Good evening.
This is Rudy Giuliani, and this is the Rudy Giuliani show on Lindell TV.
And very shortly, Lindell TV is going to turn into Lindell TV because we have the honor very shortly of being able to interview Mike, who's making a lot of noise in a state that's making a lot of noise.
And boy, he can sure shake it up if he wants to.
It looks like we have a massive fraud developing in Minnesota.
Now, we already have a very big fraud in Minnesota, a shocking one.
That's the one in which they already have 58 convictions.
That's a lot of convictions in a fraud case.
It gives it a lot of credibility.
And the main case, this one that started it all, but as I found out when I started investigating the Trump administration, one thing leads to another, leads to another.
It's very rare when you have this kind of corruption that it's isolated.
The chances that it's systemic, okay, you go figure them out.
But the Minnesota visa, there's a visa fraud, there are visa fraud cases, there are all kinds of cases.
The main one is the one involving the Somali citizens, not citizens, aliens, refugees, ones who were let in here for humanitarian purposes without any vetting or without any consideration of the conditions in their own country and who they were and what they are and what they came with.
So the idea of an immigration to America is to we get people that you know think that if you come to America, the sidewalks are paved with gold and you kiss the ground.
And it's the greatest country that ever existed and that's why I want to come here.
Frankly, I don't want anybody else here but that.
That's what I want because that's what America is entitled to.
And that's what we owe to the people who died to create this country.
We owe them our best shattered citizenship and our best choices for new people we're going to let in who will be citizens.
That was not the case with Somali because we didn't look at all at any of these.
We just let them in.
Come on Could they speak English?
Did they have criminal records?
Were they scoundrels in their own country?
Is their own country systemically corrupt?
You're damn right it is.
Would that mean that a large number of them, if not all of them, would be corrupt?
Because that's the situation back in Somali.
And they weren't going to, they weren't going to assimilate.
They immediately set up an area called Little Mogadishu and it shot the crime rates in Minnesota right through the roof.
Meanwhile, they had a governor who was giving them everything but the kitchen sink.
You know, what do you want?
You want welfare?
You want welfare?
It'll get you more money than if you were working.
You want health care.
A lot of people don't have health care, but you can have health care.
You want education?
No, you want to go to work?
No, we don't really want that.
And then there was this program, right?
There was this program that was put together.
I guess it was put together during the pandemic, right?
And the main, what you have to understand is the federal government almost never directly distributes aid.
And in that lies the massive corruption in the Democrat states, because the Democrats are experts at this.
Now, I've been investigating, my investigations, this go back to when I was a baby.
I was literally investigating this when I was in my crib.
What they do, and if you see a big, big program with lots of money under an emergency designation, and you see a Democrat in charge of it, the odds are you should investigate it as a U.S. attorney because you have a better than even, much better than even chance of turning up a crime.
Because what you don't realize with these emergency things, and this is why they carried it along so far with the pandemic, no rules.
All the bidding rules, all the rules that are put in to reduce and eliminate, God willing, corruption are gone.
They become no bid contracts.
The mayor, the governor, president gets to pick whoever he wants.
And what they pick are not-for-profits, because that sounds good.
I mean, what do socialists and communists attack all the time?
And what do Democrat corporations?
They don't attack not-for-profits.
I would venture to guess that if you did a survey in America, there's a lot more theft going on in not-for-profits than in corporations.
You see a not-for-profit, you see a no-bid contract, and you see a Democrat.
I bet you're going to see graft.
Well, the amount here, frankly, shocks me.
This is massive.
This is a billion-dollar fraud so far.
There's another one in the wings.
It looks like it's about $6 billion coming along.
The only question that remains is not how grossly negligent Walls and his people were, but how involved was he in it.
And then along with that, somebody should take a look at his ties to the Chinese Communist Party, which are yelling out for investigation and were covered up.
We have with us somebody that everybody in Minnesota wants to run.
I don't know if he should.
I don't know if he will.
He's a very, very close friend of mine.
He's also the owner of this station, so you should know that.
But whether he was the owner of this station or not, I would have him on.
I've had him on many, many times when I was on ABC and on my own show.
And he is just one of the greatest Americans.
So now you know my views of Mike Wendell.
There's a lot of talk, particularly now with your state.
Your state is, I mean, I don't think they realize it yet, Mike.
But if they really get into this and we have a really aggressive, good prosecutor, your state's going to get ripped apart correctly.
Yep, absolutely.
And, you know, and you're seeing all over the news today, everybody, that my campaign signed up for the committee.
This was a timing thing we had to, we had to file this today.
