Hey Joe! Kamala! What about the Southern Border | Rudy Giuliani | April 8th 2022 | Ep 228

Hello, this is Rudy Giuliani, and I'm back with another edition of Rudy's Common Sense.
And common sense would dictate that while we're paying so much attention, as we should, to the savage, brutal Russian invasion of Ukraine, and the war crimes being committed there, and the danger that this may pose to us in the future, There's another invasion going on.
In fact, it is having a much greater domestic impact at this point, and threatens to be as destabilizing and as destructive as whatever the culmination of what happens in the Biden administration.
This is a direct result of choosing Biden and the so-called progressive Democrats to run this country.
I'm talking, of course, about the invasion of our southern border, which is virtually, I wouldn't say unattended, pretty close to it.
Last year, 2021, We set an astounding record for the number of apprehensions in the southern border.
It was pushing about 2 million people.
When you consider that, you also have to consider that although we wouldn't know the exact number, not everyone by any means is apprehended.
And different studies have been done of this from the low side to the high side by MIT, I believe Princeton, Yale, the Center for the Study of Immigration, many, many groups, some of which have slightly different or if not dramatically different biases.
But there's no question that if you got 2 million coming in, the lowest I've seen as a calculation of the ones who get by is 30% and the highest I've seen is 60.
And we're actually 80.
So let's use 50%.
So we got 2 million that were apprehended and 1 million that came across, and we have no idea who they are.
Not the foggiest.
Now, before we get to how to solve it, which we should, let's get to how we got there.
We got there with A campaign in 2020, and because it was a political season, it was highly charged, of Democrats arguing for, and they had been for several years, a completely open border.
There should be no restrictions at the border.
The border should be open, that people should be accepted, That the things that have been considered criminal should change.
In fact, there were even numerous requests for getting rid of our immigration policing function so that there would be no stopping anyone at the border.
And then many, many promises The candidate, the person who emerged as the candidate himself, you know, specifically embraced much of this.
He didn't embrace the removal of the immigration agents, but he did embrace open immigration, immediately legalizing people, giving people a path to legalization who were here illegally, even redefining their being here illegally and calling it something else.
Then I guess the biggest thing that he did that really would have a major impact is he promised everyone they'd get health benefits and COVID benefits.
In fact, I don't remember if he promised the COVID benefits or when he became president he actually gave them the COVID benefits, but the illegals in New York all got COVID benefits.
So there was no question that he built up a large, large number.
I'm talking in the millions of people who decided this would be a great time to come to the US.
We got a president who wants us and is going to make life really easy for us.
And like he's putting everyone in America on welfare, he's going to put us on welfare too.
And he's going to give us health benefits and other benefits unheard of before.
All you have to do is look at the articles or go back and I've got a number of them here.
People interviewed in the early stages of the Biden administration that were coming in who said, you know, we came here because of President Biden.
We came here because he was going to be much more welcoming.
We came here because it seemed like the political party in charge very much was going to protect us and we wouldn't have to, we wouldn't have to work.
Some said right away, some said at all.
So this, I mean, you can spin this all you want in an intellectually dishonest way.
This major increase, this record level of people apprehended and people who came in without being apprehended was caused not by climate change or by some supernatural force.
It was caused, as many of our problems are caused by it, by a distinct set of government policies intended to bring in as many illegals as possible.
Think your homeowner's insurance covers home title fraud?
Think again.
And neither does your common identity theft program.
The FBI calls home title fraud one of the fastest growing crimes, which is why you need to go to HomeTitleLock.com, America's leader in home title protection.
Here's the problem.
The deed to your home is the only document that proves you own it.
And the deeds to all of our homes now are online.
In minutes, a criminal can find and forge your name off the deed to your home and refile as the new owner.
Like Jeff, who spent a fortune in legal fees after a thief forged himself onto the deed to Jeff's home and took out loans.
Jeff didn't have home title lock then, he does now.
Or Deborah, who thought her common identity theft service would protect her.
Then a criminal got onto the deed to a home and had her evicted.
Deborah has home title lock now.
Hometitlelock.com is your peace of mind and the deed to your home is protected.
Visit Hometitlelock.com.
Hometitlelock.com.
Let me just give you a couple of the things that are happening to us as a result of
the two million coming in apprehended and let's say the 750 to 1 million unapprehended who come in.
