Good evening.
This is Rudy Giuliani.
This is the Rudy Giuliani Show.
And we are in, again, and we're always happy to announce it and give it attention.
It's not a well-known city, but it's a beautiful city.
Dover, New Hampshire, which is its own city and to some extent a suburb of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, which is quite an interesting city.
It used to be one of the main places the United States built submarines.
One could compare it to Vilnius, Lithuania.
I'm dying to get my daughter-in-law to come here.
Also, so my son and granddaughter come.
But I love her too.
She's like a daughter, another daughter, because she comes from Lithuania.
And I have been always interested in Vilnius.
I was a very, very big student of Russia.
in school, the communist philosophy in particular, philosophy minor, and as you might imagine, a political science major.
But Vilnius was always a very interesting city because the Russians built their, a lot of their navy there.
They had some of their very, very best admirals and naval personnel or Russians, Ukrainians.
Now, Russia never had a great navy.
Sorry, and they don't say that.
China is attempting to have a great navy.
They have a lot of numbers, but I think their boats bump into each other.
You want the great navies really exist on the other side of the world.
Ones that were., well, if you go back to before Christ, and you had in Coretta the Phoenician navy, which may very well have found Gaza.
A lot of people looking for the derivation of the name Palestine, and one of five explanations is it comes from the Phoenicians.
And of course, the Greeks had a pretty good navy.
But you had plenty of them.
Then you had the navies from the northern countries.
Ireland had a great navy, the Celts.
And then of course., the Romans thought of as a great army, but boy, the Mediterranean was their sea.
And then, of course, the greatest navy at the time in the history of the world, the English.
First, the Spanish.
They had to defeat them with the Spanish Armada.
And then, of course, the United States of America.
And that's what China is trying to become.
And thank God, Donald Trump became president because he hasn't been paid money by China, no thought that he ever would be.
And he wasn't selling us out to China, whereas Biden was letting them build the best navy.
They certainly have the biggest.
So today is another.
day of great, great sadness and a day that, and there seem to be so many of them, you wake up in a pretty good mood, things are going pretty well, and then your heart gets broken.
Your heart gets broken for people you don't even know because the ability to particularize that, to bring that into your own, into This used to happen to me before I was a parent.
So I know people say if you're a parent, you will understand the magnitude of the loss.
And I guess that's true.
You understand it better.
But that's not completely right.
I didn't become a parent until I was in my 30s.
In fact, I had a full career before I had already been a court clerk, an assistant United States attorney, and the third-ranking official in the Justice Department when I had my first child.
And up until then, a child died, whether it was a family member, a friend, or one that would be part of the business I was in.
I mean, dealing with domestic violence in New York is a major, domestic violence is a major crime in New York.
Believe it or not, made even more major by the presidents of the United Nations, where their delegations disproportionately participate in domestic violence and sex abuse because they're basically animals that come from countries that are crooked, corrupt, perverse countries.
That makes up.
certainly a plurality of the UN.
If you take a look at those countries, there aren't too many democracies in general, and then there are very few countries that are ruled by law, and you get into these backward countries that all vote against us in Israel, they come to New York and steal like hell.
But what happened today, I don't know.
I certainly am an advocate of understanding it better.
I'm also very, very aware of the fact we might never, this is extraordinarily complicated for the human mind.
to get to the point where it can walk into a church.
And I'm sort of visualizing this, right?
In fact, I'm almost identifying with it.
I went to two Catholic schools, there's grammar schools, St. Francis of Assisi and St. Anne.
And I was not old enough at St. Francis to be an altar boy, but I was at St. Anne.
And I can remember the children used to have to walk.
three blocks to the church.
That's since changed.
The church has been moved to next, but it was an old country church and then the school was built much later.
So the nuns would line us up like a little army, right?
Grade 1A and 1B and 2A and 2B and 3A up to the eighth grade.
And we'd all, or unless it was for lower, younger students.
And then we'd have to march to the church, the three blocks.
We'd have to cross a fairly busy road, not a boulevard, but a road.
And then we'd go into this beautiful little country church, oh, so lovely, and call St. Anne's.
And then we'd have mass, you know, on certain occasions.
I don't remember a mass for the first day of school or within or celebrating the first day of school.
I don't remember doing that at either St. Francis or St. Anne's.