If I do decide to run, I'm going to make an announcement next Thursday, December 11th.
A 90-some percent.
There's a few things we have to do to be all in.
And when I go in, I go 100% all in.
You all know that.
I think you know that.
When you're running, I get a chance to talk to you.
I mean, I know.
I don't know.
You're going to be like 18 hours in my days for sure.
No, thank you.
Thank you, Mayor.
You know, there's such a blessing in all of this.
It's like, to me, you know, you look at the blessing of the 2020 election, one of the biggest blessings the world has ever seen.
And we're going, wait, Mike, why is that true?
Because this is what exposed, what opened up all the corruption in our elections and stuff.
When Waltz, look at the comparison.
Evil is greedy, everybody.
When Waltz ran for vice president, the whole country found out what he was like, what we already knew in Minnesota.
All this stuff, these decisions and non-decisions that this guy made, you can't figure it out like what's this hidden agenda.
And now with this fraud that you're talking, you guys, Minnesota had a big surplus.
And now, you know, we're billions in the hole that's fraud over a billion dollars.
And this goes far and wide.
I mean, what they're going to find is it's going to be even more than that.
But I'll tell you, Mayor, this goes, I've seen this coming.
You know, me having a business right next to me, I'll give you an example, was Amazon.
Amazon has a big factory right next to me in Shockbreak, Minnesota.
And this is like quite a few years back.
And he was busing out Somalians from Minneapolis to work at Amazon.
And all of a sudden, they put up a big protest because he would not let them take their breaks as a call, their call to prayer, the Allah, whatever, and to shut down his whole lines.
And they, you know, with Sharia law and the stuff that they want.
And here, here comes Elon Omar, everybody.
She comes out and she's out there on the news, you know, telling about, you know, we're not this, you know, she doesn't love our country.
She loves her home, her home country of Somalia for whatever reason.
But anyway, when this happened, I mean, I had an AB, I'll never forget, I had an ABC news reporter, this little 27-year-old Snatch, she's always in my face.
She says, she says, Mr. Ringell, oh, they've all called me today.
All my friends on the left, every single reporter in the country called me up.
I want to talk about that.
But here's what they did.
This gal comes up to me.
This is when there were protests.
Remember this four or five years ago next door in Amazon because he wouldn't give them their Muslim prayer time or whatever they got going on there.
And here comes that lady.
She goes, Mr. Lindell, we know you don't care too much for Amazon, for Jeff Bezos and Amazon.
That was another story I'd gotten into with them, with him over other things.
But we know you don't care too much for Jeff Bezo and Amazon.
But what do you think?
What Congress and Omar next door, what's going on next door over there?
And I said, and I looked at her and I said, let it be known for the first time and maybe the only time ever, me and old Jeff are going to lock arms against that woman.
I mean, but this.
And of course, the media picks it up and all this.
But I'll tell you, you know, it goes back to me, what's happened in Minnesota and around our country.
You know, Mayor, we remember when we were, you know, a year ago, a year ago, well, more than a year ago, we were at the Democrat convention in Chicago.
And one of the things that we did, everybody, is we took, we had all these blacks and the Hispanics from the inner city of Chicago.
And we had them, and a lot of them, or most of them, were flipping their votes.
And they had always voted Democrat.
And we interviewed them all and they were flipping to they're going to vote for Donald Trump.
And a lot of them didn't even like Donald Trump, but they're going, hey, and we're, and the biggest reason, everybody, the number one reason was the illegals had been taking all of their resources, whether it was whatever that would be, even if it was a treatment for addiction, the addiction treatment centers were full, even the hotels were full of illegals.
And hospitals, healthcare, and this is what's going on in Minnesota.
The stuff that's going on there, we have problems with our schools and stuff now.
All this stuff is more than just this billion-dollar fraud.
There's problems everywhere throughout Minnesota.
And it's been coming on for a long time.
And now, by it coming to this fraud and this governor that's what I consider probably one of the worst governors in the history of the world, but I'm sure a lot of other a lot of other states would argue that.
But this is a godsend, everybody, because it opens up.
It's going to open up for people.
It opens up, open up people's eyes to see, hey, this is a manifestation of really bad decisions by our government.
And so I'm actually so happy that this finally gets exposed.
There were so many things.
You'd hear rumors of all this stuff.
And you know, Mayor, you know, I come from Minneapolis, you guys, you know, me being a former crack cocaine addict.
When I came out of addiction, if y'all read my book, when my drug dealers actually in Minneapolis did an intervention on me, and when I came out of that in January 16, 2009, when I quit everything by the grace of God, and what I did is I went to all these places.
