Dennis Prager Show - School Bombed in Iran: Dennis' Reaction Aired: 2026-04-07 Duration: 02:11 === Moral Questions on Iran (02:10) === [00:00:00] As you talk about the moral element of what happened in Hiroshima, I think about the moral questioning of what is happening in Iran. [00:00:10] For example, Dennis, there was a school in Iran that was bombed. [00:00:14] Now, we don't really know where the bomb came from. [00:00:17] Was it from the outside? [00:00:19] Was it from the Americans? [00:00:21] Was it from the Iranians? [00:00:23] What's your comment when innocent children are dying now in Iran, now because possibly an American bomb may have fallen on that school? [00:00:32] Well, first of all, let's be clear. [00:00:35] That there is no war in which innocents do not die. [00:00:41] That is the tragedy of war. [00:00:43] And with relation to this issue of the responsibility for the war, remember, if Iran had simply said, we will no longer pursue nuclear weapons, none of this would have occurred. [00:01:04] And the president was 100% correct. [00:01:09] In stating that Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. [00:01:13] What would have happened had that happened is Saudi Arabia and the other, many of the other Arab states in the region would have pursued a nuclear weapon. [00:01:29] We would have had nuclear proliferation on an incomparably dangerous level. [00:01:36] So, The choice is not between purity and immorality. [00:01:47] It's between inevitable danger and the tragedy of innocents being killed. [00:01:55] Who is responsible ultimately for innocents being killed, whether in Gaza, where it's Hamas, not Israel, or it's in Iran, where it is Iran rather than America?
