Time Text
Welcome to today's edition of the Rush 24-7 podcast.
The views expressed by the host on this program now documented to be almost always right 99% of the time.
I am your host, America's real anchor man, America's truth detector, the doctor of democracy, the man who wants each and every one of you to succeed, the man President Obama has told you not to listen to Rush Limbaugh here at the Excellence in Broadcasting Network, the fastest three hours in media, our telephone number if you want to be on the program, 800 28288 to the email address L Rushbo at EIBNet.com.
I'm sitting here, I'm thinking about these people at AIG who received bonuses, who are now the subject.
They are the focus of debate going on now in the House of Representatives over whether to tax their bonuses 90%.
The Obama administration insisted that these bonuses be paid in the stimulus bill.
But I'm wondering how many of the people who received these bonuses voted for Obama.
I wonder how many of them vote for Democrats.
I wonder how many of them give money to Democrats.
Remember now, it's not just their taxes.
Andrew Cuomo, the Attorney General of New York, and Barney Frank, the banking queen, are all focused.
They're both focused on making sure these people's names are released to the public and how much they earn and how much their bonuses were.
And they don't like this invasion of privacy.
How many of them voted for Obama?
How many of them voted for Democrats?
How many of them gave m?
You have to figure that a decent percentage of them did.
It's the Northeast, it's New York.
And it's a myth that Wall Street is a conservative bastion, ladies and gentlemen.
Very, very interesting.
By the way, here's we have the Nancy Pelosi sound button.
Now this happened on uh Saturday in San Francisco.
We did our morning update today on this.
We didn't play the audio because it's really, really hard to understand, but I want to play it for you anyway, because here's Pelosi talking about illegal immigrants and the effort to uh police them being un-American, and I believe that Obama telling the town hall meeting yesterday that uh uh we've got to move fast on immigration reform and get these illegals into unions.
I think this is coordinated.
I think it is choreographed.
This is a mostly Hispanic gathering, St. Anthony's Church, San Francisco on Saturday.
Here's Nancy Pelosi.
We are sad people.
You're here on a Saturday night to take responsibility for our country's teaching.
Who in our country would not change a policy of king or in the middle of the night and away from your man?
It must be stopped.
What value system is that?
I think it's on a man.
I think it's unhappy.
Were you able to understand that?
You were able to understand you.
I was a little hard to hear because there's uh uh a lot of reverb and echo there, but let me let me repeat for you what Pelosi said.
Uh mostly Hispanic gathering, you're very special people.
You're here on a Saturday night to take responsibility for our country's future.
They're the backbone of America, in other words, the backbone of America.
Illegal immigrants.
That makes you very, very patriotic.
Nancy Pelosi said.
Who in our country would not want to change a policy of kicking indoors in the middle of the night and sending a parent away from their families?
It must be stopped.
What value system is that?
I think it is un-American.
I think it is un-American.
Yay.
So what are we left with?
We are left with a supposed fact.
And the fact is that ICE agents are storming the homes of illegals and taking their kids away from them as a regular standard practice.
And that this is un-American.
Enforcing American law is un-American.
I don't believe that ICE agents, as a matter of course, are storming the homes of illegals.
I don't think we know where they are for Christ.
And taking kids away from their families.
What kind of value system is it in which aborting babies is somehow wonderfully American?
That's part of Nancy Pelosi's value system.
What's worse?
A borting babies or knocking down doors and taking babies away from families.
What's worse?
Neither are attractive, are they?
But what's worse?
So here you have Pelosi making a speech Saturday night to a largely Hispanic audience in San Francisco, and then Obama's teleprompter yesterday tells him to get rejuvenated on illegal immigration and amnesty and making sure these illegals come out of the shadows.
Because being in the shadows is depressing American salaries and wages, and we need to get these people into unions.
Choreographed and purposeful.
I want to play the audio sound bites, actually, of uh Obama and Mike Sheshewski.
This is Wednesday on ESPN, senior college basketball writer Andy Katz interviewing Obama for the NC2A basketball tournament picks, a portion of the interview.
I've got to pick Duke.
The whole way or just right here?
No, no, not the whole way.
Come on.
Let's go down to the lower part of the South.
Here's what I like about Carolina.
Experience and balance.
Now, for uh the Tar Heels that are watching, I picked you all last year.
You let me down.
This year, don't embarrass me in front of the nation.
All right.
I'm counting on you.
