This is the Rudy Giuliani show, and we are on Wendell TV, as we always are at 7 o'clock in the evening, Eastern time, right?
We're talking about Eastern time now.
So, I guess the first thing to note is the government's going to be closed.
Actually, let's be more accurate about it.
The part of the government is going to be closed because they can't bring the House back to vote.
Now, why they went out, I don't know.
Obviously, the campaign, which is more important than keeping the government open.
Do you know, actually, it probably is.
And it probably, at this point, at this point, as you're sitting there and the house is out and the government's going to close for two days, and then they're going to vote on Monday, it probably will cost the government a lot more money to fly them all back than it would be to just like, what is it going to do on Saturday and Sunday?
As long as the Department of War doesn't close, so that if you want to bomb the shit out of Iran, you can, and get rid of the Ayatollah and the regime of terror, and then set us on a course to peace in the Middle East.
As long as you can do that, if you get rid of the rest, there'll be nobody to complain.
And I don't know exactly how much of the government's going to close because, in fact, I can't quite figure out.
I've been through a lot of these, and I can't figure out why OMB can't squeeze a little extra money out.
This is just a question of how much you estimate you're going to take in and when do you get to the debt limit.
And for example, the last time this happened, it got extended about two or three months because of the tariff of the unexpected tariff revenues.
Now, I imagine the tariff revenues have been built into the budget.
In other words, they've been anticipated.
So, it probably would be a little bit harder.
But I think our revenues are still increasing.
So, I don't think anybody's going to feel this.
I don't think it's going to mean anything.
I think it was a mistake to let them go out when you knew you were dealing with a deadline on Friday evening.
And if we had the House in right now, they could vote and then it all be open as of tomorrow morning.
Now, here's the other problem, however, just to make it more complicated.
The House might not agree.
So what did they do?
Here's what they agreed on.
And why does it have to go back to the House?
Just to remind you about the Constitution, okay?
All revenue measures, all revenue bills have to originate in the House of the People, in the House of Representatives.
So this used to be six bills, in one continuing resolution, one big one, one big bill.
What they've done is they've broken it down into five bills, spending bills for various parts of the government, all but DHS, the Department of Homeland Security, because they want to get at ICE, right?
I suspect the rest of DHS is not a big deal.
So they split it up into six, five of which have passed the Senate and don't have to be reviewed again, I think, until toward the end of the year, possibly after the midterm elections.
Now, the sixth one is DHS by itself, pulled out, and they have only two weeks with a continuing resolution to push that one.
So that, believe it or not, is totally different than what the House passed, right?
The House passed a single bill with all that in it, none of this stuff about two weeks and whatever.
So that has to go back to the House, and it has to be voted on exactly that way.
If they change it in any material way, suppose they decide they want to take one of those five, just for the sake of argument, one of those five areas, and they want to put that in with DHS and put it off for just two weeks.
I'd have to go back to the Senate, and then it would have to go back to the House again.
So that's why we have this delay.
But it's a little bit more than just a technical delay, because I don't know, I really don't know how they're going to react, how the House is, we know we can't take these people for granted.
You can largely take the Democrats for granted.
They'll vote for anything, even if it's illegal, as long as the party votes for it, and they'll keep their mouths shut no matter how anti-Semitic or how Jew-hating their people become.
But Republicans are a little more independent, and sometimes correctly so, and sometimes foolishly.
So what did the Senate get?
What is the Senate looking for?
Well, this is a little down the road.
I mean, this is not, this is why they're putting off the DHS bill.
They want to end roving patrols.
They want to establish independent investigations.
I'm not sure I know what that means, but I think that means they have a bunch of gumshoes following the agent so that you can put the agents in jail rather than the rapists.
Stricter use of force of standards for ICE and border patrol.
Now, that is insane because the attacks on them have gone up over a thousand percent.
And you look at their newest hero, Predi, who turns out to be a violent criminal, right?
He's a violent criminal.
The guy a week before attacked an ICE vehicle for no reason at all, smashed it up, Displayed an incredible anger and violence that I think has to do with lots of people that are interviewed, but of course, the left-wing media doesn't tell you.
They say he was mental.
I don't know what that means.
I don't think it means he was a genius.
They say the guy was mental for quite some time, whatever the hell that means.
But he looked mental when you look at that.
So they want to, in other words, they want to tie the hands of the ICE and Border Patrol agents behind their backs so that they can be so we can have it go up, attacks on them go up 2,000 or 3,000% and just kick the shit out of them.
