America's Mayor Live (E199): What's Next for Joe & Hunter Biden?
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
Good evening, this is Rudy Giuliani with America's Mayor Live from Palm Beach, Florida.
That's where we are today.
We were in Miami this afternoon for the radio show.
We're in Palm Beach now for our live feed and our live stream, which comes on a very, very busy, very momentous day with regard to what's going on Both with the Biden investigation of what appeared to be a once-in-a-lifetime, once-in-a-couple-of-century crimes.
And then, of course, with the Trump investigation, which is becoming sillier and sillier.
If I am correct, and this report is correct, today they indicted a maintenance man.
Now, why they want to be so cruel as to pick on just some poor working American who, I mean, what could he have done with regard to these To these classified documents, we don't even know what's so sensitive about these documents.
They don't sound anywhere near as sensitive as the documents that were possessed by Biden for which nothing has been done.
None of these were left in Chinatown the way Biden did.
None of them were left at an institute funded by the Chinese the way Biden did.
None of them were gone for 25 years the way Biden did.
None of them were gone for even three or four years the way Biden did.
In fact, they were all at Mar-a-Lago, never left Mar-a-Lago.
They may have moved around from one place to another, There's no doubt this is a weaponization of the Department of Justice and the criminal justice system to get Trump, because the charge is silly.
It's a silly charge.
Investigating Biden, however, for the $10 million in bribery that is alleged by a Ukrainian organized criminal is not Silly.
It's a real crime at the highest level of two governments.
And it has been entirely, completely, 100% ignored.
So we're going down to maintenance men in the Trump case, and we can't look at a president in the other.
And the maintenance man, what did he do?
Did he tear up a document?
Did he put one in the garbage that he shouldn't have?
They're not alleging that any documents are missing.
So how much damage could he have done to it?
Is he some kind of spy?
I mean, did he get money from China the way the Bidens did or money from Russia the way the Bidens did?
I mean, I don't see that alleged.
I would think it would be alleged if they did.
It's obvious they are prosecuting this poor guy.
Ordinary American citizen orders, what we call in prosecution circles, squeeze him.
See if they can get him to rat.
And I'm going to say rat because he's going to have to lie because Trump didn't commit any crimes.
Now, why do I know they're going to get him to rat?
Because they keep writing that I have testified against Trump.
First of all, I haven't testified.
I gave a statement.
Second, it wasn't for or against Trump.
It was the truth.
And if you want to know the end result of it, it contained no information at all.
incriminating to the former president, because in my sphere of knowledge, I know of no crime that he committed.
And nor am I going to make one up for them.
But, you know, if you put enough pressure on a weak individual, and I'm not suggesting this maintenance man is, I'm hoping he isn't, some people do rap, and some people do make up what the prosecutor wants to hear.
And when you start reaching down to a maintenance man, it kind of suggests you don't have a case.
I mean, he brought this case without the maintenance man.
What's he doing with him now?
What are we charging this guy for?
I mean, have you figured out yet how mean these people are?
I mean, this is the administration where you throw grandchildren by the wayside.
That's not my, I only have six grandchildren.
I don't have seven.
That other life is meaningless to me.
This is what we got going for us here.
So I think that, Jack Smith took a case that was questionable and almost clearly politically motivated without any real substance in terms of the law, and he's made it into a clown act now by going after a maintenance man.
Maybe he'll go after some of the waitresses next.
I mean, I don't know.
I mean, or maybe the people who deliver the milk.
They may know something about this, you know?
They may have seen Trump reading one of these documents, you know, one day.
And I don't even know what's wrong with all this.
There's a Presidential Record Act that applies.
This has happened with every president.
And this is clearly being done in order to try to stop Trump from being president any way they can.
It's also being done in coordination with the unbelievable avalanche Of unbelievable historic corruption evidence that is burying the Bidens.
They are literally buried in it.
They don't even know what to say anymore.
They made a massive change in their story the other day.
For five years, Biden, six years, seven years, eight years, 10 years, from the moment I revealed his criminality, and I'm the one who revealed it, Very proud of it.
I want them to know it.
Keep coming after me.
I'm the guy who revealed it.
Don't go after anybody else.
You've tortured enough people.
I'm the one you want to torture because if it wasn't for me, there'd be no Biden case.
That's right.
And it's all proving to be true, isn't it?
Just like when you called me a Russian pawn and you were lying Biden, you were lying personally about me because you are a rotten, stinking liar.
You may be president of the United States, but you called me a Russian pawn during the debate with Trump.
You knew it wasn't true.
You did it anyway, because you were a rotten, stinking bum.
And you're a disgrace to the presidency.
You make the White House stink.
You and your miserable family.
Cocaine in the White House.
And we don't know who it belongs to.
Come on.
Come on.
So, there's another added thing to the indictment.
Some maintenance, ma'am.
I guess we'll find out who it is.
And who knows, by the time we're finished, as I said, there may be a couple waitresses and some delivery people.
And, hmm.
Who knows who else is going to fill out this exercise in East German justice, if you want to know what that means.
That means the way they used to provide justice under the communists.
Trump's lawyers had a meeting today with Jack Smith, I guess, around the time he was administering the torture to the maintenance worker.
I mean, do you realize what a thing it is to indict someone on a federal crime?
Some guy is a maintenance worker on a federal crime?
You ruined the guy's life, you son of a... You know what?
He didn't work for me.
God, I'd thrown him out in two seconds.
Well, Smith had a one-hour meeting with the lawyers today.
He didn't file an indictment against Trump.
Don't know what they were trying to talk him into.
Bernie Kerrick turned over documents, and today they were saying that Bernie was cooperating against me and against President Trump.
And he was providing, you know, incriminating evidence against Trump and me.
Today he gave over all his documents and made a very clear statement that he doesn't have any incriminating documents about me or about the president, which I happen to know he doesn't.
But that doesn't stop them from lying, just like they lied about my cooperating against the president, which I don't know what that means, cooperating against the president.