Now I have to make an observation here before any other observations.
The teleprompter was not there.
A teleprompter was not there, and yet I notice that there were no pauses and no stutters, no uh.
When talking about something as meaningless in the big scheme as the NC2A brackets, it's wham bam, thank you, ma'am.
It's get in, get it, and get out with uh none of that.
And a teleprompter had to be peeved because a teleprompter was not necessary.
Obama might have been peeved at the teleprompter and didn't use teleprompter on purpose because the teleprompter got back at him by making him thank himself when the Irish prime minister was there at the White House on Shamrock night for a party.
Now, aside from all of that, he says the tar heels are watching.
I picked you all last year, you let me down.
The Tar Heels let him down.
How would you feel to be the coach of the Tar Heels?
What do you mean don't let you down?
You think we're playing this game for you?
You think we're in this tournament to win for you?
We're trying to win for us, of course, and our boosters and donors, but we're trying to win for us.
Don't let you down.
This did not sit well with Coach K, the coach at Duke, Mike Cheshevsky, a press conference.
He said this about Obama's remarks again, which did not come from a teleprompter.
Somebody said that you know we're not in Obama uh President Obama's final four, you know.
And as much as I respect what he's doing, really, you know, the economy is something that he should focus on, you know, probably more than the brackets.
And uh, so why would I care about that?
All right, then this is Coach K. Coach K is revered.
Coach K is loved and adored in uh parts of North Carolina and around the country, and he just takes it to Obama here.
What are you doing, buddy?
You got an economy to fix out there, an economy by the way that you're breaking.
You got an economy to fix out there, and you're worried about the brackets and you're not even picking my team.
I think you've got something more important to do out there.
By the way, for those of you at AIG, those of you who are now facing a 90% tax rate on your bonuses, which the Obama administration insisted be in the stimulus bill.
Those of you at AIG who are facing a 90% tax rate on your bonuses and your names and salaries being made public.
I really hope you all voted for Democrats.
I hope you all voted for Obama.
And I hope you've now learned the Democrat private policy.
Privacy policy.
Let me explain it to you very briefly before we go to our own obscene profit timeout here.
We cannot invade the privacy of non-citizen terrorists who are calling from overseas, plotting terror attacks in this country.
We cannot invade their privacy.
In fact, we may conduct hearings, war crimes trial hearings on the Bush administration for that very act violation of privacy rights of terrorists overseas.
But we can invade the privacy of legal citizens who receive bonuses that were authorized and contractually obligated by the Obama administration, the very administration that insisted you get the bonuses can now go pfft on your privacy.
Here's the Democrat immigration policy.
It's unamerican for federal agents to enforce our laws.
It is patriotic to come here and stay illegally.
And we want you illegals to join labor unions.
That's patriotism.
You are the backbone of America.
Here is the Democrat mortgage policy.
If you fail to pay your mortgage, well, we're going to get you a mortgage you have no business getting.
We're going to get you a loan that you can't pay back, that we know that you can't pay back.
And then when you fail to pay it back, we're going to force those who pay their mortgages on time to pay your mortgage too.
A very quick lesson here on Democrat privacy policy, immigration policy, and mortgage policy.
A brief timeout, El Rush will back after this.
You know, as long as we're outing people, which is what this is, we're outing people.
Hear it here.
Look at it's in the uh it's in the New York Times today.
Cuomo wins ruling to name Merrill bonus recipients.
Anyone who received a bonus in the top echelon is concerned, wouldn't you be, said Gene Branthover, the head of financial services at Boydon Global Executive Search?
This is a witch hunt.
Andrew Cuomo starting to unearth some of the most closely guarded secrets on Wall Street, the identities of Merrill Lynch employees who collected large bonuses, even as the brokerage firm lost billions, searching now for the AIG names as well.
Some of these people are being said, my gosh, it's a crime to make money.
Yes, welcome to the real world.
All of you people on Wall Street who voted for Obama and who give money to the Democrats, you're damn right.
It's a crime to earn money, and they're going to exploit this as much as they can to get as many people hating and despising you and your business so that they turn to government.
So as long as we're outing people, ladies and gentlemen, can we have a list?
I'd like to officially ask this.
I may have a statute of limitations problem on this, but I would like to have a list of all the people who were known to use Barney Frank's townhouse to meet male prostitutes in the 1970s, remember?
Remember, he uh had a boyfriend back then named Stephen Goldby.