When I go back to the 1980s and the 1990s, where at times we had massive undocumented or illegal immigration, it was largely Mexican, with the exception of the Marielle Boatlift, which was caused by Jimmy Carter, much like The way Biden caused this one by saying, you know, send everyone and Castro being the maniacal, cunning, amoral, vicious dictator of Cuba, sent him not only all his prisoners, but all his insane people, as well as 100,000 good people.
That's the complexity of this.
And maybe to some extent the Haitian crossings, which were done by really horrible people that engaged all these Haitians under false pretenses of having jobs and homes and A fair number were killed because the ships they were on were terrible and the bodies would wash up on the shores of Miami and Fort Lauderdale.
But you put those two aside for a moment.
By and large, you know, for years there was an undocumented illegal flow from Mexico.
Most of that were workers.
They were coming here to work in the agricultural industry, like in California, for example, in the wine industry.
In fact, when Arnold Schwarzenegger closed the border down with his own people, the California border is much easier to close down if you want to.
It's not as much smaller.
A lot of his constituents in the Central Valley tend to be Republican and in the wine growing area, which I guess tend to be everything, came to him and said, you're killing us.
We're not going to have a crop this year.
I mean, we depend on these people.
And there have, in the past, been programs, you know, making that legal.
I think they were called guest worker programs.
This is a very, very different group, and it has been for quite some time.
Guatemala, Honduras, areas like that, the Golden Triangle, they come up all the way through Mexico.
And then they end up coming across the border in Texas.
The border being now different than it was then because the border is by and large patrolled by the Mexican cartels.
They are the gatekeepers, the innkeepers, the tollbooths or whatever you want to call it.
They keep a very close watch on the people coming in so they can use it to their advantage.
Which could mean bringing illegals in that they want to get in hidden with the others, bringing in drugs, bringing in things for terrorists, money laundering, and never anything really good.
This has become a gigantic problem.
So what happens in the U.S.
as a result of this?
Let's just jump to that and then we'll go back and take this problem apart.
It means that last year was not just a record for apprehension of illegals at the border.
It was a year in which we had a record number of deaths from fentanyl.
Fentanyl is a drug.
It is largely put together in, or the ingredients come from China.
Their arrangement with the Mexican cartels is a longstanding one and a very close one.
The problem with fentanyl is it's extraordinarily powerful.
A little mistake with fentanyl and the person dies.
And many have died.
They've died from now even taking marijuana.
So the idea that whatever your view is on marijuana, is it dangerous?
Isn't it?
How dangerous?
I don't know if you're just as likely to get fentanyl in marijuana as you would in crack or cocaine or heroin, but there have been deaths and very recently deaths of people who had a small amount of marijuana, fentanyl, dead.
Record number fentanyl In the United States, record number of deaths, record number of seizures, record number of amount that we can calculate, as well as other drugs, other illegal substances.
The crack cocaine, cocaine, heroin, all of it coming across the southern border, much of it into Texas or California, Arizona, but a lot of it through that area in Texas.
And when you consider that somewhere between 30 and 70% are unapprehended, and the ones who are, are not terribly well vetted, In fact, there's been really a lot of issues there with regard to COVID.
It isn't a bad deal, you know, and if you get caught, you get sent back.
So, I mean, there's no harm, no foul.
You can make a tremendous amount of money.
The other thing you should realize about the cartels, they are not only located along the border, But they also have substantial representation in most of America's cities.
So you can see on the map, you can see, you know, roughly where they're located at the border.
But then you'll see those lines that go up to almost every major American city.
And in that American city are representatives of that cartel.
Who handle whatever they have to handle that comes from the border.
Let's say it's going to be a fentanyl transaction, or a cocaine transaction, or a money laundering transaction, or even something for the terrorists, because the connection between the cartels and the Islamic extremist terrorist groups has been a long-standing one.
So nothing good is happening as a result of this open border.
The amount of child trafficking has increased by amounts that almost can't be calculated.
You see percentages of the girls that are raped or taken into some form of bondage or prostitution as 50% or better.
That's almost incredible.
Referring to MS-13.
And that's kind of what brought me to the subject today.
There's a trial going on in Long Island of a young woman called the Little Devil, Linez Escobar, who was 22 years old.
And let me just first show you the picture of her.
