The Rudy Giuliani Show (E8): Biden Losing More and More Voters to "Uncommitted""

Good afternoon, this is Rudy Giuliani, and this is the Rudy Giuliani Show.
Yes, yes, formerly just a radio show, now we can show you pitches, as they say in Brooklyn.
We can show you pitches.
And I hope you're all coming over, because one thing you can be sure of here is we'll tell you all the news.
And we'll emphasize the ones that are being censored by all of the left-wing communist stations, and even those that are being censored by some others.
Because the fear that's been created by this tyranny of the Bidens is much deeper than you think.
And it's affected even our side to some extent.
Oh my goodness.
Given all the friends I've lost, it's extended quite a bit.
But we've got only one way to go.
I decided that a long time ago, and that is the truth no matter what.
And here is the truth.
You know there have been some complaints about various Republicans at different times.
Whether it was the Papadopoulos raid, or the Roger Stone raid, or putting Mr. Navarro in leg irons, that the Biden people were using Gestapo tactics.
Now, the reason for that is the sensitivity to Nazism and the Holocaust, and nothing was as bad as that.
No one is saying that this is any allusion to this is as bad as the Holocaust.
But there are certain practices that authoritarians like Hitler, like Stalin, like Xi, and now like Biden all use.
And one of them is using police looking like special forces coming to arrest non-violent Uh, no offense criminals, where there's no possibility of violence and no history of violence and no, um, there've been some very strange ones.
I mean, the one with Roger up to this point, the one with Roger Stone was the strangest at all.
And really should have just let everybody being thrown out of the justice department when they leaked his arrest and had it on CNN.
I mean, everybody on CNN should have been arrested and everybody involved in it should have been arrested because they were a lot more dangerous to American civil liberties than Roger Stone ever was.
I mean, I don't know why people didn't react to that more because it could happen to you.
Showing up with like machine guns for Roger Stone, five in the morning, the guy's got kids there.
He would have turned himself in like I did with Arizona.
Jerks couldn't find me for a month, uh, two and a half weeks.
And, uh, like today I announced it as Rudy Giuliani from Palm beach.
Or did I say that today?
I don't know.
Just in case anybody's look, I'm in Palm beach.
Okay.
I'm not hiding.
Oh, but I needed a $10,000 bill.
Well, I'm going to run away.
No, I needed a $10,000 bail because I represented Donald Trump and they are after everyone.
That a representative had anything to do with Donald Trump to punish them.
Who the hell are they to do that?
They're tyrants, that's what they are.
And boy, do you need any more proof of that than that the Department of Justice, under the worst Attorney General in the history of the world, Moneybags Garland, authorized the use of deadly force when FBI agents swarmed former President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago
residence in August 22, looking for classified documents which he had been turning
over to them and debating with them.
Where's the probable cause, reasonable cause, To expect that there'd be armed resistance.
Or was it done to try and do what they did with January 6?
Try to dramatize it and make it look criminal because it wasn't criminal.
Or when they lied about the four people being killed on January 6.
Nobody but Trump people were killed on January 6, and they've allowed the person Who murdered Ashley Babbitt to go completely free.
I think he got a promotion for murder.
And then they were told to come armed with ammo, handcuffs, and medium and large-sized bolt cutters.
They did a 10-hour search.
They went through First Lady Melania Trump's room.
They went through the teenage son Barron's room with absolutely no reason to believe there'd be any documents there.
They might've gone to the rooms that had the documents and seen if they had gotten all the documents first and then decided they had to go further, but no, no.
This was intended to make it look like a crime because it is not.
And it was trying to make it look like a crime because they knew they had to cover up a much bigger one for Biden.
The passing on Biden is tantamount to passing on Hillary Clinton.
It indicates that we have a fixed, crooked Justice Department.
It isn't just, oh, political.
They are crooked to the core.
This is an outrageous decision.
Whoever made this decision, starting with the Attorney General, should be summarily dismissed from the Justice Department.
They don't have the slightest idea of the of the reasonable uh degree of care that you have to
take and exercising the awesome responsibility of being a
prosecutor armed force for the home of a former president
Who the hell do you think you are?
Adolf Hitler?
Who the hell do you think you are?
Did you get elected emperor?
Don't get all insulted if I said you acted like Adolf Hitler.
Didn't say you did all the things Adolf Hitler did, but you're sure doing some of them.
You're sure trying me like that.
Your trials in New York could have been in Nazi Germany or Soviet Russia.
They may have had more crooked judges there than Marchand, but I bet it'd be tough to find them.
