The Rudy Giuliani Show: Monday, April 27, 2026

Rudy Giuliani analyzes the April 27, 2026 assassination attempt on President Trump at the Washington Hilton, drawing parallels to the 1981 Reagan shooting and criticizing severe security lapses like missing lobby metal detectors. Interviewing eyewitness Kara Castronova, he details the chaotic evacuation of figures including Kash Patel and Robert Kennedy Jr., while blaming Democratic operatives Josh Hawley, Adam Schiff, and Nancy Pelosi for orchestrating the attack via inflammatory propaganda. Giuliani concludes by urging a shift to convention centers for future events and demanding an end to moral equivalence between political factions. [Automatically generated summary]

Reagan's Horrible Treatment 00:11:20
Good evening.
This is Rudy Giuliani.
This is the Rudy Giuliani Show, and it is on Lindell TV.
In the background, you will see a hotel that unfortunately and tragically I know very, very well.
Because I was the Associate Attorney General at the time that the last.
Assassination attempt there took place against President Ronald Reagan.
In fact, odd though it is, I had breakfast with President Reagan that morning.
Not a private breakfast, a breakfast with his newly appointed undersecretaries.
The Justice Department description for an undersecretary is Associate Attorney General, the third ranking official in the department, and I was in charge of criminal.
Matters, the U.S. attorneys, the Drug Enforcement Administration, in those days, the Immigration Service, that area of the Justice Department.
And when he was shot, I was actually in the White House working on a speech with one of his speechwriters on crime.
And of course, the day was a day out of hell.
And Hinckley, who was the attempted assassin, was arrested by the Washington police.
It was quite a task to get him out of the hands of the Washington police, who in those days were considered a security risk, or at least our attorney general thought so and didn't want another, as he put it, Lee Harvey Oswald to take place.
We had to get him out of their hands and have him arraigned in open court in the very courthouse that Cole was arraigned in today.
Unlike the attempted assassination on Saturday, this was outside when President Reagan was leaving the building.
And it caused very, very serious permanent injuries to his press secretary, Mr. Brady, for whom the room is named in which Donald Trump held the press conference last night.
So it does bring back a lot of memories.
It also brings back a lot of memories of the work that I did with others to go over what happened, why it happened, what should be done in the future to make it safer.
And then all the work I've done over the years in.
Helping to protect two different presidents when I was mayor of New York, 150 world leaders, any number of times when they would come to the UN General Assembly opening, some of them people with thousands of people that wanted to kill them.
And then I owned a business known as Giuliani Security and Safety, which did that work all over the world.
So, this is an area that is a profession for me.
So, I have some pretty strong views on what happened yesterday.
I'm sorry, on Saturday.
And I am not at all happy with half of it.
I am happy with the second.
What you have on the street, what you have on the street is there working on Mr. Brady.
I think, right?
Yes, that's him on the ground.
Everyone thought he was dead.
He was a very, very fine man, very well liked, and hence the room is named after him.
Now, President Reagan was shot, and to all of us in his administration, including right up to the vice president and the cabinet members and the attorney general, for the longest time, we thought it was first, we weren't sure he was shot, and then second, we were told there wasn't very much, we was going to the hospital anyway.
As things developed, it became clearer that it was a lot worse than that.
And as things really developed, he was this far away from dying.
Kind of like Butler.
You know, if the president had moved President Reagan here, I'm saying one inch this way or one inch that way, there would have been no Reagan administration.
And who knows, Eastern Europe might still be communist.
And if President Trump had moved less than an inch, There would be no Trump administration, and would that be terrible for the world?
So, God is looking down on us.
The first thing I did when I heard this was just stop and say a prayer.
Remember, in addition to President Trump, in my view, being in the middle of one of the greatest presidential terms ever and saving our country from disaster.
He is a close personal friend and has been for years, and closer, of course, after all that we've gone through.
But also for personal reasons, I have a great deal of affection for him and for his family.
And to see him put into this kind of risk and to see things happen that don't have to happen this way when you know.
When you know they don't have to, it is very, very frustrating.
So let's begin with what happened.
I'm sure you know by now, but just in case, let's go through it.
I don't think anything is being held back here.
I think there is one major theme that is very confusing.
And if it isn't straightened out, we're just going to see a lot more of this.
But we'll get to that in a few minutes.
So Saturday night was the White House correspondence dinner.
Which has been a source of some controversy and difficulty with President Reagan, largely due to the fact that way back in, I believe it was 2011, when he went there as a private citizen and a rumored possible presidential candidate in 2012, that ended up being Mitt Romney, you might remember, and Trump never ran in 2012.
He, well, you're seeing a picture from, I believe, last night now.
