This is the Rudy Giuliani show, and this is Lindell TV.
And after all of our world travels, I mean, a couple of days in a couple of days in Tehran, the back, a couple of days in Tehran, and a couple of days in Minneapolis.
Was that Minneapolis?
I thought that was the Pacific Fires.
Right, you were in Minneapolis.
We're back here in beautiful, lovely, wonderful Venezuela.
We did Venezuela.
Yeah, Venezuela.
Yeah, we picked great places for our background.
Anyway, we've got this beautiful background there.
That's what we look at when we look out our window.
And then we wake up every morning and somebody's fighting with somebody.
And last night, Ted called me, seemed like middle of the night.
He said, the president's plane has been turned back.
I said, what?
I mean, that's a scary.
I don't remember.
I mean, I'm sure it's happened.
I think I have a vague recollection, maybe it was Ford.
Very vague.
I don't remember a president's plane being turned back.
And it headed all the way back here.
I think they took it to, he was flying out of Palm Beach, right?
Was he flying out of Miami?
I don't remember.
He was down to Dural yesterday.
St. Andrews.
Washington.
Washington.
Well, that's right.
He went back up to Washington after the Gulf.
Right.
You're right.
And is he now still coming back tonight or is he staying over?
That's the question.
You know, if he has to stay over, he ain't going to be a happy guy.
He doesn't like sleep.
He does not like sleeping in a bed other than his own.
You should know that.
And number two, when I say his own, he will occasionally stretch that to the Trump Hotel, the International Trump Hotel, Doral, but not somebody else's.
And finally, I guess he's over it with Zelensky.
But to be delayed because of Zelensky, I don't know, you know.
He seemed to be in a very good mood today, though.
And I tell you, he pulled a I'm going to make a comparison.
He'll love this, and I'm going to have, we'll get to send him this clip.
He did this morning what the Indiana quarterback and the coach did last night with that quarterback, sneak up the middle, which went in about three different directions.
He did it today.
Wow, they don't even know it was done to them.
He operates at such a much higher level of complexity in terms of and it's not just deal, I guess, it's deal making.
In a way, it's constructing uh, constructing numerous and somewhat securitous ways to get to the result right, and you don't know if you're going there or not until you get there, right.
So uh, from the moment I heard him speaking, uh this morning and uh, I didn't have, I didn't have much of a of um, I didn't have much of a um, a chance to uh kind of scope it out uh, by you know, just listening to the walls at uh, Mar-a-lago and the golf course, uh.
Why They Fell For It00:15:34
But I knew he had something up his sleeve that he wasn't just going to go there and say, you know, i'm going to attack Greenland or you can have Greenland.
He had something up his sleeve and attacking Greenland was obviously not up his sleeve, that was just to get everybody all riled up and upset.
Here's a guy that wants to make peace, he wants to win the Nobel Peace Prize.
He's going to go attack Greenland.
Come on, you got, you can't be.
And they all fell for it.
Right, they fell Germany German, and they all fell for it and proved that they're a bunch of clowns.
Germany, I think, sent 10 or 20 soldiers there to to uh, have some kind of maneuver, and they left in two hours because it was too cold.
Didn't anybody ever tell them it's near the Arctic Circle, you gotta like maybe.
Maybe that's why the Russians beat him.
I guess it did when it got too cold in Moscow.
Huh man, oh man um, Macron keeps talking about putting an army together.
I want to see it.
I want to see Macron's army.
I really, really do.
I have great respect for the French.
I mean, they helped win the revolution for us but uh, in the last 150 years, the only thing they've ever done is surrender.
I mean, the joke always was, declare war on France and you can win a war.
We declare war, we surrender.
Uh plus, it is this is absolutely true during a lot of the wars that we fought with NATO, the French troops wouldn't go into battle.
I mean, a lot of them wouldn't.
Please let me be clear that the group that would the English, the Canadians, the Australians boom, always go into battle.
Eastern Europeans will lead the battle.
The French uh, what would you like when you come back from the battle, ted?
Uh, we could have beef stroganoff or uh, we'll make you a wonderful French uh soup.
You know, we're going back into Paris while you guys are fighting, so we're not too close to the action, but whatever.