She looks like a very nice young lady, right?
Well, she's hardly that.
I'll read you a little bit of the article in the Post, bring you up to date on the trial.
Long Island's little devil smiled as MS-13 gang members hacked four men to death with machetes and even licked the blood off her lips during the massacre, prosecutors said Wednesday in closing arguments at her murder trial.
Diabrita Escobar, 22, lured the men to their desks in a local park after convincing the notoriously vicious gang that the victims had mocked them by using MS-13 symbols.
This is the quote.
You heard David Getlin Rivera's testimony.
Said the prosecutor to the jury.
He told you how one of the victims had reached for Escobar before he was killed and his blood had gotten all over her shirt.
He told you how she licked the blood off her lips.
And then it goes on to describe A murder that does sound somewhat like what is going on in Ukraine, doesn't it?
And this MS-13 thing has been going back a decade, particularly in this area of Long Island, which is the southern shore.
This is central Iceland.
It's in Suffolk County.
40 miles, 50 miles from New York, about 30 miles from the very ritzy Hamptons.
Stunned, maybe six, seven years ago, when a young girl's body was discovered on the beach there, I think it would have head chopped off.
MS-13 had set up its location, and since then there has radically been situations like this.
Beyond a majority of them, and I don't know how far beyond, are very good people.
They're poor and they want a better place to bring up their children.
That's always been true.
But all you need is about 5 or 10% to be in the category of MS-13 animals, people working with the Islamic extremists, people distributing fentanyl and drugs, people laundering money.
People who are just plain criminals or people coming just to be on welfare for the rest of their lives.
All you need is about 10% or 20% like that and you got a massive problem.
And when you have uncontrolled immigration of let's call them decent people, the bad people take advantage of it.
They see all these decent people coming across the border, too hard for immigration to handle, with policies that have been changed to make it just almost impossible to patrol them.
For example, when he did away with the Mexican protocol, Biden did right away.
That had a tremendous impact on keeping this under control and having people coming in that were vetted.
Went.
I mean, I had a big, big part to play in this.
The cartels see that and they see it as an opportunity for them.
Just hide their people among the good people.
Now, so why don't we take the good people?
Because there are a lot of those people in the world.
I mean, if that were your policy, that we're going to take anybody that's poor, that wants a place to have a better way of life, And are not criminals, and let's even say are willing to work.
Don't want to just go on welfare, which unfortunately among this group there are a much larger number of those people.
And also incentivized by the Biden dependency programs which have grown astronomically with no workfare.
But let's assume we would take everybody that was poor who wanted to come here to work.
Our population would be bigger than China and we would all be ruined.
Them and us.
Of course we can't do that.
So then you've got to set up fair policies for coming in.
And there's nothing wrong with saying you want people to come into your country who have demonstrated an ability to respect the law.
Well, we're going to take a short break and we'll come back and we'll see if we can look at some of the ways in which We got there and then, dramatically, what is going to happen when the law expires and the exception that was made that you could send people back because the fear of COVID is over?
How much is that gonna increase an already record problem?
There were some pretty darn good estimates of it, and we better take a look at that before it happens.
So we'll be back in just a few minutes.

Welcome back.
As you know, we were discussing the invasion, what I would call the other invasion.
It may well be the more serious invasion.
from the point of view of impact on the United States of America.
Obviously, we don't know the rest of what's going to happen in Eastern Europe, and it could be the beginning of some attempt to take over large amounts of territory by Russia and China, or it may be Putin just exercising his dictatorial of powers and also his historical fiction that there once was and there should be a Russian Empire.
But in any event, the one going on here is not debatable.
It's having a present Impact on us of historic proportions, whether you talk about the number of people dying from fentanyl, or you look at the crime rate in American cities, not completely driven by this.
Don't want to give that impression, but certainly assisted by this kind of thing.
This is a more criminally prone group of people that are coming in, again, just so that the Democrats don't Reduce this to absurdities and name-calling.
Most of the people coming in are people who are coming into this country because they're poor and they're starving and they live in horrible places and they want to come to the United States.
But if that were the standard for coming to the United States, half of the world would come to the United States.
The people on the other side of this who are lying about it They're the very people who constantly attack the United States.
They're the 1619 crowd.
They're the critical race theory crowd.
They're Biden, who says our country is systemically racist.