The woman to his left, our right, is the president of the White House correspondence.
And I believe that on the left, that must be the press secretary, right?
Yeah, that's Caroline.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So the president was, as an individual, in 2011, both Obama and whoever the host was, were very, very vicious in their treatment of Trump.
It was the first time we saw the extra.
The extra Trump hatred, let's put it that way.
My boss, Ronald Reagan, was treated horribly, I thought.
I thought I was treated pretty horribly.
I mean, having pictures of you like Hitler and Mussolini is pretty hard.
But when I look back on it, I thought Bush, both of them were treated horribly.
And I thought John McCain, they turned on.
Here was their power.
And all of a sudden, they started raising questions about his mental stability.
He had perfect mental stability when he was doing things that Democrats liked.
Then he was a great hero.
But in any event, John was treated horribly.
And Romney, with the.
Dog on the top of the thing, and they may, you know, such ridiculous things.
But there's nothing like what's happened with Donald Trump.
And it's at the point now where this is a very, very serious, almost cultural, civilization setting situation.
The direction we go here will define.
If America is in fact the moral leader of the world, and if America continues in the direction that our great founding fathers put us and so many of our heroes etched out for us, well, we're going to become a vicious, horrible banana republic like the Bidens had us headed to and the Obamas.
And it is true, the rhetoric, the political rhetoric is horrible on both sides, but there is not a moral equivalent.
Between what they do and what the Republicans do.
It just isn't.
And until that's recognized, we're not going to stop it.
There's no Democrat that was treated anywhere near the way Trump is being treated.
And some of them deserved it a lot more than Trump.
I mean, Biden was a decrepit human being and a horrible crook.
He took money from China.
This man who came all the way from California to apparently.
Kill as many of the people in his administration, with the exception of Kash Patel.
Every single view that he had of President Trump was both false and it was perpetrated by Democrat propaganda, much like communists create propaganda.
This could be a chapter in 1984.
But let's talk about how this happened.
This guy, Cole, who is still a shadowy figure in some sense and a strange one because of the manifesto that he left, seemed to be, as they often do, right?
From what we've been able to pick up in the brief time that the investigation's been going on, which is less than a day, he seems to have been, on the surface, a fairly normal guy.
He was Teacher of the Year at one point, seems to have been a good student.
When you read his manifesto, which I wouldn't discount as having been done to give himself an insanity defense if he were caught, because this guy was not 100% a suicide guy.
And the motivation yet isn't quite.
Pedophile Security Failures 00:15:44
This is not Hinckley trying to impress Jody Foster.
I know Ted was saying they shouldn't have.
They shouldn't have put out the manifesto because what he wanted was attention.
We're not sure of that yet.
We're not sure that that's what he wanted attention.
They're not all the same.
These are all very, very, very different.
Hinckley wanted attention.
Hinckley wanted her to think kindly of him because he killed either Carter or Reagan.
He wasn't interested in either one of them.
In fact, his family were big Reagan supporters.
Politics was irrelevant to Hinckley.
This guy's all politics.
And this could have been written by Jamie Raskin or Chuck Schumer or Nancy Pelosi.
I mean, he just writes down everything they say and repeats it.
Should we first describe the shooting?
We have Kara on the line.
Okay, let's put Kara on.
Nothing better than it.
Now, Kara Castronova was there the other night.
She's got a big smile on her face, so whatever trauma it caused, she's been able to handle.
But this beautiful woman, by the way, is, in fact, Very gutsy.
So, this is a very brave woman.
So, tell us what happened in your own words, Carrie.
You're an eyewitness.
It was scary.
I was there.
I was underneath the table, hiding, obviously, when the gunshots were heard.
Everybody keeps asking me how I am.
I'm okay.
I mean, it was certainly scary, but I don't know if it's because I'm from New York or maybe I'm just blocking out because a lot of people have described it as traumatizing.
But for me, I'm just really angry that this person was able to come in, ruin such a beautiful night for so many people that meant so much to journalists.
Meant a lot to the president, meant a lot to just so many people.
And the feeling there, Mr. Mayor, was really a nice one.
There were a lot of Democrat lawmakers there.
There were Republican lawmakers.
I think Gavin Newsom was even there.
And everybody was just getting along for the first time.
It just had this positive feeling.
Everybody sort of was letting their political differences aside for the night.
And it just had that sort of ambiance.
So that's what I was really appreciative of.
And then, how long were you there, Kara?
How long were you there before the shooting?
We had walked into the ballroom, I'd say 20 minutes before the shoot.
They just put our salad plates down.
Literally, they're putting salad plates on.
People were starting to sort of pick at the salad when everybody had to dive under the table.
