Well, very few people could be exhilarated by today's verdict, which we will discuss later.
But I am, because I have something I've done all throughout my life, because starting at a very early age, I've been involved in very controversial, very difficult, and things that had consequences, public consequences, way beyond me.
And always having to ask the question, is it right or wrong?
Particularly when you're a prosecutor in a major office, and I think, immodestly we'll say, took on the most important cases of the 20th century, the latter part.
Ultimately, it's about asking the question, are you doing right or wrong for your country?
And no matter what the cost, if it's right for the country, you gotta do it.
And no matter what the cost, if it's wrong for your country, you can't do it.
So, that's the way I am guided.
I was guided that way the day I walked into the U.S.
Attorney's Office.
I was guided that way when I walked into court.
And we'll talk about that later because maybe there's some, maybe there's some things we can learn from it that'll help fix our country, I hope.
I know we're very concerned about terrorist attacks in this country.
I know the director of the FBI has raised that concern even higher, not criticizing him for that.
Criticizing him for the fact that for the last three years he hasn't done a damn thing about it except chase Catholics who like to go to Latin masses.
Because I'm being sarcastic, and also stiffing the Congress on any and everything having to do with the unbelievable criminality of the organized criminals in the White House, or hiding the hard drive which led to a fraudulent election.
And also led to my being defamed for 17 months as a Russian pawn when he had the evidence that that was untrue and that Biden was lying.
I wonder if I'll get 174 million from Biden.
Hmm.
Well, I think I'd have to be a Democrat in the District of Columbia.
Well, so Denmark today, Well, it's really Denmark, Germany and Netherlands arrested altogether, seven defendants over a two day period.
And it's a little unclear as to the charges against all of them and how many of them are connected to Hamas.
The most definitive were the Germans who make it very, very clear that, um, that the people they arrested were on their way to Jewish, they don't name them, but to Jewish institutions in Europe to bomb them.
This reminds me a bit of the arrest that was made in July of 20, what the heck was it, 15 or 16 of the group of people at the border of Belgium and Germany, France, and that area.
And they were coming to bomb us.
Us meaning Newt Gingrich, Michael Mukasey, Madame Rajavi, the head of MEK.
We were having a gigantic, or as my friend says, a huge gathering in Paris of Dissidents that I believe can someday overthrow the reign of terror in Iran.
We had 100,000 people there and luckily they caught them right on the border.
Caught them meaning at least one Iranian diplomat and three other Iranians with a very, very heavy explosive and plans for the arena.
Or, and outdoor places where our event was going to be held.
Beheld, they were arrested.
Actually, earlier in the year, four others were arrested in Albania with a similar plot to come to a New Year's celebration and bomb it while I was there with Mrs. Rajavi.
Now, the difference is the Albanians put him in jail for life and the Germans traded him back to Iran, for which I will never forgive them.
Because it's part of the suck up to Iran A syndrome that is bad in Europe and is epidemic and pandemic in the Obama-Biden administration.
Iran comes before the United States always.
You would not give that kind of money to a country that kills Jews and Americans if you were a loyal American.
How do you give them cash when you know they sponsor terrorist groups to kill us unless you don't love us?
Well, maybe worse than that.
So let's hope that Germany, Denmark, and Netherlands doesn't do a trade and send these alleged Hamas members back, but instead does what you do with Hamas members, which is, if it's appropriate crime, execute them.
If it isn't, put them in jail so they never get out.
And hopefully you stick them in a German or Denmark, a jail in Denmark, so that they can't do some kind of a silly trade and, you know, get out.
I mean, Biden had let them out in a second.
And unfortunately, you know, the situation in Israel has been a process that I do not agree with.
And that process is, you know, trade one Jewish life for 1200.
For 1,200 of them, now, I empathize tremendously with that one Jewish life.
Gosh, if it was your child or mine, but the president of a country, and I'm not just talking about Bibi, any president of a country has to be a leader, has to be able to make very tough decisions like that.
And when you think of that one for 1,200, oh my goodness, how many Israelis have died as a result of that?
You can trace many, many of them.
You can trace them to the people who were released.
Yawa Sinwa, who is the head of the attack on the 6th of October, was released as part of that group.
I don't know.
Maybe somebody else could have organized that attack.
Maybe not.
I'm thinking of January 6th.
I'm thinking of January 6th.
It's October the 7th.
And the reality is you cannot negotiate with terrorists or it becomes a practice and they
take advantage of you.
They kill more of you by scores than you kill of them.
It's a sad thing.
I think we understood that with the Lindbergh kidnapping.
If you really are interested in the history of that or other things involving American history, I'd be happy to do a special on the Lindbergh kidnapping.
I know quite a bit about it.
Just for historical purposes, I was a little too young for that case.
So where are we right now?
The Israelis are Listening to Biden and little boy Sullivan and Stinkin' Blinkin', who keep saying, stop the war, stop the war, stop the war, don't kill civilians.
Meanwhile, they put civilians right in the way, or probably kills them themselves.
So there's a big civilian count and exaggerates the civilian count.
Stop the war, stop the war, stop the war.
Can't do any more, can't do any more.
Meanwhile, Israel's getting hit from the north by Hezbollah.
Oh, don't respond there because we have... Meanwhile, Bibi, after having been interfered with by Biden to the cost of Israeli lives, I believe, is now pretty much, it seems to me, not listening.
He pounded the hell out of them in southern Gaza, like he did in northern Gaza.
And now he's even moved up to the north, and in the north he's taken on Hezbollah.
I don't know how to describe this.
They're fighting a modulated war.
They have the capacity, Hezbollah, to really bomb the hell.
Out of Israel.
Israel has the capacity to take them out.
I mean, this is serious stuff.
They're not going anywhere near there right now.
These are testing attacks.
And it's not invasion of troops, which would be another sign they were going to war.
They're kind of like throwing bombs up in the air.
Now, it must have gotten a little bit more serious because in the last two days, the Israelis have upped their attacks.
They did a particularly successful one on a very important city there that's controlled by Hezbollah called Jenin, and took, I think, pretty much took them out there, but confined it to that.
And I think they're trying to send him a message.
You don't really want to have a war with us.
Now, the idea is if the war was widened, we would not support them.
Maybe.
Don't think that's right.