So uh, they did their little maneuvers, but they really weren't maneuvers because they didn't want to anger him.
They were just getting together with a whole bunch of soldiers in in in Greenland.
Like you know, the European soldiers hang out in Greenland.
The reality is uh that uh, Denmark has treated a Greenland excused the language like a piece of from the day we gave it back to them.
You know what the spiral case is all about.
Well, you're going to learn it in greater detail.
The spiral case is to why they they should just give it to us and say, please take it that this investigation goes back to the 70s.
It's still not done.
The report's going to come in in 2026.
So uh Greenland, for reasons we can't quite figure out yet, what the, what the scientific reasons were, could be a Nazi, uh uh doctor they, they got you know, they decided to uh um to to basically, I guess through injection, i'm not sure maybe even through more surgical means uh, make the Inuit women infertile.
In other words, they can't have babies.
There are several historians some, some are Danish, some are Inuit who say it was genocide.
There are several who say it wasn't, that it doesn't have the earmarks of genocide.
Don't know what the earmarks of genocide is, except kind of trying to wipe out a lot of people so their race disappears.
Uh, and I don't know if there are documents that show what the purpose of this is, but there has to have been a purpose to it and that purpose has not been revealed, nor has their investigation been completed.
I told you it goes back to the 70s, theoretically ended in the 80s, except now they're finding a lot of cases after the 80s and many many many, many of these native women uh uh, the original well, i'm not sure they're the original people in, but the early, i'd say the earlier people in, uh in in Greenland, had it happened to them not knowing, some of them are now, who have you know?
Become educated and are now suing, and it really was their lawsuits that brought this out.
The um, the uh.
One would think they have it.
They have a king or a queen king.
Now the queen stepped down, one would think.
The honor of the king, they would have brought this out.
Uh-uh, the king is like every other uh um monarch, and that is, they're uh sneaky and they're living off uh, the fat of the land and they hit it.
They hit it for years and now it's coming out.
And every time it comes out it gets bigger and bigger and bigger.
And I guess uh, the question is, if it wasn't genocide, what was it there?
Hardly is a population problem on Greenland.
They have uh 40 50, 55 000 people nobody there, of which 90 are Inuit.
Yeah um, certainly not Danish, except when the United States was there.
There aren't many jobs.
Um, I don't know why they're fighting over this.
They're fighting over this just to be stubborn.
So um, here here's what I want to tell you that i'm not sure you tell me if anybody else has picked this up.
In analyzing this, this was, I don't know what you would call this, a head fake, a whole body fake.
Um, he's going in one direction, he's got them coming in that direction and then he moves and they continue in that direction and he goes in for a touchdown.
So he immediately uh, shocked them all by saying that he wouldn't use force.
So he de-escalated right out of the box, right.
But then notice what he did, he escalated.
Now, if he de-escalated this much, right?
He escalated back about this much when he said That doesn't mean we don't want Greenland.
Then he went through a whole story, how we gave it to Denmark.
Boy, what a mistake that was.
Like they won't give it back.
And I expect that they will, and I'll be happy.
And if they don't, what did he say?
I will not forget.
Right.
Those are ominous words from the man who runs the most powerful nation on earth or in the history of the world and doesn't seem to have too much timidity about using that power in many different ways, not necessarily armed.
He had given away, I'm not going to, I'm not going to, you know, I'm not, even after watching your play soldiers get cold in Greenland, I'm not going to use physical, whatever.
And they all seem, everybody's real happy.
And then as they, and they didn't know what they kind of applied, even when he said that, even when he said the line about it, but I won't forget.
And then they stopped appointing.
They started thinking, what does that mean when he doesn't forget?
So can we listen to that?
This is beautifully done.
Well, yeah, we don't have that yet.
This could be one of the this could be one of the for now.
Let's call it one of the more interesting moments in American history.
I kind of think 50 years from now, if I'm certainly not going to live that long, but if I were a history teacher, I'd be teaching this.
This is taking them right into his garden.
And they don't even know they've been taken there.
Come on.
Anything?
And we never got anything.
We probably won't get anything unless I decide to use excessive strength and force, where we would be, frankly, unstoppable.
But I won't do that.
Okay.
Now everyone's saying, oh, good.
That's probably the biggest statement I made because people thought I would use force.
