Rudy Giuliani - The Rudy Giuliani Show: Wednesday, April 15, 2026 Aired: 2026-04-15 Duration: 58:28 === War Is Quiescent But Ongoing (14:16) === [00:01:20] Welcome to the Rudy Giuliani Show. [00:01:24] Well, the war is still. [00:01:28] Let's see. [00:01:29] Oh, other way, Mayor. [00:01:34] It's just a matter of looking. [00:01:36] Yeah. [00:01:37] Okay. [00:01:38] The war is ongoing but quiescent, I guess is the way to put it, if a war can be quiescent. [00:01:46] As far as I can tell, and we searched far and near, there wasn't much fighting today, Lebanon being the. [00:01:55] The exception. [00:01:56] But before we get to that, let's make our plea once again for a parade up. [00:02:08] And it's up because it goes north. [00:02:10] Any way you want to look at it, it's up because it's. [00:02:13] Look it up. [00:02:14] Sure, America needs to look up. [00:02:17] America needs a dose of realistic optimism. [00:02:23] This is. [00:02:26] There's a situation in which, yes, we are at war. [00:02:31] The war is totally within our control, despite the people who hate America who report on it. [00:02:42] You want to separate the people who hate on America. [00:02:45] You can look at the people who say we're losing the war. [00:02:48] And then you can look at the casualties of 13, which are tragic, horrible. [00:02:55] You can look at the casualties on the other side. [00:02:57] You can look at the economic damage done to the other side. [00:03:00] You can look at the economic damage done to us in Israel. [00:03:04] You can look at the empire that they had four years ago as opposed to the empire they have now. [00:03:13] They had a fairly growing, significant, frightening group of countries under their control, none of which are under their control today. [00:03:26] They had Syria under their control. [00:03:29] The leader of Syria is deposed, sent away, chased off by the United States and Israel. [00:03:37] He is now hiding someplace, along with many, many others who are hiding in some kind of compound that Putin has, where I'm sure he doesn't treat them all that well. [00:03:49] But Syria is now a part of our coalition. [00:03:55] They had the fighting force of the Houthis who were blocking the Red Sea. [00:04:01] For them. [00:04:02] The Rooties are a mere shadow of their former self, which the anti American newspapers on this issue, which include the Wall Street Journal, have been saying pretty soon are going to enter the war and really hurt us by blocking up the Red Sea. [00:04:19] Well, that's about 10 days old now. [00:04:23] So that's 10 days of the Red Sea not being blocked up. [00:04:26] That's also 10 days of the Yemen government knowing if they do that, you know what's happening in Lebanon? [00:04:33] Well, it's going to happen real fast in Yemen because Yemen is much smaller than Lebanon. [00:04:39] And what will happen is the joint U.S. Israeli forces, in a matter of, I don't know, an eyelash relatively, will take out half of Yemen and it won't be here anymore. [00:04:52] And they know it. [00:04:54] And they're saying yes, yes, yes to Iran. [00:04:56] They haven't fired a rocket, a ship, or a slingshot. [00:05:00] Oh, but they're winning the war. [00:05:02] But the Houthis, they're wrong about it. [00:05:06] They were going to block up the Red Sea. [00:05:07] They're not blocking up the Red Sea. [00:05:09] They were going to bomb the new pipelines. [00:05:11] They haven't bombed the new pipelines. [00:05:13] What else were they going to do that they haven't done? [00:05:18] And they can't get their oil out of now. [00:05:20] They can't get their oil out of Iran. [00:05:22] They're going to choke on oil. [00:05:28] What's happening with the blockade? [00:05:31] Oh, what a disaster. [00:05:32] We did a blockade. [00:05:34] So far, the blockade is doing a lot better than my favorite baseball player, Aaron Judge, is batting 211. [00:05:41] And the blockade is batting 1,000. [00:05:44] That's a perfect batting average in a blockade, meaning 10 ships have been stopped. [00:05:51] No ships have gotten through. [00:05:53] An untold number of ships have turned around that looked Iranian and they look scared as hell. [00:05:58] Some of them were crapping in their pants as they were going in the other direction. [00:06:03] Ten for sure were confronted. [00:06:05] Ten for sure turned around. [00:06:07] Nobody got through. [00:06:09] And that country that defeated us, Iran, has not fired a single shot on any American ship that has now crushed their economy. [00:06:22] And it's letting the American ships do as they will with the strait they supposedly control. [00:06:30] Right now, today, as we speak, who controls the Strait of Hormuz? [00:06:36] Say it, Ted. [00:06:37] The United States. [00:06:38] Okay. [00:06:39] Ten days ago, who controlled the Strait of Hormuz? [00:06:43] Iran. [00:06:43] Who's winning? [00:06:45] It's the most, as a single or second biggest point of that nature in the world. [00:06:55] All the others are open. [00:06:57] Iran can't close this one. [00:06:58] It had it closed for a little while. [00:07:00] And what did it take for us to blow it open? [00:07:04] Sailing our ships through the way Teddy Roosevelt used to do or Thomas Jefferson. [00:07:10] We defeated them much more easily than the Barbary pirates in the 18th century or 19th century. [00:07:21] Right. [00:07:22] That's absolutely right, Mayor. [00:07:24] So I don't know what else I can tell you about the progress. [00:07:28] The war is pours with a two week ceasefire. [00:07:32] All right. [00:07:34] It's fragile. [00:07:35] The blockade is fully 100% effective so far. [00:07:42] It says it could break the blockade at any time, but it doesn't want to. [00:07:48] Isn't that funny? [00:07:51] It's saying it could break the ceasefire. [00:07:53] It hasn't yet. [00:07:57] It says, however, independent reports say it's crippling Iran's oil. [00:08:01] it exports, which it is doing. [00:08:06] Are there active peace talks? [00:08:07] Well, they're going to start them again. [00:08:11] Mediation is going on through Pakistan, Turkey, and Egypt, all of whom want it much more than the U.S. because we are rushing to the table because we are doing so much damage to their economy that is going to last. [00:08:24] We have with us from Washington, Kara Kaspronova, who can bring us up to date on what's going on in Washington on a day that, although not a, I was like, Not a shot was fired. [00:08:37] It was a