Welcome to another edition of Rudy's Common Sense.
Tonight, I think we have just seen two major examples, if that is necessary, of the utter insensitivity, disconnection, maybe dislike, disdain, Irrelevant from their point of view of the American people.
I think we're going to see, uh, an example that of course, um, has, um, occurred many times before, but these are two of the major, major, uh, two of the major times it's happened.
The first involves, uh, president Biden and the second involves secretary Mayorkas.
I think if you follow politics, realize these are the two of the biggest liars in the history of the United States.
The president has spent his life lying from the time he's become a public figure.
He entered office lying, and I guess he's going to end office lying, but there are days in which he does it two or three times, and it goes back to his Plagiarizing in law school.
Plagiarizing as a senator.
Plagiarizing the life of Neil Kinnick.
Claiming that he marched in the civil rights movement.
Claiming his family was the first to graduate from college.
They were all coal miners.
Not true.
Claiming he had three or five degrees.
He barely has two.
Cheated his way through the second one for sure.
Claiming he has some kind of massive IQ.
Very hard to do when you have half a brain.
I can tell you from personal experience of knowing him for over 35 years, he's one of the dumbest human beings I've ever met.
I'm not exaggerating, and I've said it for years.
Go find friends of mine.
If they ask me, what's Joe Biden like?
I said, he is the dumbest guy you ever met.
Lying about his whole background, claiming heroic feats that never occurred.
And while running for president, he claimed to have been shot at, at one point, and also having been arrested.
On the way to see Nelson Mandela.
That's been corrected three times and he continues to tell it even after he himself has corrected it.
And now he's into a whole new cycle of delusional lies like, well, while he was running, he said he saw Franklin Roosevelt read the comic books on television.
There were no, there were no, there were no, there were comic books.
There was no television when Franklin Roosevelt was alive.
So that of course would have been a delusion.
He claims he gave his uncle the Purple Star after he was in the White House, and his uncle had for years not wanted to take it because he didn't want to dishonor the memory of the people who died.
They really deserved it.
His father told him about it as he was being inaugurated, and then shortly thereafter he organized a ceremony in the White House.
His uncle first denied it, then he took Only problem with it, his father had been dead and his uncle for about five and seven years, respectively, at the time that he was in the White House.
He was told that was wrong, drastically wrong, and then he repeated it a week later.
These are just some of his lies.
Or, as you know, his insensitive behavior, yelling at A man, why don't you get up, who is in a wheelchair.
Losses of temper that are unexplainable.
All, by the way, a symptom of dementia or Alzheimer's at that age.
So, the other night, or day, day rather, when the terrible tragedy, that terrible, terrible tragedy took place with the death of the three children at the Christian school at the Covenant Christian School in Nashville.
And the death of the three.
Well, one was the headmistress, the other was the substitute teacher, and the third was the custodian.
Six were killed.
It was, of course, shocking.
If you're a parent, you can't help but put yourself in the place of parents.
In school, shot dead, no reason.
In a Christian school, I would say by all intents and purposes, probably considered a very safe school.
A former student comes in, 27-year-old person, who is transgender by their own admission, has described, I don't know what Pronoun now to use, as described her, self, as used to her, used to him, and most recently was him.
The person admittedly, according to the parents and the texts that have been, and writings that have been found, is a patient of a, for mental illness, for some form of mental illness.
We don't know what that, how that diagnosis goes, but is a patient from mental illness.
She shoots her way into the school.
The door is locked.
And we don't know exactly the circumstances now, because this wasn't seen in the school.
There might be film of this and that will eventually, I'm sure, will be obviously reviewed by the police and possibly maybe not released.
She shot and killed, as I said, six people.
Police arrived.
Within a few minutes of being called, the whole thing from the police point of view took 17 minutes, which I think is about as fast as you can do it.
If you could do it faster, it wouldn't be much.
Certainly nothing like the Evaldi situation.
In fact, just the difference is startling.
And not only that, but the actions of the police officers.
The police got there.
They immediately dispatched to the sounds of, I believe, gunfire and, uh, took no precautions from themselves.
Even the usual police precautions that you might be familiar with.
