This is Rudy Giuliani, and here we are again with another episode of Rudy's Common Sense.
This is an episode I've been waiting to do for a very, very long time, and probably have delayed it a bit, but the New York Post did a major expose in the last several days in which they just blasted this right out of Kingdom Come, and it's about really extraordinarily Dangerous liars who are at very high levels of the United States government, feeding our presidents, at least from Bush I would think on, possibly Clinton, intelligence.
And of course, how many times over the last 20 to 25 years have you said to yourself, where could they possibly have gotten that intelligence?
I guess the most famous being the weapons of mass destruction, but Clinton was constantly complaining about faulty intelligence.
Obama was complaining about faulty intelligence.
Many reports of overly positive statements about outcomes that led to more people dying, more people being killed.
How many failed missions?
Stemming from the CIA.
Well, this could be, Miranda Devine thinks it is, maybe one of the most significant frauds in American history.
If we're talking about a fraudulent election in 2020, there is no need to go to the ballot box.
It happened before the ballot box.
May very well have happened at the ballot box, too.
I am certainly not one excluding that.
But a massive, dramatic, historic compilation of information, which forms the basis for, at minimum, 40 or 50 major prosecutions Including racketeering cases against the Biden family for 30 years of crime, explained and admitted to by Hunter Biden with external witnesses corroborating it, was covered up during the election of 2020 and covered up for months thereafter, even though it was in the possession of
The formerly well-regarded Federal Bureau of Investigation, for a year and a half, known to the Justice Department, including, I am sure, Mr. Wray and Mr. Barr, not only did it conclusively prove Incredible criminality on the part of the Biden crime family, 30 years of taking bribes, summed up almost as clearly as a lawyer could ever wish by Hunter Biden in his statement to his daughter, I believe, in 2019, that for 30 years, I've been paying all the expenses of this family.
And still have to give half my income to Pop.
This is during the time that Pop was a United States Senator and Vice President of the United States.
And when you look at the money, the biggest question that always emerges is, why would they pay it to Hunter Biden?
Who had very few skills, and whatever skills he had were destroyed by a lifetime of being a massive drug user of crack, cocaine, and everything else he could get his hands on.
In rehabilitation, so often, it's impossible to count.
There's no way the major criminals who paid this money were paying it to a degenerate drug addict.
Now I say that with sympathy, believe it or not, for Hunter Biden, because I think if Hunter Biden had a father who had a soul and a conscience, this would not have happened.
Only an evil man could have done this to his son.
So don't be surprised at what I'm about to describe to you.
You know there's a two-tiered system of justice.
If I have to prove that to you, All I have to say to you is the following.
I have a whole bunch of things here to prove it.
I'm going to skip over all of them.
I'm going to say two things.
Hunter Biden and Donald Trump Jr.
Just take everything Hunter Biden has done, proven by the hard drive, and say that Hunter Biden did 20% of it.
And it first started to get revealed in 2015.
Was fully knowledgeable with regard to the government by 2016, 2017, 2018.
Do you think you'd be in prison by now?
Do you think I would be still trying to persuade you that these people are criminals?
Or would the press have not only made them criminals, but exaggerated it beyond Anything they actually did.
You know that's true.
I don't care if you're a Republican, a Democrat, a liberal or conservative, a socialist or a communist.
If you're an intelligent person, you know that what I just told you is true.
The media is entirely crooked and biased and treats Republicans extraordinarily differently than Democrats.
Democrats or those who support Hillary Clinton, whose case was clearly fixed by the FBI, for whom no one has gone to jail, or if we look at the CIA, or we look at the false charges brought against Papadopoulos, Carter Page, Donald Trump, Yours truly.
Do you have any doubt that these people have completely politicized our system of justice and turned our respected FBI into some kind of version of the East German secret police, the Stasi?
I mean, they conduct raids like the Stasi.
Going to white-collar criminal's homes who aren't violent with people dressed up like the military.
Frightening the hell out of their children.
I mean, Comey has gotten away with more lies.
I can't count them or describe them.
Not held to account.
Not held accountable.
Mueller and his staff committed so many...
acts of misconduct and of absolute deception, that they're not held accountable for things
that other people, Republicans, are held accountable for, for far less, or things that are questionable.
Mueller and Comey carried on an investigation of something they knew was untrue,
the Russian collusion allegation, which was determined to be untrue before the election was
over.
And then we spent 40 or 45 million dollars with the pathological liar Shifty Schiff and his merry men and women, Who lied to you and are still lying to you and getting away with it.
I don't know how long this goes on.
Every one of those January 6th committee phonies that you see lied to you about Russian collusion.