big day and a big win for the U.S. 10 ships turned around. [00:08:42] 10 ships turned around. [00:08:43] And one could now say that the Strait of Hormuz is under the control of the United States of America and that we took it from Iran. [00:08:50] Right. [00:08:51] Tomorrow there's actually a briefing at the Pentagon. [00:08:53] So we'll learn more about that. [00:08:54] I'll be at that briefing at 8 a.m. sharp. [00:08:56] But as for today, there was a briefing with Carolyn Levitt at the White House, along with Scott Besson, because today is tax day. [00:09:03] As you know, Mr. Mayor, with many Americans and businesses, Have to file their taxes, and the secretary was there talking about how this is a great year for tax cuts. [00:09:17] Well, good. [00:09:18] And importantly, I got a question in which I know you're always excited to hear. [00:09:23] I wanted to know about the attorney general picks. [00:09:25] As you know, that's a big topic right now. [00:09:27] I think the president might be taking his time with it, from what I'm hearing. [00:09:31] And I've been doing a lot of polling, and your name keeps coming up, and other names have come up like Rhonda Sanders. [00:09:37] Possibly Ed Martin. [00:09:39] So I just wanted to ask Carolyn Levitt if she had heard that, what the president was thinking, and most importantly, will the next attorney general hold the government accountable of Biden that weaponized all the agencies? [00:09:51] So here's my question to Caroline Levitt today. [00:09:53] Can you give us an update on the president's thinking on the next attorney general? [00:09:57] A lot of names have been going around, like Ron DeSantis, Rudy Giuliani, Ed Martin. [00:10:02] They're being floated as contenders. [00:10:04] What qualities is the president looking for in a new AG? [00:10:06] And will there be accountability for what many have described as Weaponization within Biden's office when he was the president, sure. [00:10:14] Well, certainly ensuring that there's accountability for the weaponization of justice that took place under the Biden administration is a top priority for this president. [00:10:23] With respect to names that are floated, there are always names floated in the press. [00:10:27] Sometimes I have a chuckle when I read some of the reports about certain people floated for certain jobs. [00:10:32] As far as the president is concerned right now, Todd Blanch remains the acting attorney general. [00:10:36] The president feels he's doing a good job, and that's where it remains right now. [00:10:40] I don't have any personnel updates for you today. [00:10:43] So, what I took from that is that the president is taking his time, hopefully, with that decision, because it is a big decision, as you know, Mr. Mayor. [00:10:51] And you know, there's been about 20 names floating around from different attorney generals of various states to Todd Blanch himself to Janine Pirro now to Rudy Giuliani. [00:11:01] A lot of people are talking about you now, Mr. Mayor. [00:11:03] And actually, when I posted that, I posted, who do you think should be attorney general? [00:11:07] And the majority of people said Rudy Giuliani because he has a dog in the game and nobody else there does, which is the truth. [00:11:13] And of course, you've heard just all the other names out there. [00:11:16] I do hope that President Trump takes his time with this decision because it is such an important one, Mr. Mayor. [00:11:21] Well, I am very honored that you would do that. [00:11:24] And I have to say, that's a conversation that only could take place with my friend, President Trump. [00:11:32] And I sure as heck would talk to him about it. [00:11:37] And I think I should leave all the rest of it to whatever I say to him and he says to me. [00:11:41] I had to do that a lot in my life. [00:11:42] I mean, I was his lawyer for three years. [00:11:45] And originally, his first choice for attorney general. [00:11:48] But had to turn it down because of personal reasons, which he understood. [00:11:54] I'm talking about in 2016. [00:11:57] Yes. [00:11:57] And I know that a lot of people feel like you should have, if we wouldn't be having a lot of the problems we have today, particularly with the DOJ and everything that Biden did to weaponize the Department of Justice, if we had you or somebody like you that had initially taken that office in 2016. [00:12:13] Yeah, I mean, to be really honest about it, totally, I would have probably been able to be Secretary of State. [00:12:21] Which is what I wanted to do. [00:12:23] And that had something to do with the peculiarities of the marital situation that I was in, that it would be very hard to explain. [00:12:31] But one was not possible, and the other was. [00:12:34] Right. [00:12:35] Well, hopefully, you know, the president's watching this time around and we'll listen to the people because the people are saying, Rudy Giuliani, at least the polling that I have been doing and talking to people from MAGA and even just conservatives in general, and a lot of Democrats as well. [00:12:49] They just want to see somebody who's tough. [00:12:50] As you know, you cleaned up New York City, and New York City is a Democrat city. [00:12:54] So I think that people believe you could. [00:12:55] Clean up the Department of Justice as well. [00:12:57] So that's the report on that. [00:12:59] And if you're interested, we have a few other clips from that briefing today. [00:13:03] Well, it's funny to be the subject of the news. [00:13:05] So I will, I should have had Ted. [00:13:08] Ted is here. [00:13:09] Ted is here. [00:13:10] Statistics as of April 12th over 53 million filers, nearly 45% claimed of one of President Trump's signature tax cuts. [00:13:20] The average tax cut for filers benefiting from one of the new tax cuts is over $800. [00:13:28] Over 6 million filers have claimed no tax on tips with an average deduction of $7,100. [00:13:34] Over 25 million filers have claimed no tax on overtime with an average deduction of $3,100. [00:13:40] Over 30 million seniors have claimed the enhanced deduction for seniors with an average deduction of $7,500. [00:13:47] And over 1 million filers have claimed no tax on Carlin interest on American cars for an average deduction of over $1,800. [00:13:55] The average refund this filing season is over $3,400. [00:14:00] Over 34 million families have claimed Republicans' enhanced child tax credit, which is permanently doubled