This is Rudy Giuliani, and I'm back with you, back in, well, in New Hampshire,

I've listened a good deal to the most, I don't know, how can I say it's the worst testimony I've ever seen in Congress?
I've seen just about everything, going back to Watergate, I can remember the Keyfather hearings, which were about the mafia, before they thought there was a mafia.
And I can remember the Armin McCarthy hearings about communism, when they demonized McCarthy.
Maybe justifiably, maybe overdone.
He certainly was correct about the influence of communists.
Did he overdo it?
Maybe.
Uh, but were the communists more dangerous than McCarthy?
And, uh, yeah, I think so.
I think so, but you know, that's history and history has been written the other way.
Uh, and it may have a lot to do with the Cold War and why we lost, why we have a North and South Korea.
Why, uh, why, why, why we had a good deal of Eastern Europe, uh, sold off to the, to uncle Joe Stalin.
But in any event, if you want to go through that, read Un-Humans by Jack Posibic.

Probably the best book, I don't know, I can't say of the year.
The year's not over yet.
Best book I've read this year, and it gives you a great, easy-to-follow influence of communism.
Influence of Marxism, I should say, in its various different dimensions.
And it helps you do what I try to do, I hope successfully, and what I've tried to do over four years now of podcasts, and that is to pull the threads together.

We're going to have Bernie Kerik on shortly to comment on the extraordinary testimony of this Cheadle person.
I cannot believe this person runs the Secret Service.
When you listen to her testify, you can see why the Secret Service is without direction.
All I had to do, having lived through and been in charge of the Hinckley case to a large Actually involved in getting him taken away from the Metropolitan Police and then finally put in federal custody with Judge Webster, getting him arraigned, following the case as an Associate Attorney General, doing a report on it.
I would have to say that from the moment I saw President Trump brought up by the Secret Service, I went nuts because I know Presidential security, professionally, both from the Justice Department and my days as the mayor.
Of course, the man I have on will know it also, Bernie Kerik, the New York City Police Commissioner.
New York City guards the president probably more often than anyone, but in Washington.
And we do it probably better than anyone.
I think we do it better than the Secret Service.
Always did.
But the minute I saw his face, not when he did it, Please.
When I would explain this as a convention, oh yeah, yeah, he put his fist up.
No, no, that, they should have stopped that.
But you're not.
Let's, let's face it.
He's a politician and he's a leader.
I mean, you can look at that either way, but I mean, I look at that as, I would have done the same damn thing.
I'm sorry.
Even if I got killed, I'm going to tell my people I'm okay.
I mean, I went out on the street when the odds were 50-50, the building had come down and we'd get hit on the street.
Bernie and I decided to go out on the street because I wanted to show him that Mayor of New York's alive.
Governor thought we were dead.
Mayor of New York is alive and you can move forward.
And I'd say, sure, follow me.
So I know exactly what Trump was doing, unlike Harris and the demented guy who just quit.
He's a leader by nature.
That's why we love him.
That's why we need him.
But they should never have brought him up that way with the face out here like this.
So you can go boom, boom, just in case the guy missed and just in case he's still alive.
Now, remember, the guy got at least six shots off before the Secret Service sniper hit him.
No answer today as to why did the Secret Service sniper not see him?
Was he ordered to wait?
She did everything she could today to fuel anybody who wants a conspiracy theory because she answered no questions.
I mean, do you want to say that the White House told her to answer no questions?
I don't know.
It could be, right?
It was extraordinary.
What did she come there for?
She's not going to answer any questions.
I thought Congressman Sessions set her up brilliantly when he said, you know, You're using this 27 years of experience.
Well, how about you just give us your opinion from your experience?
This idea you're going to prejudice the investigation.
Come on.
The guy's dead, number one.
Number two, most of it, they leak it all to the press anyway.
I mean, it's all in the press.
It's not as if, um, And you can do it hypothetically.
You can do it out of your experience.
Like, based on your experience, Secret Service agent of 27 years, what would you have done differently than was done at this colossal failure?
So she says it's a colossal failure, which means they made terrible mistakes.
She won't tell us what the mistakes are.
And right now, every presidential candidate and whatever who's being protected by them It's being protected by a colossal failure.
They haven't changed it.
Now, none of the geniuses there even asked that question, which really surprises me.
Here's what I mean.
Presidential candidate gets shot, almost killed.
Our hero, Mr. Comptor, gets killed.
The firefighter that the president embraced at the convention.
And two people seriously wounded.
That's four people wounded, one dead, three almost dead.
That's the first time since Ronald Reagan.
That's a couple of generations ago.
This idiot is still there and has made no changes in between, which means the protection for Biden tonight, the protection for Trump tonight, the protection for Vance, Harris, and whoever the hell else, they're finally protecting Robert Kennedy.
But yeah, I think they gave him one agent.
It stinks.
It's still as a colossal failure as it was when we saw it on the 13th.
And this half-wit has made no changes.
And the half-wits who run this place, Biden and Harris, have done nothing about it.
Meanwhile, she's such a leader, she doesn't even say anything.
Now, it sounds like they get better protection.
The one comparison that was done about Secret Service special agents from the Pittsburgh office.
They gave the first lady who spoke to an Italian-American group with 400 people there, four times more Secret Service specialists than President Trump, who spoke to over 10,000 people in the open.
Well, who do they want to keep alive and who do they want to get killed?
Somebody might say.
She did nothing to dispel the idea that this could be a conspiracy.
I have with me, and I'm going to need my earphone, Ted, so that I can hear Bernie.