We heard the gunshots outside of the room.
So we were outside on the red carpet, which I'll talk about in a second, for about half an hour.
We came into the room, into the ballroom to be seated, and people were just taking their seats.
And they were just starting the program when all of a sudden, literally, we saw Secret Service agents rushing, jumping over tables.
Everybody was freaking out.
People were screaming.
Going underneath tables.
I was underneath the table with two other journalists, just peeking out.
I literally saw Kash Patel get ushered out.
He ran out of there.
I saw Dr. Oz get pulled out, Robert Kennedy Jr., Mike Johnson.
I was literally right by the door watching all of this happen.
And the scary part is, I was by a door where the gunman would have entered.
And he said in his manifesto, as you saw, that he was willing to go through.
He didn't want to kill regular people.
He really was out for Trump and for the administration.
But anybody that was in his way, he was willing to just shoot and go through.
So that would have been me and other journalists and other guests.
That obviously were in the surrounding parameter of the room that would have been the first to be shot.
So it was scary.
And I do think a lot of people are just sort of blocking their minds from it because we're not used to being a subject of the news.
We usually talk about the news.
So it is sort of uncomfortable when you're actually a person that was there.
Well, now, before the event, tell us about the security when you came into the lobby of the Hilton.
Were you dropped off by car?
Is that were you dropped off by Uber?
We were dropped off by an Uber a couple blocks away.
It was raining and also.
Now, why a couple blocks away?
I think that they did have a security parameter around where cars couldn't come in, but people could, because there was a massive amount of protesters outside.
There were protesters in the lobby that were getting kicked out.
So when I walked into the lobby, they were literally protesting.
I saw the protester that had the Pete Hegseth mask on.
And so there were protesters inside and outside of the hotel.
And I was surprised that they were in the lobby because it isn't until you go into the ballroom that you actually go through the metal detector.
To come into the lobby where I saw Scott Besant, I saw Pete Hegseth, I saw numerous members of the cabinet.
When you walk the red carpet, Robert Kennedy Jr. was on the red carpet, Dana White was on the red carpet.
There's no security check.
Like, there's absolutely no metal detectors or security or anything like that.
It's not until you go into the actual ballroom.
So, President Trump, I'm sure, came in the back way and they ushered him in very safely.
But what was really concerning was that there were a lot of members of the cabinet sort of just unprotected, you could say, on the red carpet.
A lot of people booked rooms at the hotel.
I have some friends there, harmless, but a lot of people that were not invited to the event and wanted to sort of.
With the crowd, they will book rooms at the hotel so that they would have access to the red carpet and access to these celebrities that are there and these higher ups and these administration people and to even the president.
So, I do know people that booked rooms and they were there, sort of hanging out with the crowd almost as if they were guests.
So, it was very easy, certainly, to infiltrate.
All of that, I just have to stop you for a moment.
All of that is outrageously negligent.
Just think about it for a moment, and no one's even raised this, and it's insane that they haven't, including the attorney general and Cash.
They're patting themselves on the back for what a great job they did.
And they did a great job once the shooting started.
They did a horrible job before that.
Suppose this man had a bomb.
You'd all be dead.
That's bad.
He got close enough to take the whole building down if he were a professional.
I mean, if they didn't stop him with a shotgun, a gun, and knives, a couple of little bomb packets weren't going to stop him.
And all he had to do is stick him right near your door where he was.
And goodbye building.
Or I'll give you another one.
Sitting in his room, he could have taken the whole hotel down.
I thought the same thing.
I think we could call it Street Smart.
It's called, I mean, the guy even said in his manifesto, like he could have literally bought bigger weapons in there.
And he was even expressing in his manifesto or in a document that he wrote to his friends and family 10 minutes before he ran into the building.
He said he could have.
There used to be a day that whenever the president stayed at the Waldorf, any president, And I did security for two of them.
For several days before, nobody was allowed to stay on the floor above or below.
And we had to know everybody that was in residence, every single person that was in residence.
They were all identified.
We knew how long they were going to be there, how long they were going to leave, when they were going to leave.
When we had the 2000 New Year's Eve celebration, Which was under threat of attack by Al Qaeda.
Every single building was completely emptied.
It took four days to do it.
I don't understand this.
You weren't allowed to approach the area where you watched the ball drop.
This is almost a million people.
Five blocks away, you had a metal detector.
The failure to have perimeter security is mind boggling.
Absolutely mind boggling.
When you consider that they, particularly the Muslim terrorists, love to use bombs rather than guns.
And they are perfectly capable of building a bomb that could take that whole building apart or suddenly put a big hole in it.
100%.
I agree.
It was very surprising.