and expanded by the working families tax cuts. [00:14:10] Over 105 million filers have claimed the permanently doubled standard deduction, simplifying tax filing for millions across America. [00:14:18] So as much as people do not like to pay their taxes, and we saw a survey today that 70% of Americans still believe that they are overtaxed, this is a great day for the American people. [00:14:31] So that was Secretary Bassendare, and he took a number of other questions, Mr. Mayor. [00:14:35] I know you would be interested in the question that Jack Posebic asked about Eric Swalwell. [00:14:39] I'm sure you saw some of the videos over the weekend where Swalwell was really, really rough with the female. [00:14:45] And I think this is for Swalwell's career as these videos emerged. [00:14:50] So Jack Posebic asked about that today, and this is what Carolyn Levitt had to say about Eric Swalwell. [00:14:56] I think the accusations and allegations against former Representative Swalwell are despicable and disgusting. [00:15:03] I think it's also Quite plausible, as you point out, Jack, that there were many other Democrats in this town on Capitol Hill who knew about his perhaps illegal behavior, certainly his disgusting and inappropriate behavior. [00:15:16] And why were they silent for so long? [00:15:18] I think those are questions that must be raised of these sitting representatives, including Mr. Gallego. [00:15:23] And I hope that the journalists in this room will do their jobs, and the journalists on Capitol Hill will do their jobs to ask Democrats in power how they knew about such despicable behavior from one of their elected representatives for so long. [00:15:35] But never said or did anything about it. === Corrupt Judges And Drug Crimes (09:44) === [00:15:36] So that's what we hope to see as far as the White House and the president is concerned. [00:15:41] So that was up, Carolyn, on Eric's wall, wall, Mr. Mayor. [00:15:44] And lastly, the Iran ceasefire. [00:15:45] I'm sure you heard. [00:15:46] Well, this is what Carolyn Lovett had to say about it today. [00:15:49] There was a little bit of inaccurate reporting, she said, that was being put out by the media. [00:15:54] So she set the record straight on that. [00:15:56] Take a listen. [00:15:57] Yes. [00:15:57] So I saw some reporting, again, bad reporting this morning that we had formally requested an extension of the ceasefire. [00:16:03] That is not true at this moment. [00:16:05] We remain very much engaged. [00:16:08] In these negotiations, in these talks. [00:16:10] You heard from the Vice President directly and the President this week that these conversations are productive and ongoing, and that's where we are right now. [00:16:17] I've also seen some reporting about the potentiality for in person discussions. [00:16:21] Again, those discussions are being had, but nothing is official until you hear it from us here at the White House. [00:16:27] But we feel good about the prospects of a deal. [00:16:29] The President mentioned that in his interview yesterday, and it's obviously in the best interest of Iran to meet the President's demands. [00:16:36] I think he's made his red lines in these negotiations very clear to the other side, and so we are. [00:16:42] continuing to see how these conversations go. [00:16:46] So that's my round for the briefing today. [00:16:48] But to me, the most interesting part of it, of course, was that attorney general question, just making sure that the administration, you know, we always got to ask those questions to hold them accountable. [00:16:57] And we want the Biden DOJ held accountable. [00:17:00] And the people want to know who the best person is to do that, Mr. Mayor. [00:17:04] Well, you take me back to my youth. [00:17:06] I was 17 years in the Justice Department, assistant attorney general. [00:17:11] I was the chief of staff to the deputy attorney general of the United States in the Florida administration. [00:17:18] I was the number three ranking official in the Reagan administration as the associate attorney general. [00:17:22] And then, probably, what's best known is I was U.S. attorney in the Southern District of New York, a record of which I shouldn't boast, but I will. [00:17:31] It was probably the best record of a prosecutor in the 20th century. [00:17:35] Wow. [00:17:37] Not my account, but about eight books. [00:17:39] So, yeah, it's a department that I love, like I do in New York City. [00:17:45] It's the same passion, the same. [00:17:47] And I thought I actually worked for the department more than I did the city. [00:17:51] So thank you very much. [00:17:52] To be considered for it is even an honor, one way or the other. [00:17:57] Can I ask you a question? [00:17:58] We're both from New York City. [00:18:00] This is a New York City story and a national one. [00:18:02] It's about Sergeant Eric Duran. [00:18:06] Sergeant Eric Duran has now headed off to a very long prison sentence. [00:18:10] I think it's four to 15 because a while back he was in the middle of a buy and bust. [00:18:17] A buy and bust is a term that is used by the FBI and by the DEA and by police. [00:18:22] What it is, it's an undercover buyer of drugs. [00:18:25] It's been going on for as long as we've had the drug problem. [00:18:28] As a Swiss U.S. attorney, I probably did 30 trials like that. [00:18:32] As a U.S. attorney, I probably oversaw 1,000 or 2,000 or 3,000. [00:18:37] The guy, the criminal, the career criminal named Dupre, who comes from Ecuador, they don't bother to tell us if he's illegal or not. [00:18:47] Nor does the story bother to tell us what I'm about to tell you. [00:18:51] They tell you that the police officer, Threw a water cooler at him to stop him from fleeing. [00:18:58] They do not explain he was fleeing from a major felony and that he has a record that is half as long as my own. [00:19:06] And he's a dangerous criminal. [00:19:09] Oh, great, let him get away so he can sell drugs to another 50 kids before they catch him again, some of which might have fentanyl in it. [00:19:19] He threw it at him. [00:19:20] That's all he did, he threw a water cooler at him. [00:19:24] Could have taken his gun out and shot him. [00:19:27] The guy died because he fell and hit a curb. [00:19:31] That part's an accident. [00:19:34] The judge, who is a miserable creature from the unbelievably corrupt and ignored New York state courts, New York City courts, criminal, civil, state, Supreme