Maybe kill them even.
In fact, you're lucky in many cases that they weren't killed because they were beaten up pretty damn badly.
How about the guy that shot the good woman because she banged a two and a half tongue truck into him who had been dragged for a block or two just four or five months earlier by one of these paid activist domestic terrorists?
That's right.
See, I'm allowed to call them domestic terrorists because not in public office.
I tell you, when you look at Predi in the first video, he does a good imitation of a domestic terrorist.
Yeah.
I mean, I don't know if he is or he isn't.
He certainly is a violent.
Shall we substitute for domestic terrorist violent anti-government activists?
Yeah, I think that's a perfectly apt description.
They want all the agents to remove their masks and they want them to wear body cameras and a couple of other things too.
I mean, the only thing they want to do is reverse the results of the last election.
They don't want any immigration enforcement.
Right.
That's what they really want.
Well, oh, and then they want certain cities that are too sensitive.
They're too sensitive to go into those cities.
Now, those are the cities that have the most illegal immigrants, aliens.
Those are the ones that have the most illegal alien crime, including an extraordinary number of crimes of perversion.
Those are the ones that have sanctuary cities that violate federal law blatantly.
So you're going to do immigration enforcement in what, the cornfields of Oklahoma?
Maybe you pick up a couple of farm workers.
This is, we don't give a shit what the American people voted for.
We're going to change back to what Dummy Harris would have brought you and what Biden gave you.
Now, what they've done is they've successfully, to some extent, it appears, flipped the emotion of the American people.
But I don't think it's going to stay there.
And I have my own view on how this has to be done.
But with regard to the government, so when they come back, if all things go as it should be, on Monday, the House will pass this thing with the five bills that'll go through the end of the year.
And then DHS will be subjected to just a two-week window.
What will pass is defense, thank God, labor, health, and human services, and education.
I mean, if education didn't pass, all the Democrats would be out of office because the teachers' union would, which is more powerful than the Democrat Party, would physically remove all of them.
Financial services and general government.
State and foreign operations so we can give out the little bit of foreign aid that we have left.
Transportation, housing, and urban development.
So those are the five that have passed.
And then Homeland Security, DHS, is held up.
So we'll have to see what happens when they come back.
Hopefully there won't be a big storm that holds up most of them.
There is going to be a big storm in New York, and that would actually work out well.
If they don't show up, I mean, even the Republicans there tend to double-cross us a good deal of the time.
So I don't know, we'll lose that guy that always votes on.
I've forgotten which one it is.
Who's the last?
This is a question now I ask people in my life.
Who's the last real Republican mayor of New York City?
Maybe the only one, me.
I mean, LaGuardia, who is a great mayor, was really a supporter of surrounded by communist Roosevelt.
And probably has something to do with the dependency level in New York City.
I don't like to say that about Fiorello because I love the little flower, but he was a left-wing softie.
And notice, but a good mayor.
I mean, a good administrator, which doesn't happen anymore.
When you have these left-wing softies, before we even get to the socialists and the communists, these people are terrible.
I've been saying this for years.
These people are terrible executives because they live in a, you can't run a real thing, a real business, a real operation, something that has to really deliver.
A baseball team.
You can't run it if you live in a fanciful world of silliness.
Like, we're going to pay for everybody's food.
Yeah, jerk off.
Where are you going to get the money?
Oh, we'll tax the rich, which he's about to do now.
I don't even know if he has any rich left.
I know a couple that are still hanging in there, but they're looking for a place to live.
I mean, I think there are about three rich people left in New York.
They're going to have to pay all the taxes.
It's subsidizing.
So that's where we stand on that.
We have some.
Well, let's play.
Let's not listen to the biggest traitor of the modern era to the Jewish people, Schumer.
No, let's go ahead.
Jeez, I can't.
I'm too much of a supporter of Israel, and I respect the Jewish people too much to play this complete traitor who interfered in the election to try to have Bibi defeated.
And I did everything that he possibly could to extend the problem for the Israelis and has been very, very quiet as his party has been taken over by people who love Hamas, which is dedicated to eliminating his people.
Good.
Let's have.
Let's play Dollar Store Obama.
That's 1B.
Just to be clear, what I said is that we demanded from the very beginning, which John Thune said would never happen.
John Thune said it's not happening.
Then he brought the entire package together to the Senate floor yesterday, and it failed spectacularly, notwithstanding what John Thune said, which is the bills are not going to be separated out.
They will be separated out.
We made that demand, and it's happening.