And from what I understand, though, Mr. Mayor, this is the way they've done it every year with every president.
It's always been this way.
That is what all the journalists told me that have been to it before.
I mean, maybe it's time things changed because I do think President Trump.
Maybe if you have a president, they never had a president before that they attempted to kill twice.
Right.
So I don't think they should have.
Maybe somebody should have thought about it beforehand.
Right.
This is the first time President Trump ever has attended this dinner.
So President Trump obviously is a more controversial president, you could say that he has more hits on his life.
A lot of that because of the mainstream media and the things that they say about him to rile up their base.
Make them think that this is Nazi Germany that we're living under, and all these words they use, like fascism.
So, and that is a problem.
And Carolyn Levitt did actually address that today at a briefing.
But, you know, to go back to the night, it really just was a wake up call, I think.
I hope it's a wake up call for the Secret Service.
I hope it's a wake up call for journalists to stop saying things that are not necessarily true just for their readings.
I think maybe now that they actually were almost killed themselves, they'll actually be self protective.
Like everybody's selfish.
I think now that they realize they possibly could have been in the way of gunfire.
Because they were trying to get to the president, because a lot of people are saying, because of the words of certain journalists, maybe they'll actually watch what they say now and they'll admire and I guess law enforcement more and appreciate the president more.
After, you know, like I said, this guy was ready to come in there with a shotgun and shoot anybody in his way.
And that included every journalist in the room, that included their family.
A lot of people had their husbands, their children there.
So everybody was in danger.
So I think that this is going to make them think twice when they're using their rhetoric.
I hope that this was the final wake up call that will make them just stop already when it comes to calling President Trump a fascist and a Nazi.
And all these things that they know very well are said.
Pedophile, rapist.
They constantly argue, oh, what we say doesn't matter, what we say doesn't matter.
However, this guy basically repeated everything they say.
He must have written it down and repeated it.
I mean, where would he get pedophile from?
There's no evidence that Donald Trump is a pedophile.
In fact, there's evidence that he's not.
The one main witness says that he never did anything to her and he was a perfect gentleman.
There's absolutely no evidence that Donald Trump ever, ever had anything to do with an underage girl.
Ever, ever, ever.
So, where does he get it from?
He gets it from all of the Democrats who have been doing this completely falsified rendition of the Epstein situation.
And Trump's the guy that threw Epstein out of Mar-a-Lago.
I know it personally.
I investigated it myself.
I could produce loads of witnesses that will tell you that.
He had a very, very big disdain for Epstein and never went to the island.
All of that is made up by them.
Pedophile, rapist, based on that wacky woman who says that he.
And by the way, he was acquitted of rape and he was convicted of touching her inappropriately.
And she's completely out of her mind.
No, she's not.
She's just a big liar.
She won't even give a date or a time for it.
She won't give you a day within a couple of years because if she did, he probably was traveling and they'd catch her lying, which is what she's doing.
No, you know, you know, you know, that department store.
You can't, you can't rape somebody in the, in the, in the dressing room without a, you got to be out of your mind.
One of the most famous men in New York is going to go in there and rape some old lady in a, in a, in a, in a place where you change clothes.
I mean, the, the woman, the, the guy went out with, at that point, you know, beautiful models and he's going to go after this.
Who can't give you a date?
She can't tell you it's March 22nd or April 4th or June 2nd or time of year.
You think that's a bad memory?
That's not a bad memory.
That's a lawyer helping her to commit perjury because if she set a date, there's a 50% chance he'd be out of town that day because they didn't have a schedule when he was a private citizen.
I know him, I used to give speeches with him.
He traveled like I did half the time.
So he would have been able to definitively prove.
And the case should have been thrown out because it wasn't specific enough.
Well, they caused this.
And nobody should back off one bit.
This would not have happened without people like Raskin and Shifty Shift and that pervert who's finally out, Swalwell, with Fang Fang Swalwell, Ms. Pelosi, the multi millionaire.
The Lincoln Project, the Lincoln Project ahead of that went to jail for being a pedophile.
But they had some crazy rhetoric.
I mean, this is the product of brainwashing.
I don't know who this guy is, what this guy is, but what he wrote there could have been written by the Democratic National Committee.
Absolutely.
And I think that, I don't know if you have time, Mr. Mayor.
I do have a few clips, or you might have seen it.
Let's look at the clips.
Absolutely.
But that is something, Jason, if you could just cue the one that there's something that Carolyn Levitt said.
It was at the beginning of the briefing where she really was admonishing the mainstream media, saying that, you know, she didn't say it outright because I think they're trying to play nice with the media right now, just because it was such a positive night and President Trump was so happy that so many people came.