Court, might as well be part of the Democrat clubhouse. [00:19:52] They're crooked on every political case. [00:19:55] You see that. [00:19:56] Every political case. [00:19:57] I'm not talking about the big ones like Trump. [00:19:59] I'm talking about the little ones like when you're challenging signatures. [00:20:02] You ran for office, my dear. [00:20:04] You know, any Republican they can knock out fine, any Democrat they don't like, the judge just rules against them. [00:20:13] Then they appoint all of these referees all over the place, like the one I had for my disbarment. [00:20:18] And if they don't rule Democrat way, you never get another one and you go broke. [00:20:22] This has been going on forever in New York. [00:20:24] Nobody stops it. [00:20:26] Well, one of those judges who's worth nothing, he's a spit, Judge Guy Mitchell sends him to three to nine years in prison for that. [00:20:37] He should have been given an award for stopping a drug dealer from running away. [00:20:45] Now, do you have to pay with your life for being a drug dealer? [00:20:49] No. [00:20:49] But if you lose your life in the pursuance of that crime or fleeing from it, tough. [00:20:57] Isn't that better for society? [00:20:59] What would he have done if he had continued to live? [00:21:02] A lot more kids would be dead. [00:21:04] This stuff kills kids. [00:21:06] Nowadays, you know this. [00:21:07] I'm saying it to you because I'm preaching to the converter. [00:21:09] You come from New York. [00:21:10] You understand the streets. [00:21:12] This is why New York City is emptying out. [00:21:14] It's not just Mandami, it's judges like this, crooked. [00:21:18] The New Yorkers don't know how crooked their judicial system is. [00:21:22] And the New York Times, its main newspaper, and the Bar Association are part of it. [00:21:26] And they never reveal it. [00:21:27] For years, they don't reveal it. [00:21:28] They pretend we actually have a judicial system in New York. [00:21:32] Well, I know that New York or Washington, D.C., when it comes to really bad judges, as you know, we're both very familiar with that, Mr. Mayor, being from New York City and then now me being here in Washington, D.C., they're very good judges. [00:21:48] I'm not as familiar with that case as you are, but I. Could speak from experience or my own experiences in court, knowing that these judges are completely corrupt. [00:21:57] I'd like you, I know you go back to New York pretty regularly. [00:21:59] I'd like you to take a look at that because your expertise on that would be valuable, given everything you know about J6. [00:22:04] This woman right here is one of the top experts on J6. [00:22:07] You should know that. [00:22:08] You've seen me call on her for it. [00:22:09] I will in the future. [00:22:10] Let me just say to people that he has a committee that you can donate to, and the Islanders raised about. [00:22:23] 40 grand for him so he can appeal his case. [00:22:28] So please think about it. [00:22:29] I'm going to get you the information. [00:22:30] I'll definitely look into that and get back to you on what I think. [00:22:33] Yeah, take a look at it. [00:22:34] This is a real, real tragedy. [00:22:37] And we can't address all of them. [00:22:39] When they come to our attention, let's see if we can drive them home. [00:22:44] God bless you. [00:22:45] God bless you, Mr. Mayor. [00:22:47] Have a good night. [00:22:48] And God bless the good sergeant and his family. [00:22:52] I'm sorry, the sergeant is the one who came here legal. [00:22:57] Legally from Ecuador. [00:22:58] He's a 13 year law enforcement officer. [00:23:01] He has a superlative record. [00:23:05] The police officers who support him are like crying. [00:23:11] And the, I'll see if we can dig up the fund here because what this talks about is the money they raised for him at an Ireland game, and it was $45,000. [00:23:28] And they're doing something at Yankee Stadium now. [00:23:36] Oh, no, no. [00:23:37] This guy was at Yankee Stadium when he donated to a 50 50 Ted. [00:23:41] Look into this and tell people how they can donate to the good sergeant, who, by the way, has been continuously in jail since this miserable, crooked Democratic judge put him in jail for ridding us of a drug dealer. [00:24:02] Of course, the Democrats are on the side of the drug dealers. [00:24:05] Now, I am saying that. [00:24:06] Gosh, if I said that 20 years ago, I'd sound like some crazy Republican jackass nut. [00:24:12] And I wasn't then and I'm not now. [00:24:16] What I just said to you was the absolute truth all over America. [00:24:22] One of our biggest crime problems. [00:24:24] When I joined the Reagan Justice Department, number three official in the Justice Department, I helped appoint the Attorney General's Task Force on Violent Crime. [00:24:33] One of the things I'm proudest of because it wrote really the definitive report on how to address a violent crime. [00:24:40] That became the basis for the crime reductions that went through my era, Clinton's era, into the beginning of this century, only to be stopped by the communists that Democrats elected in our big cities, New York being marked by the election of de Blasio. [00:25:05] Was 13 or 15 when he was elected. [00:25:09] We'll have to look. [00:25:10] But in any event, up until then, we had 20 years of a golden age with me and Bloomberg. [00:25:18] Not a golden age now. === Erdogan Worse Than The Ayatollah (05:16) === [00:25:20] Far from it. [00:25:22] Well, in any event, the war, I guess, is described in most of the world publications as paused. [00:25:35] And I think that's pretty. [00:25:37] There's always a little fighting going on when you have soldiers out there with guns and they misunderstand. [00:25:43] But I don't think there's any deliberate, at this point, today, I don't think, and I search high and wide, I don't think there's any deliberate violation of the ceasefire by the United States, by Israel, and even by the reign of terror. [00:26:03] It is described by everyone, including the Guardian, which is a very anti American, pro American. [00:26:09] Communist pro Muslim extremist newspaper as paused. [00:26:17] It's described as very fragile. [00:26:19] It could collapse at any moment. [00:26:22] The U.S., however, has had a total and complete victory in the Gulf of Hormuz. [00:26:28] I'm sure it's more than 10 now, but as of a few hours ago, 10 ships show up, 10 ships get turned