Welcome.
This is Rudy Giuliani with Rudy's Common Sense.
The episode today, or actually the episodes for the next two days, the next two episodes for the end of the year, will be about what we regard as the top 10 stories of the year, particularly with an emphasis on those that have a tail into 2022.
In other words, those that we will be covering in 2022.
And those in which we're going to have to perform what we regard as our special role, which is to bring you the information that isn't covered by the mainstream media, which is now a substantial amount.
I selected these along with Dr. Maria Ryan, who played a role in some of the most successful of these, if not the most successful.
And so therefore, this is our kind of joint selection.
And we'd love to see if you have a different take on it.

We're going to do it in reverse order.
So the number one will be in the next podcast on New Year's Eve.
But number 10 would have been the top story of the year.
Democrats were hoping to be the top story of the decade.
It was intended to do what they've been trying to do for five years, ruin Donald Trump.
I mean, what are they?
Do two phony impeachments and three phony investigations?
Well, this was just as exaggerated.
And that's the insurrection of 2021, January 6th, 2021.
The insurrection that was carried out without a shot being fired, without a gun being taken with them.
An insurrection that was going to be done with paperclips, pitchforks, funny costumes, Look, the people who trespassed in the Capitol committed a crime.
The people who created a commotion in the Capitol committed a crime.
The people who destroyed property in the Capitol surely committed a crime.
But they didn't shoot anybody.
They weren't trying to take over the government.
They're going to take over The wealthiest, biggest, strongest government in the world with the biggest military in the history of the world without even bringing a single gun and then not doing anything afterwards to follow up on it.
Can't you see that this is as phony and as wild a lie as Schumer and Pelosi and Schiff have ever engaged in?
Some of them said it was worse than 9-11, worse than Pearl Harbor, worse than the Civil War.
But they really think we're that stupid.
But the worst part of this is the way they have trampled on the rights of the people who are alleged to have committed crimes on that day.
Some of them probably did.
to be when Republicans and decent Democrats had control of this country.
They've been held in jail now for 10 months and all over the country
under Democratic mayors and Soros DAs and everyone else, we let everybody
go free without bail, except they're being held.
Well, there is a story that remains that makes it one of the top 10 stories of
the year, and that is the murder of Ashley Babbitt.
I've been involved in prosecution more of my life than anything else.
and I prosecuted some of the most significant cases of the 20th century.
Thank you.
So I don't back up to anyone on my knowledge of prosecution.
The moment I saw that, which had to be three hours after it happened, I said to myself, this is a possible homicide.
And within a day or two, My podcast, to you, all the things ripping apart that false scenario by these big liars.
But the thing that has to be investigated, not all the nonsense they're doing with this phony committee that can't get a single real Republican on it, which is illegitimate, by the way.
We know from the FBI, it wasn't planned.
Except maybe it was planned by Antifa.
Because if you go back to my podcast, you'll see a text that outlines something like 200 and something Antifa members who were involved in it.
And when you look at this video I'm going to show you now, you tell me these are Antifa people.
And then watch it carefully.

You hear them say, gun?
And then there's a pause.
You see the gun, you hear them say gun, and then there's a pause.
And all of a sudden a woman's body is held up, held up, and she's shot dead.
She doesn't have a gun.
She doesn't have a weapon.
He has, the police officer has, as you see on the earlier videos, numerous police officers all over the place behind him.
If that woman had jumped over and been thrown over, because it looked like she was being thrown over, there would have been sufficient police officers to subdue her in two seconds.
If this had taken place anyplace else, if we had the slightest bit of fairness in Pelosi's comments, If they had a slight bit of decency, there'd be an investigation for homicide here.
And it'd be a tough case because there's nothing she did that put his life in jeopardy.
Not a single thing.
And then you look at the way they cared for her afterwards.
It looks like they want her to see her die.
This has to be investigated if we're going to bring this country together.
We cannot have two systems of justice in this country, particularly about murder.
And so we will now put on a few excerpts.
These are from, I believe, from episode 101, but this is contained in episodes 100, 101, and 102.
It's a complete picture, and I want to emphasize, it was done within a week.
And it turns out now, almost a year later, that everything I said then is not only true, but there are more facts that corroborated than I had available then.
These people were talking amongst themselves and I was standing listening behind them what they could do to make Trump's people look bad.
The number nine story of the year is the significant mental deterioration of Joseph Biden compared to even the Joseph Biden who ran for president, which you then can compare to the Joseph Biden who ran for president Back in, well, ran for vice president in 2012 and 2008 ran for president and then ran for vice president.
And it is obvious to the whole world that there is a significant cognitive impairment that is interfering with his ability to communicate.
His ability to remember, his ability to make sense, his ability to put thoughts together.
