Rudy Giuliani - The Rudy Giuliani Show: Tuesday, April 28, 2026 Aired: 2026-04-28 Duration: 57:21 === Probable Cause at the Checkpoint (08:56) === [00:00:57] Good evening. [00:00:57] This is Rudy Giuliani. [00:00:58] This is the Rudy Giuliani Show, and we're coming to you from Palm Beach. [00:01:03] And again, we have behind us a photo, a rendition of the place where it happened the Washington Hilton Hotel. [00:01:15] Now, already notorious as the site of the attempted assassination of Ronald Reagan. [00:01:25] And now, the attempted. [00:01:29] Assassination and possible elimination of Donald Trump and possible elimination of as much of Donald Trump's administration as possible, which is what we gather from the complaint and the affidavit that was filed. [00:01:46] So, why don't we begin with that? [00:01:48] I had a chance to look at the court papers in this case and the affidavit of the FBI agent. [00:01:56] The way a complaint is filed, you should know. [00:02:00] A complaint is a statement by the government that it has probable cause to hold you. [00:02:07] It is not an indictment. [00:02:09] So, this would not bring you to trial. [00:02:12] This will hold you for a period of time as they investigate and as they investigate both all over the country and the world, as well as in a grand jury, which will be located in the District of Columbia. [00:02:28] This case has been taken, as you might imagine, by the federal government. [00:02:33] Interesting thing in the District of Columbia is it would be the same prosecutor. [00:02:38] Janine Pirro, as the U.S. Attorney in the District of Columbia, is both the federal attorney and the local district attorney. [00:02:46] Very unusual that exists in a few territories and elsewhere. [00:02:53] So the FBI agent in charge of the case filed an affidavit to support the complaint. [00:02:58] And the affidavit was ruled by the judge. [00:03:03] To be sufficient. [00:03:06] In other words, it does lay out more than enough probable cause to hold him. [00:03:10] He's going to be back on Thursday, possibly to enter a plea. [00:03:15] He hasn't yet entered a plea. [00:03:18] He's been given the charges, and I'll summarize them for you. [00:03:22] The affidavit this is the affidavit. [00:03:24] It's not that big, as you can see. [00:03:27] It's with all of the official things necessary, it's only seven pages. [00:03:34] And in it, he lays out, under oath, of course, that seven weeks ago, President Trump announced that he was going to attend, as he had not done during his presidency, the White House correspondence dinner, which has been for years held at the Hilton Hotel in Washington. [00:03:58] And he announced this on March 2nd, 2026, in a post that got publicized. [00:04:05] On April 6th, Cole Allen, who was in California at the time, we believe, made a hotel reservation at the Washington Hilton Hotel from April 24 to April 26, spanning the dinner. [00:04:20] So we can trace his planning of this for sure, probably much earlier, but at least from this, we can trace his planning of this back to April 6th. [00:04:33] I'm emphasizing these things for you. [00:04:36] Because it annoys me when I hear people saying he's insane, he's a wacko, he's a this, he's a that, he's a this. [00:04:42] That may all be true. [00:04:44] I care about legal insanity. [00:04:46] He is not legally insane. [00:04:48] He's not even close to legally insane. [00:04:51] First fact that's going to hurt that is he planned this for an entire month, and it was well planned. [00:04:59] He decided to take a train rather than a plane. [00:05:02] Less evidence, less scrutiny. [00:05:06] He probably doesn't know whether he's on a watch list or not with all of the things he's been saying, which we'll get to in a moment. [00:05:16] He started his trip on April 21st, 2026, by a train from his home in Los Angeles. [00:05:25] And he made a connection in Chicago. [00:05:28] In Chicago, on April 23rd, he took off for Washington, D.C., where he arrived on April 24th at approximately 1 p.m. [00:05:43] A few hours later, we don't know what he did in between, he showed up at the Washington Hilton Hotel, which is located at 1919 Connecticut Avenue. [00:05:53] He showed up there around 3 p.m. [00:05:56] He got the room that he had asked for, we assume, right, that he had scheduled. [00:06:03] And the dinner was scheduled for the next day, the 25th, to start around 8 p.m. [00:06:12] We don't know what he did during the day yet, right? [00:06:16] But the president arrived with Mrs. Trump, with the first lady, at 8 p.m. on April 25th. [00:06:25] So he had a full day and more. [00:06:29] To plan what he was going to do inside the hotel. [00:06:33] I don't know if they shut off areas beforehand or how much surveillance they had. [00:06:40] Up to this point, no security at all has looked at him, touched him, had anything to do with him. [00:06:46] He checks in. [00:06:50] I don't suspect that his gun was visible, but the gun, as we will show you in a little while, the gun is a very big gun. [00:07:00] I don't know exactly how he was carrying it. [00:07:02] It would have been useful. [00:07:03] Maybe the agent didn't know. [00:07:05] But it would have been useful for probable cause if the agent had included it. [00:07:09] But not critical. [00:07:11] And maybe he's not sure of it. [00:07:12] So you only put here what you're sure of. [00:07:16] And he does put in a very helpful statement. [00:07:26] This affidavit is intended to show merely that there is sufficient probable cause for the requested complaint. [00:07:31] And does not set forth all of my knowledge about this matter. [00:07:35] Now, that's a teaser as well, right? [00:07:39] So, at 8 o'clock, the president arrives. [00:07:45] The dinner