If you just watch a, uh, uh, realistic, um, uh, police movie fictional or, or documentary, you'll see that the police, when they're approaching a shooter and they're going through hallways and interconnected, uh, uh, interconnected spaces.
They will stop at each space that's a new hallway and they'll look around both ways with the gun out or ready to shoot if they see the person.
And just the opposite occurred.
Just the opposite occurred.
They went right through.
They went right to the subject and shot and killed the subject.
And cut off the damage she could do at six.
And cut off the damage she could do at six.
It was, um, it was a blessing because we don't know what the numbers are, but we know that the person had a significant amount of ammunition.
Now, the president of the United States was at some kind of function when this happened.
And the president of the United States, this is similar to, I guess, you know, George Bush in September 11th, except he was notified Of the full import of it right away.
Whereas Bush was told only that, that something happened, a twin engine plane or something and, and didn't go joking about it, but rather just kept up his activities to read into the children so that he wouldn't unnecessarily disturb people until they found out how serious it was.
That was a sensible decision of an adult, uh, full, uh, functioning non, Uh, injured brain.
He walks out in order to give his comment on this.
Who knows if he wasn't affected by the fact that the person was immediately, uh, described as transgender.
And you know, that his administration would do everything they can to cover cover that, uh, their, their desire, I think is that it's just that it happens.
It happens with a white supremacist and whenever it doesn't, it's buried.
And whenever it does, which is rare, it's grossly exaggerated.
Until it turns out it's wrong.
So I think he was in a state of confusion.
So I'm going to want to show something to help you understand this.
And I think it would be very valuable if we were to take a look at this.
And this would be Biden, at the time, shortly after being informed that these horrible, horrendous murders took place, coming out.
And I think one of the duties he has here is to explain it.
Who knows what's going on in his warped mind and his warped personality?
Think of yourself in this situation.
I can, because I've been in it.
Um, and think whichever vaguely even do this and think of what kind of person would do this.
So now let's play it so you can see it.
And, um, this would be, this would be him, uh, president Biden addressing the people who, um, who have no idea this happened.
And he's there to make a comforting statement.
In part, a factual statement also, and a strong statement.
I don't mean comforting like weak, I mean comforting like the way a Ronald Reagan would do it.
Or I'd say a Bill Clinton would do it.
Or Donald Trump would do it.
I never considered Obama to have the human touch.
He was, um, a caricature, but I never thought he had much heart.
And then when he did something, um, spontaneous or without teleprompter, there was so many us in it.
It was hard to understand it.
A very stark difference between Obama reading and Obama now addressing you.
He would address you like this, uh, I have a terrible thing to tell you.
I counted, sometimes, 20 uhs in one minute.
Of course, the press would never, ever, ever cover that.
So, let's put it up.

Now, I'm taking a moment because what I say will be edited if I don't.
I have had issues with Joe Biden for a long time, and of course know more about him than anyone does.
I find that one of the most astounding Examples of the breakdown of the human conscience, the human personality, human brain, and the human heart described metaphorically.
How could you do that?
What is that?
Whatever it is, it shows a very, very disturbed man.
It could be he doesn't remember originally why he's out there.
Which of course would mean he's in full-blown dementia.
If he isn't, I'd pretty much eat my hat.
It could mean he was always a heartless, mean, miserable narcissist who has no feeling for people and maybe did forget.
But even if you forgot the feeling it remained with you of solemnity or disappointment or Horror at thinking about your own children or grandchildren, because he disavows one of his grandchildren.
Uh, that is a disgrace.
If, uh, if Donald Trump was impeached for nothing and one paid for $1.1 million frame up the other, um, the orchestrated January six insurrection where insurrection hasn't even been charged yet after hundreds of cases and People in jail for thousands and thousands of hours, like they're inter-Japanese, and there's no proof that this was an insurrection of any kind.
And there's no proof of any kind that Trump planned it or even knew it was going to happen.
And the House impeached him for it.
The House impeached him for his conversation with Zelensky that was completely justified by the hard drives that was being covered up.
Criminally by the FBI and the Department of Justice.
Also criminally kept from you when you voted for president by the same group of people.