And Donald Trump has agreed to that, apparently.
So that's what we're supportive of.
In terms of evaluating the path forward relative to the Department of Homeland Security legislation, we're going to have to evaluate what the real opportunity is to get dramatic change at the Department of Homeland Security.
It needs to be bold, it needs to be meaningful, and it needs Jason.
And we're back, and now we can get a little bit of an explanation on the Republican side.
I don't understand what he said.
The Brooklyn accent, I didn't get it.
I kind of lost my accent living here in Florida.
Oh, did you notice that the Brooklyn accent?
Brooklyn Accent Debate00:15:51
No, no, I just think he's such a dope.
He's such a phony, and he talks like this, only a few words at a time.
It's interesting.
I mean, that's but it's a lazy way to talk, I think.
How do they ever get such a low-class low-intelligence individual as Damien?
At least you have to say about Pelosi, even though she was crooked as hell, she was smart.
She was an operator, she knew what she was doing politically, right?
You think this guy really somebody's running the thing for him.
That's what I want to write.
That was my question.
Who's really running this?
I'll also say about Schumer, the biggest trader to the Jewish people in modern times.
He is very smart.
He must be.
I mean, he had a lock on that.
I know Chuck since he was a slimy assemblyman.
Right.
Yeah, that's a very responsible for Wiener.
He likes to call Wiener Schumer without personality.
Schumer.
I love a sense of humor.
Have you ever heard Schumer tell a joke?
He's attempted.
You don't realize it.
You don't realize it.
That's funny.
Well, let's get a little perspective from the Republican side.
Let's play a little bit of Senator Mark Wayne Mullen.
He breaks this down for us.
Let's play.
Let's cut the top of the 1A.
All right, guys, it's Friday and the week still isn't done.
What's interesting about this, though, is even if they stop funding for DHS, because of the one big, beautiful bill, we already have money set aside for almost four years for these ICE agents to continue to be funded and their payroll to be funded.
So even if they don't fund it now, it wouldn't prevent them from doing their job.
It would only stop FEMA from doing their job.
It would stop the Coast Guard from doing their job.
It would stop TSA from doing their job.
It would stop the Secret Service from doing their job.
So the president has come out and said, hey, listen, I'll work with the Democrats.
He even put Chuck Schumer on the phone and tried to work with him.
He said, listen, if you want to pull out DHS and let's keep the other five appropriation bills, which by the way, that funds about 96, 97% of the government.
He said, that's fine.
We'll work on that if that's what you want to do.
But I don't want to do a shutdown.
So he's come out and is trying to work with the Democrats.
And they know that.
But once again, this isn't about doing what's right for America.
This is about political theater to stir up their base so they can try winning elections.
They want to stop ICE from arresting illegals.
That is kind of dumb because they're here illegally.
You don't get to pick and choose which laws you choose to enforce and which laws you don't, even though Democrats like to do that.
The fact is, they're here illegally.
They need to be deported.
Hopefully, we can get past this, but it's really hard to rationalize with unrational people.
So stay tuned.
We'll figure out what's going to happen in the hours to come.
Well, we can give you an update too, Mayor.
Go ahead, please.
The Senate.
Let's see here.
We have nothing.
The Senate has passed the funding deal.
So the Senate passed this month, the five bills and the one continuing.
I guess it's five bills and one continuing resolution.
That's right.
The Senate passed a bill Friday evening to fund most of the federal government and buy more time to debate new accountability measures for immigration agents, but many agencies will still shutter for the weekend.
The vote was 71-29.
Five Republicans and 23 Democrats voted against the bill, including Bernie Sanders.
The House will not consider the spending legislation until early next week.
So we will see a partial shutdown starting tonight, just after midnight.
But the effect of this lapse is expected to be relatively limited, as you explained earlier.
Well, normally, when they have 30 and 40-day shutdowns, you don't feel it.
So I don't imagine we're going to feel this.
Too bad it wasn't a Super Bowl weekend and then nobody would even pay attention to it because they're all going to listen to that show with Banana Boat.
What's the guy's name?
Banana Bunny?
Bad Bunny.
Oh, Bad Bunny.
And then Green, Green?
Green Day.
Green Day.
Is that like the Green scam?
The Green New Deal?
They were out there.
No, no, no.
The Green scam that took trillions of dollars, stole trillions of dollars.
Yeah, the green scam, the ongoing green.
Make everything green.
Boy, did they make out like bandits, especially about what, 10 years ago, 20 years ago?
That was like the.