was held on the concourse level of the hotel. [00:07:51] At approximately 8 40 p.m., Allen approached a security checkpoint on the terrace level, which I believe is a level below. [00:08:05] To which you can get to the ballroom either by a staircase or an elevator. [00:08:10] I remember once for a dinner where I was an honoree, standing in the staircase for about 40 minutes with a whole group of people. [00:08:21] I think we had decided to see if we could start playing cards. [00:08:27] At 8 40 p.m., like out of nowhere, Alan got himself up to the terrace level. [00:08:35] Where there was the one and only security checkpoint. [00:08:39] None in the lobby, none outside, none in the rest of the hotel. [00:08:46] Just that one that I know of. [00:08:52] And instead of stopping and doing what you or I would do and unloading our stuff, which of course would have contained a rifle, an automatic pistol, and knives, he ran through. [00:09:05] And if you look at the video that I think we've shown you several times, he runs fast, unless it's speeded up. [00:09:16] So he runs, he runs right. [00:09:18] You can see the, he goes right through, he goes right through, there he is. [00:09:26] He goes right through the security checkpoint, running toward the entrance to the ballroom or the entrance to the stairway that'll take him up to the ballroom. [00:09:40] I think, I think that's right. [00:09:44] They identify the Secret Service agent that you saw step aside as. [00:09:49] Secret Service officer VG. === Running Through Security (12:52) === [00:09:53] And you can see as soon as he is stunned by him and turned around, he shoots at him five times. [00:10:08] He does not hit him, but he does take him down to the ground with the shots. [00:10:16] Alan, who is in possession of a 12 gauge pump action shotgun, And a Rock Island Armory 1911.38 caliber pistol shoots back at the agent, Agent VG. [00:10:33] And he hits him, but the agent has a very, very strong and resilient armor on. [00:10:43] And yes, it creates a little bit of an injury, but I wouldn't say minor, but certainly not one that basically he went to the hospital, got checked out, and left. [00:10:55] And he stayed in the action. [00:10:59] The other agents then, and he secured him on the ground. [00:11:05] There you can see he's being secured on the ground. [00:11:07] You ask, why did he have no shirt on? [00:11:09] Because his shirt was apparently some kind of shirt that was concealing the knives, or maybe he had them concealed in his waistband. [00:11:19] So they took the shirt off to make sure they could grab all the weapons that he had. [00:11:27] They then, in the affidavit, take a brief pause and kind of flashback and say that the database records show that on August 17, 2025, so that's over a year ago, right? [00:11:42] On August 27, 2025, well, not quite a year ago, Alan purchased a 12 gauge pump action shotgun from a firearms dealer in California. [00:11:56] And then on August 6, or earlier on August 6, 2023, He had purchased a.38 caliber semi automatic pistol from a firearms dealer in another part of California. [00:12:08] And based on the serial numbers, those firearms that were purchased in California are the firearms that were in his possession when he made the charge toward the ballroom to kill as many of Trump and as many of his cabinet members as he could get. [00:12:30] He was arrested. [00:12:31] He was taken to Howard University Hospital. [00:12:34] He was checked for minor injuries. [00:12:35] He was released to law enforcement. [00:12:37] He was given his Miranda rights and he exercised his right to remain silent. [00:12:43] Right before 8 40 p.m., as he was running through, and you see that, an email was sent to the members of his family. [00:12:51] That's the manuscript that we're talking about. [00:12:53] And in it was this manuscript that looks like it could have been written by the Democrat Talking Points Committee because it contains the most frequent talking points of a large number of Democrats. [00:13:15] They're totally baseless, frivolous, made up, spurious, lying charges that bear no relationship to the record, but are just intended to try to remove Trump from office or keep him out of office by any means possible. [00:13:36] Lying, cheating, supporting perjury, committing treason. [00:13:45] Maybe they do, and maybe they don't know they're encouraging murder. [00:13:49] What do you think? [00:13:52] Some do, some don't. [00:13:53] They sure are, aren't they? [00:13:57] Now, the agent, by looking at what's been available to him so far, makes a very interesting observation that also will be very powerful in rebutting any insanity defense. [00:14:11] He says, Alan used settings in his email account. [00:14:16] To schedule the email to automatically send at a predetermined time without actions by him. [00:14:28] So he's thinking, I'm going to hit that checkpoint at 8 40. [00:14:34] Sometime prior to that, he sets the email to go out at 8 40. [00:14:39] And lo and behold, pretty close to simultaneously, he's crashing through the checkpoint and his. [00:14:50] His relatives and friends, that's the gun. [00:14:53] You can see how big it is. [00:14:56] His relatives and friends are getting the following. [00:14:59] I'm not going to read all of it. [00:15:01] And he doesn't put the whole manifesto in here, he puts the parts that are relevant to this part of the crime. [00:15:07] Hello, everybody. [00:15:08] So I may have given a lot of people a surprise today. [00:15:11] Let me start off by apologizing to everyone whose trust I abused. [00:15:16] I apologize to my parents for saying I had an interview without specifying it was for most wanted. [00:15:23] I apologize to my colleagues. [00:15:26] He apologizes