So.
And then.
The rest of it, I don't have to play the rest of you.
You've heard this nonsense and silliness and bull so many times.
If you don't start to vomit.
There's something wrong with you, and that is that gun control is the reason.
In other words, the two rifles and the handgun that we used by the emotionally disturbed female, biological female, now describing herself as a male, who was undergoing psychiatric treatment.
That the guns that she used, actually, it wasn't her.
The guns, you know, went off by themselves and killed four, those damn guns.
If we just could get rid of those guns, this female would do nothing but be a very pleasant, very safe, very careful, very decent human being and not a murderer.
The guns did it.
It's just like cars.
People don't cause accidents, cars do.
It's that damn car.
If we only had car control, we wouldn't have car accidents, right?
If we only had gun control, we wouldn't have incidents like this.
Now, I'm gonna tell you from more experience in law enforcement than probably anyone in this administration combined has, and probably the most qualified To make judgments about law enforcement, because I have a record that's unmatched by anyone, in reducing crime, getting rid of the mafia, turning around Wall Street, prosecuting Nazis, terrorists, and prosecuting one hell of a lot of corrupt politicians like the ones in the Biden administration.
I'm going to tell you categorically, and not a particular Opponent or opponent of gun control, for any other reason but the following, on this basis, it has nothing to do with the behavior of criminals and mentally impaired individuals.
Now, you don't have to be a criminologist or a police officer or a prosecutor to know that.
What you have to actually do is understand the language, the English language, and what words mean.
What does control mean?
Control means that it gears someone's behavior.
It gets, in that context, that it gets control over your behavior and it modifies it into what it wants it to be.
So instead of just going and getting a gun illegally and carrying it around, you're going to go to a gun store, properly registered, and you're going to follow whatever much stricter rules The communists, otherwise known as now Democrats, place on it.
Now I just make an aside really for the purpose of depriving you of guns so they can have their will with you.
And I would never have thought that five years ago, but as I watched their communists take over this government, the wisdom of the second amendment becomes more and more real.
I don't, as I watched the amount of crime, If I'm a person in Philadelphia five years ago, I'm dealing with one kind of threat.
Now I'm dealing with record homicides because George Soros paid millions to put a, um, to put a traitor, uh, as a prosecutor, a traitor, meaning someone who releases all the criminals.
I just spent the other night.
I was with three people from Philadelphia.
They're frightened out of their minds because of Krasner.
And one of them, one of them can, can, can locate the deaths of Was it her husband or boyfriend?
I don't remember.
I think a loved one.
A loved one.
Two, two, six months after Krasna became the DA.
So, um, this is the reality of what's going on.
By definition, gun control does not control the behavior of dangerous criminals.
And people who are mentally ill, by definition.
The reason they're criminals is because they don't respond to controls.
The controls are the laws they're violating.
The reason that people are mentally ill, and I'm talking about that kind of mental illness, is they can't function as controlled by societal norms.
We're gonna gun control laws.
They're no different than the laws that the criminal is violating and no different than the norms that the mentally ill person is violating.
So why in the name of would a person who was a criminal murderer or a mentally ill murderer follow gun control laws?
You literally Have to be deliberately misleading people to say that.
If you are an intelligent, educated person and understand both the meaning of the words and the operation of the human mind and conduct.
I reduced crime more than anyone else ever.
And I never ever relied on gun control and it had not a damn thing to do with the reduction of murder.
Mostly by gun from 2000 to 500.
Had nothing to do with it.
So take that suggestion, you imbecile, and get rid of it because it's an insult to the intelligence of decent people.
It is misleading people who don't have the ability to analyze this with all the facts available to them, and it is getting people killed.
And it followed Your recitation and attempt to be funny, talking to us about your wife and ice cream.
You miserable person!
No wonder our country is in the worst shape it's ever been in.
We've got the worst president we've ever had.
Surely the most criminal.
I hope the most demented, although Wilson was in pretty damn bad shape like you are.
And his wife was running things.
I don't think Jill is.
I think Obama is.
So, we're going to have to deal with this murder, and we will in subsequent, possibly even in the next podcast, and start talking about the, is this a concerted effort of anger directed at the Christian community?