What are you doing to our country?
Now please, ladies and gentlemen of America, would you please get outraged about this?
An armed invasion of the man's home with a teenage son there with no indication of arms or any armed resistance.
None!
Except to create a dramatic effect.
You know, January 6th, they had a damn Hollywood producer doing it.
And they snowed everybody on the left, and boy, they got a lot of our people pissing in their pants.
And since I had the inside information at the 5 o'clock, you can't believe how my respect level for them went down.
Boom.
Man, I'm glad I'm not in a foxhole with them.
Whoa, do they get scared fast.
You're going to find out that January 6th was a setup just like Russian collusion, just like the hard drive, and just like the stolen election, and just like what they're doing right now, spacing four trials in one year, which had been done to anyone else, the trials would have been considered a patent violation of due process.
A man cannot possibly get ready for four complex trials in one year.
If you, as a group of prosecutors, particularly since you're communicating with each other, and you all are, you're just deliberately violating his ability to have a fair trial by doing that.
You know, it used to be in America, when we were an American system of justice, you couldn't do that.
Now that we've become a Soviet, Chinese, Nazi, fascist, you pick it, babes, system of justice, you can do anything you want.
This is an outrage, what you did here.
This is an outrage beyond, and you've got to take away your like or dislike For President Trump.
I don't know.
I didn't like Lyndon Johnson very much, and I thought Lyndon Johnson, particularly those stories by Carroll, giving out cash on the floor of the Senate and having people dictate to him while he kept the bathroom door open were pretty weird.
And I also thought it was real strange how Lady Bird It was worth 27 million when Lyndon was a teacher and a public servant.
By that time, I was a prosecutor and I had better than a few little guesses on how that was done.
And he sure as heck wouldn't have raided his house with armed force.
Or Richard Nixon.
Or I don't know, John Kennedy had some pretty close connections with the mafia.
Shared a girlfriend with a mafia leader.
Top guy in Chicago.
Did Trump do anything like that?
You know, Cohen admitted to a crime on the stand that is much worse than all four.
Of what these crooked prosecutors put together.
He stole $60,000.
That's a good old-fashioned crime.
We understand that.
Not putting a correct entry into a record that you didn't do, that your accountant did, and is as arguably correct as 10 other entries could be.
Or debating with the obviously Trump-deranged Democrat partisan National Archivist who let Biden off the hook for truly stealing classified material.
Nor did they ever bother to even investigate the crooks who did it.
How he exposed them to the Red Chinese, who just coincidentally at the same time were giving his family millions, and he made it available to his family.
And that was investigated.
Not only haven't they used armed force to search any of Biden's places where there's Not only probable cause that he committed a crime, there's proof beyond a reasonable doubt that he committed a crime.
They haven't even looked at his bank accounts yet, the homes, who bought the homes.
That's why we live in a Soviet form of justice.
That's why we live in a fascist form of justice.
That's the way in which we live in a Nazi form of justice.
We're not talking about Holocaust and we're not talking about the other parts of it.
We're talking about the system of justice.
Can't tell them apart.
Not when you're charging the home of the former president of the United States with lethal arms over a dispute as to presidential papers.
They haven't even suggested one sensitive thing in there.
I can tell you lots of sensitive things.
And Biden's, and they mostly had to do with the country that owns him, China.
Trump doesn't have a country that owns him.
I don't know if you're going to arrest somebody for treason, maybe you go in with armed force.
That's what you'd have to arrest Biden for.
This wasn't treason.
This was a dispute over documents, one that you let, a much worse violation of, you let that demented fool go free.
And this required armed force.
And this comes upon the finish of the case in New York and Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz, who I I have been on both sides of cases with more often adversary to him as a in some very bitter and very, very difficult trials.
And with that, we maintained 35 years of respect for each other.
I mean, we fought each other very, very hard in the courtroom.
We fought each other sometimes very hard in the classroom when I debated him.
But he believed in the Constitution, a slightly different interpretation.
I believed in the Constitution, a slightly different interpretation.
He probably thought that mine was too affected by my prosecutorial bias, and I thought his was too affected by his defense bias.
But that was his job.
His job was to take the light, take the evidence the light most favorable to his client.
And sometimes that led to an exaggeration or two.
That's what advocacy is about, or if my zeal for the government sometimes led to an exaggeration or two, that's... And he was there to correct it, and I was there to correct it.
And then maybe occasionally agree with each other afterwards when it was long over.