I don't have to use force.
I don't want to use force.
I won't use force.
All the United States is asking for is a place called Greenland.
I can't hear it.
We're back now.
We're just playing some B-roll there.
I want you to be careful.
I don't know how much, I don't know because I don't have the text, and you're not, it can be hard to get your hands on the original text because they conform it to what he says.
But I'm interested in knowing what the actual construction of this sentence was originally.
I don't have to use force.
Well, that pretty much gives it away that he's going to get it because he figures he's got something as good as force that doesn't create the turmoil that they've all been.
I mean, for the last two days, they're predicting.
There's a writer in the Wall Street Journal who has this in World War III.
Putin is all ready to take over the world as NATO falls apart.
NATO is going to be destroyed.
Maybe America is just going to care about the Don Row or Monroe Doctrine and forget Europe and Asia.
I mean, they're all going nuts.
Everybody's going like torn out the hair that many of them don't have.
He does.
Now, you, I mean, I want to talk to, I'm not even going to tell you who the writer is in the journal because I generally agree with him.
You know, he's not going to use force against an ally.
You know that.
First of all, haven't you figured out yet he doesn't like to use force?
If he were trigger happy, he'd have been in Iran day three.
And the minute Iran announced, even if it's a lie, we still have nuclear weapons, he'd have gone right back and just bombed the hell out of them for saying it.
It's almost like a free shot.
They don't even have an airplane to shoot at us.
If he were trigger happy, he would have captured the entire Maduro government.
And he would have left troops there, even for a little while.
He's trying to, whether you like his methods, you don't like his methods, you think he's doing the right thing or the wrong thing.
It's quite clear that he wants to end war to the extent that he can.
As a very practical businessman, and wouldn't you say that his greatest quality, really, aside from a rather huge intellect, is he's a man of common sense.
He thinks of common sense solutions.
But since he has so many enemies and he has so many people that are more intelligent than him, ha ha, and so many people that believe they can outsmart him and so many people that outsmart themselves, you can't just, it would be great if you could just directly go to the solution.
You go to the solution and they'll kill it before it even, even if it's making all the sense in the world.
So it's like an Easter egg hunt, right?
You got to hide it.
Right.
And you got to let them work through their.
This was on purpose.
The force thing was on purpose.
The reaction, I'm sure he laughed at it.
That's why he put out Macron's letter.
You know, Macron's.
Yeah, we put that text out yesterday so seriously.
Bring everybody together.
And he said, and I like Emmanuel.
You know, I like, he's not going to be around for very long, but I like Emmanuel.
So then, as soon as they all feel nice and relaxed and happy, no force, right?
Right.
It gives it away a little by saying, I don't have to use force, which a minute he said that, I said, okay, what's coming now, boss?
Because I don't have to use force, says to me, I got another way to get it.
So now let's listen to how he's going to get it.
Play the rest of what he just said.
Oh, can we keep playing from that point?
Or do we want to, what do you have from, do you have it from that point?
Can we pick it up?
All the United States is asking for is a place called Greenland where we already had it as a trustee, but respectfully returned it back to Denmark not long ago after we defeated the Germans, the Japanese, the Italians, and others in World War II.
We gave it back to them.
We were a powerful force then, but we are a much more powerful force now after I rebuilt the military in my first term and continue to do so today.
Well, I'm back.
I thought we were going to play the whole thing.
Well, this seems to be a little uncoordinated, but here's the point that I'm trying to make.
And it's really important to see him do this if you want my explanation and analysis of it.
What he says is, you know, you've got a choice.
If you give it to us, we will be very happy.
But if you don't give it to us, well, We won't forget.
Now that is, that is a verbal atomic bomb.
The size of the American economy compared to Denmark is not even comparable.
The necessity of Denmark depending on us for just about everything is, and the same thing is true of Europe.
I mean, they can go to Russia if they want.
They don't want to.
And the whole speech on their economies and ours is based on: you don't just need us for military defense, which may or may not become necessary.
You need us if you ever want to be thriving nations again, because your socialism, your insane, crooked, climate green shit, the fact that, you know, in France, if you work more than 30 hours a week, you go from eight months' vacation to six.
Defending Western Civilization00:11:32
The fact that Germany is becoming more like France than Germany.