to people he worked next to. [00:15:29] He apologized to everyone who was abused or murdered before this. [00:15:34] To all that were murdered before I was able to attempt this. [00:15:38] To all who still suffer after, regardless of my success or failure, I don't expect forgiveness. [00:15:44] But if I could have seen any other way to get this close, I would have taken it. [00:15:50] Again, my sincere apologies. [00:15:53] He says he's a citizen of the United States, but he's no longer willing to permit a pedophile, rapist, and traitor to coat my hands with his crimes. [00:16:07] Where does he get the basis for those charges? [00:16:10] Pedophile, rapist, traitor. [00:16:12] We're going to show you. [00:16:13] He gets it from Democrats. [00:16:17] Well, to be completely honest, I was no longer willing a long time ago, but this is the first real opportunity I've had to do something about it. [00:16:26] Then he gives his rules of engagement. [00:16:28] He is going to target all administration officials except Mr. Patel. [00:16:35] I wonder if Cash feels left out. [00:16:40] Secret Service, they are targets only if necessary. [00:16:46] Hotel security, not targets if at all possible, unless they shoot at me. [00:16:53] Pretty rational, huh? [00:16:55] Capitol Police, same as hotel security. [00:16:57] National Guard, same as hotel security. [00:17:00] Hotel employees, not targets at all. [00:17:02] Guests, not targets at all. [00:17:05] In order to minimize casualties, I will also be using buckshot rather than slugs. [00:17:10] Less penetration through walls. [00:17:15] I, and now this is a very, very interesting statement that puts the lives of everyone in jeopardy. [00:17:22] I would still go through most everyone here to get to the targets if it were absolutely necessary, on the basis that most people chose to attend a speech by a pedophile, rapist, and traitor, and are thus complicit. [00:17:36] Even the ones who hate Trump and help to develop His belief that he's a rapist, a traitor, and a pedophile. [00:17:43] He'll kill him if he has to in order to get to Trump. [00:17:47] And he signs it Cole Cold Force Friendly Federal Assassin Allen. [00:17:56] And that's the basis, including the travel records, to support three charges, the most serious of which is an attempt to assassinate the President of the United States with Carrie's life in prison, transportation of a firearm and ammunition into state commerce. [00:18:15] And discharge of a firearm during a crime of violence, which carries a 10 year minimum. [00:18:20] So he's got to go to jail for 10 years if he gets convicted on the third count, and he could go to jail for life if he gets convicted on the main count, assuming that there aren't other counts. [00:18:33] So this raises a couple of questions. [00:18:36] We'll get to the success or failure of security a little later. [00:18:40] We just want you to get the case down. [00:18:42] So that's the case against him. [00:18:45] There'll be a lot more evidence. [00:18:47] I'm sure by now there's a lot more evidence than just this affidavit and three count complaint. [00:18:56] But that's more than sufficient. [00:19:02] And it's obviously, I shouldn't say obviously, because it's going to have problems as an insanity defense, even though the ignorant sort of just pick it up right away. [00:19:13] But you know, almost every murder has elements of insanity to it. [00:19:20] The question isn't, are you a wacko somewhat? [00:19:24] It wouldn't be committing murder if you weren't. [00:19:27] The question is, is it so bad? [00:19:32] Is the mental distortion in your mind so bad that you can't control your behavior? [00:19:40] That this is almost like you think you're. [00:19:50] You think you're John Wilkes Booth and Trump is Lincoln. [00:19:56] So, nothing even close to that. [00:19:59] Don't know that he has a history of mental illness. [00:20:02] If he doesn't, it's going to make it a harder defense. [00:20:05] And the careful planning of it, and I think we only have seen some of it, and the adoption of what was coming to him from the Democrat National Committee and the Democrat talking points. [00:20:20] You know, we've said for some time, going back to the first Trump administration and the impeachment, that they have these talking points that are all the same and they repeat them, repeat them, repeat them. [00:20:34] So there'll be a day in which they call them a rapist. [00:20:37] There'll be a day in which they call him a pedophile. [00:20:39] There'll be a day in which they call him a traitor. [00:20:42] And as a psychiatrist pointed out in an article today, constant repetition of that can begin to wear down a person's natural resistance to murder. [00:21:01] We said, well, how? [00:21:05] What do you think the percentage of people that, if we ask them now, Would it have been better if you murdered Hitler in 1933 or not? [00:21:14] What do you think they would have said? [00:21:17] What do you think people would say if I said, would it have been better to murder the Ayatollah before he took over Iran? [00:21:27] There'd be somewhere around 150,000 to 200,000 of his own people alive today if we had done that, and probably 20,000 Americans and 50,000 other people. [00:21:43] Would that have been worth it? [00:21:47] Well, an Iranian patriot would certainly think that, right? [00:21:52] In the name of revolution, people commit murder. [00:21:58] In the attempt to save the lives of vast, large numbers of people, people commit murder. [00:22:08] Even the Catholic Church understands that, except for the Pope, that there are justifiable causes. [00:22:17] That's where it's actually immoral not to sit by and do nothing. [00:22:27] So, here are the other weapons. [00:22:39] If