	But they think if they hide behind these kinds of tactics, then, well, that absolves them of any kind of wrongdoing or repercussions or consequences.
	Actions have consequences.

	Like starving people out of existence and trying to compel them to do what you want to not have informed consent to medical procedures that they don't want.
	So in exchange for that, you're going to, you know, in response to that, you're just going to take away their jobs and take away their ability to socialize or eat at a restaurant or do anything.
	And it's going to get worse.
	Germany is now discussing banning people from grocery stores.
	They'll just do curbside pickup.
	What did I say?

	That's exactly what will happen.
	It will happen in Canada.
	It's just a matter of time.

	And if you want access to employment and eventually food and social services and travel, anything, you won't be able to leave the country here shortly after, which is a massive violation of your Canadian Charter rights to come and go as you please as a citizen of this country.
	You're not allowed to do that anymore.

	Today, the judge enforcing Alberta's pandemic lockdown laws sentenced Pastor Arthur Pavlovsky.
	His crime?
	No crime, actually.
	He simply opened his church during the lockdown.
	In a bizarre 40-minute rant today, Justice Adam Germain ordered that for the next 18 months, whenever Pastor Arthur talks about lockdowns, the pandemic, or vaccines, in tweets, in speeches, in media interviews, he must immediately repudiate himself and give the official government view, condemning himself after he gives his own views.
	He must argue against himself.
	He must condemn himself or go back to jail.
	It's compelled speech, like a Maoist struggle session in communist China.
	You have to say what the government tells you to say.
	This is unheard of in Canadian law.
	Even convicted murderers cannot be ordered to apologize for their crimes.
	And anyway, such a forced apology would be meaningless.
	But a convicted pastor must now violate his own conscience and repeat an angry judge's talking points or face prison.
	And that's the whole point of it.
	This judge wants Pastor Arthur to submit, to acknowledge the government as his master.
	And if he can't convince Pastor Arthur of this voluntarily, he'll just force him to say it with a court order.

	The judge also hit Pastor Arthur with $42,000 in fines and another $10,000 for his brother David.
	What a discussion to his judges, especially to Alberta, whose official motto is strong and free.
	And that's not all.
	In his 40-minute rant, the judge repeatedly criticized Pastor Arthur for talking about civil liberties to the media.
	He specifically mentioned Pastor Arthur's appearance on Fox News.
	But what does that have to do with allegedly breaking a Canadian lockdown law?
	Nothing.
	But it has everything to do with politics.
	So to stop more media appearances by Pastor Arthur, the judge has ordered him to self-denounce after every public statement.
	So an interview would be ridiculous.
	The judge also raged at Pastor Arthur for going on a speaking tour and warning other churches around North America about the threat to civil liberties.
	So to stop that, the judge also banned Pastor Arthur from leaving his home province of Alberta for the next 18 months.
	He's banned.
	There's no legal precedent for any of this.
	It's completely unconnected to Pastor Arthur's alleged lockdown crimes.
	It's simply a power-mad judge's revenge on Pastor Arthur, a blatant attempt to stop him from speaking freely.

	Manitoba has its online COVID tip line.
	You can report anyone who violates gathering restrictions, any business that's not supposed to be open, and so on.
	You've got Saskatchewan as well, a website here that's dedicated to reporting non-compliance.
	Now, in the Saskatchewan case, you can, there's a little checkbox here.
	You can report someone for not wearing a mask.
	You can check off face covering and mask individual and put down the person's information, their name, their address, their phone number.
	And you can report.
	I was noticing a lot of provincial governments have really leaned the individual person that you see in public that's not wearing a mask.
	Now, while the government says they won't allow you to submit an anonymous complaint, the name of the complaint, your name, if you file one of these, will not be shared with the person.
	So it is effectively anonymous.
	That person doesn't have the right to face their accuser, which is supposed to be a hallmark of the justice system.

	Paul urged that the crackdown on free speech is exploding worldwide because the global government is real, noting it's become so normalized to use government to search out and seek out your opponents.
	There are people I know on the left who should have stepped forward and should have said how wrong it is to use this foreign intelligence court that uses a standard lower than the Constitution to go after a political campaign.
	Yet the left, once it became about Trump, their hatred of Trump trumped everything else.
	And I have a feeling and a fear that the left has become more authoritarian than we can even really imagine.
	Meanwhile, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki was asked by Peter Ducey about the National School Boards Association attempting to get the Justice Department to use the Patriot Act against parents.
	Psaki predictably dismissed and avoided the question.
	A week ago, the National School Boards Association wrote to the president to say that their teachers feel like some parents protesting recently could be the equivalent to a form of domestic terrorism.
	And then the Attorney General put the FBI on the case.
	So does the administration agree that parents upset about their kids' curriculum could be considered domestic terrorists?
	Well, let me unravel this a little bit because the National School Board Association is not a part of the U.S. government.
	I'd point you to them.
	What the Department of Justice said in a letter from the Attorney General is that, quote, threats against public servants are not only illegal, they run counter to our nation's core values.
	That is true.
	These were threats against public servants, threats against members of the school board.
	Regardless of the reasoning, threats and violence against public servants is illegal.
	That's what he was conveying from the Department of Justice.
	The Department of Justice does not have the FBI on this.
	Something that the School Boards Association is asking for is for the administration to consider using the PATRIOT Act to investigate some of these school board protesters.
	So would the administration be okay with the FBI using the PATRIOT Act to surveil these parents if that is what they decide?
	I don't speak on behalf of the National School Board Association.
	I speak on behalf of this government.
	The Attorney General has put out a letter.
	They will take actions they take, and I would point to them for more information.
	And something that you said on Monday after some protesters were hounding Kirsten Sinema into a restroom.
	You said the president stands for the fundamental right of people to protest, to object, and to criticize.
	So does the president support the fundamental right of these parents to protest at school board meetings?
	Of course, but he doesn't stand for the fundamental right, I assume you don't either, for people to take violent action against members of public servants.
	And that's what the threats are about.
	And so no, he doesn't stand for that.
	No one should.