It might have been the 80s.
And Goby was using downstairs at Barney's townhouse to run a prostitution ring.
Gobe has called this program before to discuss this.
And uh Barney was getting Goby's parking tickets fixed for parking in front of Barney's townhouse.
I'd like a list of the names of the people who were known to use Frank's townhouse to meet prostitutes.
I seem to recall you had a little problem with that.
Can we uh can we have all of the names of all of the people who were involved in securing a sweetheart mortgage for Chris Dodd.
We'd like to know who all of these people are.
Can we have a list of the names of all the people who were involved in Harry Reed's multiple sleazy land deals in California and Las Vegas?
And can we have the names of all the people who are currently covering up Charles Wrangles sleazy tax evasions?
Speaking of old Chuck.
Two days ago, Chuck Wrangle said, I don't like this business of using the tax code to target people, individuals.
I don't like it.
Yes, not a political weapon.
The next day, I don't like it being used as a political weapon.
The next day, yesterday, Chuck totally signed on to the tax code being used as a political weapon.
Now, how does that happen?
Very easily.
He gets called into Pelosi's office.
She says two things.
Hey, Chuck.
Do you like being chairman of that committee?
Chuck, do you want things to go smoothly for you in the ethics committee?
Oh, yeah.
Great.
Great.
I use it as a political weapon.
I'm off for it.
And Bamo.
Does a quick 180.
Can we have a list of all of the lawyers and law firms representing terrorists at Guantanamo Bay?
Oh!
Oh!
Did you hear what the attorney general said about this?
There are 250 detainees at Guantanamo Bay, and some of them may be released in this country.
Released.
Not imprisoned.
Some of them may be released in this country.
Huh.
Meanwhile, there's Obama out there with the Chin tonight on the uh on the tonight show.
Snerdley is convinced that I am just in for it tonight.
Uh because, you know, had a little fun here with the Chin's free concerts to help unemployment in Michigan and Detroit.
Kind of expose that for the lame brain notion that it is.
And of course, Obama has me on the brain anyway, but without his teleprompter to tell him I don't know that my name will come up.
Well, well, I don't know that Leno use a prompter.
I think he uses Q cards.
No, I'm not I'm not sure.
Obama's prompter may lobby to get in there anyway, so uh we won't see it if it's true, but it's possible.
Go to the phones.
People have been pay uh patiently waiting here.
Montgomery, Colorado.
No, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
This is uh Steve.
Great to have you on the program, sir.
Hello.
Hello, Rush.
Good afternoon.
I think you're exactly right about the Liberals' need for a crisis.
And I think there's a little long-term planning going on here.
And whether it's next year or the year after, it's the inflation crisis.
They're deliberately inflating the currency through deficit spending and through monetary policy.
And we're going to hear a couple years from now that we need a greater social safety net for seniors because those on fixed income get adversely affected by inflation for the poor because the poor get adversely affected by inflation.
And we can't do it through deficits now.
We need to raise taxes.
Exactly.
Excellent.
Way to go.
You should apply for a fellowship here.
You have just nailed exactly what's going to happen.
The Federal Reserve, I I got a note from a professional golfer friend of mine who had just heard that the Federal Reserve is uh gonna pump a trillion dollars into the credit markets.
And uh professional golfer said, where where are we getting this?
I said, we are printing this.
We don't have this.
We are printing this money.
300 billion of it, by the way, to buy the long bond, which is causing bond price or bond yields to plummet.
Uh, what else is gonna happen with inflation?
The value of the dollar is gonna decrease, isn't it?
Absolutely.
Yes, sir, rebob.
So we're gonna need exactly what you said.
We're gonna have chaos.
We're gonna need tax increases and increased social safety net.
Gasoline prices, by the way, the inflation's already starting.
Consumer prices rose four-tenths of one percent in February.
That's the largest amount in seven months.
Gasoline prices went up eight percent.
The uh price of let me check the barrel price of oil right now, but I think let's see.
Crude oil right here.
Woohoo!
51 bucks.
Just last week it was in the low 40s.
And you're gonna hear this is the need for the government to take over more role in energy and price of uh crude at the pump and every other uh sector they can get their hands on.
College education, the work.
Well, don't forget, when it gets really bad, then we'll hear the need for price controls.
In fact, there already are some economists out there who are now starting to sound the drums for price controls.
Of course, the the um the bourgeois love the notion of price controls.
They think that means prices will remain steady.