That has to be the reason why he's had so few interviews that aren't staged and orchestrated with names given to him.
Compared to other presidents, it's a mere percentage of the numbers that Trump and even Obama and others had.
He often makes statements that give away the fact that he's an old man with an old man's mental deterioration.
Things like, I was instructed not to take that question.
Or I was told who to call on.
What president would say that?
Unless there was something wrong with him.
Or he turns around and can't remember the name of his Secretary of Defense.
Or as you remember during the campaign, he can't complete the Pledge of Allegiance.
Or he turns in the wrong direction and confuses his wife and sister.
He tells us that he saw Franklin Roosevelt on the television, reading the comics.
There was no television.
Franklin Roosevelt wasn't on television.
And now we'll take a short break.

And now we get to story number eight.
Inflation, spending, economy, and dependency all rolled up into one because they're all the same thing.
And this has been a disaster for our economy and for our people because it affects every single one of us from the richest to the poorest.
Inflation is a tax on everyone because it costs more to buy things and your dollar value will go down if they continue to do this.
Biden is spending like the old expression of John McCain, like a drunken sailor.
He's spending more than any president in the history of America.
He has either spent or proposed spending more than it costs us for the second world war.
The last bill, this one that's $2 trillion, but it could be $5 trillion, would put us in a stratosphere of, we could have gone to the moon 40 times.
The first COVID relief bill should have been only about $60 billion.
It was something like $800 billion.
Because there was money left over from the earlier COVID.
The second COVID bill, a lot of it's not even being spent on COVID.
And the one that everybody likes, that the silly Republicans voted for, for infrastructure is only 30% infrastructure.
And now they got the big dependency bill, which they call Build Back Better.
It actually is Make America Communist.
Make America Socialist.
Would you like that better as a euphemism?
Make America Marxist.
How about Make America Dependent?
Nobody has to worry.
And we're going to invite all the illegals to come over so they don't have to work here too.
And we're going to vote.
All rolled up into one.
So we might as well call ourselves the United States of Socialism if we pass this.
Luckily, one man has stood up against it on the Democrat side.
All Republicans are against it.
60% of America's against it.
Hopefully.
Going to the new year, we can keep fighting it off or any remnant of it.
I mean, to say you get this down to one trillion still means we bankrupt this country, create inflation of enormous amounts.
Remember, this is the president who told you in March of this year, remaining year, this would be transitory.
What is it now?
Almost the end of the year.
It's been six months of record inflation.
Which means your dollar is worth less and it means you are paying 10 to 60% more for everything.
And who caused the price of gasoline to go up?
Mr. Cancel XL Pipeline.
Do away with fracking.
Do away with fossil fuels.
Do all the stupid things the French want you to do.
Oh, and by the way, give Russia another pipeline to Europe so they can squeeze them.
So.
Let's take a look at the podcast that covered this and see what we have remaining to keep watching for 2022.
There'll be plenty.
There'll be plenty, plenty, plenty, and let's hope we can slow this down.
Story number seven.
This could be for me story number one, but I could spend a lot of my life on this.
But I think legitimately this is where it fits.
The hard drive from hell.
Remember?
I was a Russian agent.
I didn't know I was a Russian agent, but every slime bag that worked for Biden and Obama and Bush and 50 of them, I know some of these guys like Podesta, just lied.
They wrote a letter saying this looks like Russian collusion, the hard drive.
The hard drive from Delaware, from Mac in Delaware?
They knew it was I knew it was legitimate from day one.
You know what?
The Bidens never once contradicted it.
I had the signatures to match.
I had internal verifications done by my lawyer, Bob Gusteau, done by me, done by the New York Post.
And they never denied any of it.
It was clear it wasn't Russian disinformation.
But they did one hell of a job of censoring it.
They kept it out of the mainstream media.
You didn't see it in the New York Times, the corrupt New York Times, the corrupt Washington Post, ABC, CBS, NBC, CNBC, MSNBC, corrupt news network, CNN.
The most amazing, unbelievable violation of the first amendment in American history.
To create a fraudulent election because you didn't find out before the election that that hard drive proves that for well over 30 years, Joseph R. Biden was the head of a crime syndicate in which he and his family collected multiple millions of dollars for the use of his influence.
And now when you go look at any number of podcasts, I put this out during the campaign.
So you could go back to 2020 and we can show you that we laid this out in 2020.
Although their effort of the presence that are covering was to try to malign me and to try to destroy me or anyone else who would do it.
But in 2021, You go to episodes 153 and 175, where I interviewed the courageous Miranda Devine, who is the reporter for the New York Post who took the lead in investigating this, and then in investigating it out even further into a book called Hard Drive from Hell, which is first on the bestseller list.
It corroborates everything I said.