I cooperated to the extent that the law allows me to, consistent with the attorney-client privilege, and I told him the truth.
And the truth, he yields no information incriminating about President Trump because he didn't violate the law.
Simple as that.
The other thing they put in the paper is today that I conceded that I was lying in the case in Georgia about the two women who were involved in the videotape where they threw all of the public out of the arena, and only after that went under a desk with a big blanket on it, lifted up the blanket.
Lo and behold, there were ballots there, and then they furiously counted ballots outside the presence of the public, which is a clear violation of the law in the state of Georgia, which made those ballots invalidly counted.
Whether there's anything else, that's as clear as you can get.
That's what I said.
That's what I stick by.
I haven't changed it.
I entered a stipulation to neither affirm or deny, just basically concede that part of the case only for the purposes of that case.
So that we could move on to the areas where the defense is very, very strong.
And also we avoid as much as possible a Washington jury, which just frankly is not going to give anyone involved with Trump anything close to a fair trial.
But at no point did I say that anything that I said was false.
That is a complete misstatement of a very typical stipulation that's entered very, very often in trials in order to move on to parts of the case that you want to contest when you don't want to contest other parts of the case.
So once again, this is about as credible as that I'm a Russian pawn, but I'm used to it.
I've been called every name imaginable.
I've been accused of things that have no bearing.
In fact, Russian porn, this, whatever else.
But along with a maintenance man, I'm just I'm just sort of like in their way, in their effort to get to Trump.
And they will do anything they can to roll over me or the maintenance man.
Doesn't matter if it's a take away my law license, suspend my law license, break up my law practice, cost me millions of dollars.
Uh, or in his case, maybe whatever living he's making is now in jeopardy when his employer sees that he's been indicted by the federal government.
Cause people, some people still think he's honest.
We know it's crooked, but some people think it's honest.
Stop it.
It's not.
It isn't just Biden is corrupt.
Biden has corrupted the United States government.
And for that, he should not be forgiven.
Ted, you had a question.
Mayor, okay, what you're saying is all, it's 100% accurate.
I just want to add to that.
Whatever.
And they're failing at it, but they're also trying to send a message, right?
Because you being one of the most, objectively, One of the most effective federal prosecutors in American history.
You're one of the most celebrated mayors in American history.
They are trying to prove a point with you, right?
That if they can come after you and tear you down, which they haven't, but if they, you know, they think they can, then they can do that to anyone.
So I want to throw that in there too.
Yes, this is an effort to get Trump, but there's another, there's something else happening here.
And that's that they think they can send a message by taking you down.
What they don't understand is that you're not going anywhere, you'll never give up this fight, and they're going to fail.
All that's true.
The only thing they have succeeded at is they have, in fact, constricted greatly the availability of counsel for Trump and his people, which is a tragedy for which they should be prosecuted.
I mean, basically, they've deprived them of civil rights.
It's done on purpose to make it difficult for Trump to get lawyers or for me to get lawyers or for his co-defendant who took five weeks to get a lawyer.
And even this poor maintenance man, He may have a very hard time getting a lawyer because here's what happens to you.
Now, come on.
Tell me this.
Tell me this doesn't indicate how evil they are.
If you represent Trump in any kind of big law firm, the big law firm will throw you out.
And if they won't throw you out, the clients of the law firm, let's say all the crooks in Silicon Valley will come forward and say, well, we're not going to retain this law firm any longer if you're helping Trump, because they know that Trump is going to go after them and take away their privileges.
Or maybe they're tied in with China and they know that he's going to go after China.
This is a fight to the death.
It's a shame.
But they have certain areas they really have done a good job of monopolizing, like the area of lawyers and bar associations.
I mean, bar associations bring cases like against me and other lawyers.
They're a bunch of bogus cases and cases that are intended to intimidate and to destroy.
This is a, and yeah, they haven't intimidated me and lots of other people, but they have intimidated a lot of other people.
I mean, we've had many lawyers drop out of the cases.
In fact, some of them at critical times that affected some of the Bar Association situation, which the Bar Association doesn't take into consideration, nor does it do any remedial action to try and deal with it.
The Bar Association should be taking that problem extremely seriously.
I mean, they should be taking it extremely seriously.
And they're not.
They're just ignoring it as if it isn't happening.
As if the bar associations are not involved in intimidation and are not involved in bringing cases against Trump lawyers in order to discourage people from representing Trump or the people involved with him.
They are doing that.
It is completely, completely unethical.
It's destroying whatever dignity or honor the legal profession has left.
We don't rate very high for honesty and integrity anyway, but we are going down the sewer.
Uh, the deal that Hunter made crumbled, uh, like that.
And it crumbled really with one question that the judge asked.
And that question was, um, is the investigation continuing?
When the prosecutor, when the Weasley little prosecutor said, yes, the judge said, what the hell are we doing here then?
And then when she asked Biden, have you been promised not to be prosecuted for everything else?
He basically said, yes.
You realize, you realize the travesty that Garland was trying to pull off yesterday?
He was trying to wipe out all of this.
The 8 million from Ukraine for fixing the Burisma case for Zoloshevsky.
Probably more, more like 12 or 15.
But the billions, the millions from Ukraine where we have now about five witnesses that say that Biden was bribed.
You think it's just Zoloshevsky because it's the most recent one.
Go back to my podcast number three, listen to Shokin, direct witness against Biden, that Biden was bribed and bribed Poroshenko in order to help Zlochevsky win back his stolen company, which Zlochevsky now has and has put somewhere around $20 million in the pocket of the Biden crime family.
If the plea had been accepted yesterday, Hunter would have been immune from any charge on that.
He'd have been able to keep that $20 million.
You know all the money they got from China?
The one with 10% for the big guy, and the $5 million that came right before his number one partner was arrested, and it counts up in the hard drive to $31 million from red China.
He'd have been off the, it wouldn't have been prosecutable for any of that either.