you want to see them, there are the other weapons right down there. === Justifiable Causes for Murder (13:59) === [00:22:46] You can see them. [00:22:49] And. [00:22:51] We have Allison with us, and when we come back, we're going to show you where he got these things from. [00:23:00] This was like Edgar Bergen and Charlie McCarthy, who are a ventriloquist and a dummy. [00:23:08] The Democrat Party was the ventriloquist, he was the dummy, traitor, rapist. [00:23:17] Well, let's go to Allison, who is in Washington. [00:23:22] It was quite a day today with King Charles III here and speaking to Congress, but a lot of other things were going on too. [00:23:30] Allison, can you bring us up to date? [00:23:34] Yes. [00:23:34] Well, it was a busy day in Congress, as you mentioned. [00:23:38] Very strong welcome for the King by all members of Congress. [00:23:42] Interesting to see all those Democrats who constantly shout no kings standing up, cheering for the actual King there who made a visit today. [00:23:53] The real King. [00:23:53] The real King. [00:23:54] A real king, a real king, yes. [00:23:57] Even though President Trump might be related to him now, as we're finding out, I'm sure the Democrats aren't happy about that, but they are happy to see the real king there in Congress. [00:24:08] So he addressed them. [00:24:10] This is not something that happens very often. [00:24:12] It was, you know, an unprecedented moment in Congress to see everyone there greeting him warmly. [00:24:18] So there's that. [00:24:20] Today, my primary focus was really talking to members of Congress about this DHS funding in light of what happened on Saturday. [00:24:28] You brilliantly sort of broke down everything that transpired at the White House Correspondents Association dinner, of which I was present. [00:24:36] I was there and sort of, you know, watched the whole thing unveil, which was just rather surreal. [00:24:42] But all of that to say, you know, obviously it goes without really saying that DHS has got to be funded. [00:24:50] There were so many members of the leftist media there, Democrat politicians there, who benefited firsthand from the bravery of law enforcement, Secret Service agents that fall under the Department of Homeland Security. [00:25:03] They are still working for day 70 plus. [00:25:07] Without a paycheck. [00:25:08] And so you would think, at the very least, Democrats would come to their senses and maybe start to work with Republicans on getting DHS funded. [00:25:15] Well, unfortunately, that is not the case. [00:25:18] There's no movement on that front, but I did have the opportunity to sit down with Congressman Marlon Sutzman today, Republican from Indiana, who brought us up to speed on where we are with DHS funding. [00:25:28] Let's take a listen to that from him. [00:25:30] For that. [00:25:31] Getting back to DHS funding, though, where do we stand currently? [00:25:34] I know it's been sort of a disaster, and it's my understanding. [00:25:38] At this point in time, there's sort of a battle between the House and the Senate where the Senate is urging the House to vote on just this the bill that would not include funding for ICE and CBP. [00:25:48] They want to push forward with funding the bulk of DHS minus those two. [00:25:51] Is that what you're? [00:25:52] Yeah, I mean, the Senate version funds Border Patrol and ICE. [00:25:59] And that started before the shooting Saturday night. [00:26:02] And the main reason was that would just get that done because that's the biggest opposition that Democrats have. [00:26:09] Yeah. [00:26:10] At the same time, Secret Service is in there. [00:26:12] You have FEMA, you have, of course, TSA and Coast Guard and other agencies, and they need their funding. [00:26:20] You know, and as we're standing there at the dinner, noticing that this one particular Secret Service agent stands in front of the president to guard him with his body, and it could have been potentially his life, he's not getting a paycheck right now, which is insane. [00:26:35] So that's why I said this could have been, should have been done on a voice vote that we wouldn't even have to take any more time. [00:26:41] To make sure that these men and women who serve our country are taken care of. [00:26:45] But Democrats continue to hold out. [00:26:48] We'll find out more today. [00:26:49] But my position is that we need to get this across the finish line, whether it's all of it, part of it, you know, that we got to stop. [00:26:59] Republicans need to realize that Democrats aren't going to help us. [00:27:03] We need to nuke the filibuster rule in the Senate and pass this bill. [00:27:07] If it's the reconciliation process, fine. [00:27:10] But we need to move forward and quickly. [00:27:15] You know, I think that there was a feeling, and I think the president had some of it on Saturday night, that this might change things. [00:27:26] I'm getting the sinking feeling now, it's not going to change a damn thing. [00:27:31] You know, sadly, I think you are probably correct in that prediction. [00:27:36] You know, we've heard from House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries that they're going to inflict maximum warfare all the time. [00:27:43] And then when called out, On that comment at the Monday White House press briefing, he doubled down on the statement and said, you know, we're going to continue to power on, power forward, and we're not going to change our rhetoric or change our tune. [00:27:55] I don't think Democrats realize that they are largely responsible for this massive uptick in violence that we have seen coming from the left. [00:28:03] This is not the first time this has happened. [00:28:05] This is becoming a scary, repeated trend, and