So I think they're really trying, they should, because it's important.
It's important that, you know, that this just stops, this hatred stops, the media's hatred of the president.
So this is what Karen Levitt had to say today on that topic.
Well, we certainly understand their fears and their worries.
As you heard from the president himself, He continues to have trust in the United States Secret Service.
As I just said, these are great men and women who are doing their jobs and performing their duties honorably.
As we all witnessed on Saturday evening, within minutes, the President, the First Lady, the Vice President, members of the President's Cabinet were ushered out of the room.
The perpetrator who sought to inflict massive harm, as we now know with the release of the manifesto on administration officials and the President himself, was stopped at the security parameter that was set up.
He tried to charge through it, as you saw on video, and he was quickly neutralized by Secret Service, and thank God that he was.
With that said, obviously, the White House is always asking the tough questions and ensuring the safety of the President.
I understand there will be a meeting early this week convened by the White House Chief of Staff, Susie Wiles, with top DHS leadership, members of the United States Secret Service, and our own operations team here to ensure the safety and the security of the President, as we do have many of these major events moving forward.
Neutralized Lone Wolf 00:11:51
So that was Karen Lovett, not on the topic we discussed, but I could summarize for you and say that she was just saying, Could people please be careful with their words because you were all put in danger yourselves?
And it's almost thanks to you guys that you put yourselves in this danger because of the rhetoric that you've used about the president that you know isn't true and it's just lies, it's for ratings.
So she was upset about that, but I was obviously interested to hear that Susie Wiles, Mr. Mayor, will be having a special meeting, sort of.
Maybe relooking at the security around the president, which is refreshing.
I don't think the White House wants to say that there's mistakes that have been made, but I think that anybody with some street sense knows that something.
They shouldn't do it, but I sure have no problem saying it.
And I think I know security for the president as good or better than they do.
I did it probably longer than most of them that are working for him have.
And I never thought I would see anything worse than Butler County.
This is not as bad as Butler County.
I mean, this is not a complete, abject breakdown.
They did handle it from the time that he started shooting, they handled it perfectly.
They handled it absolutely perfectly.
You can't object to that at all.
Up until then, they handled it like the Keystone Cops.
I mean, letting people that close to the president when you have incendiary devices that we know that our enemies have is crazy.
I mean, it's.
I don't know where the head is.
I could suggest where, but that would not be allowed on television.
Right.
There he is coming in.
Crazy.
Now, some people criticize the agent for stepping aside.
I think that's an instinctual reaction.
But somebody should grab him and tell him next time you tackle him.
Next time you don't move, pal.
Remember, you're supposed to put your body in front of the president?
They didn't do that in Butler, they did it here.
Well, one of the things that surprised me.
That guy doesn't get the Clint Eastwood Award for the best Secret Service agent.
I don't know who he is.
I was surprised that he landed a shot on an agent and the agent didn't land a shot on him.
I mean, I know I'm just calling it like it is.
So he was actually able to shoot an agent.
Thank God he's alive during that vest.
Shooting is always, you never know.
But play that again.
You'll see the way he steps aside.
I mean, what's that all about?
Shall we play that again, Ted?
We'll play it again.
There it is.
There he is.
He's standing there, not very alert.
You're not even looking at him.
Look at that.
He should have been right there and taken the.
I mean, this isn't about what anybody else would have done, right?
He should have lowered his shoulder like a football.
Yeah, that is second guessing.
And the guy shouldn't be dismissed or whatever, but he should learn from it.
And it should be used because there were things like.
Like digging, right?
We all spotted.
I think that usually, like the police, like that situation, the police were looking at Reagan and not the crowd.
Right.
Had they been looking at the crowd, they might have been able to spot Hinckley coming at them.
And then from then on, we trained them to look at the crowd.
All New York City police officers are trained.
When the president is around, you're not there to look at him, you're there to look at the crowd.
But if you ever go back and look at that video, you'll see.
That the cops are all, oh, there's Ronald Reagan.
Boom.
In comes Hinckley.
Hinckley shoots.
Too late.
They should have been faced out.
So, okay, they learned from it.
Same thing here.
That guy should have given up his body and tackled the guy.
Right.
And then a whole bunch of people could have gotten on top of him, particularly if he had a bomb instead of just a guy, he would have gotten closer and closer to you and set the bomb off.
Correct.
So, yeah, I think there's a lot of questions that we need to start asking of the Secret Service.
This has happened too many times, as you know, Mr. Mayor.
And sometimes it's up to journalists to ask hard questions.
So, I think that the Secret Service needs a revamp.
They certainly need to start changing the way that they're doing things when it comes to securing President Trump because he's obviously a unique president.