This plea would have satisfied that.
His no time in jail, that was, no time in jail would have satisfied that.
This is what Biden thought.
Biden's lawyer got up and wanted to rip up the agreement.
He was so angry because he was promised that.
The prosecutor said, no, I never promised him that.
So now we get down to what did happen?
Did the prosecutor promise him that everything would be wiped out with this plea to like a parking ticket?
Which is what it is.
I mean, you don't go to jail, you pay a fine.
It's like a parking ticket.
It's not a felony.
Felony charge, which is very serious, a lot more serious than the tax charges, was possession of a gun by a drug addict.
That's so serious as a 10-year felony.
That's the thing that liberals yell about all the time.
Right?
Gun control!
Except if the control involves a little punk that's the son of the president.
No gun control.
No charges on that 10-year felony.
None.
So that would be wiped out.
Then the $3.5 million from Moscow would be wiped out.
The $31 million from China would be wiped out.
The $20 million from Ukraine would be wiped out.
The $1 million from Romania would be wiped out.
And then we've got less than a million amounts here and there and a lot of different places.
Because at one time they would basically trail the trash, the Biden family.
They basically took whatever crap they could get.
He and his brothers when they first started.
Look, Joe has been, it would seem to me, you could pretty much make the argument that he was born crooked.
By the time he was in law school, he was plagiarizing.
That's not made up, that's absolutely true.
Failed out of his first year in law school, wrote a paper, stole five pages from the law review article of somebody else, and didn't bother to even note it or change one word of it.
Because he was too stupid to do it.
I think he was left back in the third grade, by the way, which is about the level at which he operates.
Then you remember his cheating in 1988 when he ran for president.
Sam Donaldson said, thank goodness he's finished.
Meaning finished for good.
I mean, somehow it's like the horror movie where you kill the monster and then the hand comes up again.
Every time you knock this hand down, it comes up again.
And he tried to run for president, never got more than 5%.
And then Obama picked him.
Why?
Did he want a tool?
Did he want a little puppet?
So that he could carry out his major reform of America.
So become more like a communist government than the United States.
So we become part of one world.
Sort of a Soros one world.
A Koss Schwab one world?
Who would be the king of that one world?
What do you think?
Do you think they're fitting out a crown for him?
Do you remember when Obama came out for his second inaugural?
I was there.
They had like Roman columns for him.
Think maybe he's got a thing in his head that he could be the international leader?
Be good for Iran and the terrorists there.
They get plenty of money then.
Like the money he gave them when he was president.
So I don't know what's going on with these people.
The one thing I do know, which is really simple, is two things.
One, there is now a mountain of evidence that the President of the United States is a massive crook, and he shouldn't be occupying the Oval Office for one more day.
Congress should not go out on an August recess.
When you have a crook sitting in the White House, that's an emergency, and it should be dealt with.
And they should start having a sense of urgency rather than being a bunch of entitled pigs.
Let's show us that you really care about us.
How about you not take your vacation and get rid of this bum?
Save your country.
I criticized the Democrats for having no one to be a Barry Goldwater and come forward and talk this guy out of office before he does more damage to the country.
Criticized my own party for not willing to work.
You don't need August off.
A lot of people aren't going to take August off.
I'm not.
What are you going to take August off for?
When I was a prosecutor and had a big case, I'd be damned if I take August off.
You don't have a big case.
You have a monumental historic case.
You don't want to give them time to regroup.
You've got the momentum now, keep it going.
You know?
It'd be good for you to work.
You might actually put in enough hours so that it's a legitimate job.
You might even change the reputation you have as one of the most dishonest and dishonorable institutions in government.
I don't think you actually even deserve that reputation.
But by going out on these vacations all the time, you sure help to create it.
So my suggestion is, and boy this would shock the universe, no vacation, write away an impeachment inquiry and get it done in August.
And just go over to Ukraine, go visit Shokin, go visit Lysenko.
How about the Ukrainian witnesses?
You now have tremendous corroboration for them.
By the way, if you ever took any time with them, they've got tremendous corroboration.
They have things called records of money.
They got a woman over there that says she can help you find the offshore accounts of Hunter Biden.
Don't you want to get that before somebody, God forbid, kills her?
Don't you think maybe there's some urgency to that?
Bill Barr never did.
He just ignored it.
Tell you what kind of guy he was.
But maybe you want to be different.
Like you said you would be.
Taking a vacation is not what you said you would be.
And taking a vacation doesn't set you up as being terribly different than the Democrats, except for the fact that you aren't as crooked.
Lazy?
I don't know.
That might end up in a tie.
There also was this whole thing before the case came up in court where Biden's lawyers pulled some kind of fast one on the court and they had someone call pretending to be from the, I guess, from the government and asking that the transcript of the hearing involving the whistleblowers be removed from the record.
And it was removed from the record and had to be put back.
And it was done by, it was done by, um, by some woman who gave her name and it comes back to the law firm that represents Hunter Biden.
I've never heard of this before.
She was pretending to be somebody else.
I mean, these guys will do anything.
Gee, they might even do something like fix an election.
Well, they're certainly crooked enough to do it.
I mean, everybody wonders.
I think one of the reasons why the election thing was so hard for people to accept is they find it hard to believe who would fix an election.
People who would try to take out a sitting president with false evidence paid for by $1.1 million.
We'll fix an election.
Those are the kind of people who do it.
I mean, it's only the position of the leader of the free world.
I mean, there's a lot at stake.
Why wouldn't they?
People choose for a lot less, Mayor.
It's not just a leader of the free world.
It's like a cash cow.
I mean, you pull in- Good point.
That's the real- I don't think it's leaders.
I think you're pulling- You're right, Mayor.
You're right.
You're pulling $31 million from China, $20 million from Ukraine, $3 million from Russia.
Who knows where else?
You can go around and act like communists and Nazi prosecutors and prosecute some poor little machinists.
I mean, come on.
Prosecuting a maintenance man?
