Welcome to today's edition of the Rush 24-7 podcast.
They're coming unhinged.
I mean, it's it's it's more unhinged than I dream possible.
She's qualified.
The only reason she's a vice president because she hasn't had an abortion.
That was said by the South Carolina Democratic Party chairwoman, Don.
How must his mother feel?
You remember the convention?
Biden said, My mom taught me somebody knocks you down to bully knocks you down, you get up and you bloody their nose.
Do you think after being knocked down by Sarah Palin all these times, Biden getting up and then going out and saying Hillary would have been a better pick is bloodying Palin's nose.
His mother's got to be sadly disappointed the way Biden's handling himself here.
Biden is like Wiley Coyote.
If you stop and think of Biden is exactly like Wile E. Coyote, all of these bombs that he sets blow up on him.
Greetings, my friends, and welcome to the Rush Limbaugh program.
This, the Excellence and Broadcasting Network.
800-282-2882 is the number if you want to be on the program.
The email address, L Rushbo at EIBNet.com.
Barry Obama took his comedy act to the Letterman show last night.
We have sound bites of that coming up.
But first, as you know, this is the seventh anniversary of the terror attacks on September 11th of 2001.
Everybody says shouldn't, you shouldn't politicize this day.
Sorry.
Can't help it.
My remembrances of the September 11th attacks do not just stop on the day of 9-11.
There have been a lot of things that have happened since those attacks, and I think we need to remind ourselves of them.
Because it was seven years ago, ladies and gentlemen, we were blindsided.
Nineteen terrorists, possessed by evil, hijacked our airplanes using box cutters.
They stopped an election that was taking place in New York City.
They brought down the Twin Towers.
They blew a hole in the Pentagon.
They crashed a plane in Pennsylvania that they were trying to get back to Washington to crash into either the Capitol or the White House.
At the end of it all, nearly 3,000 Americans were dead.
But up to that point, Al Qaeda's war on America had already claimed hundreds of American lives.
Through embassy bombings, the USS coal bombing in Yemen, and countless other attacks.
Deliberately handcuffing hand handicapping and handcuffing our intelligence agencies.
And eschewed any kind of a strong military response.
And of course, Jamie Garellick, the then vice attorney general, whatever, deputy attorney general, erected the now famous wall that prevented the CIA and the FBI from sharing information because they were gathering it in grand jury testimony, which must remain private and secret.
Limiting our ability to figure out what was up, what was next.
In the immediate hours after the 9-11 attacks, drive-by journalists sneered that President Bush was running scared aboard Air Force One.
The late Peter Jennings lamented on ABC after the president spoke, it's just obvious some presidents are better at this than others.
Yes.
Referring to, of course, Bill Clinton.
Within days, within days, ladies and gentlemen, Clinton associates were quoted as saying they wished these attacks had occurred on Clinton's watch so he could have had a chance at greatness, so that something momentous would have happened on his watch.
The Democrat leader Tom Dashel attacked George W. Bush in in the days after the attacks, within weeks, two weeks, for doing nothing.
On the day that Biden launched his attack into Bush of Bush For not doing anything.
Bush was planning that very attack.
Dashell's attack on Bush for doing nothing came on the eve of our military operations in Afghanistan.
Democrat political memos suggested that the president's popularity could be diminished by branding him a liar on weapons of mass destruction and any number of other things.
The Democrat Party began to politicize this event within days.
They were doing everything they could to come up with a strategy to end up blaming this on Bush, head into the 2002 elections so that they could retake the House and the Senate.
Democratic political memos, in addition to suggesting that Bush could be branded a liar.
Democrat political memos surfaced from, say, Jay Rockefeller, strategizing how to use the war for political gain.
And I to this day have that memo from Jay Rockefeller on my desktop of this computer in my studio here at the EIB Southern Command.
I have not filed it away, so that it would be tough to find it even with my spotlight search feature.
I have put it on my desktop and it's never left.
Hillary Clinton echoed the conspiracy-based claim that Bush knew about the attacks beforehand.
We had a Democrat voting poet laureate from New Jersey claiming the Jews did it because all of the Jews got out of the World Trade Center.
The drive-by media amplified this guy's theory.
All over the place, theories were espounded and amplified that suggested George W. Bush not only knew about it, but if he knew about it, he had to be in on it and let it happen.
The Democrat Party seized after just a couple days, couple weeks, the opportunity of these attacks on 9-11 to politicize everything so as to reacquire their power, and they did not stop, and they have not stopped for seven years.
