Today, we've got a lot to cover.
A lot happened, a lot happened that could be, could be, could be definitely, could be definitely censored or could be definitely rearranged so you don't understand it, don't get to see it, don't understand the implications of it.
It is really very, very discouraging when you watch the news most or if not all of the day, and you see how they distort things.
I almost wish I could be on, like in the corner as a kind of commentator, and therefore I could comment and say, you know, you really should look at that and you really should, and you left this out and you left that out.
Well, we're going to try to do a little of that today.
The armada that looks like it's ready to take action against the regime of terror in Iran has now arrived in the Persian Gulf.
So we have in the Persian Gulf, it's hard to say.
You'd have to do a ship-by-ship analysis, but we probably have considerably more resources than we had in Venezuela when you consider that we start off with more resources there.
So this is an add-on to what we normally have in the Middle East.
And of course, you know, in recent times, we fought, what, two wars in the Middle East.
So we have massive bases all over the Middle East.
We don't kind of publicize it much.
We talk about the one in, we talk about the one in Qatar, which is indeed quite a substantial base, but I think we have about 14 that arguably worst case scenario could be in the striking range of Iran should we take action against them.
And should the Ayatollah and his bullies accomplish what they say they're going to accomplish, which is to hit every one of their bases.
Now, it is quite possible they will hit none of our bases.
And you could almost say, gee, how are they going to hit our bases when they couldn't hit our airplanes flying over them?
But if you're President Donald Trump or President anybody, you can't take that for granted.
You got to go worst case scenario.
And that's why it's taken two to three weeks to prepare this.
This has been prepared very, very carefully.
Now, you're saying it sounds like I know that we're going to attack.
I know no such thing.
No one has told me that.
I haven't asked.
I haven't overheard.
I haven't gotten a leak.
I don't want it.
I'm going to go on my instincts, okay?
We're going to attack.
It's going to happen.
Unless these guys, unless the angel Gabriel, the real angel Gabriel comes down, not the one that the murderer and pedophile Muhammad fantasized about.
The real angel Gabriel comes down and says, cut the shit, or it ain't going to be no paradise for you boys.
This is going to happen.
Because they're crazy.
They really are crazy.
After what happened to them last time, you would think they'd make some kind of deal.
But you don't understand they can't.
The empire, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the empire of Iran is built on something that your mind might have a hard time embracing as reasonable.
Now, there's nothing reasonable about it.
It doesn't mean they don't believe it more fervently than anything you or I may believe.
And that is that they are charged by Muhammad and by Allah and by the Quran to take control of the world for the Muslim religion.
And piece by piece, they're going to do that and they're going to contribute their part to it.
That's what they believe.
That's what the Quran says.
That's what Muhammad instructed them.
Are they the more faithful followers of Muhammad than the ones who ignore that?
Yes, they are.
And that's what they're doing.
Is it sick?
It always has been from the very, very beginning.
The idea that this is a religion of peace is a horrible distortion that can mislead you.
Understandable because we want to be nice.
Because they call themselves a religion, we want to say they are.
But it actually is a textbook.
The Quran is at least a whole chronologically second part of it.
It's a massive instruction on killing in order to get to paradise.
Well, we'll get to that in the second part after eight o'clock.
Right now, I want to turn to America, and I want to turn to Minnesota.
So we've made a change of the guard, right, or the change of the leadership in an effort to placate, I guess, in an effort to, well, in an effort, honestly, to calm down.
We were banging our heads against each other.
And the end result could very well have been 2020 with a massive destruction of Minneapolis, Minnesota, and who knows what else.
I didn't think this would spread much because there isn't all that much.
There is no justice to it.
Even they even haven't been able to maintain their false scenario long enough as they did with George Floyd.
However, it would cost lives.
And the president is remarkable in the fact that he has the great gift of Western civilization, Christianity, and Judaism, which is a tremendous regard for human life and doesn't like to see it wasted.
No one should, right?
So he took the call from Tampon, Tim.
Tampon Tim, probably was a very agreeable call.
Right now, last check, an hour ago, things were calmer there last night, not calm, but calmer.
Apparently, all day, calmer.
And they are looking forward to a calmer night, but not counting on it, which is good.
That's good.
That's the right way to do it.
And Holman is in charge.
And I think they realize that if they blow it with Holman, who knows what's going to happen.
And Tom is an exceedingly tough guy, smart guy, and also flexible.
He understands the mission.
The mission is to calm this down without giving up the principle that we have got to get rid of illegal migrants.
And the major focus has to be, obviously, on the most dangerous one.
Do we have a soundbite from Tom?
I see him on the screen with me looking like my friend, Tom Holman, looking like he's in charge.
If we have anything from her, that's great, or any description of the conversations between the president and Tampon and Junior Fry.
Well, I think that's part of it.
He hasn't made it.
Maybe last night.
Oh, yes, yes.
The governor has had a press statement, several.
Please.
And also, if we could get Tom's, it would be great.
That's just a stone cold fact.
I'm just proud to be a part of this.