We went to the teen challenges, the salvation armies.
I wanted to get everybody helped on there.
I poured money into these things to get people in addiction and people that are homeless and people that really needed help to get them help.
And I'll give an example, even the treatment centers, Minnesota, they pulled God out of the treatment centers.
These treatment centers work because they're faith-based, the teen challenges.
They're Jesus Christ.
They're faith-based.
And what they did is they pulled that out and they took these resources.
And then Right now in Minneapolis, all these, I think Christy known yesterday, I think it was yesterday, the day before, she said over 50% of them that they know of now have violated their hero legally because they violated their visas and over 50%.
So this think of you take, you took God out of Minneapolis or God out of Minnesota and then you and then you at the help centers.
And then one of the things that's overlooked here, Mayor, is the billions of dollars that this fraud that they took from the taxpayers across the country, too, because a lot was federal aid and not just state, but think what they took out of the hands of the people that really did need it during those times.
The money that it was allocated for, there were people that really needed help during those times and they didn't do that.
Absolutely right.
We saw in New York a very similar thing.
And Adams invited people to come.
He gave them credit cards.
He gave them education.
He said you'll get more in New York than any place else.
So one would wonder why would a mayor want more illegals than another mayor?
Because he knew he was going to get these big programs, giant programs with ridiculous Biden money in it.
And how about this?
No bidding.
Emergency.
It's an emergency.
No bidding.
The minute a Democrat hears no bidding in New York, he goes and gets all his little crooked friends.
And then they divide it up among the not-for-profits that are more crooked than any corporation you could think of.
And they had been doing it with homeless contracts on a smaller scale.
They kicked all the homeless people out of where they were, and they kicked the veterans out.
And they were having demonstrations, homeless people against him.
And that's what he's being investigated for.
Probably wouldn't have been investigated for it if he hadn't turned on Biden.
But that doesn't mean they weren't doing it.
Right.
That's exactly right.
You know, I can tell you.
PPP, they were doing the same thing with PPP.
Somebody should go investigate all the big PPP programs.
Oh, man, I'll tell you.
I could spend hours talking about that, I'll tell you.
And you talk about, you know, this is another little Waltz story for in Minnesota.
Before I knew masks didn't work, okay, we had all these masks.
I had bought millions of dollars worth.
We were making them at my pillow.
And all of a sudden, the state of Minnesota, Waltz puts out a thing, hey, we need more masks.
We need more masks.
And I said, you know what?
I'll donate them.
I'll give them to you free.
I was donating them millions of dollars worth of masks.
And this was four or three weeks before the 2020 election, everybody.
And you know what Waltz's office said to me?
We will not take them from Mike Lindell and my pillow until after the election.
And I, and so I shot back and said, you know, I'm going public with this.
I said, these people need the, you know, they need help.
You need help.
You reached out.
I'm willing to give it to you.
And then they, and then he said, well, okay, we'll let you do that.
But there'll be any media that shows up when you deliver these masks, they got to be a block away.
So I said, okay, fine.
I wasn't doing it for any media.
I wanted to help.
Well, I get there the next morning.
And the gal that was his person, she was just a snot on the phone, you know, probably this hard left, crazy, crazy lady.
And she goes, she says, you're not putting those trucks.
Those media trucks are going to be a block away.
Well, she got sick the night before.
Maybe she got the virus.
I don't know.
And so she gets sick.
So the next day, this lady shows up and I start telling her this guy.
And she goes to me.
She worked for Waltz and she says, she says, Mike, he goes, I can't stand him.
You'd make the best governor.
Will you run for government?
Said, I'm thinking about it.
I'm very much thinking about it.
This was, remember, you guys, this was three weeks before the 2020 election.
And I said, Yeah, you know, I said, you know what he did?
I said, not only, you know, obviously in Minnesota, we had to only have eight people in our house for Thanksgiving and or we or the neighbor could turn you in, you get 90 days in jail.
This was all Waltz's policy.
But anyway, this lady goes, I said, yeah, he told me to have the media trucks.
And they'd have to be any media people that showed up a block away.
She goes, no, no, no, go get them.
Go get them.
So we went and got all the media came right up there.
We're giving away all the mails.
And the first thing this lady says at this little press conference, she goes, would Mike make a great governor?
You got to get that.
You got to get that video.
She got fired that day.
She got legs all that day, but she wanted to, she wanted to go.
We got to get that video.
Well, Mike, we're going to be in touch real quick.
All right?
Absolutely.
I'm with you.
All right.
Yep.
All right, you guys.