Left-wing Hollywood's revisionist history movie, Michael Moore, Fahrenheit 911 was released.
It won the big award at the Con Film Festival.
I am convinced to this day that to whatever extent the American president, the our population, our country is hated and despised around the world, it's because of who around the world has seen that lying propaganda piece of garbage movie that Michael Moore made.
And then Jay Rockefeller's memo surfaced.
Seven years later, where are we?
The president's popularity is diminished.
Video of the 9-11 attacks rarely seen, although MSNBC Today replayed it all in real time.
Our victories in this war on terror are downplayed.
Let us not forget that the Democrat Party sought defeat in Iraq.
They were waving the white hand, the white flag of surrender.
They were condemning our troops.
They were suggesting our troops were rapists, murderers, and thugs.
They were compared to Nazi thugs.
Meanwhile, the same Democrat Party doing that embraced the rights, the congressional rights, the U.S. constitutional rights, I should say, of the people who wanted to do to us again what they had done to us on 9-11.
They became the sympathetic figures.
We became the brutes.
We were violating their rights.
They were planning numerous 9-11s, but they haven't happened, have they?
Not one train's been attacked, not one bus, not one bomb has made it through a port.
Not one airplane's been hijacked.
We don't know how many terrorist attempts have been blocked because we cannot brag about our successes.
We can only brag or publicize our failures, which the Democrat Party is willing to do even to this day.
The Democrat Party as a political item in its new platform is claiming we are no safer.
In fact, we are at greater risk than we've ever been, despite the fact they have done nothing to help protect this country.
They have Done nothing to support the pre well, they've ended up voting for things, but they opposed them.
They when the when the when the pedal, you know, in order to rubber hit the road, the Democrats did the right thing, but not until they had ginned up so much anti-American hatred within this country, so much anti-administration hatred, uh, so much anti-war fervor with their buddies in the drive-by media.
Our victories have been profound.
They have been downplayed.
But the truth is that tens of thousands of Al-Qaeda terrorists are dead.
There have been no more attacks on American soil.
That among the remembrances of the dead and the recollections of where you were and what you were feeling and what you saw that day, in addition to those, remember one thing.
Despite anything you've heard from the Democrats and their associates in the drive-by media for the last seven years, not one attack on American soil has occurred.
Remember that.
By the way, folks, let's not forget one thing.
On this, the seventh anniversary of 9-11, the Reverend Jeremiah Wright from the pulpit of his church in Chicago, saying we deserved it.
America's chickens have come home to roost.
We are digging that audio soundbite out of the archives even as we speak from CBS News as the nation marks the seventh anniversary of 9-11.
Most Americans believe the U.S. is inadequately prepared to deal with another terrorist attack against the country.
In the poll, 52% said they thought the U.S. was adequately prepared compared to 39%.
I'm sorry, did I say inadequate majority say that we are adequately prepared.
Meaning, uh, ladies and gentlemen, that the efforts on the part of the Democrats to uh convince people here that we are less safe than ever before have not succeeded.
The Washington Post today, Michael O'Bramowitz terrorism fades as issue in 2008 campaign reflects the changing attention of the electorate.
No, that's not what's going on.
He said the shift reflects a nod to the changing attention of the electorate.
No.
The reason why so few people name terrorism as the number one issue is because of the success of the Bush administration, despite being fought by Americans, by Americans in the Senate, Americans in the in the legal community,
George W. Bush has overcome two enemies here in securing the safety of this country, and he's done so to the extent that most people now think we're adequately prepared, and they have uh freedom of mind, peace of mind to go ahead and pursue other interests, such as the economy, the San Francisco Chronicle, Matthew Steynard writing, terrorism takes back seat to economy.
It's a gallop poll.
Only two percent say that uh uh terrorism is a problem.
Thirty-eight percent say that they are at least somewhat worried.
And an ABC poll, not good for Democrats.
Overall, 56% of the American people say that significant strides toward bringing order in Iraq have taken place, and even 38% of Democrats agree with that.
So here we are, the Democrat Party, as led by Obama and Biden, is in imploding, it's their unhinged, they are falling apart, and every effort they have made over the past seven years to steer public opinion against this country, against the war on terror, against the war in Iraq, has been a failure.
If we go by these polls.
I have I have two of the most amazing stories here before we get back to the presidential campaign.
And I, you know, folks, is I look at what's happening here in this campaign.
It's not just happening to Democrats, it is happening to the media.
And I don't think they realize it.
Not nearly as much, and I think some Democrats don't get it, some do.