it's got to stop. [00:28:09] So first things first, we've got to get DHS funded. [00:28:12] We got to get social, excuse me, Secret Service funded so they can get paid for their hard work. [00:28:19] And, you know, we've got to get this situation under control. [00:28:22] I think it's amazing that so many people in that ballroom at the White House Correspondents Association dinner are responsible for a lot of this violent and hateful rhetoric that we hear that has allowed the nation to become so divided. [00:28:36] And then they want to carry on like it's business as usual. [00:28:38] They don't think that maybe we need to change something here. [00:28:41] But we do. [00:28:42] And I'm sure they'll continue on about how terrible Trump's ballroom is, how such a detriment to the country. [00:28:49] When I would argue it's now more important than ever to get this ballroom built. [00:28:53] Clearly, there is not. [00:28:55] You know, a communal area where we can have these types of events that allow for the proper safety and security of the individuals in attendance. [00:29:03] I mean, we have high powered leaders coming together for an event. [00:29:08] They have to have a place that's safe. [00:29:09] And unfortunately, that was not the case at the Hilton there where the White House Correspondents' Dinner took place. [00:29:16] So, you know, Democrats are going to continue to push back. [00:29:20] I think I would love to see a change. [00:29:22] I don't foresee that happening. [00:29:24] But in the meantime, Senate Republicans are trying to push forward with getting this ballroom funded. [00:29:28] They've now pitched a $400 million allocation of funds that would get the ballroom built in its entirety, despite the construction of the ballroom being held up in the courts. [00:29:40] Senate Republicans are trying to get past that obstacle and figure a way around that. [00:29:46] So, whether or not that's successful, it's still to be yet determined. [00:29:49] But at least, you know, efforts are being made to try to get that done and try to secure this nation because who knows what'll happen next with these radical leftists that are just. [00:29:59] Can't control themselves, I guess. [00:30:01] You know, it's really a wonderful thing that you push really hard on getting them paid, too. [00:30:06] It's really, when you see all those, when you think about the agent that was shot and you see that video over and over again and you see those men react, any one of them could have been killed. [00:30:18] I mean, if the guy had decided, I'm not going straight for the ballroom, I'm going to try to get rid of these guys and back me first, he could have, he could have, he could have, he could have, Taken some of them out. [00:30:32] They might have taken him out, but he could have taken some of them down with him. [00:30:35] He certainly had the firepower to do it. [00:30:38] He seems like he was pretty well organized. [00:30:42] It seems he was pretty well organized. [00:30:45] I don't know. [00:30:46] Here's what I wonder I wonder why he didn't use a bomb. [00:30:50] If he used a bomb, he would have had the opportunity to throw it in. [00:30:55] To really kill people, he would have to have gotten into that ballroom. [00:31:01] That does say he's a bit of an amateur. [00:31:03] He could have also bombed the Don from his hotel room. [00:31:06] I mean, he could have. [00:31:09] I'm just going to. [00:31:12] Perhaps he got his education at the quality Leering Center, and that's why this wasn't better executed. [00:31:18] But you're right. [00:31:20] You're right. [00:31:20] He could have done a lot more damage. [00:31:21] Thank goodness he didn't. [00:31:22] He could have, but thank God he didn't. [00:31:25] Thank God he didn't. [00:31:27] Well, can I ask you a little bit of a personal question about what it was like? [00:31:32] You know, there were a lot of people there, but still, relative to America, very few people lived through this. [00:31:38] It is a historic occasion that you'll. [00:31:41] Yeah, absolutely. [00:31:42] I had breakfast the day that Ronald Reagan was shot. [00:31:46] And then I was the person who had to get Hinckley arrested and arraigned in that same court that he was arraigned in. [00:31:53] And I'll never forget it. [00:31:55] I remember every moment of that day. [00:31:57] I also remember every detail of that hotel. [00:32:00] That hotel was terrible, but that's another story. [00:32:03] So, what was it like? [00:32:05] You were there. [00:32:06] You were seated for dinner by the time it happened, I think, right? [00:32:10] Yeah, well, I did note there was rather lack of security getting into the event. [00:32:15] I just prefaced that up front. [00:32:18] Yes, it was very interesting because I was actually going with our very own Kara Castronova, who had possession of my ticket. [00:32:25] I was trying to get a hold of her to get the ticket to me, the physical copy of the ticket, but we weren't able to connect. [00:32:31] So I just had a screenshot of it on my phone. [00:32:33] I showed it to the first layer of very lax security. [00:32:36] They looked at it for about a half a second. [00:32:38] We're like, oh, yeah, you're good to go. [00:32:39] And so I was just kind of shocked there because I expected them to at least check my name off of some list or scan some sort of barcode. [00:32:45] None of that happened. [00:32:46] They just let me right on through. [00:32:48] Uh, then, you know, we were, I was able to access the lobby where everyone was waiting, you know, photos were being taken. [00:32:55] Everyone was sort of intermingled with the hotel guests up in that lobby area. [00:32:59] And then you had to go down a level to get to the lower ballroom where