I don't think that Christine Ohm or Bolvino or the agents did anything other than what the president wanted them to do in the best way that they could.
And I think they have been mercilessly defamed by a press and a group of people that are at the worst satanic and at the best brainwashed.
I thought Christine, I think Christine Ohm's a hero.
And I think I'd love to see, I would be very comfortable with her being president of the United States and protect.
I think she'd protect our ass big time.
And Bovino, I just see as an operative, but a good one.
And maybe he made, maybe in the recitation of facts.
I don't even remember if he did.
He made some mistakes.
Gosh, I did during emergency.
So did everybody else.
So did every damn Democrat that's ever run anything.
I would warn people of that.
I would tell people in an emergency, I'm going to get some things wrong because I'm going to try to be as open as I can be without prejudicing the investigation.
And in doing that, things are going to change.
But I think the president made the right decision at the right time to see if we can move this in the right direction.

And tell us about DC right now that's probably observing Minnesota and observing Iran and also fighting over the funding.
And are we really not going to fund Department of Homeland Security and let the people who just got their homes destroyed by the snowfall drop dead?
Well, it's incredible to consider that this may be a reality, but it is true.
I sat in on a press conference today with Chuck Schumer, who is now saying that Democrats in unison will largely reject the Department of Homeland Security funding.
Now, this comes as a part of six appropriation bills that still need to be passed through the Senate to secure funding for the government for the rest of the year.
It's sounding like Democrats, though, are making this new ridiculous demand where they want a standalone bill on DHS funding only.
And they're making, they have a list of three priorities that they want met.
They said that ICE must end roving patrols and tighten up their rules.
They must enforce accountability needs to be enforced.
There needs to be a uniform code of conduct.
They ultimately want to give them the same enforcement measures as local law enforcement.
And then they also are demanding that the masks come off, body cameras come on, and that they carry some form of identification to be able to see who they are.
So this is the list of demands from Democrats.
And if those aren't met, they're saying that we are looking at another partial government shutdown.
This, of course, after the longest shutdown in our nation's history that we just got over at the end of last year.
So it just goes to show Democrats don't care about we, the people they care about, pushing forward with their radical agenda and making the American people suffer as a result.
So yeah, that's where we're at currently with Democrats.
Well, since as I've been going through the list of people arrested in Minnesota, I'm only a third of the way through it, but I think a third is a good sample.
Roughly 40 to 50 percent, or 70 percent of criminals.
40 to 50 percent are sexual violators, predators.
And a lot of them are pure, just out and out rapists.
A lot of them are children molesters.
So this is the direct assistant to rapist act sponsored by the party of slavery.
And I guess if a party that's founded itself on slavery, this is the kind of thing they would pass.
Let me see what we can do to help rapists.
I mean, they lowered the penalties for pedophiles in California.
They did.
They might as well do it for the whole country.
That's what we're looking at here.
I mean, they're sick.
Well, you're just working on that here in Virginia, where Spanberger is our new governor.
She's already trying to lessen the penalties for literal rapists.
So as California goes, so goes the nation, as we know.
And this is what Democrats will do at all costs.
They will stop at nothing to move forward with this radical agenda.