But when you've got people out there saying, now you f this is this is pathological.
This this is this defies explanation.
We have now sound bites from three Democrats saying this line.
Well, Jesus was a community organizer, Pontius Pilate Was a governor.
Democrats who who just constantly preach about separation of church and state are saying this.
Steve Cohen said it on the floor of the House of Representatives yesterday after the prayer that opened the session.
What did Pontius Pilate do?
Pontius Pilate sentenced Jesus Christ to death by virtue of crucifixion.
They're comparing Pontius Pilate to Sarah Palin.
Just who has Sarah Palin sentenced to death via crucifixion?
What are they thinking?
Who is the modern day Messiah?
Barack Obama.
Folks, this this is this is I don't think they realize.
I really don't think they realize they're they're being they're being bitten by the very beliefs and policies that they have.
Here you have this woman in South Carolina, the wife of Don Fowler.
Now, Don Fowler was the guy caught on an airplane going back to South Carolina from uh from Denver from their convention, saying that the uh hurricane heading into New Orleans was a gift from God, showing that God was on the Democrat's side.
His wife comes out, she sensed apologized for it, said that Sarah Palin's qualification is apparently that she hasn't had an abortion.
Then you've got Matt Damon, a genuine celebard with some of the most ridiculous things.
We've got the audio sound, but I've got the story here.
In f I mean, don't they understand that this celebrity thing has really stuck with Obama?
The drive-bys don't like it, Obama doesn't like it.
The uh the the accusation he's nothing more than a pop culture celebrity.
And here if I'm Obama, and Obama says he's running this campaign, by the way.
He says he is personally running this campaign of 2,500 employees, 300 of them, by the way, advise him on foreign policy.
Well, he's got to be sitting there saying, Well, you people shut up.
Now he's got Biden out there saying that uh Hillary would have been a better choice than Biden.
All that's coming up, but you will not believe this.
We just had a hurricane.
Roar through Cuba.
In fact, they've been hit twice.
But this one, Hurricane Ike went in there and just devastated the place.
Cuba doesn't have any money, Cuba doesn't have much of anything.
Their buildings in Havana downtown uh cannot be restored, refurbished, because they don't have any money and they haven't been.
But listen to this from the Associated Press by Anita Snow.
When Hurricane Ike struck Cuba, Ronald Meados didn't think twice about fleeing his one-room wooden house for a government shelter.
A 34-year-old construction worker and his wife Emma Jean got soft beds, free meals, the attention of a doctor, and solicitous social workers and the companionship of other friendly Cubans.
Yeah, we we spent the night talking and telling stories because Cubans never lose their smiles or their sense of humor, he said.
There's no electricity, but we're better protected than in our homes.
With an get this next paragraph.
With an inefficient centralized economy, and a U.S. embargo that has stifled trade, Cuba does not have resources to build new hurricane-proof buildings.
It doesn't have fleets of Humvees to charge through the floodwaters.
Few of its people have cars to flee in, and fewer still can check on loved ones by cell phone.
But if there's one thing the communist island does right, it's evacuations.
And in the damn.
And in the end, that saves more lives than anything else.
So we have a lot to learn.
The point of this story, folks, if you read it all, we've got lots to learn from Cuba.
They've got the best health care system, and they know how to evacuate people.
To where?
From where to where?
And all these Cubans, as stories are all out there shouting for Fidel, Fidel, Fidel, they're shouting for Raul.
Raul, Raul, and they haven't seen any of them.
Fidel hadn't been seen in months.
Raul hadn't been seen in three or four weeks, and probably got the hell off the island.
They're probably not even there.
Bo what we have a lot to learn, folks.
From Cuba.
The death toll from Hurricane Ike this week was shockingly high by Cuban standards.
Five.
This for a giant Storm that tore across the length of the island, flattening houses.
Compare that with Haiti, which took glancing blows from Hannah and Ike and saw hundreds die.
Yeah, I guess so.
Between Haiti and Cuba, you choose Cuba.
But then it says this.
The secret.
The secret is the evacuation system.
A quarter million Cubans evacuated during Gustav, the number for Ike was a staggering 2.6 million, nearly a quarter of the island's population.
Most of the evacuees found family or friends to stay with, but nearly 400,000 were housed in 2300 government shelters.
Wow, at least they're better than Ray Nagan was.
They're better than Kathleen Blanco was.
But then this Cubans work for the government.
They don't have to worry about losing wages if they take off from work.