You're actually prosecuting a maintenance man at Mar-a-Lago in the case against the former president of the United States.
Are you sick?
Yes.
I have the answer to my rhetorical question.
Are you guys sick?
The answer is, I've dealt with you.
I look in your eyes.
I count a lot on looking at eyes.
I looked in the eyes of a lot more murderers and criminals than you ever did.
And I prosecuted, by the way, Jack, I used to win my cases.
All of them.
There's a difference between you and me.
But in any event, I can look in your eyes and I can see you're sick.
Now let's have a little fun.
Ha!
Fun.
The other day, President Biden gave an estimate of the death toll for COVID-19.
What do you think he said?
Over a hundred.
You know, when they, when they evaluate him for the nursing home, they're going to put him like in the lockup unit, I think.
I don't think this guy, I don't think this guy could find his way to the, I don't think this guy on his own could find his way to the cafeteria in any decent nursing home.
And the real question, I really want to know the answer to this, does he feed himself?
Because there's no question Jill doesn't feed him.
I don't know if you watched the tape at the beach when he was at the beach, but she paid no attention to him.
This is like a marriage that must have ended quite some time ago, because she's just sitting there, there's some other woman taking care of him, and he's like, he looks like a guy, I think he was trying to remember how you make sandcastles, and he couldn't seem to remember it.
Then he got up, he almost tripped, he got up again, he almost tripped.
Meanwhile, she doesn't move, she's reading a book, she pays no attention to this guy.
This other woman had to do all the work.
Then when they're walking away, she's way in front.
He could have fallen and broken his head.
And this other woman is taking care of him.
I didn't see exactly lots of affection here.
This was like, let me ignore this guy and let that woman take care of him.
Who knows?
He may fall on his face.
You have a picture of that?
I mean, it's quite telling as to how demented our president is, how deteriorated he is, and how his wife doesn't even bother to look back and see if he's still alive.
I mean, this guy actually looks in this one like he could go in any minute.
Yeah, we're uploading that now, Mayor.
It's just going to take one second.
But something else I noticed about that clip.
I mean, I didn't see it.
It seemed like this is the president of the United States.
He's on he's on the beach.
There are people around and they're all it's like nobody's looking at him.
I mean, not one person, not one person, not one person.
Right.
He got the most votes of anyone for president of the United States.
Except when you go around, you can't find anybody to vote for him.
Did you vote for Biden?
No!
Let's play the clip.
I didn't vote for Biden.
I voted for Biden.
I'm going to take my phone.
I'm going to take my phone.
I don't know if you saw Jill's hat.
It was faced the other way like, please shut up.
I don't want to hear any more from you, demented.
Then see if you can find the one of their walking away.
That's even better because it looks like it looks like she's trying to get out.
It looks like she's trying to make believe she's not with him.
That old geezer isn't with me.
I'm much younger and better looking.
Mayor, what do you think Joe Biden eats?
What does he eat?
Ice cream.
That's what he says he eats.
He eats ice cream.
He's a big, big ice cream guy.
I want my ice cream.
Where's my ice cream?
I want my ice cream.
Are we going to see our dilapidated president?
Yeah, it's Abloh now might just take a quick second.
You know, they play this stuff in Europe and laugh.
We can't laugh because he's destroying our country and killing people.
Nothing to laugh about here.
There's a lot of stuff to cry about.
All those people dead in Afghanistan, all those people dead in Ukraine.
None of it had to happen if we didn't elect this stumble bond.
And Mayor, you've long...
It's taking a second here.
You've long talked about the possibility of him not being the Democrat party nominee at some point.
What are the odds at this point?
I think the odds are very, very strong he doesn't make it to the, would you call it the finish line or the beginning line?
I don't think he's their nominee.
That's interesting.
I don't think he's going to make it.
I think six months ago.
You see what happened to McConnell today?
Yesterday, yes.
Yesterday, when he couldn't remember.
Yeah, he kind of froze up.
Some experts are saying he may have had some sort of issue.
Yeah.
That's what happens when you have dementia or Alzheimer's.
Eventually, the last brain cell goes and you become completely, you know, right now he gets confused.
And he pretends to, and then he goes on to another subject, and then we wonder, what the hell is he saying?
What that is, and that, I mean, I've read the DSM-5 in great detail, and I consult with doctors.
That is, those are all indications of advanced dementia.
So he's, he's talking about, he's talking about binomics.
Which I don't know what that is, whatever that is.
That's like making less money in real wages through inflation.
So he's talking about by dynamics and then all of a sudden he forgets he's talking about by dynamics and he starts something about what my father told me or when I was talking to Z or some other subject comes up.
And then he gets confused about that.
He can no way remember the first subject, he goes on to a third subject.
And by that time, we don't know what the hell he's talking about.
That is what is known as losing short term memory.
And it's not just losing short term memory, like you can't remember what you had for breakfast.
Which is kind of benign, that would be in the early stages of Alzheimer's or dementia.
He can't, his short-term memory has gone so badly, he forgets in the middle of a sentence.
Short-term can be a minute ago, as opposed to five hours ago.
The minute it starts to be a minute ago, we start to get towards the end.
And he's been there now about six to eight months.
So, like those strange looks that you get when he turns around, he has forgotten completely what he's supposed to do next.
It's just gone out of his, the brain power that used to be there, the brain cells that used to be there, that functioned and let you remember that are now gone.
And they don't come back.
So he's supposed to get off stage right, and go greet the people that are standing there, maybe waiting to take a picture with him.
And he turns around, and maybe he goes left, and then he goes right, and then he goes left, because this, can't remember, is supposed to go, and even if he sees the people, it doesn't do any good, because the whole thing has been blocked out.
And then somebody's got to come and grab his arm, and take him where he's supposed to go.
Now, okay, if this is grandpa, you feel bad for him.
This is the guy who's got his finger on the button.
This is the guy that Xi has to look at and say, can I get away with taking Taiwan with this guy in the White House?