Well, that would have been back in October of last year.
You know, after you very kindly told us, you know, sent me the, you and Bob Costello sent me the first little tidbits from the laptop and then we got the laptop from you and you had already done, you and Bob Costello had already done an enormous amount of due diligence and then we did our own due diligence and that included contacting and talking to People, other recipients of emails, talking to John Paul Mac Isaac, who was the laptop repair guy in Wilmington, Delaware, who had accepted the laptop from Hunter Biden, you know, some 18 months before, and who had given the laptop to the FBI in December 2019.
So, you know, there were many points of reference.
And we also spoke to Tony Bobulinski, who was Hunter Biden's Former business partner.
He'd been involved in a lot of those emails and files that were on the laptop that were so incriminating for the Biden family.
But most important, there's just one text that they're trying to keep from you even now.
And even some of the legitimate ones try to keep it from you because they're afraid.
Frightened little rabbits lose the democracy.
You don't keep a democracy by being a coward.
Print it, show it to the American people.
Hunter Biden tells his daughter, for 30 years, I've been paying half the expenses of this family and I still have to give 50% of my income to pop.
That's what we call a bribe, a bag man, a 30 year multiple criminal, and a man who belongs in, yes, in the federal facility, but not the White House.
One that has bars.
This is an outrage that this crime family is in the White House.
And if you ever saw this hard drive, you would, you would say, how could they have done this to us?
How could they have put this man And this family and the highest office in the land at a time of great sensitivity for the survival of our country and our democracy.
But you watch it and this will carry over.
I am not letting this go.

And now for story number six.
Last one for today.
The emergence of parent power.
Man, those communists thought they were going to roll over.
They thought they had already accomplished it, you know, unbeknownst to many of us, except maybe at the fringes, because I remember hearing this even when I was mayor.
The lefties, particularly the teachers' union, which could be an official communist organization, if it isn't, it pretends to be, follows the Marx doctrine 100%.
The Marx doctrine is, get the parents out of the way, get the nuclear family out of the way, like Black Lives Matter wants to do, so the state can take over, and in about a year or two, the state, a year or two years old, the state can take a kid and train the kid to be a socialist.
Because you probably have more common sense than to want your kid to be a socialist and have to work his or her tail off in order to support people who aren't working.
And also in order to make the communists multimillionaires.
So they have to get the parents out of the way and they got to get education out of the way and they have to destroy the history of the country.
They have to destroy the statues, all the familiar stuff you've been seeing.
Well, that all, that all was It was all happening.
People were trying to bring it up.
I've been trying to bring it up for 12 years.
And all of a sudden, one thing happened.
It's funny how things happen in our society.
One thing happened and it exploded!
It went viral!
Terry McAuliffe said, in words or subjects, parents should stay out of the education of their children.
The bureaucrat should run it.
Wow!
Wow.
And then the Democrats didn't, uh, a lot of them agreed with him.
And the teachers union came in right behind him.
And then they got the attorney general, the politically owned, disgraceful attorney general Garland to threaten parents with being domestic terrorists.
If they objected to this!
They go into schools and they tell fifth grade teachers to teach their fifth grade classes that gender is non-binary.
And then tell their students to chart themselves on three different gender spectrum charts.
Sex, gender expression, gender identity.
This is deeply confusing material.
And so that's, they are By far the largest organization that does this in schools.
So you describe in your article something I think that's very graphic and very useful for people to understand this.
You say in one particular classroom, one of the teachers teaching this, put up on the board, on the whiteboard, three circles.
And in the circles they had Tell me exactly the categories in each of the circles.
Yeah, so it was a line, a straight line, three straight lines, and on those lines they marked one sex, one gender expression, and one gender identity.
And they said most people appear somewhere in between male and female on all three of these spectrums.
They even say this about sex.
They say, well, some people are born intersex.
They're born with characteristics, physical characteristics of both sex.
And then they ask children to identify themselves on that spectrum, don't they?
With threatening parents, with being domestic terrorists, if they objected to this, this is how strong this was.
And since then, they've been on that tear.
Teacher's union that owns the party.
All the little puppets who work for the teacher's union.
All the little Marxists.
Keep parents out.
Not just about the education of your children, so they can teach the children America's awful, they can teach them some version of critical race theory that all white people are horrible and That white people are all racist?
The president keeps saying our country is systemically racist.
Why is he president if we're systemically racist?
It means we're an evil country.
He's leading an evil country, the moron!
And what's he doing about it?
He's probably the biggest racist!
Well, that's our five for today.
Those are the five, you know, number ten to number six.
It could have been one to five, too.
You know, it's up to you.
Actually, I'd like to hear from you to see how you look at this.
But I do think we legitimately picked stories that will carry over and we'll be covering in 2020.