You're an unproductive group of people living off your history.
Yep.
Well, let's play Cup Five.
I think this is what the mayor wanted us to play earlier.
So we want a piece of ice for world protection, and they won't give it.
We've never asked for anything else, and we could have kept that piece of land, and we didn't.
So they have a choice.
You can say yes, and we will be very appreciative, or you can say no, and we will remember.
He says, we will remember.
So we did play a mayor.
I know.
I'm glad you heard it.
I wasn't able to hear it, but we're having a little difficulty.
But in any event, it took a little while for that to sink in.
But as the audience sat there and the president went on with many, many other things, they started to realize he's not giving us up.
He's walking out with Greenland, one way or the other.
Europe needs an enthusiastic America for two reasons.
I mean, if they want to defend themselves with 10 German soldiers who get cold in Denmark, fine.
It'll be over fast.
Second, their economies are falling apart.
And everything that they're doing about it, with a few exceptions with the right-wing people that have come along, is just making it fall apart more and more and more.
The recipe they have for success is a clear recipe for disaster.
And finally, if they don't develop self-confidence and pride in themselves and their wonderful histories and heritage that we have great pride in, they're not going to exist anymore.
It'll be the Islamic Republic of England.
And Charles will either have his head cut off like the last Charles or sent on vacation somewhere.
Unless he wants to become an Islamic monarch.
I mean, I don't know.
Who knows?
He might want to.
All these other silly kings and queens that run around.
I have no idea what the king and queen of Denmark do.
Except take money from the people of Denmark and the people of Greenland.
Now, Greenland, of course, is a little upset because we became, I think, probably too assertive in, but they'd be so much better off under a humane and decent country in a democracy like ours rather than an aggressive, inhumane, money-grubbing monarchy like Denmark has treated them awful.
And I think it goes beyond if it can get worse than forced sterilization.
Or there are things equivalent to that that are also going to come out about the way the Danes treated them.
They certainly don't think that they're Danes.
Well, they don't think we're Danes either.
Well, they can think whatever the hell they want.
We're just a hell of a lot richer and more powerful than they are, and have a lot more to say about what's going to happen with the world than they do.
And so now we get down to: is it possible for us to look at this like adults, despite the fact that we all have these frictions, the United States, EU, some frictions within NATO, some frictions between Denmark and the US, let's say, or Denmark and Germany and whatever.
We are all on, we are ultimately all on the same team.
We would not like to be like China.
We don't like to speak Chinese and we don't like having a dictator communist running us and we don't like being communists.
Well, most of us don't.
Secondly, we don't want to have a, they hate Putin.
They don't want to have a homicidal maniac dictator running them or an insane king or a religious maniac like the Ayatollah.
Whatever else they want to do with a European Union, they do enjoy freedom, or at least they used to.
That's kind of wasting away in England.
Freedom of speech is a joke in England now.
It's been a joke in Germany for some time.
Can't tell you in France if it's as bad.
But Sharia law is challenging the English common law.
Sharia law is challenging the Napoleonic Code.
And these people do not want to assimilate the Muslims who go to England and the Muslims who go to France do not want to become French and they don't want to become English.
They want them to become Muslims as they were taught by Muhammad in the Quran.
And if they don't switch that around, they're going to blow their portion of Western civilization and we're not going down with them, right?
No way.
So now let's look at the following and see if these are true.
Is a Denmark capable of defending Greenland against the possibility of Russian, Chinese, or Islamic warfare and some combination of those.
Well, there's nothing to say that it was.
It wasn't capable of doing it 70 years ago.
They're a nothing army.
They don't have the equipment.
They don't have the expertise.
They would have to rely on us to do it for them.
Right.
Now, but gee, maybe an unhappy Trump wouldn't do it for him.
You know?
Right.
I don't have to use force to get you, do I?
Nor would he want to make an investment like that in a country that he didn't have 100% guarantee ain't going to be thrown out, particularly with the vagaries of war.
Suppose Russia were to capture Denmark and we had an agreement with them for them to cooperate with us, but now they're taken over by, or suppose they become an Islamic country and we have the Ayatollah Skorson.
I don't know what the hell their name is.
Or the king decides he likes being a king, so he converts.