We go to mass for many things.
Holy remembrance of particular saints that were important to that order of nuns, the order of the sacred heart.
Sometimes if there was a death to a government official or a famous official or a bishop or whatever.
Or we'd go to Mass as part of our religious education if we were studying the Mass and how it developed and what it means.
the concept of the students filing in and sitting there.
And then we would go for really something borrowed after the Vesper services, which is the adoration of the Holy Eucharist, which was also quite beautiful.
That would be done in the afternoon, once a week.
And to think of somebody coming in and just picking off people to kill.
So the person who did it is named Robin Westman.
He is 21 years old, T. He was identified by Director Patel.
And he fired shots at and in the Catholic Church and school called the Church of the Annunciation, Annunciation Church and School.
That's the announcement to Mary.
that she's going to be the mother of Jesus Christ.
That's what the Annunciation represents.
So I imagine it has some beautiful statues and pictures of the angel appearing to Mary and telling her she's going to have a virgin birth of the Son of God.
Two children have been confirmed dead.
The number wounded has changed a bit.
The last one that I heard was 20, but is it more now, Ted?
Somehow I thought I heard 27 all the time.
also.
Was that an incorrect report?
Well, Mayor, the latest we have now two dead, an eight-year-old child and a 10-year-old child, 17 injured, including two children who are currently in critical condition.
They have the critical conditionition.
So that's how you get to the close to 20 or you get to the 20 because the casualties are, you said there were two dead and 17 injured.
That's right.
So that's 19 casualties.
Okay.
I'm sure there might be a slight mistake here and there.
That will have to be.
And I think we want to keep up as much as we can during the show, Ted, on the condition of the other children.
And let's hope that critical means just critical and it doesn't go any.

The shooter, as is often the case, killed himself.
He used, it says, and this again may change a bit as they do more research, but from the early investigation, they said he used a rifle, a shotgun, and a pistol.
He was wearing all black clothes, for whatever that means, right?
He also had on his possession a firework, actually a smoke bomb.
that would release smoke, but they didn't find any explosives.
And as I think you can see from the pictures of him, he's transgender.
He's a biological man who, I guess, is living with the mental illness of believing that he's a woman, known as dysmorphia.
It is a recognized mental illness, has been universally recognized until a few years ago, universally recognized for about 200 years.
And now Now the left wing and those who want to turn our society into not just amoral, amoral to immoral or no standards wants to make this normal so that for example I would like you to consider how horrendous this is while this guy was alive he could walk into women's bathrooms imagine this guy walking in
your bathroom being there with your kid your little girl I mean I I the danger and the enormously catastrophic damaging things the policies of the Democrat Party are doing to us are unreal.
Now, you are in a state, Minnesota, that isn't left.
Minnesota has fallen off the cliff and it's headed down to hell under the boy mayor who gave up his police station and Tampon Tim who owes everything to Red China and makes it clear that he does, recommending recently that they would be a good moral force to come in and straighten out Israel.
Why he isn't immediately removed as governor when he says that, I don't know.
But in any event, this is the state in which it happened.
His motive, we don't know.
Of course, you're not being told the following.
Nor will you be told this on any of the national news show.
Let's look tonight on Newsmax and Fox because they're the bellwether.
I'd almost be willing to bet whatever I own that it's not going to be mentioned on ABC, CBS, NBC.
It'll never be mentioned on MSNBC or any of the other left-wing.

But, and I don't know if you know this, having followed it all day, but he had inscribed and present in his car.

As I said, you don't know that and you're not supposed to know that because we have for many, many years in a very, very self-destructive way hidden what Islam is all about.
But his inscriptions don't.
His inscriptions make it clear that he agreed with the policy of violence of what I call the second Muhammad, the Muhammad of Mecca.
In Medina, he was fairly calm.
In Mecca, he was a brutal mass murderer, much worse than him, and a sexual deviant, if he existed.
And I believe that he did, but there were people that doubt that he did, that he was a creation of those who wanted to create an army so that they could capture the Arabian Peninsula, which they did.
And then they, the reign of terror, Iran, which was Persia, is not originally Muslim.
The Muslims were converted, not by the preaching of John and Paul and Peter, but by being murdered by the Muhammad's army.
They were captured, tortured, murdered.