I think he has a special security needs, obviously, thanks to, like we talked about, so many different factors the Democrats talking points, what they call him, how they rally up their base and basically make insinuations that the president should be unalived.
It's absolutely incredible.
So, yeah, being there to wrap it up was really just, I guess, a part of history.
I was just upset that night that this person got away with ruining something that was, like I said, like President Trump wants to do this again in 30 days.
I don't know if you heard that he said that, but he's really adamant about that.
We have to do it again in 30 days.
We can't let this guy get away with this.
Like this loser literally get away with ruining something that is such an important event, such a staple in Washington, D.C. People just were so looking forward to just having one positive night.
The president had a speech prepared.
He was really looking forward to giving it.
There were awards to be giving out to journalists.
People came from around the world.
So, the amount of resources that went into this, the amount of money that went into this, all just wasted because of this raging lunatic, I don't think the president wants them to get away with it.
So, I think the convention center would be a great spot if they have a weekend open in the next month because then you don't have to worry about how.
All right.
The Washington convention.
Okay.
Because then there's no hotel.
Hotels don't want to shut down the hotel for the night because that's very costly.
So, that being said, you can't really do it at a hotel after what happened, especially what we just discussed.
Somebody could go in their room with the bombs dropped onto them.
And literally detonate, self-detonate, and we'll all be in rubble at the bottom in the basement because that's a subterranean ballroom.
Literally, if that had happened, we would literally all be buried alive.
So, thank God it didn't.
There's all these horrible scenarios that could happen that we have to really think about for the safety of the president, the administration, and everybody there in the room, like the journalists and just people's friends and family.
So, hopefully, that's rethought.
And I think the convention center would be a good place.
President Trump pointed out, obviously, I wish we had a ballroom.
Now, don't you guys understand this is why a ballroom would be?
Would be helpful, but obviously that won't be built in 30 days, so it's not really a practice.
It won't be built in time.
It would be helpful if it was.
And, you know, in other quick news, King Charles is here.
I don't know if you're interested in the royals, but, you know, he'll be here for the week.
So, President Trump welcomes him with Melania today and Queen Camilla.
So, they're here at the White House.
They checked out the beehives and took a walk in the garden, and they'll be here for the week.
They will address Congress, and President Trump will spend the day with them tomorrow.
That's a nice picture.
That's a beautiful picture of the president, the king, and, uh, I guess she's the queen and the first lady.
Yeah.
So that happens a little while ago when they were welcomed to the White House by President Trump.
Tomorrow morning.
Is he staying at Blair House?
He's staying on the White House grounds.
From what I understand, he's staying on the White House grounds.
He'll be here tomorrow morning and there'll be a full military sort of ceremony and marching and just a lot of pomp and circumstance at tomorrow morning around 9 30, 10 o'clock.
Are you going to cover that?
I'll be there.
I'm looking forward to it.
I guess she wants to go to the White House.
I would go as an observer.
Yeah, I would too.
That's what I plan to do, and just be able to see it firsthand should be really interesting.
I wonder if the president is going to tease him a little.
You know, I hate to bring up this subject because he's become so controversial.
But when Prince Andrew came to visit me, the now notorious Prince Andrew, or not Prince Andrew anymore, to tell me that his mother was going to confer honorary knighthood on me and my two commissioners, I was surprised, completely shocked.
And then I took him on a tour of Ground Zero.
I said, How would you like to stop on the way and pay tribute?
To one of the guys you killed during the Revolutionary War, Nathan Hale.
He looked at me, and I got to tell you, he may be a really bad guy, but he laughed.
I thought the prince would get all upset with me when I said that.
I said, We got a great statue of Nathan Hale here.
You know, you executed him.
You executed him when you guys were running this place.
Right.
Yeah, well, it should be an interesting week.
They're not leaving until Thursday.
And a good time for it.
I think we need a good time for it.
And given the difficulties with Starmer and NATO, and this, I think this will get us beyond that, where our relationship, kind of like with Israel, goes beyond politics.
It's a much deeper relationship than that.
So let's see if that'll come out.
I'm sorry you had to go through that, Kara.
It's got to be a traumatic experience no matter what.
On the other hand, it is your grandchildren are going to love you telling stories about this.
Yeah.
My little Grace doesn't understand it yet, but my children, when I tell them about how I had breakfast with Ronald Reagan the day that he was shot, there's a picture of that.
And my mother used to keep it next to her bed until she died.
There's a picture that morning of my shaking hands with him.
And then later on that day, later on that day, he was shot.
And at 11 o'clock at night, almost midnight, I was in court arraigning Hinckley.
It's the weirdest thing looking at Hinckley's eyes.