Donald Trump and I and his lawyers told you the truth about it and they're still pursuing us and they're the good guys and we're the bad guys with the legacy media, the crooked media.
But there's one that is really egregious.
Really, really egregious.
And I'm going to show you a picture of them.
Because these people belong on what used to be the FBI Most Wanted list.
Here's one picture of them.
I don't know if that adds up to 51, it should.
Should, should, should.
Here's maybe a more abbreviated form, but with quite an apt description by the New York Post.
What does that say?
It says, spies who lie.
Spies who lie should be in jail, right?
I think so.
Particularly if they're trying to frame a president.
I mean, you don't think Brennan and Clapper should be in jail?
They should have been in jail about four or five years ago when Congress wanted to put them in jail.
Let's take a short break.

But here they are, 51 major level officials in the prior administrations.
who wrote a letter when the Hunter Biden hard drive was first, were first disclosed. And the
letter, and let me read it first, because we'll paraphrase it, you know, and everybody does,
but I'll read you the critical portion of it.
This is the 51 lying intelligence agents, including five heads of the CIA.
All of whom we can find delivered false or faulty intelligence to the United States government over the period of their career that led to significant, significant death of Americans.
Remember Benghazi, huh?
Remember the weapons of mass destruction?
Remember September 11?
Remember the Boston Marathon when they knew the guy went to southern Russia?
I don't know, do I have to keep going on?
Maybe when you see these spies who lied, you might realize the horrible history we've had with these people.
I mean, 90% of them are from the CIA.
Directed by a man who is completely warped, Brennan and Clapper.
But here's, and we'll go back to that in a moment, but let me just read you the letter so we know exactly what we're talking about.
This was written, I believe, four days after the New York Post published the contents, or part of the contents, and they were going to publish all of them eventually.
of the Hunter Biden hard drive, which was a copy of the Hunter Biden computer, which he had left a year or so earlier with John Mac Isaacs in Delaware, had abandoned it and it had become John Mac Isaacs' property by virtue of the contract and law.
Check this all out myself.
I'm not sloppy.
Nor is Bob Costello.
Nor is the New York Post.
We all independently verified it.
This is the letter from the lying spies who are being protected by the crooked media and the crooked Democratic Party who you should vote out of office as soon as you can.
We write to say that the arrival on the U.S.
political scene of emails purportedly belonging to Vice President Biden's
son, Hunter.
Much of it related to his time serving on the board of the Ukrainian gas company Burisma,
has all the classic earmarks of Russian information operation.
Nowhere in this letter Or at any time since the day it was published, including when it was proven to be a lie, have they cited a single earmark of Russian disinformation?
This is a tactic of these criminals and liars.
Remember when I originally revealed the Biden bribery of the president of Ukraine, which goes back two and a half years, And began their investigation of me, their seizing of my iCloud account, and their virtual attempt to destroy my law practice, my ability to make a living, and my reputation.
From the moment I reveal that, I've been their target.
I've also fortuitously been the one to reveal everything about them.
I brought out originally the criminality of Biden.
And I brought out the hard drive.
Because John Mac Isaacs couldn't find anybody else with the guts to do it.
But Costello and I did.
Because we love our country.
Not because we love Donald Trump.
That's a separate issue.
We love our country and I have devoted my life to pursuing major, massive criminals.
Not little punk criminals.
But Nazis, heads of organized crime, terrorists, multi-billion dollar Wall Street defrauders in the United States, congressmen and commissioners and others who are corrupt, they disgust me.
So do these people.
These are disgusting people who ruin our country for our children.
And they sure are ruining America now.
These people did a lot of damage.
Covered up by the left-wing crooked press.
Each one of them has their own story.
I can't go through all of them.
Over a period of time, hopefully, we'll elect an honest government and we'll bring these people to account.
Please, don't get fooled again.
Here's the rest of the letter.
So now they first tell us it has all the earmarks of a Russian information operation.
One would think, in a spirit of fairness, honesty, or decency, they'd list two or three of the earmarks.
What were the earmarks?
That they came from Dover, Delaware?
That it was written in English?
That it had all kinds of pictures of Hunter Biden, including child pornography?
Were those the earmarks?
Did the Russians produce those pictures of the 14-year-old girls?
Did they produce the pictures of Hunter smoking pot it looked like every single day in every part of the house where minors were living?
Did they produce the information from the psychiatrist saying that he was a danger to children and his own admission to his father that he was a danger to Joe's grandchildren that Joe, as the horrible father and grandfather that he is, didn't do anything about?
What's Russian disinformation about that?
Did they look at the fact that the signatures match?