around. [00:26:35] We do not have a count for you on the number of ships that failed to even be confronted so that the U.S. would gather the intelligence. [00:26:43] On what they were carrying, or a pretty good idea of it and who they were, or maybe they just didn't want to bother. [00:26:49] So, right now, nobody without our permission can use the state of Hormuz without the permission of the United States. [00:27:00] And you, you slimy, communist, Muslim extremist loving creeps, are writing all over the place that Iran wants the war and they can't get a single Bit of oil out of their most important choke point. [00:27:23] And their economy, which is sinking, is now in free fall. [00:27:28] The effect that they thought would take two weeks to feel because they had backed up a lot of sales of oil. [00:27:36] Early reports say they were lying about that. [00:27:40] They haven't any backed up, and their economy is already feeling it, which is why all their friends, known as Pakistan and Turkey, Don't think they're our friends. [00:27:52] Stop it. [00:27:54] The president calls them friends because the president calls everybody friends. [00:27:58] It's part of his bullshit. [00:28:00] Sorry. [00:28:01] It's part of his technique. [00:28:04] Pakistan despises us. [00:28:07] Turkey would like to be Iran, it would like to be the Islamic empire and have the world taken over in the name of Allah, the sun god. [00:28:18] And Erdogan doesn't even believe. [00:28:21] Erdogan, if put in the corner, would. [00:28:23] Uh, would definitely go seek a place where he could go and be rich for the rest of his life. [00:28:30] This guy is no real, uh, crazy, insane Muslim martyr, he is a consumed despot, however, who has any number of people fooled. [00:28:42] He had Bush fooled, uh, really had him fooled, he has a lot of people fooled. [00:28:53] I don't know which is worse. [00:28:55] Well, actually, the Ayatollah is worse because Erdogan is somebody that you can negotiate with. [00:29:06] And if his life is at stake, he'll keep his word. [00:29:10] If it isn't a lie, I'll tell you. [00:29:12] So, for example, he could be trusted in a mutually assured destruction deal, which, after all, we had with the Soviet Union for decades, and we have now. [00:29:26] With Putin. [00:29:29] The Ayatollah cannot be because he's different. [00:29:33] He's a religious zealot to the point of insanity, and therefore could destroy the world. [00:29:42] The failure of the leader of the Holy Roman Catholic Church, the church to which I belong, does not understand that. [00:29:50] And if he does, he somehow hasn't explained that in light of the just war theory. [00:29:59] Of two of the greatest saints of the church and two of the greatest teachers of the church whose teachings come near to papal infallibility. [00:30:08] They're not. [00:30:10] But this is wisdom beyond which we haven't seen anyone, maybe since then. [00:30:15] St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, both of whom supported a just war. [00:30:24] The Pope has every right to disagree with him, like I've ever disagreed with him. [00:30:29] Said this as a matter of faith and morals. [00:30:33] And somehow he's going to have to figure out how to get rid of those two saints if he doesn't. === Save Your Liver With PureHealth (04:32) === [00:30:37] Okay, we'll be right back. [00:35:20] Rudy Giuliani, welcome back to the Rudy Giuliani Show on Lindell TV. [00:35:25] You see in front of me the chapter or the book, the Summa Theologica, which is Thomas Aquinas' treatise on war, which we will go through a little bit later, for which I am going to send a letter respectfully to the Pope that he read it. [00:35:47] Pope isn't bound by Thomas Aquinas. [00:35:50] I'm not bound by the Pope because the Pope hasn't spoken as a matter of faith and morals. [00:35:55] And I do think Thomas Aquinas' reasoning, which is in line with the completely almost unanimous reading of the Catholic Church for Augustine of Hippo, was in 500 something or 600 something. [00:36:16] So we're talking about just about the length of time of the Muslim religion. [00:36:20] Although St. Augustine predates the Muslim religion. [00:36:24] Muslim religion has been trying to destroy us for about 1,500 years, and Thomas Aquinas announced the principle of a just war 1,600 years ago. [00:36:37] Aquinas takes it and elaborates it in this work of genius called the Summa Theologica, which is both the basis for a great deal of Which is the basis of Christian theology. [00:36:54] I shouldn't say some of. [00:36:56] This is pre split of the Roman Catholic or Latin Church and Orthodox Greek Eastern churches. [00:37:05] They were one church then. [00:37:06] They both recognized Augustine as a great saint. [00:37:12] Thomas Aquinas came a little closer to the split, but he is still recognized by most of the institutional Protestant churches because he well dates their departure from the Roman Catholic Church. [00:37:25] So, in any event, As far as we have Christian literature, this is Christian literature. [00:37:32] Now, there are many other fathers of the church. [00:37:35] There are others that have a slightly different view on this, very few. [00:37:40] This is about as settled doctrine as can be. [00:37:44] And it's about as common sense as you can get. [00:37:50] Like if somebody is pointing a gun at your kid, are you going to stand there and say, I forgive you as he kills your kid, or are you going to put a bullet in his brain? [00:38:02] You tell me. [00:38:03] Then you decide whether you agree with the president or the Pope. [00:38:06] Allison, how are you? [00:38:10] I'm doing well, Mr. Mayor. [00:38:11] How about yourself? [00:38:13] Good, good. [00:38:14] So, what's going on? [00:38:16] Well, wow, that's a loaded question. [00:38:18] There is a lot going on in Congress. [00:38:21] Finally, they are back from their very long two week recess and no shortage of drama on the Hill. [00:38:27] I'll tell you that. [00:38:28] Of course, we all know about former now, former Representative Eric Swalwell and his political career effectively ending in just a matter of days after he. [00:38:41] You know, resigned on April 14th, just yesterday. [00:38:44] He's now facing criminal investigation charges following misconduct allegations, including claims of rape. [00:38:52] One woman claimed that she was drugged by him in a West Hollywood hotel. [00:38:57] He, of course, has denied all of