the dinner was being had. [00:33:04] The only measure of security getting into that was, uh, you know, you did have to get scanned walking through, uh, um, the magnometer. [00:33:13] But then you also got a very minor bag check, very minor. [00:33:16] It was like the least secure thing I've ever been to. [00:33:19] I mean, I go to, Briefings at the Capitol, the White House, and the Pentagon. [00:33:23] And all of those are far more extensive security checks than what I experience at this event, which is just shocking. [00:33:29] But yes, once we got into the ballroom for the dinner, we had just sat down. [00:33:33] I was about to just start eating my little salad. [00:33:36] And then I saw Mike Johnson. [00:33:37] I was getting up to go talk with him. [00:33:40] And right as I was about to start a conversation with Mike Johnson, he just bolted. [00:33:45] And I kind of heard a faint noise. [00:33:47] I wasn't really sure what it was. [00:33:48] It sounded very muffled. [00:33:49] And I was like, Were those gunshots? [00:33:52] And I didn't think it could be true because I would have thought it would have been a lot louder. [00:33:56] But then when I saw Mike Johnson bolt off, I'm like, oh, surely those had to be gunshots. [00:33:59] And then shortly thereafter, everyone started getting under their tables. [00:34:03] And so I was like, okay, well, I guess that confirms that. [00:34:06] And then, you know, I was on the floor, sort of just very scared, very fearful. [00:34:11] And then I saw other members of Congress running past me and cabinet members running past me. [00:34:16] So I knew in that moment something devastating was going on. [00:34:19] And we were all just sort of shocked. [00:34:21] Wondering what it was, people were coming up asking me what's going on. [00:34:24] Do you know what's happening as they're all like hiding under tables? [00:34:27] I'm like, I know as much as you do, I don't have any further information, but it was surreal. [00:34:32] It was a night I will certainly never ever forget. [00:34:35] And I'm just again so grateful that no one was actually hurt. [00:34:39] Well, you know, there were a lot of lapses in security, and they all should be reviewed and changed. [00:34:44] But then again, it's like, you know, they committed five errors in the World Series last game, but they won the game. [00:34:54] Everybody's that's a good way to look at it. [00:34:57] And when it came to pure, just straight out and out bravery, you can't match them, huh? [00:35:05] None of those agents thought about their life, even the guys chasing them. [00:35:09] You see, the minute they realized what was going on, they were boom. [00:35:13] And then to watch the ones who put themselves in front. [00:35:15] At this point, you don't know if it's one shooter, two shooters, three shooters. [00:35:21] Exactly. [00:35:22] If they penetrated, the room could have had a setup in the room. [00:35:27] Yes. [00:35:28] And that's what we were wondering. [00:35:29] For quite some time, we were told maybe the show was going to go on, but maybe there was also still an active threat. [00:35:36] No one really knew. [00:35:37] So it was very confusing for quite some time after the initial shots were fired. [00:35:42] Obviously, they ended up canceling it due to safety concerns, and rightfully so. [00:35:47] But I really admire President Trump's tenacity of wanting to carry on with the show, to finish it out. [00:35:52] He was really looking forward to his speech. [00:35:53] So he says we're going to reschedule within the next 30 days. [00:35:56] We'll see if that happens. [00:35:57] I saw him do that near the end of the 2020 campaign when there was a gun. [00:36:02] In a rally in Reno. [00:36:04] And he got rushed off the stage, everyone frightened. [00:36:07] And I was with him. [00:36:09] And he insisted on going back. [00:36:11] He made everybody stay and gave the speech. [00:36:15] And I sent him a text after that. [00:36:19] I said, I could call him Donald then. [00:36:22] He was my friend for years. [00:36:23] I said, Donald, you've got the, well, Hones would be the way you'd say it nicely. [00:36:33] You got the B A L L S to be president. [00:36:38] And he did. [00:36:38] I mean, he has guts. [00:36:40] I mean, he really has guts. [00:36:42] That isn't fake, that isn't phony, and he stays calm. === Liver Health Formula Sale (04:11) === [00:36:45] Which is very important. [00:36:47] He does. [00:36:47] He doesn't, he doesn't, he makes their job much, much easier. [00:36:52] And he's forceful, but he'll listen to reason. [00:36:54] Like he wanted to go out. [00:36:56] But I think the thing that persuaded him is they couldn't be sure there wasn't another trap out there. [00:37:02] They would have to have done about a five hour search to be sure of that. [00:37:05] So, right decision. [00:37:07] Well, I'm glad you're all right, Allison. [00:37:10] I'm glad you can tell the story to your grandchildren. [00:37:13] Yes, me too. [00:37:14] Very grateful. [00:42:03] Well, any hope that you had that this was going to create a big, big change on the radical left or the left or the Democrats? [00:42:12] I don't know. [00:42:13] The early indications are that it's going to get worse. [00:42:18] You would think when you read this manifesto that you're reading words that were given to him, words like rapist and traitor. [00:42:31] And we'll trace them to, we'll find an example. [00:42:36] And there's more than one for each one of those that he took from a Democrat and just repeated it. [00:42:42] Because this guy was the subject of. [00:42:45] Their instruction. [00:42:49] And it reached a level where the moral impulse that we have not to do murder was overcome by the justifications for it. [00:43:00] Because