But I can't be sure because nobody can be sure of this weasel in the White House.
I wouldn't want my country to depend... Oh, he does, doesn't he?

Unfortunately, where do we find ourselves now?
There are times during this administration, because our country is no longer our country.
Our country is now a regime.
It's a fascist regime.
I know you think, maybe some of you, that that is an exaggeration.
I'll give you a teeny example of a fascist regime.
When Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro allegedly disobeyed subpoenas of Congress because they had arguable invocations of executive privilege that should be worked out with courts before you're arrested, they were arrested.
Now, I don't remember Steve, I don't think it was that way, but Peter was arrested like you would arrest a drug dealer.
I think they even put ankle bracelets on him.
The man's 70 years old, a businessman, he doesn't have a criminal record.
He's honest, honorable, doesn't have a smidgen on his record.
There's a guy you call up and you say, come on in.
I made deals with lawyers all the time that way.
Yeah, bring him in.
Sometimes we would arrest people with handcuffs on, but we didn't have Gestapo there with machine guns.
I didn't arrest the mafia with machine guns.
They had a lot of baseball bats, but no machine guns.
Italians fight with baseball bats, you should know.
They're much better with baseball.
You think they're good?
Well, there were some people that were good with machine guns sometimes.
I'll tell you about the DiMeo crew because they're back in the news because this guy, Centaur, who was one of their most vicious killers, is being released on parole because we live in a Democrat state?
Or do we live in a socialist state?
Or do we live in a communist state?
Or do we live in a fascist communist socialist state?
Or do we live in a state that serves criminals and not decent people?
That's the state we live in.

These guys are not doing a great job, but they're at least trying to change it.