I think people are speculating about that, and I think in order to In order to make a reasoned analysis of that, we need more information.
We need to fill in, for example, I need to read the mandate, what that was about.
They want to keep it from you, the manifesto, I think it's called, and they want to keep that from you, and I am very suspicious as to why.
I would think if it were a manifesto of a white supremacist, it would have been leaked and out already, and it would have been all over every television station.
It wouldn't be like the disclosure that the woman was a transgender person, buried like on about paragraph 28 of the New York Times, after every other explanation is given, or hard to find, I couldn't find it, it's maybe there in the Washington Post.
Or with the quick turning around of this and trying to blame it on Republicans.
I'd like to know just how Republicans are responsible for a transgender individual killing six people in a Christian school.
And I do think it is not capable of coming to a conclusion about, but it sure as heck is a reasonable hypothesis and therefore an area that should properly be
investigated.
Was this a hate crime geared to a Christian school?
And what would make it, you know, even more compelling beyond just the obvious facts,
it is a Christian school, is the fact that she was a student in that school and that's
mentioned all the time.
So the suggestion there, which may not be true, right?
The suggestion there, she had some kind of bitterness toward it.
a suggestion. I mean, you know, I don't know.
You don't go back to your alma mater and kill six people if you're in love with it, I don't think.
Now, if you're mentally ill, all bets are off.
And I'm not asserting that this is a crime with the purpose of killing Christians.
I'm telling you that is something that responsible non or apolitical investigators, which they should be, would thoroughly investigate and therefore run down.
So let's see if that's done.
The police chief put it on the table right away because it sounds like the police chief knows there'll be pressure not to.
And when asked, did her status as a transgender president have something to do with it, he said, and I'm going to just paraphrase now, but he said he didn't know, but that was something being looked at.
Well, I would say, or something has to be considered.
It was a very courageous thing to do, chief.
Very courageous, indeed.
Now, I know this is an unrelated story, but it is once again indicative of the point that we're making.
This administration has no heart, as well as no conscience, because it's corrupt as hell.
And I would say the best example, and I'd put him beyond the press secretary because it's her job, she apparently thinks, to lie for him.
So I consider her almost part of his lying.
That doesn't really justify her.
That's sort of the Nazi prison guard excuse.
You know, I was told to do it.
I know it's not Nazi, and I know it's not the same dimension.
And don't get all upset.
It's just an example to make the point.
She's not killing anybody.
He is.
She's not.
And you want to know how?
I'm not going to go through all the details of how.
Just go over my prior podcast.
All the people in Afghanistan who died didn't have to die if you didn't take out the soldiers before the civilians, which only a very sick individual would do.
A 15-year-old would figure out.
You leave the soldiers there to protect against the terrorists, to protect the individuals.
So we have Secretary Mayorkas.
Let's get out the facts really quick.
Again, you can go back to recent podcasts on this, and we'll have more because we haven't had some in, I think, a little bit too long because the situation is getting worse at the border.
Uh, I will say without proving it, because I don't think I have to, that our border is completely open.
You can walk across our border at will.
If you do get arrested, it's just a momentary thing.
You claim you have a reason to leave your country based on political persecution.
You are immediately then given bail.
You're taken before a judge.
You're given a time two years from now to come back and you're let go.
And 90% of them do not come back.
So you pass, go, and you're never coming back.
You're in.
So we had 2.7 million people that came in and were apprehended.
That doesn't mean they were arrested.
It means they were touched.
Most of them came in.
Some were sent back based on really Trump's edict, that is, that Biden's trying to get rid of and the courts won't let him.
But even with that, millions got in.
And we did know during COVID, we did know meaningful COVID testing while we were being forced on the penalty of losing our jobs forever.
Pretty close to going to prison to take vaccines.
They didn't have to take vaccines.
They, without any doubt, spread COVID all over the country because they were sent all over the country.
I mean, Biden did with them what the Chinese did with his people.
He sent them all over our country to spread COVID.
Or at least he would think he did because he thought you needed a vaccine.
But he didn't give it to them.
Didn't check them.
And that went on, that went on for a year.