Their religion was wiped out, a form of early genocide, the Zoroastrian religion.
And they had to either convert or pay.
or pay the ransom.
The ones who didn't convert became dhimmis, you know, like the underclass in any other society.
That's the spread of the religion.
That's the religion that he has writings about in his car, including an inscription about how much he hates Donald Trump.

The minute a shot goes off, an alarm should go off in the police precinct.
He got off an awful lot of shots before he was interrupted.
And now without scapegoating anyone, but for the purpose of preventing it in the future, we're going to stick on why did that happen?
Now, why wasn't this guy subdued like in several other cases recently, right?
Why wasn't he subdued faster?
Now, we've got to realize we are in an exceedingly pro-criminal city and state.
The city, without any doubt, has its laws, its public policies, and its political leadership skewed in favor of protecting and advancing all forms of criminality from illegal aliens who they invite there and treat better than veterans make it very desirable to come to Tampon Tim's state with regard to trans agenda and
others like that it's a haven for them meaning if you're a 15-year-old who has been who has been groomed as many, many are, both with illegal alien networks and others, you have an escape.
You can come to Minnesota.
You can have your genitals emaciated, thrown off, cut off.
And if your parents come and object, the state will appoint a lawyer for you, and you can object to your parents as long as there's a doctor who is an advocate of Champagne Tim and the child mayor of Minneapolis.
So this is a state that is about as far along in Washington Lawlessness, disrespect for human life.
This is the state that had four or five candidates
they do everything they can to kill it.
So I don't know if these kids stood a chance there of something like this inevitably happening.
Also, suspiciously, the governor has been to China 30 times, was educated in China.
Harvard paid for that.
His 30 trips were paid for presumably.
He's never had to explain it because nobody cares, it seems.
And he was taking children there to be indoctrinated.
Now, he would say educated, but they don't educate in China.
They indoctrinate, like at Harvard.
That's where Harvard got it from.
So I don't know the rest of the background of this kid, his parents, and how responsible his parents are, what the nature of his going from being a boy to a girl, what kind of interventions took place either to give him a chance to think about it, if that's where he wanted to go, or to encourage him to do it.
And what developed the hatred of Trump?
Well, I guess we know that, right?
All he'd had to do is listen to Tampon Tim or the boy mayor, and he would get that.
But what created the hatred of those poor kids.
I don't know if he went to that school.
Apparently his mother worked at that school.
And I don't know officially what religion they are, if they are of any religion.
in Minnesota, the state encourages, you know, disliking and hating God because whether they know it or not, they're communists.
Now, if you need any, if you need any, if you need any support for that, why not listen to it?
This could be the guy I disrespect.
I don't disrespect him.
He's a stupid kid.
I disrespect Tampon Tim, who encouraged this.
And I will insist that he has an unholy, treasonous type relationship with China until he's required to answer the questions of why the hell he went there so often and how the hell he could go there so often and not be favorable to them.
And how would they let him teach in China if he wasn't teaching communism?
And why does he say stupid things like we should use China?
They'd be a great moral influence.
in the Middle East.
I mean, you got to either be paid to say that, or you got to ideologically have your mind brainwashed in order to say that.
I mean, from the moment he said he loves China and he loves to go to China, only communists would love to go to China because it's not pleasant if you're not.
And the more you oppose them, the more they break your, you know what?
And this is said with experience.
I went to China and literally got thrown out, isolated, because I told the head of the Communist Party of Beijing what I thought about their occupation of Taiwan.
Just like I told the Democratic Party what I think of them.
And of course, they've actually done more damage to me than communists.
I mean, took away my law license, destroyed my security business, raided my house and my business so they could destroy my business with no evidence.
They had a chance to prove it to a grand jury, and they told the grand jury they had no evidence.
Nobody's taken up my cause in the press for why the hell would they do that?
And the press had the nerve to write when they came and raided my house and apartment that there must be something to it, otherwise they wouldn't have gotten a search warrant.
I just laughed my head off.
They just went to a Democratic, crooked magistrate, and he signed it.
That happens all the time in those days.
So.
So I don't know what the rest of the conversation about this is going to be.
I'm sure they're going to say, this is about gun control.
We need more gun control.
We have gun control.
We don't use it.