Well, maybe we went a little too far, maybe we didn't, or gee, maybe I did make that mistake, or maybe you did make that mistake.
We didn't make too many because we're both damn good.
Well, he wrote an article, it is very short and it is extremely powerful, and it supports my nomination of Judge Murshan for the prototype of the Crooked Judge circa 2024.
This is the face of dishonesty.
This is the face of a judge who disgraces all other judges.
A judge who, if you're a judge, you say, I'm not like him.
It happens in all professions, we get a scoundrel like this, a very weak, weak man, a man who's not even really a judge.
He's an acting judge.
He's never been elected.
He's been scouring around the cesspool of the system for 22 years, 23 years, pushed around by questionable Manhattan leaders who come out of the Tammany Hall tradition.
And who own judges politically.
And as Dershowitz points out, just observing him, there was no question he was a biased judge.
He doesn't go as far as I would say bought and paid for, but, because I'm not sure money was involved in this, but it would be very, very similar.
I observed one, this is Allen, I observed one of the most remarkable of wrong-headed biases I have ever seen.
The judge actually threatened to strike all of Costello's testimony if he raised his eyebrows again.
Maybe this is excessive guilty conscience?
Also, I still do not have the answer to how did he know that Costello was looking at him when Costello was in front of him, he was in back of him, And last time I checked, Bob, I haven't seen him in a while, he didn't have eyes behind his head.
Think maybe he's a little nuts too?
We'll take a short break and come back with some sane thoughts.
And if I put my name on something, I truly believe in it.

Have something to look good.
This is Rudy Giuliani back again with a presentation that I could not do for you on radio.
So this, I sort of thanked WABC for censoring me and saying I couldn't talk about the 2020 election.
No, I don't.
No, I don't.
I really don't because they should be talking about it.
It's just not right.
It's just not right.
I know a lot of people don't understand it.
I know it's hard.
I know it's complicated.
And I know sometimes I'm one stubborn jackass.
But I can't see my way around this.
I really can't.
You know, I grew up in a religious tradition and a moral tradition, and boy, I'm not claiming I live up to it.
I've told friends and people that, you know, I just hope the church hasn't done away with purgatory because that's about the best I'm going to do.
But I do know what's right and wrong.
And when I'm doing something wrong, I have a very hard time living with myself.
And I don't think I could have come on the air and been a representative of a station that has a policy according to the first line of the letter.
You cannot have any conversations about the 2020 election.
If they said you can't discuss Dominion, which I had agreed to, okay, if they said there were certain things that for a period of time you can't discuss,
like because of litigation or whatever.
Yeah, there are certain things that I could have agreed to.
But to say that I can't discuss the 2020 election broadly and then to pick out these three subjects
and say it's not limited to it, it's like they wanted to hang me.
So I mean, specifically, I wouldn't have been able to cover the breaking story
which I think has blown open Georgia.
But you're not gonna see that in the press.
The committee.
The committee that was appointed rendered its report two weeks ago that there were 3,000 ballots that were counted multiple times.
Now that isn't enough to change the election.
It would have to be about 10,000 and then it would have to be more depending on what group of ballots they were taking out of them with the breakdown.
So I'm going to say, to be safe, it would have to be about 15,000 to be utilized that way.
But when I say 3,000 ballots counted twice, remember that's 6,000 votes.
So the margin was 11,000.
So if it were in one of the Democrat counties, that would deprive him of about his 11,000 lead.
We'll be taken down to about 7,000 just on that alone.
But here's what does it.
Here's what blows it right out of the water.
There were 350,000 paper ballots missing.
There is very, very substantial evidence that there were phony paper ballots submitted after the election.
Because Trump had a lead and they had to cut that lead with new ballots attached to phony registrations.
That turned out to produce the out-of-state voters, the out-of-district voters, the poor woman who came on the witness stand in front of the State Senate and cried and said it was my first time voting and I had already voted.
She hadn't already voted, some crooked person.
The Democratic Party in Georgia had taken one of the phony ballots, picked out her name and put her name on it.
And because she was very young, they assumed she wouldn't vote.
You could go to the testimony of the lady in Detroit who testified as to how they were taught to do that.
They virtually gave her a nervous breakdown.
I mean, there's a lot at stake here.
I'm really surprised people weren't murdered.
There was a lot at stake here, and people were murdered emotionally, that's for sure.
But 350,000 paper ballots missing after three counts?
Every time they did the three counts, myself and the other lawyers and the president objected
that this is a completely, this is completely, this is a complete shit show.
