	If I had $600,000 for a down payment, I still couldn't afford it.
	That's what it costs, Cal The mortgage, the monthly is too much.
	$600,000 wouldn't be enough for a down payment because I'd still owe $250,000, $300,000.

	8% or 7%, I don't know.

	Those kinds of houses I'm talking about were like $225,000, not even 10 years ago, eight years ago.
	Now they're triple, four times what they are now.

	You have a million dollars to spend.
	You know, it used to be, oh, it's a $200,000 house.