Well, the IDF is taking numerous Hamas prisoners.
They're not just shooting them down in the street.
When Hamas went through southern Israel, I didn't see them taking prisoners.
They took some hostages, not prisoners, but they shot and killed people right there in cold blood.
I see military fire going back and forth, but I see people lined up, taken in like prisoners.
That's the way a civilized army does it.
Never ever make a moral equation between Israel, which is a country ruled by law, and probably better ruled by law right now than we are, and certainly more democratic than we are right now.
I'd have to put them on a much higher anti-corruption scale than the United States of America.
I'd have to put us on an anti-corruption scale above Ukraine, which is the second most corrupt country in the world, but we're moving more in that direction than we are in the direction of Israel.
So, right now, we're doing everything we can so that Hamas can survive.
That is disgraceful.
Every single thing that Biden does, every single thing that Blinken does, every single thing that the little boy Sullivan does, all of those are designed for Hamas to prevail so Iran will be happy with them and China will be happy with all of them because that's who they work for!
Tough to take!

That's what's going on in your country.
You got a president who sold out.

So, Zelensky is now, I think, moved on to Europe with his chin cut.
And he did not get anything in his tin cup in America because the Democrats wouldn't agree to doing anything on the border.
It just so happens that many Republicans feel that the border is a much bigger national security problem for us than Ukraine.
Not that Ukraine isn't, but if you've got to do priorities in governing and For one reason, Ukraine's been given a lot of money.
The border's been ignored.
Ukraine's been given $110 billion, $120 billion.
Israel is looking for $14 billion and can't get it.
$14 billion.
I mean, that shouldn't be coupled with Ukraine.
That money should just go to Israel.
Israel hasn't taken and wasted a lot of our money.
And you're never going to convince me until I see the audience that some of that money wasn't stolen in Ukraine.
I just know Ukraine too well, and I know Zelensky too well.
You probably fall for the same Zelensky thing.
I'm not going to say he's an evil man.
There are evil people in Ukraine.
I'm going to say he's typical.
He became a star and made millions.
Because one of the most crooked men in Ukraine took him under his wing, Kolomoisky, the major money launderer.
The thing that is really very, very dangerous about him is he holds all the cards.
He's got the whole file on Biden.
If he would open his file, Biden might as well just check into a prison for the rest of his life.
The records are all there.
And there's probably a lot more there than I know of, and maybe we can get our hands on the offshore bank accounts as well.
The second thing that he's got, which puts him in a situation where he can extort, he's got the former president of his country jammed up royally because Biden wasn't the only guy bribed by Remember, I know this is complicated, remember the evidence from the highly reliable FBI informant who says, I paid a $5 million bribe to Hunter Biden and a $5 million bribe to Joe Biden to save my company from being taken over by Ukraine, by President Poroshenko of Ukraine.
That worked.
The bribe was paid, the million dollars a year was paid.
When the prosecutor moved on the company to seize it, you've got five phone calls that corroborate enormously long conversations between Biden and Poroshenko, including Biden approving the new prosecutor.
You never hear that, right?
Because they hide things from you.
This is why they want me out.
I know things they don't know.
I have the guts to tell you things they won't tell you.
Doesn't that seal the deal?
He gets rid of the prosecutor that's prosecuting his son and the guy who gave him five million bucks to earn his money, and then Poroshenko calls up the Vice President of the United States to clear a prosecutor?
What does he have to clear the prosecutor for?
Because the case has got to get dismissed.
It doesn't get dismissed right away because Poroshenko shakes him down for his piece.
In fact, it's so bad that Joe's got to make another trip there.
And finally, just to make sure it's all done, do you know where Joe Biden spent the last three of four days as Vice President of the United States?
Carefully dealing with his classified records.
No, they were all going to places where the Chinese could get their hands on.
He didn't have to worry about that.
He was in Ukraine for three of his last four days.
Working things out for the future.
A lot of money came to Joe right after he left, too.
You see that with China, right?
What a stinking, rotten, corrupt family.
And what a stinking, rotten government we have right now that doesn't have the gut to go after the most crooked president in American history.
Imagine what history is going to say about this government at this time, taken advantage of by a family of thieves.
And they weren't only thieves stealing money here, there, and everywhere.
They're thieves that have put in grave jeopardy the national security of the United States by doing business with our enemies.