Okay.
Well, maybe we should play the first clip of her.
And this is a sort of set, let's call this a setup clip.
This is with the chairman, Mr. Comer, and it basically tells you what she said 40 million times.
We thought we'd take one example of it.
She can't really say anything because the investigation isn't concluded yet.
Now, please remember that.
That's really important.
Let's listen to it.
I think you need to reflect.
This is not a question of you.
It's a question of the American people.
You cannot go leading a Secret Service agency when there is an assassination attempt on a presidential candidate.
I would, I would say that about anyone who, uh, is.
So why don't we, why don't, listen to Mr. Comer.
That's, that, that's what I, that's the one that I want.
That should be the next one, Greg.

...of the attempted assassination and leading up to that day.
Let's start with the building that the shooter used to shoot President Trump from.
At any point Saturday, did the Secret Service have an agent on top of that roof?
Sir, I'm sure as you can imagine that we are just nine days out from this incident and there's still an ongoing investigation.
And so I want to make sure that any information that we are providing to you is factual.
Okay.
Why did the Secret Service not, can you answer why the Secret Service didn't place a single agent on the roof?
We are still looking into the advanced process and the decisions that were made.
Okay, now let's go to the one where she is asked about whether this is a conspiracy.
And see if she- You knew that everyone knew.
The people there knew that there was a danger.
They knew there was a threat to President Trump and it was allowed to happen.
Was there a stand down order, Ms.
Cheadle?
Was there a conspiracy to kill President Trump?
Absolutely not.
Then how did this happen?
And why are you still sitting here not turning in your letter of resignation?
How can she answer that question?
The investigation is not over.
Now, I could have played for you 10 other times when she told Democrats and Republicans the investigation's not over.
She was very definitive that it's not a conspiracy.
I'm sorry, I can't rule out a conspiracy until the investigation over.
I mean, how?
What, just she knows?
She doesn't know why the Secret Service agents weren't placed on the top of the roof.
She doesn't know why, for example, When an AK-47 can shoot at about 400 to 600 or 700 feet, or yards rather, this was only 150 yards away, well within the range of an AK-47 or other weapons available to any number of people legally.
Why isn't the perimeter roughly as large as the typical gun or weapon that a person was going to use?
She can't answer that.
She can't answer again why the sniper waited so long to shoot.
I mean, the guy did get off at least six shots.
They had been warned 58 minutes before that there was a suspicious person.
Within that 58 minutes, apparently they did nothing to resolve the suspicion.
Isn't that what a secret agent should be doing?
Why is somebody suspicious?
Just to write it down?
I mean, I did these things.
If you find somebody suspicious, you go nuts trying to figure out, is this a false alarm or is this a killer?
She said having a range finder.
I don't remember if she said it wasn't a threat, but it sure as hell was suspicious.
I mean, I think it should be a threat.
But in any event, people shouldn't be running around in front of a president or presidential candidate with a rangefinder.
Unless they're one of the accredited cameramen or something.
But in any event, you see the rangefinder, you see the person, you stay on that person until you find out.
Is this a knife-friendly rangefinder or is this intended to put a bullet in his brain?
None of this was answered.
She doesn't know the answer yet.
She'll prejudice the investigation, but it's okay to say it wasn't a conspiracy.
Somebody tell her to say that?
Did she communicate with the White House?
They never really asked that question directly.
They said, do they have encrypted conversation?
What about if she just went over there and talked to them?
Did you talk to anybody at the White House?
Anybody connected to Biden at all?
Anyone?
I mean, she apparently is very friendly with the first stepmother, soon to be gone, and probably not going to ever be on the cover of Vogue ever again.
Oh my God, she must have a broken heart.
I mean, I just don't, I don't, I don't understand this woman's testimony.
Let's play another excerpt from it because this is, this is, okay, it's right up there with probably one of the worst, A series of answers in the history of the Congress.
I mean, I can't believe that my friend Steve Bannon is sitting in a jail in Danbury, which I passed yesterday.
I felt like crying.
And this woman is a woman who almost got Donald Trump killed, certainly got a very brave firefighter killed and two other people injured and scared to live in daylights out of half of America or more.
And she's still there.
And she should have gone to jail today for contempt, for not answering the questions of our elected representatives.
Hey, jerk head, you work for us.
Not just for Biden.
Now, if some crazy right-winger or left-winger wants to say there's a conspiracy, I don't know.
How do I refute them?
I mean, it's not impossible.
The guy had encrypted communications with, what, three foreign countries, Ted?
At least.
At least.
What's this kid who we can't tell anything about him?
Everything disappeared on him.
This is the only kid in America that's not online.
I wonder what happened to all of his social media.
He had no social media?
They must have grabbed that really fast.
I mean, I heard we have rumors of him running around yelling and screaming, but then that's not true.
So let's play, let's play.
Just pick one out.

