And this is the Perverts Podcast, where we venture into horny online subcultures and take you along for the ride.
It is in a somber mood that I address today's assembled perverts.
As of the end of this episode, this fine podcast, on which Liv Agar and I have staked our reputations and careers, is no more.
It wasn't the podcast miniseries you needed, nor even wanted, but I stand firm in my belief that this was the podcast miniseries you deserved.
And many of you, no doubt, will be cheering the demise of this cherished institution.
For years now, nay, decades, you've been writing in to express your displeasure that we have or have not covered vore, the philosophical roots of the word pervert, Brazilian fart porn, the history of sex work, Well, it is with great pride that today I say, we hear you.
You have been heard.
either care about, hate, want to laugh at, or think deserves more respect.
Well, it is with great pride that today I say, we hear you, you have been heard.
We have taken your words into consideration and we have stopped making the miniseries.
Some of you will no doubt say, this is episode 10 and all the QAA miniseries
end after that amount of episodes, which is considered a season.
So you're basically making a big deal about something you were planning on doing anyways.
And perverts may return for a second season at some point, so you're basically a liar.
And Liv is a liar and a cheat, and you should both be ashamed of yourselves, and there's a spot underneath the prison for both of you, and you'll both be in chains, and you deserve the gallows, and neither of you are funny, nor are you smart, and you need to grow up, specifically Julian because he's 40, and with Liv it makes more sense because she's in her 20s, and also really cute, unless that's weird, but if that's not weird, would you be okay with sending me photos of your toes, and what's up with that parking game?
I don't get it.
And you'd be wrong across the board, because this is a funeral, and The Corpse is the best miniseries ever made.
So I hope you're proud of yourselves, because we're proud of you.
And this miniseries was made in an extremely chaotic time in my life.
And I love you all, I truly do.
And we've had a lot of fun.
Some of it at our own expense, some of it at your expense, some of it at nobody's expense in particular, and sometimes we've not had fun at all.
It was actually quite painful.
Especially the parts where we mess with the audio in some way, basically making the podcast unlistenable.
Or the parts where we're describing something inherently visual and thus spinning in the eye of the format itself.
As if none of this even matters!
As if this isn't something you consume to make you more virtuous or informed or cool, which you are!
You're very cool.
So I'd like to thank you all for coming with us on this journey into the world of online horniness, and reacting in some way to the episodes we've made.
And subscribing to the Patreon, or unsubscribing to the Patreon, or resubscribing later to the Patreon because you realize you made a huge mistake and miss us and actually were a good time most of the time, it's a very sad day.
And it's also kind of a beautiful day.
Unless you're going through a difficult time in your life, in which case, I feel for you and realize there's probably no way for a podcast miniseries to fundamentally change that.
But, I'm with you in the spirit, as we trudge this road of happy destiny, all of us with the inherent worth and dignity afforded to all souls housed within bodies.
So, in conclusion, happy year of the sissy, rest in peace perverts, and welcome to another episode of the podcast.
Our guest this week is June, aka Juniper, host of the Western Kabuki and Crate Diving Podcasts.
Welcome, June.
Hey, how's it going?
Thanks for having me.
It's our absolute pleasure.
And obviously, we also apologize.
Yes, we're doing great.
I'm so ready.
No, one of the earliest episodes that we did on Western Kabuki was a guning episode.
So I'm primed.
This is like my zone.
I'm ready.
I'm ready to lose my mind just a little bit more.
Yeah, it's like the most insane parts of like normal podcasts.
We're all just like lumped into one specific podcast.
Yeah, it's very fun.
It's very fun.
And just, I think the most fun thing just about being online lately is learning about, like, the most mind-numbingly horrible and terrifying sub-communities.
So, the sissy-ology.
I am so ready.
This is not something I know too much about.
Yeah, we've done sissy hypno on QAA, and so this, I'm assuming, is something a little different.
We're not going to be talking about the fear that people are being hypnotized, or maybe we are, but from within, from the hypnotized themselves.
Maybe that's like the first step of sissyology.
I don't know.
I know about sissy hypno, but maybe this is just deeper.
Yeah, it's like a separate but kind of conjoined community because they all like Sissy Hypno, but then like, they're just talking about like their lives as sissies.
Sissies getting together.
Oh my god.
That's that's wonderful.
I think my favorite part here is Liv being like, well, we have to read the last post here.
And I'm like, how long is it?
And she's like, 2,700 words.
It's just a beautiful book.
It's like a book club level.
Yes.
We're reading the longest post.