So what else is going on in the puzzle palace?
Well, we're also hearing in coordination with this potential shutdown that may be looming now because of Democrats.
Anna Paulina Luna is now coming into the fight saying that, well, if the Democrats do this, they demand this standalone bill, right?
It's going to have to go back to the House for another vote.
She's now saying that she's been in D.C. long enough to know talk is cheap and is bringing the SAVE Act into this.
So she's basically saying that this is how we're going to get the SAVE Act passed is by attaching it to the DHS appropriations bill that will inevitably be coming back to the House for another vote.
This is how she's now planning on trying to get the SAVE Act passed.
Though I do have some exciting news along with this conversation of the SAVE Act, I did actually finally get the opportunity to ask Leader John Thune today about the SAVE Act.
What is the holdup?
Why hasn't it been brought to the floor for a vote?
Now, let's keep in mind there's actually two floating versions of the SAVE Act right now.
There's the original one that would have required proof of citizenship to register in elections.
And now Steve Scalees recently introduced this turbocharge SAVE Act, which is going to not only require proof of citizenship to register in elections, but also require a photo ID to actually physically go vote in elections.
So the turbocharge version sounds much better.
I do like it, but it still doesn't, you know, we still don't know why Leader Thune didn't bring the original SAVE Act to the floor for a vote.
Well, I finally asked him about this today.
Let's take a listen to what he had to say there.
President Trump has repeatedly urged the passing of the SAVE Act, as well as many MAG Republicans.
What is the holdup in the Senate?
Why hasn't that been brought to the floor for a vote?
And what's your stance on requiring proof of citizenship to vote in elections?
I'm for that.
I've co-sponsored the SAVE Act in the past.
I think my understanding is that they are still modifying the bill.
It includes right now a requirement that you be a citizen to register to vote, but it doesn't include a requirement that to vote you be a resident.
So in other words, if you're going to have what we call voter ID or photo ID, when somebody goes into the ballot box to vote, that's not currently covered in the bill.
So that's being fixed and addressed.
And I think the new bill that comes out, hopefully, will deal with that.
But I mean, at some point, we'll have that vote.
I'm for it.
I think most of our colleagues in the Senate are.
And I don't, you know, it hasn't had consideration on the relevant committee yet.
But I know there's a high level of interest among our members in getting a vote on SAVE Act.
Well, I hope that's true.
And I hope they do it.
I mean, their ability to act is very limited.
They slow down everything.
The bill makes sense.
It makes sense for Republicans.
I mean, we don't get any dead votes.
I mean, I can tell you the Democrats have gotten an unbelievable advantage on us on dead voters.
The Democrats have every advantage known to man.
And they are now accusing us, funny enough, of quote unquote rigging elections, which you just have to laugh at.
But to your point, it is unfortunate.
Nothing's been done on the SAVE Act thus far, though I do have to say, I got to, you know, toot my own horn for a little minute here.
Ever since asking Jonathan this question earlier today, since then, about five Republican senators that did not previously speak up about the SAVE Act are now co-sponsoring it.
So they're openly stating that they support the SAVE Act and they want to walk over for a vote.
So that's some good traction, I think.
You woke them up.

I mean, that's really good, good, good, good reporting and pushing a bill that's enormously important.
It couldn't be much more important.
So DHS funding is in jeopardy, which is kind of crazy.
What is also kind of crazy is the question marks raised about Christine Noam, who has done about as good a job as a cabinet secretary can possibly do.
Now, he has some great cabinet secretaries, and there is nothing that I'm taking away from them.
I have incredible, as you know, because I report on this all the time, respect for, let's do it in order of seniority from the Secretary of State to the Secretary, the Treasury.
I just today said, boy, Besson is much better than I thought he would be.
Pete, of course, I love Pete and Noam for a long time.
He's a better secretary than I thought he would be.
So is Bobby Kennedy.
I mean, they're really, they're challenging, they're challenging everything that's wrong, which is why they get difficult coverage.
They're not being, they don't get difficult coverage or negative coverage because they do anything wrong.
They're doing because they're getting it because they're doing something right.
You would have to think that Washington was essentially a really straight place, a very moral place.
They were all doing the right thing, and everything was on the right track when they came in.
They went to Sodom and Gomorrah, and they're not going to burn it down, but they're going to change it.
So the people of Sodom and Gomorrah are attacking them because they've done a pretty good job of fooling a lot of you for a long time.
And because the whole media situation is changing, that's changing.
There's a much greater number of people who get their information from what you're doing or Breanna Morello, who we had on last night, or Steve Bannon, or I can go on and on and on.
They don't trust the plastic guys who read the teleprompter.