The day after President Trump is shot, Secret Service spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said, quote, the assertion that a member of the former president's security team requested additional security resources that the U.S.
Secret Service or the Department of Homeland Security rebuffed is absolutely false.
The next day, Secretary Mayorkas said, that is an unequivocally false assertion.
We had not received any requests for additional security measures that were rebuffed.
But five days later, the Washington Post said this.
Top officials repeatedly rejected requests from Donald Trump's security detail for more personnel.
The next day, the New York Times said this.
Mr. Guglielmi acknowledged that the Secret Service had turned down some requests for additional federal security assets for Mr. Trump's detail.
So which is it?
Because both statements can't be true.
Were you guessing or lying when you said you didn't turn down requests from President Trump's detail?
Neither, sir, and I appreciate the question.
Well, first of all, what is it the Majorca said?
That will be a lie.
No, no, you can just begin.
The guy doesn't tell the truth.
Ever.
So whatever he said, when he said they didn't turn, they never got requests for more security and turned it down, and that's not true, they never turned it down.
The minute he said it, I knew it wasn't true.
The minute Mayorkas opens his mouth, like Biden.
Biden has been a liar from the day he came to Washington.
And all this praise of him now is incredible.
The guy's the biggest crook ever in the White House.
I'm sorry.
I'm not gonna do it.
People are criticizing Trump for basically saying that.
I think that's why we need him as president.
He may be the only honest man in Washington.
Oh, he's not in Washington.
Well, they're all going to go, is this backside now?
They're going to kick the backside of the guy who took money from China, the guy who gave up the Bagram Air Base, 400 miles from China, the guy who's got those people in Ukraine killed that never would have happened if Trump had been president?