I think you're trying to intellectualize them a little bit too much, though.
No, I don't think it's.
They were very much an anti-Bush band.
They were very anti-Republican.
Oh, very much so.
They were against they wrote a lot of songs that were like sort of opposed to the war in Iraq and sort of of my era in China.
Bad bunny.
The NFL is explaining themselves.
They say they're Trump was against the war in Iraq, so they probably like Trump.
Oh, yeah, we'll see about that.
I don't know.
Bad Bunny.
He told us we got to learn Spanish if we want to understand the halftime show.
Isn't English now the official language of this country?
Didn't Trump make it the official language of this country?
No, no, Miyami, sir.
He definitely did.
He's definitely said it.
The biggest mistake in the world was when we started this multi-language garbage.
The best thing my grandparents did was not speak Italian at home, even though my grandmother, who lived until both grandmothers lived until they're very old, my grandfather's died rather young.
My grandfather's main, I didn't know one grandfather.
He died way in 1925.
But my grandfather's had like an Italian, an accent, Italian broken English.
I remember that book in the funny spoof on the godfather where the girl is standing there and she's reading a book, getting ready to get up on the immigration line.
And the godfather, the young guy, is standing behind her and she's going.
And the book says broken English.
She was learning broken English.
But both grandmothers spoke perfect English and they were born in Italy, but they both came over.
Broken English.
One at two and the other at four.
So they spoke perfect English.
And my parents never learned Italian.
Nor did many people of that generation.
And that would be true not just of the Italians.
One of the things that people feel held the Italians back, unlike, let's say, the English and the Irish, right?
Was they spoke the language.
So they had to learn the language.
And the parents were very aware of that.
And we're Americans.
I'm sorry.
I always thought it should be American-Irish, American-Italian, American-German, not German-American, Italian-American, Spanish-American.
The Americans should come first.
Actually, because it did.
They abandoned their land because it was a land of no opportunity.
And they came to a land of great opportunity, the one that all the left-wingers hate, even though people are invading us like crazy.
There's a dichotomy in the Democrat Party, not just one, numerous.
But how about this one?
I mean, whenever you hear them, they're complaining about the United States, right?
There's something wrong.
On the other hand, you got to do everything in the world to keep people out.
There's no place like this For people wanting to come here.
I mean, we don't even have a competitor.
So doesn't that tell you they're lying to you?
Just like when you want to say, what kind of a governor was, what kind of governor was Hochol?
Well, what kind of governor was big hair in California?
Governor Big Hall.
How about we base it on the fact that they lost more people than any governors in the history of their state?
That's a pretty good record.
That's a good record.
When I ran New York, I gained people.
Why?
Because it was run well, it was safe, it had a surplus, welfare was down by 500,000.
We weren't taxes were down.
So we gained population.
They're losing population so much you can't even count it anymore.
And now with the communists in New York, whoo, 10 people dead on the streets.
10 people dead on the streets because he reversed a policy that predated me and continued after me.
The policy of removing homeless.
How about this?
Just as a matter of human humanity.
Removed people from the street if they're going to freeze to death.
I know, not going to do that.
I don't know if that's just to be contrary or I don't even know why a communist would want to do that, except, you know, I'm sorry, I shouldn't, I do understand why, because they want to create the ultimate chaos.
I don't think you realize that that is what is behind a lot of what they do.
I don't think a lot of them realize it either.
I don't think a lot of them realize it because I don't think a lot of them are that well educated or care.
I mean, just care about making money and being powerful and going to parties.
Boy, do they love to go to parties, all those stupid politicians.
I hate their parties.
I hated it when I worked there.
When I was forced to go, I would go for the least amount.
You know that.
Yeah.
I mean, I. Party.
Well, now we got to go to, we got to go to Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
You know, you forget certain things about Minneapolis.
It's the mutilation capital for children of America.
It's the place you can go if you're 13, 14, and your parents don't want you to chop off your genitals, and they'll do it for you.
And they won't get your parents' permission.
Because really, Comrade Walls understands that you are property of the state.
Isn't that what the Democrats are telling us in all of their policies on gender, all of their policies on education?
Even watch out for something I naively supported years ago, which is early education.
Now, early education makes a lot of sense, right?
To teach kids how to read and write.
Well, you can do that at home.
You know why they want to get them?
The teachers' unions in the United States having the slightest bit of concern for the children.
Children don't mean shit.
All that matters is how much money they can get, how powerful they can get, and how close they can get us to communism.
And the stronger the government becomes, the stronger the central government becomes, the stronger they are because they control it.