They are deadly.
They are one of the worst mistakes that can be made unless you're trying to just turn everything upside down economically.
That would create a depression.
If that's what they want, that's how they can do it.
Gotta go back in a sec.
But it's a children's book.
Mr. Snerdley, have you no, have you no compassion and understanding?
The President of the United States wants to reach children with this book.
The uh right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right.
We've been discussing here during the break, ladies and gentlemen, the fact that the president of the United States, Barack Obama signed a uh an advance deal, $500,000 advance.
What was it, five days before the Immaculate uh inauguration?
Some of it before he took office, five hundred thousand dollar uh advance to do an adaptation of the book Dreams from my father uh for children.
An adaptation of that four children, five hundred thousand dollars, and I asked Snerdley if he had a problem with this.
And Snurtley launched and said that he did have a huge problem with this.
I do remember when Mr. Newt uh announced the book deal when he was Speaker of the House.
My gosh, the drive-by's and the Democrats just castigated Newt for trading on his office.
Well, you see, Obama did this five days before he was uh immaculately inaugurated, Mr. Snurdly.
Uh but I do think you have a point.
This book deal, he's gotten two and a half million dollars uh in book royalties just last year for the other two books that he uh wrote.
And the guy, the guy does grab, it seems like he grabs every dollar he can take 500,000, now dumping on people who earn half that much and work much harder than he is for it.
There are people actually creating jobs and running businesses.
Anyone think that President Obama would get this money if he was not about to enter the presidency?
Probably not.
But you know, these people are hypocrites, and you gotta get it while you can.
Notice he's getting as much income as he can, pushed forward before his own tax increases.
Uh uh hit the uh hit the books.
Back to the phones.
Ed in Boardman, Ohio.
Great to have you on the EIB network, sir.
Hello.
Great.
Hi, how are you?
I just wanted to make a quick comment about Posey's uh comment of being un-American to enforce immigration laws.
Uh that comment is arrogant beyond belief to me.
Who does she think made those laws?
It was American congressmen and senators that were elected by Americans.
Well, that's a good point, but these people get to act as bystanders and spectators like they had nothing to do with any of this.
They're doing it on the AIG bonuses now.
They did it with Hurricane Katrina.
They do it with everything that goes wrong.
Oh, wow, how did this happen?
They convene hearings and so forth, waste their buddy's time.
Yeah, they they do whatever they think they they can.
Um, but you made a comment earlier about uh the needing to have disruption and despair in this country.
Uh, and certainly you're right about that.
Um, for example, there's a shortage in primary care physician physicians in this country and has been for over ten years, and it's not being addressed.
Uh there's currently a uh plan for a 20% cut in fees paid by Medicare to primary care physicians.
Uh if this happens, there's gonna be a uh significant shortage of primary care physicians, and then Obama's gonna be able to say, see, we've got a crisis, we need to step in.
I know.
I look at I firmly agree with you.
I think as much of the capitalist system as they can destroy, they will.
They will at least send it on a downward cycle, Which creates the need for government.
That's what this AIG business is about.
This AIG business is about look at these people are thieves.
These Obama's been running these people down.
Obama has been ripping these people to shreds.
Obama's taking their jets away from him.
Obama's taking Las Vegas away from him.
He's wrecking the recreation industry.
He's wrecking the corporate travel and business industry.
Talk to any of the people that run these resorts.
They are in trouble.
And by the way, here's a dirty little secret on that.
You think that it's just AIG and these other clowns that are not any longer going on their golf trips or whatever.
Snerdley, you got a call from a it's a friend of yours.
Not a fr.
Okay, we had a caller here, didn't want to go on the air yesterday.
We had a caller who works at all state insurance.
Ed Reimers, you're in good hands.
Remember that?
Not to be confused with state farm.
Like a good neighbor.
Uh all state, you're in good hands.
And this guy sells insurance for Allstate.
Said he makes between uh what?
What was it?
Um 13 bucks an hour selling insurance.
And Allstate now and then would have uh little trips, not to exotic resorts, but uh out of town for this just to to reward and thank some of the people that do well.
They've canceled them.
Allstate and similar small businesses have canceled their recreational travel, their business travel, cause they are afraid they will be seen engaging in it, and then they'll be reported and it'll affect negatively the business.
So this is um this is exactly right.
Any damage they can inflict in the in the capitalist sector of this country, they will do so to create a crisis and say only we can fix this.