this. [00:39:00] But these rumors have been swirling for quite some time, as we know, only for the Democrats to continually cover this up and really go to bat for him by allowing him to stay on these very important issues. [00:39:13] Committees like the Intel Committee, after he, you know, was outed for being with the infamous Chinese spy Fang Fang. [00:39:21] So it really, you know, makes you wonder why this is allowed, how this has been allowed to go on for so long, and will this continue, knowing that there is that $17 million taxpayer slush fund that covers members of Congress for all of these harassment claims and charges and whatnot. [00:39:39] So it's very concerning. [00:39:41] I'm glad this is all coming to light, but there's still so much work that needs to be done. [00:39:45] In fact, now, Many are outraged because they are pointing to the fact that because Eric Swalwell resigned, now he gets to keep his taxpayer funded $22,000 a year pension, which is just ridiculous. [00:39:58] Why should this guy get to keep his pension? [00:39:59] Now, Representative Lauren Boebert is actually working on legislation that would strip Swalwell of that pension. [00:40:06] Let's take a listen to this clip from her with more on that. [00:40:08] What do you think should happen to Eric Swalwell? [00:40:11] Well, there is no statute of limitations on rape, and these women are accusing him of rape. [00:40:16] And so I think he has a lot of legal woes in his future and potentially jail or prison time. [00:40:24] And that's exactly what he should get. [00:40:26] And I don't think that he should have this taxpayer parachute that he gets to leave Congress with. [00:40:32] He bowed out and resigned to avoid a very embarrassing expulsion vote that Ana Paulina was bringing up that I absolutely supported. [00:40:42] And now he gets his pension and gets to now pay his lawyers for his future legal fees. [00:40:50] On your dime, Benny, and your listeners. [00:40:53] That's disgusting. [00:40:54] So he's leaving with a golden parachute from Congress. [00:40:57] So we're still going to fund Eric Swalwell's. [00:41:00] You know, if what I looked at is right, he probably gets a $22,000 annual pension from Congress. [00:41:08] And so he gets this, but he should be required to forfeit his pension. [00:41:15] I like Benny laughing. [00:41:16] I know Benny really, really well. [00:41:19] And that wasn't a laugh because it was funny. [00:41:21] That was a laugh because you can't react any other way than look, I am not an objective source on Swarwell. [00:41:32] I represented the president during all of his lies, lies that I had the proof of that I was willing to go on television and show. [00:41:39] They wouldn't put me on. [00:41:41] I mean, the guy would get on there and, you know, you have a beautiful moon behind you. [00:41:48] Right over your right shoulder. [00:41:50] Yeah, you're pointing out right now. [00:41:52] Are you going to take off? [00:41:53] Are you an astronaut? [00:41:54] Look at that thing behind you. [00:41:55] It's beautiful. [00:41:57] But in any event, yeah, right behind you. [00:42:00] I don't know if you can see it. [00:42:02] I can see it. [00:42:03] It's beautiful. [00:42:04] Can you see it? [00:42:05] Yeah. [00:42:07] That's the moon, is it? [00:42:08] Or is that the sun? [00:42:08] Yes, that's the moon. [00:42:10] Or is it some kind of reflection of light? [00:42:12] I'm a complete jerk. [00:42:13] It's the latter. [00:42:15] I was playing it off like it was the moon, but it's just my light. [00:42:19] It looks like it could be the moon, though, right? [00:42:22] Well, in any event. [00:42:23] I think it's possible. [00:42:25] Oh, it looks great. [00:42:26] I could sell it. [00:42:29] So, Swawa was a big, I mean, a tremendous liar. [00:42:32] And he participated in lying in order to remove a lawfully elected president, which I don't know. [00:42:41] That's some kind of a treason to me. [00:42:43] But of course, he should be prosecuted. [00:42:45] Everything I heard that woman say was the statement. [00:42:49] That's a statement that I probably heard over and over again as a statement of a rape victim, classical rape victim. [00:42:57] The ones who, you know, for years we ignored because they were women. [00:43:01] And the Democratic Party should be going, the Democratic Party should be holding demonstrations now for the prosecution of Eric Swalwell. [00:43:09] I'm not as familiar with, and I will after the show go look at it, but what about the other women? [00:43:14] What are they saying about him? [00:43:16] Are they saying that he harassed them, which is bad and for which he should be prosecuted differently? [00:43:23] Or did he rape them, which is horrendous? [00:43:27] I think there's multiple claims circulating, even from former staffers to other random women that he's encountered along the way. [00:43:35] I mean, there are so many, you know, handful of claims and counting of various, you know, accusations against him. [00:43:42] So those are all still sort of swirling. [00:43:46] And it's really interesting, too, when you consider the fact that for the last, I don't know, what, six months, ever since all of this Epstein conversation has really come forward, I mean, Eric Swalwell and Democrats have been. [00:44:01] The on the front lines of continuing this conversation about we got to get justice for the victims. [00:44:06] We have to trust women. [00:44:07] We have to listen to these survivors when this guy's literally complicit in allegedly fighting for victims and survivors. [00:44:15] He's literally the one behind it. [00:44:17] He's behind the corruption, he's behind these rape allegations. [00:44:20] So it really is sickening. [00:44:21] It makes you question the authenticity of many of these members of Congress. [00:44:26] And then you got to look too at the fact that, I mean, Eric Swalwell's besties, best friends with Ruben Gallego, a senator. [00:44:33] He's also in some hot water right now due to the longstanding friendship that they've had. [00:44:39] In fact, it's now coming out that Eric Swalwell and Ruben Gallego spent campaign cash during Gallego's wedding for Puerto Rican escorts. [00:44:49] Watch this one. [00:44:50] Unofficially, you've gone out, presumably with the congressman. [00:44:53] You've never even witnessed him, I don't know, engaging in an affair? [00:44:59] No. [00:45:00] No. [00:45:00] Can you explain some of the photos that went online? [00:45:02] I