I don't do it for the money.
Good evening, this is Rudy Giuliani and welcome to America's Mayor Live, and you're listening to Toby Keith, who unfortunately died yesterday of a battle with stomach cancer.
The man was a really phenomenal country singer.
His original song about being a cowboy was the most played, I think I'm right, Country song of the 1990s.
But I mean, it was only one of many, many hits.
The one I played for you is one of the patriotic songs that he did, which he did superbly.
He also spent a good deal of his time entertaining the troops.
And this is a man who loved America in word and deed.
And we're going to miss him because as you can see, he was a great talent.
And he had a lot more to give and a lot more that he could have done.
And that terrible cancer took him from us.
A good man, married, family man, and a great talent missed very much by his colleagues.
And we'll play a little more of his music later on.
I really, I really enjoy it.
I can't consider myself in any way a country expert, but I do like country music.
And I particularly like it.
And I pay attention to the patriotic songs because I do think they express, um, A love of America that isn't expressed enough anymore.
It was there when I was young.
It was there when I was a child.
It was there when I was growing up.
It was there when we began every class with the Pledge of Allegiance and our history books were filled with great stories about our country and balanced by the things we did wrong.
But you don't have to, you don't have to in any way distort history to tell some pretty great stories about the United States of America.
And you sure as heck don't have to worry about America being run down if we tell the truth about the sins that we've had, the mistakes that we've made.
We're human.
But the thing that makes us different, and we are different, is that we're always striving to be a more perfect union.
And all of our mistakes, sins, however you want to look at it, were things that are part of our history, Where there were always people on the other side.
I mean, if you think of slavery, which is the greatest, um, sin that we committed, there were always abolitionists from the beginning, from the very, very beginning, there were Americans who, um, detested the idea of slavery and saw the contradiction between that and their Christian, particularly their Christian religion.
But in any event, um, Toby Keith, thank you for giving us beautiful music that, um, It gives us the sense and the feeling of the great love that we should have for this country.
The House today, by a narrow margin of two votes, did not impeach Mayorkas for all the lying that he's done about immigration.
It's kind of split on whether we should do it or not.
I'm not sure immigration is the right remedy For disagreement of policy, even where it gets to the kind of lying and misrepresentation that he engaged in.
It was close.
And I don't in any way fault the people who wanted to.
I can understand.
In a way, it's avoiding the necessity Of impeaching the president.
After all, the president is, and we found that out today with his talk, really.
The president has been, from the day he's taken office, has committed one singular impeachable offense.
He has completely disregarded his obligation to protect our border.
Which is a solemn obligation that is written right into the oath that he takes to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution, and to make sure that the laws of our nation are faithfully executed.
Yes, you can have certain laws in which you have discretion not to prosecute this and not prosecute that, but you can't take a whole category of required legal actions and violate them.
It's an, it's a, um, it's absurd what he's done.
If we compare him to Trump, let's just use numbers to illustrate the, the last year Trump was in office, it was somewhere around 420, 430 apprehensions of illegals, which is, which is not the full measure of the illegal immigration, but it's, it's the only one we really have that is a hard number.
Uh, last, last count last, Calendar year, they're about 3.1 million.
The fiscal year was about 2.8 million.
But the calendar year, the comparison to Trump's calendar year, which would have been 2020, there was 3.2 million.
430,000, 3.2 million.
That's not even a basis for comparison.
That's an order of magnitude difference.