See, this doesn't work.
See, this is immoral.
Look at all the people hurting.
Look at all the people in pain.
And then they'll point to AIG, which got bailed out.
Look at all these rich people.
Look at all their bonuses.
And nobody will remember that the bonuses were authorized by Obama.
The these bonuses were authorized, they were required to be placed by Obama in the stimulus bill.
Speaking, we're seeing we're back in the AIG bonus people.
Those of you who work at AIG, who are perhaps recipients of the bonus, and whose names are now being sought, as well as how much you earn.
I would like you to listen to this.
CNN is airing calls from people who are actually making death threats to AIG employees.
This is not live.
They chose to air this.
This is tape, so they wanted to air this.
This happened on CNN Newsroom with Rick Sanchez.
Plays a call that they got at CNN from angry Bob in New York.
Those AIG bums?
Hey, I'm gonna tell you something.
Did you hear what they did to the melamine guys in China who spiked the milk with poison up against the wall?
So I think we should give all the AIG guys the bonuses in the form of full metal jackets.
Enough with these guys.
We've got to tear them apart.
America first and rich and obnoxious people second.
Thank you, CNN.
CNN airing this kind of anger and hysteria to create further chaos.
I would, I would I would venture to say that this is irresponsible.
Tate speech is full-fledged 100% hate speech.
And there's CNN eagerly airing this, which of course can create copycats.
However, let's go to MSNBC last night.
Do you read does the name Lawrence Wilkerson, Larry Wilkerson ring a bell, ladies and gentlemen?
Does it to you, Mr. Snerdley?
HR, the name Larry Wilkerson.
And away, Colin Powell's former chief of staff at foggy bottom.
Secretary of State.
Question to Lawrence Wilkerson on MSNBC last night.
You're taking on a guy who notoriously chews people up and spits them out in bureaucrat fights and in political fights.
But I have to ask you why you feel like it's important to do that right now.
He's out of power.
I mean, he's still, you know, doing interviews, making comments on current policy.
Why go after him now?
Let's talk about Dick Cheney.
Why are you going after Cheney?
Cheney eats people up, chews them out.
Well, what are you going after Cheney for?
I started to begin to be concerned about when John McCain and Sarah Palin were campaigning.
I saw the fringe of the McCain rallies, and I didn't like what I saw.
It frightened me.
And I think people like Rush Limbaugh and now Dick Cheney, former vice president, as you've pointed out, and as everyone knows, are doing some of that fear-mongering too.
This is not good.
There are some crazy people in this country.
There are unibombers.
There are Lee Harvey Oswalds.
There are Siron Sir Hans.
And these are the kind of people that listen to this kind of fear mongering, and it's dangerous.
And so someone's got to start talking out about it.
So Lawrence Wilkerson, the uh the the uh chief of staff for Colin Powell at the State Department, said last night on MSNBC that Dick Cheney and Rush Limbaugh are encouraging the unibombers, the Lee Harvey Oswalds, and the Searhan Seer Hands out there.
They're all leftists, exactly right.
These are all left wing assassins.
They're all whose book did the unibomber have in the shack?
Al Gore's book.
Lee Harvey Oswald got his training where?
Communist Russia.
Sirhan Sirhan.
Oh politically incorrect to say Muslim right now, but some politically incorrect to say Palestinian right now.
Some have the courage to do so.
These are left wing assassins.
And Lawrence Wilkerson on MSNBC last night accusing me and Cheney of encouraging cookballs like this.
I'm surprised he left out Charles Manson.
In the meantime, CNN is playing encouraging violence phone calls from angry New Yorkers over AIG bonuses.
We will be back.
You know it's amazing, folks, the breadth and the scope of things the Heritage Foundation digs into.
And you can find out what it is at Askheritage.org.
Here are a couple examples.
The green job myth exposed.
Last year we called into question the credibility of a Center for American Progress study, purporting to show how many green collar jobs 100 billion dollars in government spending on green investments would create.
But the Center for American Progress did not take kindly to our criticism.
Now four academics have taken a closer look at the Center for American Progress Study, as well as reports from three other organizations, including the American Solar Energy.
Oh!
Another thing, Shell Oil, where is it?
Linda Cook, Shell's executive director of gas and power.
Quote, we are businessmen and businesswomen.
If there were renewables which made money, we would put money into it.
Shell oil dropping wind and solar.
There's no money in it.
Plus the oil price is coming back up.