the things they're saying can constitute justifications for murder, particularly when people like Hakeem Jeffries used the word war. [00:43:11] We're going to war, all out war, complete war. [00:43:15] Now, he wasn't even apologetic for that today. [00:43:18] He acted like he was the victim. [00:43:19] Right. [00:43:20] That's a good one. [00:43:20] I get that one. [00:43:21] Now, the reality is that they are beginning all over social media to start calling this a hoax. [00:43:33] This was a fake. [00:43:36] Go tell the people in that room that this was a fake. [00:43:42] That it's impossible for him to have been shot at three times like this and nobody got him. [00:43:51] It's impossible that they got so close to getting him with the kind of protection he's supposed to have. [00:43:54] Isn't that correct? [00:43:56] I mean, he would be the first president, he actually is the first president that was wounded, even though it was slight, since Ronald Reagan. [00:44:08] So, although there are numerous threats on the president, this overwhelmingly works out in favor of you stop them. [00:44:17] Ronald Reagan, 1981, Donald Trump, 2024, is the next one that's hit. [00:44:30] And in his case, not so seriously by the grace of God. [00:44:35] So let's listen to a Spartacus who has now decided we'll try a new one to get him killed. [00:44:44] We'll charge that he's so evil that he's planning phony assassination attempts that so far have reason. [00:44:54] He should go to jail for murder because somebody died in Butler County as a result of his phony assassination. [00:45:02] His phony assassination attempt. [00:45:06] And this agent almost died. [00:45:10] I mean, do you really believe that about Trump, that he's a murderer? [00:45:13] And why do you say it? [00:45:16] And don't you realize in a country of so many people with these political opinions being driven to the point of insanity that you're going to ignite not just the craziest people, you're going to ignite the marginal people, which is, I think, what you got here. [00:45:33] So let's listen to Spartacus. [00:45:37] No, they're trying to use a painful, awful attack, an attack on our democracy, an attack on America. [00:45:46] They're trying to use that as a pretext for this corrupt endeavor that they're doing that is the White House ballroom, where corporations who are trying to curry favor, where billionaires who are trying to curry favor are all throwing money at this president for a ballroom that didn't go through any kind of congressional approval. [00:46:04] That didn't go through the kind of checks and balances where public reporting is showing they're actually making mistakes in the design. [00:46:10] This is disastrous. [00:46:11] And it's really unfortunate that they're using a moment where we could be having a larger national conversation about political violence, about the need for grace and forgiveness, a need for us to be reminding ourselves that we are one nation under God. [00:46:26] No, instead of that, these folks are pivoting quickly to try to give more cover to shameful actions by the President of the United States. [00:46:33] This is a lost opportunity for healing. [00:46:36] In America, and what I think we need to do, which is having a renewal of American common cause and common sense. [00:46:45] I mean, they can't possibly. [00:46:47] You have Jeffries, too? [00:46:49] We should have Jeffries. [00:46:50] So Jeffries applies really to the Kimmel situation. [00:46:53] 2.4. [00:46:54] And Kimmel, of course, a couple of days ago did one of his usual, not funny, silly, not even silly, absurd recreation of the dinner. [00:47:06] And he got a phony shot of Mrs. Trump. [00:47:10] And he said that she had the look of an expectant widow. [00:47:17] Now, all of a sudden, two days later, she almost is an expectant widow. [00:47:20] As you might imagine, the woman is quite, quite upset. [00:47:24] And both Kimmel and Hakeem Jeffries, who attacks her for feeling this way, that Hakeem, when he was saying war, didn't really mean war. [00:47:44] Well, I mean, he doesn't get to explain that to Cole Allen. [00:47:49] Cole Allen doesn't call him up and say, Hakeem, I'm going to kill the president next week because you said we should go all out war, right? [00:48:00] He doesn't get a chance to say, oh, no, no, no, I didn't really mean that. [00:48:02] I didn't mean that kind of war. [00:48:06] You don't get that feedback. [00:48:10] So let's play that. [00:48:12] We are in an era of maximum warfare everywhere, all the time. [00:48:23] He cannot hear. [00:48:24] As long as the people heard it. [00:48:26] Well, I mean, he becomes the victim. [00:48:29] Poor Hakim. [00:48:31] Poor Hakim. [00:48:32] The first lady attacked poor Hakim. [00:48:35] Woman almost got killed the other night. [00:48:38] And she rightfully can say that since he has no control over the interpretation and the distribution and the qualifications of his remarks, that this guy is one of the people responsible for creating it. [00:48:55] The atmosphere of hate and anger. [00:49:01] And the same thing is true with Booker, who has that same problem. [00:49:17] Well, let's cover a couple of other things. [00:49:20] We can go into more of this at 8 o'clock on X. [00:49:25] But Comey was indicted again today. [00:49:28] And this time he was indicted on the 86 47 allegation that 86 is commonly known as cancel, waste, get rid of, or kill. [00:49:42] And 47, of course, is the president. [00:49:44] Now, just in case, there's a real kind of coincidence today that you can put two things together. [00:49:53] It's very, very interesting. [00:49:55] But in doing the research, in doing the research on Cole Allen, One of the groups he was involved with was the No