What you're doing is just counting the same phony, if we contend that there were phony ballots put in there, if that's our contention, what are you doing to satisfy us that they're not phony?
You're not letting us look at the paper.
You're counting them.
The best we can do is stand a mile or two away and watch you count.
And even standing a mile or two away, we are seeing an awful lot of ballots that look like they've never been folded, which means they couldn't have been mail-in ballots, which means they probably came out from that factory that we had not solid enough evidence to charge, but solid enough evidence to work on a hypothesis with it.
That you're printing up just as many ballots as you need to win, which led to the joke people would ask, when will the counting stop when Biden wins?
And of course, it worked out.
Does this make any sense?
In every place, every place he was losing, they cut the counting.
And then after a period of time, depending on how many votes they had to produce, Biden won.
And the paper never got to examine it.
That's why all those people were put behind picket fences and wired fences in Philadelphia and in Pittsburgh and in Detroit.
That's why the people were thrown out in Atlanta.
And that's why nobody could get, even the people that were there, couldn't get close enough to see a damn thing.
So this corroborates Many, many witnesses that are already under oath and a matter of record before the Georgia legislature with a report from Senator Lytton that the election was fraudulent and that the number appears to be sufficient to change the result.
He issued that report, I believe in late December of 2020.
Not just based on our witnesses, I would say our, meaning the Trump, not just me myself, but the Trump team, we probably submitted, if we submitted half, it was a lot.
He went and got the other half.
You read that report sometime and you tell me that it's fair for them to be prosecuting us in Georgia and that we didn't have a case that we had a constitutional obligation to bring forward.
Same thing with the Arizona people.
Costello, you know, was my former assistant.
And much beyond that, he's a very great lawyer.
Representative George Steinbrenner and Leona Helmsley handled many great cases in the U.S.
Attorney's Office.
And I would say he certainly deserves equal credit in getting the hard drive from John Mack Isaacs.
He had to help me evaluate John Mack Isaacs, and he was rock solid.
And then he, and I would also say another man who should be brought into this for a great deal of credit is Steve Bannon, because it was the three of us who had the job of trying to get the crooked press to publish it, and I don't think we realized how crooked the press was.
Even Steve didn't.
The Wall Street Journal wouldn't do it.
The Times, as Bob will tell you, didn't do it.
The Post didn't do it right away.
And I love now when they sort of pretend, oh, look at us, look what we did.
What they should say is thanks for Giuliani pushing us and Costello.
And thanks to the courage of Mr. Devine and Mrs. Devine and Mr. Levine.
And several others.
Heroes there.
We're going to take a break and we'll be right back.

Welcome back to the Rudy Giuliani Show.
You know the International Criminal Court has warrants out to arrest and to indict
BB Netanyahu and his Secretary of Defense.
and I'll see you next time. Thank you.
And I mean, it really is very, very similar to the communist, fascist and Nazi courts that we have in the United States.
For example, you know, in New York, they're trying him for a non-crime.
It turns out, after the testimony of the perennial liar Cohen, the description, which is really just a minor misdemeanor, if incorrect, is correct.
It's described as a legal fee, and it was a legal fee.
The payment involving the settlement of the case, which their witness described as consideration, was only About a third of the full amount of money that was owed to Cohen.
And therefore, the accountant selecting the description legal fees fit the four or five different categories, including the payment to her.
And since there was nothing illegal about it, nothing wrong with it, there's nothing to hide.
And then the felony they think it was pursuing.
First of all, as federal, they have no right to charge it at number two.
The federal government says it's not a felony.
Huh?
What's going on?
What's going on is this is not a criminal prosecution.
This is an interference with the election.
This is what Maduro is doing to his opponent in Venezuela to win in Venezuela.
There he acted quicker than Biden, and he has him in jail already.
As soon as he agreed to free and fair elections with Biden, he knew that, you know, I'm sure there was a little wink of some kind, you know, it'll be a free and fair election like your 2020 and 2020.
2020 was a free and fair election, and your 2024 is going to be what you Democrats know how to run elections just like us communists.
And within days, he agreed to the free and fair election.
He got his billion dollars and he put his opponent in jail.
Isn't that what Comrade Biden is doing?
He's trying hard.
Four trials in one year?
As the president likes to say, even Al Capone didn't go to trial four times in one year.
Now, on the other side of the ledger, How much more, how much more are we going to be able to take of his selling us out?
He's now selling off the gas, gasoline reserve because he won't drill in the United States.
You know, he cut that out the first, he took us from energy independent, which we worked 25 years to become, to energy dependent.