They control enough of the House and Senate so that it's like moving a mountain to try to get something past them.
So this early education comes right out of Marx and Engels, who explained to Lenin and Trotsky and Stalin, got to get the kids at about two or three years old and brainwash them, get away from the parents.
Because in communist countries like the ones favored by Mandani, Parents have nothing to say about the kids.
Well, they have nothing to say about the kids in Minneapolis, Minnesota, run by the guy who spent more time in China than in Minneapolis, I think.
Dopey Walls.
I mean, a lot of people say he's really dopey.
It's more than that.
It's more than that.
It's really the guy got recruited right out of school by Harvard from a small school in the Midwest because they saw a real Patsy that they could make into an operative.
And that's what he's become.
And the more he refuses to answer questions about it, and the more his campaign and he like he says he was there 30 times.
They say he was there 15 times.
I don't know.
You can't tell 15 and 30.
You think you would know if you went to China a little closer than 15 to 30?
Do you think if you went to China 15 or 30 times, you would have a great time there, unless you were a communist?
You're not going to have a great time there if you go once, believe me.
So Minneapolis now, the Wall Street Journal was dying to write this thing, right?
They're dying to write this.
There it is.
Trump Playbook backfires in Minnesota.
I don't know what that means.
First of all, they have removed what, about 3,04,000 criminals from Minneapolis, Minnesota.
So while everybody is jumping around yelling and screaming and trying to create protests and riots and everything else, they have made the place a safer place, particularly for the children, because I don't know, the group that I see, five out of 10 have molested somebody.
So I don't know.
It depends on how you measure this.
You measure this by the approval of the dominant media in America?
Well, of course, yeah, backfire.
If you measure it by, they had to go there and pick up as many of the bums and creeps and criminals and rapists and child molesters that Biden let in.
They got a lot of them.
And they kicked them the hell out of here.
That's hard too, because they have ultimate protection by the state, which and the people in the state, including the governor and the mayor, should have been put in jail a long time ago for obstructing federal law.
I mean, we let that go too far, unfortunately.
So they say that the administration's harsh language, top officials called Alex Pretty a domestic terrorist.
What if somebody who gets trained to disrupt an arrest by a federal agent and do everything you can to endanger them so they get killed?
What is that?
What if somebody who drives a two-ton truck into a federal agent body?
What would you call that?
You think it's so far off calling them a domestic terrorist that you got to lose your job?
Gee, I don't know.
Did we win or lose that election in 24?
I thought we won it, Ted.
We won it.
He won three in a row.
Now, I'm going to tell you, this is me, and I ran for president and I didn't win, right?
So maybe there's a reason, but I'll tell you this.
I wouldn't back off one bit.
In fact, I'd send more people, more ICE agents there.
That's what I would do.
But we'll win this.
We'll win this if we stick with our principles.
That's what conservatives are good at.
And when conservatives aren't, that's when we fall apart.
And we become a plaything of the Communist Party.
Well, let's play 2C and 2D.
We have Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche today announcing the opening of a civil rights probe.
I'm going to have to get some remarks on the Alex Predi killing.
Are you saying that the Justice Department has opened a civil rights investigation into his death?
Yes.
Yeah, I mean, look, I know there's a lot of, there's been a lot of discussion among the media around that, but just think about what that means.
Opening Civil Rights Probe00:12:05
All that that means is that DHS, as the Secretary has said, is conducting an investigation as they should and as they do every time there's a tragic event like this.
And the FBI in their role, which is a separate role from DHS, is also looking into it and conducting investigation.
And that's not, that shouldn't be treated as making news.
We've said that for a week, and it remains as true today as it was last Sunday when I said it.
This is common sense cooperation that allows to draw down on the number of people we have here.
Yes, I said it.
Draw down the number of people here.
Because we have the efficiency and safety of the jails and the prison.
Meanwhile, every public statement, every public statement I see from Fry and particularly Fry, they're completely defiant.
We're not changing.
We're not changing anything.
We're not cooperating with the federal government.
We're not turning anybody over to them.
They got to do it on their own and just get the hell out of here.
And now they want to set off certain places where ICE shouldn't go because it's too sensitive.
Those are all the places that ICE has to go.
So I don't know where this is getting us.
It might be getting us somewhere in terms of public relations, which is important, important.
But that's very ephemeral.
I mean, on a subject like this, it changes very, very quickly.
I hate to say it, but I mean, I don't know.
Well, Bethany Mandel had this line in the New York Post, 2B.