The FBI rated a place where they're looking for records that prove that the 2020 election in Georgia was fixed.
I really don't know why you have to prove it anymore with the 340,000 ballots that were unauthorized, all of which came from Fulton County.
You pull that 300,000 out and Trump wins by about 80,000 votes.
Simple as that.
There are about eight other ways to do it.
I know them all.
This one, I think, is in search of the ballots that were printed two or three blocks away from the Fulton County arena.
That wasn't their name.
They had another name.
They were a basketball arena.
What?
State Farm, State Farm Arena.
And they were bringing in the ballots necessary to stuff in the machines, and they were printing them right nearby.
And when the U.S. Attorney and the FBI were asked to do something about it, Bar made sure they didn't do shit.
And then they had a situation where an ATF agent observed them burning ballots, and the FBI and the U.S. Attorney wouldn't do shit.
And the Republican governor of that state, what's his name?
He's kind of a real lightweight.

Well, first, what you should know about Georgia is over the last year and a half to two years, there have been a number of revelations that show without any doubt that the election was rigged.
Now, they show a number of votes that clearly could have affected the outcome of the election.
After being behind by 2.5% on election night, Biden being behind by 2.5%, after four or five or six days of counting, with an enormous number of irregularities having gone on.
And about Now about 320,000 missing ballots and about 340,000 unauthorized ballots.
Whether they overlap or not, I don't know.
I doubt it because these were entirely missing ballots.
And with any number of witnesses to fraud, when they report an article on this, this is an article about the FBI rating an installation called the Fulton County Election Hub and Operations Center.
It's a warehouse facility, and they're seeking elections records from 2020, which the state of Georgia is refusing and has refused for five years to turn over or allow anyone to see but people that are under their control.
Or let's put it another way, no representative of Trump, and that's what was my battle.
It was about.
I wanted to see the votes.
So we're going to, we're going, so they're fighting again to do that.
The FBI seized records.
They've also been in court.
And somebody named Kay Alexander, like Kay Guevara, spelled the same way as Kay Guevara, the communist murderer from Cuba.
He or she is refusing to turn the ballots over to the federal court and the federal authorities because she has them under seal under state law.
Last time I checked the presidency is a federal election.
I have no idea how the person named for Kay Guevara can argue that she can hold on to these ballots and not give them to a federal court or give them to a federal investigator.
But Democrats are allowed to argue anything.
And Fulton County is so crooked that Al Capone might feel uncomfortable there.

He is the Georgia State Election Board, and he is in Fulton County.
Is that correct?

And yes, I'm the vice chair of the Georgia State Elections.
Oh, you're the vice chair.
Okay.
And could everybody else introduce themselves?
Yes, I have Sally Grubbs, who is also a new member of the state election board and first vice chair of the Georgia Republican Party, and Jason Frazier, an election.
So explain to me why Georgia will not just turn the ballots over to the FBI and let them examine the ballots.
I mean, they almost killed me because I wanted to see the ballots.
I've never seen a single ballot in Georgia.
In fact, I've never seen a single ballot in the election because the Democrats have held them secret in Pennsylvania, Michigan.
And we could settle all this if we looked at the ballots.
We could see how many were done by a machine two blocks away from the state arena.
Well, that was certainly the challenge.
My stance all along has been that if there's nothing wrong with the election and nothing to hide, why not turn ballots over and the election documents to support the accurate and authentic ballots in the votes.
But it's been a battle for the four years that I've been on the election board to get ballots, get to the ballots, or even get to the supporting documents.
So much so that we subpoenaed the election documents over a year ago and have been in a battle in court over just that problem.
And finally, we went directly.
We said, well, we'll just subpoena all of the ballots in the absentee ballot oath envelopes.
And we have yet to even see where they're placed or where they're stored or even if they're documented.
But as I speak right now, Mr. Giuliani, the FBI trucks have backed up to the loading docks at the Fulton County election warehouse.
And I trust that they are loading up the 700 boxes of ballots and envelopes and election documents to be taken off site to a safe and secure place to be reviewed and investigated so that we can complete the investigation that we were tasked to follow.