It still goes on.
The numbers are getting higher this year.
We set a record last year.
We set a record a year before.
Biden's records now are so high.
They're, they're like, he leaves every other president in the dust.
Because even though we had porous borders, we never had a completely uncontrollable border.
Now we have a completely uncontrollable border.
It means you can cross it at will.
But there is control over it, but it's in Mexico, and it's by the Mexican cartels, which makes it even worse than it's ever been before.
Because people are not just coming in, and it's just haphazard as to which ones of them are criminals, and which ones are drug addicts, and which ones are insane murderers, and which one are MSS.
MS-13 animals, and which one of them are terrorists, and which one of them are human trafficking.
Now it's actually programmed so that they are, by an organization that makes a fortune with that called the Mexican cartels, La Gulfa, Sinaloa.
Very, very sophisticated organized crime groups with representatives, massive numbers of representatives in major American cities and some not so major American cities.
Carrying on their own direct horrendous crimes and cooperating with others, organized crime within the United States, and most particularly the partner of the Chinese communists in making billions from fentanyl and slaughtering hundreds of thousands of young Americans.
Again, records that are leaving any other president behind.
If you want to know how out of control our borders are, take a look at the number of people dying of fentanyl all throughout America.
From children, to teachers, to elderly people, to people just sampling marijuana for the first time.
It's all China, 99%.
China made money from every one of those deaths.
China made money from the ones that didn't result in deaths.
China's making a fortune so that it can build, they've already built a navy bigger than ours, now they can build an army bigger than ours, and soon enough they can conquer us.
And we're paying for it.
With lives, and money.
And Mexico is taking its part, not to mention that Lopez Obrador, the president of Mexico, is also a communist, which no one mentions and no one talks about.
And all Americans do, a very large number of them, particularly those with a dem after their title, is defend China.
They defend China for reasons that are completely anti-American.
And, um, So Mayorkas has an open border.
There's nobody in the world that doesn't know that.
People come all the way from China here to go across our open border.
He's lied and lied and lied and lied.
They held those border patrol agents responsible for whipping people when it was clear they didn't.
And then they didn't, they modified the penalty and still held them responsible.
And Biden has never apologized for falsely accusing them, which was a horrible thing to do.
And Biden continues, and the mayor of New York cries about the problem costing his city, what, 40 million more a year or 400 million more a year, 400 million more a year, to a city that's virtually spending, well, spending more money than the entire state of Florida.
Florida has like five times more people Uh, most of that is corruption.
And all these people are doing this.
They all know the board is open.
They're now even saying if the Democrats and here now is a guy who emerges, I think is a hero here.
I know cross-examination and I know people who are good at it and people who are not.
Uh, Ted Cruz, for whom I, uh, have developed the utmost admiration for how straightforward he is about things and how little a politician he is.
And how much the good of the American people seems to motivate him.
I don't know Ted that well.
I'm judging from what I see.
Rand Paul is another one that I have that respect for.
Ron Johnson.
There are more, but there aren't too many.
I want to play Mallorca's, what would be under normal circumstances, an appearance before Congress, where you'd be called back to Congress, the White House, and you'd be asked to resign.
Except they can't ask him to resign because, yes, he's in favor of open borders.
But it comes right from the president.
So this is the questioning yesterday by Ted Cruz.
Can we play a little of that now, Ted?
I'm talking now to Ted Goodman, my psychic.
And while Ted finds that, there are also Was a remarkable ending to it by Senator Kennedy, who has the best sense of humor, aside from Mike Huckabee, just about anybody I know.

Senator, your phrasing of the question is actually quite misleading.

Precisely why we are seeking to accelerate this.

You get in office and that red line are dead bodies.
I've been on the Rio Grande and I've seen dead bodies floating there who drowned because of your refusal to do your job.
I don't even know how many have died.
What do you say to the Texas farmers and ranchers who find pregnant ladies dead on their property, who find toddlers dead on their property?
What do you say to them?
I say that is why, precisely, we are taking it to the smuggling organizations.
You are not!
That is simply not true.
Number two, it is why we are doing it.
Let me read from the Wall Street Journal.