The perils of toxic empathy in Minneapolis make it feel like 2020 overall.
That's an excellent article.
I have it here somewhere.
It's an excellent article.
And what it basically says is that they brainwashed you.
They do this screaming and yelling and overreacting.
And then you don't get a chance.
You don't get a chance to really examine the issue, right?
Like they're going around now with this big day today of protest and tomorrow again, right?
And they're protesting the deaths of two people who dedicated themselves and were trained to disrupt the arrest of criminals.
Now you say, well, some of the people aren't convicted of crimes.
That's only about two or three out of 10.
Seven out of 10 actually convicted.
You get up to about nine out of 10 where you have complaints and that sort of thing.
And maybe you got one or two out of 10 that weren't.
However, here's what's true of all of them.
They all came into this country illegally or remained beyond the time they were supposed to leave to the detriment of those people who are trying to come in legally.
And aren't those the people we would prefer?
Wouldn't we prefer the people that come in and the first thing they do is show respect for our laws and people who come in and spit at us?
Now, you tell me, well, they're starving.
Well, so are the people that come in legally in very many cases.
So was your grandfather and grandmother, probably.
But they didn't go spit like Preddie on immigration agents.
And my God, back in the 19th or early 20th century, you know what would happen to you if you spit at a federal agent?
You probably wouldn't be able to spit again.
So maybe the article to really read, and I think Bettley's article is very, very good, but the really very, very well-written and very short and powerful article is by Ben Dominic, who is the editor of Spectator.
He basically puts it a little nicer than I put it.
My headline would have been, GOP needs balls.
That's what he says.
That's what he's saying.
The big question facing Republicans isn't who should run DHS, but how they can respond to obvious questions about how ICE and Border Patrol agents are doing their job.
Coming up with an answer that satisfies voters could decide whether November's midterm allowed Trump to continue his transformative agenda or whether a Democratic tidal wave sweeps a generation of leftist radicals into both houses of Congress.
If that happens, it won't matter who is DHS secretary after November.
So what he recommends is stick them with what got you there.
They will hate anyone who actually attempts to enforce this nation's immigration laws, which is what this is all about.
Their codicils and changes are all about not enforcing the immigration laws.
We have taken several steps back from enforcing the immigration laws with what Tom did and what the Deputy Attorney General did.
We've taken steps back.
They haven't made any steps forward to enforce it.
They will hate anyone who actually attempts to enforce this nation's immigration laws because they don't believe these laws should exist.
That's correct, right?
But I mean, believe it, whether they believe they should exist or not, they got to change it in Congress.
The way they're doing it is illegal.
Democrats are playing on Americans' generous sympathies to justify breaking the law and allowing dangerous criminals to run rampant.
Yet the need to enforce those laws is a major reason why the GOP won so big in 2024.
Tired of four years of Biden's border chaos, voters seized on Trump's signature issue of law and order.
Now, though, Republicans are running away from it.
Carping, and I told you so's from weak need senators.
He said it, I didn't, but I agree.
Like Lisa Murkowski, Tom Tillis, Susan Collins, and Bill Cassidy is no way to win in November.
Neither are tepid statements from the likes of James Lankford and even Tommy Tuberville.
Even Senate Majority Leader John Thune turned milquetoast in response to the questionable shooting of an ICE anti-ICE protester in Minneapolis, calling it an opportunity to evaluate and to really assess the policies and the procedures and how they're being implemented.
Now, I don't know which one he's talking about.
Like the questionable shooting of someone who is driving a two and a half ton truck into you, or the questionable shooting of a guy who's trained to do de-arrest, is engaged in doing a dearst.
He has a very, very powerful weapon on him, extremely well armed.
And the gun goes off.
And then the agent responds to that.
Now, if the guy didn't have the gun there with him, that never would have happened, right?
Or if he decided, I'm going to follow the law.
I'm not going to engage in a de-arrest.
I'll explain to you later what a de-arrest is.
I think I have before, but I got one training picture that I'm going to show you about it.
What I'm trying to do, and boy, it's hard to get.
And I've seen them when they were more available and I didn't keep them.
You could go online and they would show you how to interfere with an ICE arrest so you can help.
A de-arrest means breaking the guy free, getting him out of the hands of the cops or the agents.
And they train in that because they're an illegal group of people.
Oh, maybe they're domestic terrorists.
Gee, that's a strange thing.
Has anybody had guts to call them that?
Gee, I don't know.
I think that guy Bovino they got rid of used to call it that.