Now, I'm confused about over a period of the last year and a half, there have been two revelations.
The most recent one is there were 300,000 plus ballots from Fulton County that weren't certified.
And then there was about a year and a half ago, a revelation that there were 300 plus, like 320, 330, that were missing.
Can you explain?
Were those just contradictory reports?
Or are there ballots that aren't accounted for?
I guess if you could help us with that, it would be very useful.

Let me see if I can clear that up a little bit.
There was a significant case that we heard in May of 2024 that alleged that there were missing ballot images from the official and final recount of the election: 18,000 missing ballot images.
So the point of that part of the complaint was for every ballot, there should be a ballot image.
So where are the ballot images if there are 528,000 ballots that were cast in Fulton County?
The other part of that complaint was that there were 10 ballot boxes containing 20,000 votes from election from the early part of the election that we could not document that those ballot boxes were actually that they were actually used election.
So that was sort of the unresolved part of that investigation.
And then just last month in December, there was a case that revealed that the ballot box tapes that document how many ballots were cast were not signed.
And the signature on those tapes has a little word above the three witness signatures that says certification.
That's the beginning of the certification of the election.
That all the ballots cast in each ballot scanner or ballot box are accounted for and attested to by the poll workers and poll managers.
So, and that those unsigned tapes calculated up to 310 or so, 10,000 votes.
I assume that those ballots were there, but they're uncertified, and it needs to be looked into further.
Why were they uncertified?
Why were they not signed?
Why wasn't the matching zero tape that goes with the beginning of the election not available to review also?
So, we don't know where they started and where they finished, actually.
Jen, that's the best explanation anyone's ever given of that in four months.
I have to tell you, congratulations.
Can I ask, if a ballot turns out to be uncertified, in other words, you can't certify it, you haven't certified, is it then invalid?
Well, that's a very good question.
It's always a quandary because you want to assume that all those voters can count on their ballot being cast and their vote counted.
But you also have to rely on the election workers to take care to make sure that only those voters and only those ballots and only those votes are counted.
And that's part of the certification process that everyone is doing their due diligence to make sure that every vote is counted correctly and accurately.
Now, those 300, how many did you say 300 and 310,000.
About 310,000.
Were they from Fulton County?
Yes, this was a Fulton County complaint and allegation in a case that we heard.
How much did approximately how much did Biden beat Trump by in Fulton County?
Approximately 11, 800, 11,800 votes statewide.
How about in Fulton?
He really wiped him out of Fulton County, right?
Well, Fulton County is a heavy Democrat county.
Joe Biden got the most votes.

I know Fulton County really well.

So if you were to take those 320,000 votes and just take them out of the election and go count again, Trump would win.
Well, it begs the question to actually, Mr. Giuliani, to get all of the documents and look at, and it begs the question to go directly to the ballots and get the ballots and review the ballots.
And we the state election board.
I'd be pretty comfortable as his lawyer, you know, taking those 310 out and counting again.
Because I think probably Biden beat him about 70, 30 in Fulton County at least.
So you're taking out seven votes for Biden and three votes for Trump every time you take a vote out, approximately.
But our main objection every time they did a recount, I got to tell you, I represented them in this case, is they were always counting the same phony ballots over and over again.
Plus, we had very good evidence that two blocks away, they were printing ballots, two blocks away from the state farm arena.
They were printing ballots.
We also have evidence they were burning ballots.
We have an ATF agent who has pictures of them burning ballots.
And a bar and the U.S. attorney wouldn't do a damn thing about it, or your governor, who's, I don't think he's on our side, but that's okay.

When they printed the article about the 310 ballots that Jan is talking about that were not certified, they said the same thing, false claims.
Well, if in fact those ballots weren't certified and those ballots were discounted from the recount, Trump would have won by anywhere from 80 to 100,000 votes.

And they came up with the fiction that as long as you're present in the room where the ballots are counted, you have complied with the law.
You don't have to see anything.