I found out the other night that in Washington, D.C., and in my own city, New York, where I enhanced the existing policy that Ed Koch had and Mayor Bloomberg applied it religiously, which is no excuses.
You get caught with an illegal gun, you go to jail for a year.
I don't care who you are.
The head doctor at the hospital or some bump on the street.
You got a gun, we take it, we put you in jail.
No questions asked.
No, this is a first offense, nonviolent.
Now they don't even get arrested.
Putting them in jail, no, no sentence.
And holding them without bail, oh my God, no, it's a nonviolent, having a gun is a nonviolent crime.
Does that make any sense?
Having a gun is a non-violent crime.
Threatening somebody with violence is a nonviolent crime.
Slapping around a few times is.
You've got to basically put a bullet in somebody's head.
Only one time is not enough.
One time you might be working for the mayor.
Bringing up for the weekly award for being restrained.
You have no idea.
I was just on a show and they asked me, what should be done about crime in America?
Well, here's a good start.
Write down all the present Democrat policies in your jurisdiction about crime.
And then on the next column, put down the opposite of it.
And I guarantee you, as the person who has reduced crime more than anyone, any mayor certainly in American history, I can assure you you will reduce crime.
But be honest about it.
When they say we don't arrest people for just one single gun possession, if it's only technical, and there's nothing else attacked, if they say that, say, mandatory one year for everyone in possession of a gun illegally.
There's no purpose in having controls if you don't enforce them.
It's hard enough to enforce them anyway.
In fact, that's one of the great logical, illogical positions of the Democrats on gun control.
There are 400 million guns in America, vast majority of which are illegal.
They want to put controls on people getting guns.
stop them from getting guns under us, they can demonstrate certain very, very difficult circumstances.
They're not going to be able to get rid of the illegal guns.
The illegal guns will still be out there.
And the people who follow the rules, gun control, the people who can be controlled will follow it.
The people who don't, and they can't be controlled because they commit crimes like murder, rape, bank robbery, whatever, will not comply with it.
Because if they were going to comply with that, they'd comply with the more serious laws.
make any sense to you?
This is not about the NRA or the PGA or the FTC or the...
This is about doing something that Democrats...
It's using your ability to practice logic or critical thinking, which we don't teach anymore.
We teach gender nonsense, sickness.
We take mental illnesses and we exploit them, like for this guy or woman or whatever the hell he is.
He's a man.
I mean, I don't know.
Did he have the surgery?
Does he have a penis or doesn't he have a penis?
I'm sorry I have to ask that question, but it's enormously important.
Because if he has a penis and he's walking around thinking that he's a woman, he has a mental illness.
It's called paranoia or schizophrenia, sorry.
Suppose instead he had that wig on there and he walked around honestly saying all the time, I'm Thomas Jefferson and I'm going to write a Declaration of Independence for you.
Pay me $1,000.
What would you do?
You call the police, right?
And they put him in a hospital.
And they'd say, boy, there's a pretty typical case of schizophrenia.
I mean, I used to meet them when I was a young assistant US attorney.
They'd come in on complaint day.
I had people who thought they were George Washington.
I had people that thought the CIA was taking their brainwaves.
Maybe they were.
I wouldn't have believed it then.
Maybe they were.
And I gave a guy a solution once.
I told him to put tin foil in his ear.
Day or two later, I was on the duty for a week, comes back and he thanks me, brings me a little candy.
I didn't have the candy.
I felt bad that I had done it to him, but I thought maybe it would work.
Now, my boss said that was really cruel what I did because – I should have sent him to Bellevue.
I said, I did send him to Bellevue.
He almost came out of the chair and hit me when I said that.
He said to me, everybody tells me that..
Well, of course everybody tells me that you're an FNUT.
That's why they tell you that.
Finally, a week later, one of my friends was in complaint duty.
The guy comes back in and he wants to kill people.
He wants to fight with them.
That's when we got him arrested because he said that I misled him and it only worked for a week.
They kept the CIA out for a week and we all concluded he was crazy.
Now, when I see what Brennan and Biden and Obama did, maybe this guy was right and they were going after his brainwaves.
They were trying to get mine and Trump's.
They never could because they're not smart enough to understand our brains.
Right.
We're so much smarter than that.
So I don't know where this is going to go.
The guy committed suicide.