It's a larger number than many of our states have in population.
And when you add it to the other two years of Biden, it comes out just on those numbers at about five to six million.
When you add the gotaways, it takes you up to about eight.
And if you calculate even just less than 50% for those we'd ever got to see, we're looking at the third or fourth or fifth largest state.
Which would be the state of Biden illegals.
And it's a group of illegals, as we will demonstrate tonight, that's very different than has traditionally been the case, both with regard to our legal and even our illegal immigrants in the past.
This is a much larger number.
There's no president close to the records that he said, including his predecessor, who had no regard for our borders, Prince Obama.
Uh, but it is a number that is getting very close to destroying the integrity of us as a nation.
We may not be able, if this continues to continue to be the American people, because they don't share the values of the American people, which are not a transitory values, their values written into our constitution.
Uh, those of us who are patriotic believe these are rights and obligations that come from God that you can't rewrite.
Even if you're Prince Obama, you can't fundamentally change these rights.
He's not God.
There might be a surprise to him and to some people, but he's not God.
Um, but Biden's speech today was extraordinary.
It was extraordinary because it was, once again, him as a complete, the whole, everything about the speech was a lie.
It was an absolute lie.
It was just a spelling out of the terrible mistake that he made from his degenerate mind when he said the other day, and we played this often enough, I don't know if I need to play it again, but Where he said, you know, give me the Border Patrol.
Give me control of the Border Patrol.
Give me the powers.
He has all of them.
Everything, whether you agree or disagree with this bill, which is a monstrosity, by the way, of a bill, whether you agree or disagree with it, he doesn't need it.
It is completely unnecessary to do what he wants to do.
Now, there are several ways you can just easily prove it.
That number I gave you before, The 400, 450, whatever the number is, compared to the 3.2 million.
Trump did that under the same laws.
The laws haven't changed.
They haven't gotten stricter.
They haven't gotten looser.
He just doesn't follow them.
He violates them.
Which makes the whole idea of even passing this law ridiculous because he's going to violate the party disagrees with, and he's going to enforce the parts he agrees with.
And, and, uh, it'd be impossible if you're a, it'd be impossible if you're a Republican to not vote again.
How, how a Republican Senator like Langford, I understand how McConnell might've agreed to it.
First of all, I wonder about McConnell and his connections to China.
I just wonder about it.
But secondly, I mean, if Biden's out of it, I mean, he's just as out of it.
I don't know if McConnell, I think they turn him around and point him and hold him up and feed him and put a tube in him and then he says stupid things.
But Lankford certainly is an intelligent man.
And how he doesn't get the fact that he's passing a law that requires illegal immigration.
I don't think any country would have such a thing.
It says that you're not going to start doing anything until you let in a certain number of illegals.
Now, where did that concept come from?
What crazy communist came up with that?
The president can close down the border when we get to a seven day average of 5,000 a day.
So if the cartels have the control of the border that we know they have, this law is passed.
I'm going to play this out for you.
And none of the wise guys, none of them, I really do think there's a tremendous paucity of intelligence, both in our, in our government and covering our government, because I am shocked that no one has pointed this out, but maybe one or two people.
One of the reasons for a Republican to vote against this, And one of the reasons why Trump is against it and should be is it ties his hands.
You don't think that was one of the purposes of it?
I mean, Lankford doesn't realize he's being used as a, as a, as a puppet.
So, so let's say now Biden gets elected, this law is passed, Biden gets elected.
I mean, Trump gets elected.
He won't be able to do what he wants to close the border and Until he gets to 5,000 a month for seven straight days.
And the cartels can easily dial it back to something safe like 3,000 to 4,000 a day, right?
Okay.
Now, what does that come out to as a number?
I think it comes out to a million people.
That's more than double What Trump can do, if he does no better than he did his last year in office, without this damn law.
So this is a complete setup.
Plus, you can't ignore the fact that Biden doesn't follow the laws that he doesn't want to follow.
He just ignores them.
Because right now, he's got about 6,000 people here that are illegally here.
He doesn't give a damn.
You would think that the whole situation with Abbott would play that out for every American, including the scumbags that are on television, who cover it on television.
Abbott has put up wire a number of miles, right, to stop people from coming in.
Now, in that area around Eagle Pass, Where they were averaging, just see how effective it is.
In that area where they were averaging 5,000, just there, okay?
The last week, they've averaged three a day.
They went from 5,000 to nobody.
5,000 to nobody.
I mean, it must have been Superman who flew over.
So it's effective in keeping people out.
Now that's the objective of this bill, to keep people out, which he says he wants to sign.
So then why is he trying to remove the barbed wire that has actually accomplished what all this legislation is supposed to accomplish?