He doesn't have a good relationship with Saudi Arabia because he accused the crown prince of murder.
Uh, and said he would take him to justice and then went and begged him for help and didn't realize that people kind of hold this stuff against you, right?
He's so dopey.
But in any event, he decided, well, if not Saudi Arabia, let me go to Venezuela.
I'm more comfortable with communist countries anyway, you know, and with terrorist countries, I give plenty of money to, uh, Iran and they give plenty of money to terrorists.
So that's okay.
So he goes to Venezuela to get his oil, but there's still not enough.
And he is scared out of his mind, if he has one, that the price of gasoline is going up right now.
It's going to continue to go up and up and up.
And he knows that the single biggest factor in blowing out of the White House is if gasoline is too high.
So he's taking our reserve, which is meant for like if China attacks us, and he's using it all up.
The next president will come in with no reserves.
I don't know, once in Ukraine, a country he likes to do business with because they do business like him, they had only $800,000 left in the government bank account.
Because all of Biden's pals, most of them his pals, took out a lot of that money.
Like Voshefsky, who paid him somewhere between $8 and $20 million.
And like Kolomoisky, who controls Zelensky, that was the biggest money launderer.
But he's not just selling us out that way.
I mean, I am going to do a show, a podcast show, a special for America's Mayor Confidential.
In which I list all the ones I can remember where he sold us out to the point where it's either treason or close to treason.
I do mention Bagram quite a bit, only because Bagram is so easy.
Some of them take a little while to describe.
They get complicated because they're about plutonium and uranium and money.
I mean, I don't know how Obama got away with giving the Ayatollah Cash.
Gotta be, because by that time the Justice Department was useless.
But in any event, I mean, they are just constantly hurting the United States, putting us in a position where it's going to be hard to recover.
Meanwhile, China is going through a massive military arms buildup, equivalent to what Reagan did for America.
Biden is going through reducing the size of our military by the rate of inflation.
In other words, what did we do?
We did a 2% increase, which is an effective 4% decrease.
That's a recipe for becoming a serf nation.
Which is the kind that he probably could function in, because he's a complete nitwit.
Then, finally, they actually have an article, even in the Post, kind of buying it somewhat, that he's finally going to do a fix of the border, and he's going to stop people from coming in.
I don't get this.
Who, who the hell wrote that?
Number one, he's going to let them come in by that CBD where you can, uh, you can book your appointment, but you don't have to tell anybody who you are.
We got about 400,000 in that way.
And, and, um, uh, some of them turned out to be on the terrorist list.
Some of the, you know, when they're Chinese, we ask them only four questions.
So that's going to be a really deep, deep vetting.
You know, what's your name?
Give me your last address.
Where would you like to live in the United States?
And what's your favorite Chinese restaurant?
I'm sure that's it.
Because the guy himself wants to know where he should go to a Chinese restaurant.
And if it isn't that, it's no more useful.
I mean, how about if you just ask him straight out, are you a spy?
Of course they're gonna say yes, right, Ted?
What spy wouldn't tell you immediately?
I mean, spies, it's like going to West Point, they have a code of honor.
When you are asked if you're a spy, did you know this?
Particularly a Chinese spy, you have to answer yes.
And that's what Biden is counting on.
So he doesn't need 100 questions like Trump did.
He doesn't need to take certain countries and isolate them and say special conditions for them because they're very dangerous.
Remember what they did to Trump when Trump said that?
They said Trump was xenophobic.
You know who Biden says is xenophobic?
Japan and India are two allies, along with China and Russia.
He's got them lumped all together.
So do we have a Scooby-Doo?
I watched this And I just wondered why, right at the end of this, these people didn't come up with a straitjacket and take him away.
For his own good, but really, I hope those buttons don't work that he has with him, because he wouldn't know what the hell button to push.
He would think it was for ice cream, and then two minutes later, it'd be like Dr. Strangelove.
When is this, yesterday?
Who is he talking to?
What group of communists is he talking to?
Teachers?
We can figure it out later.
It's a group, I mean, all he does is talk to his... Oh, the PAC people, the ones who are putting up millions so they can get something out of him?
Yeah.
After I signed the Packett Act into law, I handed the pen that I signed it with the sufficiently,
the most person, most responsible.
After I signed the Packett Act into law, I handed the pen that I signed it with the sufficiently,
the most person, most responsible.
There's more of it than that.
There's more of it than that.
There's about four or five more.
We'll do it for tonight.