In a situation like this, if you want us to make this kind of an investment with our massive and world-shattering equipment, which is going to get better and better and better, we want to make sure we are on solid ground.
And we did at one point have this place and we gave it back to you and you screwed up with it.
And what have you done with it?
It was in better shape when we gave it back to you than it is now.
You wasted the asset.
Now, we don't want to get nasty and mean and talk about how you looted the damn place, but you did.
You didn't do anything for it.
So now we got to defend Western civilization.
And this is an outpost that helps us do that.
Along with Alaska, it's like two goalposts that make it really difficult to come over the Arctic Circle and attack us or Europe.
And you want to make sure it's foolproof, don't you?
I mean, I'm talking beyond America.
I'm talking the world and defending Western civilization.
Now, who the hell is going to do that?
These jackasses that it took like beating them over the head for five years to get them to invest in defense and they still don't know what they're doing?
Or what is in fact the greatest military force in the world?
And what the hell does it mean to you to have Greenland since it looks like they tried to wipe out all their people?
We promise we will not do forced sterilization.
And we promise they will have a better way of life than you can possibly provide for them the way Americans have a better way of life by a lot now than you do.
We have them for a generation.
I bet they're working and they're industrious.
And some of them start coming to America and some Americans start going there.
And around that defense industry, we'll really develop something because we always do.
So if you could step out of all of the hate America, hate Trump, royalty corruption, European idiocy, and just get all out of your head and say, what would produce the best fortification?
Continued bastardized occupation by Denmark that has run the place down.
Or a country that is uh, in the midst of its biggest defense budget and growing to that and looking for every solution to make the world perfectly safe, and a country with a history of um respect for human rights that doesn't exist in Denmark.
Well, you're going to say well hey, we did that too.
Yeah, that's uh.
You know, that's 100 and 200 years ago that we're talking about that, but i'm not sure we ever did that.
Only ones I can think of, that thought about some form of genocide, was planned parenthood and trying to wipe out black people.
Democrats Vote with Republicans00:09:55
I have no idea why black people use planned parenthood or even will say the word without vomiting, but in any event, some do right.
So I think we're gonna get to a solution and I think we may have um.
So should we now take a break?
Well, we could come to.
We have Allison waiting.
Well, should we take a break first or should we go to Allison?
I'm i'm, it's up.
No, it's up to you.
Let's go to Allison.
I think she's waiting on the lines.
Allison, you're waiting online.
Okay hi, mr Mayor, good to see you, Allison.
How are you?
I'm doing great.
Did you see, the woman who you uh destroyed uh uh, miss Nancy, drunk as a skunk at that dinner.
Oh, I must miss that.
Oh, I gotta schedule the videos.
Oh my goodness yeah, she gave a speech and she was so drunk it was ridiculous.
They had to help her off the stage.
Oh, my goodness, I can't believe I missed that.
I will.
She's really reacting.
She's really reacting to uh, you got under her skin.
So what's going on?
Her time is uh coming near an end here, uh.
But yes, Congress was busy today.
Lots going on, uh.
The main event today was the uh House Oversight Committee held another hearing regarding the Clintons, who are officially um, looking like they're going to be charged with a contempt uh, in regards to refusing to show up for their subpoenas in congress.
The House Oversight Committee um actually passed bipartisan resolutions today to hold Bill and Hillary Clinton, both in contempt of Congress.
This was a 28 to 15 vote.
Surprisingly, some Democrats uh voted with Republicans to make this happen which, I got to admit, is rather shocking, but good to see because, you know, all this time, Democrats have been lamenting about justice for the victims and accountability for everyone involved, so it's good to see him actually hold up to their word.
Now, that's only some of them.
Like I said, 15 Democrats, um voted not to hold the Clintons in contempt, which is just laughable.
In fact, California Democrat uh, Dave Min said, quote, um, he defended the Clintons saying quote, bringing criminal charges against a former president would be a very serious matter, which is just so laughable and ironic um, but you know, it was highlighted throughout the Hearing that Bill Clinton visited the island, I think it was 26 times Democrats tried to defend that.
Epstein visited the White House during Bill Clinton's presidency 17 times.
Chairman Comer said that's pretty out there considering in Comer's nine years in Congress.