Weirdest thing.
And like Trump, he would have changed the history of this country had he succeeded.
You take Reagan out, I don't know what happens to us.
You take Trump out now, oh my, I don't know what would happen.
So thank you, God.
Thank you.
Thank you so much, Mr. Mayor.
Have a wonderful show.
Yeah, you too.
You too.
And hopefully you'll come on tomorrow night and show us those great pictures of the.
Of the ceremony with King Charles III.
I believe the other two Charleses were executed.
I know one of them was by Cromwell.
Yeah, by the Puritan Revolution, yeah.
1700s.
That was right around, right before me.
But I do think the other Charles was executed too.
So he's going to be spared that, God willing.
Well, we ought to put this picture up real quick.
We're able to find it.
That was not it.
I'll tell you why.
I had like.
Oh, that's not the day.
You're right.
You're right.
That's a different day.
That's my bad.
I can tell you what that was.
That was the day he came to the Justice Department to speak to the widows of a federal agent who had died in the line of duty.
Right.
There's a picture of you meeting him in the actual Oval Office, right?
Yes.
It was just one of about a dozen or more pictures.
He had breakfast with a group of us.
So let's take a break now.
And then we'll continue and look at a few more other aspects of this and also what's going on in the war that's still going on, kind of.

Have you ever noticed how complicated it is to get your medication?
When you're not feeling well or you're running low on something, it turns into a whole process.
You call the doctor, your appointment's days away, you sit in the waiting room, then you Stand in line at the pharmacy and sometimes they don't even have it.
That's the old system.
It is slow, it's frustrating, and it doesn't have to be that way.
That's why I've been telling you about all-family pharmacy.
My family loves it and I use that myself.
You go online, you choose what you need, you fill out a short medical form, and one of their licensed doctors reviews your request.
If it's appropriate, they write up the prescription and it shifts straight to your front door.
This is how healthcare should work.

Insane DNC Case 00:12:34
This is again, you see, the background we put there is the dinner, and I suspect that's before the disruption, which only lasted, it sounds from Cara, like about 20 minutes.
They were 20 minutes into the sit down when this occurred.
Some things I really want to emphasize for you because with the spinning going on, you're going to miss it.
One, I think we've done a pretty good job on the eight o'clock show.
We'll have Pat Brosnan on also to try to point out to you the mistakes that were made that really have to be fixed because any really good terrorist watching this says, man, this guy's easier to kill than we thought.
Now, remember that Cole himself, in his manifesto, which he wrote apparently right before he did the deed, Said, I can't.
The security is so lax, it's insane.
Oh, he says that in the.
I got to read that.
Like, I expected security cameras at every bend, bugged hotel rooms, armed agents, metal detectors, up the wazoo.
He said what he got instead was nothing, even raising the possibility he was being pranked.
No damn security.
Not in transport, not in the hotel, not in the event.
He wrote alleging he noticed a sense of arrogance about the security situation, neglect, when he arrived at the Washington Hilton.
I walk in with multiple weapons, and not a single person there considers the possibility that I could be a threat because we don't know how visible the weapons were.
The security at the event is all outside, focused on protesters and current arrivals because no one apparently thought about what happens if someone checks in the day before, like I did.
Like, if I was an Iranian agent instead of an American citizen, I could have brought a damn Madus in here and no one would have noticed SHIT.
Actually insane.
Now, he was talking about the M2 Browning.50 caliber machine gun.
But what he could have said was, I could have brought a bomb with me.
In fact, it would have been easier to conceal the bomb.
And then just ignited it as close as I could possibly get to the room, which was right outside the door that you enter.
The reason he's, you see him there on the ground with no clothes on, is he had a shotgun, a pistol, an automatic weapon, and he had knives, multiple knives on him.
Sounded like he was ready to do hand to hand combat.
And he did say he didn't want to kill any of his civilians.
And he didn't want to kill law enforcement.
And he excluded Kash Patel, one thinks, because he was part of law enforcement.
He wanted to get primarily Trump and the administration, all of them.
But if he had to kill people on the way there, as Cara pointed out, he was very willing to do that.
I think this manifesto has to be looked at very, very carefully because it is quite possible that's the drawing of him in the courtroom today, this afternoon, when he didn't plead, but he was given the charges, the most serious of which is an attempt on the life of the president, which carries a life.
A prison sentence.
Compared to the picture I see on the ground of him, Ted, that doesn't really look like much of a likeness of him.
I guess he was wearing.
Yeah, this sketch, they sure didn't do him any favors.
Not that I would want them to.
Looks like he lost a chromosome in that picture.
Look at that thing.
Well, in any event, the security he announces was very, very lax.