Look at what Putin got away with, with this guy in the White House.
Putin played him really well, tested him.
He always said, I'll not do anything, won't do anything, no boots on the ground, no boots on the ground.
And then Putin went in and killed all those Ukrainian people.
Now, remember, he would not have done that under Trump.
You want the proof?
Putin invaded under Bush.
He invaded under Obama.
He invaded under Biden.
Who's missing?
There are four presidencies spanned there.
There's only one presidency in the last four that he hasn't invaded someplace.
Who was the president?
Donald J. Trump.
So when Trump tells you he would not have invaded when I was president, you know it's true.
Now there's a consequence to that.
All those Ukrainian people would be alive today if we hadn't elected this criminal and this demented creature as our president.
So shall we take a break and play our commercial?
Let's do it.
Of course, we have a few great sponsors at the moment.

We finally have a name in the Epstein drama.
It is a little strange that Epstein had all these names and we don't know any of them.
I wonder how many people they're protecting, huh?
Well, they were protecting a big Democrat donor, Leon Black, who was accused Tuesday of raping an autistic teenager inside Jeffrey Epstein's Manhattan mansion.
After the pedophile financier facilitated a handoff of her.
She was 16 at the time.
And she was abused, also with the use of whatever this means, abused her with sex toys causing her to bleed.
Developmentally, she was only 12.
Do you know this man?
Developmentally, she is about 12, the affidavit says.
And when she was threatened to do as told, because bad girls get in trouble, she did as she was told.
She was trafficked by Epstein and his longtime gal pal, Ghislaine Maxwell, for about a year before the alleged encounter with Black.
She suffers from Mosaic Down Syndrome, A rare condition that affects her neurological capabilities, making her a perfect target for the depraved duo, the complaint alleges.
And the particular client here, Epstein told her that Black was a special friend, and she should be good to him.
Leon Black was one of the major people on Wall Street.
Gives you an idea of how high this goes.
You ever have any run-ins with Mr. Black?
He must have with me, because he used to tell people how much he hated me.
Really?
When you were a prosecutor?
Yeah, when I was a prosecutor, I think it had something to do with the investigations of Milken.
And we may have investigated him and not caught him.
Maybe not caught him because he didn't do anything, and maybe not caught him because he did, and he was bitter about that.
But I mean, this is way beyond that kind of charge.
This is much more serious than that, if this is true.
Shocking.
Of course, he is presumed innocent, but he's been arrested for it, I guess, and charged with probable cause to believe that he molested a 16-year-old girl who was suffering from a very serious impediment.
Now let's get the rest of the list, the Epstein list, because why is it being hidden?
Why, why, why is it being hidden?
So do we have any messages, any checks, any calls, any questions?
Maybe Caroline has a question.
I do want to alert.
Let's bring up some.
Yeah, the chat room is full, Mayor.
One question that's coming up is if Biden's not on the ballot in 2024, they're not going to let RFK take that spot, right?
Will it be Kamala?
Will it be Gavin Newsom?
What says you?
Judging by the fact that on the hearing that was held on censorship, the Democrats voted to censor RFK Jr.
unanimously, it sounds like they don't love him very much.
I mean, I've never heard of that before.
The guy's there to testify on censorship, and the Democrats vote to censor him.
RFK only got to testify because the Republicans voted for it.
When did you ever think the Republicans would be the vote for a Kennedy to speak and the Democrats want to stop his free speech?
I mean, that's quite a shift.
And remember, Caroline told us yesterday, RFK had a very successful trip to New York City recently.
And raised a bunch of dough.
$5 million.
He's not going away.
Yeah.
DeSantis raised less than $250,000 in Hamptons and RFK cleaned up $5 million to the city.
How's Ramaswamy doing?
He's got a nice article in the Post saying that a lot of insiders think he'll be number two.
Mayor, you and I have been predicting that for, I won't say, you know, we've been talking about that being a possibility for months.
YGOP outsider is making inroads.
What do you think?
I think he is.
And I think that when you ultimately get, I think the 90% of people voting for Ramaswamy, their second choice is Donald Trump.
So when we ultimately, there's this theory right now of consolidating.
We saw Mitt Romney's op-ed in the Wall Street Journal about consolidating.
Well, those Vivek voters go to Trump.
And also I think half of DeSantis voters go to Trump.
So when you get to this consolidation point, you're basically consolidating.
Yeah, what about Burgum?
Maybe Scott too.
Tim Scott still hasn't even broken 10% so you're consolidating basically a bunch of people who collectively have 15 to 20% and I think the rest break for Trump.
That makes a lot of sense.
You know, very often those down votes kind of break the way the rest of the ballot is.
In other words, if the rest of the ballot is 50-25, they're going to break that way, with more of them going to Trump than anybody else.
Plus, people like to vote for a winner.
Yep, that's exactly right.
And if Trump is sitting at 50 and they're sitting at 10, then most of them can go to Trump.
But I mean, if Romney really understood politics, he'd be president.
Yeah, that's true.
He understood donors.
Which might have been a terrible disaster, because who knows what's really going on behind that head.
I always wondered.
Always wanted.
I have to tell people, do everything you can to make sure they do not parole.
The guy who killed or participated in the killing of Eddie Byrne, Scott Cobb, this murder goes back to 1988 when I was the U.S.
attorney in the Southern District of New York.
Eddie's brother, Larry, his older brother, worked for me as one of my assistant U.S.
attorneys.
And on the day he was shot, Larry came in to tell me that he was leaving because his brother had been shot.
I don't remember if they knew at that point he was dead or not.
I think they did.
And of course, I told him to go and then went to the wake and the funeral and got to know the family, including his dad, who was a wonderful man, very, very well.
And this guy Cobb, let me tell you what he did.
He was the getaway driver.
So you would say, well, maybe he should get a little bit of mercy.
The other three are still in jail for the rest of their lives, but they can also be let out.
And he was the getaway driver.