Oh, what a bad guy.
That's a very good point, Mayor.
And the media is so complicit, and you can't help but feel that they almost force.
Do you know?
Do you want to see the classy?
And Ben is a much classier guy than me.
I think in some ways he's related to you?
No, no.
I think he's Republicans have to find, I said, like, they have to find their balls, right?
Yeah.
Republicans have to find, this is how you say it, if you're a really classy guy, the testicular fortitude to defend what their voters want.
And how about even more important, and maybe I am naive as hell, and what the law requires.
How about what humanity and civilization require?
Remember, Republicans must be brave enough to say why Democrats want an invasion of aliens, criminals, and otherwise into our cities and towns.
Why?
To juice the populations of blue states, to create essential chaos, so we can become a bigger and bigger central government, and then part of a big world central government, which will be a perfect prelude to China running the world.
And since they cave into China all the time, all the lefties, how far off am I?
I'm not.
I'm not.
I mean, look at Fang Fang and Swalwell, right?
Look at Senator Feinstein and her 19-year Chinese spy.
Nothing said about it.
Look at Biden giving away an airbase 400 miles from China.
And a little later on, look what UK with the lefty Starmer, lefty communist Starmer, giving up Diego Garcia.
I know you think Diego Garcia is probably An actor or a head of a cartel or Diego Garcia is one of our most important military bases in the Pacific, which we run with the British.
And the piece of crap prime minister wants to give it up because he's sucking up to China.
I mean, it doesn't matter.
It's going to be a Muslim country.
In about four or five years, they used to be our strongest ally.
Not going to be for very long.
I mean, good chunks of it are run by Sharia law now, the country of the common law run by Sharia law.
We're going to take a short break and we'll be right back telling you the truth.

And he was largely.
I did note.
Well, okay, we're back again.
And this is we were having a very serious conversation.
Right.
We're back again.
You will finish.
We're back again with the Rich Guliani show.
And we were complimenting the Ben Dominich article.
And they all thought I knew him.
And that's why I don't know Ben.
I know Ben from watching him and listening to him.
And I have great respect for him because he's he now that I was trying to remember.
And I somehow, somehow I thought he was somehow related to Judge Elito.
But it turns out he's John McCain's son-in-law.
Now, you should know that for a good deal of time, John was one of my best friends.
And I know that seems kind of strange because of also being very close with President Trump, but John and I had been friends for many years before we ran against each other.
And our friendship, our friendship, although interrupted a little bit, a little bit, not that much, just a little bit, became even stronger after it was over.
And sure, I understand some of John's weaknesses.
I got him too.
But I largely love John.
And he is the, he is, I guess he's married to one of John's daughters.
Megan.
Megan.
Yes.
Oh, he's married to Megan?
That's my understanding.
I didn't think it was Megan.
Let me double check, but yeah.
But you wouldn't know.
Keep going.
Keep going.
Now, isn't that strange?
I mean, now it is true.
The McCain family, you know, from Megan's eulogy and Mrs. McCain, they have become very anti-Trump.
But his analysis has often been very pro-Trump.
So it is Megan McCain.
And actually, his father has served under both Bush and in the Trump administration.
It's extraordinary how balanced he is.
I mean, maybe I've missed the ones that aren't, but wow.
But this is, I really, I really admire, I admire both the strength of this argument and the brevity of it.
That's what a good lawyer has to be able to do.
Nobody's going to read too much anymore.
This is a powerful article.
A powerful, powerful article.
So Bethany Mendel, her article also, the one that you mentioned, gets kudos.
This is lefty women dress up as handmaids to protest ice.
I should have taken this picture out, but I didn't, but you can see it there.
Come on.
You want to be taken seriously and you dress up like that?
Yes.
Come on.
That's like my mom's book club when they have like wine, I feel like.
Once again, protest in that midway when they have wine.
Like, yeah, like that's something my mom's book club would like think would be like a fun gag, but not like that.
Like dressing up like two nights ago and the wine we had with it.
What was that wine?
Wine was excellent.
I should recommend it.
I've forgetting what I forgot what was a California wine, California Cabernet.
It was good.
I mean, I would make the argument, I am not a wine expert.
There are certain things I'm an expert on, certain things I'm a novice, and certain things I know nothing about.
So on cigars, I'm a world-class expert.
On baseball, particularly the Yankees, I'm a world-class expert.
On opera, you're not going to beat me.
However, on wine, I have a journeyman's knowledge.