The Wall Street Journal two weeks ago ran an article entitled, It's Like a Graveyard.
Record numbers of migrants are dying at the border.
The story begins with this chilling line, quote, Eagle Pass, Texas.
Local officials keep a refrigerated truck to hold the bodies of migrants who drown in the currents of the Rio Grande while trying to cross the border into the U.S.
Mr. Chairman, I ask unanimous consent that this article be entered into the record.
Let me ask you a different question.
How many children have been sexually assaulted by human traffickers under the Biden administration?
Senator, this is precisely why we instituted... I don't want a lecture.
It's a question.
How many children have been sexually assaulted by human traffickers under your administration?
Senator, this is exactly why on January 5th, Do you know how many children have been sexually assaulted?
You're going to refuse to answer that question as well.
Let's move on.
It's obvious you've been instructed to stonewall.
So I'm not going to let you.
You don't get to stonewall and filibuster.
Now one of my Democratic... He doesn't know how many children were raped at the border under his watch.
I ask a simple question, not whether he should be Secretary of Health... Secretary of...
Of Homeland Security.
I ask a different question as to whether or not he should be Secretary of Homeland Security.
The question that I ask is should he be in that administration?
Should he be a secretary?
Of course not.
What kind of human being is he?
If you ran that agency, wouldn't every child that was raped, wouldn't you know about it?
Wouldn't you have, in all these years you've been there, done something about it?
There's no program to stop it.
I was in government.
These are the things that motivate you to make changes, to do reform.
When I found out about the condition of the welfare agency, I took it out of the welfare office, created a whole new agency, the Agency for Children's Services, and put it under Nick Scopetta, who was a brilliant leader.
Within five or six years, we got awards for their performance.
But I didn't care about the awards for their performance.
We were saving children's lives.
We were doing the best that we could to save children's lives.
And we failed there a few times, and we went back and studied it.
Nick and I and staff, they would do it and come to me.
These were situations of grave importance.
Because human life was a situation of grave importance to us.
To people, I guess, who can tolerate The slaughter of an eight or nine-month-old baby in the womb and approve it as legal, which Biden and Mayorkas can, I guess they don't care much about human life.
It's about them.
And you want the core of what's wrong with this administration.
It's entirely immoral.
It is not informed at all by wisdom, decency, or God.
And our country is sinking.
And our country is, in the words of President Trump, the other night, either on an interview or his, possibly both, or his speech, this country is dead.
I would say this country has become, at its governing level, a communist country, which is an immoral, amoral, evil place, hurting its own people.
and uh doing cruel things like ignoring east palestine because they're not democrats which to this day biden ignores or talking about human life like it's trash let's talk about ice cream instead of human life if it's inconvenient because it might illustrate possibly a problem there is evidence of violence some degree of violence that possibly is growing up among people that think the country isn't going fast enough with changing everybody's sex.
Now, I don't know, again, if that's true.
I hear those allegations.
I have not had time to investigate.
I do know if it was any other situation, it'd be investigated thoroughly.
As I said, if this person were a white supremacist, it would already be concluded that white supremacy did it.
Uh, this woman is, uh, uh, uh, identifies as a man and is transgender.
There's a group of writings by this woman.
I don't think anybody would bother to read them if it was reversed.
I will hold judgment, withhold judgment.
And I hope it's not the case.
This is a situation where that has caused violence.
But I do think if the lives of our citizens are important, we're going to find out about it.
And we're not going to be intimidated into not looking at it.
These are the things that you and I have to fight against now, because we do not live in the America of our fathers and mothers.
We don't live in the America of our childhood.
I'm not sure that many of us even live in the America in which we brought up our children.
We live in an America that is much more like East Germany, Nazi Germany, Soviet Union, and China, but not in all respects.
But in terms of our rights and the fact that the state has taken over, the mere battle between parents and the state for primacy and the education of children is an example that the state, which is fighting for the state to take over the children, has embraced principles that emerge from Karl Marx.

If Jefferson's name is offensive to some people in Washington, Surely the Democrat Party, which had a lot more to do with slavery, is offensive to everybody.
So how about hypocrites?