Yes, I can't wait for these people start being demonized again.
And it'll happen since Shell Oil is pulled out of wind and solar.
Then nothing there.
The whole green job myth has been exposed by heritage.
Here are seven myth of green jobs.
Myth everyone understands what a green job is.
The reality is no standard definition of a green job exists.
Myth number two, creating green jobs will boost productive employment.
Reality, green jobs estimates include huge numbers of clerical, bureaucratic, and administrative positions that don't produce goods and services for consumption.
Sort of like the education system.
A hell of a lot of bureaucrats, however.
Another myth, green jobs forecasts are reliable.
Reality, the green job Studies made estimates using poor economic models based on dubious assumptions.
And it goes on and on and on.
There are seven myths of green jobs.
Heritage Foundation, another one.
Obama will shock consumers with higher electric bills.
Hold on to your thermostat as well as your wallet.
Annual utility bills may rise $1,800 under President Obama's cap and trade energy tax plan, which wipes out his pledge of an $800 a year tax cut for 95% of Americans.
The new price tag, three times as high, close to two trillion dollars in eight years.
And this is according to Jason Furman, deputy director of Obama's National Economic Council.
The Obama administration actually floated the two trillion dollar number over eight years earlier this week, as opposed to the what if the first number was six hundred and forty-six billion or whatever it was for uh cap and trade.
Heritage Foundation, it is amazing.
The breadth and the scope of the things they dig into and produce expert results and analysis.
Larry in Baltimore.
By the way, did have did you get hold of the babe in Baltimore yet?
Still getting answering me.
So she refusing our efforts and our magnanimous offer to put her back on the radio.
It's too bad.
What was her name?
Carol.
Yeah.
Larry in Baltimore.
You happen to know Carol in Baltimore by any chance?
Uh no, but I know many like her, Rush.
You know Baltimore in Maryland anyway.
Odds are pretty good, being you're in Baltimore.
Oh my God.
You're the you if I don't, I'm literally half blind, and if I don't hear you, if I don't hear your show at least an hour and a half a day, I walk the streets of Baltimore potential victim of all this crazy liberalism.
But uh while I was listening, Rush, my main point, and before I get to my main point, I think uh I think I come up with something that you might have might not have caught is that when Obama was saying that uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh I want to stop you for just a second.
Okay.
Are you are you literally legally half-blind?
Yeah, I'm actually yeah, I'm decision in my writing.
I just want this audience to know that you, sir, are courageous.
There is a we have a shortage of courage in this country, particularly on our side of the aisle.
Do you realize how much courage this man had the guts to suggest I might have missed something?
Yeah, it was something it was something audio clip without a visual.
What did I miss?
Um when Obama when he when you just replaying the soundbite of him saying that he didn't create these contracts, but you know, it's but he's the president, and so come talk to him.
Well, basically, his that was his teleprompter telling him to talk to not talk to him, but it was a subliminal message to you for you to come talk to the teleprompter.
Your your your questions to the teleprompter yesterday garnered a response through the through the blog site, okay?
So the teleprompter was basically saying come talk to the teleprompter, not to talk to Obama.
I'll tell you what, this teleprompter, this teleprompter's got its own website.
It wants you to talk to it, it's got its own blog.
Well, I am talking to teleprompter.
I asked the teleprompter some questions yesterday, and the teleprompter on its blog site says that it's going to answer those questions, but it's got a it's got a busy day today because it's out on the West Coast with Obama and it teleprompter may need to be around.
It's been told to be on standby, because he it might need to offer Obama some catchy uh pithy phrases for phone calls he has to make with foreign leaders.
Well, main point I was calling about, Rush, was was that uh, you know, with the hypocrisy, of course, that we you should have a whole page of the hypocrisy page on your website, I think, side-by-side comparisons.
But the hypocrisy between, you know, what are everyone up in arms about the the AIG uh uh paying payouts and bonuses, the retentions, of course, we're assumingly, assuming these people that were left behind for retentions were the ones that they thought were were the ones that were going to one day make it a profit.
If we owned 80% of this company now, we sure as hell want it one day to actually make a profit again.
So we want to keep the best and brightest on board.
But no one no one.
No, no, no, no, no.
That's that's that's not if I I hate look, I don't mean to be rude here, but I'm I'm quickly running out of time.
But I gotta tell you Victor Davis Hanson has published the greatest list.
Not just of hypocrisies.