He's only been to the White House maybe nine times, he estimated.
So, you know, it just again highlights the hypocrisy here from the Democrats.
I'm glad that some of them, you know, came to their senses, though, to vote with Republicans on this to hold the Clintons in contempt.
But I think the question now remains: what is going to happen to them?
Are they going to get the Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro treatment that we are all longing to see?
I had the opportunity to ask Chairman Comer about this after the hearing today.
Let's listen to what he had to say there.
What specific steps will oversight Republicans take to ensure that the Clintons are not treated differently than others who have been held in contempt of Congress like Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro?
Well, the process will be once it goes on the full House floor.
And I expect a lot of Democrats to vote on this on the floor.
And then it'll be delivered to the Department of Justice.
And I think that question then could be asked to the Attorney General.
So time will tell.
We'll have to see what Pam Bondi decides to do.
What do you think, Mr. Mayor?
Will she hold him?
I'm trying to remember.
I'm trying to remember with Steve and Peter exactly the process.
I don't think there was to do anything else with Congress.
I think both of them, certainly Steve, because I was involved a bit in his case, he went to court to try to get a TRO against it.
And they denied it.
The court said, nope.
You don't show up, you go to jail.
And I don't know if Peter, if Peter, Peter, they didn't even notify.
He was getting on a train, I think, at Union Station.
And they picked him up and put him in leg irons, like he was going to the French prison during the Revolution.
I don't think he had a chance to even get to court.
So, I mean, what should happen is they should go to the district judge and get an order of arrest and go arrest the two of them.
Yeah.
I think that's very interesting.
Does Clinton still have Secret Service?
I guess he does, right?
Yeah, I think he does.
So you may have to make, like with the President Trump, you may have to make an arrangement with them to bring him in so you don't get into it.
Yeah.
I mean, you would have to because they're going to try to evade the law at all costs.
They think they're above the law, which is, you know, just laughable.
They themselves have said no one is above the law.
So yeah, they do think they're above the law.
They've also tried numerous times to try to, you know, bargain with Chairman Comer.
They told him that he could come up to New York and have an off-the-record conversation.
Nothing could be recorded, you know, no transcript, no videos, nothing.
And that would have to suffice as, you know, their version of a subpoena.
So they think they call the shots here, but I hope it's, you know, I hope that they are proven wrong and that that's actually not the case.
They're not above the law.
They don't get to make the rules here.
So let's hope that the Justice Department comes in and puts them in cuffs, just like you said, Mr. Mayor, because that is what we are all waiting for.
And if it doesn't happen, I think we're all going to be very disappointed.
Well, I think it will.
I think they'll take it to the nth degree, the proper process here.
The proper process here, actually, is to get them in front of a judge and have a judge order them to do it.
And when they refuse to do it, the judge puts them in jail.
And theoretically, they get out of jail when they agree to do it.
But a judge can put some kind of limit on it, as he did with Bannon and they don't have to stay in jail forever.
I once kept someone in jail for two years who wouldn't testify, except he was Joe Bonano, head of an organized crime family.
But yeah, I think Bondi will go through with it.
I don't see that she has a choice.
What she's going to say, we're going to have different treatment, particularly with Hillary.
I mean, Hillary doesn't even have the presidential issue.
She's just a regular citizen.
That's right.
Let's see what happens.
That's going to be very interesting.
Let's see what happens.
Yeah, it will be interesting times ahead.
I know we're all going to keep you updated and hold our feet to the fire to make sure it happens.
So we'll see.
How does Comer get all the good cases?
Anybody else in Congress?
I mean, I'm not saying it.
I'm not saying anything about it, but it's like he's the only one you ever see.
If I were in Congress, I'd be getting kind of annoyed and say, how about me?
Let me have one of those.
Well, it's because he chairs the House Oversight Committee, which does, it's an important committee, arguably one of the most important.
But there's also the House Judiciary Committee in which Pam Bondi will be answering questions to you in about two weeks.
So that'll be another good one.
So we'll stay tuned to see what happens there.
But yeah, you're right.
Comer gets all the best ones.
And it's yeah.
No, he's doing a great job.
No, I think this one, I think, I think you're absolutely right.
If they don't go through with this, it's going to be, it's going to be a revolution.