Sorry, thanks for that.
Let's ask you.
The state needs you very badly.
They really do.
I mean, this state is in terrible, terrible condition.
When you consider a billion-dollar fraud here, which has been really uncovered and proven.
You got 58 people convicted, something like 80% are Somalians, and they're living like millionaires.
They're buying luxury homes, luxury cars, luxury clothes.
They're living like crooked millionaires.
And this is a complete byproduct of our opening our borders without any consideration to the massive differences between this very, very complex and beautiful United States of America and the half of the countries to more of the world that are completely thoroughly crooked, like the UN.
The UN is, I've told you many, many times when I was mayor of New York, one of my biggest criminal problems were the people of the UN.
They are a criminal enterprise in New York.
They commit all kinds of crimes.
You say, why?
Because the government's a criminal and the people they send over are criminals.
People go there, they walk around the UN very impressed.
Most of the people walking past them are criminals.
Half of them are criminals.
People that should be, when we had jails in America, before the Democrats put everybody out, would be in jail.
Well, it is true.
Christy Noam yesterday or today, I think was yesterday's cabinet meeting, revealed that at least 50% of the visas in Minnesota for Somalians are fraudulent.
They're illegal.
People can be deported tomorrow as illegals.
And Elon Omar, Elon Omar says it's garbage.
Of course, somebody should take a good look at how she got in.
There's always the story about her having been married to her brother.
And I've not seen the marriage documents yet.
I think they're being hidden.
And there's one other thing before we move on to another story, because there are other stories, but this is a big one.
Before this is all over, we are just going to have to investigate the unbelievable allegations that, unless explained very thoroughly, leads to the conclusion that Walls is a creature of the Chinese Communist Party.
30 times in China, taking 50 students a year over there, and they let him come back time after time after time after time.
And he's not a committed communist.
China doesn't do that.
They don't let you go teach what you want there.
They don't give you money.
And then he ends up talking wonderful things about China.
China would be a force for morality in the peace talks in the Middle East.
I don't know.
He may actually be a blithering idiot, jackass fool.
Or he's a massive crook and a communist.
So let's find out.
But by the time we're finished, we're going to find out.
And I'll tell you, it's got to go much deeper than him.
When you're talking about another $6 billion fraud case coming along, you're talking about half the visas being illegal.
The crime problems in Minnesota anyway.
A mayor who helped to cause the riots all over America by giving up the police precinct, which I will never forget as an ex-mayor.
It was probably one of the most cowardly things ever done by a mayor that had an impact all over the country.
This state is badly in need of reform, and it's going to need somebody who can really shake it up.
Not just change it, really, really shake it up for the good of the people.
Because they don't have really an American government right now.
They have a government that's much more similar to the place that Tampon Tim likes better, which is Red China.

The Tennessee election was an election that we were all taking a very good look at.
And they keep saying it was a tight election.
I don't know, the Republican won by 55-46.
That's a nine-point swing.
That's a, for me, that's a big election.
I'll tell you that.
I won.
I lost an election by a percent.
I won an election by 2%.
I did have one by 18, but that was after I turned the city around when nobody thought I could do it.
So, I mean, this is this, this is this certainly is not some kind of big signal that things are turning when a guy wins by almost double digits.

So, in that case, let's go for a little bit to Venezuela.

Where we've got about a third of our Navy sitting right outside of Caracas.
And we have a guy who's trying to figure out whether he should stay there.

And Trump today, during his press conference, if he were listening, and he is not very smart, so he might not pick it up, but Trump twice today said we are going to, we're going to have to put people on the ground in Venezuela.
The first time he said that, he didn't say it once.
He said it twice.
I know him.
Something's changed.
He's made a decision.
I don't know the timing of it, but there's a timing on this.
This guy better go.
Now, there was a rumor that they had a deal where he would go to Qatar and they'd let him leave and have an election.
And I assume the person who really won would win and they could change back to being a Democratic government again.
Not, thank God, not Capital D, like the Party of Slavery.
Democratic, like small D, Republican, Democrat.
Let's say an honest government.
I think if you say Democratic government, you get people all confused that it's a government like Biden's and Obama's, or maybe like the one during the Civil War.

Mr. Mayor, I got to say, you've lost a lot of weight.
You have.
Your face looks really thin.
And I know I said that at a briefing when I asked the question about President Trump, and I got a lot of hitback for it saying that he lost weight.
But I just, I'm telling the truth because I used to be a weight loss coach, so I could tell.
He liked that.
So you look great.

I heard some of the press conference today, but what's going on?
Well, a lot's going on.