And in a state of complete shock at the testimony of the person who's supposed to be protecting
our president, our vice president, and our president of vice presidential candidates,
as well as several others.
My experience with the Secret Service is completely different.
I mean, when I watched this and I compared it to the Reagan era, which I was very, very familiar with, I couldn't believe it was the same Secret Service.
And also that there was one of those left-wing coup job communists who came on criticizing and saying, That it was racist and anti-woman to be saying that women shouldn't be part of the Secret Service, or blacks.
Now, nobody said that blacks should be part of the Secret Service, except her.
But they have to bring it in, right?
I mean, Harris will make it into this, it'll be a racial campaign from day one.
But the reality is, if the woman was 6'1", fine.
Or if she knew how to holster a gun, that'd be good.
Or if she didn't start saying something like, what are we doing?
Or where are we going?
That'd be good too.
Man or woman.
It's a criticism of one person who looked like they needed some kind of sedative, running around like crazy.
Then another one who couldn't get a gun in the holster.
And then finally, come on, bringing the head up.
So that if the guy hadn't been disarmed, or there was a second one killed, he'd had a perfect shot at him.
And they just held it there.
He wasn't moving one way or the other.
That is completely against common sense, much less Secret Service protocol.
Now, I want you to think about the fact that she's made no changes, right?
Investigation going on.
Can't make any changes right now.
There's an investigation.
She hasn't suspended anybody.
So the same colossal failures who almost got Trump killed and got a brave firefighter killed until people are still out there doing the same thing.
Nothing's changed.
That's nine days now.
We can wait until this woman gets somebody else killed or shot.
There's no sense of urgency to this.
But we're in a democratic administration.
Biden, Harris, Mayorkas.
We're in a democratic administration.
They do nothing.
They're incompetent.
Don't you know that?
They don't know how to run things.
They either do it on purpose because they're communists or they do it because they have crazy, stupid ideas.
And people who have crazy, stupid ideas have no common sense.
So it doesn't occur to any of them who have no common sense That if this was such a colossal failure, the person who presided over the colossal failure is still presiding over a colossal failure, now going into its 10th day.
And they don't have a sense of urgency about anything.
It's why Biden couldn't roll out, I mean, Obama couldn't roll out Obamacare correctly.
I mean, they failed, it's like they couldn't put the pier off Gaza.
Spent like $240 million for nothing.
The thing floated away three times.
It's why Carter's rescue of the hostages way back failed.
And the hostages were released within moments of Reagan being, because everybody knows that Reagan was a competent executive.
And Trump is a super competent executive.
So is Bernie available yet?
I think we're having a little trouble.
I guess we're having a little trouble connecting with my, with my commissioner.
So we'll go, we'll go back.
We'll go back to that.
But here, I was absolutely shocked that Biden, who told us that he wouldn't resign unless God Almighty came down and talked to him.
Maybe he did.
I don't know.
Could be.
Could be he thinks he talked to God Almighty.
After all, he thinks he gave a medal to his uncle seven years after his uncle was dead.
By the way, his uncle never got such a medal.
This isn't the one who was eaten by the cannibals.
That's a different one.
I think it's a different one.