I mean, there are people that are unhappy with the pace of the Justice Department, and there are people that are okay with it.
This will explode if they don't.
It will.
It's cheated up.
The committee cheated up perfectly.
In other words, they have a perfect analogy to Bannon and to Navarro.
And in fact, their testimony is a lot more relevant and important than either one of the two.
They were just witnesses.
These people, I mean, he's a subject, really.
27 times going to Pedophile Island and he never saw a kid.
We'll see.
And I guess everybody wants to know what she was doing the night that the night that Epstein Epstein was able to hang himself in a four-foot high prison.
Yeah, that is, I think, the question of the century for you.
I want to know what happened there.
Gee, and how many people around you, how about that guy that threw himself?
How about the guy who threw himself in the river because he had testimony against you or the kid who got shot in Washington and who never found the person who did it?
And apparently the person's never shot anybody else.
So let's see.
This could be very interesting.
Thank you.

Demonstrations Diminished00:08:40
Welcome back to the Rudy Giuliani Show.
And let's get a sort of an update on what happened in Minneapolis today.
It was kind of, it was kind of bad weather.
I mean, bad weather.
Freezing like hell in Minneapolis.
And I think it's had somewhat of an impact on the demonstrations.
I don't know what's going to happen tonight, but there are essentially three main areas where they demonstrate, and none of them were excessively crowded today.
One is basically downtown Minneapolis, the place they burned last time.
There, a lot of the stores, a lot of the stores were closed even today, even though today was not a holiday like yesterday, Martin Luther King Day.
There are a lot of restrictions on where you can walk, where you can be, how close to a store you can get.
They're put on by, I don't know if the police are ICE.
I assume it would have to be the police for that kind of thing.
And a lot of arrests have been made there.
So there were small groups there today, sporadically, and they moved on to other places.
The second of the four places where they usually gather and trouble begins is the Lake Street corridor.
Now, that's in South, that's in South Mini.
It's near two malls, the Carmel and the Riverside Malls.
And they go back between the two of them in causing trouble.
Almost none today.
And then, of course, the University of Minnesota at any moment can become a massive problem given the idiot students that we have nowadays in our colleges and the Marxist professors who are worse than they are.
But again, pretty quiet.
And the state capitol had probably the most people, but again, nothing to speak of.
Now, one of the other reasons given for this is that all of these professionals who are getting paid are donating their time or putting their effort into the statewide shutdown that's going to take place on Friday.
Now, the interesting thing about this is among the Somalis, a shutdown means they don't go to work, but they don't go to work anyway.
I mean, 85% are on some form of government handout.
What a way to come to the United States, come and take money from it.
Just like my grandfather, you know, grandfather used to say, and that is, we didn't come here to be dependents.
We came here to make something of ourselves.
Well, I guess that went away, huh?
So they're going to have a big one on Friday.
Let's hope it snows like hell.
Right.
And it is a Friday.
So they're sure as hell not going to go into the mosque because most of them, I think, respect that, respect that religion, maybe because of their strong teachings about murder and destruction of Jews.
I'm sure a lot of these people hate Jews, destruction of Jews.
They don't seem to like Christians very much either.
They break into their churches.
So probably they'll respect the moss.
And who knows what chapter of the Torah you could pick anyone out and you could be talking about how the Jews and the Christians are people of the book and they're not bad and they're okay.
Or you could be getting one where Muhammad was in a bad mood and he said he should just kill all of those people.
And certainly don't be friends with them.
They can't be trusted, Jews or Christians.
So it would depend on what they were reading that day.
Now, tomorrow, JD Vance is going there.
I don't know exactly what Jay did.
I'm sure he's giving a speech, maybe at a club or an organization, but I don't know exactly what he's doing, but I'm sure he'll be inside rather than outside.
I mentioned to you that the hysterics about Greenland, I mean, Gerard Baker of the Wall Street Journal predicts that this is going to be the start of World War III.
It's sarcastic, I think, that he says stunningly successful U.S. victory in the Battle of Greenland in early 2026 was the thing that started the war.
Well, it sounds like he's not going to attack Gerard.
So kind of a waste of time on that one.
Yeah.
Just exactly how many of these do you write?
This way, sort of throw that one away.