It keeps the people out.
Doesn't that tell you that he's a damn liar?
And that you can't trust anything that he says?
And that this legislation is a joke?
A complete joke and an insult to the intelligence of all of us.
He is doing everything he can to get rid of the barbed wire, to let people come in.
But then he tells us he wants to pass a law to stop people from coming in.
And I want you to tell you one other thing about the law.
It says he can close the border when it gets to be 5,000 a day for a week, okay,
but he also has the power and the ability to declare an exception if he finds it in the
national interest.
So what do you think he's going to do?
You can do what he's doing now.
He's going to just let them all come in.
We went through this, uh, at the turn of the turn of the, of the year where he came up with this idea that you, you, um, uh, pre you apply from outside the United States, you go online and you apply.
And it was only going to be a certain number that we're going to come in and, you know, Hundreds of thousands are coming in, and he waves it all the time.
He waves it.
He waves sending them back.
That's exactly what he's going to do here.
So, all of a sudden today, in his inarticulate speech, he starts talking about border security.
The border should be secure.
There's a crisis.
We have a crisis.
How many times have you heard him Or the liar Mayorkas or Little Red Lying Hood say that there is no crisis.
Or how about the big lie?
The big lie!
The border is secure!
Eight million people later and the border is secure!
This is exactly like the scumbag reporters who reported on the Black Lives Matter riots and
would say, this is a very peaceful riot. It was a building burning down and back of them.
Exactly the same thing.
Mayorkas is there, and there on the split screen are 4,000 people coming over the border.
You remember that big city right outside of El Paso?
They had like 20,000 people?
The border is secure!
Complete lie!
And that's what the speech today was.
A complete, absolute lie.
Now, here's what the bill does and here's why.
Let me give you the reasons so that when, if you have an idiot liberal friend, they tell you, Oh, Trump is responsible for the border and the people coming in.
First of all, remind them when Trump was president, we were down to around 400,000 plus.
We're at 3 million now that if Trump had remained a president and had done no better than that each year, We'd have 1.6 million people here.
Instead, we got more like eight to ten.
Okay, would you say that's a massive difference?
Yeah, I would say that's a massive difference.
Also, if it were that number, we would have vetted them coming in.
You have to realize there's something different about the quality of the people who come in.
We're going to see that in a second.
But here's what's wrong with the bill.
It has a baseline of 1.8 million illegals.
It ties the hand of a president who wants to secure the border and follow the law.
It increases green cards by 18,000, which will encourage more people to come in.
It has many provisions to speed up the process of being legalized here in the United States once you come here illegally.
And it's similar to codifying what Biden did for the Chinese, the people who gave him so much money.
The Chinese used to be asked 40 questions, the illegals that came in on the asylum issue.
They were complaining that it took too long.
I mean, if we're going to let people in illegally, we might as well make it efficient, right?
So we got it down to four.
So this, so basically throughout the law, they're going to make things a lot simpler.
So We can absorb more of these people quicker, make it more attractive for them to come in.
How about this?
And we really legitimately want to keep people out, but we're going to give them free lawyers so they can fight to stay here.
We don't do that now, but now we're going to give them, this is a bill to keep people out, but we're going to give the ones who are fighting to stay here free lawyers.
I mean, these are, I don't know, a million people.
We're going to give them free lawyers.
Do you have any doubt that you have to... How can you keep this guy in office?
Now, he says that the president can close down the border if it's 5,000 or more for seven days.
Not if somebody comes in at an established, legitimate port of entry.
They can come in and declare asylum.
You can still get a free lawyer.
So it really isn't you can close down.
You can't actually completely close the border So all the cartels have to do is to figure out how to access those points And they can they can bring in they can get below their 5 000.
They can get a couple thousand more in that way Plus they're all going to get now in addition to everything else.
They're getting they're getting free lawyers There's nothing about a stay in mexico which was responsible for about 70 percent of of Trump's success.
You would think that would be in this bill if you were trying to keep people out of the United States.
There's $1.4 million to go to the non-governmental organizations, which means things like the Catholic Church, the Protestant churches, who are doing everything to get people in here illegally and let them stay illegally, despite the fact that there are 80,000 missing children, part of it due to their work.
And there's also an epidemic of fentanyl, where we've gone from up to 720,000, which was a record, we're well over a million now.
Thank you, Catholic Church.
Thank you, Protestant churches.
That's real service.
I'm sure somewhere in the corporal works of Mercy's, Jesus said you should help illegal aliens who bring in fentanyl and rape children.
What the hell is wrong with you?