The signature that John McIsaac had and Hunter Biden's signature was verified by Bob Costello's expert, my expert, and the New York Post's two experts, as well as other publications, some of which, despite the fact that they had verification, were afraid to go with it for fear that what is happening to us, Bannon and myself and others being put under criminal investigation, would happen to them because they knew how corrupt and evil Biden is.
Imagine using the FBI to go after your political enemies.
We thought Nixon was thinking about it.
Biden's doing it right in front of our eyes.
And we're sitting by and watching it.
How weak are we?
They went on to say, we want to emphasize that we do not know if the emails provided to the New York Post by President Trump's personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, are genuine or not.
And that we do not have evidence of Russian involvement.
So what the hell are they writing the letter for?
Explain to me why they're writing this letter.
If they've never looked at the emails, they have no idea if they're legitimate or not.
If they're legitimate, they're defaming me as a Russian operative.
They didn't bother to look!
We don't know!
How useless is this letter?
You should take it and throw it in the garbage when you see that.
Rip it up!
It's a piece of garbage!

We want to emphasize that we do not know if the emails, the ones they're saying have all the earmarks of Russian disinformation provided to the New York Post by President Trump's personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, are genuine or not.
Well, if you don't know, shut up!
Or go find out before you make a charge of just about treason, you miserable liars!
Irresponsible intelligence officials who have done so much damage to America, you should be in jail?
This alone, interfering in a presidential election?
Fifteen days to go and you publish this garbage?
And you say the Russians interfere in our elections?
You interfered a hell of a lot more than any Russian!
Or Chinese!
And you did it to interfere!
You didn't bother to check!
They go on!
We want to emphasize that we do not know if the emails provided to the New York Post by President Trump's personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, are genuine or not.
And we do not have evidence of Russian involvement.
They don't have evidence of Russian involvement.
But they detect earmarks, which they can't describe.
What, do they get a visitation in the middle of the night from a Russian counter-spy?
Maybe one that they used to bribe or provide prostitutes for?
Just that our experience, our experience of basically misleading America.
When's the last time the CIA was right?
And not too often.
Our experience of the Bay of Pigs.
Our experience with weapons of mass destruction!
Our experience with Benghazi killing Americans!
That's your experience, you phonies!
This is after their experience told them there was Russian collusion and it turned out to be false.
I don't know if every one of them was involved in Russian collusion, certainly Brennan and Clapper.
They're the architect of it.
No humility about the fact that you were completely wrong about that, and charging an innocent man with something he didn't do, which is collude with the Russians, which you knew Hillary Clinton was paying for?
And she was allowed to get away with it because she's in the protected class that you're in and that Biden is in.
In other words, you can commit any crimes you want.
I don't know about murder, but you sure can commit almost any crimes you want.
So their experience, which is pretty much useless, makes them deeply suspicious that Russia had a significant role in this case.
How can you make that charge against a government that has nuclear weapons when you don't have any evidence and you don't know if the emails are true or not?
Do you ever think that, you know, in the hands of an irresponsible Putin, this could result in some form of nuclear war?
Do you think maybe you made the relationships between the United States and Russia toxic?
When the Russians know that what you're charging them with, the Russians know that what these criminals are charging them with is a big lie.
How are we different than them if we do that?
Now, here's the conclusion, or the conclusion of this part.
If we are right, This is Russia trying to influence how Americans vote in this election.
And we believe strongly that Americans should be aware of it.
That is based on no evidence that the emails are false and no evidence of Russian involvement.
But they want Americans to be aware of it.
But here's what there was evidence of.
There was evidence of their lying.
Who was interfering in the election?
The Russians?
Or the crooked Democrats and Bidenistas and their intelligence operatives who have been misleading Republican and Democrat presidents for decades.
They're the ones interfering in the election.
Who didn't do the due diligence?
Would you sign your name to a letter like this and not even look at the emails?
Would you sign a letter like this and then have to disclaim that you have no idea if the emails are genuine or not?
Would you sign a letter like this and have to put in it that you have no evidence of Russian involvement?
Why are they not being investigated?
Why weren't their homes searched rather than President Trump or mine?
Or Bannon's?
What did we do to jeopardize the national security of the United States?
They did!
My law career is destroyed because I did this for my country.
Because they falsely accused me of having something to do with January 6th, which even an Obama judge has dismissed.
But the left-wing liberal eastern lawyers want to take away my right to practice law!

Where's the credit for revealing Biden's criminality?

51 liars Let's just leave it at that.
So let's go back now to a moment and just review who some of these people are.
Just a couple of little tidbits so you get an idea of the moral quality of what we're dealing with here, because you don't get it from the phony media that builds them up as if they are really, really all that brilliant, which they're not, and honest, which they are definitely not.