And because police keep a close eye on evacuated areas, and because most Cubans have few possessions of value anyway, looting isn't a major concern.
So there's the answer to looting.
Nobody has anything.
Oh my gosh, what have I learned here?
We're singing the praises in the Associated Press of Cuba.
2300 government shelters, mass evacuations, they show us how to do it right, and there's no looting.
There's no looting because, as the AP says here, Anita Snow.
Because most Cubans have few possessions of value anyway, looting isn't a major concern.
Cubans are taught from an early age to move quickly in the event of a natural disaster.
Gag me with a spoon, ladies and gentlemen.
We're supposed to learn from Cuba, the AP, the drive-by's out to lunch too.
It's the Rush Limbaugh program, talent on lawn from God.
Anita Snow of AP writes this big glowing piece about Cuba and how they evacuate people and hurricanes, and there's no looting because nobody has anything.
Yes, Anita, Cuba is a paradise.
Anita Snow of the Associated Press, what you need to know is that the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina Vandenhoovel in New Orleans is the natural state of life in Cuba.
What New Orleans looked like after Hurricane Katrina Van and Hoovel is everyday life in Cuba.
And we they these people insist on writing these glowing stories of all of these just rotten places to live run by communist dictators and thugs, as though there's some admiration that they have for them.
By the way, here is the Reverend Jeremiah Wright, the official pastor to Barack and Michelle Obama and their two little girls discussing 9-11.
Not God bless America, God America, that's in the Bible for killing innocent people.
God America!
And now we are indignant because the stuff we have done overseas is now brought right back into our own front yards.
America's chickens are coming home to roost.
Obama's official pastor, the Reverend Jeremia Wright, and his uh thoughts on what happened on 9-11 on this, the seventh anniversary of uh of 9-11.
But let me check the oil price a bit quicker, folks.
Hang on just a second.
Oil price uh about 102 bucks.
It got down to just over a hundred dollars.
Um it was the they're trying to get the oil price up today.
What with this Hurricane Ike heading toward the Houston uh Galveston area.
This is gonna be a nail bitter, by the way, to find out where this thing actually uh strikes land.
It's gonna happen Friday night sometime between eight and midnight, and it's uh, you know, it's devastating.
They've been playing around the speculators getting the oil price up, but they just went down to 101, 102 bucks.
Uh weekly jobless claims fell in new data today.
The dollar is crushing the Euro and other currencies around the world.
And uh still, uh, ladies and gentlemen, the Democrats are out talking about how this is a recession.
Charles Schumer, Senator Robert Casey, Pennsylvania Senator Kent Conrad, Democrat North Dakota, told the Cybercast News Service staff writer Josiah Ryan that the U.S. is in a recession.
Even though the country's GDP has enjoyed two straight quarters of growth and increased at a 3.3% rate in the second Quarter.
There is no recession.
Schumer says if you ask the average middle class American, they would clearly say we're in a recession.
Senator Casey, we are absolutely in a recession.
Senator Conrad, GDP is not a significant indicator of the health of the economy.
Growth is going to slow dramatically in the second half of this year.
The old definitions don't apply, said Casey, while claiming sometimes definitions don't make sense for the reality.
What reality?
You guys are trying to create your own alternative universe that has no reality in it whatsoever.
Once again, Democrats wanting you to suffer, wanting you to hurt, wanting you angry, wanting you outraged, not wanting you enjoy in your life, wanting you in fear, all so that you will vote for this little man child who is who is obviously now in my estimation.
Barack Obama is showing how small he is.
And Joe Biden, I predicted to you, I predicted to you, ladies and gentlemen, that the what everybody's talking about how long would Palin last.
If anybody leaves a ticket, it's going to be Biden.
Biden already said he thinks he should leave the ticket by saying Hillary would have been a better choice.
Now, from the uh what do we have the Atlanta Urinal Constipation?
Did Obama blow it picking Biden?
Last week, Anderson Cooper was talking about should he have picked Hillary?
The Harrisburg, Pennsylvania Patriot News Quinnipiac poll finds Palin boosts McCain numbers in swing states.
And at InTrade.com, where you can bet on anything.
There is actually a betting line on when Biden will be let go, as the vice president.
And I, ladies and gentlemen, want to remind you that I predicted this.
Let's go to the audio sound bites.
I want to start with number one.
This is such a great thing.
I found it on YouTube yesterday.
There is uh mild controversy surrounding this ad because it is suggested by Democrats that it was paid for by John McCain and his campaign.
has not been.
It was not paid for by anybody other than the man who did it.