You guys come and watch tonight.
You don't need a cognitive test.
I'm telling you, any honest doctor would tell you this guy's gonzo.
The brain is gone.
Republican, Democrat, liberal, conservative.
What are we doing with a president with no brain?
Do you think that had something to do with Putin invading and killing all those Ukrainians?
Because we had a president in the White House who was a nitwit.
That president had already said that by the time Putin did that, that president had already screwed up Afghanistan fairly well.
He had already done something that would only convince you I think this would have to convince you that he was incompetent.
I don't even think this would convince you that he's a traitor, just completely out of his mind, taking the troops out before the civilians in Afghanistan.
Afghanistan, I wish I had the map, almost four equally geographically separated areas.
They have four major, sometimes contesting terrorist groups.
One of them being one that you know, the Taliban.
Um, those terrorist groups were fought off for 19 years by, uh, uh, allied troops with the help of some very courageous Afghanis.
Now, uh, what do you think is going to happen when we leave?
They're going to kill all the people that helped us.
All the people who helped us had guarantees that we were going to help them.
No, no.
Joe double crossed them.
I mean, it's horrible.
All the Americans he got killed.
Pretty bad how many Afghanis he got killed who tried to help our country.
Because he took the troops out before the civilians.
Do you want them to be killed?
Why don't you take the civilians out?
Through Bagram.
Even if you were going to give Bagram away, which is insane.
Use it at least one last time.
Bring all the people who helped us, who wanted to come to the United States.
You could time this as long as you wanted.
Get every single one out.
Double-check it yourself if you care about human life.
We know you don't, because you look at your watch when people who died for you are being honored.
We know you're a cruel, evil man.
But do you fake it, baby?
And here's what I don't get, Ted.
I've worked in White Houses, and I worked in one, and I was very... I hung around the other quite a bit as a lawyer.
You know, President Trump is often seen as a tough guy, tough guy to... I'm telling you, there's no doubt if President Trump had thought of a decision like that.
Which he's not... I mean, it's almost unthinkable, because President Trump hasn't...
Not only has a normal IQ, he's got a brilliant IQ.
But a million is a normal IQ.
That you would not take out the troops before the civilians.
Isn't there somebody there?
I mean, there's always like 20 people around the president.
And the military is being told, get the troops out, and then we'll go back and get the civilians.
Isn't some general gonna say, Mr. President, excuse me, but we'll be going back to get dead bodies?
You see, Mr. President, what will happen is, the only thing holding back the Taliban, ISIS, etc., are the presence of our troops.
In fact, it was so effective that under Trump in the last two years, we lost nobody.
They are really intimidated by our troops.
So we don't even need a large number of them there to hold them back.
And they know they're eventually going to leave, so they're patient enough to wait.
So if you kept the troops there, you don't have to increase them, just keep them there.
And you did an evacuation through Bagram.
You probably get them all out in two weeks.
And then the next thing you take out are the troops who are armed and they're afraid of.
So you'll avoid, you know, 5, 6, 7, 8,000 people being killed, but not just any 5, 6, 7, 8,000 people, people who helped save American lives.
Don't you feel any obligation to do that?
What would he say, no?
Isn't there anybody capable of... When I get back, you and I are gonna... I don't know if we have to bring in some people smarter than us to talk on this subject.
I'll tell you what I mean when I come back, and we're gonna go to some calls.
Put up the number, Ted, so people can get it.

To live on its promise to do good and never forget the sacrifices
America's greatest heroes have made for us.
Heroes who risked their lives to keep our communities and our country safe.
Heroes like United States Marine Corps Captain and Pilot John Jeremy Sachs.
Captain Sacks sustained fatal injuries when his military aircraft crashed during training, killing him and five other service members.
He's remembered by loved ones as courageous, brilliant, and devoted to his career, family, and friends.
John is survived by his wife, Amber, who gave birth to their second daughter three months after his death.
Tunnel to Towers paid the mortgage on the family home for Amber and their two daughters.
The foundation has helped over 1,000 military and first responder families navigate the worst of times by removing the burden of a mortgage payment.
Our nation's heroes and their families need your help now more than ever.

Welcome back to the Rudy Giuliani Show, and sometimes if you see me writing or doing something, I'm still not used to the fact it's a television show.
I seriously doubt you'll see me doing anything compromising because my mother brought me up very well and if she didn't, it was always the threat that my father would punch me.
You should know that my father never did.
You know why?
My father was a boxer and my father started teaching me to be a boxer when I was four years old because he didn't want me to get pushed around by the Brooklyn Dodger fans in Brooklyn.