We're probably going to try to push this one under the rug because it turns out to be those that are the mental illnesses and the criminal activity covered up by the Democrats.
That means this could easily be an Islamic one-off.
It might be more than a one-off with the stuff that was found.
We only know about these two things.
Were they isolated or was he an Islamic extremist or favorable to Islamic extremism.
He had something also about the number of Jews killed, I think.
I don't want to say these things unless these were like leaks and stuff like that.
So if it isn't true, I'll take the anti-Semitic part back if it isn't true.
I haven't seen those.
The Trump thing is obvious.
It's right there on the gun.
The guy suffered from an injury.
And you should be sympathetic with that.
But it shouldn't become a civil right that he gets anything he wants.
What it should be is he should have a right to treatment and it should be mandated.
That guy should be in a hospital, not walk in the street so that he can kill innocent little children in a church.
And I don't think as a Democrat in America it's allowed to support that.
And if you want to know another reason why crime is prevalent, it's because we threw all those people out.
The Democrats threw them out of facilities for them.
And in New York, they won't put them back.
They won't allow civil commitment.
The state can.
And they would get, it used to be the rule when I was practicing law and took the bar exam, which I passed on the first time and was extremely high and way up at the top.
But I can't practice law in New York because I represented Donald Trump.
And a political activist wrote a letter about how illegally I handled the case in Pennsylvania.
a set up bar association and an appellate division, which is appointed all by Democratic hacks.
And they appointed a Democratic hack to hear my case, who gets paid to hear cases.
And I'll tell you the simple fact, if she had rule for me, she'd never get paid again, and she might have to go to work.
And it doesn't seem like a person who really likes work, because she was looking at her cell phone for most of the proceeding.
and refused to give any credence or credit to the fact that the critical video recording that contained the things that I had talked about that they said were untrue, oh, that had been erased..
It was given to him that way by the attorney, by the Secretary of State of Georgia, who of course is Rasenberger, who is one of the biggest scoundrels made into a hero by our treasonous press.
The prosecutor in New York blamed it on him.
He didn't explain how he never listened to it.
Because there was no reason to listen to it.
He decided the day he got the case, he was going to frame it, and he did.
And there's no use to say, why don't you appeal it?
Because it'll cost me a couple million dollars and I'll lose.
When you're doing a political case in New York, please, going back to Boss Tweed, my friends, you're not going to win.
It's fixed.
When the people came to me after my first election and said I should contest it because it was very, very close, and they had 50,000, they had evidence.
I never went any further.
I don't know if it's true.
They said they could get me 50,000.
actual observations, some of the mass observations with buses going around where people voted two and three times.
I looked at some.
They did have some.
I don't know if they had 50,000.
thousand they said you'll absolutely win i said you're out of your mind no democrat judge is going to overthrow this and for the for the first black mayor of new of new york i mean we're completely racist we're not going to do that so do do evil, terrible things end?
No.
So Trump is now being attacked for getting rid of Lisa Cook on the board of governors of the Fed.
And he's being attacked because she was the first African American woman.
The fact that her defenders raised that tells me she's guilty.
That's no defense.
She is accused of filing mortgage and tax papers where you get a financial advantage.
You get money if you do this, claiming that two places, one in Atlanta and the other in another state.
Yeah, let me get this for North Carolina.
Yeah, I mean, yeah.
I mean, they're all doing it now, so you can get confused.
Shifty Shifty Shifty Shift and Leticia James and and and crooked James Leticia James and we don't even know what Fanny, Fanny Willis.
Fanny, Fanny should have gone.
She's got her own issues.
Fanny, it's so bad in Atlanta that Fanny admitted a very, very serious crime and nobody even paid attention to it.
They are paying attention to her stealing the million dollars and using it for vacations with her boyfriend, who was the one who questioned me.
Her boyfriend is the one who questioned me.
And aren't there still issues with state governors?
They haven't dismissed the case yet.
I mean, they just want to hold it over the president's head, I guess.
And the governor is such a, well, whatever.
He should pardon everybody in the case.
It could be over.
The case is a disgrace to the state of Georgia.
I mean, it's a disgrace to the state of Georgia.
That's a good point, Mayor.
For me, it's one of the reasons people think I'm a hero.
Because I stood up.
I didn't do anything wrong.