The EU advances Ukraine's bid to join, but gives them no money.
Hey, honestly, to join the EU, they're going to have to straighten out their government.
Zelensky's got to go.

EU usually requires that you straighten out the corruption in your government before you join, and they have been very helpful in that regard.
They're not like Biden, who Trump put in charge of helping to straighten out the corruption in the Ukraine, and he made it much worse by taking bribes.
And when you talk to Ukrainians about America saying, you've got to not have bribes, you've got to not have
corruption, they go, what about Biden? Oh, they got other names too, which is
why they want me out.

The difference is the side that we're on.
We're not on the side of Israel.
We're not on the side of the United States.
We're on the side of Iran and China, because they paid more.
So the EU is advancing a bid for Ukraine to join, but right now they wouldn't qualify to join because they're too damn corrupt.
We probably are too at this point.

They've also, Joe, who's very, very good, he said it, working out things with Congress, couldn't seem to work out the security for the border in exchange for his favorite country, Ukraine, and get them money.
So he failed to do that with his magnificent legislative skill, which I don't know where that came from, but he also failed to
get through any changes in section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, which
allows the government to spy on you.
And when I say spy on you, they spy on me.
And we were supposed to tighten that up.
We didn't.
We've extended it to April 19th.
But we did vote, we did vote a defense budget with a 3% increase.
It'll be the highest ever.
But it'll be a very small portion of our GDP in comparison to our presidents that were moderately decent presidents, hardly reaches the zone of our great presidents.
This guy's not even really a president, so I don't know that we even count him in that regard, and he probably doesn't even know what the budget is.

You know what I can't understand is those common-sense Democrats, and there are some left, aren't speaking out against this.
It's disgusting, some of the rhetoric from the far lunatic left, that killing a baby after it's born, even.

And he told a very inspiring story at the Hanukkah party, which I had the honor of being at when a man who loved Israel was president.
It must be strange when a man who hates Israel and gives money to a country that wants to destroy Israel is president.
But anyway, Imhoff gave an interesting little take on Hanukkah that is quite a bit different.
He told everyone gathered on his Hanukkah story that the holiday commemorates Jews in hiding,
and they're successfully hiding from their oppressors.
And they ran out of oil, and God allowed the oil to last for eight days.
And that's why they light the candles.
Yeah, that would really be like saying that Jesus was born in Brooklyn, and the three wise men came from the Bronx, Queens, and Staten Island.
Hey, jackass Emhoff, no wonder your wife, it must be talking to you.
That's why she comes out and says, Ukraine is a small country next to Russia.
That's a big country.
And now, Your wife, while you don't know the first thing about Hanukkah, and you're the head of the anti-Semitic thing for Jews, your wife is going around saying we should be easier on Palestine and tougher on Israel.