They say he's very, very angry at Pelosi for double-crossing him.
And all this, all this garbage today by the Democrat lie.
I mean, every one of them lies, right?
They all lied.
So brave what he did.
Putting the country first.
Three and a half years of walking around like a zombie.
Getting a couple hundred thousand people killed because you're out of your frickin' mind?
And you went freely?
They dragged you out!
They may have ambushed you, Joe.
Your crooked friends.
The ones who are liars and creeps like you, who don't like America.
Who are in it just for money, like the Pelosi insider trading family, or Ms.
D'Alessandro from Baltimore.
That's Pelosi's maiden name.
You think they were gonna stick with you?
They're just as much of a scoundrel as you are.
The minute you were useless to them, they just knifed you in the back and threw you out like you deserved.
I don't feel sorry for you, everybody.
I don't feel sorry for you at all.
And I don't think you're entitled to any of this, oh, what a great president.
You got a world that was at peace, And you're giving your successor a world at war.
That's a failure.
Nothing else you had to do.
It's a failure.
You also have set records, Joe.
I mean, Miss Babel, Babel person there, said you set records.
She's very proud of the records you set.
But that's because she's a nincompoop, too.
Here are the records you set.
I mean, Several cities like Philadelphia and St.
Louis and Milwaukee set records for homicide under you.
They never had more people killed until you and your big funder Soros put DAs in that got people killed.
People got killed there than any place else.
By far, without any doubt, more people have died of drug overdoses under you than any other president.
Including your ex-friend Obama, who stabbed you in the back also, because he knows.
First of all, he knows you're stupid.
And number two, he knows you're demented.
But he's not a patriot.
I'm not even sure he works for this country.
Somebody once told me they think he works for the other side.
I don't know.
You give cash to terrorists, you might get some people that speculate that you do.
Millions, hundreds of millions.
Yeah, the Ayatollah Khomeini is a terrorist, just like Bin Laden.
So if we caught somebody giving $10 million in cash to the Ayatollah, I mean to Bin Laden, we'd put him in jail, right?
I mean, I think he should be executed.
The sissy liberals have put him in jail.
I let him out after 10 years, but they put him in jail.
That's what you did.
You gave cash, secretly, you covered it up like you did everything else until you got caught, to the Ayatollah when he was using Soleimani to kill our boys and girls.
You did that, Obama.
And you get away with it, like you're some kind of prince.
To me, you're not a prince.
To me, you're a piece of you-know-what.
Anybody that gets Americans killed on purpose.
And you've got a brain.
The other guy doesn't even have a brain.
You had to know when he was asking for cash that he wanted the money for the terrorists.
I mean, you can't even use the argument that it's fungible.
What the hell would he want cash for?
I don't know.
You send cash to the UK.
Maybe you do, I don't know.
Maybe you're used to it from Chicago.
You have to do cash when you do that stuff.
I don't know.
I don't know.
I just don't know.
You invite all this speculation with your activity.
It's perfectly, I mean, when these people say all these things about you, Obama, I don't know how you refute them when you're a guy that should be in jail for money laundering.
Unless you want to take advantage of the recent Supreme Court decision and say that you're immune.
I don't know if that would have fit into your official activities, giving cash to terrorists.
I don't know.
Maybe it would.
So you better appreciate, and Biden better appreciate that Supreme Court decision.
Although Biden probably, now that he's able to say it, can probably avoid going to trial on being bought out.
Can't participate in his own defense.
That's basically what Herr was trying to say.
He didn't have the guts to say it that way.
He used a euphemism like, oh, he's a tired old man who can't remember.
Tired old man that's got a couple hundred thousand people killed.
That's all.
You know, the records you said, I mean, you kept up, you rejuvenated the string of Putin attacks.
Putin attacked under Bush.
Putin attacked under Obama.
Then we got a real president.
He didn't attack.
And then he attacked under you, big time.
Killed more people under you than anybody else.
More people killed there than we did in Vietnam over a number of years.
Or Afghanistan over 19 years.
You got enough people killed.
You got more people killed there in three months than there.
That's another one of your records.
Records for fentanyl by three or four to one.
And the most tragic of all, records for child trafficking.
Now the cartels make more money off child trafficking than they do off drugs because of you, Joe Biden.
Because you opened the borders that Trump had done a pretty darn good job of closing.
Particularly stay in Mexico.
You reversed it right away.
Just like you reversed the pipeline.
Idiot.
Trump worked really hard to make us energy independent.
You reversed that too.
So you could send billions to your friends in Iran so they could kill more innocent people.
Anybody that praises you as president is either exceedingly stupid and naive or hates this country.
You have done more damage to this country than any president.
You've gotten more people killed in peacetime for us than any American president.
Nobody calls Republican, Democrat or Whig.
Well, we're going to take a break and let's take a look at your possible replacement.
You all know I stand by the truth.
And if I put my name on something, I truly believe in it.

40, wait a second, 48 cop killers are walking the streets of New York by virtue of, and Andrew Cuomo probably signed it when he was sucking up to be a, you know, like a candidate for president or something when he got the Emmy Awards and stuff.
Well, it was actually before that that he did it.
But you know, he also signed the release everybody with no bail, which puts about 7,000 to 10,000 criminals walking the streets of New York.
But imagine this, 42 have been released in 70 years, the most recent of which is a guy named Jose Corret, who killed officer George Ordan on February 21st, 1982.
He was an off-duty police officer, a very good-looking young man who never had a life.
That's him right there.
That's Officer Wordan, who was killed by the man who will, by virtue of the New York dictatorship of the Democrat Party, which produces crooked judges in New York, like the ones you saw in the In the Trump cases or the ones I've been subjected to, the judges and lawyers and the Bar Association.
This man's murderer will now be out and he was deprived of a life.
I think the officer was only 22 when he was killed.
And you tell me we shouldn't have death penalty for cop killers?
48 police killers have been let out.
In New York, in the Democrat dictatorship of New York, in the last seven years, all during the time that we've had Democrat governors and mostly veto-proof Democrat House and Assembly and Senate, just like they have in, you know, in some other states where crime and murder goes through the roof under the guy, Biden, who they are honoring.
Now, shouldn't he be out as president?
If he's too demented to run for the Democrats, if he's not good enough for the Democratic Party, how the hell is he good enough for America?
It's like keeping this Cheadle person.