His name is Joe Cook.
And Joe Cook is an injured Iraq war vet.
He's a lawyer.
He's a lawyer.
He's Lost his lower leg, foot.
But you don't know that until the end of the piece.
The piece starts with a tight shot of Joe Cook in an outdoor setting.
He says what he says.
At the end of his remarks, Lee Greenwood's God bless America comes up as Joe Cook turns around and walks away, and that's when you learn that he is an injured Iraq war vet.
I want you to listen to this, particularly on this, the anniversary of 9-11.
Dear Mr. Obama, having spent 12 months in Iraq theater, I can promise you this was not a mistake.
I witnessed firsthand the many sacrifices made to the people of Iraq.
Those sacrifices were not mistakes.
They want a chance to live in a secure world, free from tyranny, free from terrorism, free to prosper, free to raise their children, and pass on a future.
You bet.
I've seen many men sacrifice their lives for the Iraqi people.
They die for a purpose, not a mistake.
They died giving hope.
They died promoting freedom.
Do you rescue a fireman just as he's about to save a child?
When you call the Iraqi war a mistake, you disrespect the service and the sacrifice of everyone who's died promoting freedom.
Freedom carries with it a price.
Because you do not understand nor appreciate these principles, sir.
I'm supporting Senator John McCain for president.
He too made a huge sacrifice promoting freedom.
Because he understands a fundamental truth.
Freedom is always worth the price.
And I'm proud to be an American wearing the standard.
And I won't forget the man who died, who gave that right to me.
And I gladly stand up next to you and defend her still today Cause there ain't no doubt I love this land Yes!
God bless the USA.
God bless the USA.
That was Army specialist Joe Cook, uh, an Iraq war veteran wounded by an IED in Iraq, May 2007, lost his left foot and leg six inches below the knee.
And you see him walking away after making his remarks here, just walking down a dirt road in uh in an outdoor setting.
And everybody's saying this is uh, well, McCain paid for it.
McCain did not pay for this.
This is not a paid-for-by-mack campaign.
And all right.
If you haven't heard this, you haven't heard these things battened down.
We have two sound bites on Sunday.
Donna Brazil.
Otherwise, reasonable restrained, has lost it.
The whole Democrat Party has just lost it.
She's on Wolf Blitzer's late edition.
Wolf says the issue of being a community organizer.
And now we know a lot of those community organizers are in the big urban areas, and there's some suggesting that when the Republicans, whether Giuliani or Palin uh went after Obama for being a community organizer, there was a racial overtone there.
Now, first off, would somebody please explain to me how can there be a racial overtone when Obama is black?
He's already black.
There's already a racial overtone here brought to us by the Democrats.
It was the Democrats in the primary who played the race card consistently.
This idea here that the Republicans are calling him a community organizer's race, he's the one that called himself that.
He's proud of his community organization efforts.
Racial overtones?
Once again, a cliche, a mindless Twitter cliche from the Liberal Democrat playbook of 50 years ago.
That's alive and well the Democrat Party drive-by media surfaces.
It's Obama who's talking about his community organizer work, as oh, he is proud of it.
Racial overtones?
At any rate.
Here's Donna Brazil.
Jesus was a community organizer.
Pontius Pilate was a governor.
And perhaps they should understand the role of a community organizer to help people in distress.
Now, this is just grasping his show.
This is this is just, folks, this is we're shooting fish in a barrel here.
I mean, this they're not even, they're not even making this a competition.
Jesus was a community organizer.
Pontius Pilate was a governor.
Sarah Palin is going to crucify Obama.
Is that what we're supposed to take out of?
Because Obama's the new Messiah.
Jesus Christ was the first Messiah.
Now Obama's taking his place.
He's the Messiah.
He's the savior.
Pontius Pilate was a governor.
The only thing Pilate is remembered for is murder.
We are comparing the governor of Alaska who is only qualified, say the Democrats, because she has not had an abortion, which is murder, of murder.
Of Pontius Pilate was a governor.
They expect this to play to who?
And from this bunch that just insists on separation of church and state.
And it happened on the floor of the House of Representatives yesterday.
Representative Steve Cohen, Democrat, Tennessee.
I submit to you, Mr. Speaker, that the parties have differences, but if you want change, you want the Democratic Party.
Barack Obama was a community organizer like Jesus, who our uh minister prayed about.
Uh Pontius Pollett was a governor.
Somewhere, somewhere in the Obama campaign, somewhere in the Democrat Party, somebody has come up with this.
Somebody has come up with this line, and they're all out there using it.