We're reading the novella posts.
Your sissy assignment for the week.
Oh no, they're probably into that.
Oh shit, they better not listen to this one, dear God.
Oh yeah, I feel like very early on in this podcast, we've just kind of like become resigned to the fact that some people who are into these things enjoy the fact we're covering them.
Just, it is what it is.
They're gonna be the people clamoring for season two.
They're like, give us more communities to learn about, more perversions to dive into.
Yeah, also, you should do this specific community, not that, like, I have any personal investment in it.
I just think it'd be interesting if you made fun of these guys.
Here's an address and a phone number.
I think you should look into this sub-community.
I would love to.
It's the most fun looking into these people, like, ingratiating yourselves in these communities.
One of my co-hosts on Western Kabuki is in, like, a Levitation Facebook group.
He's been in it for, like, five years.
And he just, like, views these people trying to learn how to levitate.
It's wonderful.
There's some weird shit out there.
Uh, this one... I have a very special relationship with this one, because when I was doing the research for this, which was mainly on Wednesday, uh, someone I know was like, hey, I'm gonna try, like, micro-dosing on shrooms and then working, and I was like, hey, can I, like, get one of the capsules or whatever, and like, and try?
And so, the day I was working on this, I've never done shrooms before, I took my, like, 5-ounce, like I normally do, and then I took it, and then a couple hours later, I was looking into all the sissy stuff, and I was like, I just started seeing shit that wasn't there, So whatever, maybe my tolerance was low, but I started actually kind of tripping a little bit during the research.
So I went into a fucking journey into these sissies' lives.
Oh my god, that was probably the best way to experience that.
No person has experienced the community quite like you have, experienced their joy, their wonder, their whimsy.
I'm assuming this is in honor of Vice being entirely deleted.
You're just like, I took mushrooms and hypnotized myself.
I'm carrying on the torch.
It easily could have been a 20 minute documentary series.
The last nine episodes of the Perverts Podcast have been enlightening in many ways I didn't expect them to be.
One problem with this series so far, though, is that not enough people have been mad at us.
So true.
So in this episode, we'll be delving deep into our perhaps touchiest subject yet, the sissy.
Being a sissy means a million different things to a million different people.
For some, it signifies the passive role in homosexual sex.
For others, it involves a man feminizing themselves or being forcefully feminized.
And even for a few, it's a lifestyle of sorts that affects their diet, exercise routine, choice in sexual partners, and a few other things.
What all these definitions have in common, though, it seems, are the message boards and forums that those who believe in them post to.
So today, we'll be investigating these sites to find out what exactly is up with all these damn sissies on the internet.
So the first place I went to was this subreddit called Sissyology, which is pretty big.
It's got like a hundred thousand people who follow it.
And it's really just like, I guess, discussions about what it's like to be a sissy.
Fellow sissies talking to each other.
People who appreciate sissies saying how much they appreciate them and encouraging them.
And a lot of fetish posts.
It seems like with stuff like this, Reddit is always the perfect place to start.
Yeah, yeah.
Reddit really has been like a hub for a lot of these sort of communities.
So this means there's somebody who's like a doctor of sociology.
A sociologist.
After my trip, that's me.
That's you, yeah.
PhD live.
Everyone's just a capsule away from that certification.
So the bio for the subreddit reads, welcome to r slash sissiology.
This is a subreddit devoted towards approaching a scientific understanding of sissification.
Okay.
Scientific.
Sharing your personal story and insights is encouraged.
Further, here are some other ideas for discussion topics.
The philosophy slash definition of sissyhood.
The ideology of sissyhood.
Why some people see it as desirable and which personal traits lead to sissy desires.
The effects of sissy hypnosis.
Both positive and negative.
The desires, preferences, and actions manifested by the sissy community.
Speculation on the future of the sissy phenomenon.
It's a field of studies.
It's a developing scene.
It's a band like the Beatles.
It's a lot of different things.
Basically, any philosophical question or idea relating to scissification is fair game.
Slowly pulling out the calipers and putting them on my penis.
But this makes it seem a lot more above the board than, like, most of the posts are.
Oh, for sure.
Yeah, it sounds like something you go to college for.
You were right about that earlier.
It feels so deep.
Like, you're going to drink whiskey with the fellows discussing this.
Yeah, they just want you to read that and be like, well, I understand this community.
I'm leaving now.
No need to look at what they're actually talking about.
Here's an example of a post on the sub titled, question for sissy husbands.
Hi, I'm a 36 year old guy and a quote unquote normal macho husband in public.
