Woke Bishop's Controversial Resettlement Programs

|
|
| You guys remember that woke bishop, that priest that when Trump came in, first day, I believe it was his first day on the job, or back on the job, as the United States president. | |
| And then he went to this Episcopal church, and you had this woke lesbian bishop who sat there and just said, listen, people are scared, so on, etc. | |
| I mean, just the worst church service you could ever imagine. | |
| She took her time, her time behind the bully pulpit, or behind the pulpit, I should say, to try to embarrass the president, to try to call the president out, to make it totally political. | |
| This lady is a cultural Marxist. | |
| If you're going to her church, I would suggest you leave. | |
| And I wondered, how could... | |
| Could a church like this survive? | |
| Now I know. | |
| Hat tip, The Daily Fetched. | |
| Episcopal Bishop, who went viral for criticizing President Donald Trump during an inaugural prayer service, has come under fire for receiving $53 million in taxpayer funds for a migrant resettlement program. | |
| The church's federal contracting arm, Episcopal Migration Ministries, took millions in 2023 to resettle migrants. | |
| Trump has since paused these programs for evaluation. | |
| So EMM received $53 million of your taxpayer dollars from various government programs to resettle 3,600 individuals in 2023. That's a lot of money. | |
| For just 3,600 people? | |
| EMM sponsored 6,400 individuals from 48 countries, and that includes Afghanistan, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Vietnam, and others. | |
| The Episcopal Church advocates for additional programs that benefit EMM in D.C. A 2012 Government Accountability Office report states, quote, funding is based on the number of refugees they serve. | |
| Wow. | |
| So affiliates are incentivized to maintain or increase the number of refugees they resettle each year rather than allowing the number to decrease. | |
| Now, Trump has put in the kibosh, at least temporarily, on NGOs until he finds out which ones are legit and which ones are not. | |
| But you have to understand, a lot of these NGOs are operating on behalf of the Democrat Party. | |
| And this is why they are going absolutely nuts. | |