Not a damn thing.
Not a single thing.
I did the things lawyers do to defend their clients.
And the one I told you in New York, the political activists made all these accusations about me.
None of them were true.
They really never even proved them.
I just wasn't allowed to effectively disprove them.
And finally, even if they all were true.
They shouldn't have amounted to a disbarment.
If it was all true, they shouldn't have amounted to disbarment.
It was like bullshit.
I made arguments.
They rejected the arguments.
We're going to take a short break while I try to figure out how the hell one of the most accomplished lawyers in 50 years of law practice, certainly from the government side, gets disbarred in two extremely crooked cities.
Two of the most crooked cities in America are New York and Atlanta.
And a really good demonstration of just how crooked the judges of New York are is the fact that I've been disbarred.

This comes after President Trump wrote on True Social that he had been fully briefiefed on the tragic shooting and proceeded to sign a proclamation honoring the two children aged eight and ten who were unfortunately shot and killed, along with seventeen additional people who were injured, fourteen of whom were children sitting in pews during Catholic mass.
The gunman has been identified as just that, a man who thought it was a woman, so a transgender who went by the name of Robin Westman, but his name at birth was Robert.
It looks like he requested a name change back in 2019 and was 22 years old.
This was clearly an extremely disturbed individual.
He had multiple magazines, one which read Kill Donald Trump and one that was specifically labeled for the children.
He stated in his final 11 minute long video, quote, I'm sorry to my family, but that's it.
That's the only people I'm sorry for.
F those kids, end quote.
He then went on to say his parents did a good job and he loves them, but he told them he's depressed.
He hates the world and everything about it.
And then admitted he's sick in the head.
He knows what he's going to do is wrong, but he doesn't care and he wants to die.
YouTube just removed the video which showed the manifesto as well as the arsenal of guns he had possession of.
There was also footage in his video showing an image of Jesus on a shooting target.
And let's not forget, this is Minnesota's lieutenant governor Peggy Flanagan, who conveniently has not yet been identified.
Minnesota has unfortunately, has yet to comment on the tragedy.
Minnesota Governor Tim Walls did comment, saying, Minnesota is heartbroken.
From the officers responding to the clergy and teachers providing comfort to the hospital staff saving lives, we will get through this together.

But of course, nothing about addressing the elephant in the room, right?
Innocent children are dead because Democrats refuse to put these demonic and dangerous transgender people in mental institutions right where they belong.

But what we don't see is the anger and hatred that these people have.
Their whole approach to Trump is anger and pathological hatred.
I mean, they call it Trump derangement syndrome and it's kind of thought of as a joke, but I don't know that it isn't a real mental illness.
But it does include hating the United States of America and the inability to think logically or care if you're taken seriously.
I mean, if you can be in favor of a wall to keep out migrants for 10 years and then Trump comes along and he's in favor and you're against it, there's something wrong with you.
You don't belong in public office.
Your decisions have to be made on what's good for the public, not can I oppose Trump or can I have power?
But when you consider how many of these people are dishonest and how many of them are cheats, either for the purpose of money or power, I don't know how they make any correct decisions.
They don't.
Now, the mayor, the mayor is up for re-election against a Minnesota-type Manami.
Now, it doesn't really matter in his case.
This is the mayor who I believe bears the most responsibility for the massive riots in 2020.
And I don't know every time he shows up why people don't mention it.
He did something that I don't think has ever been done before in America.
He gave up a police precinct to the BLM rioters.
He required the police to withdraw, run out of their station, demonstrating them as kind of a group of cowards that can't protect their station.
And they took it over.
If you don't think that was a signal to the rest of the protesters, who after all were them, this was paid for by Soros, supported by Kamala Harris and Biden, who were instrumental in getting the bail money for all of them, supported by Soros with Trump, with money and crooked DAs, none of these people were prosecuted.
They did things far worse than the people on January 6, far worse.
You see a fire on January 6?
There's none of their riots where they didn't burn down a big portion of the city.
Far different, much more serious.
They all got away with it.
The other people were tortured.
Just like those who oppose abortion are tortured.
You're supposed to get arrested for protesting abortion.
That's not under the First Amendment.
They say you can burn an American flag without consequences, but you can't oppose killing children.
And Minnesota is one of the worst for killing children.