The Attorney General, Todd Blanche, I guess you have to expect that Todd would do this, of course, defended it.
But I hope internally he's.
I know my former bosses who were attorney general would have gone crazy.
And I know from experience because of not just the Reagan thing, but other situations where.
You know, I love law enforcement.
My uncles were cops.
I was criticized all the time by being too easy on them, even though I put 70 cops in jail for corruption.
But law enforcement is wonderful people.
But they're not saints and they're not completely infallible.
And they have to be disciplined.
And they have to be taught, like the guy who didn't do the tackle.
What are you doing?
Stepping aside to take a shot that you don't make in a crowded room, pal.
Did it make more sense for you to use your body to trip them?
How about putting your foot out?
I hope he doesn't come from New York.
How about just putting your foot out and then he falls on his face and you can jump on him?
But in any event, they weren't ready for any of that.
They weren't ready for it.
They had figured if we mag him going into the ballroom, that's enough.
Eh, where does that thinking come from?
Well, he came there by train.
Showing that probably he didn't want to be, he didn't want to take a risk on being picked up with the weapons and everything else if he was going to bring them from there by playing.
I'm pointing this all out to you because when this goes to trial, this will be an insanity defense.
And that thing was written to try to promote an insanity defense.
Now, one of the things, now here's an interesting thing you can do with it.
How real is that?
For example, he talks there like he's a Christian, talks about how you should turn the other cheek, but he's not really the victim, so a victim doesn't have to turn the other cheek.
I don't know where that comes from, but that sort of thing.
On the other hand, we heard yesterday from President Trump and others that this guy has a background of being extremely anti Christian.
I don't know what that means.
You don't detect that in the manifesto.
Well, if that is in fact the case and he left it out of the manifesto, this guy is by no means insane.
This is a very crafty guy.
He may be pathological, but every murderer is pathological.
But he knew what he was doing, and he seemed to have an ability to control it when he wanted to.
Like he was not going to kill most of the people if he didn't have to.
I think that takes an insanity defense and shoves it right up you know what.
But the most important thing to come out of this is will the Democrats stop it?
Will they stop it?
This guy, when Karras said before he was a crazy lone wolf, crazy guy, crazy, crazy.
This guy was an operative of the Democratic National Committee.
He repeated the lies they have been perpetrating and spending millions on.
From the time that Trump was a nominee, they've been trying to convince you he's a traitor.
If anything, he's probably the most patriotic president we've had in a very long time.
They're trying to convince you that he's a rapist.
I mean, the case brought against him is close to insane.
It's close to insane as a pretext, phony case.
They have spent millions and millions of dollars attempting to develop false claims against him.
And this guy bought them and is operating under the fact that they're true when in fact they're false.
So he is an operative created by the paid for false, damaging information intended really for treasonous purposes to remove a lawfully elected president from office.
And who's responsible for this guy?
Swalwell, Shifty Shif.
Hillary, that paid a million plus for the Russian collusion thing.
We can go on and on.
Obama, who sat on top of the whole thing and let it go.
Biden, with the four phony indictments.
This guy didn't act in a vacuum, he acted instigated by the Democrat Party.
The president is going to have to say we all should be careful about what we say.
And I agree with that.
And I'm going to try to be careful about what I say.
But make no mistake about it, this is not a moral equivalent.
Nobody's acting on what we say and going around trying to kill people.
People are acting on what they say and going around trying to kill people.
Or worse than that.
Three times is just a little too much to hear this lone wolf bullshit.
So, Ted?
Yes, sir.
If they go over to X, we'll have Pat Brosnan, a security expert, a New York City police detective, a fine one, but also runs a major international security firm.
And he can give you some independent analysis of it beyond.
Just me, of course, I ran a very large security firm also.
Right.
And then we'll also bring us up to date on what apparently has been knocked finally off the front pages, which is the war or negotiations or somewhere in between in Iran and the Middle East.
So thank you very much for listening in on Lindell TV.
Remember, Dr. Maria is on at 9 o'clock tonight on this very station, and she will be covering.
Uh, these things with her observations about it, which I know are going to be excellent, uh, because you've been paying attention to this thing like a hawk from the moment it broke.
Yep, and um, you go over to X now, and we'll be there in five minutes.
Pray for the president, keep him safe.
It just is not over.
There are still many, many very, very strong forces out there trying to kill him.
I have, as Ted knows, been frightened about this for him for over three years when I first visited him with Bernie and said, You know, they may try to kill you.
And I continue to be, and it is disgraceful that more isn't done about it.
Absolutely disgraceful.
Dear God, somehow you're bringing him through.
I know it's you against the forces of evil.
God bless America.