No, he wasn't just a getaway driver.
He was the getaway driver that distracted Officer Byrne so that the other three could shoot him in the back of the head and kill him.
In other words, they assassinated him.
And this assassination could not have taken place without the role played by Cobb.
So the guy should have been executed.
What the hell were we letting him out of jail for?
He killed a cop!
Were any of the other people involved executed?
No, they're all alive.
And we're paying a fortune to keep them alive.
And they're all useless.
Useless lives.
That should have been taken to deter other people from shooting cops.
Can a decision like that be reversed, Mayor?
No, no.
Can that parole decision be reversed?
I imagine so, yeah.
The parole board can reverse itself.
And should.
But the parole board in New York They are one of the reasons why we have so much crime.
They just deliver.
I mean, if they could, they would deliver the guy right to your house so he can rape you.
I mean, New York is such a blooming disaster.
It's an absolute tragedy.
Absolute tragedy.
So now DeSantis is down, the last time I checked, to 10%, 12%.
And he's got a couple of people pushing him for second place, like maybe Scott, maybe Ramaswamy, huh?
I hate to say it, but maybe even Christy, right?
Yeah, Christy's up at 6%, and we've got Ned now at 9% in New Hampshire.
I mean, what are we... And Haley?
Haley's still hovering around 3%.
Now, Haley is in... Well, she's been around... 8 or 9... I think I saw her at 14 in South Carolina, and so she's out I'm surprised.
I would think Scott would do better.
He's more current.
He's more... It was just a single poll, but it was the most recent South Carolina poll came out yesterday.
He's been ahead of her in some polls.
I haven't seen one in South Carolina specific to that.
So what do we have, Jed?
Well, we're getting a lot of questions, Mayor.
A lot of people want to know, of course, from you, what you expect in this ongoing Hunter Biden What do I expect next?
What happens next?
He pled guilty.
I don't think they can do a plea of guilty.
I don't think the judge will take it until the investigation is wrapped up so that she and the court are not accused of a whitewash.
She's going to want to know.
I mean, generally, you don't take a plea before a case is wrapped up.
You sure as heck don't take a plea.
And give immunity for the things you haven't investigated yet.
Right.
I mean, that is as big an indication of the corruption and the fix here as we've had.
And it's amazing that nobody reacts to it.
They're going to give him immunity for things they don't even know about.
Yep.
I mean, who knows if he kills somebody?
I mean, you wouldn't even know that.
And he has immunity for it.
I mean, it's absurd.
And he actually, he Seemed and his lawyers seem like they actually believe they had it, which tells me the prosecutor must be the one who's lying.
Right.
Because they seem like they thought they had it.
Don't know why they would have gone to court if they didn't think they had it.
And I think that what happened is because of the publicity, the prosecutor pulled it.
That's more likely, that's more likely than they went to court thinking the prosecutor would change his mind in court, which would be kind of ridiculous.
Give us a call.
The phone lines are open.
It's 1-646-573-5177.
And the numbers up on the screen, that's 1-646-573-5177.
3 5 1 77 and the numbers up on the screen. That's 16465735177.
I want to point out to folks who may catch this at all hours of the day and night.
Call the phone lines between 8 and 9 p.m.
Eastern.
Of course, we have a live program, but this live program becomes an instant podcast.
But the time to call is between 8 and 9 p.m.
Eastern on weeknights.
So the lines are open.
I've got a question.
Did you see today about Sam Bankman freed the DOJ dismissing his case on campaign finance violations?
Yes.
The largest donor to the Democratic Party.
This past cycle, does that tell you?
Yeah.
They put Dinesh D'Souza in jail for over $20,000 straw donations.
This man did straw donations upwards of $200 million this past cycle and the DOJ just dismissed it.
And they indicted the maintenance man at Mar-a-Lago.
This is the world we're living in.
I remember the first time I was subpoenaed working for Trump was over the Trump inauguration fundraising.
And there was a man named Ahmad Zubairi that they claimed did straw donations and it gave a million dollars to Trump's inauguration.
So I get deposed by the DOJ, cost me, you know, $75,000 of my own money.
I'm like, I can't investigate people's Isn't that the case with all this?
Whatever they accuse him of, they actually did.
He's in jail now, not for the money that he gave to Donald Trump, but for Obama's inauguration.
They found through this court, they were going after Trump and they found the only thing
that ended from that Trump inaugural investigation was a Amadu Barry went to jail for donating
illegally a million dollars to Obama's inauguration.
And no one ever reported.
Isn't that the case with all this?
Whatever they accuse him of, they actually did.
Yeah.
Yes.
Well, mayor, we are going to take our first call and we are going to go to our good friend
Elliot calling from the motor city.
That's Detroit, Michigan.
Elliot.
I had a question about Rob Walker and Devin Archer and how they set these LLCs up.
From what Comer has been saying, you know, there's been several LLCs set up in the United States, apparently by Americans and a couple from what they said was by foreign nationalists?
Yep.
And I would like to know, does the House Oversight Committee,
will they be dictating to the state if these guys are going to be charged for money laundering
or anything that goes with these false LLCs? And whose job is it, Rudy, in the state
to start these investigations and to piggyback off the House Oversight Committee's federal case?
Excellent, excellent, excellent question.
Well, first of all, there are more than three or four LLCs.
I don't know how many, I can make an educated guess from the hard drive that it's quite an excess of 20, maybe 30, an excess of 30.
No reason to have these LLCs unless you're laundering money.
And they are, by and large, the ones that I can see are LLCs that do not do business.
In other words, they have no business except passing through money, which is what you usually do in a money laundering scheme.
Now, if it passes through a state, ends up in a state, is in a state, the Attorney General of the state generally would have jurisdiction to do it, as well as any district attorney in any district in the state.
So let's say they used a bank in Chicago.
The district attorney in Chicago would have jurisdiction, as would the Attorney General of Illinois.
Let's say they used Florida, Miami, Florida.