When he taught me to be a boxer, I suggest this maybe to young fathers.
You know, my son has a daughter.
I don't know.
I think we should teach Gracie how to box.
I mean, if Cara Castronova calls in, I wouldn't want to box with her.
She'd probably knock you out.
Was she the champ?
Yeah, she was real good.
Well, he used to teach me how to box and he would sit in an armchair.
So he was down at my size.
And he would put a big, you know, big gloves on so he wouldn't hurt me.
So he would occasionally touch me.
He would never hit me.
Uh, then I would see him spar sometimes with real boxers and I'd see him hit them.
And then when he would say, I don't want to have to hit you.
He never had to hit me.
I thought I wouldn't recover.
And a few times he pretended to, to make my mother happy, but we'll go into those stories.
When we have a family night.
How about we have a family night sometimes?
So a couple of things I wanted to just let you know.
In New Hampshire, Trump is up.
Too bad Dr. Maria is not on today.
She had to go help her dad today and she'll be back on Friday.
But in New Hampshire, Trump is up by one tenth of one percent.
36.6 to 36.5 to 14.6 from RFK Jr.
and Ted is working on a caller but I want to see if we can dig out the internals of that poll because of course everybody's interested in who is RFK Jr.
taking from and you'd be able to tell pretty effectively.
She'd be able to, she and I together would be able to tell and I'm almost there because She really has taught me the communities of New Hampshire and how they vote.
You gotta see where that vote is coming from.
But remember, he lost New Hampshire last time by seven points.
That's a good thing, as they say.
The Butcher of Tehran has now found out, without the slightest doubt, that there are not 72 or 79 versions for him in Paradise.
I assure you of that, even though I'm not a theologian, because, among other things, the mathematics doesn't work out in terms of the number of males and females.
Or as once in a SNL part when they were funny, they said, well, if you've heard that many versions, what do they look like?
You're getting cheated.
That's not me.
That was Saturday Night Live said that.
So I would hope he is where the New York Post yesterday suggested he be.
I think their editorial ended with burning in hell.
This is a man who killed over 100,000 people, but he did get a letter of condolences from the president.
Have you ever heard of that?
Have you ever heard of a mass murderer getting a letter of condolence from the United States government?
And he killed Americans.
Do they know any... Are they traitors?
Are they communists?
Are they stupid?
Are they perverted?
Are they... How?
In one day, they can do so many idiotic things.
We have a call, Ted.
Bill is from Tennessee, but I believe he's calling us from Tampa, Florida.
Bill, you're on with the mayor.
Bill, can you hear us?
All right.
We have Bill on the line.
There he is.
Okay.
All right.
Hi, Rudy.
How are you, Bill?
I'm doing great.
And I want to thank you so much for all the work you do to keep us free.
Aren't you nice?
Thank you.
Thank you.
Oh, you're welcome.
And I just can't believe that no one has decided that Biden just can't continue the way he is.
I agree completely with that.
I mean, I have for about two years wondered, even on the Democrat side, wouldn't some of them step up and say, even friends of his, Mr. President, you're out of it.
Yeah, exactly.
I mean, it boggles the mind.
I mean, I guess it's just money and power that keeps them Well, you know, maybe we are really a better political party than they are.
Barry Goldwater did that with Richard Nixon.
And they had become close personal friends.
At one time, they were more or less enemies because Nixon sort of challenged him a little in 64 or fooled around with challenging.
Well, there's a little animosity and then they made up.
And when Nixon became president, Goldwater was very happy with his performances present.
But then when the evidence started coming out on Watergate, and you could count the votes, Goldwater, with a few other senators, but Goldwater was the one with the guts to do it.
You know, he was a war hero.
One says he did it very gently and very, very sensitively, because Nixon was in pretty bad shape at the time.
And he said, you know, Mr. President, you have to go.
You've, now you have lost your people.
They love you.
They think it's unfair, but there's no road any longer.
And we're just going to hurt the country.
And it would have.
And let's give Nixon credit.
It would have been bad.
And let's give Nixon credit.
He didn't, he didn't moan and groan and he may have cried, but he said yes.
And I think it's the words, I've always thought this and Goldwater thought this, it's the words, It'll hurt the country.
After all, this man Nixon went to war and put his life at risk for this country.
So, no matter how bad you think he was, there was a love of America.
My contention is, Biden and Obama share no love of America, and I think a deep abiding hatred.
Let's go and I'll take another call, Mayor.