know you addressed one, but there is another one that she's willing to be without shirts. [00:45:06] I mean, how do you address some of those comments? [00:45:09] We were on a beach. [00:45:11] I think you were on the desert and on some camels. [00:45:14] It was a beach and a camel, but it was a beach. [00:45:20] Yeah. [00:45:21] The press conference is so hilarious. [00:45:23] If you watch the whole thing, you look so nervous. [00:45:27] I was on a beach. [00:45:29] Yeah. [00:45:32] The girls, did they have their bikinis on or off? [00:45:35] I'm sorry to tell. [00:45:36] We were on a beach. [00:45:37] We were on a beach. [00:45:39] Were you with your wife? [00:45:41] I don't remember. [00:45:42] I don't remember. [00:45:43] I'm giving you the typical answers of the guys who are sitting in prison right now. [00:45:48] Were you with your wife with those girls on the beach with no clothes on? [00:45:51] I don't remember. [00:45:55] Yeah. [00:45:56] Convenient, right? [00:45:57] Very convenient. [00:45:58] It's deeply concerning. [00:46:00] He does. [00:46:03] That whole press conference, he was just sweating bullets. [00:46:06] Like, I mean, his actions there could be studied for someone who's very clearly lying. [00:46:13] Obviously guilty, obviously trying to hide this. [00:46:15] And it was funny because he, even during that press conference, went so far as to sweep his former bestie, Eric Swalwell, under the bus, trying to smear him and malign him now that he himself, Ruben Gallego, may be in some deep trouble here. [00:46:30] But yeah, bottom line is, you know, donor money can't pay for escorts or a wedding or any of these lavish trips and vacations that they are allegedly taking. [00:46:39] And so I think perhaps Ruben Gallego is next for an investigation. [00:46:43] In fact, Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna. [00:46:46] Tweeted out, she said, It seems like the Senate has its own trash to take out. [00:46:49] She tagged Leader Thune. [00:46:51] You need to look into the allegations against one of your senators. [00:46:54] It's very disturbing. [00:46:55] She said she has some inside information that she will be sharing on that. [00:46:58] So I think there's still quite a bit more to come on these, you know, exposes within Congress. [00:47:05] And we desperately need that. [00:47:06] We need a clean house. [00:47:07] As it stands now, in fact, Speaker Meg Johnson actually announced today that Democrat Sheila Sherfulis McCormick may be expelled from Congress. [00:47:16] She was the one that. [00:47:17] Uh, stole the five million in FEMA funds and used that for her own personal use. [00:47:22] And then we're also hearing about Corey Mills, a Republican who's under a House Ethics Committee investigation for a wide range of alleged misconduct issues. [00:47:30] Um, and then of course, Ilhan Omar, she's now coming back into the conversation, uh, for lying on her immigration records, of course, with her, you know. [00:47:38] Oh, come on, you're getting too technical. [00:47:41] She was married to her brother and she lied about it. [00:47:43] Would you tell the truth if you were married to your brother? [00:47:48] Would you tell the truth about it? [00:47:51] I can't even conceptualize what you're asking me right now. [00:47:54] It's sick. [00:47:57] You know, I want to mention the Republican. [00:47:59] It is absolutely certain that there are corrupt Republicans. [00:48:02] For us, it's a creature of our being human. [00:48:06] And, you know, some of God's children are sinners and some of them are really bad ones. [00:48:10] In the case of the Democratic Party, it's a profession. [00:48:13] Yeah. [00:48:14] I mean, it's systemic. [00:48:16] It's from the top of the party right down to the bottom, from Barack Obama and Joe Biden right down to some little jerk who's. [00:48:25] Collecting signatures and getting bribes for it. [00:48:29] The party is built on corruption. [00:48:32] And particularly in the big cities, it's a history of corruption. [00:48:36] You could write a book about how, in four fifths of New York City's history, it's been a corrupt history since Boss Tweet, and it's all been Democrat. [00:48:46] And the reason it's all been Democrat, except for me and about three others, every mayor was a Democrat. [00:48:53] The only way we ever get anywhere is the U.S. Attorney. [00:48:56] Gets appointed by the president, and when the president's a Republican like me, you can. [00:49:02] I mean, if I was getting paid by the prosecution for the number of New York City politicians I put in jail, I'd be worth what Elon Musk is worth. [00:49:11] I mean, it's unbelievable. [00:49:12] Prosecuting them, the mafia was hard. [00:49:15] The former Nazis were really tough because of Pat Buchanan, frankly. [00:49:23] But getting Democrat product. [00:49:28] Convictions in New York are the politics. [00:49:30] It's like shooting fish in a barrel. [00:49:32] I mean, you could take out half the party, half the judges in New York. [00:49:37] I mean, the people do not realize that corruption is one of our major two or three problems. [00:49:45] It's not misapplication of funds, it's not incompetence, it's not negligence, it's stealing. [00:49:53] Good out and out stealing. [00:49:56] And you do a great job uncovering it, my dear. [00:49:58] That's why they love to be interviewed by you. [00:50:00] Yeah, well, we'll keep him coming. [00:50:02] We're going to keep pressing him. [00:50:03] All right. [00:50:04] Thank you. [00:50:04] They hate to answer. [00:50:05] So thank you. [00:50:06] Thank you very much. [00:50:07] Great report from the center of where this is all going on. [00:50:12] Ted and I listened to that creeps for too long, Ted, last night. [00:50:17] But I have to tell you, because he's such a. [00:50:20] Okay, in fairness, God could be telling the complete truth. [00:50:25] Right. [00:50:25] He sure should get somebody else to tell it for him. [00:50:28] He sounds like he's lying. [00:50:30] Wow. [00:50:32] And I am rather attuned to this as both a prosecutor and a defense lawyer. [00:50:37] The way your guy looks, if you're a prosecutor and the guy looks guilty, wow, you don't have to be much of a prosecutor to win. [00:50:44] And if you're a defense lawyer and your guy looks guilty, you've got to be a genius to win. [00:50:49] Well, this guy looks guilty, looking around, like he's always looking for help. [00:50:56] Were you on that