Now, how absurd is that?
Why would all these people want to come here if we were such a bad country?
I think that the desire of the people of the world to come to the United States It's the best indication that we're the greatest country on earth.
With our limitations!
So, George Soros, go stuff it when you say that American nationalism is one of the most destructive things in the world.
I don't even know what you're talking about.
But you have no connection with these people.
You're too rich, you're too important, and you're too screwed up.
But in any event, this can be stopped.
Because this was started by Joseph Biden and the, oh I hate this word, progressive Democrats.
What the hell is progressive about this?
Every single thing they do comes from the past.
They are living out a Marxist sequence to try to destroy this government.
Soros for the purpose of one world government.
He tells you that.
Patrisse Cullors and the people who stole all that money at Black Lives Matter tell you they're Marxists.
They want us to be some form of a communist country with the critical theory being race rather than class.
And they want us to break up our families, not have religion, have equal amounts of property, do reparations to people who claim that they have an ancestry of slavery.
This is what we're dealing with here.
And we talked about all of the terrible things that are happening to this country because of this uncontrolled entry into the United States.
Which is, at conservative estimates, about pretty close to 2 million that are apprehended, of which about 1.3, 1.4 get through.
Maybe a little less.
And then at least another 500,000 to a million that come in completely unapprehended, untouched.
Except for the fact that they're checked out by the cartels who are located along the border.
This map I've shown you before, but I just take it out because I like maps.
I told you I like maps.
I noted at that time when we did the analysis, the three major places in Texas that they were coming in.
But there's also, as you can see, a small border with Arizona and with California.
And they contribute some of the issues, but most of it is here in Texas.
I mean, the largest number of children, for example, who are unaccompanied are in Texas.
The largest number of people who do get caught with terrorist problems or drug problems are in Texas.
Of course, we had the Bidenville in Del Rio last year.
That was a massive disaster.
But this, please do not be brainwashed.
This is a Biden-created problem.
And the cartels basically locate themselves here in Mexico at various points along the border, pretty much where the immigration service should be on the other side intercepting them, except they get to them first.
And then they use them for the purposes that they have, for getting drugs into the country, for getting children into the country, for sex trafficking, for getting arms in for terrorists, money laundering, for people who are involved in money laundering, and then What you should understand is that it's not like when you had the Mexican migration to the United States, they came over.
I mean, there's much bigger also over in the California area.
It doesn't show up, but this is the Baja California, which is part of Mexico, the Baja area of California.
The big migration coming in here and coming in here would be agricultural.
In fact, we had guest worker programs where these people were allowed to come in every year to do the agricultural work where there weren't enough Americans that were willing to do that kind of work or available to do that kind of work.
And at one point when it was stopped here in California, there was such an outcry from the Central Valley And from the wine country that Governor Schwarzenegger had to kind of let up, otherwise he would have destroyed one of the major industries of California.
Well, that's a different kind of migration, isn't it?
That's a migration that in some ways, that part of it benefited the United States.
The problem with it is And here's the sophistication that is lacking in their simplistic analysis intended to brainwash you.
Whenever you have a large number of people coming in under less than controlled circumstances, then people who have nefarious purposes can take advantage of that and sneak their people in with them.
And the larger that group gets, The more they can sneak in, and the less you enforce, the more they can sneak in.
And the bigger problem they're creating at the points of entry, like when they did Del Rio, the easier it is to get people in without any apprehension, because your forces are being diverted.
This is what I mean by Rudy's common sense.
The thing that Biden and I have found over the years liberal Democrats lack most is common sense.
Now many of them lack love of the United States.
The attacks are relentless on this country and unfair and resented greatly by those of us who love this country to call us systemically racist.
I'm sorry.
I am sorry.
That is a vicious, Completely unfair attack on this country that has made great strides in an area that many other countries haven't, and at great cost to both the white and the black population in America.
So, that's what we're living with right now.
It's a really big problem, and I've probably left out Some of the really dramatic domestic impact of it, like the schools that are overcrowded in the areas that are mostly affected by this.
In Queens, New York, they found a welfare motel with young girls 16 and under being used for prostitution that were brought up all the way from places like Honduras.
I mean, it's all over the country.
A couple of weeks ago in St.
Louis, a female drug dealer who sells marijuana, so I'm going to assume this is not a major drug dealer, she just happened to get some marijuana.