And crooked, which they definitely, in most cases, are, because their desire for power will have them do anything, including put their name on a document that's absurd and extraordinarily damaging, not just to my reputation.
And it was very damaging to my reputation, about which I am very, very angry, because I worked very hard over 50 years to develop my reputation, which I'd put up against theirs at any time.
I don't know if there's been a United States attorney that's put more organized criminals in jail.
I don't know that there's a United States attorney that did as much about using the racketeering statute against white-collar crime and corrupt public officials.
I don't know that there's a mayor, there is no mayor that ever reduced crime at the level at which I did.
I didn't do it alone.
I did it with a great deal of help.
Please don't let me suggest that I did it by myself, but I was the head of the team.
And I did it with three different police commissioners, all of whom get credit for it, but I was there with all three and guided a great deal of the strategy and had the guts to stand up.
And you can't find any Democrat mayor who's willing to do that today.
I mean, I reduce crime 65%.
Right now, the current mayor, crime is up 30%.
He's a Democrat.
You can expect that.
That's true of almost every Democrat mayor.
That's why you got to vote Republican this time.
So we fix that party.
We get rid of the creeps like this.
We get rid of the DAs who are owned by a creep like Soros, an anti-American hater of American nationalism, Soros.
Well, I mean, you look at, um, you look at, you look at Brennan Former NSA contractor Edward Snowden came forward to unveil an illegal domestic surveillance program, a story that won an Oscar and a Pulitzer Prize, for documentarian Laura Poitras and reporters Glenn Greenwald and Jeremy Shahil.
This is written by Matt Taibbi, a liberal journalist.
By 2014, members of Congress in both parties were calling for the resignations of CIA A. Chief John Brennan and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, both of whom have been caught lying to Congress.
Bannon doesn't show up for a hearing because of a legitimate claim of privilege and they want to put him in jail.
These guys lie to Congress and they become even bigger big shots in the Obama administration and they're there to try to frame Trump.
And deal in what could be described in a more general way as a treasonous plot to take out a president of the United States based on the false claim of Russian collusion, which they knew was false.
Brennan, Clapper, and Hayden have been rehabilitated and are all paid contributors to MSNBC or CNN, part of a wave of intelligence officers who have flooded the airwaves and co-op pages in recent years, including the FBI's Asher, and they go on and on and on with a group of people that have written a thing.
I mean, they're so unfounded, it's hard to even describe.
I mean, it's disgusting.
So, I mean, these guys should have been gone in 14, but unfortunately they were around to help destroy our country starting in 16 and accomplishing it in 20.
The same U.S.
intelligence officers who perpetrated human rights abuses and illegal surveillance and lied to Congress and the American public about it and their ideological colleagues have weaponized intelligence To engage in cover-ups for political allies and to baselessly attack opponents.
That's what the letter of October 19th is, among other things, isn't it?
Over 50 former U.S.
intelligence officials, representing themselves as impartial, concerned citizens, alleged in a public letter that the Hunter Biden laptop emails were Russian disinformation.
Candidate Joe Biden subsequently used the claim for cover in a presidential debate saying, there are 50 former national intelligence folks who said that the Hunter Biden laptop story is a Russian plan, which nobody believes but Trump and Giuliani.
Well, here's the final conclusion.
Biden is a damn liar.
And Trump and Giuliani were telling the truth.
That's pretty damn consistent throughout, ladies and gentlemen.
It's a hell of a charge for me to accuse the President of being evil.
I'm willing to back it up, and I have no doubt he should be removed under the 25th Amendment, despite the fact that you may have your concerns about Harris.
We cannot have a man suffering clearly from dementia, which the whole world knows, except the phony, lying, corrupt, disgusting American media.
When you turn around and don't know where you're going, when you're looking for a dead congresswoman, when you can't figure out who your wife is, and when you fall down going up the steps, I don't know what else you gotta do to prove that you should be in a nursing home, not having your finger away from a button that can destroy the world, or saying things that could irritate a man who might not be completely stable Putin, Into some kind of world war.
This letter from these completely failed intelligence officials could have provoked a nuclear war, or at least a war.
They're accusing Russia, and Russia knows they're lying.
I know they're lying.
The press knows they're lying, but makes believe they're not.
And so we want to say to Russia, you know, you practice the big lie.
What does Putin say back to us?
Well, so does Brennan and Clapper and Panetta.
And that's a lie.
We had nothing to do with—Russia knows it had nothing to do with the hard drive.
So they know that Americans are liars.
Where's the moral high ground?
Gone because we have an evil president.