That's blood money that you're taking!

And you're wondering why people don't go to church?
And you're partially responsible for the ones who come in here and rape people?
And the group coming in are a much larger proportion of criminals than ever before.
Because we don't vet them anymore.
And the cartels are selecting them.
They're not selecting, you know, People who like to go to Latin masses, let's put it that way.

There's $20 million actually to expedite processing, which can be expanded.
This is so they can go from illegal to legal quicker.
Which also is another reason to come in.
Free lawyers.
And now in New York, we do extra special.
Because Adams, from the very beginning, has been the biggest moron of all.
By standing up and saying, Biden said, search to the border!
Search to the border!
Then he's wondering why two million people are waiting to come in after Trump leaves.
Adams says, come to the border, then come to New York!
We'll give you more!
We'll give you health insurance!
We'll send the kid to college!
And now, with all his complaining, About how many people are in New York?
170,000 have come through New York.
80,000 are using up spaces that would be used by our homeless and our veterans and getting treated much better.
Now he's going to give them a prepaid debit card so they don't have to eat the food that they're complaining about that is insensitive to the nations they come from, to their ethnic cuisine.
I mean, it isn't our fault that they come from all different countries.
They used to all come from Mexico so we could give them Mexican food.
Now they come from the whole damn world.
And he's going to give them money so they don't have to have Mexican food if they come from China.
He wants, I think, let me see if I've got that number, right?
Beginning with a small number of 50 million in prepaid cards.
So you come to, you come illegally.
You're going to get welfare.
You're going to get health insurance.
You're going to get to go to school for free.
You're going to get to go to hospitals for free in New York.
Let me see what else.
Oh, and then you're going to get this little extra card.
So if you don't like the food in the shelters or whatever, you can go get your own food.
So if you come from Bobbity Boop, you can eat Bobbity Boop.

That's complaining that these people, you know, should be deported.
Somebody should tell the governor, hey, Yo-Yo Hocal.
There's a law that you're not supposed to turn illegals that commit crimes over to ICE.
Did you know that?
And your predecessor, the guy who killed all the people in the nursing homes, Cuomo, he's the one who passed it and you're too stupid to have gotten a repeal.
And Adams, you got one too.
In fact, yours is by executive order.
You can change it with something called a pen.
If you, you know, if you come back from a nightclub, enough time to read it and do it.
What a phony that guy is.

So, If you want any proof that this is what I've been telling you from the beginning, I'm not saying that everyone is a criminal.
There's no question about that.
Some of these people are really unfortunate people, but none of them has a right to be here.
Not a single one.
What we're establishing is a Marxist idea that everybody has a right to be here and declare asylum.
This law actually encompasses that, which is another reason why Lankford's out of his stupid mind.
This law basically puts no limitations on who can come here and declare asylum.
The whole world could walk in and say, we're being persecuted.
America doesn't exist so that people can come here and we have to take them in because of asylum.
We should be taking in, it's a privilege to be an American, and we should be taking in people that are going to expand our country, make it even greater, and who agree with our values, because that's the only thing that holds us together.
If we have any left, I mean, Biden has ruined all of them by making us more like a communist country.
But let's look at the nature Of a much larger percentage of the illegals that are coming in now than ever came in before.
These are a lot of criminals.
Not just, it isn't like, oh, the exception of the few little criminals.
These are a lot of criminals.
Because for quite some time, it's been a complete open border, no vetting.
Half of them don't even get seen.
And it's all being controlled by organized crime.
So let's take a look at what we have in New York.
We've got a lot of people here.
Well, that, I mean, those are the people that, those are the people that Adams loves and
that are like the people that came in with the Statue of Liberty and all that other stuff.
And they're the ones that, uh, uh, they'll get, uh, their little cards.
Uh, so they have like, if they don't like the food, they're going to have a prepaid card so they can get their food.
They also get healthcare, they get welfare money, uh, And if they complain, we fix it.
Like, they were complaining that the food in the shelters isn't good enough, so they got prepaid debit cards.
Don't all illegals get that?
By the way, New York homeless don't get it.
New York veterans who are homeless don't get it.
What the hell is wrong with Adams?
When I said that on my radio show the other day, I was afraid that Curtis Slew would come in and he'd spend two hours telling us what was wrong with him.
But there's plenty wrong with them.