Then the Attorney General of Florida and the district attorney or county attorney, whatever they call it, in Florida would have jurisdiction.
It depends on the state a bit.
Almost always the local district attorney County, they have different names for district attorneys.
In New York, we always call it the district attorney, but the prosecutor for the county, in some cases called the state's attorney, in some cases called the county attorney, but the local prosecutor who prosecutes crimes in that county would have jurisdiction of any kind of money laundering that took place in that county, even if it just passed through a bank there.
And yes, they could take up The House committee could refer, could go through those, knowing them, and refer them to the prosecutors in those states.
And they, assuming the evidence was there, they would have legitimate individual money laundering cases against Walker, Biden.
Now, Joe Biden, I've seen some of them.
Joe Biden is named in some of them.
I mean, there's one I have in which Joe is named by the government of So this idea that there's no evidence that he got money is a bunch of hogwash.
I mean, there's plenty of evidence that he got money, including this particular money laundering transaction, including his son's statement that he gave half his income to him.
The $40,000 or $50,000 Hunter was paying in rent to his father for his house.
In other words, for Hunter's house.
Which kind of corroborates the statement that Hunter made, which is very damning.
In 2018, I paid for all the expenses of this family and still have to give half my income to Pop.
So the way you get that income to Pop, you buy the house for Pop.
He gets to live there not only for free, but you pay him rent for the house that you own.
Pretty good way of slipping the money to the old man who's the guy for whom the money was really intended in the first place.
What Hunter is, is a, well at this point, a big time money launderer and bag man.
And his father is the beneficiary of it.
And he uses his addicted son to protect himself.
Without any regard to the damage that he's done to his son over the years by putting him in these terribly stressful situations, which is the last thing you should do for an addict if you love them.
But Joe doesn't love him.
He doesn't love anybody but himself, which is why he can turn his back on his granddaughter.
Well, Mayor, let's take another call.
Let's go to Louis in Orange County, California, which I believe is the home of the Orange County Choppers.
Louie, you're on with the mayor.
Louie, are you with us?
You're on with the mayor.
Louie?
Yes.
Oh, there you are.
What's up, Louie?
Hey, how you doing?
I'm doing okay.
How are you doing?
We just lost Louie.
He just said hello and then hung up.
Louie, give us a call back if you're here.
We'd love to hear from you.
Louie, you're called back.
You're on with the mayor.
Louie, can you hear us?
I hear you.
Okay, you're on with the mayor.
You wanted to talk about Mr. Bilbar?
Yes, sir.
Yeah, that's for sure.
I've got a question.
Could he have pulled Joe Biden off the ballot after reading that laptop?
No, he couldn't have thrown him off the ballot, but he could have released the laptop.
And I mean, he could have also at least corrected the big lie that it was a Russian plant.
He knew it wasn't.
They had validated it a year before.
He also knew that during the second debate, Joe Biden lied directly to the American people when he said that Trump and I got it from the Russians.
And Trump by name called me, I mean, Biden by name called me a Russian pawn.
Yes, he could have corrected all that.
There was nothing confidential about that.
It was a piece of evidence that he could have revealed or not revealed, up to him.
And in the national interest of a presidential election, where it has evidence that shows that the future president is a major crook, you'd want to share that with the American people.
Not only that, when he goes ahead and affirmatively makes false statements about it, and gets 51 intelligence officers to lie about it, you would think an honest attorney general would correct it.
But no, he didn't do that.
He did not do that.
And the same subterfuge took place in dealing with the questionable election count.
I mean, he actually told U.S.
attorneys not to investigate and I mean, he claims that he looked at it and concluded he never looked at it.
He never asked to see any of our evidence ever, ever, ever, ever.
Not only that, uh, I, I gave him and his prosecutors in January of 2020, a woman who could have broke the whole thing open, who claimed she knew where all the foreign bank accounts were.
They never interviewed her.
They left a stranded in, uh, They left her stranded in Ukraine.
They interviewed Bobulinski once.
He gave them tremendously incriminating evidence about Biden's involvement in all these deals.
This whole thing about he wasn't involved in business with his son.
Bobulinski says just the opposite.
He was never interviewed again by Barr.
It's as if he fell off the earth.
So Barr, Barr's really dirty in this.
And when you listen to him, and I know Trump loves to use sanctimonious about DeSantis.
I'd use it about Barr.
I mean, he's just really one sanctimonious.
Oh my goodness.
You hear that guy during interviews?
Jeez.
And when you consider all the covering up that he did, he's got no right to be sanctimonious.
That guy covered up some of the most relevant, most significant information in American history.
Now that guy is not a tough guy.
And he's not what he appears to be.
The man is not a patriot.
You do not let things like that go unanswered if you're a patriot.
You do not make it appear as if the president has information about his opponent that the president didn't go get.
It was given to me by John Mack Isaac.
I didn't even go looking for it.
And I was the only person that had the guts to publish it.
He covered it up.
When I published it, I had no idea the Justice Department had it for a year and we're covering it up.
I mean, I can't imagine how crooked they are to do that.
And Barr had to be part of that.
So yeah, there's an awful lot that Barr is going to have to answer for, some of it verging on criminal obstruction of justice.
Now, Mayor, it's been such a busy Newsweek, and again, the fastest hour on the internet, America's Mayor Live.
We're already in soccer time.
I can't even believe it.
However, I'd like to get your reaction to a few other news Big news stories of the week that, you know, in certain weeks would be leading the headlines, right?
Congress held a hearing yesterday on, I believe they're calling them on UAPs.
I don't know if it's unmanned or unidentified aerial phenomena.
And I would like your reaction to, I don't know how much you got to see it, right?
We've been covering so much else.
But what would your questions be, right, to these individuals who are coming forward in congressional hearings and claiming to see some of these things?
What kind of, what would your questions be?
Well, I mean, I'm very confused because they all seem like very rational, sensible officers and people who have done very responsible things.