I think she lost 7 out of 10 of her customers because there was fentanyl in it.
These are all preventable.
When I was mayor, these were the kind of deaths I put down in the preventable category, and it was our obligation to prevent them.
Some things you can't prevent.
The things that you can when you don't do it, you don't do it often enough, you should get the hell out of government because you don't have the capability to care for other people.
It's obvious that Biden and the clowns around him do not have that capability.
Mayorkas lies to you and tells you the border is secure.
So you see all this going on and you wonder, is this on purpose?
Is this part of the plan to destabilize this country?
It is certainly part of the plan to make us a one-party country.
Bring in as many illegals as you can.
At least at the beginning, they'll vote Democrat.
Allow them to vote as they're trying to do in New York now, where they're going to allow people who are not citizens to vote in the municipal election.
It may get overturned, it may not, but you keep pushing the envelope.
And then if you become a one-party country, we start to move toward more socialism.
We're already socialist.
We've got more people on on welfare than we've ever had before, with the government paying for them, and we're talking about the government taking more than half of what you earn.
So we're already past the point of being socialists, we're on our way to becoming communists, with government by dictate, government by mandate.
And we're accomplishing what Soros wants to accomplish, who's the biggest funder of all these things, which is that we move away from American nationalism, and we tie ourselves up into, you know, being just part of the world.
Maybe even getting rid of the dollar as the currency, which Soros would like to do, and also breaking our nationalism, our patriotism, so that our loyalty is to, I don't know, Atlantis or something.
I can't help but believe that policies as lacking in common sense as these have a purpose.
And that purpose is to destroy the United States as we know it.
They tell us they want a Great Reset.
They tell us they want to change our form of government.
They tell us they don't agree with our values.
So, if they repeal 42 United States Code section 265, once again, 42 United States Code section
265, which allows the Surgeon General to basically declare an emergency and prohibit entry of
anyone who may be a danger of spreading a communicable disease.
Of course, that was put in effect during the Trump administration to prevent people from coming in and spreading COVID.
It's been honored in the breach by the Biden administration who has sent around this country well over a million people not checked for COVID.
The biggest COVID spreader situation even more than when the Chinese sent their people around.
That is ignored in any of the analysis of how COVID still remains.
And the people are sent to these parts of the United States without anyone being told.
I mean, flights were discovered at West Chester Airport in the middle of the night.
They're all a matter of record.
Before that, they were at Newark Airport.
They've happened all throughout Texas and Arkansas.
He just takes them and he sends them wherever he wants.
Then you got to deal with it.
Nobody's checked them for COVID.
Meanwhile, the poor kids who are five and six year old sitting in kindergartens where they don't need a mask and they're wearing a mask and being tortured.
So let me know what you think, what ideas you have, how we can be more successful.
I've got a lot of ideas of how I want to expand this outreach, including questions and answers.
So input from you would be enormously valuable.
And also, the bigger our audience, the more subscribers we have and people that listen, the more we can get the word out.
So see if you can get a friend to join us as well, so that we can start having numbers that really have an impact.
For the 2022 election, and then for the 2024 election, because we have to make up for NBC, ABC, CBS, CNBC, MSNBC, CNN, and then all, gosh almighty, even when they acknowledge that the hard drive is true, they don't point out all of the damaging things in there that show that Joe Biden was the top of the chain, the big criminal, the big kahuna, the don, 50% of the money flowing to him according to his son.
Did they point that out?
No, they didn't.
They're still lying to you about so many things.
So we're more important than ever to having free speech in this country.
And the best way that you can help spread the news is to go out and get us people to join.
So if you do that for me, I'd be so appreciative.
And I think we'd be helping our country and make sure you communicate with me.
I need your ideas.
We're in this together.
We've got a country to save.
We're not going to spare anything to accomplish that.
It's too great a country that was given to us.
We're not going to pass it on to our children and grandchildren.
Weakened.
Oh, God forbid.
Socialists, communists, Soros, one world.
God forbid.
We got the people.
The people with courage, love for this country, who are not ashamed to sing the national anthem and cry sometimes about the sacrifices made by people to create this great city on a hill.
The last, best hope of mankind.
So, we'll be back with another edition very shortly.
Until then, Always, every day.
Thank God for being in America because you were given a gift.