Yeah, sure, if we have time.
Yeah, just a minute here.
Oh, good, because I'd like a final thought.
Well, we're going to come back.
We have a few minutes left.
We'll come back after break.
Okay.
Let's go to Will in Chula Vista, California.
Will, we just have one minute.
What's on your mind?
You're on with the Mayor.
Well, I just I just want to say hi to the mayor and appreciate all of his footage that he originally
gave us back on Bannon for January 6th. Nobody's unearthed that since and it was wonderful.
But I'm calling him more about Trump's security and how important his VP pick is probably the
JFK got stuck with Lyndon Johnson. And we all know how that turned out. So
I'm wondering your thoughts with what's taken place recently with Nikki Haley,
evidently maybe showing up at the convention. What a command.
May I ask what did you think of the Lyndon Johnson pick now historically?
Well, obviously it wasn't a safe pick for JFK, and that's what I'm afraid of.
Are you suggesting that he may have had something to do with the assassination?
I don't know that, but all I know is that if you have somebody in as vice president that is valuable to the other side, Ben, it makes it more dangerous for the power... Very interesting.
Very interesting.
Well, you know, I mean, at the time of Kennedy's assassination...
There was a big movement to remove Lyndon and replace him with Governor Connally of Texas.
And if you remember, Governor Connally was sitting with John Kennedy in the main car, and Johnson was in the back.
And that's not when they separated presidents and vice presidents the way they do now.
So there was a little signal, a little test going on.
Could the younger John Connally, without a lot of the baggage of Lyndon Johnson, And without the animosity of Bobby Kennedy, who always considered Lyndon Johnson to be a big thief, maybe Connolly would be a better guy for Kennedy.
But in any event, I agree with you on both.
But I think the first is more important.
And I think what you're getting at is his safety and security.
I talk about this every day to people who are in the know and who can I mean, I did safety and security for a bit for Ronald Reagan and for others, and I'm very worried about it.
I just don't, I mean, I'm not going to tell you the details of it, but I'm very worried about it.
And so, and so, and I'll get Bernie Kerik on, who can discuss it with you better than I can, because he'll have a better idea of what you can say and what you can't say.
And I don't want to go beyond what I just said.
I'm very worried.
Well, first of all, you've got to understand, I'm very worried for every president.
I'm worried for Biden.
I mean, presidents are uniquely always at risk of being killed.
And it doesn't matter if they're good presidents, bad presidents, in-between presidents.
Hinckley was going to kill Carter before he tried to kill Reagan, so it didn't matter to him.
He didn't even know politics.
He wanted to kill the president so Jodie Foster would love him.
I mean, I handled that case with Bill Webster, so I know that case intimately.
Let me give you my final thoughts, and it's going to come off of what Bill said, and that is, this has gone too far.
It's gone too far for a great republic like ours to have a man leading us who performed like you saw, and you only saw just a little bit of it.
You can't expect the world to listen to us, to follow us.
You can't expect us to be protected when a guy goes out there and babbles and bumbles and everyone knows he's persecuting his opponent.
I mean, he's using tactics that are used by dictators to go after his opponent.
The world is aware of the fact that we have a crooked media.
It only could happen if we had a crooked media.
And the world, although a lot of them are left-wing and reflexively, you know, might usually go along with this, they're not brainwashed the way we are.
And they get to see it left and right.
They know what's going on.
They know that this election is a railroad job.
They fully expect the Democrats to cheat again.
And all they tell you is there's something else they can do.
And be careful.
And secretly, many of them like Trump.
I remember several saying, yeah, yeah, he's a pain in the what, but he's a leader.
Wish we had a leader like that.
I'm talking about politicians now, up in the high levels.
I wish our Prime Minister had the balls he has.
If he did, we'd be able to get something done here.
So this is very, very complicated.
It's very, very dangerous.
Very.
I will not in any way minimize it.
And then I'm going to try to figure out how much useful we can talk about it.
We can talk about it, but remember, Trump, we need him more than he needs us.
We gotta keep him healthy.
Don't forget, Tunnel to Towers, the organization that takes care of our men and women in the uniform when something happens to them, they buy the homes for those injured, they pay off the mortgages, and they take care of the homeless.
$11 a month, T2T.org, right now!
God bless you, we'll see you tomorrow.
Into a crisis, times when I'm lying in bed Just to get it all out what's in my head And I, I am feeling a little peculiar Into a wake in the morning and I step outside And I take a deep breath and I can't breathe Oh my god, do I try?
