Dennis Prager Show - New Covid Vaccine Aired: 2025-03-01 Duration: 04:06 === Biden Vaccine Contract Halted (03:47) === [00:00:04] Trump's HHS halts multi-million dollar Biden era contract to create a new COVID-19 vaccine. [00:00:11] So you had RFK Jr. has halted a Biden era contract to create this new vaccine. [00:00:18] He says, quote, Now, keep that in mind. [00:00:36] That isn't just a shot at the Biden administration. [00:00:38] This is absolute truth. [00:00:40] There was literally no oversight for monies or research when it came to COVID jabs, COVID vaccines as well. [00:00:47] As well as virtually everything else is what we're finding out now through all of the things that are being exposed through Doge. [00:00:55] RFK Jr. goes on. [00:00:57] Quote. [00:00:58] I look forward to working with VaxArt and medical experts to ensure this work produces safe, effective, and fiscal-minded vaccine technology. [00:01:07] Now, that's some of the things that we've been wanting all along. [00:01:11] Is it fiscally responsible? [00:01:12] Is it safe? [00:01:14] Is it effective? [00:01:15] Is it really a vaccine? [00:01:16] Or is it a therapeutic, which many of these so-called vaccines turned out to be? [00:01:21] The HHS contract, according to Breitbart, is with American biotech company VaxArt. [00:01:28] Which has been developing a new COVID-19 vaccine that is taken orally. [00:01:33] So Kennedy didn't terminate the contract, for all of you out there. [00:01:37] Instead, the trial is paused. [00:01:39] It's a 90-day pause to stop the work order, and that was issued on Friday. [00:01:45] The stop work order came ahead at the beginning of clinical trials on Monday with 10,000 individuals. [00:01:54] So no oversight by the federal government. [00:01:58] 10,000 individuals that were going to be lab rats for this vaccine and it had not been reviewed by the Department of Health and Human Services. [00:02:08] You got that? [00:02:12] The contract is part of the Biden administration's $4.7 billion Project Next Generation Initiative, which it launched in 2023. They did so in order to streamline the development of new vaccines, according to the report. [00:02:29] The VaxArt vaccine is funded through an agreement with BARDA. BARDA, B-A-R-A-D-A, is an acronym, and that stands for Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority. [00:02:40] That comes under the Department and the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response within the HHS. BARDA had obligated $460 million for the development of VaxArt's COVID-19 vaccine. [00:03:02] $240 million had already been dispersed for the preliminary study. [00:03:08] However, the stop work order prevents VaxArt from invoicing BARDA. Basically, within the HHS, the remaining $230 million for clinical trials until further notice. [00:03:26] According to the report, VaxArt is still able to invoice HHS for medical monitoring of the people who took part in early trials. [00:03:36] The pause comes less than two weeks after Kennedy's confirmation. === How Was $490 Million Secured? (00:28) === [00:03:39] All right, so this is a good thing. [00:03:42] I mean, we're going to be spending all this money for vaccines, and there's no telling. [00:03:46] Let's be honest. [00:03:47] There's no telling how these people, VaxArt, and listen, I simply don't know. [00:03:52] I'm not accusing VaxArt of anything, but do we know how these people were able to secure that money from the federal government? [00:04:01] $490 million, more than half of it being paid out already?