Today there was a lot of stuff going on.
Yesterday, the president had signed, and I actually, Mr. Mayor, one second, I have to just grab my notes here if you don't mind because I have taken some notes for you.
But today, or rather yesterday, the president made an announcement regarding Trump accounts.
I don't know if you heard about that.
That's the dollars that every baby is going to receive.
And yesterday, Dell was here, the owner of Dell and his wife, announcing that they were going to be adding $250 to each of those accounts, those Trump accounts, that anybody born, any child born between the years 2025 and 2028 will be able to get and open one of these accounts to be opened up when they're 18 or preferably when they're 59.
They're saying they could be worth up to millions of dollars if invested correctly.
So that's good news on that front.
So that was yesterday, and I know that I didn't get you on the cabinet meeting and everything that happened yesterday over at the White House.
But today, a lot of other really interesting stuff going on.
Trump made a very special announcement having to do with getting rid of Biden's green news scam agendas.
And today, President Trump talked about protecting American auto jobs and making buying a car much more affordable by terminating Joe Biden's mandates regarding electric vehicles.
He had a number of car makers here at the White House with him talking about how important this is to give consumers choice when it comes to purchasing a vehicle and how Joe Biden's mandates were really mating the automobile industry.
So here's President Trump at today's Oval Office announcement.
Today my administration has taken historic action to lower costs for American consumers, protect American auto jobs, and make buying a car much more affordable for countless American families and also safer.
We're officially terminating Joe Biden's ridiculously burdensome, horrible actually, cafe standards that imposed expensive restrictions and all sorts of problems, gave all sorts of problems to automakers.
And we're not only talking about here, we're talking about outside of our country because nobody could do it.
Nobody wanted to do it and it was ridiculous, very expensive.
It put tremendous upward pressure on car prices combined with the insane electric vehicle mandate.
Biden's burdensome regulations helped cause the price of cars to soar more than 25%.
And in one case, they went up 18% in one year.
Today we're taking one more step to kill the Green News scam.
It's part of the greatest scam, probably well, other than Russia, Russia, Russia, and a few others I could name.
The greatest scam in American history, the Green News scam.
And it's a quest to end the gasoline-powered car.
This is what they wanted to do, even though we have more gasoline than any other country by far.
And people want the gasoline car.
They want everything.
They want electric.
They want any, they want to have lots of alternatives.
But they do want the gasoline car.
Right now, it's leading the way by a lot.
The car business is a very interesting business, but we want to keep it that way.
I loved his comment when he talked about the electric.
I love his comments on the electric cars.
Like, we'll have electric tanks in a war, and then we'll take time out so everybody can fill up their.
I know.
It's true.
It's true.
A lot of this stuff, as you know, doesn't work, especially wind turbines.
As you know, that's a pet peeve of mine, the offshore wind turbines.
But thank God President Trump has pretty much gotten rid of the majority of those wind turbine farms.
Just back to that statement that President Trump made today, a little bit more information.
President Trump is saying he's returning CAFE, and CAFE stands for Corporate Average Fuel Economy Standard to levels that could actually be met by conventional gasoline and diesel vehicles.
The Biden administration standards imposed according to President Trump are unrealistic and they effectively resulted in an electric vehicle mandate that he now wants to get rid of as he promised.
That was one of his campaign promises.
So that's good news, I guess, for everybody that's sick and tired of electric vehicles being shoved down.
And I don't know if you have an electric vehicle, Mr. Mayor.
It's okay if you do.
I actually drive a hybrid vehicle myself, but I do want an option to buy a gasoline one if I my daughter has a hybrid.
I have, I just, I just, I mean, I just count on gasoline.
Trust.
I'm afraid I might get a short, you know, or yeah, it's scary, especially when it snows, when it snows.
One of those, I was in, I was in a self-driving Lexus about a week ago.
I drove a Tesla, a Tesla, Tesla.
And it was weird.
It was weird.
It is weird.
Weird.
Were you behind the driver's seat?
Are you crazy?
I wouldn't go behind the driver's seat.
I had a parachute.
Here I am with a parachute.
That's scary.
I agree.
But this is great.
Those are ridiculous.

I started fighting it when I was 27 years old.
I had my first debate about it when I was 27 years old running the narcotics division.
And I said, if you legalize it, you're going to have a lot more of it.
And they said, organized crime will get out of it.
And I said, you don't know a goddamn thing about organized crime.
And I know a lot about organized crime.
And I am telling you that organized crime is waiting for us to legalize because you know what we're going to do if we legalize?
We're going to increase the demand.
