Stay with us.
Quick question here, folks.
Is money racist, too?
Well, we're not allowed to say the president's incompetent, but I mean, look, the money they budgeted for three months for cash for clunkers ran out in four days.
I mean, does that mean U.S. currency is racist, you know, trying to undermine Obama's plan?
Our currency has dead white guys on it.
I'm just trying, maybe I should ask the national hemorrhoid.
He seems to have all the answers here on.
Was I racist when I went after Hillary's health care?
No, no, no.
I was sexist when I went after Hillary's health care.
Export Selection