Let's put it in the waste paper basket so that we're not, you know, becoming, we're not becoming untidy.
So Greenland, Greenland, Greenland says it's going to, under no circumstances, allow us to take part of Greenland.
I mean, Greenland says that Greenland is going to dispute the president, even though they don't want to be part of Denmark.
They don't want to be part of the United States.
And I can understand that and I can respect that.
And I think that has to be dealt with.
I think the United States has to convince them.
The reality is, from the point of view of macro politics, world politics, this is the only answer to have the West secure, to have the United States in the position of blocking at least one of the main avenues to the United States.
The Europeans should agree to this like that.
They can't secure the place.
They haven't.
And they've abused it.
So exactly why is the silly king hanging on to it?
And what the hell do they have a king for anyway?
Sorry, Charles.
I know I'm an honorary knight.
But A, if I got to give up the honorary knighthood and then go to like a straight democracy and save all that money on a royal family, it wouldn't be better.
So why exactly what is Denmark?
You can't afford, you can't, first of all, you can't afford to make it even a marginally decent place to live for these people.
Maybe that's why you wanted to kill them.
You wanted less people to feed.
I mean, I don't know the reason for your forced sterilization, but kind of interesting.
The Lisa Cook case was argued in the Supreme Court today, and Lisa Cook is the Fed governor that President Trump removed for cause because she has two contradictory documents asserting that it's a prime residence for which she got a mortgage benefit.
So, in essence, she committed fraud and created a loss, at least for one of those two.
Compromise on Executive Power00:04:07
Trump was convicted of fraud when there was no loss.
So, I can understand why he might think that Cook should be dismissed for doing this.
And she's given no rational explanation for how she can have two prime residents other than she was able to squeeze out a little money.
Sounds like in Yiddish, we would call her a schnorr.
You know, let me grab what I can get.
In any event, this is going to require an interpretation of the Constitution because Congress applied the word cause to the removal.
It does seem like the Constitution doesn't really allow that.
The Constitution gives the sole executive power to the president.
He doesn't share it with the legislature.
And Congress was through a very, very fairly in-depth for them conversation and discussion on this power of appointment and removal.
And they made sort of a compromise.
The compromise they made is that to some extent, they could interfere with the power of appointment for very important positions.
And that's where the confirmation process comes from.
It doesn't apply to most of the people he appoints, but it applies to the top people, usually the cabinet officer, the deputy cabinet officer, the under secretaries or commissioners, and then it stops.
It applies, in fact, it applies to all the United States attorneys and United States marshals, but it doesn't apply to the thousands and thousands of assistant U.S. attorneys.
They're not appointed by a president.
They don't have to be confirmed.
Congress debated very, very in some detail whether the Congress, the Senate, the House, or either, should have a role in dismissal and concluded on the advice of Madison and Hamilton that they shouldn't.
That it's one thing to have a role on very, very important positions in advising the president, advising consent on an appointment.
But once the president has a person working for them, and he is the executive, then if he's happy with the person, he should be allowed to keep the person.
And if he isn't happy with the person, he shouldn't be required to keep him by an extraneous body.
Otherwise, you're mixing the role of executive and legislature.
And that is pretty much the direction the court has gone in.
Now, they did make a detour.
The detour they made was that this group was set up with more of a need for independence because they deal with the currency and they deal.
The reality is there's nothing in the legislative history of this group suggesting that they need any more independence than the FCC or the SEC.
They also deal with extraordinarily sensitive matters.
And there's nothing about this group that isn't anything but an executive decision that has a massive impact on the economy.
And that decision is being made by an unelected bureaucrat, an unaccountable bureaucrat.
Despite that, I think the mumbo jumbo that's been put around this court, this Fed thing is going to lead the court to rule against the president, which is a terrible mistake, limited, limited.
Censored Coverage Tragedy00:00:54
The big one is going to be the tariff case, which we'll talk about.
If you go over to X right now, where we also will have the pleasure of having Mike Lindell and also an expert on what's going on in Iran, where things have not stopped.
And you would think so from the censored coverage that we have here in the United States, which is still a tragedy.
Mike sure knows all about that too, who's running for governor of maybe the most crooked state in the Union, which he can sure straighten out.