Now, there's a group in the Bronx, a gang.
These people are a gang, by the way.
They come from a gang that was established in the prisons of Venezuela.
So now we're getting, we don't have enough problems with our own gangs in our own prisons.

They got all the pictures.
So they send in their gang.
So this gang specializes in stealing this.
They make a lot of money with this.
They steal thousands and thousands of them on mopeds.
I mean, you even get like a hundred bucks if you're the moped guy and you get 300 bucks if you're the guy who sends the, who gets it shipped and Um, well, they arrested a few of the people that were involved in the group.
They're all back out again because, uh, the DA in the Bronx and the DA in Manhattan think that criminals do not belong in jail.
They, they don't want to interrupt their ability to victimize you.
I mean, why should they get like, just think of it.
If you tie them up too much, they won't be able to steal too many of these every day.
They could cut it to their business.
You don't want that to happen.
I mean, Jesus, we're liberals.
So let's take a look at one example.
This is, this, I think is, this may be going after a purse, but this is, uh, I think, uh, the same gang.
I mean, I mean, they'll take purses too, but their main thing is the cell phone.
Can we show it?

Let's encourage more of these people to come.

Biden and Adams has made it worse in New York.
The guy should be thrown out on his backside.
He's brought 100,000 of these people in to victimize you.
It's not bad enough that the guy before him took the people out of prison and put them on the street.
And he's got a D.A.
that takes people out of prison and puts them on the street.
And he's frightened to say a damn thing about that D.A.
And now we know why.
Because he started talking about Biden.
And what happened?
He went down, you remember, Ted, goes down to Washington with the other two mayors.
He never got to see Biden.
Why?
The very day he was going to do it, they raided his girlfriend or his worker.
or 11. It was tough right before it on social media. I'm just, I'm going, I'm going to tell
her. I told you, I told her. He ran back.
He ran back to New York!
I was told at the very, very beginning, when Bragg originally announced that he wasn't going to arrest people, he wasn't going to put in prison people who were accused of armed robbery if they didn't shoot anybody.
I said, that's the most insane thing I've ever heard.
I said, Adams could make a real big thing here.
He could just say, Uh, let's, Hochul should remove Bragg because Hochul needs his endorsement.
And I was told by people who know him really well, not just, not just Curtis, he's afraid to do it.
Bragg's a DA.
Just start looking at him.
And when you look at the amount of money that he spends, why?
I mean, just let's just do a logical analysis.
And this is an assumption, no proof, just hypothetical.
New York's budget is a little bit higher than Florida.
Florida has more than twice as many people as New York, New York City.

He explained their inherent desire for liberty, for freedom, freedom of religion, freedom of speech, the ability to select the people who govern them.
And he explained it in ways that were understandable to all the people, not just the elite.
Because the desire for freedom is universal.
The desire for freedom adheres in the human mind and it is part of the human soul.
This is exactly the time we should consult our history.
Look at what we've done in the past and see if we can't use it to help us now.
We understand that our founders created the greatest country in the history of the world.
The greatest democracy, the freest country.
A country that has taken more people out of poverty than any country ever.
All of us are so fortunate to be Americans.
But a great deal of the reason for America's constant ability to self-improve is because we're able to reason.
We're able to talk.