Kings rally. [00:50:07] And they had a rally before that called the Hands Off Rally. [00:50:12] And at that rally, they had signs saying 8647 and yelling out, kill Trump. [00:50:21] So, this, on the very day where Comey is trying to pretend that this, you know, you don't know what this means. [00:50:32] There's a group of people very much on his side, these no kings and no hope people, who knew exactly what it meant and were teaching other people what it meant. [00:50:44] And this is not Homer Fudley. [00:50:47] This is the director of the FBI. [00:50:50] Now, if I knew it, he had to know it. [00:50:53] I was just in private security and I knew it. [00:50:56] And Comey may be a terrible, horrible human being and a Completely pathological liar, but he's smart. [00:51:07] He knew exactly what he was doing with 86 47. [00:51:11] And when you get a chance, take a look at the reporting. [00:51:15] I'll get it for tomorrow, but take a look at the reporting on that No Hope rally in California, where they were featuring 86 47, 86 47, 86 47, and saying, kill Trump, kill Trump, in case anybody had a. [00:51:38] Any kind of suspicion that it could have meant something else. [00:51:44] The king visited today, and we're going to go into, again, more detail on that later. [00:51:49] But I want to make two points, and then we'll do the whole thing in fairness to the king and the president. [00:51:55] I know a lot of the president's speech was fabulous, one of his very best. [00:52:00] I was very disappointed in the king's speech. [00:52:03] I was very disappointed in the king's speech because there is an issue that is paramount, and that's Iran, Islamic terrorism. [00:52:16] Islamic war against the West, Islamic war against Christianity, which is all aflame in Africa, as well as in other parts of the world, India. [00:52:28] And he addressed a war, but he addressed the Ukraine war. [00:52:39] He never addressed our need, America's need for help in Iran or the threat. [00:52:48] Of a nuclear Iran to the survival of the world, or the assistance that a nuclear Iran would give to Russia, the country that he wants defeated in Ukraine. [00:53:00] Nor did he have the courage to raise the issue of Islamic extremism, which is a major problem for his country. [00:53:08] It's a major problem for our country. [00:53:11] And it's a major problem in Iran because that's what it's about. [00:53:16] This isn't an isolated issue. [00:53:19] Ideology, it's an ideology that stems from Allah and from Muhammad to destroy Christianity and Judaism. [00:53:33] And there are a substantial number of Muslims now in all different parts of the world who embrace it. [00:53:41] He has a country now in which there are debates all over the country as to whether Sharia law should prevail. [00:53:48] The country that gave us the common law is going to make exceptions for a law of the jungle, a law of massive deprivation of human rights and human life, Sharia law. [00:54:03] That's the law of Muhammad and Allah. [00:54:08] And he's afraid to address it because of the Muslim political force in this country. [00:54:20] He had a Ramadan message, but he gave us an Easter message. [00:54:24] He didn't give his people an Easter message. [00:54:26] He gave them a Ramadan message. [00:54:29] I have to say, dear King, that even though your mother knighted me, that doesn't eliminate my right of free speech. [00:54:37] I know in England, you don't have the right of free speech any longer. [00:54:41] You also didn't address all the people that are in jail for making critical comments about Muslims or about things that your prime minister doesn't agree with. [00:54:52] Now, these are the common problems we face, not the bullshit you were talking about. [00:54:59] The common problem we face is the alliance of communism and Islamic extremism. [00:55:06] Fair point to bring Ukraine in, but not in an isolated way. [00:55:11] Is Ukraine more of a danger to us than if Iran becomes nuclear? [00:55:17] Hmm. [00:55:19] Russia is already nuclear. [00:55:22] If they were to get the rest of Ukraine, which would be terrible, and I am very much against, but would that be as bad for us that if Iran survives, comes out with some kind of an agreement that in 10 years they can be nuclear, cheats like hell all along the 10 year period, and in seven years is able to reach the United States with a nuclear weapon, which is more of a danger to us? [00:55:51] You know which one is. [00:55:52] And why did the king, who is a representative of the Western world, used to be, not mention this war that is being waged against the West? [00:56:03] England's at the center of it, with a king who seems to be more like Chamberlain than his grandfather's great friend, Winston Churchill. === King's Cowardice on Iran (01:06) === [00:56:14] I'm sorry, king. [00:56:17] Everybody else, I'm sure, was very impressed with all the pomp, all the circumstances. [00:56:21] I was exceedingly embarrassed. [00:56:25] At your cowardice in not mentioning Iran. [00:56:29] Exceedingly. [00:56:30] And also to give your people hope that the head of the Church of England will stand up against the Muslim extremists who despise Christianity. [00:56:41] And you got a hell of a lot of anti Semitism in your country. [00:56:45] I didn't hear anything about how America and England can cooperate in wiping out anti Semitism. [00:56:53] Maybe we don't share that value together anymore. [00:56:57] Well, contrary viewpoint on it. [00:57:01] Think about it. [00:57:01] We'll have more on it tomorrow. [00:57:05] I'm very sad about the King's speech. [00:57:07] Very, very sad. [00:57:09] And we'll have a little more on it, but we'll have a little more on the whole day at 8 very shortly on X. God bless America.