You know, but I do really think that California wines, and boy, you never hear me talk any good about California.
I think the California wines are very underrated.
And I think the French wines are extremely overrated.
I'm not a complete novice.
I'm not an expert either, but I'm beyond being just a novice.
I've read a lot about it.
I've been to Bordeaux.
I've been to Burgundy.
I've been to California.
You know, we have wine country up in Michigan.
Yeah, we have it in Long Island, too.
The northern part of Long Island, in fact, even on the southern part where I had a house in Bridge Hampton, we had a very, very good winery.
The southern part of Long Island, when it separates, the northern part is the, they must have about 60 wineries up there.
The southern part has only three or four.
And one is very, very good.
It also has one on each side.
And I used every year, I used to go with friends and we would do a wine trip, a wine touring trip.
And the friend happened to be the wine critic of the Wall Street Journal.
Well, and you know, they're making a fortune wedding season.
That's where vineyards get their.
Yeah, and they're very nice vineyards.
I mean, it isn't like it isn't like California, but it's sommaliers.
It's not bad.
It's not bad.
It's good.
Sommeers.
And the white wines are really good.
Those people are.
The white wines are competitive.
The rosé is actually good.
I mean, I think the only really better rosé is French.
And like from Provence.
See, you're a dog in the French, but man, they do have good wine.
You can't.
Well, I think, yes, but I think Bordeaux is overrated because they stretch it out so much and they put so many mixed grapes in it and you really don't know what's in it.
So they don't make like a straight Cabernet.
Cabernet is mixed with four other five other grapes and they call it Bordeaux because it's in the ground of Bordeaux.
Now, they could make better Bordeaux in Spain.
They can make better Bordeaux in California.
They can make better Bordeaux in Italy.
Why Bordeaux Is Overrated00:03:14
And well, never mind.
Let's get on.
Let's get on something serious because we're getting near the end here.
So I think we covered, they opened it.
As we said, they opened a civil rights probe, as we heard, of, I guess the agents, right?
On Predi, for killing Predi.
So we'll see.
Okay.
Well, who knows how routine that is.
It might be almost like a snap that they have a great head of the Civil Rights Division.
She's not.
Amit.
Amit's not going to back off.
She's not going to back off anything.
She's a woman of tremendous principle.
I have no, I mean, not the slightest bit of doubt that she will come to a reasoned conclusion.
And as Bethany, as Bethany said, Mandel says, reason is gone.
There's nothing rational about the way this whole Minnesota thing has been presented.
And it really is an attempt to reverse what you, the American people, decided in 2024 and to get us back to, let's get all those criminals back in here, because the Democrat Party is more interested in its own survival than yours.
The Holman is trying hard to de-escalate.
But is Fry or the communists who run the anti-ICE movement?
Didn't they have protests all over the country today?
That's de-escalating?
Or that's seeing if you can provoke some kind of a tragedy somewhere that you can take advantage of?
I mean, these things were provoked.
I mean, they tried the five-year-old first.
I mean, a big thing out of that, ICE arrested a five-year-old.
Yeah, the father gave him up, and the mother didn't want him.
Nice people.
I saved him.
Oh, that one didn't work.
And then they got the woman who drove into a guy where if she had lived, she'd be on trial for murder or attempted murder or at least vehicular, attempted vehicle homicide.
Or her girlfriend would be, I mean, I'm sorry, her husband or wife would be for telling her to do it.
I actually just have an instinct that the good woman wasn't paying attention.
She was paying attention to the wife.
And the wife was trying to get in the car.
The wife had opened the door of the car.
She was fighting with the she was taunting the agent.
And the agent got up in front of the car.
And she opens the door of the car.
And when she sees him get in front of the car, she says to her husband, if she's the wife, I guess, good as the husband, she says, drive, baby, drive.
And the husband listens to her wife and smashes into him.
Close to Trouble00:01:00
And what do you think is going to happen?
He puts a bullet in her head.
You probably would have too.
Well, we're going to go over to X now for the weekend.
Big weekend.
We're going to see what happens.
And there we're going to talk a lot about Iran because I have a sneaky suspicion that you and I may see each other over the weekend.
Because, you know, if something happens, we'll come on.
And we're right here in Palm Beach, very close to where I think the president is coming pretty soon, right?
Yes.
Is he here yet?
I don't believe he's here yet.
He's in Marlborough.
Yeah.
So let's see what happens.
We have our intrepid, he can double as almost anything, Ted, who can go over there.
He has twice now and asked the president questions, and the president seems to favor him.