And then they go on and on with other unbelievable lies by Clapper.
And then in 2021, a whistleblower has revealed that the National Security Agency under Biden is surveilling Tucker Carlson.
I mean, they don't stop.
They don't stop.
I mean, that surveillance of Carlson is a serious federal crime.
Put people in jail for that.
Among the group here were five former CIA directors.
Imagine how effective these liars were.
Mike Hayden, disgraceful.
Leon Panetta, even more disgraceful.
John Brennan, I don't know what to say about John Brennan.
You know who John Brennan is.
You know.
You got it.
You can see it, right?
Michael Morell, big phony, one of the architects of the letter, by the way.
He's one of the two people alleged to have written the letter.
And everybody thinks he's, oh, Michael Morell, he's a big liar!
John McLaughlin, and of course, Director of National Intelligence, the only person who lies more than him is Biden, James Clapper.
Now, just to give you another idea of how phony this thing is, in checking it out, in checking it out, a reporter from the National Review called a fairly lower-level individual who signed this, Gregory Treverton, who was the former chairman of the National Intelligence Council.
So that's pretty big, right?
And he apparently misunderstood the inquiry and he said, this is the first time I've heard of this letter.
This is after it became a controversy.
The first time I've heard of this letter, but I'd be happy to sign it.
He hadn't even seen it yet.
He's happy to sign a letter.
That this is Russian disinformation, and that the emails are Russian, and he's never even seen the letter, much less the emails or the evidence of Russian involvement, of which the letter says there is none.
Who are these people?
What are they?
I don't know.
Your friends.
You can't possibly have friends that are this dishonest.
They had no evidence.
They had no evidence.
They didn't look at the emails.
They didn't bother to consider the evidence of independent people like Tony Bobulinski.
Why would Bobulinski be lying?
Why would it be corroborated completely by the hard drive if he was lying?
What motive would Bobulinski have had to lie except to create enormous problems for himself?
Not only that, but the Biden administration keeps appointing these people to high positions, these liars, and I'm not saying formally or legally described as traitors, but sort of in a general way, traitors.
I mean, they put the United States in a terrible position.
They put the United States in a position of accusing Russia of interfering in an election Of phoning up emails, and it wasn't true.
Hunter Biden had done those emails.
Well, this guy, Jeremy Bash, who was a key signatory, he was appointed to investigate Afghanistan.
You got it?
Thirteen Americans got killed in Afghanistan because of Joe Biden, and he puts up this flunky to investigate it.
The flunky who signed the letter for which there's no evidence.
They must think we're stupid, don't they?
So I'm going to run at the end of this, because I have all the names here.
Some of them you'll know right off.
Sort of a description of it.
They described Clapper as a professional fabricator.
Asking, you know, what were the classic earmarks of a Russian disinformation operation?
How could you write this if you didn't know if the emails were genuine or not?
Oh, by the way, Hunter Biden and Joe Biden never even denied this story.
So they're denying it for that.
The subjects didn't, wouldn't you think if you were accused of having a hard drive like that, that revealed 50 to 60 crimes, a $31 billion corrupt scheme with China, A $8 million corrupt scheme would organize criminals in Ukraine.
A $3.5 million payment from the Russian mayor's wife, who was a friend of Putin's and totally corrupt.
Turns out that was a $40 million deal now, just revealed by independent research.
Don't you think if those things were revealed in this Russian disinformation, if you were Joe Biden and Hunter Biden, you'd say, that's not true.
I never did that.
This hard drive is a complete fabrication.
No, no, you don't have to do it.
51 phony intelligence officials who are sucking up for jobs and money are willing to lie for you.
So why the hell do you have to do it?
You got the establishment suckers who'll do it for you.
The New York Times will do it.
They'll suggest that I'm an agent, a Russian agent, that Senator Johnson's a Russian agent, that Senator Grassley's a Russian agent.
What the hell does my reputation count?
Counts to me.
It's a hell of a lot better than theirs.
And once again, let's match what they did effectively and what I did effectively for my country and what I'm continuingly willing to do for my country, which is to reveal to you the truth while these guys in the establishment are trying to destroy me, including the truth about the stolen elections.
Let me not let you forget that.
If they lied about everything else, Why wouldn't they be lying about that also?
This thing was produced in four days, given directly to Politico.
Big headlines all over the country.
Pictures of me, pictures of Trump.
Big Russian agents, pictures of the senators.
And it got Biden off the hook.
In time for us to have a fraudulent election of him, because the American people now say if they knew even a tenth of what was in the hard drive, somewhere between 10 and 20 percent of Democrats would have voted against him.
Not just vote, not voted, but voted for Trump.