Could anything illustrate more vividly how genuinely out of touch the Democrat Party is.
The great thing about Palin, and there are many things about Palin, but the great thing uh about what is happening with her and what she's causing, so much of what's happening in his campaign is giving the total Lie to everything the liberals have told us that they are for, that they respect, that they are going to champion and promote.
They have been forced into trying to destroy the very things they claim they're for.
Racial equality, female equality, all this stuff.
Nope.
It's not about race.
It's not about women.
It's about liberalism.
No, Pontius Pilot did not wear lipstick.
That I know.
And we are back.
I want to go back here.
Donna Brazil, uh, ladies and gentlemen, on CNN's late edition with Wolf Blitzer last Sunday.
Jesus was a community organizer.
Pontius Pilate was a governor.
And perhaps they should understand the role of a community organizer to help people in distress.
All right.
FDR was a governor, folks.
I guess he was Pontius Pilot, too.
Germans might think so.
Japanese might think so.
Uh Bill Clinton was a governor.
Bill Clinton was a governor.
Barack Obama is a community organizer.
Bill Clinton was governor.
Pontius Pilot was a governor.
But let me tell you something, Senator Obama.
I know Jesus Christ.
I pray to Jesus Christ all the time.
I study what Jesus Christ did and said all the time.
And let me tell you something, Barack Obama, you are no Jesus Christ.
I say the same thing to you, Donna Brazil, and the same thing to you, Steve Cohen.
Your guy is no Messiah.
Your guy is no Jesus Christ.
You're going to try to tell us next that Mary and Joseph were homeless.
All because Joseph forgot to guarantee the American Express card at the inn.
Guarantee the reservation.
They show up homeless and get kicked out to the manger.
Jesus is born.
All of a sudden organizes 12 guys.
Said, I'm going to do some miracles here, but I can't do them for everybody.
You're going to need health care.
I'm going to be government-sponsored health care, and I am going to promise to cut taxes on 95% of the people in Israel.
Is that what we are next going to be told?
This is just over the top.
It is pathological.
There is so much hatred coursing through these people's veins that it is impossible to understand and calculate.
All right, ladies and gentlemen.
From yesterday, we shall never forget.
Chuck Graham, State Senator's here.
Stand up, Chuck, let him see you.
Oh, God love you.
What am I talking about?
I tell you what, you're making everybody else stand up, though, pal.
I tell you what, stand up for Chuck.
Stand up for Chuck!
Hey, Chuck, stand up, oh buddy.
Oh, God.
Oh, God, what love you?
What am I talking about?
And then it's followed up in Nashua, New Hampshire, Joe Biden.
Hillary Clinton is as qualified or more qualified than I am to be vice president of the United States of America.
Let's get that straight.
She's a truly close personal friend.
She is qualified to be president of the United States of America.
She's easily qualified to be vice president of the United States of America.
And quite frankly, it might have been a better pick than me, but she's first rate.
I can't stand this.
Can you imagine Obama when he hears about this?
He's getting ready to go on the letterman shout.
He hears about this.
Again, ladies and gentlemen, we play it again.
Oh, I thought we were gonna play it again.
Number four, can we have it again?
Hillary Clinton is as qualified or more qualified than I am to be vice president of the United States of America.
Let's get that straight.
She's a truly close personal friend.
She is qualified to be president of the United States of America.
She's easily qualified to be vice president of the United States of America.
And quite frankly, um, it might have been a better pick than me, but she's first rate.
Chuck Graham, Chuck, stand up, Chuck, let him see.
Oh, God.
Oh my god, what am I talking about?
Uh, Everybody stand up for Chuck.
And then our buddies.
Our buddies at the Power Line blog have this little paragraph.
Perhaps these findings explain Joe Biden's uncharacteristic commitment to the use of force yesterday in the same appearance at which Biden paid tribute to Hillary Clinton's possibly superior qualifications to be vice president.
Biden discussed Republican attack ads.
Referring referring to the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth campaign against John Kerry in 2004.
Biden said he's not going to let that happen again.
Quote, Swift voting is not going to work this time, and the reason is not number one, I'm going to smack them right square in the chops.
We'll be back.
Senator Obama, I should also pass along to you, sir.
I've read the Gospels.
I've been searching the Gospels a lot lately, in fact, for any evidence that Jesus Christ supported infanticide, as you do, and I can't find any such references to Jesus promoting infanticide, nor do I find any references to Jesus Christ suggesting sex education be taught to four and five-year-olds.