Well, I said that at the end, I would give you a little bit more insight into what happened today.
What happened today was not unexpected to me.
When I knew this case was assigned to this judge, I knew the outcome of the case.
That is tragic.
It's terrible.
It shouldn't be that way.
Judges should be fair and impartial.
And this judge, from her speeches, from her conduct in the J6 cases, from her temper tantrum when the J6 people were not going to jail long enough, indicated that she has a, I guess we summarize it as Trump derangement syndrome.
I summarize it as no understanding of what it means to be fair and impartial.
Which means the job that she has is a terrible job to have and will result in tremendous injustice for an enormous number of people.
I only find myself lucky that I am not sitting in jail tonight because of her injustice.
She was hoping to do that, I have no doubt.
She actually at the very, very end said, well, I know you don't like, you wouldn't want to be with me much longer.
I mean, it was getting over because you don't like me and I don't like, and obviously I don't like you.
I don't know if I don't like her.
I don't.
As a person, as a judge, I stood up every time she came in.
I addressed her as your honor, but as looking at her career, I do not respect her.
I don't respect her because she does not impart justice, fair And equitably, she certainly didn't do it with the J6 people, which will turn out to be a great scandal in our history, equivalent to the internment of the Japanese.
In my particular case, of which I can only speak a little, I can tell you that I did not receive It would be an understatement to say that I received a fair trial.
Actually, I didn't receive a trial.
I received a judgment by her that my massive discovery was inadequate because of certain documents, some of which I don't think I even have, and some of which were financial documents.
And since the case was going to be tried in two parts, liability and damages, I guess we didn't think the financial ones were as important.
They weren't turned over, and lo and behold, she entered judgment against us.
In other words, she found me guilty of defamation because I didn't turn over financial documents.
By the way, I sat for a deposition for hours and didn't take the Fifth Amendment.
You'd think that'd be a lot more important, wouldn't you?
As a result of that, I had no opportunity to put a single piece of evidence in to prove that what I said was justifiable beyond any doubt.
I couldn't put in video recordings that were quite extensive.
I couldn't put in audio recordings.
I couldn't call witnesses that would contradict the proposition that I had defamed them.
I couldn't put in exhibits to that effect, or expert testimony, or reports by reliable, independent investigators.
They were able to do all that.
They had reports that they pulled out of the air.
And every ruling, my lawyer will tell you, went against us.
And she certainly gave the impression to the jury that she sided with one side.
No reason to get into all the interruptions and the help for the witnesses on the other side, and the charge that virtually told them to crucify me.
And a clear delight when it came in.
This woman conducted an abomination of a trial.
If you think the verdict of $147 million is absurd, which it is, to any observer, the amount is punitive, Malicious and absurd.
The trial was worse.
It indicates in one big headline a whole group of things that were done so that this could not qualify as a trial in the Anglo-American tradition.
A trial like this would only take place in a place that had become In some parts of the criminal justice system, a fascist country.
And this is not the only one like it.
And I am not the most aggrieved by it.
I feel sorry for the people who, after getting a trial in front of her or one of her colleagues, is taken off to jail.
And kept there for five years and 10 years and 15 years, or sometimes taken off and held for 20 or 25 months without trial with no one, no one coming to their defense.
So am I unhappy?
No, I'm very, very proud.
There were offers made.
I told my lawyer, go to hell.
I stand on principle.
I didn't do anything wrong.
What I said and what I revealed about Joe Biden and his criminality, about the hard drive, about election fraud was 100% true.
If they want to put me in jail for it, if they want to shoot me for it, if you want, whatever, what do you want to do to me?
I'm not going to, you're not going to get me to lie.
And even if you take all the money, money is the root of all evil.

All that I care about is that I can look in the mirror and I can say I did what my conscience told me to do, that my father would be proud of me.

You let me show you the witnesses, and beyond everything else, that election in 2020 was stolen with the covering up of the hard drive, wasn't it?
And who was accused for 17 months of being a Russian pawn by Joe Biden?
And who turned out to be lying, Joe Biden?
Who turned out to be telling the truth, me?
Well, the guy trying this case was a friend of Hunter Biden.
He was that boy Schiller, the law firm that represented Burisma, the crooked Ukrainian company.
What are the odds of that?
And these women who claim to be poor had a case that must have cost 8, 10 million at times, 15, 20 lawyers in the courtroom.
This was not for them.
They were the beneficiaries of what purports to be a fortune for no reason.
But the most important thing is they got the guy they wanted from the day I was the first to reveal that Joe Biden was taking bribes in Ukraine.
Remember, they're going after the guy that first revealed his criminality.
Nobody else did.
And got the hard drive out when others didn't have the courage to do it.
I also have the courage to tell the truth, no matter what they do to me.
We will eventually prevail, and we'll have, again, we don't have it now, a country of equal justice.
But we're going to have to fight for it, and maybe it has to be that way.
And believe me, I am by no means the biggest victim, maybe not even one of the big ones.