But some of them claim they saw things like people inside and they found some kind of biological waste.
I wonder, you were pointing out, I wonder if the biological waste isn't the Russian monkey.
Well, that was my only thing.
And I'm not a skeptic.
I'm actually, it's interesting that they're doing this.
I'm definitely supportive.
But when they talk about, that's what they're saying, right?
They're classifying it as inhuman biological material.
Russia sent all these animals into space.
It could be an animal.
It could be a dog, a cat.
I am more than willing to let them do this.
But I don't think they should be acting like it's true until they have some solid facts because it also could be that this is all kind of crazy.
So they should be allowed to go ahead with it because it may be true.
Who knows?
I'm not God and I don't know everything about everything.
It just strikes me at this point that It isn't ready for primetime.
They don't have the proof.
They don't have the proof that is compelling.
Okay, so another... That doesn't mean they shouldn't go about it privately and try to get there, but I don't know that it's worth a hearing.
We don't want to speculate or anything.
Of course, we're following another interesting story out of Martha's Vineyard.
The death of this chef.
Again, I don't want to put you on the spot, Mayor.
We've been covering so much else this week.
Yeah, I don't know.
I don't know what happened with the chef for the Prince.
I don't know.
Okay, so we'll withhold.
Maybe we'll catch up on that and maybe next week we can talk about something like that.
Does Obama have servants?
I mean, he has a personal chef.
I'm sure he has people waiting on him, of course.
I mean, I guess that's OK.
He is a prince after all.
I mean, the guy's got Martha's.
I don't even want to go there.
The guys, these liberals, these NIMBYs, the guys, the guy made a made a fortune even when he was in office.
Isn't that strange?
What was that advance for the Netflix thing?
And the stuff going on with Biden makes him the most crooked administration in history.
Until Biden.
Well, doesn't Biden count as part of Obama's administration?
That's what I'm saying.
So that does make Obama potentially more corrupt because he owns all of Biden plus whatever else he's doing, right?
What you're saying is Biden did all the sellouts back then.
You're not sure he's doing sellouts right now.
But we're getting the consequences of it now, because now he's doing the deliverables for China.
I mean, China paid him, so he gives up Bagram.
China paid him, so he does nothing about COVID.
China paid him, so he does nothing about fentanyl, and China pulls in a billion a year and kills 100,000 of us.
And my questions, and the questions that we aren't really, haven't asked too much of yet, is what did Obama know, and when did he know it?
Now, with all the criticisms I have for President Barack Obama, I don't think this man was unaware of what was happening around him, right?
We know he was aware of Hillary Clinton developing a false story against Donald Trump and using it to try and get It was explained to him by Brennan and Clapper, trying to get the emphasis off her destruction of the 33,000 emails, which in light of the investigations of now of both Trump and Biden, it's almost a joke that she destroyed 33,000 emails, many of which were classified.
All the headlines today were Trump.
Trying to get the maintenance guy to destroy a server.
I'm like, it didn't even happen, but I mean Hillary destroyed 33,000 emails on the server with a hammer in her ass.
Where's that prosecution?
Yeah, I mean, this is why he's getting so far ahead.
Because these things are just basically unfair.
And the American people are unfair and threaten to rip our country in half.
If you can do this, if you can have this two system of justice.
And I think that's why Trump is pulling ahead because people feel in that sense, he's the only one who can repair this.
Mayor, we got a great big audience tonight.
Obviously, people want to hear from you with all that's been going on this week.
I think we should play, hear a word from our friend as the mayor so affectionately likes to refer to him as Mr. Pillows.
So let's hear from our good friend, Mike Lindell.

And we're back, Mayor.
Welcome back.
So, of course, we've had such a busy Newsweek and we still have another day left.
Who knows what tomorrow will bring us?
Who knows?
Caroline knows just as much as we do.
They got a maintenance man today.
Who knows what that intrepid Justice Department will do?
I mean, I was used to going after mafia guys, the kings of Wall Street, Nazis, terrorists.
Now they go after maintenance men.
Good job, Garland.
Thank God you didn't get on a court, you creep.
The so-called party of the working class.
You know, you're kind of creepy looking, too.
And you got that creepy son-in-law who's, like, encouraging kids to change their gender, right?
Or at least questioning them, right?
He wants to help them.
Yeah, right.
Help them.
Yeah, some help.
How much millions is he making?
Well.
There's going to be plenty to cover.
There's going to be plenty to cover tomorrow.
We'll be back.
You can get me tomorrow on wabcradio.com at 3 o'clock.
And then you'll be able to get me tomorrow night at 8 o'clock.
We'll be back.
We'll be back.
Get ready to call in challenging questions end of the week.
We'll see what other surprises they have in mind for us.
I think it's turning around though.
I really do think the American people are finally getting it.
God bless America.
Our purpose to bring to bear the principle of common sense and rational discussion to the issues of our day.
America was created at a time of great turmoil, tremendous disagreements, anger, hatred.
There was a book written in 1776 that guided much of the discipline of thinking that brought to us the discovery of our freedoms, of our God-given freedoms.
It was Thomas Paine's Common Sense, written in 1776, one of the first American bestsellers, in which Thomas Paine explained, by rational principles, the reason why these small colonies felt the necessity to separate from the Kingdom of Great Britain and the King of England.
He explained their inherent desire for liberty, for freedom, freedom of religion, freedom
of speech, the ability to select the people who govern them.
And he explained it in ways that were understandable to all the people, not just the elite.
Because the desire for freedom is universal.
The desire for freedom adheres in the human mind and it is part of the human soul.
This is exactly the time we should consult our history.
Look at what we've done in the past and see if we can't use it to help us now.
We understand that our founders created the greatest country in the history of the world.
The greatest democracy, the freest country.
A country that has taken more people out of poverty than any country ever.
All of us are so fortunate to be Americans.
But a great deal of the reason for America's constant ability to self-improve is because we're able to reason.
We're able to talk.
We're able to analyze.