beach? [00:51:01] Well, if I was, I was just on the beach. [00:51:04] I was just on the beach. [00:51:05] What else would you be but just on the beach? [00:51:08] Okay, okay, is that a qualification? [00:51:11] You were just on the beach, okay. [00:51:13] What are you qualifying? [00:51:14] You were just on the beach and doing what is it you weren't doing on the beach? [00:51:21] You weren't participating with the people who were raping women in front of you? [00:51:25] How do I know? [00:51:27] I see the picture, Jerkoff, and what's your eyesight? [00:51:34] Your cognitive ability? [00:51:37] Too bad reporters aren't really smart. [00:51:39] Oh, sorry. [00:51:42] But man, they had this guy cornered. [00:51:44] And if he was a Republican, you know the creeps would have done a much better job on him. [00:51:49] It was a fairly friendly interview, too, for a guy who's defending what appears to be an obvious perverted slime bag who couldn't possibly have hid that from his friends. [00:52:01] He seemed proud of it. [00:52:03] And he also is a confirmed liar about things as important, if not more important, than what we're talking about now. [00:52:15] Meaning, the future of our country. [00:52:17] This guy could very well also be. [00:52:20] I'm talking about Fang Fang Swalwell. [00:52:23] This guy could very well be a traitor to the United States of America with good old Fang Fang. [00:52:28] And so could the beloved, sainted Dianne Feinstein, who had a Chinese communist driver for 19 years, which she either didn't know or didn't disclose. [00:52:41] And nobody's ever bothered to look into the relationship between her and him and what traces we can find of information from the Intel Committee. [00:52:50] That might have gotten out through her, which you can do if you want to investigate it and find out just how awful our Senate is and how in need of reformation it is. === Catholics Abandoning Their Faith (05:28) === [00:53:00] But they don't want to do that, which is why they didn't want to touch Joe Biden when I brought it to them and instead tried to sit by as I was being destroyed. [00:53:10] Screw them. [00:53:13] So let's see what else is really, really pressing right now. [00:53:21] You do know the markets are rising no matter what. [00:53:27] The price of oil is obviously going up and it's going to continue to go up with what appears to be this blockade now, and a little more than a day, which has turned out to be perfectly sealed tight. [00:53:46] And also, it shows that we have taken the sovereignty, a big piece, an important part of the sovereignty of the Reign of Terror away from them. [00:53:59] In a war that they are on the verge of really losing badly. [00:54:06] They are now unable to control the Strait of Hormuz. [00:54:10] The only thing that was allowing them to control it was their bullying people and the world press that will say if they lose 100 people and they shoot one and hit one, that they have had an effective battle and are showing that they can still stay in the battle. [00:54:30] I mean, you're probably capable of shooting one or two for the next 20 years in a war torn place. [00:54:36] In those islands in Japan, they were able to. [00:54:39] Killing people 11 years later. [00:54:41] But America won the war. [00:54:45] There was no doubt about that. [00:54:48] So markets keep arising. [00:54:51] Yesterday, if it wasn't a record, it was real close to a record. [00:54:58] Today, they went even higher, except for which one didn't, right? [00:55:02] One, was it the NASDAQ was up? [00:55:08] Was the Dow Jones up? [00:55:11] No. [00:55:11] Dow Jones up slightly. [00:55:13] Bobby? [00:55:14] Down slightly. [00:55:16] And the third one? [00:55:18] Up. [00:55:18] SP 500 was up. [00:55:19] Okay. [00:55:20] How much? [00:55:23] What did it close? [00:55:24] Well, yesterday was a near record. [00:55:25] That's why I'm at it. [00:55:26] Oh, record. [00:55:26] It closed the record. [00:55:28] Yesterday was a near record, and today it hit the record. [00:55:31] Oh, this is having a terrible effect on our economy. [00:55:34] I don't know. [00:55:35] That Trump doesn't know how to handle the economy. [00:55:37] All he does is get us records. [00:55:40] Yeah. [00:55:41] All he does is get us records, and the jobs are going up. [00:55:45] And today's tax day was probably one of the happiest since he was last president. [00:55:56] The NASDAQ is up also. [00:56:02] So the Dow Jones was up yesterday, but we're down today. [00:56:06] Slightly down. [00:56:06] Okay. [00:56:07] And the other two are up. [00:56:11] We can live with that. [00:56:13] Yep. [00:56:16] So we're going to go over to X. We've got more information on the war, obviously. [00:56:23] And we're going to sort of comment in more detail on this contratomps between the president and the Pope. [00:56:32] And how it says here that Catholics will abandon, of course, this is a wishful thinking on the part of the Wall Street Journal and others. [00:56:40] Catholics will abandon the president en masse because of the Pope. [00:56:45] And I would venture to guess that 80% of Catholics, if not 90%, agree with Thomas Aquinas and St. Augustine of Hippo and not Paul of Chicago. [00:57:01] I mean, Paul Leo, the 14th. [00:57:06] Do not be disrespectful. [00:57:09] Be nice. [00:57:10] Be nice. [00:57:10] But I do say, Leo of Chicago, really to make not a disrespectful point, but a very, very important point. [00:57:19] And that is, he's a man. [00:57:23] He's a man. [00:57:24] I think he would say that. [00:57:27] You do not have to run around and believe everything he says. [00:57:30] You just have to accept, as a matter of your faith, those things he defines as being a matter of your faith. [00:57:39] And he does not define this as being a matter of your faith. [00:57:42] This is a matter of your conscience and for you to develop yourself. [00:57:47] And the vast majority of the scholars of the church have come to the opposite conclusion. [00:57:57] Now, Francis made a decision based on nuclear war. [00:58:04] But I would argue that that distinction in the hands of the Muslims who popes had to raise armies to protect Christendom against. Would actually make the arguments of Aquinas and Thomas even stronger. [00:58:19] So we're going to take a short break. [00:58:20] Oh, no. [00:58:22] And we're going to go over to X with our short break because we can get off. [00:58:25] And we're going to say, as we always do God bless America!
